Laura: Good evening. I thank you once again for answering my call. I had the most amazing set of visions last night, and this morning. And with it came also a set of knowledge, which took me a few hours to verify last night on Egypt. Would you explain about the process?

Higher Self: The experience you had and keep having at a slower pace, is what you call Kundulini Rising. Through this experience you have been given access to your own Akashic records. It is necessary for you to have a clear understanding of the nature of the relationship you had with certain people and beings, over the past few years. You have already been given access for over two years to a few past lives reminiscences. This memory of a past life was necessary for you, in order to help you take the next step. Yes, you have verified all the information that you have received last night and now you know it is all part of your experience as well.

At the moment you are not identified with the life of that woman, especially with her tragic death. Your name back then was Alajia. The horrific death you see for her is real. She was a human, she lived over 7,000 years ago. She was a courtesan at first at court. At the time, the power of this pre Egyptian pharaoh extended from what is now known as Egypt, included the now Turkey, as far as India. There was a huge cultural mix, and there were a handful of extraterrestrial beings as head of this society. Very few knew much about the ruling families, and all feared the pharaoh’s power. What you see from the balcony of the woman is the Nile indeed, with abundant vegetation around of it. Where now are the Giza plateau pyramids, there stood a similar monuments and the Sphynx, as the guardian of the city. Indeed what matters more is the sacred location of the pyramids, rather than the pyramids themselves.

Yes, there was free energy available for royalty to distribute. They gained power and accessed the head of this pre Ancient Egypt civilization, thanks to their far advanced technology. No enemy could stand in front of their advanced alien technology, and no human could stand in their way to the throne. They adapted into the existing culture of Earth 7,000 years ago in order to exploit Earth’s resources for gold, precious stones, and other rarities they have never encountered before. Their intentions were motivated by personal gain, but they also had a desire to genuinely bring hope and progress to Earth as a thank you for what they were taking away from Earth. They never spoke of the fact that they were not human from Earth. Although their appearance was almost perfectly human.

You were married to one of the human aliens, he was the pharaoh, and you had no idea of anything at all concerning their plans or origins. You did notice a few unusual things about your husband, but you never could understand anything about some aspects of his life and were prepared to accept it. Your rights and place as the second wife were always well established. You were living in a period of high decadence with low morals. Your pharaoh had many official wives, but you were the only one he trusted enough to share his bed. In that time, being part of the pharaoh’s harem was a huge privilege. As gifts to the pharaoh, the colonized countries would offer him daughters, slaves, and rare beauties in order to gain his favors.

The pharaoh was amazed by these highly unusual customs for him, but nevertheless had to accept many offered wives as a present. The extraterrestrials who had become the rulers of this pre Ancient Egypt civilization did not want to rise suspicions by changing radically customs. So your pharaoh accepted the wives he was given with great curiosity and reverence.

Life at the palace was a dream for many young women, and they were in fact freed to go after a few years. The wives were also free to have lovers and to do as they wished. They lived in luxury and their main role was to be happy, beautiful and entertaining. Dancing, singing, playing instruments, gossip and having baths was very popular. Some of them acted as part-time palace helpers if they liked to work, others dedicated their time to temples and to deities, while others just preferred being courtesans and having noble lovers. There were never any demand or imposition made upon any of the women of the harem, but they competed for the pharaoh’s attention. You, as a member of the previous ruling family have ended in the harem; this was considered giving you a good life.

The first wife seduced the pharaoh as he was young, she was power thirsty. She was chosen as the first wife in order to keep order in the harem by fear. She was not ready to give up her power to a younger royal. She had despised the previous ruling family and all about them. As you grew into a wise, elegant lady, there was nothing she could do to keep the pharaoh’s attention from you. After months of slowly noticing her losing her grip on him and her authority, she could no bear the idea of not having children to give to the pharaoh. When she had heard the news of the pharaoh expecting a child from his second wife, she had realized she had to kill you before the baby was to be born. So this is the nature of your relationship.

