Laura: Good evening SaLuSa and Settufeut. I am very glad that you are both here. I am looking forward to your message as your presences are felt very strongly.

SaLuSa: We wish to remind you all, once more, that we are all one. We are in this together. These are very trying times for all and especially for you, dear friends. We are very glad to be on this adventure with you all. We know of your impatience for definite results, we know that the mind distrusts everything. We wish to remind you today that you all need rest, sleep and to be anchored. We have noticed a very common tendency for you to be sucked in the illusion. Many of you wonder how to become more detached from it.
.
One useful way is to let go of everything, even for one minute, regularly throughout the day. Shall we say, perhaps on the hour, agree with yourself to stop what you are doing for a few seconds and observe what is going on for you. This is all that is required, letting go and seeing. The tendency for you all is to focus your energy, or your attention towards the front of your body and towards the head. We recommend, that when you proceed with these pauses, that you focus on your back and on your feet. Focus your attention on the inside, while allowing for all external impressions to flow in naturally. When you are allowing these to enter while being centred, your are being present in the here and now. You are stocking up on information, as it were. However, you are not doing it from the head alone, you are allowing the universe to teach you. You are opening up to the bigger picture this way and to the higher dimensions.

Laura: Thank you SaLuSa. Over the past few weeks a few people have asked me how can they make contact with you and with the Galacatic Federation of Light?

Settufeut: For the moment, we mainly operate from our spacecraft and communicate through telepathy with some of you, in order to give our messages. Of course we like to keep a close eye on our ground crew, but unless it is in someone’s life plan for meeting us and for helping in the Disclosure process and in First Contact, we are unable to respond openly yet. However, as you are probably aware of, we are all in contact at all times with your higher selves and interact with you a great deal particularly when you are in sleep.

SaLuSa: Once we are allowed by you to land and make contact at an official level, there would be less difficulty for us all to interact in peace and trust. There is no point in rushing things out, because we wish nobody on Mother Earth to feel nervous towards us. So we are making sure to respect all proper procedure and first contact protocol very carefully here. Meeting new cultures is always a sensitive and delicate time, especially if we are talking about extraterrestrial civilisations. The cabal is ready for creating any incidents and spread disinformation where we are concerned, so we are proceeding with care.

We will continue revealing our craft to as many as possible in the coming weeks. We are very keen on showing ourselves to those of you who welcome us. With your upcoming Ascension, you will all become more sensitive to our presence through telepathy. This will be a slow process, but we are bound to meet, dear brothers and sisters. There is no other way for us, it is part of our common destiny. The cabal knows that their days in power are numbered. As soon as you will be able to regain control over your economy and over your life, your confidence levels will rise. You will be unstoppable, and with your new found confidence, you will also welcome us on your planet.

Settufeut: In truth, we are eager to start communicating with you on a personal level and on an official level. These are indeed very exciting times ahead. Some of you can probably feel the excitement in the air. Those of you who are more sensitive are already well used to sensing our presence around your planet for some time now. While others are already able to see into the future the moment when your lives will make the switch from a culture who believes that your are alone in the universe, to a Galactic Culture. The time is now very near.

Laura: Thank you. I can certainly say, for myself, that since last Wednesday, since I have seen your ships, I feel towards you very much like I feel towards real, good, old friends. There is always a bit of distrust, until a point has been reached, when there is no going back to disbelief.

Settufeut: Yes, and we will continue to make ourselves known to you and come close and closer in the coming weeks. We will be more and more part of your life, more and more openly present and this is something we greatly look forward to.

SaLuSa: I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and we wish to pursue our friendship with all Earth humans. There is much we can learn from each other and look forward to sharing our experiences with you. We are not interested in gain or profit, your love is our only reward. We will learn and grow together and ensure your Ascension. Channeler: E-Galactic

My beloved children, my loves, how can you start to understand all is going to be well. I know it's not been an easy journey thus far, and I never told you it will be, I did promise I will be with you every step of the way. So many of you are questioning your new found truths and your now reality mostly because it has not become a fully manifested reality. Some of you find yourselves drifting back to religion and rituals. My loves let me remind you of who you are. A birth in creation, Beautiful melodies of my souls expression, my love in physicality, my truth in light, my wisdom through you expressed as the collective oneness that is all.

