Selamat Jarin! We come again with much to say about the happenings in this reality. At present, Mother Earth is poised to begin a second round in the preliminaries to an immense series of Earth changes. She has requested of us that we warn you of this fact and set up a way to have our Earth allies actually carry out the governmental changes long promised to the people of this world. The key to the current impasse is the major central banks on your world, especially the United States' Federal Reserve Bank. This bank and its major sisters have become the main stumbling block to the changes long promised to you. In this regard, we are working diligently with our Earth allies to resolve this issue. Banks on your world are mostly the creature of the powerful individuals and groups that maintain them. These groups need to be disassembled and replaced with more benign and helpful organizations. This we fully intend to do, considering what has failed to transpire over the past two weeks. The present moments in your history are to be filled with actions, not lame excuses for what has not been done.We are reassessing the limits of our interaction with our Earth allies. It is necessary to act, but only in a manner in consonance with what Heaven decrees and what our Earth allies are capable of. The point is that these new governments need to be effective on their own terms. What you are on the verge of is a prelude to our mass landings. Accordingly, we have instructed our Earth allies in great detail on the main priorities of these caretaker regimes. To further these ends we have put a great many liaisons and Earth-based individuals from our fleet and from Inner Earth among you. These personnel were mainly to act as co-players in what our Earth allies had decided among themselves to be the first acts of these temporary administrations. Now we are in meetings with our Earth allies to rectify swiftly what has delayed a number of initial acts. The time has come and gone for such actions. We are to set the stage quickly for dramatic moves that can alter whatever is preventing things from happening.

As we stated in previous messages, we need to coordinate any deeper interaction with our Earth allies with Heaven, and Lord Surea has decreed that such deeper involvement is permitted. We have also received full clarification concerning what we can now implement. We are therefore instructing our personnel on how to bring about the desired results. We have increased the sightings of our ships and brought more pressure to bear on the dark cabal regarding what is expected to occur. We are also negotiating with our Earth allies to establish action committees that are to do what is needed to move forward quickly on a number of fronts. You need the prosperity programs to be delivered, and we require the Farmers' Claims to be legally unblocked in order to set the stage for the downfall of a number of questionable regimes. The dark knows what instruments are required for this and we intend to deny them any success in blocking such essential actions. New currencies, new governments, and new financial policies are just the first critical events that require quick implementation.

Others are to follow that secure your freedom and liberty. You are to return to your sovereign status and be given the means to pursue your true destiny. We see a stopgap moment during which you regain your power and employ technologies that reestablish your claim to be Mother Earth's guardians. In this, you can also reclaim your global partnership with the many species of cetaceans that some of you have dastardly murdered. These magnificent Beings understand your plight and desire to remain in a state of forgiveness. We ask only that you immediately alter the laws and customs that have allowed this slaughter to continue. Make your peace with these Beings and then go hand in hand to a new understanding. Use their immense wisdom to change swiftly the very fragile state that Mother Earth and her ecosystems now find themselves in. Together, your presently withheld technologies and your maturing mindset can remedy a number of conditions that are present in the physical and ethereal grids that govern your reality.

The need to change the way your grids function is an essential first step for what is to follow. Your secret governments' technologies and ours are the means to quickly put to flight the dark and its machinations. Doing this can strengthen the preliminary construction of a new set of grids that is to be the basis of the creation of your new reality. The people of Agartha are quite ready to assist you in these vital matters. We have watched as your growing Light worker movement has formed across your globe in the past half century. Heaven sees this as the first step in what you are now to accomplish in the immediate present. This is a way to reunite you easily with your Inner Earth kin. Mother Earth intends to have all of you as her guardians. A new, revitalized ecosystem needs to be cared for; indeed, it is this sacred mission that put you on this planet nearly 900,000 years ago.

The events that are close to happening are the first steps in a series of actions that are to lead to first contact. Until now, while under the sway of the dark and its cronies, you were pressured to deny our existence for fear of being regarded as odd by your fellows. Now you are to get the respect you deserve. Use this to inform and prepare others for our arrival. We come to inform and mentor you as Heaven readies you to take on full consciousness. Mother Earth sincerely intends to move as fast as you allow as the division of Earth into two realms is no longer viable. Reuniting these two aspects of her has become urgent, and hence we need to accelerate those events that make it possible for you to resume your Creator-given role as a fully conscious, 5-D Being, or what can be termed a physical Angel.

This "new You" is a Being that fully comprehends the divine plan and works with great passion and joy to unfold it in physicality. We intend to re-infuse you with this heavenly wisdom. You are to combine this with the various lessons you have absorbed during your many lifetimes in this formerly dark veil of tears. In this new world of Light, you are to become the mentors for the four water worlds that you are to inhabit and guide. Several amazing experiences are to be yours as you come together to form your new star-nation. Star-nations form out of your sentient wisdom and the nature of those you have chosen to protect. When we come together as a Galactic Federation Council, all the immense wisdom present in this council is employed to progress and mentor this huge galaxy toward the Light.

