The Angels are always available. Their presence is blessing all that you do and say. Their intention is toward Peace, Harmony and Divine Order. When you call upon the grace of the Angels, all situations are blessed with their intentional energy. This is a very powerful tool to use in daily life.
Do you want order in your work place so that all your work is done quickly and easily, so that all you need is available, and all your words and actions are guided? If so, call the Angels into your work place. Ask for their blessings and know divine order will be the result. Allow the Angels to intervene on your behalf even with the smallest details that you feel you should take care of by yourself. You will find your work flowing more easily and smoothly. Even more, Creative Solutions will abound.
Do you want peace and harmony in your relationships? Ask the Angels to assist in your family and in all interactions with others. More harmony and a new level of grace will be the result.
The Angels are here to bring more love, harmony and order into daily life. They are here to demonstrate how much easier life can be when you allow a greater level of energy to work through you. But they will not intervene unless they are asked, so there must be a willingness on your part to bring peace-filled energy into your life.
The Angels are messengers of God. They are not here to be worshiped or to gain power over you. They are here to assist you. So many are still hanging on for dear life to what was and what should have been what could have been. Lets face it dear ones the tide lines have shifted and you can no longer sunbath upon the shores of the past. You are the wizards and handmaidens of the light. You alone hold the magic of ever changing possibility. The outcome of all action is innumerable and cannot be counted upon. In these times of change many have lost sight of the shore and thrash about drowning in a tidal pool. When the winds of change blow you can ride them soaring to new heights in delight or allow them to keep your tired and exhausted always fighting the force. You now come to a place of struggle or release. The struggle tightens the grip, the release relaxes what binds us, and we are freed from the snare that entraps us We have been flying against strong winds for far to long we have forgotten that we can change direction in flight, and let the aft winds support us. That which has been against us now supports us.
Don’t subscribe to that which does not know itself. Subscribe to that which houses all knowledge without the limits of time. The presence of magic is alive and lives in the light. It is seeing God with a child like wonder in all things and all outcomes. It is believing in that which is not seen but can be felt in the heart. Recapture what was once a given. The universe leaves secret instructs at every turn of your day. Become investigative in nature; seek to see what lies in plain sight. Communicate with a deeper face of nature. She calls to you blindly to share her experience, as she changes costumes and acts.
A natural rhythm needs to be established as you walk the sacred path of life not as a stranger but a partner. See the magical qualities of life and step back from that which overwhelms you. Nature is a great healer, look at life from a different angle, and make your choices accordingly. When you see beneath the surface you see with the eyes of God. See with a great hope and a deep knowing. Become a seer of what is invisible to the human eye but not the human heart. A State of Grace is your natural state of being. It is what you naturally are without all the instrumentals and the dialogues of being too human. The State of Grace is what you were before you came to Earth. It is the point of reference in-between each incarnation. It is a place of relaxing into your light. It is a natural rhythm for you. It is the rhythm of the Creator that beats within you with no resistance, but a surrendering and a flowing as a waterfall.
A state of grace says 'We Surrender', we do not try to fight our karma, our past, our family, or life. But we allow our natural God essence to take us beyond human understanding into a point of reverence, into a point of sacredness, and into a point of humanness that is sanctified and holy. A state of grace says 'we the people of the Earth now allow the divinity in us to take us above the darkness – not through the darkness'. It is allowing the light within you the freedom to be in its natural state of being, releasing it from the pressures and decisions of being human. It is going back to your natural roots. A place of trusting the universe and accepting that whatever is issuing itself as an emotional decree, a financial decree, an energetic decree, or a personal decree -- is issued by the divinity within you. In this state of grace, you will supersede the negativity and you will relax into your light. when you each let go of what burdens you, what saddens you, and allow the cracks within you to be healed, you can then focus on the return trip into love.
When you are feeling pressured by your world, immediately focus on what you love. Take that vibration of what you love (whether it is a flower, a song, a child, a puppy, a giggle, a laugh, a memory) and place it into what brings you sadness what hurts. love will change the molecular content of the experience that you are embedded in. Shift the molecules. What you see as a roadblock and negativity is but a molecular essence that has not shifted into a state of grace, by love.
