No matter the weather where you are at, it is always a blessing to come through your sister to converse with all of you. I AM eternally grateful for her allowance of this time and for you for taking the time from your busy day to be with us. Even if there is no sunshine where you are, the sun is shining within you dear ones – inside your bright and beautiful heart.
 
I have heard the question countless of times, “Why Me?” or “Why do awful things always happen to me?” There are other variations to these questions and there are plenty of solutions and answers. When you are faced with so many difficult situations seemingly one after the other it is easy for many dear souls to find themselves deep into a self-pitying mode of despair, in turn creating further negative energy to surround your spirit and effecting your mind, body and heart with angry and disillusioned thoughts and actions.

 
Dear ones, it is during such times – ALL times that I encourage each of you to look at your dissatisfactions as a chance to try again and to do things with a different decision at certain intervals than before. A repeated lesson is never a waste of time dear ones. It is a wonderful chance to pause where you are at and try to create a different and more efficient way of completing a task or following a different choice that will lead to a different outcome and possibly breaking the cycle that caused the lesson to repeat itself. As a result dear ones, this is a perfect time to look within, a little closer at specific events with an honest to goodness eye and to listen to your inner voice and not to the Ego. What I often see dear ones is many people doing opposite of what their inner voice is telling them. Sometimes this can advantageous and sometimes this selective listening only brings confusion and disappointment. Every step you take regardless if you are following your trusted intuition or bull-dozing ahead without any thought all brings you to many wonderful learning opportunities. No waste occurs wherever your path takes you. When you think you are wasting your time, look at this and determine why. Are you in a hurry? Is there a schedule you must keep? Your spiritual journey has no clock, and it keeps no timetable. You progress through your efforts from learning each phase as you are meant to. Indeed rushing may get you ahead in some areas, but what always happens is you find you are missing pertinent information and must then backtrack and re-learn what you rushed away from. No matter how menial the lesson is, ALL is relevant.
 
Remember dear ones; there is always a reason for everything. How many times have you misplaced your keys or left something important at home and had to go back? This does not happen only to irritate you. Maybe your keys were purposely misplaced to protect you from a traffic accident, or possibly an interaction with a person you don’t see eye-to-eye was in your neighbourhood, the possibilities are endless, but there is always a reason and some reasons are easier to figure out than others. This does not mean dear ones every time you forget your keys it is to save you from a traffic accident, just keep in mind, someone special is looking out for you and you already know who that special being is – God is the answer dear ones.
 
Energy is required for every aspect of your life, even when it comes to sleep you have to have the energy for your body to relax and shut down in order for sleep to happen. When you use your energy to manifest and to pray for change in your life, you are rounding up your energy and focusing dear ones, envisioning what it is you wish to happen the most and your effort is filled with the purest and deepest of unconditional love. There is never really a bad time to work on your manifestations dear ones, but it is understood you are able to put out more energy when you are not feeling sick, overly tired or rushed because your mind must be clear from any distracting clutter and this dear ones requires energy as well. When you are transmuting your energy of your thoughts and what you wish for to happen into action this will eventually lead into a physical experience this requires pure focused attention and effort from you. This dear ones is your personal power and this is the topic of our discussion.
 
Dear ones I would like to make it perfectly clear that your personal power has nothing to do with physical strength, bravery, or any Ego driven action. Your personal power dear ones is your ability to face your situations and circumstances with confidence and assurance that you will put your best foot forward and you will succeed. You must TRUST yourself and your inner wisdom even if it seems your own actions are not taking you towards your desired direction.
 
Your personal power dear ones compels you to have a brave heart and soul when you face your fears; do not crush them, see the information that is there and learn what is being shown to you. Any fear you have dear ones opens a conflicting contrast to your goal. Contrasts are to be used to glean information from, not to be smashed, covered up or overlooked. Any contrast or negative emotion is another kind of energy dear ones. I urge each of you to transform and change the energy of what you fear and your restrictive beliefs into beneficial direction for your journey.
 
Dear ones, inside of you right this very moment and every moment is the power to do many things, some things you have only thought about some you may have never given a moment’s thought. This incredible power dear ones will always be available to you as soon as you change your thought patterns and open your heart and mind to all the possibilities that exist. Don’t just “I think there is this, or “I think this could happen”. Go and find out, investigate and discover all you can that leaves nothing left to guessing. Guessing is what the Ego likes to do best.
 
