I AM a star.  As such I generate light through my focus.  As I AM the eyes of God, of Source, of All-That-Is, my appreciation flows endless amplitudes of light.  As I move into greater transparency with this vastness of my own being, I experience a foreigner's sense of living an Earth-life and it is as if I came here recently, new to this place and am freshly choosing how and what I wish to experience.

I do not understand many things anymore.  Things I used to understand.  I do not feel negative feelings about them, no--it is that really I just don't understand.  Or perhaps it is more accurate to say I do not resonate with things so I have no idea how to relate.  This is fine.  I simply turn my attention to that which I do resonate with and allow it to shape my life.

This is a very different way of being within the human template.  Yet it feels natural.  I like it.  I feel a little thrilling energy as I write this.  The clarity of what I am saying here opens me to a certain type of flow--and a jolt of energy, which I know as a "thrill" happens and this experience feels wonderful.

As a star, I have presence in many realms of focus and more and more I simply relate to myself as the sum of all this.  The particulars seem less important the way my atoms in my fingers seem no more important than the whole of my hand.  All of me works beautifully in coherent harmony and knows how to do this as a whole!  How amazing I AM.

In this experience that is now my lens of living in this Meredith-enabled body, I discover that much time and energy has been spent cultivating the costume here!  Relieved of this impulse, I find beauty in so many things I cannot imagine feeling the need for more or new...as more and new is already given so generously everywhere.

And so, wow, there is much to experience!  As the presence I am is wide-open, life is available in deeper, expanded, elevated ways.  I see now that so much of what we experience is dependent on our openness and presence.  As we are increasingly capable of an undivided presence, we experience more.  Of course endless wise souls have written about this, I merely add to their lineage my own direct experience which affirms this, and intend for my happiness to amplify the availability of this experience for anyone who seeks joy and ease.

I AM abundant and rich!  This is not a concept; it IS.

I AM cared for without concern, exactly like the "lilies of the field," and my awareness of this and my sense of self (absent the illusion of separateness thus any idea of "deserving this" is a non-issue) make this knowing a simple, nonchalant fact of life, a wonderful aspect of truth which I get to experience in human form.  I AM that which enables my human existence here as Source and I AM that receiving Source Energy as love.  I am grateful for the connection.  I am grateful for the blocks to knowing the truth of this experience being dissolved into clarity and delight.  

I wish for all beings to know the joy of life.

All that I AM now wishes to ease the suffering of others.  I have resolved my own unhappiness and fed my energy field to abundance.  I continue as an appreciative presence to generate energy and am nourished and resourced as I intend.  I AM a channel of love.  I don't need to "do" anything for this to happen--it's natural to let life flow through me--but my intention allows it to take shape as I AM.  So what I know can become part of reality, I intend for it to manifest and I create it within my experience; thus enlarging our experience.  I let life, in all it's infinite wisdom and abundant love, flow through me, as the aspect of creation I AM.  Shining on, as the One I Am here and now, as love.

Well, here we are standing in two worlds at once! What amazing beings of Light we are! Did you ever imagine you would be in the end times and the beginning times of the "greatest show on earth" simultaneously? I know I didn't but am so grateful my soul didn't give up its place in the incarnation line or I would have missed out on some of the greatest human performances that weren't even nominated for the Academy Award or the People's Choice Awards.

The birthing, restructuring energies of the last decade have finally settled and we can now get up from the energetic stumbling, dust ourselves off and get ready for a round of cosmic opportunity. The door to all that 2012 holds has officially opened and each of us will be gaining a sense of what is unfolding before us. We made it through the initiation of experiences, history, interpretations, conclusions and old emotional patterns that guaranteed our passage into a New Evolutionary Cycle. Now we stand together facing the most important roles of our lives, the role of ascended precious human. There are many facets of this next stage, though most not nearly as complex as the mere mortal experience to be sure.

Gradually as we move through this newest year each will begin to feel freer, lighter, and able to make choices with conscious awareness. Those reading the words on this page are aware there has been a kind of spiritual alchemy creating the potential for a marriage of heaven and earth, light and life, spirit and matter in this realm. That ongoing evolution has brought us to the present moment of creative power in which the new living field is now accessible through your physicality, through your body, through your matter experience, which is relatively new for some of us.