You are nearly ready to accomplish this huge leap in consciousness along with its many responsibilities. Your reality is to shift you into something that you no longer quite remember. Your many myths and repressed histories tell of how you once were. It is this Being that is both your past and your destiny. We come to afford you a swift and easy method back to full consciousness. Around you, there is much disinformation about what this all means. The immense gap you are to leap would normally take a century or two. However, as you know, you do not have this time available to you. Heaven's dispensation gives you a gracious way to resolve this time crunch and the obstacles that lie before you.

Today, we went over some of what is occurring on your world and what we intend to do to resolve the obstacles that remain. Our fleet and Inner Earth are dedicated to bringing us all together. We intend, shortly, to have the means to permit the grand celebrations that we all richly deserve! Know, dear Ones, in your Heart of Hearts that the countless Supply and never-ending Prosperity of Heaven are indeed Yours! So Be It! Selamat Gajun! Selamat Ja! (Sirian for Be One! and Be in Joy!)

So much depends on the weeks ahead as many different events work themselves out. At first glance they appear to be separate, but they all connect with the plan of the Galactic Federation to bring an end to the last cabal’s influence. Their powerful control base within the financial empire has to be removed, and that requires an in depth investigation of their affairs. They have been involved in many recent covert events, and we see various revelations bringing the truth to your notice It can sometimes be painful, not least of all that it reveals how you have been let down by those within whom you placed your trust. The trickery and blatant deceit has been occurring for almost the last century, and you have been literally kept in the dark.

Even now as the presidential election proceeds you are witness to the manner in which the dark forces work, and they use fear tactics to try and ensure the outcome is in accordance with their plan. However, this election will not deliver the result they want, because of the growing influence of the people bringing the truth out into the open. The dark no longer have control over your destiny, and as the Light reaches far and wide it is bringing people together in pursuit of the truth. With our backing and ability to track all hidden activities, there is no place for the dark to hide from our allies or us.

Our measure of what is taking place tells us that in spite of the outer appearances all is proceeding well, and as weeks go by the net closes in on the dark forces. You must sense how near you are to seeing some amazing changes, and once they start the old guard will quickly be stripped of their power to control your lives. Look ahead and concentrate on all that is to bring harmony and peace to the world, and do not let isolated events distract your attention. There is so much that is good and wholesome that is appearing in the Light that is lifting you up. All credit goes to the myriad Light workers without whom we could not achieve our aims, without seeming to interfere with your evolution.

It is not by chance that many find themselves drawn to those groups who are working for the changes most desperately needed, and there are those who have yet to awaken to their tasks. Nothing happens by chance and the end times have been already written in the annals of Heaven, where the great Councils have met and decided the manner in which they will manifest. It may seem otherwise, but that is because you do not have an overall view of events. Our presence calls for much faith from you all until such time as we can meet openly. Only then can we fully reveal the great plan for your release from the dark forces, and the power structure that supports them. One of our principal approaches is the enlightenment of as many people as possible, as your power lies within your ability to perceive the truth. For too long you have lived the lies that have been thrust upon you, and must awaken from the great sleep that has kept you in the dark.

Without the changes that will inevitably cause some disruption in your lives, you cannot move forward. However, it will not result in discomfort as we shall ensure that all your needs are catered for during such times. The size of any problem presents no difficulty for us, as we already know what is required for your ease and comfort. We have planned our arrival and subsequent changes for a very long time, and have our own experience in moving a civilization forward and into a New Age. We cannot yet show ourselves to the full extent that we work in and around your Earth, but if you could see our activities you would be more than assured of our protection. We cannot fail in our service to you, and soon we shall be working together as One united in Love and Light.

Some of you are concerned about the decline of many species of animals that have been affected by environmental changes. We would assure you that in nature this is always happening when their habitat changes and no longer supports them. What is however of concern is the deliberate destruction on the planet such as deforestation, and such actions will cease immediately we arrive on Earth. Even so we would put your minds at rest by telling you that we have gene pools, and can re-establish any “missing” species if it is necessary. When your Earth was seeded all that was needed was brought from other planets, and if necessary genetically altered to suit your conditions.

When the restoration of your Earth is complete, its vibration will be much higher and all will exist in the perfection that met your eyes when you first settled upon it. There will be no insects or those plant varieties that present some harm to you. Nothing can exist except it be in complete harmony and balance, and beauty and peace shall reign. These are changes that shall be completed in readiness for Ascension, and that you shall experience in this period. Time would perhaps appear too short for such ambitious plans, but we can make sweeping changes quite quickly with our advanced knowledge and technologies. What can be created in an instant can also be removed just as easily. This also applies to Man’s own structures and alterations to Earth.