You are the director and the conductor of the concert of your life. Understand that the molecules of love can dissolve obstacles and move mountains. Nothing is impossible when you saturate it with the living energy of love. Immediately call in the energy ofgrace to something that saddens you, and hurts you. Hand it over to the divinity within yourself and within the situation. Grace is a lighter energy and immediately you will feel a lifting. You are not getting out of doing your homework in that learning situation. But you are invoking a molecular change through the essence of love into it.
Shift everything that seems to be an obstacle. When something angers you, immediately train yourself to think of something that brings you joy, something that you love and then re-focus that energy into that situation and you will change it. You will break down the Walls of Jericho with the soundings of your heart and the soundings of love. it is your duty, it is your mission to keep a love list. Everything that brings a smile to your face, everything that brings a laugh and a giggle to your heart and everything that softens you. Keep a list of love. Refer to it when you are angry, when you are sad, when you are in distress. Change your life. Invoke the state of grace in everything that you walk through on a daily basis. “I now invoke a state of grace in this situation and I now ask for the molecules of love to saturate it”. You will feel yourself lifted, no longer sinking in despair.
Everything in your life is designed of divinity and by divinity. It is a divine expression of a divine aspect of your self that is asking to be healed, that is asking to be embraced, that is asking for love. Otherwise it would not be blocking your way. When you are watching the sadness on your earth and feel helpless to change it, think of something that you love. You need a reference point. You need to be reminded what brought you love the last time you thought of it, the last time you experienced it.
When you shift yourself, you shift the outcome of what stands in front of you. Your day should be a 24-hour state of grace. A state of grace says, “I trust what I have in front of me. I trust my choices. I trust God, I trust the world, I trust Mother Nature.” What do you fear the most? You fear people. What lives within people, but the essence of God. You do not trust the divinity within them, which is just a hair away from the divinity within you.
I am he who is known as Metatron. I watch the words of your world. I watch your thoughts. I am underwriter for all expressions verbally. My presence will be seen and felt more often in the up coming times. As you invoke the states of grace, also realize that within that molecular content of Grace sits every molecule of Light. Just by using the word grace, saying grace, speaking grace, knowing someone named Grace – you invoke the presence of the Light.
Each time a heart opens, it is as a million rainbows and a million roses opening simultaneously. In your imagination you can not fathom how much love you can hold, how much love you are capable of feeling. you are still very afraid of the feeling of love. Believe it or not you are just entering into a countable and measurable essence of love. I, as all light and all beings of light, are with you continually. We are one. Your hearts are small and tender. Some of them are shriveled. But we hold them as a small bird that has fallen from the nest of life. We will nurse you back into the fullness of love. I go.

My dear friends, we love you so very much.
In this season of celebrating the light coming into a darkened world, remember, you too are that light. You are truth, inspiration, and God's angels upon the earth. It is your kind smile that can turn the entire course of a stranger's day, or perhaps even their lives. It is your willingness to turn away from the unkindness of others, rather than feed it, that is a gift and a blessing to all involved. It is your willingness to acknowledge yourself as part of God's great love that allows you to shine that light into he world.
So while you are waiting in the holiday lines, take the time to smile at those around you. Call forth the light of God into your being and pray in silence to be a radiant blessing to those around you. When you are driving on the road, remember those are your fellow human beings driving with you. When you are running around with your family and friends, enjoying holiday events, remember, these are the ones you love. Enjoy the time. It is truly a gift, and remember as well to enjoy time with yourself and God each day, for this is a gift and blessing beyond compare.
You are the light in the darkness, dear ones. By all means, enjoy your holiday season. Enjoy the presents you give and receive. Remember, however, it is the gift of your Presence that is the simplest and most humble looking gift of all, and yet the most meaningful gift you can leave upon the earth.

During the holidays I've acquired a nickname - "Annta Claus." It started several years ago and has since been a wonderful holiday joke. I like to give and I like to do whatever I can to help make dreams come true. Courtesy of the angels, however, I've learned that the greatest gift I can give is the gift of just being me.
And so, being the eternal child at heart, I started carrying candy canes around in my purse often during the holidays. They're simply, inexpensive goodies. I give them away randomly to strangers I talk with, store clerks, service people, friends, you name it. And you should see the smiles that accompany such a simple gift! We all want a little more sweetness, and a little treat doesn't hurt either 
Even more importantly when I am out and about, and stuck in line somewhere, I do as the angels say. I open my heart and allow the energy to flow through me and out around me. I pray for everyone around to be blessed. It feels GREAT! Secret angels indeed!