She murdered you while your were pregnant. Jealousy was running high with this woman, and you do know who she is in this life. She is still playing the victim and still wishes your demise. She has not forgiven you for attracting the favors of the pharaoh and has a desire to chase you for all eternity; such is the extent of her wrath. You can forgive this woman, but certainly never trust her. As you know, you have experienced several disappointments of her hands, seeking for revenge.

You have asked what had happened to her, once she killed you and the baby. She knew of the secret magic the pharaoh had at his disposal for healing and reviving the dying ones, so she ensured your body would be left in pieces, as to never to be healed again. She was the one who stabbed first, then she got her men to ensure your body would not be recognizable. But the pharaoh had cameras over the palace, which nobody knew about, so he learnt everything by watching the recordings in the palace. She was left in the middle of the desert, with one flask of water, she did not survive.

The main theme for December is ACCELERATION.

In order to shift into the next gear, there needs to be acceleration and an increase of speed. With the increase of speed, and just before you shift, the lower gear is overworked and can no longer maintain the acceleration and the speed without effort and being hard on the engine. As you shift into a higher gear, you are able to maintain a greater speed with less effort.

This month you are very much like a vehicle that needs to speed up in order to keep up with the flow of traffic. But as you accelerate in your lower gear, at some point you will need to shift into a higher gear, the next level of consciousness or the next frequency. Shifting into a higher gear means accepting the accelerated times as standard and allowing the current level of activity to feel normal, effortless, familiar and balanced.

We have an opportunity to work with "time" this month, to shift and reinvent how we perceive it. We have an opportunity to move beyond our old concepts of time and the limitations that those old beliefs and concepts have imprinted us with. Don't be surprised if this month you have some kind of experience where you feel you are in a time warp, or you experience a feeling of de ja vu. One minute you feel as if there is no time at all to accomplish what you need to do, and the next minute you feel as if there is all the time in the world. Some days will go by slowly, like molasses, and other days will speed by so quickly you will not know where the day went. Things you did yesterday will seem like you experienced them a whole year ago, and things you are doing today may feel like you have been doing them your whole life.

Everything is accelerated. Events that come together, situations falling apart, new projects that get started, decisions that get made and changes that occur. What if you woke up and your hair was 2 inches longer overnight? What if you lost or gained 10 pounds overnight? What if were able to learn or grasp something new in a fraction of the time you would have expected? What if something that used to take 2 months only took 1 day? Creativity and destruction both are accelerated at this time. A healing process can be accelerated as well as disease and death. And we also have the opportunity to begin to use a greater percentage of our brain as the quantum field opens its mysteries up to us and we wake up our DNA.

Remember that our belief systems and our perceptions create our reality therefore the reality that has been our taskmaster of "time" is going through a change. We are directing this change. Time is stretching, accelerating, slowing down, becoming elastic, and moving towards being a multi dimensional experience instead of a linear one. The key in changing how we create time is in letting go of the mind's need to control, to know, to track, and to organize. In the acceleration of the month, the mind in fact will not have an option. It will have to simply give up its need to track, organize, categorize, and understand. It cannot keep up.

Think of yourself sitting in a train and watching the environment out the window as you speed by. It is impossible to freeze a view or get anything more than a sense of what you are seeing. However it is an accepted belief that the brain actually records everything even when the mind cannot process it in a linear way. So we are in fact moving from a linear way of operating and understanding to a non-linear or multi-dimensional experience. This will take some time to get used to. In the meantime you can do your part through acceptance, non-judgment, compassion for others and setting your own good boundaries.