Identify your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs through your personal power and learn to remove what is no longer useful on your journey – take the time to do an inner clean-up of old belief systems and ideas that are only holding you back. This provides a moment to remind yourself what you learned from these events, and provides you the opportunity to finally put some things behind you and move forward as the present is where you are and where you are presently is beautiful. If you do discover a hidden fear or one you have tucked away, question it. Ask yourself, “What is it that created this fear?” Your answers will not come from another person as they are within you. It is during such self-discovery moments that many dear souls learn so much of themselves. It is also during this time when certain SELF truths are revealed and some may not be what you have thought all along, definitely this part of your journey that can occur more than once throughout your journey of self-discovery and growth can upsetting. The truth isn’t always easy to see but it is necessary dear ones.
 
The more willing you are to face ALL truths, the more creative opportunities you will have to increase and articulate yourself lovingly through the pure love for yourself and for the world that you share with a diverse population. Remember dear ones you were meant to have creative thoughts and concepts that eventually lead into completion.
 
Your personal power enables you to reach many heights spiritually and in your personal life. Through your personal power dear ones you will realize what you are willing to accept and learn that it’s up to you to organize all your naturally born talents and focus on what it is, your goal that you are trying so hard to achieve. If you are finding it difficult to form your personal power foundation alone, invoke my presence, and seek guidance from God – you are never alone on your journey dear ones. Share your concerns with your guides and allow the angels that work with you to carry some of heavy cumbersome burdening grief. We are are here to support you, love and guide you; yet we cannot until you ask us to.
 
Once you have developed trust in yourself and accepted into your heart fully and unconditionally the guidance from the being or beings you choose to work with, you will discover you are in perfect position of your personal power and being in this alignment is a wonderful feelings. You will feel balanced, more centered and the lack of the need to judge or criticize others because you are now in harmony with yourself and all that is. You will have reached a higher consciousness that does not require the input of your Ego. Your journey is yours dear ones, and another person’s journey will always differ from yours. What is important is how you handle each and every situation. When you are truly and clearly aligned, you will not be prone to emotional outbursts as your inner self is in balance of your outer self. This is an important accomplishment to reach and one that I have seen takes many people their whole lives to achieve, but they still did. Not giving up is the key.
 
When you learn to control your mind, you will know exactly how to disperse your personal power. Allow yourself the feeling of contentment and joy once you KNOW you have accomplished this part of your journey.  And share this wonderful acclimation through your heart-ful actions to all you meet, no matter if they are friend or stranger – your spiritual energy will be aglow with love that will illuminate your true self in all you set out to do or say.
 
Always my time spent conversing with all of you brings me great joy. No matter where you are on your journey or what you have achieved along the way, the special-ness each of you brings is infinitely remarkable.

You are on the edge of a massive disruption to what you call normal life, which will be sensational in its unfoldment while inspiring and uplifting you. You have been working very hard to reach this point in your spiritual evolution, and you have truly earned the monumental accolades and honors that are shortly to be bestowed upon you. You know all this, but while you stay within the confines of the illusion the memory of that knowledge remains hidden from you. What is required of you is that you continue to hold the Light on high as you trust your Father to deliver all that He has promised you, as you truly know He will.

The Light that you are bearing before you with such forbearance and determination is a beacon to many who are aware that something strange is in the air, that all is not as it seems. Your constancy and imperturbability are amazingly effective stabilizing influences on all in your vicinity, and on all who know you, even though you yourselves are mostly unaware of the powerful and supportive presence that your loving behavior constantly demonstrates.

Love is the power, the energy, the creative potential that gives life its spark. Life and Love are one — a divine dependency that is infinitely fertile and infinitely abundant. Within the illusion, you experience only the smallest intimation of what this means. You have writers, painters, poets, composers, and performers who manage to pass on to you a mere inkling of the fantastic possibilities that life offers you, but until you dissolve your illusory reality and awaken fully, your understanding of what this truly means will continue to escape you.

You all have deep yearnings for so much more than life as you presently experience it can possibly deliver, and so you remain dissatisfied, disgruntled, in fact deeply disappointed with what it offers you. Many of you drive yourselves to achieve and, remaining displeased with the results, drive yourselves even harder, but to no avail. What you seek and so desperately desire is not of this world, which is one extremely good reason for changing it beyond all recognition, and that is what you are in the process of doing.

Pay close attention to the amazing plurality of information that is being increasingly promulgated all across the world, as more and more who are in positions of trust disclose much secret knowledge that has been hidden from you in order to disempower and control you.