And while it is fun to receive presents, I love seeing the Presence of another soul shining brightly. Nothing makes my heart sing more than seeing a friend or client doing something they love, in love with themselves and life, sharing their hearts and authentic selves with the world. I love that!
I imagine God is saying to each of us, "All I want for Christmas is You!

The amount of love being sent to your beautiful planet is ever increasing and will continue to do so, as it helps you reach a higher level of consciousness. Many great Beings of pure Light are involved and their power is beyond your imagination. They are able to control the flow of Light so that you are not overpowered, and in fact the whole process of Ascension is very carefully arranged to ensure maximum success. Because in general terms you have been able to bring the energy to Earth, the grids have been empowered and are helping you raise your levels of consciousness. We cannot sufficiently stress how important these times are for you all, and we urge you to take advantage of the wonderful opportunity to ascend that is being offered to you. Not for a long time will there be such a focussed energy centred upon Earth, that will offer every single soul the means of upliftment. All it requires initially is the intent to change your life to one where you see all souls as One with you, and treat them accordingly with love and caring as you would wish for yourself.
Nothing else in your life is as important as your spiritual evolution, and unless you desire to remain within the lower vibrations you must look forward to finding out how to raise your consciousness to a higher level. Whatever you may feel, you have within a natural urge to seek the purpose of life and it will propel you ever onwards. Set aside the comments from people who are unable to comprehend the idea that you are more than your body, and know that there is part of you that is indestructible and is the real you. Experiencing as physical Human Being in the 3rd. dimension is just part of a great adventure, that is now ending with completion of the cycle of duality. From thereon for those who ascend, it will move to a new experience in a body of crystalline based cells that will carry a greater degree of consciousness. All of the previous drawbacks that were affecting you such as aging, will no longer occur and life will be much more pleasant and rewarding.
You cannot really stand still where your evolution is concerned even although you do not perceive change within you. Everything around you is evolving and you cannot help but be influenced by what is happening. In the long run you will want to move beyond your present level, having learnt from experience and seeking a new one. The changes ahead of you will leave you in no doubt that the old paradigm has ceased to be of value, and that the new one offers you so much more opportunity to evolve. It is not a random occurrence but part of the Creator's plan for you, carried out by Beings that have returned to the Source. When we of the Galactic Federation finally appear and can converse with you, it will give you the opportunity to have your questions answered. We are your mentors for this period of time, and have already opened your hearts and minds to a more expansive understanding through our earlier contacts with you.
There has been a need for you to take more responsibility for your own spiritual development, and gain more knowledge from within. Hitherto you have been largely dependant on others for it, and in many instances been directed along the wrong track which has severely retarded your ability to progress towards the truth. We find that where beliefs are very strong, it is difficult to break down the resistance to change but there are times coming when the truth will be hard to reject. We shall put over the truth about your history in such a way it will be very difficult to deny, as it will be accompanied with irrefutable evidence. This will not affect your freewill as it is a God given gift that no one can take away.
What is going to be convincing for everyone will be the ability to show you past events as they actually happened. In this way there can be no denial of the truth, and your history can be rewritten according to how it actually took place. This is important so that you fully understand the way in which your lives were controlled, by the negative influences that occur in your Universe. However, when you ascend they will no longer have such power over you, as their vibrations are too low to exist at such a level.
Bit by bit you are beginning to see a far larger picture of where you fit in, and in spite of attempts of the dark Ones to prevent it you are destined to be successful where Ascension is concerned. In fact it is a natural part of your experiences without which you cannot proceed to the higher dimensions. We have attended a number of Ascension processes previously, and yours is by far the most unique one by allowing you to ascend in a physical body. It probably sounds beyond your imagination, yet somewhere in your sub consciousness you have deep memories of earlier times like it. Always remember that you were all once much Higher Beings, and only left such realms to gain experience of a more physical existence.
Dear Ones, the jump from where you are now, to a higher dimension will be quite remarkable because of the speed with which it will take place. We are responsible for much of the progress that will be made, and it stands to reason that we must get started very soon. The timing is flexible, and we do not have the same response as you do to delay. We know exactly when certain events need to commence, so we have the advantage of being able to patiently bide our time until we are allowed to go into action.
