Sometimes I feel the heaviness of the world's energy weighing me down.  I'm sure many people have felt this, it's a pretty common experience.  My inspiration told me that this feeling of being weighed down is humanity's energy resisting the light, resisting healing, and also mine.  Which is totally natural.  I feel it in my body, because I am part of humanity.

A few days ago I felt my chakras were "burning."  My Angels told me that I was feeling the part of me that was resonating with world hunger and poverty.  I was shocked, I had no idea I was doing that.  They explained to me that is not because I have weak boundaries and am "taking on" people's energy.  It was because my mind recognized we are all ONE humanity, and that every individual's suffering is also my pain, and their happiness is also my fulfillment.

My own personal issues are just a drop in the bucket of world consciousness - if an individual on earth were to be transplanted to a place full of only light, they would heal in minutes I think.  It's our collective awareness on earth that bogs each individual down or buoys them.  I asked Adama, what makes the difference between someone who always feels the lightness of the world, the someone who feels the weight of the world?

He responded that I feel the weight of the pain of the world because I need to be more willing to share the light.  I already share through blogs and channeling, but a lot of me has been holding back, saying "no" to sharing light on some levels.  That's because it doesn't matter what I am doing.  What matters is the true willingness, felt throughout the core of my being.  Even if my mind thinks I'm willing, my body will let me know if I'm not, if I'm withholding love and light from myself or others.  And that's when I start to feel that weightiness.

I have thought a lot about the "taking in" of other people's energies.  For many it feels difficult to stop feeling others' pain, despite all the protection prayers and energetic barriers they use.   This is because boundaries are not always the issue.  In my case, the symptoms were indicators to how aligned I was with receiving and sharing the light of Spirit.  The symptoms tell me whether my thoughts are focusing on limitation and darkness or light and abundance.  I didn't even know I was doing it.

Sometimes I laugh because I say to myself, "I need to be constantly vigilant around positive thinking."  Then I think of the character in Harry Potter, Mad-Eye Moody, shouting to his class that they must have "CONSTANT VIGILENCE!" against the dark.  I picture him slamming his fist down and his crazy eye bugging all over the place.

Okay, maybe leaving out the paranoia (and maybe leaning toward "pronoia"), I can still learn to unleash the floodgates and bring in all light.  I've heard the body is the best indicator as to what you truly feel, so now I have this handy tool to let me know when I am hiding or withholding and need to really share deeply and fully.

When doing inter-dimensional healing, I connected with Elliot of Telos, an Ascended Master, and asked if there was a switch I could use to make myself stop feeling other's pain.  I remember that he showed me a giant switch and invited me to go ahead and turn it off.  I guess the lesson was, "No-one's stopping you, Erin!"  Over the weeks that followed, I continued to resonate to other's pain, which frustrated me, it's true.  Gradually, as I let go more and made more choices to turn to love fully, the energies bothered me less.  Then I came to the point of realizing how much of a choice it really is, every single moment, to choose more light and love than I did the previous moment.

Aurelia Louise Jones in her books on Telos talked about building a momentum of light, and I can see how making the choice at every opportunity for the light does this, it builds momentum so that it becomes so much easier to feel it and stay there.

So, constant vigilance...constant vigilance...

Channeler: William LePar - The Council

In this next to last posting on prayer, William LePar’s spiritual source, The Council discusses group prayer.

Questioner: When people pray as a group, does that group create a stronger entity?

The Council: Let us put it in these terms, generally, generally, it is only as strong as its weakest participant. Yet, again, that weakest participant may be there in that group as a vehicle for the others to learn. Does that answer the question?

Questioner: Yes, thank you.

The Council: One should never exclude a weak prayer person from a group. That group may be losing its greatest opportunity.

Questioner: How can the group learn from the individual? I can see how the individual can learn from the group. I don't see the reverse.

The Council: In just one aspect it may be a great lesson in discipline for that group. Discipline in the aspect of exercising more prayer or a continuation of prayer. It also may be a learning vehicle for that group to realize that just because that individual is not capable of the same quality they should not be excluded. This would tend to give the others an opportunity to become involved with their own personal egotism or self-worth or value. Do you understand?

Questioner: Yes.

The Council: And possibly it might do the group good to pray for that individual to be able to gain greater strength in their prayer habits and prayer abilities. Does that answer the question?

Questioner: Yes, thank you.

The Council: Very well.