"Boundaries" is a theme carried over from last month. When you find too much on your plate, only you can decide what is a priority, what is important, what you can delegate, what you can say "no" to, and how you can bring balance into the acceleration. It is most important to set boundaries around habitual expectations of others that no longer serve you or that are no longer appropriate for you to deliver. There will always be someone who is not happy with your boundaries. Allow them to be unhappy and set your boundaries anyway. Beware of becoming frustrated, argumentative, feeling out of control, anxious and unsettled. The only thing you can control is yourself. So this is a time where you can practice taking control of your life, setting your own boundaries, becoming responsible for yourself in ways you have not been before, and treating everything around you with acceptance and neutrality.

When you don't resist the acceleration and you flow with the movement it feels productive, inspiring, ecstatic, effortless, exhilarating and evolved. When you resist, it can feel off center, sluggish, out of tune, and like the energy is moving in fits and starts. The high-octane fuel you need at this time is your own trust in your intuition and your willingness to leave the controls of the mind behind. Once you taste the exhilaration of being in sync with the acceleration, be careful not to move into impatience when you see others struggling around you. Remember to be compassionate and neutral.

Many will be challenged this month. When things spin out of control, there are many responses and reactions. Fear, hysteria, denial, withdrawl, confusion, impatience with others, martyrdom and blame, stubbornness (the "I won't" syndrome) and a general sense of being on the edge of going off the deep end. You will witness people behaving unlike themselves and having meltdowns as they look at where their agreements are, feeling overwhelmed with what they think they need to accomplish, and struggling with their own belief that things are moving too fast. Too fast for what? If you catch yourself saying "things are moving too fast", change the affirmation to "things are moving at a perfect pace and I love it". If you find yourself saying, "I have too much on my plate, too much to do and I can't do it", change the affirmation to "I have the perfect amount to do, plenty of time and energy with which to do it, and what I do is exactly what I need and want to be doing". Use the visual image of shifting into a higher gear to take the stress off the transmission and the effort out of the movement. Take a deep breath and relax.

How the month shows up:

YOU PERSONALLY

One minute you are up, the next down. One day you are overwhelmed and unproductive, the next day you are perfectly synchronized, balanced and accomplish a great deal. This is an opportunity to work with time, work with boundaries and work with some new affirmations that will help you reconfigure your belief system about what is possible. The main thing is to keep a "don't know mind". Become comfortable with not knowing what or how.

We are already beginning to feel the influences of the next time frame (2012) affecting our sense of order and control. Learning to be comfortable with chaos will be a major theme next year and this is starting to affect everyone now. Beware of getting attached in any way to what someone promises you, tells you or agrees to. Don't get attached to plans, traditions or expectations. Remember that you can only control how you react and what you yourself do, not how others react or what they decide or do. Choose something in your life that you can truly control and make order out of it. It will give you a sense of grounding, accomplishment and control. As to everything else, let it be.

Your intentions and affirmations this month especially during the first ten days carry a lot of power as we begin the month in the window of two eclipses. So be sure to focus some time on what you want and don't be afraid to dream big. Anything is possible during this accelerated time and things can happen more quickly than you could ever have imagined.

RELATIONSHIPS

Relationships will be tested in the boundary area. You may need to say "no" or you may need to accept a "no" from someone else. Be neutral and non-reactive. Agreements and karma are accelerated, intensity is accelerated, and movement is accelerated. What in the past has taken months to develop, such as levels of trust, intimacy and partnership, may take just a few days during these times. Major decisions for marriage, divorce, contracts, living together, splitting apart, termination or initiation will be accelerated and happen very quickly. Some of you are still working with the influences of the renewal theme of last month. If something in the relationship arena was renewed for you, the new platform for the relationship will take off at an accelerated pace this month. Remember to stay out of fear.

If you have been actively setting intention for a new relationship in your life, it could very well happen this month. Revisit your intentions and rewrite them on a new piece of paper. Work with them daily remembering to not be attached to what, how and when.

THE ENVIRONMENT

This month could be very windy. The element of air is prominent in the movement aspect of the month and will support acceleration in the environment. There may be storms with high winds, delays in travel due to winds, and changes that occur due to heavy winds. Other forces are at work as well but they will be influenced in some way by wind.