The world is in need of a final infusion of Light that will cause the levels of consciousness to increase exponentially, and take you forward to a level that puts you beyond the influence of the dark Ones. To put you in such a position that you can fully concentrate on the final steps that will lead you to Ascension. Already you are on that path and we shall give you whatever help you need to continue going forward. It will be the glorious victory that you have worked for over eons of time, and always knew was going to be yours.

~Message from the Lady of the Sun~
Much has changed on your planet since the 11-11-11 activations were completed around the world. And it is not that the date caused anything to happen, but the date was chosen to set the intention to move towards a world that was more aligned with peace and joy & light.
And I am pleased to share with you that the job was done, and done well, for a wave of light was created by the many, many people who focused on light that day. And this wave has gone around the world and is shifting the energy of living beings and the planet itself. Everything is becoming lighter.
And we are aware that many of you have been feeling somewhat uncomfortable since that wave was created like this being I speak through. Just know that for each person, the experience has been different and has been exactly what was needed for you.
Many of you used this wave of light to clear or remove old energy blocks that were holding you back from being who you are meant to be – beings of light and love. These blocks, in many people, were removed which left a flood of this old energy surging through your bodies. This is the discomfort that you felt and may still be feeling.
We want to assure you that there is nothing wrong, in fact everything is more than right, it is wonderous. For removing this blocked energy has created space for more light to be anchored into your bodies. You have just been feeling the movement of the old, which often brings old feelings back into your awareness.
These can be old emotions, old physical pain and old beliefs that seem to be affecting you right now. Just know that these have not come back to stay, but are moving out of your bodies, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. And within a short period of time and with your assistance, they will move out quickly to be replaced by an influx of light energy from the new energy wave that has circled the planet.
To ease this process for yourself, just allow these experience to be, knowing that it is like a ship passing in the night, it has not come to stay, but is moving past you to another place. Just do what feels right for you to support yourself through this time.
If you need to cry, give yourself the time and permission to cry for many of you have released old sorrow that was sitting in your cells. If you are tired, take the time to rest. If you need comfort, reach out to someone for a hug or to talk. Do whatever works for you to ease your discomfort and KNOW that this is only temporary.
Many of you will soon begin to feel what has been called spiritual bliss. Some of you have had a taste of what this feels like during one of those magical moments when you felt connected to the world in a different way. Some of you have had short periods of time when everything felt wonderful and in divine order.
What we want you to know is that this wave of light energy is clearing out the old and making more room in your body systems to allow more light to be part of your bodies. With this, these moments of spiritual bliss will increase. All you have to do is allow this to happen.
You have done a wonderful job of anchoring in more divine light. The next step is to BE this light.

With the opening of the 11.11.11 star gate we have reached a point in history where the doors are wide open, dearest ones, for each one of you to enter a new level of heart-opening and love!
Do you feel the new sweet and soft love in your air and atmosphere? Do you feel with your whole body what is now embracing you, as the Love of God has come so close, landing on your earth in her garment of trees, and bushes and grass, and most of all, of her blossoms and flours?
Dearest ones, Love cannot be described with words you use in your routine of daily life! Love can only be described with sounds that make your heart sing!
I desire to make your heart sing because you all have every reason for it! And because I desire you to feel the new life coming that is already underway on your Beloved Earth! She Herself is bathing in this sweetest elixir of Love and she is eager to share this with you, dearest ones!
I ask you to turn your eye, still closely attached to a life of mere joyless necessity and mostly missing heart-feelings, to your heart to flower. Do you know that now the time has come where all the requirements to realize this flowering of heart are already given? Do you realize that your heart to melt and to be happy is already given every nourishment you need to let it happen?
The nourishment is in the sun rays that enter your atmosphere and in the air you breathe and in the pure water you drink. Now that your sun light and all the elements have already surrendered and are filled with the new light and love currents which are pouring down from your heavens, it is time for you to follow them! These elements are not just chemical substances but they are alive and full of consciousness as you all are, as there is no “dead” or life-less element. All is alive and all is an emanation and a form of the Divine, That All-That-Is.
These elements do not hesitate to let Divinity enter, embrace and overwhelm them with Love. Therefore they are already full of overflowing joy and that is the Secret of what you are living and breathing and moving and resting in.