I know, I know my children it's not easy, it is much easier to go back to the way things were but that is not you, that is not why you are here. We made a promise with each other and all of creation. We promise to create the illusion in such a way that will enable you to feel and experience your growth even when you may find yourself drifting away. My children of Gia, you are to be proud of yourselves.

What you are creating with all honesty could only have been done by you, this is one of the reasons why you are more than qualify for doing what you are called to do. Don't worry the time is coming when all will see the Truths you express, soon you will sit inside a pretty golden age, but it's always the darkest before dawn. You are to believe in yourselves and each other. There is no question what you are call to do requires much from you than expected, yet listen when I tell you all your hard works are worth it, more than worth it. Being awakening around those that are at sleep can be stressful because you wish for them to grasp your identity, you want for them to see what you see and feel what you feel, not to rush my children for their time will also come a path.

You are to be strong in what you have cultivated to believe and how you perceive. Moses said he spoke to a burning bush that was "GOD" why is you don't believe your personal interactions with ME? Why do you feel you need to perform rituals for you to get closer to me? You don't and never did, this truth alone is important and feel free to share with your brothers and sisters. Help open their eyes to a new way of celebrating with me in every moment for i am your moment, all of it. Everything that makes up anything is me. Some wants to know me when I am just the good and not the bad, yet know I created the bad so you can get to know the good, making all of creation balance.

You are or have come to the realization of this Truth. I am it all and there is nothing I can't be. Can't you see beloved we have a lot of work to do? Your world believes otherwise. For you whom bares the light, you are to consciously spread the light with all that is. You will always have help like the way you do now from all realms. LOVE LOVE LOVE this will enable you to CREATE without judgement, placing you in the realm of mastery of your reality. All is given the power to create but very few create consciously. Progress is indeed a slow process but you have to remember love, we have to rewrite thousand of years in Gia' s history. We have to create heaven on earth believe it is being done and you have to be humble with each other and try not to judge, it is hard I know this, and I also know you can overcome this illusion.

When ever you need to speak with me just do. You need not to go through another, I am always willing to communicate with you, I am always here for you.
Go on into your world and let us work heart in heart, soul in soul, body embodied in the light of all that is. And learn to live without regrets of the past. Live to progress towards your goal of awakening the masses. You will have all you've dreamed of and more but we have to take our time, step by step you and I shall overcome… I AM ME YOU WE, there is nothing I CAN't BE, I've walked on waters and made the blind man see, don't you think it's time to drop the greed and CREATE OUR NEW REALITY?

Ashtar Teleconference ~ 11~29~11

"Greetings, Beloved Family! It is I, Sananda, come once again to be with you, in Grace, in Love, and in co-creation of yet another uplifting and joyful togetherness, a Oneness.And as we do this, as we lift up, it is to feel the feelings of the Love, the highest and most powerful energy in the whole Universe, and it is to know that we are all divine, that We Are All One in our divinity, and that we have an opportunity here in our coming together to present to Planet Earth and the Universe beyond, this highest form of Love, this compassionate Love, this forgiving Love which knows no judgment of anyone else, or of oneself, and yes, the thanks, the Gratitude, that we have for each other, for ourselves and for all. And this is the feeling of living in Christ Consciousness, this is the feeling that we shall be exploring more of. This is the greatest teaching of all, for it is Love, and Love is all that is ever needed by any individual or group of people, for any country, or in any situation. It is Love. High dimensional Love, Christ Consciousness. And with it comes Peace, and with it comes Joy, and even as we empower the missions that Ashtar has presented, it is to be bringing the Freedom to all people, to hear these messages and to participate as One, even as we create this, this exercise of Love, in this moment together.