You can work on your own personal environment by working with your breath. Become conscious and aware of breath and the element of air breathing you, changing you, nourishing you, and cleansing you. When you are at the mercy of wind, don't resist it but rather work with it as a crucial life giving power that will support the acceleration in your life.

HEALTH AND THE PHYSICAL BODY

The body always goes into some resistance when there is a strong movement of energy it has to adapt to. This month is no different. You could find yourself experiencing some flu like symptoms but not really the flu. You could also go through ups and down in your energy levels.

Keep the kidneys warm as they tend to be stressed in times of uncertainty and strong movement. Take time when you need it to rest and curl up into a cocoon of comfort.

As we mentioned, in accelerated times, everything can happen faster. If you are in the process of healing, the healing can be accelerated. If you are choosing to learn lessons through illness, the illness can be accelerated. If you are gaining weight, you will do it faster. If you are getting into shape and losing weight, that process can also be accelerated. The discipline is in keeping the old beliefs of the mind from interfering with the potential. If you feel achy, don't jump to conclusions. Beware of formally diagnosing any condition as it may fix it in your mind and your physical reality as a limitation. Things are not always what they seem.

Just as for relationships, take advantage of the accelerated times and flexibility in "time" to revisit your intentions for your personal health.

Decide how you want it to be.

FINANCE, PROJECTS, PARTNERSHIPS, BUSINESS

Accelerated, up, down and sideways best describes this area. Don't get attached is the best policy. The idea of not taking "no" for an answer is of an old model and an old paradigm. The new model is a respect for the boundaries of others while not taking it personally, and a trust that your strong intentions will manifest regardless of how others react. This month projects can take off due to the accelerated times. Partnerships can come together, change, terminate or go through a reconfiguring of boundaries.

There is great intuitive clarity this month even though there might not be great mental clarity. Learn to trust it. It is also a waste of time to rehash what you might have done differently or better when something does not work out. You literally do not have the luxury of the time it takes to ponder the past and how it could have been different. All the energy these days is about looking ahead, moving forward, and shifting gears to the next level.

Beware of holding grudges and blame. Allow others to be whatever and wherever they are and allow them to change their minds. The best policy is to treat everyone you have contact with as if you are meeting them for the first time. In that way you release any past judgment or attachment or expectation of how they should be and there is more freedom to take advantage of the acceleration and movement.

Economy and finance will be up and down and sideways as well. Just when you think you have it figured out, a big windstorm will come along and blow it all apart.

POLITICS AND GLOBAL ISSUES

Stay neutral and unattached. Allow for movement in all political arenas without expectation or theory or projection. We really do not know at all how it is going to turn out anywhere. We underestimate the power of creativity and instant manifestation in these accelerated times. So listen, observe, acknowledge, and be interested for the sake of being interested but stay neutral. Just as in business and finance and partnerships, allow people to change their minds and their decisions without being judged. Stay out of reaction and adopt the phrase and answer, "Oh, is that so?"

It is also best not to take sides. When you are extremely either for or against something, you create polarity and limit the outcome. The part you can play in the future is to be as neutral and undecided as possible giving the collective the greatest freedom to create what is appropriate and right.

DATES AND TIME FRAMES

December 1-7: We are still in the window between the two eclipses and in a most potent time for paying attention to boundaries, energy leaks, recreating intentions and getting comfortable with the new speed of things. Stay focused. During this time we suggest that you do some form of aerobic exercise. Jog, run, bike, ski or anything else that will give you a sense of movement, speed and physical power. This will help to anchor the acceleration as well as to increase your circulation. When you train your physical body, you also help the emotional, mental and energy bodies.

