The misinformation about the ascension keeps piling up and I’m hoping to clarify a few things. The biblical phrase “Sons of God and daughters of man” means something very important to us today at this time. Humanity and all of life is divided into two roughly equal groups.

The group termed the “Sons of God” represent those life forms with “male” souls. These are souls that split the light and the dark and can not mix them. They are the ones that are “good friends, but bad enemies”. They are the fiercely religious or spiritual ones that can do inexpressible evil in the name of “good”. They are so “Light” and “Love” that they have no recognition at all of the darkness that lies within themselves. They refuse to go there. Numerous atrocities have been done by the church over the centuries by these “spiritual” souls.

These “Male” souls are hard wired this way and they can not integrate or embrace their own shadow aspect. The closest that they can get to this achievement is through atavistic resurgence or “possession” by unconscious aspects of their own being. These “Sons of God” were the angels that came down and mixed with the “daughters of Man”. These were the original space brothers.

But many cycles have passed since then and things are not that simple any more. Male souls can have male physical bodies or even female physical bodies. The characteristic that marks them is the inability to integrate their own shadow. They also see great highs and lows in life in a way that might seem manic/depressive.

I have four children and two of them have “Male” souls and two of them have “Female” souls, and I love them all equally. There is no right or wrong in this process. Indeed, we will see that with each great cycle such as we are now experiencing our souls exchange gender. Male souls will become female souls and female souls will become males souls.

The “Daughters of Man” are of the physical earth and able to integrate their own shadow into their light self in true unity. These souls see the bitter-sweet quality of life and love both. It is the intensity and the depth of living this bitter-sweetness that makes life worth while. Originally these were the females but now that so many cycles have passed female souls may have female bodies and they may have male bodies as well.

The things that remain are their ability to integrate the personal shadow with acceptance and love and the ability to unify all of their aspects into one being.

Our prisons are filled with “male” souls because they are a bit unstable compared to the “female” souls which are more emotional but stronger and more together on the inner levels.

What does this have to do with ascension? Well, the unity grid is now activating our shadow aspects and depending upon whether you are a “Male” soul or a “Female” soul, you will be experiencing entirely different things.

The “Male” soul will be the typical lightworker that has absolutely nothing to do with healing the darker mental and emotional wounds that we all carry. They simply will not go there. They are going into the “Light” and they will apply themselves to this in a fantastic degree. They will send out Love and Light everywhere. But they will not touch the darkness within their own souls even though that is being activated now as well. These souls will physically experience their greatest hopes and greatest fears and hopefully learn from them and become more wise. They have the rollercoaster ride of ups and downs. These are the ones that will benefit the most from the “heart” meditations.

The “Female” soul will be the typical lightworker that everyday touches some of the darkness within themselves and others, loves, heals, cherishes and embraces it as part of the bitter-sweetness of human life. They are the “human” ones and the ones that my own messages are mostly meant for.

It occurred to me that “Male” souls will not gain much benefit from the OAK energy ball mediation because they can not integrate the shadow. It won’t work correctly for them. I apologize for this misunderstanding. It will only work for the “Female” souls like I personally am. The ones that can cast off this toxic and negative repressed energy and by becoming aware of it, accept it and release it so that it does not need to manifest in physical life.

We do not need to “act out” these negative energies but by becoming aware of them become aware of our own capacity for evil and violence. These are the people that serve “Life”.

In short, “Male” souls serve “Light” or flip over to the dark side completely and serve “Dark”. They can not be both and can not tolerate both. The “Female” soul serves “Life” and is comfortable with both the Light and Dark aspects within themselves.

This is Gaia’s ascension, Mother Earth’s ascension, and it will benefit those that serve “Life” the most. It will be more difficult for those that serve “Light”.

To say this even one more way, those that serve “Light”, those that have been so empowered for such a long time as our spiritual hierarchy are being “Cast out of the Garden of Eden” where they have lived for such a long time and made to toil in the “new physical” world by the sweat of their brows.

Those lowly ones that serve “Live” are now for the first time being led into the “Garden of Eden” and fully empowered as co-creators in this new world. “The last shall become first and the first shall become last”.

At the end of this new great cycle there will be a new earth once more and once more those that serve the old will be cast out of the garden and those serving the new will be co-creators. This is a balancing of energies, a balancing of the universe, a balancing of souls. This is the normal method of progression and way things are.

