We come to you again dear ones with a message from your higher planes of existence. As we too have a sense of humor we would say to you now that the human we use in our channelings often makes us laugh and we see he is a high spirited one, is he not? But you too dear ones must keep in mind that these last days leading up to our ascension are ones where the heat is being turned up ( so to speak). Those who will play key roles in the awakening process in this “consummation of the age” will do their part as if a fire has been lit under their back side ( again we draw our slang from the human).

They fervently wish to see more and more souls awakened every day, and wish for those numbers to grow at a higher rate with each passing now moment. That being said we would ask you all dear ones to come to have more patience with one another in these times, as all will say and do things they do not mean to do and say, and will realize this once they have each had the time to reflect on their words and actions. Remember that you will be dealing with third density beings from a third density standpoint as well as a fifth density standpoint, and the two will become intertwined at times without our even noticing it.

As we not only spread the message of unconditional love; light; and free will to all mankind at this day, we also wish to give you all the proper facts leading up to your individual truths whenever we find it appropriate in your awakening dear ones. Still you must each come to reflect and remember that all souls in your third dimensional world and plane of existence see and understand with the appearance that you are each awakening at many different points in your world.

Though this is not actually the case, many of you will see it this way until you personally have awakened to the point of remembering that time is the illusion that allows you to see the awakening in this manner. As we each come to put away the illusion of time, and come to realize we are all one in the now, things will begin to take shape for each of you in your own “time.” Simply remember that everything revolves around you, as you are all that exists, and duality is the illusion that causes you to see this differently as well.

So when people in your world tell you they are coming to your world to assist you in your awakening and ascension, while providing you knowledge and other material things to keep you comfortable until you each come to awaken and ascend, know that these people or souls are you. You are wanting these things to happen in your world based on your reflecting and knowledge within a single now moment, and your opinions will change within your next now moment even. For in one moment you may believe you are ready for fifth dimensional life and are prepared to give up everything, and in the next moment you are not so strong, and you are almost prepared to give up and ask the Galactic Federation of Light to come to your world (based on what you know to be true at that moment) to aid you in making your world the one that would most please you in your new life to come in the days ahead.

But again this is two different souls thinking out their intentions and beliefs about their truth, all within the confines of a single human body and form. So you have two different directions the world could move in in the days; weeks; and months ahead, and this is just through the created truth of two separate souls within your human body and form. You have millions of souls within your human body and form, and some agree almost completely with one another in life, while others do not, and this is the spiritual society and soul group that will live and exist as you in the fifth dimensional realms OF LIFE.

You are not a single soul in third density but are many souls who make up the life and reality of a single human being. And yet you see all of your other soul mates who share in the making up of your spiritual society and soul group as other human beings in your three dimensional world, and still they are all you.  In fifth density however you are many thoughts and affections who make up the life and reality of a single being. You know how things are put together in that reality and you therefore know that all the different thoughts and affections that made up the beings of your past life of illusion are all actually you.

Every soul represents a thought or an affection in your ruling love of life, and in the lower dimensions of life you take those affections and you create your world with them, and cause them each to become a human being in your world that represents certain of your affections from within. We tell you these things dear ones so you have an idea of why third dimensional life is lived one way and fifth dimensional life another, and that the two must therefore be separated at all times.

Even when we help you to remember who and what you truly are in life we must keep the two world separate, and it becomes very difficult for you dear ones at times, as you alone get the two intertwined without recognizing this sometimes. There are those among you who have lived out their seasons of scheduled lives in third dimensional life who are therefore scheduled to awaken and ascend at this day, and there are those who are not. Those who are not are the ones who have entered this world in this lifetime and are newly created souls. These newly created souls have been created in your soul group and spiritual society so as to take your places in third density when you exit into fifth density.