Why would you, dearest ones, who inherit all the Divine Gifts in your heart, not accept the endowments of your Creator, now as the doors of heaven are wide open?
Happiness is always yours, it is truly and always untouched from the course of life, as it is the very essence of your being. Even if life circumstances appear to be difficult, this essence can never be disturbed, never!
Dearest Ones, accept the Love of God into your heart and into every cell of your body! This love is already embracing you, and this I say, it is literally so! Feel it with your skin, dear ones, feel it when you inhale, feel it in the pure water you drink, it is filled and enriched with the power of the incoming currents of light, that is stored in it.
Leave the love-less thoughts behind which do not accept the love which is in the air and in every atom you breathe, and in every molecule of your air that touches your body. And it is the Spirit of these elements which nourish you and prove the Presence of Divine Love to you. It cannot leave you anymore, it is Gaia’s new attainment, and what is Her’s, is also yours.
Do not separate yourself from Her. Her Consciousness is Divine and so is yours, once you have dropped your negative assumptions, fears and denial of the True Source of your own existence.
We notice that many still are blaming and complaining, while looking in the direction of lack and an unhappy world. Now is the time where all of you need to rise and allow the true jewel in your heart to govern what your eyes want to see. Do not look at, what you do not want to see. Look at, what you want to see, and look with your eyes and heart that is Divine. Like blossoms open as beautiful flowers in the sudden of the rising sun with overwhelming fragrance, so will your heart’s eye and mind build your new world of fulfillment and joy. Do not look back and live in this happy moment always now. The bursts of your love are the weapons which undo in a moment the godless creations which make you suffer.
Dearest ones, you are not created to suffer, you are created to express and be witness of the fullness, joy and love of That All-Embracing All-That-Is, and That Is also You.

You can count on My loving you, yet you cannot count the ways I love, for I love in infinite ways. There is never a stoppage of My love. There never is an interference. There is nothing that can interfere with My love. Nothing can block it, stymie it, pause it. Nothing can make Me forget my love, misplace it, lose it. No one can shrink My love, rough it up, cut it. No one can burn it, maim it, cover it up, erase it, undo it.
Of course, you get into cause and effect. You get into such thinking as: "If God loved me, he wouldn't have let that happen. He would have let me get that job, pass that test, and keep my wife by my side forever." And so the doubt of "if" enters the picture. You are sure that if God loved you, He wouldn't have allowed this or that to happen. The fact is I do love you. I love you immeasurably. That I love does not always mean you receive what you want. It does not mean that I will always please you. At the same time, you don't have to suffer. Whatever happens is just a short jog in the road. It is not forever as you seem to feel it is.
Beloveds, pleasing you and loving you are not the same. Someone you love will die. Even you. Sooner or later, even you. Someone will leave you, and someone else won't leave you. Milk will spill, and someone will have a boo-boo. What else is new, beloveds?
Regardless, the foundation of life is strong. It is the strongest of the strong. It is eternal and infinite. Compared to Eternity and Infinity, the most difficult heartbreak in your life is nothing at all, a little blip, a little peep. Know the strength you are built on.
Every day of your life, you are learning unattachment. The day doesn't stay. It leaves. Sooner or later, everything leaves, or you leave. The body does not have eternal life, yet you do. You, the Being I am speaking to, you have eternal life. You couldn't die if you tried. I supposed we could say that your loved ones you mourn for are MIA, missing in action. Just the same, they are right here with Me, safe and sound. It is not even a question about whether you will have them back. You have them now. You have their love now. You have their love now more than ever because there is no Earth life to get in their way of loving you. No more squabbles. Life is good. Life is very good. No need for you to suffer from the natural course of life.
At the same time as life is at your beck and call, life is not at your beck and call. Life is not your indentured servant. Like you, life has a life of its own. Life has its own way of doing things. Life has its own timing. Life has its own spacing. Life itself is not attached. You are attached, and, yet, you are learning to let go. Life will always teach you that. Attachment is a hindrance. Letting go is a blessing. Bless yourself with letting go. You can do it. You have to do it. Might as well do it now. At least, stop fighting it. You don't have to hold on so tight. You don't have to hold on at all!
You can't fall. You can only rise.