In this ascension of Gaia you may be a “Male” soul or a “Female” soul. You may experience the “Garden of Eden” for the first time or you may by “leaving it”. Two of my own children are entering this new garden and two are leaving it and all are “Ascended souls”. One needs to get away from the concept that one needs to be 5th density or higher to ascend. 3rd degree life forms on Gaia will find their way into this garden if they are female souls and will find their way out of it if they are male souls.

Using the metaphor of the “Chronicles of Amber” by Roger Zelazney, those that serve “Life” will find themselves on the Amber side, the new earth side of the demarcation line while those that serve “Light” will find themselves on the “Courts of Chaos” side, they will find themselves on the lunar side of the demarcation line.

Those invested in the planet A and planet B scenarios will find that Planet A, the new Amber is for those “Female” souls and is the new garden of Eden. Planet B/the moon is for those “Male” souls what will for the first time be expelled from the garden and made to toil for the development of their souls. This is an exchange that takes place every great cycle. One soul gets to rest while the other gets to labor. If your soul has been laboring in the great experiment you will get to rest. Those that have been resting will have their chance/turn to labor.

I share this because two days ago an enormous yin/yang symbol appeared in the astral skies and signified the true end of this age is bearing down upon us. By now only those of the highest densities remain to be correctly placed within the new unity grid. There is so much confusion and misplaced expectations.

A new year begins as the old one ended. A new year for new beginnings and new movements.

Let Love be the theme and the directing force of all endeavors. Let Love light the way for many this year.

Join together and cease these divisions and conflicts where none should exist.

Accept the best parts of your humanity and be not deceived by those of old whom have lost their way. For they shall be exposed this year and much will be revealed that was hidden before this time.

Generations will join together to build the foundation for a new tomorrow. East and West will join as will North and South and people will no longer see and concentrate upon their differences, but will see and comncentrate upon that which will bring them together. Us and Them will cease to exist for many as "We" becomes the theme that will bring about great changes within human community.

No longer divided by color or speech or myth, but now united by heart, the great equalizer and contributor for the good upon this planet.

You think us foolish or that we have come to deceive or conquer you. No, we have not come to incite violence or to divide the races. We have instead come to help and to enrich your human experience.

A new direction, a new concentration of intent shall occur due to a physical phenomom of great magnitude. A wave of energy comes to your planet from the Sun and shakes and disrupts the current communication structures.

A wave so great and so powerful as to collapse that which has imprisoned you for these countless centuries.

Love arrives and sets your world aflame, then comes the waters to cleanse and to nuture your Earth's surface.

Those who can adjust and adapt will be the new leaders upon your Earth. The weak and corruptable will not survive. They will cling to the structures of old and be cruched by them.

The structures of new will be built that enhance and enrich not only the Earth, but all of it's inhabitants.

Technologies before kept secret will now be revealed and used for the betterment of Mankind. These technologies will free Man to explore and enrich himself and find his true meaning for being upon this Earth of yours.

Mankind will be awakened again to It's inherent strength, wisdom and goodness that has for too long been neglected.

For, in a sense 2012 will be the end of the world as you know it, but not in the way that has been prophesied by those of fear.

No, the true Prophets come with a message of Love, of co-operation, of growth in kindness and love. These are the true harbingers of faith and leaders into a new tomorrow.

All others have been directed by the weakness and fear of their ego selves, rather than from the strength and courage of their Divinity being expressed through their human vessels.

Know the difference and rely upon your heart's goodness that expresses an intelligence and wisdom far beyond the capacity of the human mind.

Listen to your hearts breathe and in the silence of the moment come to a clarity of Self or Soul direction and let Good or Goodness be your guide through your life's journey as ego takes a back seat to observe and learn as was it's orginal intention from the beginning.

We know of your doubts that a change can come about that is so overwheming as to change the very foundation of your current systems of existence.

We say to all who will listen. It can and it has and it will come about for many as it has come about for a few in your Earth's past.

This is the point in your human evolution in which past and future intersect in the Now of Creation. From the Now all is possible and all can ne actualized into existence.

Now, feel the truth of our words and come to your own Now. Be not afraid, but be within yourSelf and It's loving embrace.