Questioner: If there is a group of people that is praying for a specific thing and it is like a chain and someone honestly forgets, would that break the chain at all? If it wasn't their intention to forget?

The Council: Well, there could be many factors that come into play, but if it were truly simply a matter of forgetting, and such situations can come into existence, then it does not really break the chain, but the one who forgets then must answer to themselves very honestly whether it was simply an accident.

Questioner: Is there such a thing as making up for forgetting a prayer?

The Council: Oh well, the human form and the human consciousness is all too often guilty of rationalization. Does that answer your question?

Questioner: No, not really.

The Council: Think about it. It does.

Questioner: Talking about group prayer, in the Scriptures there is that part that says that if two or more are joined together and agree on touching something, then it will be done. Something to that effect. This leads one to believe that perhaps group prayer somehow is stronger than if all the individuals were praying for the same thing separately. Is there any particular power to group prayer that adds something more than what each individual adds?

The Council: As we said, group prayer is only as strong as its weakest prayer person. What it does do that individual prayer does not is that it helps to fortify all the individuals involved on a conscious level, thus it has a bearing on the inner awareness or the inner levels of that individual giving themselves, shall we say, more confidence as a part of the whole or as them being part of the whole. The burden of responsibility does not fall solely on one individual, but all will then share equally in the success or failure. Now, that is speaking from the aspect of the individuals in a group prayer situation. Do you understand?

Questioner: Yes.

The Council: When one is no longer worried about the failure or their inability, then the full potential of that individual's soul then can be released. It is based on their strength of faith in what they are doing. So as part of a whole group then they have less fear of personal failure. If the prayer does not come about, they can always say in their minds, "Well, I did my share. It must have been somebody else." So when the responsibility of failure then is removed, they can more freely open themselves up. Do you understand?

Questioner: Yes, I see.

The Council: So in a sense for some individuals group prayer is very good.

Questioner: Thank you.

The Council: None of you should avoid becoming part of any prayer group. It is always beneficial to all those concerned. It also shows that you realize that it is not your abilities alone that are responsible for the answering of prayer. So you acknowledge your proper place in a prayer situation. So such things are good for all concerned.

When many times someone visits with me for an appointment it is often times when they most need answers to what is going on in their life. When this is the case it is not for me to judge what is going on in their life but for me to just be the vehicle a messenger to give to them what is being given to me. What I am seeing, hearing, knowing, sensing, feeling, smelling and tasting.

Many times the individual has already gone through their own conversations with their self, their family and friends. And still they are having a hard time with understanding or placing a perspective on what is really happening and going on around them.

We find in our lives those moments of time when nothing seems real and at the same time it all makes sense to our own way of looking at things, if we just stop and take a deep breath to look at the reality of the truth all things come to light. It’s at those moments of time that one relies on what they have gained and learned through their lifetime of living.
 

As I have said many times before it is all about society’s conditionings and what the view point is from the one who has had their life compelled and conditioned by the environment they have around them or lived with all of their life. The proverbial onion layers with which we call the “veil of illusions”.

Those layers upon layers of everyone else’s “stuff” that they have a belief structure in and the family units with which it has been taught gives to us the layering of everyone else’s belief structures that we cling upon to which has made us who we are. In which I call genetic coding.
In saying this we have all had those moments when sitting around the family kitchen table or a gathering of family, friends and acquaintances and listening to story upon story of everyone in the family or a shared experience with someone and what their issues may be or what an certain individuals is going through, whether it be good , bad or indifferent…I have to laugh as my family has had many in regards to me and how I talk to dead people. My niece commented one time that her father said to her “we all love Aunt Adele, she is different and we just accept that”. God Bless that they do, for I am who I am and as long as they love me then nothing else matters. But I do make a good conversation piece at family gatherings or I should say after I leave…

When looking at all of our historical recorded facts we find that many were stories of shared experiences, actual partaking and or memories that were handed down over generations that finally someone wrote down so that the information shall never be forgotten. We can look back into any culture in history and see story after story of places, people, events that have taken place that then creates the foundation for future generations and interest for all those who share the same desires, awareness, understandings, livelihood, cultural background, etc…. to this we have genetic coding.