"And so it is easiest if you close your eyes, take some breaths. And it is to bring once again to each and every being that Light, that Love. Bring it in in any way that you choose. You can bring it into your hands, and up, across and down into your hearts. You can bring it into your crown. You can bring it up from Mother Gaia, and have it meet in your Hearts. Just bring it in and open your Hearts wide to receive absolute radiant, unconditional Love. Show Compassion first to yourselves, Beloved Ones, each and every one in this group. Let us show Compassion now to each other. And let us smile upon each other, and let us allow this Love to connect us, such that you feel it throughout your being, such that you, each and every one of you, are now in communion with all as One.

"And now add the vibrations of Compassion, and Forgiveness and Gratitude, and allow them to swirl and make beautiful patterns, first within your Hearts and then out through your entire energy fields. Just allow, just allow. Because you see, these high energy Love waves will each find their own perfect balance and harmony, and they will form beautiful patterns, and some of you may see the lights, and some of you may feel and some of you may just know. You are literally infusing the entirety of your energy fields with this great Love, with this great compassionate Love, with this great forgiving Love, where there is no judgment, not of anyone else, and certainly not of yourselves. And it is to experience this moment, and to put it into endless circulation so that these patterns, these waves, continue to come into your beings and fill you with this high, high Love unconditional. So that you have this as your marker, so that when you are not feeling this you will know, and then you can stop for a moment, just a moment, and start the flow again, inflowing to you, filling your fields. Let us fill each others' fields with this, let us circulate it now and remember We Are One, so we are simply filling the energy fields of the One We Are, all of us, all of us here, all of you, Beloved Lightworkers, Family, all of your Guides, and the Radiant Ones who come to share in this moment.

"And now as we fill ourselves with this, let us move, move this energy. One We Are! We are the energy of Love, high dimensional, Christ Consciousness Love. And let us move so that we can shower the World with the Love Beams. Keep it circulating, keep it incoming, keep sharing it. And even as we do, allow it to fall gently, but powerfully, to all of magic Earth - see it in your minds' eye. It might be sparkly stars, it might be waves or beams or rays of Light, golden white Light, showering all of Planet Earth.

"And this is indeed, this is indeed that shining Star now shining for the entire World We Are, showing the way to the entire World, lighting the way literally as the stories you have heard of that one Star. We Are the Star, Beloved Ones, and we are showering our Love Beams everywhere upon the planet!!! And look how the sun joins, and look how the moon radiates even more shining, shining Love. And we are joined by all of the stars everywhere.And here we are, One Star shining forth together and lighting up all of Planet Earth! And now see Planet Earth paying it outward in every direction, lighting up the entire Universe with Love, empowering all beings everywhere with Love, and the Joy, and yes, the Peace that comes with it.

"Keep it coming, Beloved Ones, and keep sharing. It was once said that I was the greatest gift when I was in the body of Yeshua, but the Truth, Beloved Ones is, We Are All the Gifts, We Are All Love, and We Are All One!We are all equal, we are all divine, and we are all bringers of the Love Light to Planet Earth, and beyond to the entire Universe!!! So keep the Love Light shining, and let us be joyful that we have come together. The windows are wide open to receive this Light. So keep on shining, and know that I, and all of the wondrous Angels and Guides and Masters and Spirits are with you - all of the Beings of Light. You are never alone, and you are always loved as One, One Loving Bright Light With All! And so it is. Namaste!"

Be thankful this day for Finding Gratitude.

Finding gratitude is not as easy as going to the grocery store to find what is on your list or finding a coin on the street, but it can be. We find gratitude in moments, such as the moments when we go to the store to find exactly what was needed or the coin on the street. Gratitude is an expression of love for what we have in our life, both material and non-material. When we express love what is received, we become open to receiving more and giving from our heart. Our life happens in moments and has the mobility to change to match the intention and love emanating from our heart. Our heart space is the source where all gratitude is truly expressed. The question now becomes, how do we look too our heart space to see, to find gratitude in our daily life?