Now, Love surrounds and fills you and with It comes a faith in Yourself and in God's Grace.

Yes, Grace has visited you this day and left you whole for the moment.

Balanced and at peace within yourself and with all living things upon your world.

This balance is the coming together or the joining of the Love of the Divine and the Love of the Earth together as One.

This is the power that transforms and awakens and enlivens human community and all it's inhabitants.

The ego only has access to the power of the Earth and this has cause Mankind great imbalance. A power without peace, without wholeness, without balance. A power that reigns over and divides and destroys all that gets in it's path. That sets Man against Man and betrays all that is good within your humanity.

Now, has the Divine joined it's power with that of the Earth and the great imbalances are gone. Gone is the pain, the sadness, the hurt of a thousand lifetimes of futility and disappointment.

Now, strength and wisdom return to Man and faith in Self and faith in God is restored. Man returns to his natural state of living within a state of Grace.

Now, Love and Kindness are expressed and a great healing occurs. Mankind finds not only the individual heart, but their communal heart.

Joy returns and Mankind again thrives upon your planet.

The power of the heart has now taken the place over the power of the mind. Now, directed by Love through a Soul connection that connects one to All of Creation or what some call, the Creator.

Fear of the darkness has fled as Love of the Light returns.

Not a return to Eden, but a return to Ourselves and to the Creator of All that is alive.

Now, be at peace and flourish upon the Land.

We come to you once more with much love and best wishes. As you know, we are approaching a pivotal point in Earth’s history. Rarely has human kind been kept under so much control from the dark ones. It is with great joy and expectations that we anticipate your return, as a civilisation into the purest and most vibrant light once again. You have been part of this light many times before, so there is nothing to be apprehensive about as such. You will very naturally find your way back into your old way of higher love and understanding.

We hope that you are able to use this time off to replenish your energy and to make efforts in being one again. Man for many thousands of years has had many different “I”s. Have you noticed within yourselves how quickly you change your mind about something? For instance you decide that you will get up at 7am tomorrow and look after sorting out important chores. However, when the alarm clock rings, you keep delaying and eventually procrastinate. The reason for this is that man, for now, has no permanent “I” presence. An ordinary person can be blown away in all directions, taken by all sort of influences and suggestions. There is no permanent “I” within ordinary man or no permanent centre of gravity, if you like.

This is the part you will need to work on more. Reinforcing your I AM presence, exercising your free will and deepening your understanding of your self and of the universal laws. The path to Ascension can be as easy or as difficult as you chose to make it for yourself. It can be as rapid or as slow as you wish, depending on your souls’ needs and desires for experiences.

In the coming year, you will witness many inner changes, along with the changes in your society. Your inner personal changes will be reflected into your outer world, therefore in your society. Of course, we are here to help you when and if necessary throughout this transition phase. This is a temporary phase for you and your planet, and our help if required should be minimal and should never leave our permanent imprint on your society’s development. This is why our preferred choice is to act behind the scenes and our direct communications so far have only been with our ground crew and with those of you who already have a level of consciousness more or less equal to our own.

We are not here to take control of your decisions as a civilisation and as a collective consciousness, you have your own power and free will and we are not here to dictate you what your choices should be. We are neither here in order to take over your beautiful planet nor to make it something close to your earthly colonises to us. You are an independent society and the future holds much joy and prosperity for Mother Earth and for you as a Galactic civilisation. Our mission is to empower you as a global and galactic civilisation, and to assist you in your evolution, should you require our advice, while removing unfair nuclear threats and other attack from our common dark enemies. With that in mind, the more you are able to achieve for yourself individually, as well as on a global level, the better it will be for your soul’s development. This is the aim of our many incarnations: the development of our higher love, and higher brain.

When you are in doubt, or fear, please remember to go within, and to allow time for you to receive an answer from your Higher Self. Your Higher Self is your own beacon of light, it is guiding you through these dark times, it is in perpetual contact with your ordinary self, although, you are rarely aware of it. Sometimes it makes you take detours in order to make you understand things which have escaped you previously. All the experiences of this life and of your past or parallel lives are all for your own benefit ultimately. We know that this is an idea which is far from being understood by the vast majority of readers, but in time, you will come to see the benefits of what seems now to be a detour, or a long delay.