This is also a time to set good boundaries and look at everything that is on your plate. What can you delegate that someone else can easily do for you? Even though this is not especially a time for communal exchange and events, community support can help in building your own personal power. What you do with your attitude, your time and your intentions in this time frame will set up how the rest of your month goes. If you are going to accelerate a car, you want to make sure the road is straight ahead with no obstacles. So know where you are going with what you can know, and be comfortable and accepting with what you don't yet know.

December 8-16: Put your seat belt on and enjoy the ride. You can either have a blast and a lot of fun, or you can be miserable, blaming, judging, irritated and unhappy. If so, you are not doing what you want and resisting the movement and acceleration, or you are trying to control what you cannot control. Let it go, let it be, give up, give in, forgive, accept, relax, loosen up, say "no" when you need to and say "yes, why not?" when you can. Enjoy chaos when present and remember to be flexible about everything. The more neutral you can be the more you will enjoy yourself and get to the place of being delighted instead of miserable.

December 10: Full Moon at 7:38 AM Mountain Standard Time. This full moon is accompanied by a total eclipse of the moon visible in North America. Needless to say it is a very powerful time and serves as the bookend to an intense time of change and acceleration that began on the New Moon on November 24. Definitely do something to acknowledge this day. Make an inventory of what has changed for you and spend some time dreaming big and thinking outside the box regarding your intentions.

December 17-23: The new influences are creeping in and you may feel like a multiple personality during this time. One day you have one reaction, the next day a different one around the same issue. Stay out of judgment. Accept what is really clear to you in terms of where you want to be and who with. Make some strong decisions especially around the solstice time about your boundaries, relationships, work, expression, what is OK with you and what is not OK. You may also be inspired to break out of certain traditions that have to do with family and holidays in order to take time to do something meaningful for yourself. Remember that there will always be someone not happy with your decisions and boundaries. Set them anyway.

December 21: Winter Solstice is at 10:23 PM Mountain Standard Time. A time to celebrate your life, your responsibility to yourself, your power, your talents, your purpose, your vitality, your inspiration. Make a list of everything that stands in the way of that and burn it with ceremony. Take note of where you are, what you are doing and who with. How is it? If you don't like it, change it.

December 24: New Moon is at 11:08 AM Mountain Standard Time. This is a time for anchoring, for affirming, for sticking to your boundaries and for inserting order into something you can control. A good day to organize any space that is yours or improve your environment in some way. Being as this is also a holiday in many traditions, make sure you are not compromising yourself but in control of your decisions around how you are spending the day. It's OK to say "no".

December 24-31: This is a reflective time where you can contemplate all the things that feel out of control to you and all the aspects of your life that feel accelerated beyond what you feel you can manage. Do some work around acceptance, your relationship with time, your attachment to disappointment, and try to get to a place of neutrality with anything that does not feel OK or right. This may take some focus work where you scrutinize your reactions and practice letting go of the temptation to dwell on the past and what has not manifested in the ways you expected.

By this time you should be in that higher gear and things should seem calmer and more manageable. In reality, the energy is just as speedy and multidimensional. You have just gotten more used to it and the higher gear makes for a smoother ride.

As the saying goes, keep on keeping on, and let nothing distract you from your chosen path. Only you alone truly know what is needed to propel you forward, and exactly where you have set your goals. Normally you would be quite happy to progress at your own speed, and certainly no pressure is exerted upon to do otherwise. However, it must be understood that Ascension is so near that if you desire to seize this opportunity to get out of the 3rd. dimension, you do need to ensure you know what is needed of you. As we have so often mentioned it is your intent that is so important, because as soon as you send out that energy it attracts similar energy, and strengthens yours that opens up the pathway to Ascension. It is about raising your vibration by bringing more Light into your life, and sharing it through positive thoughts and actions.