With this newest participation of Light within matter you will gain a sense of who you are, not clouded by the past, not veiled by process or by those things you've taken on from your stories. You sense who you organically are. You are moving into an awareness of being, and inviting more of our Spirit to be housed here. This year you are re-united with that original aspect of Being and create life from it. And this week is the perfect time to cross the starting line of consciously moving, breathing, existing as authentic Spirit in form. So what happens when that great being that is you joins with both the individual you and the collective you in an embodied, manifest, created experience? What happens when great Spirits that have been waiting for this merging with humanity, or within even a small portion of humanity? What happens? We are about to find out.Are you ready to stand tall and strong and excited and create like you've never created before? Are you ready to un-create, or dissolve, the last conditions that cause prolonged angst and depressions in your energy field? Are you ready to let the external world do what it needs to do without getting caught up in the drama (and there will be drama)?

Are you willing to let the final pieces fall away that keep you from claiming the original, most authentic you? Are you ready to decide on the new role you will show off in 2012? Do you know what parts of your story serve you and which do not? Have you chosen from which stance in life you will enter and create the rest of the novel - from fear or love?

Remember, you are in this time by choice. You have come to this point because you have persevered through the transformative years along with millions of others just like you. It's not such a small number anymore. Perhaps twenty-five years ago it was, but that number has grown. It has expanded; around the world in every country there are those choosing. Sometimes they know what they choose and other times they do not consciously know, but their lives bring them to a place of choice. In making that choice, they join the millions of us that are also choosing, and that number continues to grow daily.

This year is one where the incarnation of your Spirit/Soul into matter begins to show itself in your experience, in your manifest, real world experience. Rather than waiting for what is to come, you will start to sense , feel, experience the NOW of the manifest experience of you . . . and the collaboration of all Souls coming together with ideas, inspiration, and delight in doing what is ours to do. Most of us, in this circle, have felt as if there was something we were born for, something we are here to do, and now that yearning is going to be filled with the wholeness of Being.

What we weren't aware of was that the missing piece was the experience of being fulfilled as a human being, a light-embodied human being! That is the destiny that is now housed in us. Until recently it was only the potential we possessed, not a certainty. Over the next few months we will peel away the last vestiges of those veils within the mind that keep us from the full experience of who we are. Our bodies will also continue to absorb and transform, shed and shift, disassemble and construct in accordance with the New master plan

Not too bad for all that we will be getting back, right?

In the infinite consciousness itself lives the vision and recognition of the uncontradicted truth that all life is shrouded by a unique and stable source of existence. A source enchanted by the Mistress of Creation to rediscover the "I" of self-awareness. I am born of her movement and appreciation for a world appearance as Spirit's sparkling depths. In the clearest moments I know I am an intentional action of universal truth which can never change.

It is this knowledge that empowers me to declare that I am a spark of light through which cosmic truth shines. I cannot be limited by the countless reflections that constitute the appearance of the world. I am a Creational Force in human form that is here to love all that I am afraid of, to look at what I am afraid to look at, and to send love to that which still scars the soul. As Spirit's celebration and renewal of love it is now time to honor myself during this human enterprise. I pledge to gift myself my own divinity, giving expression to that secret essence in the deepness of my heart. From this inward realm the soul's constitution blesses me with the remembrance that I am holy and birthed from a place of love and warmth that comes forth into a livingness that escapes all knowledge of her true form.

My heart is open to the future of a new year and the opportunity to celebrate something every day! I am God's living definition of something transformed by the recognition of its own nature. And so it is. Amen.

2012.  Can you believe we’re really here?!  What is it truly all about?  Ultimately, that is for you to decide.  You determine your reality with your focus.  You determine your health; physical, mental, etc., with your choices.  Yet as a Lightworker, you are blazing a new path of creativity.  You are, by soul agreement, experiencing health shifts because of your frequency elevating to a purer level of vibration, one that is more Love based rather than fear and survival based. 

Your choice is how you will focus on these and act from inspiration and understanding of progress rather than the fear of destruction.  This takes careful attention, wise choices and balancing food options, exercise, health care alternatives and emotional/mental focus.  Your Light shines as a beacon of walking your talk; living proof of what is possible in a Love based lifestyle. 

Your perceptions are the basis of your Freedom. Freedom is a theme that comes up repeatedly during the LightBlasts as we clear through the debris of survival based living into authentic Love based living.  True Quality of Life is a balance between setting boundaries that support the Self while still interacting and sharing with others.  This entails moving past martyrdom, poverty and isolation.  It necessitates enhancing Empowerment, abundance and sharing the joy of being human.  This applies to every relationship whether it is friendship, mate, family, earth or coworkers.  It applies to every aspect of Life whether it is work, spirituality, money or sex.  Our perspectives that we live are our energetic signature that is emitted to the Field of Life. This is how Life responds to us, this is how form and experiences manifest.