Very often the best way for learning in duality is to come across the same difficulty over and over again. While we realize this can be an extremely painful experience, our common Father Creator has designed the Universe in such a way for reasons you will come to grasp later. If one wishes to avoid hitting oneself against the same obstacles perpetually, one has to see and understand things from a different place inside of you. This is the leap of faith required for your ascension into the higher realms. This is the reason why spirituality is so vital at this point in your development.

We are here in order to help you with all aspects of spirituality, however there are on your planet many valid teachings which have survived the dark ages. We recommend that you encompass and engage with these teachings. Our communication with you would be much easier once you get into the deep water for yourself. You would have a far better understanding of our respective civilisations and would be on an equal foot where understanding and conscious love is understood.

Dearest Ones, I Am AA Metatron!

Greetings to all of you who are already consciously participating in the ascension process of Gaia and yourself, the united human body of which you are part of. Silently I bless all those still asleep, all those cells and points of consciousness, although still of dim light and not yet aware about what is going on. It is a great and wonderfully evolving process underway and already happening with your whole human civilization and your planet Gaia herself.

We, who are the initiators and overseers of this process, are rejoicing in this glorious awakening which is happening directly in the Heart of God in His feminine and masculine aspect, which is Light and Consciousness Itself. The joy, concentrated and expanding in the Heart of God Who is the Creator of His Own Nature and the many emanations in the Divine Universe, Is directly igniting the most Sacred Core of your planet. And as you, humanity on earth, and all her beings, living in her sphere, are her expressions of her love and her life, you are all directly participating in this Blessed Event.
 

We are extremely happy to announce that your united ascension process has come to a point where it went over the ridge, so to speak. In your understanding of linear time, it is only a short while until the rest of humanity will awaken to this fact as a whole, and in our view it has already happened. As you know, Divine consciousness, sleeping in dense frequencies which you observe as matter, needs some “time” to en-lighten and transform low density into higher vibrations. The first step is always the most difficult one, but the process is already in everybody underway. Most of those who are awakening, are not yet aware of this new process, as they are still dreaming, but it is their last morning dream and they are soon to open their eyes!

We wish that you turn your heart and your mind fully to this evolving and awakening human consciousness and thereby take responsibility to be midwifes for your fellow brothers and sisters! Like buds of beautiful flowers, today still tightly closed, they will open their eyes in the coming rising of the sunlight, like flowers are opening their petals. You do not need to talk, you only need to radiate from your heart the knowing of Divinity, which is the true nature of all humanity. We ask that you, who are certain of the awakening, as you yourself have been already awakening, freely assume the awakening of your human family as already happened, knowing that they will awaken without doubt, — all of them who came here to participate in this blessed event.

They all will be drawn now to those of you who are already participating so that your heart spark will ignite the still sleeping seeds of Divine Love in their hearts and open their minds in wondrous ways to embrace this glorious process.

Do not look back and do not look at what you do not want: a world without love, a world without light! Surrender these thoughts and these emotions, which are mirrors of the outer world in your own being, to the ever growing expansion and opening of your own Divine Nature, allowing greater Divine Light flooding through your being.

We have imprinted you with the information of opening up to your original blueprint, the Adam Kadmon, the Divine Man in the image of the Creator. Trust that it will unfold and that you will – together with your brothers and sisters - unfold to your highest potential, where your body is only instrument to perform the Miracles and the Love of God.

We cannot but bless you with the blessings from the Heart of God, arousing the fire of your heart, which is His Own.
Dear Ones, understand that there is only God who is awakening in His own creations. We ask to give room to His Presence in your very heart which is Greater than what you have been identifying with so far. His Presence is breaking up your old prison of confinement as a dimensional being. In truth you are free of all limitations as the Light of God is. Light radiates in all directions and without limitations and form of mind is only a tool to play, to explore, to experience. And you are not even your experience, you should know.

Understand the relationship between true knowing and experience and enjoy your Divine Play as a free dance with Divinity. The human heart is eternally free if you allow all limitations to be taken into the light and joy in the Heart of God.