I find year after year so many individuals who come to me say “ my mother had breast cancer, and my fear is that I will also have the same thing one day” . I ask them why they believe this is so strong in their belief structure and I always hear “ well that is what I am told, if my mother has had breast cancer then so shall I”. I then try to explain about what my belief structure for genetic coding is and how I have always been shown it works. I will not say that I too believe they will have breast cancer as that is not what I believe. I do believe as we sit around the family table and living room, group or gathering hearing story upon story of someone situations, experiences, issues, resentments, fears, etc… that we then start to look within ourselves to try to identify if we match the same thing. And I find that many individuals will then start applying what they believe is the same construct of their own self. I have to remind everyone that you are a separate and unique individual from the day you were born and as you are raised in whatever family unit, you then take on the characteristics of that family unit.

And at the same time when we hear something over and over again we start to apply it to our own self. Just as with an alcoholic that tells someone with whom they say they love so much how stupid they are the individual then starts believing what is given to them. Years ago I was given a notice that my children school was doing an awards assembly and that my child was receiving an award to please join them for the assembly. I took the afternoon off as with any mother I wanted to be there to see my child’s face light up when they had special attention given to them even if they shared it with two hundred other students. There I was standing by the wall as the room all of a sudden was quiet and each child’s name was read with the award they were being given. What an awesome experience to see a child’s name being called and how they would look around for their parents to see them go up and receive their award, how the parent would then flash their camera to capture the moment… and as I was standing there what I was feeling in no way matched what I was seeing and hearing.

The teacher would stand there and say how the children in the next group being called up were being given an award for being an average student. With big smiles on their faces here they went one by one to collect their award on paper which stated they were an average student...and then I was taken back over the years on how many years I have stood here watching the same exchange, remember groups of young ladies and young men saying to me when I would see them elsewhere how they were just average and not that special. How when applying for college those same students thought they could not even try or have anything to offer as they were just average and not college worthy.

After the ceremony as everyone was congratulating the children and taking pictures I asked to speak to the Principal and a few teachers. I wanted them to know that please do not ever give my child an award that says they are average. I would rather have my child not get an award as to have one that says they are average because to me every child is beyond average they are all special and unique individuals that learn at their own pace and experience so many things differently than the child sitting next to them. For when we place our own concepts on another to the way they should be and see and think then we are genetically coding them to be what we believe they should be. And as I always teach my children, clients and students…why allow others to live your life when they cannot even live their own…is the same as why allow others to make your decisions when the decisions they have made have not been their own….

We should not place labels upon a child as to not encourage them to be all that they can be. For my child and yours shall never be average as what you believe average to be.

To be normal in any society is to be what others want you to be. And we have already seen, heard and experienced what others do as we go about our day. We live in a society of rules and laws that many have been so distorted that they are no longer recognizable as to the original. Just as the genetic coding of historical stories have been handed down for generations so too have you…..for in you as you walk your path in this life… your genetic coding is that of your mother, father, grandparents, aunts and uncles, siblings, teachers, friends, co-workers, acquaintances, spouses, partners and ancestors…..the list goes on and on… for every single individuals you have met, every single individual you have had an experience with has now genetically coded you with their own belief structure, thoughts and words and you have absorbed it, taken it in as we say to heart…. to make it your own….as we travel along our spiritual path we are finding the truths to what is really what we have been seeking all along .. who am I and am I living my spiritual path…well, look within and see who you are and start peeling away the genetic coding of all those who have been creating you and there you shall find who you a truly are….there you shall find that unique individual who says “ hey take a look at me, I am not average , I am not weak, I am not you , I am me”…for now you can never say “ you are just average in every way and I made you that way “ for I am that which has been created to be all that is around me… reality or illusion….

My dear ones. You are my chelas, the ones I am to bring to ascension. I am an Ascended Master and you are an un-Ascended Master. Why the difference? Because you are not completely aware of who you actually are. Most of you are mentally assuming things that you have accepted to be accurate, but have not had an experience of this assumption to collaborate it. When you do, it will be the Awakening that we have been discussing. Who awakens? No one!
 

An Awakening does not mean an individual wakes up. It means the concept of being an individual disappears; all mental attitudes about individuality go away. They dissolve because they are not the Truth. It may appear to gazing eyes that an individual is being seen, and something is happening in that moment, but what is being observed is not the whole picture. Truth cannot be made known through the five senses. Only a complete, dream dissolving experience of this most critical concept awakens.

When I mention an Awakened one, I convey a concept about an individual, not a description of that individual. An Awakened one has no appropriate description - no labels apply.

