We’re feeling like we’re in the land of the obvious and looking
for a clue.  Just when we are sure that we finally know what we are
doing we find out that everything has changed. After months or years of
working on ourselves, do we feel any differently than before? Maybe we
don’t because it has taken us such a long time to get here that we
have completely forgotten the person we used to be, and maybe that is a
good thing. I, for one, am glad to be beyond the fear, doubt,
confusion and uncertainty that I used to have.

be like with my newly learned confidence? As soon as I get back into
the world, I will let you know. Like many others, I have also been keep
out of circulation for the past few years and I know it was for a good
reason but I’m tired of being by myself all of the time.

Uriel’s Message – Why You Cannot Help Others

Jennifer’s note: I asked for this channel today because several of my
friends are facing very sad life issues. I cannot do anything for them,
other than to send them prayers, love and light. I feel helpless and
sad, even though I know that all is in divine order. My question to
Uriel was why did this happen and why do I feel so helpless. This is his
reply.

Your desire to help others is part of your commitment to be of
service to all of humanity at this time. Do not confuse helping humanity
with alleviating its suffering. You can reveal alternatives that will
present new potentials for understanding and action but even with the
vibrational shifts, new energies, ascension and transformation, karma is
still at work and soul contracts are being fulfilled. See beyond
emotional consequences to the spiritual fulfillment that is being
created . Many contracts involve separation, final resolution and
choices that are made without consideration of others’ pain or
reactions.

You are only seeing the pain and sadness of others, not the full

The Re-Birthing Teachers

Every aspect of our life, with each lifetime, is an opportunity
for us to remember who we are within the context of our power, love and
divinity. We don’t enter the world as powerless humans, we enter it as
humans who do not remember their power. Then we experience a series of
lessons whose purpose is to help us reconnect to our power and use it to
make powerful decisions and choices. To do this we have countless
teachers whose role in our life is to assist in the re-birthing process.

Everyone in our life is a teacher and each one has a role in our
ascension and reconnection journey. Some teachers can be challenging,
others are a joy to be with. Each one has a blessing for us as long as
we gain the understanding that they make available to us. The key is in
how long we take to understand the role our teachers play, make space in
our consciousness for their lessons and learn to take what we need and

Each lifetime is a journey in self healing and the world is a
mirror of the healing that each one of you has come to accomplish. The
world does not need to be healed as much as it needs to experience your
healing. Then it experiences the higher vibrations and moves into its
healed potential. Each person in your life is a mirror of your own
healing. Those you believe come to you for healing are a mirror of the
healing you have agreed to complete. If you heal them you are not
healed. But if you heal yourself they can become a mirror of your
healing.

You believe that you are called to heal the world and you
become frustrated because it seems that the world refuses to honor your
commitment. There is still pain, chaos and suffering everywhere you
look. You feel that in the course of your lifetimes you have made little

I’m Ascending But I Can’t Get Up!

Hi everyone,
  
We alternating between periods of
breakneck speed transformation and achingly slow gaps of stillness,
moving between trying to keep up with the changes that are being thrust
on us to being stopped in our tracks. In the fast periods we focus on
movement and doing what we need to in order to stay focused and
grounded. And in the slow periods we are challenged to also stay
grounded and address whatever is presented to us until the next period
of movement. 
 

We want the movement because that proves we are
making progress and yet it is the slow periods in which we make our
strongest advances. It is the difference between traveling on a
fast-moving train, where the countryside zips by and walking, where we
see every landmark in detail. But we would rather skip the details
because they represent more work, clearing, healing, release and
choices. Why can’t we just be done with it? Haven’t we done enough work
already?
 
What we do not see is the debris that the
transformation has kicked up, which is waiting for us to take action, to
look at what has been dredged up in our lives and to work on it.… Read the rest

Re-Assess Your Responsibility

Your responsibility as healers is a serious one and you fulfill
this in ways that have often caused you great sorrow. The soul groups
you choose are those that need your light and healing, but often do not
respect or honor the responsibility you have undertaken for them. The
roles you play in each lifetime demand sacrifice yet the rewards are
often not given to you. The pain you carry for the world weighs heavily
on your shoulders and yet the world does not appreciate you for it. Do
you take on more responsibility to see the results you wish for or do
you give up? There is a middle path you can follow which will honor your
path and help you live beyond your responsibility.

Can you
release your soul group to their own path, knowing you have fulfilled
your obligations to them by extending healing and understanding? They
have unlimited opportunities for healing and release available to them,

Rebirth or Rebound?

So often we leave one situation only to find ourselves in
another one that is exactly the same. Why do we do that? Because we try
to fix what we see as our failures by fixing the other person or setting
up a similar scenario, hoping that we will do things differently the
second time around. But sometimes the second time becomes a third,
fourth and so on and we find ourselves in perpetual rebound. What we are
trying to do is complete a cycle so we can be re-born but that cannot
be accomplished unless we shift our own energy.

The rebound
process is best described in relationships, when we leave one and
immediately go into another one, thinking that the new person is
different. But as we find out, this new relationship is very similar to
our previous one. How can we find another person who is just like the
one we said we would never go back to? Unless we shift our energy, we
are attracting only energies that will help us complete our healing

Hi everyone,
 
I rarely send mid-week updates but this is such an important week and we are in such transformative times that I wanted to reach out to you and let you know what is happening this week and why you may be feeling unfocused and ungrounded, a little confused and even stuck as not much is moving right now. I would have written this earlier in the week but I was too tired!!
 
Did you feel ungrounded, tired and unsettled on August 3? Or were you energized, focused and ready for anything? Chances are you felt the former and that is because on that date the earth was bombarded with solar radiation from a C3 class solar flare. While not powerful enough to block communications, it bombarded the earth with magnetic waves that were powerful enough to affect us physically, even going to far as to alter our chemical makeup.This solar flare opens us up to another important event, the Grand
Cardinal Cross that is exact on Friday, August 6, when the moon moves