Your boundless Happiness has been always yours, always. But you allowed lower densities to enter your being and to darken the original free Structure of Divinity to become less than it has originally been created for. This heavy density which put you to sleep will now be lifted, beloved ones.
Light is already flowing – and even most powerfully, if you allow it - through your being and will set you fully free. All obstacles on its way are being dissolved so that the pure creation of God, fully transparent to His Light and His Love, will be obvious. In this state of en-lightenment of your bodily vehicle non-separation is fully realized. What has been a feeling and intuition will be a realization of the Great Divine Human Body which is One.
Keep this vision and truth in your hearts, always, dear ones, because it has already happened in the Heart of God, it already exists as unswerving truth.

Be careful about what you think as the power of more instant manifestation increases rapidly. Do not resist or impede the Dream of God with your doubts but nurture the power of your faith in the Reality of Divine Purpose.

Gaia’s original purpose is restored and so is yours, beloved ones. Join forces with those who share your faith and build together a powerful circle which is breathing the breath of your new world. Unite and celebrate joy and unconditional love which has the power to dissolve the shadows of the past into the Light of the New Creation.

We are here to support all your dreams and love and heart-passion. We never leave you, as we are all part of this One Great Creation of God.

Greetings, this is Juliano. We are the Arcturians. We are on the cusp of 2012. In many ways, our estimate is that the energies of 2012 really are here now. In our estimation the date of October 1st marks the doorway into 2012. I can say that you as the starseeds are prepared for this energy and for this transformation. You have been preparing, and you will continue to prepare to receive what we call this galactic input of light, this galactic input of energy, this galactic light frequency that is transformative. This light frequency is transformative on all levels. I know that there is now on the Earth, especially among the starseeds, a greater awareness of the Earth’s relationship to the galaxy. It has taken a long time for mankind to come to the understanding that the galaxy and the Earth are interacting with each other.

It is true that from an astronomical perspective, or from the aspect of astronomy, and nuclear physics, that people, including scientists, have accepted the fact that the Earth’s energy field interacts with the galaxy. It is a fact among the scientific world that comets are bringing valuable energies of life-creating substances from many different places. And it is an accepted fact that certain types of rays, such as gamma rays and neutrinos, are sent across galaxies. It is accepted that your body is composed of chemicals, such as iron, magnesium and many other chemicals that have their origins in the star systems.

So from a scientific standpoint, it is accepted that you are made from substances that are galactic. From a scientific standpoint, it is accepted that the Earth is composed of many different substances that are coming from all different portions of the galaxy. But now a new awareness is on the forefront. This new awareness says that the Earth’s spirituality, the Earth’s consciousness, is also influenced, and it is also affected by the galaxy. This new consciousness says that the Earth is interacting with the consciousness of the galaxy, with the energy of the galaxy and with other dimensional beings, other extra-solar planetary beings. And also this new viewpoint says that the energies from the consciousness of the galaxy and other higher beings of the galaxy can directly influence the Earth.

So, when we look at the energy of 2012, we see a monumental turning point in the humanity and in humanity’s consciousness. We see that this alignment with the galactic center is symbolic of this new awareness of Man’s interaction with the galactic consciousness and with the center of the galaxy. Not only will Man’s consciousness be affected but also the consciousness of the methods in society. This includes the social, the political and the economic factors that will also be affected by the new energies. Old patterns in the old systems and the old assumptions of how things are to work and are supposed to work must shift because the spiritual energy that is coming from the galactic center is going to affect all aspects of your society as we are entering into 2012.

I see the 2012 energy closely tied with the energy of ascension. And I, in my teachings, have dedicated the year 2011 as the Year of the Planetary Healer and the Planetary Healing. And I have described that this concept of the planetary healer is going to be more broadly accepted throughout the world. There are people like you who have incarnated onto the Earth at this time to manifest, to explore and to implement planetary healing. It is an amazing concept that a starseed can be born and can awaken and can work towards the planetary healing. People will accept more and more the term “planetary healer.” For example, you can say that you are a doctor or you are a construction worker, or you are a nurse. Now people will be able to say that “I am a planetary healer.” They will be proud, and other people will be accepting and will be respectful towards those people who say and describe themselves as a planetary healer.

You and I both know that we need many planetary healers on the Earth. We need people to hold the energy of higher consciousness. We need to hold the energy of higher consciousness. We need to have planetary healers to hold the idea of the Ascension. We need to have planetary healers who are working to attract the fifth dimension, because when we are speaking about the Ascension, we are speaking about an intersection of one dimension with another. This intersection can be described metaphorically as two gigantic spheres, two gigantic balls, and each ball represents a dimension. These spheres will intersect. It can be described like the top part of one sphere is going to meet the bottom part of another sphere. There will be an energy transfer. I want to clarify that the Ascension will happen for the starseeds. It will also happen for those who are ascending masters. The Ascension will also affect the whole planet.