At different times in your history people understood far more than you do today, as how to work with nature and maintain harmony and balance. That understanding will feature in the changes we shall bring about, and anything that is out of balance will be removed. What shall remain will be pleasing to the eye in an array of colors that you have not yet seen on Earth. If you but knew what is about to happen and the extent to which it will lift you up, you would hardly concern yourselves about your day-to-day worries. They are soon to cease so we would ask you to take them in your stride and see that they will be short lived.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and have followed your evolution for a long time. Even when I have been elsewhere in the Universe I have had contact with your civilization, and this has been possible because our life span is numbered in hundreds of years. This shall also be your experience as you will choose where and when you change the direction of your evolutionary path. Your destiny and experiences will be in your own hands; your freewill extends far beyond what you have experienced so far upon Earth. Let the energy of Love be the weapon that shall clear the darkness for all time.

The intent of people to change the direction of their lives is altering the mass consciousness to such a degree, that it can now be seen as having a noticeable effect. The most important factor is the awakening that is helping others, and adding power to your resolve to find ways of bringing changes about. Not everyone understands what is happening around them, but they have felt the different energies that are building up. It comes to them in a sense of excitement knowing that something is stirring upon Earth.

Certainly the physical changes are now more noticeable, but as ever we are fully monitoring all that are occurring with a view to keeping damage to a minimum. We cannot prevent changes that are essential to the necessary cleansing, and it is part of Man’s experience to be present and witness to them. You need to understand how in the past you have brought about changes, through your presence upon Earth and the actions you have taken. This is not solely with reference to those that are physical, as on a mental level you have also introduced negative energies that have affected your vibration. For our part we help establish new energies upon Earth, and have many allies whose task is to anchor and stabilize them. The challenge for us is well within our capabilities, but not helped by your dark forces that are ever introducing the lower energies through their actions. On balance we are winning this battle, and the prime reason relates to energies coming from your Sun and outside of your solar system.

You have to remember that everything is comprised of energy, and every individual soul is feeling what is taking place. Some of you are confused and feel uneasy as a result of the way it is changing your level of consciousness, and resistance to it can result in adverse reactions. There is a point that will arrive when if you have not been able to assimilate the new energies into Self, you will find it impossible to remain on Earth. We tell you this not to frighten you; as such a development is quite natural and will only become a real factor shortly before the end-time. Since the changes are bringing about Ascension, clearly there will be those who by choice elect to stay in this dimension.

It is natural to wonder why you are on Earth and about the purpose of life. Those who have not chosen to be uplifted have as it were stopped in mid-stream, and to release them from their confusion means continuing their experiences within conditions that make them feel comfortable. Wherever you find yourself experience is still what you seek, and there is a compulsive drive towards obtaining knowledge about everything within the great Cosmos. After Ascension you will be fully awakened, and there will no mysteries connected with your existence or purpose of life. With your consciousness fully opened you will become godlike in your powers, and join all other ascended Beings. No more shall you be at the mercy of the dark powers, as they cannot enter the higher dimensions with their lower vibrations.

At present you are in a very fluid situation that holds many opportunities for powerful changes, and they cannot be held back much longer. However, we ask you to be prudent and on your guard, against being pulled into the fear based arguments arising from your presidential election. Just know that whatever the outcome, it will be exactly as needed to further the cause of the Light. You cannot always see the underlying reasons for what occurs, but be assured that we can also pull a few strings through our allies. We are continually working towards abundance and it has sufficiently advanced to be announced. As ever there has to be the “right time” for it, and after all of this time we do not intend to force it through. Something worthwhile is worth waiting for as it has been a long, long time, since we came with our mission to help you prepare for Ascension.

You have still to go through unsettled times, but that is simply the result of the changes that are happening before your very eyes. The calamities that befall you will quickly be cleared once we can start to openly reach out to you. Therefore take them into your stride knowing that they will be short lived, and you will be more than compensated for all of the troubles you have endured. The legions of dark forces are soon to be removed from their positions of power, and a new regime will reflect the Light and Love that is descending upon Earth. Justice and freedom are around the corner, just waiting to return to you your constitutional rights. Such changes will travel worldwide and all of your civilization will eventually benefit.

The truth is that very few governments have the answer or ability to deal with your present worldly problems. They muddle through governance in the old ways that do not reflect the new age, that is pressing hard to overcome the adversity and manmade problems that are holding you back. Even with good will and intent, your institutions have little idea as to how to move out of what is soon to be an impasse. The size of the problem grows day by day, and the old structures crumble under the weight of them. The answers lie with us and the divine plan for your release from the thralldom and control of the dark forces. Time passes faster than ever, and we approach that magical date when we will be allowed to take a big hand in your destiny. It was never intended that you would be indefinitely subjected to your present conditions, and we are excited at the prospect of bringing an end to this cycle of duality.

No matter what rhetoric passes between different countries that confront each other, we give an absolute assurance that there will not be another nuclear war. It will simply not be allowed, and soon the weapons of war shall be completely silenced forever. Many of the personnel in your armed forces are honest souls dedicated to freedom, and they shall quickly turn their attention to help making peace throughout the world. Many of those who have experienced death and destruction around them have had their fill, and learnt lessons that will enable them to change direction. All are welcome into the Light and Love that heals all scars and injuries through the experiences of life.