Forests are not trees and trees are not forests. Awakenings make trees realize they have always been neither a tree or a forest. Making an assumption that the true identity of a person is the body or the man's personal history is the same kind of mis-identification. No tree is only the character it currently manifests, and no human is only the manifestation that it appears to be. All trees and all humans are much more than this detail of appearance.

Man has no concept that can accurately describe him. All of his concepts become labels. An Awakening changes a man's way of conceptualizing himself. It deletes all of these concepts.

Practices that are able to take these concepts away are few. Making up a different concept does nothing. When the dismantling of an ego occurs, this is the ultimate freedom.

Most of you do not define Awakening as I have described it here. In the growth and development arena it has a different meaning. Nothing that applies to growth and development is an actual death of concepts. When this is accepted, the ability to actually awaken has become available. Why do my chelas need to awaken as I am describing? To ascend to the final co-creative dimension of man's change in awareness.

Ascension is not a make-believe game where we no longer do anything against another. This idea comes from a dark deceiver who chooses to keep you caught in delusion. Ascension is the opt-in opportunity for all who ascend to leave human incarnations for good, as there is nothing more to do that needs a body. Instead, Masters with auras of only light will walk on the density of Mother Earth to create a new Earth. In their light bodies they will give birth to new creations, as they are now the light they once desired to be. It will be their destiny to deliver the new. In these next days, they will begin to delete more of their negative contributions to collective consciousness and become the Awakened answer to Mother Earth. When this occurs they will no longer consider themselves more aware, more knowledgable, more advanced, and more able. None of those who have these attitudes are as aware as they act and convey in their mental deliveries.

No drugs provide an Awakening, only a momentary glimpse of what must be embraced as the drug effect disappears. No "near death experience" completely awakens. Again, there needs to be more deepening to integrate the new awareness. And any awakening that happens with a major drama also must be integrated. Can these temporary insights become an awakening? Yes, but only when the dropping of mind continues.

Have the dramas in the world distracted you from your goal? Are the dismantling governments teaching you about the mass consciousness? Are hearts opening to those who are dying from man's dominance creed? Create the next days as an answer to this. Be well aware of the strife, and, at the same time, quiet your mind by creating more distance from the negativity of these things. Give more attention to the delight that freedom creates. Give this to yourself!

When you begin to live in the Light you draw harmony and balance into your life, and it is part of your transition to a higher level of expression.
 

Pride has its place in life and there is certainly nothing wrong with being proud of your achievements. In fact where some individuals are concerned it comes from the desire to be cleansed on all levels, as part of becoming more of the Light. Cleanliness and tidiness is a sign of a mindset that desires to present that person as looking to bring perfection into their life. It is caring about self and having respect for the temple that you call your body, which is your physical vehicle throughout life. Thought as always is a creative power, and as you envision yourself so you manifest what you want to be. When you begin to live in the Light you draw harmony and balance into your life, and it is part of your transition to a higher level of expression. However, it does not mean that those who carry no such aspirations are without spiritual understanding. Seeking upliftment is a stage that you go through when you do not feel at ease in the lower vibrations, and it will come to all in good time. You cannot really avoid it as the energies being beamed to Earth, are raising your level of consciousness higher than before. With it comes a desire for beauty and harmony in both a spiritual and physical sense

In the course of the changes coming to Earth, the mass consciousness will dramatically change and people will see what is around them in a different light. For example you will move into a preference for new designs particularly in building, and the traditional square shapes will give way to those that are circular. Materials used will be more natural, and you will advance to organic materials such as we normally use. Of course you do use natural materials, but you also cover large areas of the Mothers Earth’s surface with concrete, and it stops her from breathing. You will know already that we build our Spacecraft with organic materials, and they are programmed with levels of consciousness that makes them self-proficient. Visitors to our craft have noted how the crews can interact with them to a very high degree. Naturally when we can move amongst you, we shall share such knowledge with you so that your advancement will speed ahead.

