~**~ Innocence is your very nature. You do not have to become it, you are already it. You are born innocent. Then layers and layers of conditioning are imposed upon your innocence. Your innocence is like a mirror and conditioning is like layers of dust. The mirror has not to be achieved, the mirror is already there – or rather, here. The mirror is not lost, it is only hidden behind layers of dust.

~**~ You don’t have to follow a way to reach your nature because you cannot leave your nature, you cannot go anywhere else. Even if you wanted to, it is impossible. That’s exactly the definition of nature: Nature means that which cannot be left behind, that which cannot be renounced. But you can forget about it. You cannot lose it but it can be forgotten.

~**~ And that’s exactly what has happened. The mirror is not lost but forgotten – forgotten because it is not functioning anymore as a mirror. Not that any defect has arisen in it, just layers of dust are covering it.… Read the rest

The Nature of the Soul

Your soul is your immortal inner
being. It existed before time began and it will always exist, even when you
merge back in your ultimate spiritual home as a conscious aspect of Infinite
Being.

Out of the 12 levels or density layers of existence, we, in this
physical realm, are in 3rd density. The soul is in 5th density, and Infinite
Being is beyond the 12th. Your soul is your individualized spiritual presence,
operating in 5th density and it maintains communication with the souls of
everyone with whom you interact in daily life.

The soul world of 5th
density is non-physical, our dense physical world is in 3rd density, while 4th
density – the afterlife or spirit world – is quasi-physical. The term
quasi-physical means that the spirit world is solid to its residents, even
though they are etheric or ghost-like when compared to our dense physical
structures. Spirits can, and do, bump into each other in the spirit realms
because they are solid relative to each other.

Life in the spirit world
is much like life in our dense physical world, except that there are
certain

All Is Choice: Finding empowerment

known channeled phrase "All Is Choice".

You may have
already noticed in thinking about the statement "All Is Choice" on a
big picture, theoretical basis, it is not all that useful in a
practical sense. It can be comforting to have that as a basis or
background, but the human mind finds it impossible to maintain a real
connection to that idea when also faced with mundane, day to day
activities.

In other words, when you pick up your coffee cup to
take a sip, it is not that useful to you in that moment to imagine how
that small action fits into the overall arc of your life as a
projection of a soul. How does taking a sip of coffee serve you in the
larger sense? It’s almost impossible to grasp that – and then the
question arises: "how does the act of taking a sip of coffee affect me,
either positively or negatively, in terms of the overall arc of my

Wow, here we are already 5 days into this wonderful Journey, with incredible insight and discovery. As you can see this practice is somewhat cumulative in nature often being described as peeling the layers of the onion we dig deeper every moment. Each of our previous days experience becomes foundation for the moment at hand. We are in the process of re-training ourselves to ’see’ differently as many have been conditioned to see what the governing society wants us to see. It is an illusion and as we begin to peel away the layers to reveal more information a new world opens to us… We must let it, to be sure… We must want it from the depth of our beings. It is a commitment to ourselves and we continue now.

Come into your awareness, the practice, right now however you are. Bring yourself to this present moment and begin to breathe consciously.

Dear Ones,

Let us look at an issue you have tried
to ignore. Many of you feel as if you have done all that is required of you and
yet you have not achieved nirvana. What is wrong? Or more to the point of this
piece – what have you done wrong?

Absolutely nothing. Most historical shifts were not brought about
instantaneously but as a process. And even those most involved, questioned their
direction and their intent. So it is with you.

You expected your life to shift instantaneously from pain to joy. And so it
has. But not in the sense that you anticipated.

You are composed of numerous layers, if you will. And each layer is
adapting
to the recent energy shifts in their own fashion. Let us be a bit more
descriptive. Perhaps you try to put out the flames in a burning building
with
your hands. Your adrenaline will most likely prevent you from feeling
pain, even
though your mind might register that putting your hands into the fire is
not the