 

Do not concern yourself if your path is different to others, as there is more than one way to reach Ascension. Indeed there are time lines that cover every possible combination of possibilities. If you have exercised your choice there can be no wrong way, otherwise freedom of choice would be pointless. You are the creators of your own future whether you realise it or not, which is why you are told that you have created your present reality. That does not mean it cannot be changed, because you have done just that by standing on your own two feet and refusing to bow down any longer to the dark Ones. It is true that we and many other Beings of Light are helping you, but we only do so when you have taken the first steps yourselves. You point the way, and we will place more signposts along it so that you do not loose your sense of direction.

 

The times you are in are wonderful, because you have made it quite clear that you want nothing more to do with the mentality that focuses on war and confrontation. You are quite positive in demanding world peace and if your present leaders are unable to respond, you are not prepared to see them just step down but insist that new leaders that can do so are appointed in their place. Dear Ones, such leaders are amongst you and when we have removed the obstacles and opposition to them, they will lead you to the peaceful and happy era that you not only seek but deserve. There are now a great majority of people in the world that pray for peace, but not at any cost but through peaceful negotiation. Such prayers are being answered by Beings of Light from the highest realms, and they support us in our work by empowering us to help you to achieve lasting peace on Earth.

 

There is much that needs achieving before you reach the end of 2012, and this is where we will play a major part. You have to move quickly from the set up that has been maintained by the Illuminati, one that has kept you under their control. They have sought to create situations that make you more and more reliant on them. In so doing they have done everything in their power to stop you advancing into the New Age, as that would have made you more independent of them. However, their power has now been greatly reduced and will continue to do so until we can remove them from positions of authority and influence. Already many of their secret bases have been dismantled and disabled so that they are permanently out of use.

 

Matters are progressing well although by your perception may not see it that way. It is a mammoth task to reach the point where we can allow our allies to step into power. Fear not, as we are so near to putting an end to the interference in your lives. Duality was of course giving equal opportunity to either the Light or dark to take charge, and until recently the dark Ones were the dominant force. That is no longer the case and through our allies we seek to use the power of the Light to remove the negative energies that remain on Earth. The Light can be subdued but never defeated by the dark Ones, and the truth is that the Light will always be victorious. Do not confuse the coming activities of Mother Earth with negative events, as the cleansing she is involved in is a series of positive actions that shall lead to the Earth being restored. When there are physical eruptions or movements of the Earth, some souls will leave but that is by choice.

 

Your world affairs are dominated by the financial crisis, but we see the outcome as helping remove members of the Illuminati who have not only monopolised monetary policies, but manipulated them to their advantage. Some of the biggest crimes against humanity are in this connection. Your money has been stolen either directly or indirectly, and lined the pockets of those who have set themselves at the top of the pyramid. The wealth of the world will be taken back and fairly distributed, and all shall enjoy a satisfactory life where you no longer have poverty or slavery.

 

You may have noticed an ever increasing number of sources putting out messages about the coming period. Be selective and allow your intuition to work for you, and hold onto your beliefs until you have good cause to change them. As we have said there are many paths to Ascension, but also some that simply take souls on a continuing journey in this present dimension as they have no desire to do otherwise. Leave them to follow their chosen path, as it will provide exactly what they need to progress. It is no one else's place to convince them otherwise, but be assured that they cannot have been on Earth without learning many useful lessons. These will serve them well at some future time, and if they are souls that you relate to now, you may wish to stay linked with them as a Guide.

 

You sometimes talk of thanking your lucky stars for the good things in life, and you may not realise how near to the truth you are. When you look up into the night sky you are looking at the suns of many solar systems. Each sun is the abode of extremely high Beings of Light, and they stream the Light into your Universe. You can think of them as Gods that in turn link with the Great Central Sun, and act as conduits to spread the energies everywhere, thus lifting up the lower vibrations. It is an ongoing process that is gradually enabling all life to return to the Source. Remember, that All Is One and everything has its being in the energy of the whole.

Life’s lessons and the pain from wounds resulted from traumatic challenges is what has encouraged the discussion through this child today.