 

There is much for you to learn that needs revising in light of the truth we shall bring. It is to be expected that some of your beliefs and theories are inaccurate, and what we shall do is enable you to make a quantum leap into the future. There is as you might say a lot of catching up to do, and also the development of many good ideas you have already been working on. Nanotechnology is one example of what you have seen as a desirable advancement, and it will come into being. It is unfortunate that so many advancements that could have benefited Mankind, have been deliberately hidden away to keep the status quo where profit is put before your well-being. Yet massive amounts of your money have been invested in new technologies for military power. While these policies are followed, you are clearly not going to see peace come to your world. However, that is soon to all change and the war machine will grind to a halt and be dismantled. We shall bring you peace andensure that all weaponry is neutralized by our higher technologies. We are coming not to perpetuate the old life style, but introduce you to an easier and more satisfying way that will restore your sovereignty. You are to become free to have more time to follow your own pursuits, and the drudgery of life will be removed and replaced with more acceptable conditions that allow time for it.

 

The changes are lined up and in a well advanced state, that means once we can commence events will move forward quite quickly to say the least. You can sense that the dark Ones are losing their grip on you, and as they do so they will be unable to re-claim lost ground. We are blocking any moves they may make to establish any major threat, having already averted the potential of a serious incident. We are here to lead you on to a successful conclusion in your quest for Ascension. That result is beyond doubt and is already written in the annals of time. You may therefore set your sights fully upon ascending, and the plan is being supported by many Councils and individuals who are also helping you go forward. You would undoubtedly be surprised if you knew how many of them were with you at this time.

 

There are times when you feel that you need extra support, and in such instances it is as well to remember that you can contact your Higher Self. We often mention about allowing time for yourself and this is one of those occasions. If you have the names of your Guides then use them to make a contact, and if you have attached yourself to one of the great Angelic Beings such as Archangel Michael even better. Your prayers or petitions will be heard, and the answers may come in unexpected ways, such as through another source. You are indeed never alone, and in your times of need your Guides draw closer to you and welcome contact with you.

 

The Solar Cycle draws to a close and we the Galactic Federation are with you to experience the final days. This time unlike Atlantis you have avoided destroying yourselves, and rightly deserve the opportunity of Ascension. In its time Atlantis was a great spiritual civilization, but then the darkness descended upon them and they spiraled out of control down the path to oblivion. So many of you now on Earth were there in its demise, and subconsciously you still carry memories of that time. It is why perhaps you have felt fear at the possibility of another collapse leading to extinction. However, the signs are positive and as we mentioned, you are picking it up and it is helping you overcome your doubts. There are however a number of different predictions for the end times, and if you find that confusing rely on your intuitive feelings.

 

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and can tell you that the picture will be come clearer before much longer, and we as much as you are pressing onwards to hasten the final showdown with the dark Ones. Victory is already with the Light, but the final days need to be enacted out for the sake of every soul on Earth. Our love is accompanying you all of the way, and we want this time to be remembered as a successful turning point in your evolution. The fact that it is not just the end of a Solar Cycle, but one affecting the complete Universe makes it all the more important to you, and indeed also to us.

Loosing Control

You may feel you are losing control in your life. I ask you "losing control of what?" You see what you fear you are loosing control of is what you have created.

Perhaps also you have created the structure of your life from the beliefs of others. Beliefs taught to you as a child from your parents and teachers.

This one (Lynette) heard a little of this from another's words last evening. It has remained strongly with her as it fits so well with my subject now. So you may begin to understand why I ask you - "loosing control of what?"

Ask yourself in what area of your life do you feel this most powerfully. Examine it carefully. Then ask yourself how important is it to you, and choose a different path forward. If it is another's choice, perhaps words from a partner or friend, then you must ask guidance from your sacred heart centre.

There is also a need to understand that many are on different levels of awareness. Therefore not everyone will see situations as you do. Not everyone will understand your thinking, your actions. In this, surrender. Allow them time to understand. Do not feel anger because they do not see or understand as you do. In that mindset you invite darkness to pervade your Light essence. Your conscious mind will begin an internal battle of yes, no, like, dislike. You will begin a downward spiral. Simply surrender. Understand and let them be. Instead of hurt or anger, surround them in love to assist them forward on their journey. In this you gain freedom, and in that freedom you gain much Soul Light and gain victory over your emotional body.

The Epiphany of Self

The planets are instrumental in presenting much transformation in your world over the coming season. Some will experience a state of "flux" - uncertainty - to enable the higher self to step forward. Some will experience an epiphany of the self - a life changing moment where you see with great clarity the futility of what has been. It is a moment in which you catch a glimpse of your true magnificence, a glimpse of what is there for you. A glimpse of new enlightened understanding. This is so powerful, so encompassing in the beauty and wonder.