So some people have said, “Well, what will happen if suddenly some group ascends, and some people notice that these people are missing? Won’t these people that have stayed behind be shocked? Won’t they be traumatized? When they will see that other people have mysteriously disappeared, maybe they will even think they were abducted by lower vibration aliens.”

I know there have even been some interesting books and movies that carried this concept. Some described this as “those who have been left behind.” The people who are left behind in the Ascension are then thought of as to be suffering. But it is not going to be like this at all, because the Ascension and the interaction of this ascension light from the fifth dimension, is going to positively and dramatically affect the whole planet. There will be an energetic shift that will be experienced. There will be an energetic shift of magnetic light. There will be a shift of the sky. There will be a shift in the colors of the Sun. There will be a shift in the weather patterns. And there will be things that will happen during this intersection, of the third and fifth dimensions, that will be very noticeable. People will agree that the Ascension is an energy that will affect consciousness.

Let me give you one example. No matter what a person’s energy level is, no matter how low a person’s energy level can be, it still can be said that many people will see a beautiful sunset and will be positively affected by the energies of the sunset. So everybody responds in some way to the sunlight. Also there are certain types of clouds, and there are certain types of light that are formed at different times of the day. For example, at dusk or at sunrise, the light patterns change. Sometimes these changes are very dramatic. Sometimes these changes are so beautiful that everyone is taken by the light. When people see the beautiful variations of light that are possible in sunrise and sunset, we can say that their consciousness can be affected. So what I am saying is that the light energy that is manifested on the Earth actually affects people’s consciousness, especially when there are beautiful shifts.

You will know that the Ascension is occurring, or is close to occurring, based on light energies. You will be seeing different patterns of light, different sunsets and different sunrises. You will be seeing different configurations of light that you have never seen before, and you will also be seeing shades of colors that are brilliant. You will see shades of blues, especially, and whites, and some reds and greens. You will see these colors in such brilliance.

You will comment that you have never noticed such brilliant light frequencies. Everyone knows that the colors on the fifth dimension are brighter and stronger and are more striking than on the third dimension. This is being demonstrated now by many visionary artists who are portraying fifth-dimensional images with fantastically bright and striking colors. I am saying that you will all be seeing more of this striking color configuration as we get closer to the Ascension. The Ascension is an interaction of the fifth dimension with the third dimension.

The other aspect of this interaction also can be experienced through sound. There will be new vibrations of sound energy that are coming in 2012. There will be new manifestations of musical arrangements. There will be people who will be able to create sound vibrational patterns, melodies and other aspects of vibrational sound that will raise people’s consciousness to fifth-dimensional levels. So, many people who are oriented towards receiving sounds and working with sound energy will be receiving updated galactic information on how to produce various sound arrangements. These new sound arrangements that are coming in 2012 will dramatically affect people in a positive way. It will dramatically help to raise the vibrational energy so that people can become more prepared to go into the fifth dimension. I see this as a very exciting opportunity to experience these new fifth-dimensional musical arrangements and sound vibrational arrangements. So this is also a second example of how the energies of 2012 and the galactic alignment will be affecting the planet. And I can say that these two examples that I gave are two of many other examples, which indicate that this planet closer to the Ascension.

The lightworkers like yourselves want to hold the intersection of the dimensions as long as possible. The intersection of the dimensions is the Ascension. And when the intersection occurs, then there will be a dramatic calling. Some have described it as the sounding of Gabriel’s Horn. The sound will be emitted at a special frequency, and this frequency is so specific. It is a specific frequency that will immediately align you with the Ascension. It is a frequency and sound that you have never heard, yet at the same time when you do hear the sound, you will know exactly what it is, and you will know exactly how to respond to it. The reason is because this sound frequency is vibrating with an inner core of energy that is in your brain and in your genetic codes.

Archangel Metatron has given several lectures about unlocking the Codes of Ascension. This process of unlocking the Codes of Ascension is a key part for the preparation of the Ascension and also for your ascension experience.