It could be no other way as these newly created souls have not yet lived out their scheduled seasons OF LIFE IN THIRD DENSITY AND ARE JUST BEGINNING THEIR SCHOOLING SO TO SPEAK.  Then again some of these newly created souls may have come here in the past generation as well, and generations before these, in which case they have not yet lived out their number of seasons of life in third density or the lower dimensions of life, and must therefore reincarnate (Transmigrate) back into this third dimensional plane of existence, whether in this world of some other.

Given these facts dear ones we hope you can now see that there are souls who will not wish to enter fifth dimensional life and existence as they are not ready to do so, and must continue to live out their scheduled days in third dimensional life. They have no choice as their higher selves will not allow for their ascension before their time. They are not aware of this, and even believe they have free will in life while in third density, but this is not the case. You do not receive free will (remember that you possess it) until you reconnect with your higher self in the higher dimensions of life and existence. So again those who wish to have a better life while still residing in third density know no better, and do not even believe there is such a thing as fifth dimensional life and higher.

You are not given that which you are not prepared to live in your life, and third dimensional beings who are newly created souls are still connected, and still love the things of third dimensional life for the most part, as they have not yet learned the lessons that come with third dimensional life. But they each will as their lime comes for this to take place. For “there is nothing new under the sun” - and – “To everything there is a season.”

Do you see what we are saying dear ones?  Can you see why things must be done in this order? We will continue!

There are those in your world at this day dear ones who cannot go with you, and they would not wish to ho with you if you invited them, as they would probably think you are out of your mind. They cannot be changed and they cannot change in and by themselves as it is not their season. That is it! It can be no other way! Given these facts dear ones they must have a place to go when mother earth changes with us and becomes her fifth dimensional counterpart. So where would they go if a place were not prepared for them. Do we not love them all as much as we love one another dear ones? Therefore we as fifth dimensional and higher expressions of our third dimensional selves will provide a place for them.

We created the Galactic Federation OF Light long ago for this purpose, and for the reason that there will be others like them to eternity, which will also need places to go. When the world was supposed to be given these truths dear ones we were prepared to give them, and today is that day. The Galactic Federation IS NOT FOR YOU IT IS FOR THEM, THOSE YOU LOVE AND THAT YOU KNOW MUST REMAIN BEHIND. You will still be with their fifth dimensional counterparts in fifth density, but they who live in this present three dimensional world do not know this and they do not even believe it. Would you make one of your children do something in life that they did not believe in, which you could not even do enough explaining to them to cause them to believe in it?

So we say to you now dear ones, we have worked all things out for you and us, as we see things as they will become, not as they appear to be.

We will therefore come down to you and we will help repair their world through you and those like you and us. We are already in all the positions in your world governments; banks or monetary  institutions; places of business that are of importance at this time; and every other human in your three dimensional and lower planes of existence that are of importance at this very day in time. We cannot go and leave them like this, as we are sure dear ones you would agree, would be like leading the lamb to the slaughter. Therefore we are about to make decisions in your world and cause the announcements to commence as it is time.

But remember dear ones that it is not just us but it is you, who have come back to this place to prepare it before you go off in your ascension, and return to become one, once again with us. We have other information to provide you with in the coming days ahead as things are now in operation in your world, and it is all happening just as we have promised. Be prepared dear ones to do your part in the coming day, as this is why you are here in the first place.

We love you all unconditionally and within the white light that encompasses all things, and we ask that you too reflect this love and light throughout your world to its citizens just as we would do with you dear ones.

In the summer I work in group homes for challenged people and on any given day/same day, may be transferred to a different house.  I also may have to drive a huge van that doesn't corner well and drive up many steep hills.   One must remain flexible at every moment and just go with it.  This attitude bodes well as I remain calm and know I will figure it out if something comes along that I have no experience in.   More importantly is that by the end of the day there were a few surprises and my emotions would bubble up to be addressed.  The clients had brought out the best in me, and they were humbling.  Most of these people enjoy life unfolding even with their disabilities and aren't complainers. 