It is at this moment the veil you have held over you is lifted in glorious triumph of Soul - your Soul. This is happening for many of you as more and more souls awaken to a beautiful new day of being. Yes, a new day of being. So as a new journey begins, as you seek to clear, to heal, to find your own inner gifts, they are revealed to you.

Soul Gifts

These are called your Soul gifts, what you brought with you in your Soul knowledge, your Soul memory. It is at this time you need to heal your Soul memory of previous hurtful experiences contained in previous lifetimes. Understand the hurts were in a previous existence where some of you experienced a painful death because of your Soul wisdom. I wish you to understand it was a different era in Earths timeline of experience. Therefore heal. Heal the memory, heal the Soul and move again in greater freedom to answer your Soul's call.

Your Soul gift is never for you alone, no. It is to share with all. To join in the beautiful healing tapestry of Light, of Oneness.

Where all are joined in Light, through the Creator, yet are individual as well - as above so below. Above in Oneness you share all, yet below you choose each experience as an individual. This is now, in your year 2010, a year of opening, of healing, and of releasing all past pain.

Yet I say to you as you move forward to a new year, 2011, it will begin a time of experiencing Oneness below - in your daily lives - as well as above. You will begin to open more to others, to share in a higher spirit of Blessedness. Yes, it will be so. For as you progress forward in Light and open your Soul gifts you will feel the energy of God flow through you. Thus you will experience Blessedness. Such a glorious moment. You have not as yet experienced this. Because I tell you the more you open to your Soul, through your heart centre, the more flow of Light you will produce. I speak correctly dear one. I hear you say "how can I produce a flow of Light? A flow of God's energy? Surely only God can only do this."

The Golden Link of Creation

Allow me to tell you, to explain. It is simple. More simple than you realize. I have spoken many times of your Diamond Light. contained in your higher heart. This exists in every one of you, no matter how dark the personality is presented in your world. The Diamond Light is the spark of God essence each of you holds within. You hold a part of God within you. Yes, each of you. I tell you truth. Therefore as you overcome your own personality self, your ego through your conscious mind, as you overcome these, you open to the Light of Creation.

This pure Light which is omni present, ignites your Diamond Light within.

This creates the capacity within your being to produce and hold great quantities of Light.

A Turning Point

As your quantity of Light within builds, you carry what we refer to as your Light Quotient. With this the Soul radiates out, encompassing you - all of you in pure Light. The Light essence of God. The Light passes all understanding. For all your experiences are known, yet overcome, healed and loved through your Light Quotient. So you become a true child of God, growing and sharing in Light, in true Oneness. You see all. Those still on their journey of experience, those still holding on to the ego personality, you see all. Yet with the magnificence and greatness of the Light you understand. You simply be. In your joyous power of God created Oneness. At this point my friend we celebrate your magnificence. We celebrate your great journey of experience through the Ages and welcome a new Age, a new Earth of Light, of peace, of greatness. The meditation I have given allows you to experience your magnificent Light of Creation through the essence of Gods energy fields.

Within this gift is also a purpose.  For now, emboldened and strengthened by our collective light, it is time for each of us to take the next step of commitment and choice in our journey.  To participate fully as only we can.

For we are each holders of important keys--blueprints, concepts, imagination and light--that are needed NOW, by ourselves, by our planet and by the cosmic oneness of which now know we are a deeply loved and vital aspect.  It's time to put all of this together and claim our lives as the new human: Multidimensional and Grounded and use our frequency, focus and the keys within our own bodies to create Unity Consciousness and the New Earth.

Clarity Concerning Who You Are

There have been many times in this life, when each of us resonated with "lives" we saw in movies, read about in books, glimpsed in our imagination, dreamed of manifesting...without really claiming them as OUR LIVES--literally. 

Glimpses into other dimensions are becoming common for some of us.  Yesterday while getting my hair done and listening to a conversation between my good friend who was also there and my hair stylist of the last 12+ years...I found myself looking out of male eyes, in a Native American Sioux young body...just watching through his eyes, a scene unfold, a moment, really.  Wearing deerskin breeches, moccasins and no shirt.  I was riding an Appaloosa that was gray and white, with a little black and along a stream with tall grasses that had gone to seed on either side.  There was a slight breeze and it was warm but not hot.  I was thinking of a woman I love and seeing her in my minds eye and imagining touching her.  I was feeling very peaceful and I had this strong sense of a very straight and strong back.  I tuned back into the hair salon and realized what was happening with a sense of delight.  Then I shifted my attention back to the unfolding in my awareness.  I was feeling life all around me.  I knew that everything had a life of it's own and riding and being I was communing with all that is--recognizing this in everything I felt and saw and heard.  I enjoyed this moment for a while...feeling the softness of the pants I was wearing, feeling the warmth of the horse underneath me.  It was all very still and peaceful. 