This dictatorial secrecy can no longer be enforced, or even maintained, because those employed to file and organize information of any kind are being permeated by the divine Love field. They are awakening to the need for transparency in all interpersonal, interdepartmental, inter-organizational, intergovernmental, and international communications. As a result they are feeling spiritually inspired, motivated, and encouraged to take into their own hands the responsibility for releasing information that previously they would have absolutely refused to divulge in this manner to anyone unless expressly directed to do so by a very senior member of the corporate structure or organization for which they work.

The authoritarian and Byzantine groups who have been running the world and controlling its citizens are disintegrating. They never truly trusted one another, and have always taken enormous precautions to ensure their interdependency through dissimulation and concealment. There was never just one controlling authority, and now, as more and more secret information is released into the public arena, their distrust has intensified to such an extent that they no longer feel safe in supporting each other, and are going their separate ways. Confusion has become endemic and is leading them rapidly to their ruin.

You could say that the end game has commenced and that it is turning into a rout — a defeat of unimaginable proportions for those who would control and suppress you. They know neither where to turn nor where to run – indeed there is nowhere – and what is happening is totally beyond anything they could have foreseen or prepared for. They are in total disarray.

As you have been frequently told and frequently reminded, Love is the power, the energy, the wholeness of God. There is no judgment, vengeance, punishment, or restitution in Reality, for there is no need. Everyone is in total harmony and agreement, being one with each other and with God in an eternal state of transcendental superconsciousness. No one is lacking, no one wants to see another harmed or called to account, because no one would or could do anything to arouse such a desire in another.

Within your illusory unreality this is not the case. Your laws were framed to judge the wrongdoers and to provide restitution for the wronged – if they could afford to engage attorneys and employ the law! This inequity will change. The divine energy field enveloping your planet and intensifying is causing a realization to dawn that the old ways were self-perpetuating – your laws have been very harsh at times, and people nearly always fought back against unfavorable judgments – and could never bring true peace and harmony.

Nevertheless, while the illusion is dissolving, a means of containment is necessary to prevent those who control and punish you from continuing to do so. Containment means just that. It does not mean judgment or punishment, but merely the discernment and the competence to harmlessly hold and restrain those who intend to harm others.

While contained they will be lovingly cared for, like the apparently abandoned children they feel they are, and offered endless opportunities to understand why they are being contained and to understand that the way forward for them is to release their vast amounts of dammed-up pain and suffering about which they are in total denial. They will have all the time they need to do this, and they will succeed. When they have completed the release of all that toxic waste buried deeply within them, there will be an enormous space within their hearts that will fill very rapidly with Love.

Remember, that every sentient being is one of God’s beloved children, and that He never gives up on or abandons anyone. All will return Home. However, those very badly damaged ones, who are or who will become contained, will not interfere with the mass awakening towards which you have all been working so enthusiastically and determinedly. A marvelous and amazing future awaits you.

QUESTION: Good afternoon dear SaLuSa. Ana and I are very excited about the Antartica pyramids. We are wondering why has nobody found them before? Can these now be seen because of the ice melting? Will we find more amazing buildings there?

REPLY from SaLuSa: Good afternoon. I am glad for this question, because this matter illustrates what is taking place very well. It is important to notice that the photographs were leaked. They were not officially released as part of a press conference. In actual fact the research team is under strict surveillance, and everything that they discovered is top secret. There are also military people in the same area as them. All information release is being controlled by those in power.

The same thing is happening in regards to the Baltic USO. The Military comes along and take control of the area, especially when independent research is taking place; I mean when the findings are not controlled by the governments, by various scheming, and by funding these projects.

Another reason why corporations are eager to drill and exploit the Antarctic is because this will give them control of the area. They intend to dig and keep the findings to themselves, under the exclusive guise of resource exploitation. Once they find the “treasures” they are looking for, their plan is to destroy all evidence of advanced civilisations, of ruins and of technology. This has been used on many sacred grounds all over the entire world: in Ireland, in the United States, but also in war zones such as ancient Mesopotamia.

In truth we have been hiding, or cloaking some of the sites which could be used as tools for Ascension from the military. And we are revealing some of the important sites to more independent researchers when we deem they are worthy of trust with potential findings. We try to do so in a timely manner of course.

The people who leaked information and photos have done so for their own protection as well as for the pyramids protection from being erased and all evidence being destroyed. Those photographs were never allowed to be seen by the general public. Many of you had an inner knowledge of there being pyramids on Antarctica, you knew of their existence ever since your time during the Atlantis period.