If there is a day of only watching television and they do not have outings they are accepting and laugh and smile.  These are the teachers of the world and it is not the other way around.  Blessings are in the mundane, I have learned.  Therefore be where you are and be who you are in the simplicity of love.   I was told tonight by a man that there are guys and then there are men.   The difference is great.  The measure of our growth is the way we respond to life and how compassionate we are to our neighbors and brothers and sisters.  I am so grateful that I interact with diverse people and views, they expand their warmth  and wrap me securely in it.   As you build your dream include others, for the sharing is what we came for.   A challenge is nothing more than a step forward in a new direction,  step lively....and enjoy.

There is a point with which we all agree...

a new path is coming.

There is a point with which we all agree...

there is much more than what your physical sight allows you to see.

There is a point that all of you are experiencing at this moment - your internal awakening.

We know that there is more beyond the horizon than what your eyes can see.

We know that you search signals of a broader existence everywhere.

We know that you are waiting for signals.

Dear brothers and sisters, what you are looking for is within you.

The signals are within your soul's essences that is claiming for an awaking.

You are free to walk unbelievable distances.

Please go ahead,  even if you cannot see beyond your physical eyes can reach.

Please go ahead, as all is revealed at the right time, at the right moment.
Who are you, that are walking the valley of the shadows?

Who are you that are walking the valley from the desperate? 

Who are you,  that are walking and telling the good news to everybody?

Who are you, that are walking between so many thorns?

Who are you, that are walking through the valley of suffering?

Who are you, that even with your suffering and pain you bring joy to many souls?

Who are you, that are raising in front of so many that speak the opposite of Light?

Who are you, that dare to speak of things never spoken before?

Who are you, that share everything and even more than you have?

Who are you?

Who are you, that walk in the opposite direction?

Who are you that pronounce words that touch the soul?

Who are you?

Who are you, that believe even when hope is hanging by a thread?

Who are you that simply believe in a better world?

Who are you?
But on the other side, all of you will be facing the great truth.

There will be no place for durable materials or influences.
 

Ah! Dear Ones,  standing before the absolute truth shows us  how it is necessary to seek True Consciousness.

True Consciousness makes you free.

We become aware of our actions, because everything that is planted will be harvested.

Do not think that all you do here will not have an echo on the other side.

Dear Ones, life goes on, but on the other side of the veil, you cannot manipulate.

You will be what you have built in this and other existences.

There will come a day when you will open the windows.

There will come a day when all of you will share the same landscape.

There will come a day  when all will contemplate the same starry sky.

There will come a day when everyone will wake up.

There will come a day you will be the breadth of your being.

There will come a day where you will be beyond what you see.

There will come a day when looking around you, you will see only the Light.

There will come a time  when all the windows will open.

There will come a time  when you will reach beyond the stars.

There will come a time  when you will be just you, the purest essence of God.

Although we touched you, you still would not believe it.

Although we showed you a world far beyond what you see,  you still would not believe it.

Although we pronounced profound and beautiful words of Love, you still would not believed them.

Dear Ones, the awakening can only be achieved when every Touch, every Vision and every Word touch your soul's essence.

It is not enough to speak,  if you do not do it.

It is not enough to show,  if you do not believe it.

It is not enough to pronounce words , if they do not touch you.

All starts in you.

You are the world and the world is you.

We are part of you.

We are all connected.

The only difference is that we are in different tunings.

But that is not enough to prevent our Light from reaching all of you.

Love is the supreme Light, it breaks all barriers.

Love is our greatest weapon.

We can never be evolve if not for Love.

Even if pain brings you to walk the path of Light, if you remain there, it is because you discovered something else.

It was through Love.

Beloved ones, we are all Light.

It is beautiful to speak with you dear children. I am Ascended Master, Pallas Athena. I am the Chohan of the 12th Ray and I am the Goddess of Truth. I have a seat on the Karmic board, and I represent the 5th Ray, the ray of science, order, logic and reason. I ascended as Master, just before the fall of Atlantis. And I am anxious today to speak to you dear souls about many things that make up very important aspect of who you are: Strength.