To live Quality of Life on a day-to-day basis, you become peaceful with what is while also calmly and boldly directing your life toward improvement.  You observe the mental and emotional discordance that comes up and find a genuine perspective of improvement.  You observe the physical challenges and utilize many different support systems to enhance your physicality so that living in the world flows more easily.  You maintain your boundaries of what you will immerse yourself in while stretching your comfort zone in a safe way so that growth and Empowerment are both augmented.  We are the Wayshowers that exemplify the benefits of the spiritual work we do.  We are the ones that live by the creed of As Above, So Below.  We ARE Heaven on Earth when we live the words we speak and the impactful silence. 

As we sit to Blast Quality of Life, we are improving our vibrational transmission to align with our highest goals and beliefs.  We are exemplifying the new way of living based in Empowered Love and healthy boundaries that support sharing.  We are strengthening the path to a world of peace that fosters healthy people, a healthy environment and joyful creativity.  We are healing our wounds with Grace, patience and courage.  We are the sovereign, envisioning and enacting the New World of Love, embodying authentic Empowerment.  We are the ones we’ve been preparing for, because Lightworkers don’t wait, they create.  Blast on!

Life here in the physical world of the 3rd dimension has seen many that have pursued objects of the material, forsaking many ideals and even morals in this blinkered pursuit. As you are preparing yourselves for your homes in the higher realms, many intangible ideas and concepts will move to the forefront of your consciousness. Freedom is one such intangible concept that we now speak of, and it is this concept that has slowly, and at times secretly, and other times quite publicly been stripped away from you, sometimes with your willful consent, other times without.

We wish to restore your true freedom to you and all your inalienable rights you possess as gifts from your Creator. Many of you have never known absolute freedom in any of your previous incarnations though others of you have journeyed here from lands of true freedom to instill this concept into this world’s collective consciousness. Today, you are told what to think, how to behave, how to speak, where to live, yet so many of you falsely believe you are free citizens living in a land of endless opportunity.

This is part of the illusion so many of you have fallen for, and many of you will not even be able to see this until your first day of breathing in the fresh air of your new lives released from the shackles that have bound you into lives of indebted servitude. We are working tirelessly to this end, and it is this end that is now clearly in sight. The dark has a seemingly endless supply of dirty tricks up their sleeve, but time and again prove no match for the Light. We are advancing steadily and winning every battle on every front. Based on mathematical probability, we can foresee a date when the last cabal soldier is rounded up and removed from your reality.

As dates and events remain fluid at this time, no fixed date of our expectations will be announced to you, but we will continue to keep you abreast of any changes in the continuing battle to remove the cabal and their minions from positions of power. Much is transpiring behind the scenes, and humanity remains steadily on track to reach the point of ascension with no delays caused by interference at the hands of the dark ones. Exiting 3D and entering the higher realms will be an experience for you that you shall not soon forget. Many have journeyed here from throughout space and even from throughout time to witness this spectacular event firsthand.

This should give you some idea of the grandeur you can expect in the days ahead. Try to keep this in mind every day and you may experience less of the negative emotions related to your day today lives and feeling of joyful expectation may begin to replace some of these negative emotions. You have so much to look forward to, and all we can say to you at this time is that all of your hardships and struggle will be well worth the price of admission into the higher realms of existence.

Turning now to thoughts on your changing environment, we have made extensive plans to assist you in replenishing your seas with much of your marine life that has seen their numbers fall below the necessary levels of a balanced ecosystem. You will also take lead roles in repairing your land-based ecosystems and restoring to the proper balance your animal kingdoms all across your planet. These are just some of the many projects you may personally have a hands-on role in very soon in your days ahead.

Many volunteers will be needed, and many of you will be able to work right alongside of us in many cases when you’re necessity to toil your lives away in jobs that will be no longer be required of your new 5D civilization. Many of your professions have been unproductive and even counterproductive to your world, and these areas of your society will be immediately displaced following the retooling of your financial system, which will allow many of you to pursue new areas of endeavor that will have a far greater positive impact on your society and planet.