The human body is genetically programmed to ascend. We have studied other planetary systems. Not all living beings, not all forms of life that are in the category of Man, have the Codes of Ascension in their genetic structures or in the genetic cell structures. The human system has the genetic Codes for Ascension. It is interesting when you look at some of the theories of alien abductions and the theories of how the genetic codes and the genetic structures of humans have been manipulated by other planetary beings. This is to say that other alien species have visited the Earth. These other beings have even intermingled with the humans. This was even described in the Old Testament. These beings that were intermingling were called “Nefilim”, or those who are falling. Nefilim can also be interpreted as those who are from higher areas and came down onto this planet.

The important thing to remember is that the intermingling did not remove the Codes of Ascension from Man. Yes, there has been intermingling with such beings as the Nefilim. Yes, there are aliens who want to take the genetic material from Man. They want to use the genetic material from Man with the hopes of being able to ascend. It is true there are fourth-dimensional beings that have come to the Earth. They have studied Man and have understood that Man has this particular vibrational energy that allows Man to ascend. This ascension ability is a special ability.

I can describe to you the Earth, and I can describe to you many lower vibration energies and events on the Earth. I can describe to you many wars. I can describe to you many atrocities. We can focus on many of the negative things that are happening on Earth now and how this contributes to a darkness on the planet. I do not deny this reality. But I also believe that it is important that everyone understand that the mankind, or the Adam species, possesses this rare ability to unlock the Codes of Ascension. The Adam species has within its genetic structure the ability and the genetic ability to ascend. This ability is coveted by other beings. It is a desirable ability. Other species in the galaxy have perceived this ability in Man, and they have seen that mankind is a special being. They have tried, unsuccessfully, to integrate that genetic structure into their being so they can ascend.

Why would these other beings, whom I called alien beings, want to ascend? The reason is because they see ascension as the key to eternal life. They understand that ascension is a proven method for escaping death. It is true, because when you ascend to the fifth dimension, you go into another time; you go into another reality. You go into a reality that is not linear. It is not based on space and time. It is not based on the beginning and the end. It is not based on birth and death. It is not based on duality. But it is totally based on love and spirituality.

The fifth dimension is totally based on a spiritual vibration of light frequency that transcends all duality and all polarizations. Mankind has the genetic codes to experience and go to that reality. Other alien beings are jealous of this ability. Those other alien beings want that ability. You might say, “Well why can’t they have that ability? Why can’t these beings ascend themselves?” That is a subject that I will be looking at, at a later date. I only want to say that there are several other higher beings in the galaxy that have ascended and also have the genetic codes that allow for the Ascension. One of those beings is from the Pleiades. The Pleiadians are human, they are from the Adam species. They have been fortunate to unlock their genetic codes and to be able to experience the Ascension. We, the Arcturians, have also ascended. We also have within us the genetic structure, the genetic codes, the genetic ability, to ascend. Remember that the genetic Codes of Ascension allow a huge burst of energy to occur in your electromagnetic energy field. It takes a tremendous amount of energy to ascend. It takes a tremendous amount of energy to go from one dimension to the next. Ascension allows you to surpass and transcend the Earth’s incarnational cycle.

We always have been talking about the preparation for the Ascension. The preparation means that you are working on yourself to hold this ascension energy, to receive this energy, and to open up to this energy. When the energy comes to you, you can use it and focus it specifically for the Ascension. When the ascension energy and the burst of energy occurs, you do not want to go to sleep; you do not want to lose your consciousness. It is exactly the opposite. You want to keep your consciousness. You want to be able to direct this energy.

It is important to focus your consciousness into fifth-dimensional activities. The 2012 doorway is already allowing some light from the fifth dimension to seep into the third dimension. So part of the preparation is to focus on fifth-dimensional light, fifth-dimensional activities and to anchor and hold the fifth-dimensional energies into the Earth. This includes holding the fifth-dimensional energies into the physical structure of the Earth. It includes holding the energy into the social and political structures of the Earth, and the economic structures of the Earth. It includes holding the fifth-dimensional energy into the spiritual and, if possible, religious structures on the Earth. It includes holding the fifth-dimensional energies into relationships and into the energies that are called the soul psychology issues. In other words, the fifth-dimensional energies can begin to permeate all aspects of life for the starseeds, and the planetary healing really focuses on bringing that fifth-dimensional light into the planet.