What is it that you think makes a person strong? Is a person strong when they pick up a weapon and fight in a battle or war? Is a person strong when they face prejiduce? Is a person strong when they find the courage to stand up for what they believe in, against the odds of who are supposed to be friends? Is a person strong when they face life challenges or everyday hazards? It takes strength to do all this and more dear ones. And the strength is already with you; inside of each and every one of you.

I know there are many women who have left difficult situations; with or without children and started a new life. That takes great strength to begin again as a single parent or to start over at any time in a person's life. The challenges that a person will face when starting over a new life, can be very traumatic. The strength to not allow the situation to become more than an area of life to learn from is huge.

It takes strength to stand up to someone who criticizes you for your colour, race, beliefs, etchics, choice of mate, etc. When a person finally can no longer hear the ugly words that are more hurtful than any sticks or stones, they are able to dig deep and speak clearly what it is they are feeling and wanting. They know by doing this, it puts them at risk for further hurtful remarks. There comes a time dear ones when you must do this. In a way that does not cause harm to yourself or others, you will find the strength to validate who you are.

All this strength, comes from knowing you are. This is when your I AM statements come in to reinforce this knowledge. When facing a diffult moment in your life, remember the I Am statements or say them outloud at that moment: I AM a good parent, I AM truthful, I AM capable of love, I AM a good teacher, I AM of the Light; these are only examples dear ones. What these statements do dear ones, is offer encouragement from YOU. Helps increase your own self-awareness.

Dear ones, just like others before me, I need to relate the importance of cleansing all negativity from your life and transforming that negativity into positive energy, which opens your heart and soul to see yourself in ALL the ways you were meant to. All aspects of yourself have two opposite sides and they need to be in balance. This will require reflection and looking deep within yourselves. Find your male and female selves, find your intuitive and logical selves, find your irrational and rational selves, etc. Ask with your heart dear ones what aspects that are unbalanced and where you need to focus more on. Because you asked with your heart, you know you can trust your answer.

All of you dear ones are very strong, so courageous. You get up everyday, to a new day, with renewed hope and faith. Everyday gives you the opportunity to shine who you are. And you are all beautiful. I myself have been in battle, I fought as a warrior. I think of all of you warriors of your own life. You go through your life experiences and battle against the negativities and obstacles you face. It is tiring, I know this well and so does the one that I speak through today. Ask her some day. Even though some days you are so tired, you still get up and try. That dear ones is Strength! In your hearts of hearts dear one, if you give your life 100% of pure, honest effort, you have done well and you need to congratulate yourself.

I will take leave now dear ones. I truly enjoyed speaking through this one today with all of you. Whenever you need further encouragement in a situation that you are facing, call me and I will be there. Believe knowing you are never alone and with just a call from you, you have so many able to support you.

Every form of communication refers to a time aspect, past, present or future. The one we choose depends on what we want from our interaction, who we are talking to, where we need healing or validation and whether we feel powerful or vulnerable with that person or in that situation. The aspect we choose also depends on where we feel powerful. If we feel powerful in the past because we feel successful and validated there, then our communications will strongly refer to the past. The present is powerful if we feel validated in the moment. And we can feel powerful about the future if we are speaking to someone who supports us and our dreams.

While we can feel most powerful about the past because it's a known quantity and no one can argue with it, it has happened, the past is also subjective, open to interpretation, filtered and we're stuck in it. If we want healing and validation, then our conversation will be in the past. And we will ask questions like 'why' and 'what if' and ask for answers or validation. The next step is to move into the present but if we don't fee powerful or complete with the past the next step won't happen.

Do we want someone to help, support or validate us? Then we may guide the conversation to the future. This is one way we manipulate others into giving us what we may be afraid to ask for directly, to have them commit to dreams that we may not be entirely sure of. Being in the future is also one way of avoiding the details of the past and present, as it is where we hope that things will change or be better. And when our communication is in the future, we also hope that whoever we are talking to is going to help make it true.