Indeed there is a connect between these pyramids and Atlantis, because this was a Galactic and global civilisation, highly technologically advanced, as well as spiritually developed in the earlier period. These pyramids pre-date the ones on Egypt, because the initial builders of pyramids lived on the continent now called Antarctica. Therweather conditions were not so extreme when these were built, although a definite weather pattern was already foreseen for that entire continent millennia ago, by their builders.

There is great knowledge inside of them, left there by your forefathers, knowing this period of time you call Ascension was ahead of you. These humans were so advanced that many left Earth in order to explore Galaxies, while others have ascended. Some of them entered Inner Earth and stayed there, and others again were connected to your sister planet Mars.

These pyramids have the potential of releasing much knowledge for your civilisation. These are great potential tools, used in the right hands. These pyramids are located at the main chakra for Mother Earth and can play a major role in planetary Ascension. This was realised by brave scientists who leaked those photographs for all of you to see. They realised the enormous importance of their discovery, and have also realised that darker forces are at play in order to downplay or hide their existence.

If you are reading these words right now then you are advised to begin to share relevant information of the great earth changes already underway to those in your online and personal circles. Light is information, so you as a Lightworker are an information worker. You have two swords to choose from. The Galactic Federation of Light and the Ashtar Command have asked us to share the information pertaining to their existence, their presence here and their honorable intentions to assist our world advance to the standards of a galactic community.

It is not advisable to share these as well as other channeled communications from the galactic commands in these efforts, as these communications are not designed for our purposes and therefore would not fair well. Our goal is to minimize the shock many humans may experience upon the revelations that are soon to come. (The galactic commands have also advised us to indentify the ‘UFOs’ as Galactic Federation of Light or Ashtar Command ships, as we now know who these ships belong to and the term Unidentified Flying Object can now be stored away in the attic of our history.

Your second sword that you may choose, and keep in mind you certainly may choose both, is to share relevant information pertaining to the ongoing arrests of the members of the criminal cabal, arrests that are expected to escalate and also enter mainstream human consciousness. Again, what we are attempting to do is minimize the shock many may experience upon learning that those they may have put so much trust and faith in have actually conspired to impoverish and sicken all of humanity, finally imprisoning all voices of discontent of their tyrannical rule. Thanks to fellow traveler Joan Bird for the pointer to this post. Are we surprised? Hardly. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. I presume this means that channelled messages are being viewed, increasingly, as a threat to the cabal.

This post also reminds everybody to stay on our toes. Just because a message is “channelled” doesn’t mean it’s “true” (in 3D or any other D) or that it’s sourced from an extra- or inter-dimensional intelligence. It could just be subconscious wishful thinking on the part of the channeler; or parts of it could be. Or it could be deliberate fear porn. For example, from the NSA — and who knows what other alphabet agency and/or black ops — twisting info into disinfo, even (especially?) from “channelled” sources.

Battles for control can be fought on many fronts.  Specifically, we would like to shine light on a little known battlefield within the vastness of Internet communications.

In an effort to exert maximum control over the flow of information regarding government involvement with extraterrestrial beings, there is an ongoing disinformation effort which needs to be exposed.

The National Security Agency (NSA) and its mighty fingers of control are fully aware of the plethora of channeled messages being posted on the Internet.  NSA data show that such channelings are being read by ever-growing numbers of people.  Therefore, the NSA has been responsible for distributing disinformation through channeled messages.

In some cases, distorted information is being beamed into the minds of established or well-recognized channels.  In other cases, illusions of newer channelers have been created and promoted throughout the vast network of the World Wide Web. Through these efforts, fear is magnified.

Seemingly contradictory information also is being disseminated.  Because of this, many channelers’ prophesies fail to come to fruition.  In this way, it is hoped that the influence of channelers will be undermined and therefore truth from true channelers will be dismissed.

True channelers are unflinchingly aligned with the Divine Energy of Creation and daily ask for that protection so that only truth comes through their messages.

It is a challenge today for the readers of channeled messages to distinguish nuggets of gold from fool’s gold.  This requires that the readers of channeled messages ask for Divine protection and discernment so they may distinguish truth from the deliberate barrage of disinformation.

This is a joint communique from the Bearers of Light who have come to Earth on a rescue mission.