Our daily life is filled with moments to take for self to find gratitude for what we have and has happened. Personally I start my day with gratitude, by way of mediation. I pause to think of all I asked for and received in my life. Times I find my personal meditation time getting longer and longer, because I find more things to be grateful for. There may be circumstances or situations looking grim, but when we pause in the life moment to find gratitude we begin to feel better. The reason why we feel better is because we poured and welcome the energy of love into what is surrounding us. No matter what is surrounding us, we can always find a peaceful moment to give thanks. We not only give thanks for what has happened or happening, we can give thanks for what will happen.
 

As a culture, we have gotten away from planning our life and foreseeing the desired outcome. When we pray for a certain outcome or item to be delivered to us, in the same moment we have to express gratitude as if it has already shown up in our life. We are now a culture of instant gratification for all we accomplish. Our heart may be in the right place to receive gratification, but was the intention behind? When we have the desired outcome planned in our mind, we grow attachment to it, therefore when the outcome shows up we are unable to recognize it. When we set the intention for an outcome, we have to be clear in the purpose of it and feed it love, and then release it for the Creator already knows what needs to be taken place for the life chosen to happen.

Our life is always happening now, not then, not later, but now. I know the previous paragraph may contradict this one, but let me clarify. The life currently lived is already chosen, however there is free will of the soul to experience other paths. With the experience of other paths, we gain knowledge turned into wisdom for the collective souls to share. This way we have a better understanding of various "walks of life". The Creator, Angels and Ascended Masters are here to guide us on this journey, however only with our permission. For example, when we need assistance with something, we reach out and ask a friend, they do kindly offer their help. The same goes for the Creator, Angels and Ascended Masters. They can witness our life unfolding, but unable to help unless we ask from a pure heart. Through all the side experiences chosen, we eventually end up on our life's path. The way back to our path is through setting the loving intention to fulfill your purpose. While living in the present moment, we currently are planning our future with our thoughts, actions, and intentions.

With the thoughts, actions, and intentions chosen from our doing and life planning, we have a lot to be grateful for. Each moment allows for gratitude to seep through. No matter where we are or what we are doing, all we have to do is pause and take a deep breathe to simply say "Thank You". The words "Thank You" are two of the most powerful words in existence. Those words can impact someone's day or change history. When someone says "Thank You" it creates a cycle of gratitude. Take a moment to remember when someone took time to say "Thank You", how did you feel, how did respond? A "Thank You" can melt a cold heart or crack a stone face. The phrase “Thank You” helps to find the gratitude in self and reflect back what was given. When we find gratitude, we find our authentic self.

Be thankful this day and everyday for finding gratitude in life moments.
Be thankful this day and everyday for creating a cycle of gratitude.
Be thankful this day and everyday for creating your life though love and gratitude.

As we move from last week’s Resisting Change, we are called to Allowing Grace. Given that the natural flow of life is toward improvement, it stands to reason that Grace follows change. Change is constant. It can be resisted or allowed, but change is a fact of life. It’s built into the Universal System of Life. Polarity is an engine that serves expansion, thus even resistance will eventually yield to change. This is the beauty of Ascension. As we each become the empowered Divine humans we are meant to be, we utilize our creative capabilities to facilitate change within the experience of more ease, flow and joy. It may not be that each moment is joyful, it is that each moment is purposeful, appreciated and nurtured into Flow. Change then becomes grace-full.  

Grace is flow with ease. When movement is graceful, it is known within the heart. The swell of the wave and the crashing of the wave are both eloquent. This is Grace. It does not matter if the change seems tranquil or turbulent, there is a perspective of the beauty within the movement and there is an understanding of the necessity and perfection of the form. The storm and the gentle rain are appreciated and enjoyed. Grace need not be meek. It can be just as beneficial and benevolent as a storm or a crashing wave. Allowing Grace is an openness to the flow of life from compassionate strength. Your dance through the ebb and flow of life is your conscious interaction with the tides of change. Your creative choice is what determines your experience, for the tides have no judgment or favor.