When we are grounded in our own being and power, secure and confident about our capability, not requiring validation or support, other than that which is freely given to us and healed and whole from the past, we are in the present moment. How many of our conversations take place there? Only the ones in which we are clear and comfortable, with ourselves, our situation, our presence and our light. They are the conversations that begin with "I am", said as a statement, not asked as a question. And when we ground our conversations in the present we give ourselves the healing we want from the past and set the foundation for a healed, whole future, alight with our potential because we know who we are and are firmly grounded in our own presence and are in the present.

The awakening of humanity into its natural fully-conscious state will occur as planned, because God’s divine Will is always realized. Your intent to awaken is an essential and irreplaceable element in the plan, because you are all one with Him eternally, and there is only one will – the unified Will of God and all of His creation. Your doubts and skepticism are part of the illusory state in which you have been having your unreal but painful experiences since the moment of the apparent separation. The unreal does not exist, except as figments in the mind of those who chose to replace Truth with illusion, and as such it is as though you had closed your eyes, blocking out the world around you, and focused on the images in your mind, pretending that they were real.

But a state like that can only be momentary; the Light of Reality shining on your closed eyelids cannot be ignored, let alone removed. It is constant and unrelenting and you are all feeling it – and more intensely in each passing moment. To express the grand moment of your awakening as a particular date that will occur on your calendar makes no sense, because time, as you know, is also illusory, and the illusory cannot be made real. To present divine events as occurring at specific moments in time is meaningless, and distracts you from your awakening process by focusing your attention on unreality.

You need to focus on Reality by allowing the knowledge you each hold deep within yourselves to float up to the surface of your awareness, bringing you glimpses of the divine Kingdom where you exist in eternal and constant Union with God and with each other. Focusing your attention there leads you towards your awakening and to the dissolution of the illusion. It involves letting go of fear and judgment – illusory concepts – and opening yourselves to accept and embrace God’s Love for you. His Love is Reality and sustains you totally, always. To deny that is to support and renew the illusion, strengthening your belief in fear, insecurity, suffering, decay, and death. Attending intently to the illusion, as you have been doing for eons, erects a veil, a mist, a screen between you and Reality, which appears to be impenetrable and which you choose to believe in, making awakening more difficult for you.

To awaken is to see only love or calls for love in others, and to respond to them only lovingly. To do that means that you cease judging and blaming others, and that you recognize that not to do so is an attempt to distance yourselves or hide from the judgment and blame you believe you should be directing at yourselves. The way to do this is through self-acceptance and self-forgiveness. God accepts you and loves you completely – because you are perfect, just as He created you. If He loves you, then it obviously makes no sense to entertain thoughts of self-judgment and self-rejection, because He understands and knows you far better than you do yourselves.

Acceptance of one another is essential, not of your inappropriate or hurtful human behavior, but of the divine essence that is your true Self. Acknowledging each others’ divine essence is to acknowledge the Reality hidden and disguised by your human bodies. Focusing on Reality in this way intensifies the awakening process for everyone, not just for those with whom you physically interact. As more of you become aware of the need to do this and practice it, the process effectively speeds up, shortening time and bringing the moment of your awakening closer.

The awakening is a done deal; nothing else is possible because the dream from which you are to awaken is illusory and can only disintegrate. Focus on Reality, on the fact that you are all God’s divine and dearly loved children, protected eternally from harm or suffering. What you are presently experiencing will pass and your joy will be supreme. Nearly all of you are also experiencing moments when your doubts, anxieties, and skepticism completely cease. Recognize those occasions as moments of Truth dissolving part of the illusion, and as the start of your move into Reality.

currently experiencing sadness..

release...

for you see...as many of you already know

~all is well~

and yet at times...even though you know

that this is the perfect tapestry of love

still a sadness creeps in...things are changing

rapidly...relationships are changing..often times

suddenly...nothing is feeling like it can be

"held onto" any more...

precious hearts.........that is because...in this

your New Now these is no more "holding onto"

there is only allowing what is..loving what is

and being love..creating with love

versus creating your own version

of love...

anything that is a need or a false love

will be "up for review"..

in other words...any area where you are

truly not loving your Self...the Self

that Is YOU...

this is for those dear ones..

you must release the sadness

that many of you are feeling

as you let go of so much in your lives

that truly is only a temporary moment..

allow and release any sadness that comes

up in any moment..

it is simply all unlike love that you have

created from beliefs you have held deep within

such as a lack of self worth...a need to be loved.

from outside of yourself..

a need to project your fears onto others..

your deep yearning to remember the union

of Love and love...Sun and sun..

as one Explosive union...