I see many dear children nodding their heads, some with tears in their eyes from the hardships they had witnessed or gone through themselves. It is okay dear ones to feel this pain, allow the tears to cleanse the hurt. This is a time of renewal, gaining a new perspective of what you want for yourself, your loved ones and for mankind. There is always going to be a time when it’s necessary to move away from what has caused the pain, once identified the actual source. Once you are able to move away from what has caused the wounds and the pain, then the real healing begins and the real you will emerge. You will rebirth yourself many times in your present lifetime.

I work within the Violet Flame and the Office of the seventh Ray. Dear ones when you are at a low point, and your hearts are heavy with worry and troubles, please call me and I will share your tears, and comfort you through the challenge that is facing you. The Violet Flame may be invoked during prayer for self healing and manifestations dear ones. Make use of this mighty powerful healing flame during your transformations. The energies around us are getting quicker and stronger; a great time to maintain focus as much as possible.

Your zest for life is what drives you forward, your love for others and for yourself. If only you could see what I see of you. I will tell you in mere words: you are wise, you have so much potential, you are positively curious, you are beautiful, you are strong, you are courageous, you are kind, you are loving; YOU are magnificent and this list I have created can continue until great lengths has been achieved. What is encouraged is to turn those words I have just spoken through this child into I AM statements: I AM strong, I AM beautiful, I AM positively curious, etc. Make a little list and keep that list in your purse, wallet, something that will hold your I AM affirmations so they are handy when you need them. They will remind your achievements and spiritual advancement to enlightenment. Your work is not over, it’s just warming up; but you have done well. We of the Divine are very pleased.

Do not fret about what you have not done yet. Congratulate yourself for what you have accomplished. Make an effort to not compare yourself to another who is on their own journey to enlightenment. Help each other, share insight and wisdom; this is most welcomed. But remember YOU are YOU. What another does has no reflection on what you are doing. Everyone who has awakened to the Light is on their own journey that is suited for them. There will be some similarity, but no one will have the exact same journey as you.

You have the Grace of God well inside that loving heart of yours and you show this more than you realize. Don’t be shy with the many ways of God you have become. Allow these ‘ways’ to shine and be noticed. Being children of Light and of God, it’s only natural to just BE. What that means is, be who you are. See the mirror and sew hat I have already described. The lines that are now etched into your face have been well earned. I do not see a person of flesh and bone, I see a person of spiritual colour. I feel the warmth of your love and see the compassion you share easily with others. Don’t be so hard on yourselves, love yourself instead. Love is always the answer and the way; as it’s the truest and purest form of who and what you are. You are Love.

As you move along your own personal journey and cleanse what you don’t need along the way, you will be letting go of attachments that no longer serve purpose but hold heavy negative energy. Place your fears and worries with me dear ones. I will help carry your burdens and remove them altogether if you only ask. You are meant to live a joyful life; a life that is not restricted from fears and all things that have done just that. Allow your spirits to rise and spring forward within your heart. I will be there with you, celebrating with your success of your perfection. You never have to journey alone, and you haven’t yet. You will become more aware of the many spirits that walk with you. None are offended that you do not know of their existence; they know you will when you are ready.

I am most honoured to have had this opportunity to speak to so many of you through this dear child. You will find joy and it will be blissful. No matter where your journey takes you, remain true to who you are in your heart.

Our world is in crisis with everything turned upside down. Turmoil impacts our personal lives and the lives of those we love too. In our modern society - with all of its gadgets and endless choices of what to consume next - we can lose touch with the sacred. We don't really lose the sacred, of course, but we can feel distant from it.

How does this happen and what can we do about it? The disconnect happens when our focus is dominated by things, acquisitions, and obsessive thoughts about the past or the future. It happens when we forget to take time in nature and to breathe deeply. It occurs when we take our lives for granted. We distance ourselves from the sacred when our interactions with others happen more through technology than through one-on-one voice or in-person connecting.