Then I came back to listening to the conversation in the hair salon about an upcoming vacation to Greece and what islands to visit and I began to participate in that having spent a month in Greece 3 years ago. 

So here I am--living in Los Angeles, getting my hair highlighted and remembering an aspect of one version of me who is a Lakota male with long black hair and very peaceful and deeply in love.  I asked myself about the meaning of this opening.  For I now realize that we are creating a profound healing in our unified field and in our own essence as we connect and cross-inform across versions of ourselves. 

How to get in touch with remembering?

For me this happened in one of those do-nothing moments of just being, with no agenda to be or do anything and it created a space into which this vision could emerge. 

One of the best ways is to be in nature.  Again to do nothing.  To be in the now.  If we want to remember, we can begin to pay attention to our bodies.  For when we resonate strongly with something--feel our bodies react, there is meaning there.  Increased heat, goosebumps, sometimes for me my eyes open wide as though looking more and yet I really even stop seeing visually and move into a sense of knowing and stillness as awareness opens up within me.

To experience this we have to leave a space for memories, for parallel awareness to come into.  The sounds and smells of nature trigger memories if you give yourself time to let them penetrate into your physical being.  The activation of these visions can also be awakened by place--for stone, and land hold energetic imprints.  The area around Lake Louise and Banff in the Canadian Rockies is such a powerful place it is said to take an imprint of your energy and store it when you visit there.  It is likely that other places hold the memory of our presence and to allow ourselves to realize that place, animals, plants, stone and other people RECOGNIZE us, know that it is me, Meredith, who is there, opens up the possibility for a quantum experience to unfold.  I can facilitate this by greeting all I experience with this awareness that I am known and seen.  By bringing my now-moment awareness to a open focus expecting to receive information and energy in all moments. 

Activating memory requires you to be more honest about your life.  To let go of this endless running around and all the "shoulds" and to truly LIVE and stop hiding even from yourself.  To experience these memories it is good to remember for starters that we are far more than flesh and bone--that we are a combination of intelligent electromagnetic signals and that we speak to the world through these and the world and all aspects of it, speak to us.

Claiming the New Human Template: Multi-dimensional Grounded

In memories, in openings to awareness of other versions of you are concepts, blueprints and teachings that have significance in your NOW. 

The Pleiadians say, "Bringing memories of other times and places into your current reality unifies the significance of your life."

When I listened to my Lakota knowing, I realized there were blueprints there which are useful for me now.  When I tap into that energy I feel a profound physical strength and the soles of my feet become VERY active.  I feel strong and my shoulders broaden as I assimilate some of the physical presence I have in my Sioux life.  I feel an approach, a presence to life which is always learning and always aware; that approaches situations and people with a sense of individuality and generosity. 

I realize that in this culture I knew that leaders were people who arose from within and who gave generously.  That people who made us laugh and those who reminded us of our own relationship to nature were revered.  There was a sense of value and connection which feels right to me now and aligned with the new earth.

As I grow in my understanding as different key lifetimes emerge in my awareness I realize that my body has been switched on and is now making me aware of what I need to remember.  I am bringing together in my own experience a story that is personal, planetary and galactic, or cosmic.

 As I choose a different way of receiving or translating reality I am triggering inner doorways which are opening and there is a reorganization within me on a foundational level.  I can support this by realizing the preciousness of my amazing body and listening to it; learning how to love and support my body as we together co-create my experience.  My body is leading me!!

For example: lately I have taken to drinking pH balanced water, and adding oxygen drops to my water.  I was led to this by an impulse to do some kind of physical shifting.  My massage therapist suggested I might want to do a cleanse.  When I went to Whole Foods the next day, I set the intention to be led to what was right for me.  I was drawn to a certain section of the store and thought it was for the Bach Flower Remedies...instead I turned around to the books and immediately saw the book about the pH Miracle, and when I opened it up, the photo on the page was of one woman who participated in this program with a photo and her story and her name in bold on the top of the page: "Asherah."  For those of you who may not know--I channel Ashira--a collective of beings from the Pleiades who are participating in the transition on Earth.  So see?  The book knew it was me and opened in a way that held meaning that would speak to me specifically.  I expect this now and it happens.