You see...your sadness is an effect of

your belief that you and all are separate

from love.......you believe it is about what is

going on outside of you...

yet it is simply ancient wounds rising to the

surface asking for your embrace..your love

it is all about what is going on within you...

it is not that you do not see the innocence of

these arisings ....for deep within you see...

to ~see ~       which is to ~feel with~

 the True Heart

that all are innocent...

these moments bring you gifts so

that you may release deep ancient

wounds.....thank these angels who bring

these gifts....always be in gratitude for

what is arising..

you are doing fine..

you are embracing what they are showing

you is deep within and you are changing

your mind to live as your True Self..

your Authentic Self...that which extends love..

so........as some "forms" fall away in these

moments..........allow the sadness because

they are simply effects of past creations

that need to leave your auric field..

allow the release so that you can be a clear

field of pure love...

as you allow the flow....the release..

you do this for the Whole..

Your True Self is arising

and as it does all that is residue

of only one thing...fear

is being pushed up so that it can

dissolve ...be set free.........

setting your Self free precious hearts..

from where we "see"

you are "lighting" the world..

oh...precious hearts....know this to be true..

do not wonder any more...stand in your knowingness

that what you are doing is miraculous...

the love we feel for each and everyone of you

could be felt if you closed your eyes

and saw us on our knees washing your feet...

caressing your ankles........gazing into your eyes

with gratitude and deep pure admiration...

Life is a special gift from God, filled with infinite beauty.  Your appreciation and gratitude for this beauty brings forth a new dimension of love within you.  Take the time to pursue beauty.  Find one flower and look with wondrous eyes upon this divine miracle.  Notice the grace of a tree, the strength of its trunk, the power of the root system diving deep into the ground, and the play of the leaves in the sunlight.  Put your arms around a tree and take a moment to sense the life force pulsing inside.  This slow steady pulse will soothe and calm you in times of upset.  Try sitting with your back against a tree and feel the peace grow within you.  Listen to the songs of birds.  They sing for the pure joy of it.  This is nature in all its glory, and nature will always remind you of the beauty and wonder of Spirit.

Nature is one of the easiest ways to bask in the wonder of life.  Just being aware of the miraculous occurrences in nature will stir the life force within you.  There will be a reminder of times when you were a child and wonder lived at the forefront of your awareness.  When you do this, your life takes on new meaning, a specialness.

Go deep within the feelings that connect you with Spirit.  Be aware that you are a child of a benevolent Universe.  Know that you are guided and protected by the Angels, and that who you are has great value to the world.

Soar high, and experience the incredible possibilities available to you at every moment.  Anything is possible.  Miracles are the natural state of being in the universe.  Do not limit yourself by thinking you can’t do what is important to you.  Take the time to let your guardian Angel show you how you can accomplish all your dreams.  In your meditation ask for this.  You deserve to have that which makes you happy in your life.

Life is not meant to be a painful struggle without hope.  Allowing new possibilities to play on the perimeters of your consciousness will begin the process of opening to full miracles.  It is a process of allowing.  It takes willingness to have your life be happier and more satisfying, even if you don’t know how to do it.  This willingness allows the forces of the universe to work for you. Allow yourself to open to miracles and to wondrous joy and gratitude for all that is available to you right now.  Call on your Angelic presence to open the way to the miracles you deserve.

That is why we say:

Bask in the wonder of life – go deep, soar high, follow your love and the joy of fulfillment will be yours.
