Hasten your heart to speak its language. Your heart's language is love. Languages are to be spoken. That is what they are for. Words are not the only language. Without words, love can be spoken very well.
You may be rusty in speaking the language of love. If your giving love has been squeaky, oil your love with practice. Practice the giving of love, and you will be a natural speaker. You will not know how to stop expressing love. It is natural to express love. Love is meant to be expressed. A cow gives milk. A heart gives love. Pump that heart of yours, and love will express itself.
If your language of love has been stored in the basement or in the attic, take it out now. Rub its joints. Massage it a little. Prime that pump. The time is now. The right time is now. The right time is not to be waited for. It is always a good time. It is always the right time for love.
If you were love, full love this moment, what would it be like? What would you be like?
If I announced you the King or Queen of Love, how would you begin? What would be the first law you would enact? Perhaps you would enact laws like these: No one is to go out the door without love.… Read the full article ···»

A Saint-Germain Channel
Alexandra Mahlimay and Dan Bennack
This channeling is part of a Soul purpose reading with Saint-Germain.
It's been published with our client's permission.
"Dear Saint-Germain, I have had issues with money, banks, and creditors for most of my life. This situation has filled me with stress, fear, and powerlessness. How are these feelings affecting my relationship with money? Thank you."
Beloved Friend, things are not as bad as you imagine. We are going to take a look at the part of you that is feeling powerless and living in fear of financial institutions. But first of all, we need to do a bit of reviewing. This may feel like a digression from your question. But we will get back to it.
Sub-personalities and the Ego
Please recall that most human beings identify heavily with their personalities, and not so much with the Higher Aspects of their Being, such as the Soul or God Self. The human personality, or ego, including yours, is formed of many sub-personalities. Some of these play dominant roles, while others are less important.
The mixture and emphasis depend upon the person involved and their circumstances.
For example, a young mother with children at home may identify herself with the role of “caregiver” very often. But the sub-personality of “free spirit” that formed during her college years at art school may reveal itself much less frequently.… Read the full article ···»

(NaturalNews) Recent studies conducted by Fushong Li of the Oregon Research Institute in Eugene, Oregon have determined that the ancient Chinese practice of tai chi can a positive impact on those afflicted with Parkinson's disease (PD).
Parkinson's disease is a degenerative neurological condition that usually afflicts people from age 50 and up. But younger cases do occur, the most famous being actor Michael J. Fox. PD affects around one million in the United States. As is the case with other neurological disorders, its rate is increasing. An estimated 60,000 new cases of PD are diagnosed annually.
Tremors of the hands, slight head oscillations, muffled speech, and lack of facial expression changes or frozen face are common symptoms of PD.If you've ever seen interviews or other visuals of Muhammad Ali after his retirement from boxing, you will have witnessed some of Parkinson's main manifestations.
PD is considered incurable by mainstream medicine, but if detected early enough it is said to be manageable with drugs. We all know, however, that these drugs are not without major drawbacks and have many side effects.
Tai chi was tested for other aspects of PD, such as posture problems, problems with gait, and balance issues. Gait and balance issues have caused many unpredictable and often dangerous falls for elderly and brittle PD victims. This is the area where tai chi showed clear improvement.… Read the full article ···»
Laura: Good afternoon SaLuSa. So nice to chat with you again today.
SaLuSa: Good afternoon, Laura. What is on your mind today, dear friend?
Laura: hum.. well, I wonder about energy low, I feel rather tired today. Do I waste energy somehow?
SaLuSa: The human condition is an interesting subject to discuss. Shall I say that energy is transformed throughout your bodies during the day. Yes indeed, there is such a thing as energy waste. One can waste much energy in inner consideration. For example, “what would have happened if I had chosen to go on holidays in such a place, rather than this place…” or “why was this person short tempered with me?”
Emotions can be a terrible distraction for humans, and negative emotions can be quite harmful. On one hand suppressing negative emotions towards a situation or somebody will act on one’s subconscious and it is quite dangerous not to deal with these emotions and deny their existence, as these can resurface at any moment and in any situation. Needless to say that most of the time one can direct frustration or anger towards the wrong person at the wrong time.
On the other hand, expressing one’s anger with someone or with what appears to be faith leads to a serious leak of energy and focusing your attention towards negative issues, will only attract more negativity.… Read the full article ···»