As I say write in my book Your Guide to Earth's Pivotal Years, "Sacredness is anywhere you are because you are divine. You can discover the sacred and live it regardless of your circumstances. Do not wait for a particular time to connect with the sacredness of life."
 

Consider how many times you tell yourself that you have no time for a walk, no time to sit in front of a tree in contemplation, no time to see a good friend in person. We all do that, so don't judge yourself. Our lives today are being lived in a fast-paced and high-pitched way. Yes, there is a lot to do. And yes, we need to meet our deadlines and be our word by showing up when we say we will.

In reality, though, even a person in a prison can access the sacred. This person can do it with his or her mind. It may not be easy, but it can be done. You, however, are not living in a prison so you have countless choices each day about how to connect with the sacred. If you have a backyard or balcony, you can go outside or look outside a window if it's cold. No backyard or balcony? You can still look out the window. You can simply be with the nature that is there, even if it's only the sky, one tree, or one flower pot you have placed there for this purpose.

Likewise, you can make time in your life for friends. These relationships, while you may treasure them, need regular attention and care in order to thrive. You can choose to take a few hours away from work occasionally and participate in a group meditation or other activity that helps you to open more to the sacred. The key here is remembering to do these things and understanding their importance to your overall well being.

As part of my spiritual growth practice, I do meditation and other processes to connect me with the divine. I decorate my space with reminders of the sacred, too, and remember to look out the windows frequently to connect with nature. Examples: beginning the day with sun gazing as the sun is rising, noticing the flowering trees, listening to the singing birds, and looking up at the stars as they sparkle in the night sky.

To be sure, it's not always easy to stay connected to the sacred. We have a multitude of stresses as we live during this unique paradigm shift. Anything can change in a moment, and often it does! Here are two experiences I had recently that demonstrate this.

First, in my neighborhood we have an abundance of amazing trees and flowers. Birds and all kinds of wildlife have long made their homes in this environment. Some of the trees are more than a hundred years old, having been planted by the owners of large estates. Over time as those properties sold and divided into much smaller homes and apartment buildings, many trees were cut down. This past week I started to hear the loud sound of a chain saw out the window. Down the steep hill from my home workers were cutting down all of the very old trees in the backyard of a house. As is the trend at other nearby homes, the natural look is being replaced with one that's more structured and manicured. So, sadly, the trees are not being saved. It has been difficult for me to hear the sound of the chain saw all week and to see the workers carry away the pieces of the beautiful trees. While I understand that it is the choice of the property owner to suddenly make this change, it is disheartening to see people disrespect and devalue nature.

Second, the Bodhi Tree Bookstore has suddenly lost its buyer. Since the 1990s, I have enjoyed connecting with like-minded people there, purchasing wonderful spiritual books, and presenting workshops. Oftentimes, I've met people there who became best friends or healing clients. This shift happened at the last minute, the purchase all but sealed and the current owners set to turn over the keys before the end of 2011. The two women who were to purchase this metaphysical bookstore backed out very late in the process - leaving the store's future after 2011 a big question mark. For all of us who love this store and what it brings to our community and beyond, this latest turn of events is a disappointment. For countless numbers of people, the Bodhi Tree has been a key resource to connect with the sacred and to share the sacred with others. There is really nothing like it anywhere in the Western United States. It is still possible, of course, that another buyer will be found in the near future. Let's not underestimate the power of spirit, after all. When there is a genuine need for something and enough positive energy goes into a vision for that thing, the universe has a way of providing!

With both of the above examples, the focus we want to have is not on the loss but on the light-filled alternative that can manifest. Having a grudge against a person who cuts down a tree or people who back out of a business deal will fuel the negative. Instead, foster a positive mindset and anticipate something amazing being born to replace what is leaving. Express constructive thoughts and healing prayers for the beneficial outcome you seek. This is the path of the divine changemaker.