Many new skills will be required of you, and this is where our experienced technicians and teachers will be most beneficial to you. Many of us have trained extensively in the areas deemed essential to restore your world to its rightful perfection and we are eager to pass these skills on to you. Training programs for you to acquire these skills will begin as soon as we feel it is safe to begin our landings all across your planet. We have many Earth allies and ground forces of the Galactic Federation and the Ashtar Command that will also act as intermediaries in many instances for the time being, and the necessity of this may also change in the days ahead depending on how many of your world accept us in friendship and mutual cooperation.

We look so forward to the opportunity to get to know you as a unified people and even personally in the days ahead. Until then, continue to demonstrate how well many of you are all working together to bring about the positive changes throughout your society. We say to you how impressed we are with so many of you for who you are and what you are doing, and we look so forward to the days ahead when we can meet you all and thank you personally for all your generous efforts. As we all ride on into the days of your newly forming world, you ride not alone, for we are with you every step of the way as we have always been.

Your new adventure is very soon to begin and although you may not see us in the early stages, we are here and are playing our parts to help facilitate these changes. In the days ahead you will see us clearly, that is a certainty, and you will also hear our words directly from us as the necessity for our channels will no longer be required, and we will all gather together and share our stories of the work we are now doing from our own sides of the veil that is soon to come down.

We see you all working so hard for your new world, and wish you to know that although you cannot yet see us, we are also working diligently towards our one shared goal. We will meet in the middle where the curtain lifts very soon. We have each our own unique problems and obstacles to overcome as we work towards the pinnacle of our efforts, but we are all finding our own ways to handle any difficulty and solve any problem. Such is the common bond those ascended and those ascending share together.

We will not let anything stop us from reaching our goals; no fear, no self-doubt or outside influence will deter us from our mission. This is one of many other traits we share in common, and although some of us may appear quite different to you on the outside, it is what’s inside that truly makes us one.

We are your Family of Light from the stars.

Beloved Ones,

Life on Earth will take on a more intense experience within the hearts of All. Each Human Spiritual Being is at a crossroads at this time. There is a choice to be made by each Soul. To stay in status quo or to bravely choose the unknown and move forward. We know that all Lightworkers and Starseeds everywhere upon this Planet have chosen to move forward. This does not mean leaving all your Loved Ones behind you and moving forward alone, Dear Ones. Your Loved Ones are those Souls who have chosen to move forward with you, even though it may appear otherwise at this present moment. Trust that all is unfolding in your lives in Divine order and that all is well.

Upon the waves of incoming energies come many Beings from throughout the Galaxy who are here to witness and offer assistance to any who call upon their service. These Beings have many gifts of knowledge to offer Humanity in these times and are exceedingly eager to commence work with those of you who call upon them. You may call upon them thus, “I call upon the Galactic Masters of Light to work with me and make their Presence known to me through my own I AM Presence. I desire to know more about my own Galactic heritage and ask that you work with me to help me to remember and reconnect in complete alignment with Prime Creator’s Divine Plan, for my highest good and the highest good of All here upon the now Ascending Earth. So be it and so it is! Thank you!”

Those of you who feel this call and heed it will be assigned their own personal Galactic Master who will commence work with you. It will begin for most of you upon the inner planes as your physical body lies asleep and you will gradually become more aware of their constant Presence as you go about your daily activities. It will require a time of going within to listen to the inner prompting of your sacred heart where contact with these Beings will be made. This is a great honor and a step up to the next level of your Ascension Path and you will be working within a greater energy frequency and harmonic.

We are very pleased at the progress of so many of you who daily come to Mastery within yourselves by employing the various and creative tools that have become available to you through many channels upon the Earth. Know that the pull of the Old is still strong and you will be hard pressed to keep balance and equilibrium at times. When these moments occur, try to repeat a simple mantra such as “I AM Light, I AM Love. I AM anchoring my Divine Presence here on Earth right here and right now.” If there is no time for you to do this, then just say “I Love you” into whatever situation is confronting you or even to yourself as you behold energies rising up from within you that are not Love.

Know, Dear Ones, that you are not alone in these challenges. Each of you are completing your initiations upon this Planet and these require a great dedication, motivation and the understanding that all that seems to be taking place in your personal life is not as it seems, there is more to it than is apparent. Stay true to yourselves always and you will pass through these tests with flying colors. You will soon fly with the Angels! I leave you now with my deepest Blessings and Love. You are each so very Loved beyond measure and are always under the guidance and protection of your Family of Light.