So I began to drink this oxygen water about two weeks ago, and my memories have accelerated.  I realize I am purifying my blood.  Blood, like bone is a carrier of DNA and information.  As I purify my blood, it's able to carry more oxygen and as I do this I create the potential for the water on the planet to benefit from my shift.

As I became switched on and my body began unfolding the mystery within, the current of my own life is taking me directly to my own purpose.  I am focusing in on writing a book and teaching more and realizing this important for me.  I am beginning to understand that energy collects in my hands and I am experimenting with using it to purify things around me--food, water, land.  The more I consider what I might be able to do and believe in these possibilities, the more my abilities develop. 

Collaborating with our Lightbodies

My body was only waiting for me to direct it. 

Like all energy, with my clear intention, I give it form. 

This is a key to my own experience--to be truly willing to experience my life and my body, the earth and all that is, as my own creations.  To take responsibility not only for what is, but for what could be.

I am realizing a vision of peace and freedom, harmony and cooperation from within!  As I grow in harmony with myself; as I augment my understanding of who I am with my expansive and multi-dimensional knowing; as I learn to listen and cooperate with not just my body, but my extended body--my yard, my geographic home, my planet, my universe, with All-That-Is--I become a trusting, profoundly resourced creator.  As I know and imagine myself to be unbounded, with an opportunity at every turn I create momentum. 

I invite you to join me

Make a commitment to Earth to open your heart, to awaken to all the knowing within you which will benefit and expand the collective we are and to choose, with pleasure, to experience your fullest capacity in this lifetime.  Claim the template of the New Human for yourself: awaken and orient to a multi-dimensional and grounded version of YOU.

In order to meet all of these things, which are so unfamiliar to our logical minds, we must maintain clear intentions, courage, self-love and a certain nonchalance!  Ask the Earth to assist you in coming to know yourself and to know her as your home. 

I find, that to proceed within this auspicious time, I must know that I am loved and know that I am the source of this love.  To allow love to arise in my experience and allow myself to chose my own experience.  I choose and ask for a grand enhancement of my identity and to learn what it feels like to be expanded--to experience myself on many levels of perception...and to learn to TRUST this process. 

Ask all parts of your body to work together in their idealized forms.  When you have a desire to unite with the greater identity which you have, and prepare your body to operate with a higher electrical current by building and integrating your Lightbody, you begin to access this multilayered knowing, timelines open and you face the seemingly new, although amazingly familiar territory of your existence. 

It's time to welcome and make sense of this new awareness and put it to use in the NOW.  It is quite unusual feeling to have the energies from many worlds meet in your physical body.  And quite a source of powerful and creative knowing.  Bring all that you are to life.  You are needed and loved.  We all are, and we are one.

The time is now.  Participate in the light coming...

Any negative pattern that you’ve experienced consists of Individual thoughts that look like little vibrating microscopic globes, like the nuclei of atoms. These atoms are right next to your body, each connected by a magnetic bond to you. The bond is your attachment to the ideas you hold about yourself, your life, and your patterns. ANY reoccurring pattern you've experienced in your life is a result of these atom-like globes around your body.

The angels showed me that the universal energies are like a blanket of pure clean snow. Snow falls equally everywhere that it lands, yet it takes on shape and form based upon the landscape upon which it falls. So if snow falls upon a rocky terrain, then that's the shape that the snow will appear if snow falls upon a smooth landscape, then the blanket of snow will appear smooth. In other words, the universal energies are neutral, and they only take on form according to the energy which surrounds YOU. And the great news is that you get to decide which energy surrounds you.

So it's important for us to have a smooth surface upon which the universal energies can land. The angels showed me how they can help to remove rocky patterns from your life's landscape!

The healing Archangel Raphael's emerald green healing energy can dissolve and loosen the bonds of the negative patterns' atoms. Please take a moment to center yourself with breath, and then say this aloud or silently:

"Archangel Raphael, please surround me with your healing light, dissolving all bonds to fear-based thought patterns. Please wash all of my former fears away."

You'll likely feel sensations as the green light dissolves and washes away the old thought forms from your body. Afterward, you'll feel lighter and freer, which is the basis of inner peace and health.