EDITOR’S NOTE: According to Wired Magazine as well as other sources, the new NSA facility in Utah will be connected with established listening posts throughout the world.  The facility will essentially be a bottomless storage of everyone’s personal data since birth including content from private emails, phone calls, Internet searches and purchases.  This information quickly can be pulled up, as accurately demonstrated by Tim McGee the computer guru on the popular television show “NCIS.”

Dreams

Dreams are an essential part of human life; everyone dreams every night.

Scientific research shows that a person dreams every 90 minutes during sleep. Some dreams are very vivid and are remembered for a long time, while other dreams are forgotten as soon as one wakes up.

Dreams can carry messages, warnings, instructions, and directions in the form of images and symbols.

A dream is the period when the conscious perceives the cosmic life. It experiences that life with the senses of its cosmic body called Jism-e-Misali; conscious means a body, in spiritual terms.

Every human being exists with two bodies. Both bodies are active and alive. Each body exists in a different zone; one in the cosmic zone and the other in the matter zone.

The material body develops the conscious of the matter world. It is made of matter, it eats matter, and lives on matter, and therefore, all its information and experiences are limited to matter or material world.

The conscious consists of the information received through the five senses; sight is the origin of senses, and touch is the extreme limit.

Hearing, smell and taste are different levels of consciousness. All information received through these senses is preserved in the memory. Since human beings live in the matter zone, they can only comprehend and fully understand the messages it receives through the physical senses.

Most of the information that is retained in the memory is received through the sight. According to the Divine law, sight can only perceive in light. During dream one uses all the senses and remembers the experiences of the dream for a long time. During dream the conscious (self-ego) of the person is transferred into the cosmic body.

The dream experiences are the movements of the Jism-e-Misali in the cosmic zone. Human life consists of a lifetime that is made up of day and night. Day or wakefulness activates the physical conscious with sunlight and sound.
Night (sleep) suspends the physical conscious, and awakens and activates the cosmic conscious.

The real self-ego belongs to the cosmic body. The cosmic body creates the physical body, and looks after it during its lifetime. This link is called the light of Tasheed, or life force.

During dream the cosmic body directs the self-ego through the language of symbols and colours. The cosmic body is constantly assessing the movements and emotions of the physical body. The approval of the cosmic body is perceived as a happy dream. The disapproval of the cosmic body is experienced as a nightmare.

Sometimes the dreams can warn forthcoming events. It contains instructions to protect and save oneself from dangerous situations. The experiences and observations of the dream body are called the subconscious.

The cosmic body is called Jism-e-Misali. The spirit creates this body.
The spirit is a silhouette that contains the attributes of God. In the Holy Books, it is referred to as "God breathed His breath into Adam".

Each attribute is a specific force that is creative and intelligent. The spirit contains the Divine command and acts upon it. The conscious of the spirit is the Will of the Creator.

To carry out the Divine plan it uses the Divine attributes to create the first body called Jism-e-Misali. Jism-e-Misali is the personification of Divine attributes. The cosmic body lives in the cosmic world, which is a vast territory that contains all the necessities of life. In this zone, the Jism-e-Misali senses are not complete. In order to stretch its senses to the furthest limit it creates another body.

This extension of the Jism-e-Misali is the physical body and the real ego belongs to the Jism-e-Misali.

During a dream, one perceives with the original ego, and during day the original ego becomes dormant and the physical ego becomes active. The physical body contains matter or material senses, which are the extreme limit of the spirit and Jism-e-Misali.

White Nobility

I have received instructions to reveal some occult information to the public.

This is the first among several blog posts that will reveal to the general public some positive groups that have never been revealed yet and have worked towards the liberation of the planet, some of them for millennia.

The first of those groups is the White Nobility. During human history, not all aristocratic families have associated themselves with the Cabal. Many have resisted passively, some even actively. Noblesse oblige was not an empty phrase for them but an actual imperative to help the less fortunate remainder of humanity. The most famous among White Nobility families are the Medicis that helped to bring about the Renaissance which laid the foundation of our modern world.

Common ground for all those noble families is the occult tradition that goes back a few millennia into the mystery schools of ancient Rome, Greece and Egypt. Mysteries of the Goddess are their greatest secret and their main occult weapon against the Cabal. Many of White Nobility families have a strong connection with Mary Magdalene and the Grail mysteries and are connected with positive Templar groups. 