So when you look at the new spiritual technologies for the Earth, then you will look at new ways that we are suggesting the fifth-dimensional energy can be downloaded and held into the actual physical structure of the Earth. The energy of the fifth dimension is an etheric spiritual energy, but it is also a real energy. You do not have the ability now to see spiritual energy, but some of you can see the electromagnetic energy fields around the human body. Some of you can read auras. When a person is in a certain frequency, on a certain vibration, or on a certain level of consciousness, then their frequency, their aura, changes and becomes brighter and also holds more light.

The Earth needs to have more fifth-dimensional light. To help with this process, we began the planetary healing process by creating the etheric crystals. The idea of the etheric crystals is based on a simple idea. Crystals hold energy. Crystals hold light. Crystals are able to hold energy and light from different dimensions. This is a fantastic discovery. And many people now are using this information to do powerful crystal healing. I am referring also to some of these concepts that have been described with the crystal skulls and with the emergence of ancient crystals that are now being found and used throughout the planet. These ancient skulls are examples of the crystals that are holding energies even from the times of Lemuria and from the times of Atlantis. There were powerful spiritual healers from those ancient cultures who programmed crystals. These crystals were programmed to be used in a future time when the Ascension was going to be closer. That is to say that some of the ancient Grandmothers and Grandfathers knew that there would be this time where ancient energies of higher spiritual vibration could be brought forth to the planet. They knew that there would be people like you who would be open to exploring and finding this ancient crystal energy.

An etheric crystal is a vibrational crystal that is in two dimensions. The etheric crystal is vibrating from the fifth dimension, but it has certain properties that allow it to reside in a place in the Earth. You can hold thoughts and vibrational energy from another dimension. You can feel, many of you, my presence. You can feel my energy. You can feel the Arcturian energy. Yet the Arcturian energy is fifth dimensional. Yet you are able to hold and you are able to process and integrate with a fifth-dimensional consciousness. We step down our consciousness somewhat so that you can more easily integrate our vibrational energy with you.

The Earth also is interacting with fifth-dimensional energy. The Earth can also hold special etheric crystal energy. And so we have begun to download these 12 etheric crystals. The etheric crystals are part of the ascension energy because the crystals are able to hold a tremendous amount of energy coming from the fifth dimension. It takes a tremendously powerful vessel to hold the energy of ascension on the Earth. When the Ascension occurs, the energy of the Ascension must be held in the Earth momentarily. The energy of ascension must be downloaded and held in place even if it is for a fraction of a second. So the 12 etheric crystals have many functions, but one of the most powerful functions of the 12 etheric crystals is to hold the light of ascension. Another function of the etheric crystals is to hold planetary light that can be transferred to other etheric crystals. The etheric crystals also have a powerful ability to send fifth-dimensional light to the Arcturian starseeds. The etheric crystals can be used as amplifiers for healing experiences.

The Planetary Cities of Light are also set up to hold etheric fifth-dimensional energy because we need to spread the opportunities for accessibility throughout the planet. So we have begun the project called Planetary Cities of Light. The Planetary Cities of Light are devoted to holding fifth-dimensional energy and holding fifth-dimensional light. The Planetary Cities of Light are designated areas that will be promoting fifth-dimensional energies, which include the Ascension. And you the starseeds have responded overwhelmingly positively to the Planetary Cities of Light process. We have, through your great work, designated and activated over 50 Planetary Cities of Light throughout the world. This is an amazing response. As more starseeds hear of this process and of this work, they will want to develop and work with you. And I see that you are creating the foundations now for the fifth-dimensional work.

Maybe it is difficult in the beginning to set up the structure, to find the people, to do the fifth-dimensional activations. This fifth-dimensional activation includes going around the cities and forming a light frequency of protection. It includes being able to download fifth-dimensional energies. It includes downloading fifth-dimensional energies from other planetary cities, because these Planetary Cities of Light are also interacting with other Planetary Cities of Light.

Now at this time we have designated six Planetary Cities of Light that are new Planetary Cities of Light. And I, Juliano, am conveying my blessings and activation energy for:

And let all of the Planetary Cities of Light also receive this activation so that each person who is working in this Planetary Cities of Light receive the energy and the support spiritually and physically to complete this beautiful planetary work.