As we sit to Blast Allowing Grace, we are choosing peace regardless of circumstance, giving peace solid rooting to grow. We are directing flow with the choice of Love, as all that occurs leads to improvement. We are following the truth of our heart, rather than the sway of the crowd, for Grace is empowered and supportive. We are opening to more of our Divinity, perspective by perspective, as we observe the world, choose wisely and focus our powerful Love; Allowing Grace to lead. Blast on!

When you go through a shift in consciousness and find that you are no longer in the same space that you were a moment ago, what do you feel, how do you adjust to the knowledge that you are changed? I am here to tell you that there is an oncoming period of time in which you will be experiencing many moments of this kind. It may be that you either feel dizziness, sudden fatigue, overjoyousness, despair, or any such thing that indicates you have come to some sort of understanding that was not with you before.

This understanding isn’t necessarily that you know what it is that is understood, but that in some respects you are in a fuller way of being than you were. When this happens for you know that there is coming a difference in the way that you look at life, at the things that speak to you in the various ways that announce a coming event, a new way of thinking about some things, or a turn in your mind that leads you to a new way of living. This new way of living may be very subtle, or could be a vast opening of a new direction. It could be a setting aside of some of your tasks, or a taking on of more, that affects the others that you are already involved with.

It is a matter of clearing away the debris of old times and seeing that there are spaces that either melt away, or ask to be filled anew. As this comes into being it is wise for you to welcome the newness of your inner guidance and see that it is a step for you in the journey that is being orchestrated by your inner self. You are also tuning in to the Oneness of humanity and all of existence and as you do this you are increasing the flow of unity that you are being guided to. As you take the process step by step, you will look back on what you have been doing and see even more how far you have come in the evolvement of your beingness.

Take this new realization with you in your daily life. Welcome it for the mirror that it creates for you in knowing how to live in these rapidly changing times. Look around you and observe those who are in the news, in the neighborhoods, the stores, and your life in general, and see the reactions of change as they individualize, while at the same time carry the glow of oneness.

That is how Spirit works. That is how all is spoken in the same language. It is a beautiful sight to see, and as we stand in our place in the universe and observe your progress, we are in awe at times of the journey that you are creating. We see the promise that you give yourselves and we know that even though we have, at one stage of our evolvement, also had our moments of new discovery, we have not been on the same roads that you have created and climbed. We have been with you on these roads, but not all of us have walked them in our own ways as the creators of the roads that are walked in the darkness of non-recognition.

We are here today to welcome you back to yourselves, and to let you know that it is a matter of trusting in yourself, of forgiveness of yourself for what you feel may be out of balance and not able to comprehend or see. You are sorting through the debris of what you have cast aside, accumulated and sent for as showstoppers for the rest of humanity to see. Now it is the time when you are sorting through it all and sending off into recreation that which no longer fits in your life.

Congratulations! Hold firm and easy to what you know to be your truth. Know that as you take each step it is of your own creation and that you tune in to that which is considered to be the best thing that you can do in the moment. We watch and sometimes we seek to understand where the echoes of the newness came from. Then you smile your recognition, and we see it in the depths of your beingness and we smile along with you.

Thank you so much for what you are doing to teach us all about this journey that we all agreed to create. It is so profound and yet, so simple to the Truth of what is coming. Hold on to your hats for in the next changes and evolvement of your beauty you will see your journey speed up and accelerate at such a rate as to leave you at times breathless and in awe. Relax then and know that in the next moment you will be at ease and the peace with which you flow into the joy of loving life will carry you in the white light of golden love, and it will be the best that can be for the moment.

We are the White Knights of the Universe and we stand ready to take your hands and welcome you back to your Home at the moment in which you choose to be here. Love abounds and you are in our fullness of love and respect for you and all that you can do.