Black Nobility families that are associated with the Jesuits are allergic to the Goddess energy. They would like to wipe it out from the surface of the planet and have tried to do so many times. Members of families such as Pallavicini, Orsini, Massimo, Borghese, Aldobrandini, Colonna, Pacelli, Odescalchi,  Ortolani  and Luzzatti are receiving their orders directly from the Archons and are at the core of conspiracy against the Goddess. They are waging an occult war against the White Nobility families that are trying to spread the Light and support feminine qualities such as compassion, receptivity, creativity, love…

Rothschilds are nobility wannabes (their lineage goes less than two and a half centuries back and they come from Bauer family which is German for farmer) and do not understand completely the occult war that is going on in the highest circles as they are left out of the information loop. They are too immersed into the physical matter as well. Meanwhile, Rockefellers are plain commoners and do not have the slightest idea about what is really going on.

Most of the White Nobility families are now located in Italy and serve as a counterforce against the Black Nobility. They have lost most of their wealth in the last two centuries, but their positive occult tradition is still very much alive. Their names must not yet be disclosed to the general public, they work tirelessly in the background for the benefit of humanity. They are not associated directly with the Savoy family as some people think. Some of them are involved with creation of the new and fair financial system that will replace the current one very soon, another group is focused on revealing occult knowledge of the ages. I have received instructions from the Resistance to involve White Nobility in Operation Dreamland that is part of the Plan for the planetary liberation. DL Zeta: Our Future Self Travels Dream Portals to Guide us to Empowered Timelines

Last week we spoke about our energetic self, which some call their guide or angel, the collective unconsciousness or higher self. It doesn't matter what we choose to call this aspect of ourselves. This other self is our link to eternity and helps us choose and activate future timelines where our highest potentials exist.
This self exists along a much faster time continuum than ours. We can’t perceive this self with our physical senses so it is beyond our normal perception. This self is real, existing in accelerated “vertical time” which happens so fast that it appears to lie outside consciousness. Events that happen in vertical time are able to instantly modify our present moment if we are able to work with our future self to optimize our future possibilities.

Information Transfers in Dream States

Our future self is the part of ourselves not bound by time and space that is able to travel into the future to witness the potentials we are setting up in our present moment. The information about potential timelines crystalizing in our future is transmitted to us during portal openings in consciousness. We are able to develop our skill at consciously accessing these time portals that allow us to sync our normal time frame with that of vertical time, but for the most part the transfer of information between these realms happens in dream states.


Directing and Cultivating Sleep States

The information that comes through these time portals allows us to improve our present. In order to make the most of these portals, we can make sure we are well rested and that we sleep through the needed number of sleep cycles to enter the special place in consciousness where our future self brings us the information we need about our future potentials.
Another part of entering the needed dream state is to direct our mind before sleep to a calm, clear space surrounded by the intention to rendezvous with our future self.


Perceiving and Energizing our Best Future Timelines

This meeting is the single most important thing we do to make our life positive and happy. It is crucial to our ability to remember and live our life purpose. At every turn in our life we encounter situations that we identify as “problems.” As we encounter these situations, we set up energetic futures where these situations find an answer and resolution. These future potentials crystallize instantly with numerous timelines extending in all directions, each timeline offering a potential solution to the problem we have just encountered in the present moment. Our future self travels into these potentials to observe which contain the highest and best solution – the one most aligned with our spiritual purpose and need for understanding.
In dream states, our future self delivers the information it has gathered from our future potentials. This information filters up from our subconscious via our intuition at the moment it is needed – when we are making decisions that will determine which future potential will become our dominant timeline.


Forewarnings from our Future Self help us Shift Timelines

It may be that these information exchanges with our future self bring us forewarnings that alert us to dangerous timelines that may be setting up in the future. For example, if one future potential results in a car accident, we might wake from our dream with a sense of alarm at having received the information about this potential from our future self. The good news is that such advance awareness of future potentials allows us to make adjustments in our present moment that will set up other potentials.


Physical Illness as Portents and Cultivating Healing Timelines

The information we receive from our future self is not the only form of advance feedback available to us. One form comes through our physical body, which always knows before we do that we are setting up a future potential misaligned with our life purpose. This misalignment often happens when we tune into certain parasitical energies that distort our perception and steer us off course. We will talk more about parasitized frequencies in our next segment. When we experience physical illness, the specific form of condition offers clues as to the nature of the imbalance we are setting up in the future. Once we recognize there is a problem, we are able to work with our future self to develop potential futures where the healing we need is realized. In this way, we are able to cultivate the cause of our own present-moment healing in our future.
As we use this process we begin to realize how living the highest and best in our present moment is directly related to our willingness to perceive and modify the future before we live it.
