As you know, our minds can be very noisy sometimes. As this Shift continues to unfold and trigger more of the who-we-are-not to surface and move out, understanding the steps or levels our thoughts move through may prove helpful in managing them. We are moving toward becoming more masterful of every thought, every emotion, and every action in every moment. Thoughts occur at many levels of loudness from the complete silence of knowingness to the screaming and arguing inner voice. Although there are many levels or layers of thought, let’s keep it simple and talk about the seven distinctive layers available to each of us. As we do this, please don't get locked into these layers as rigid lines. There is actually a fluidity and flow between them.  The flow from one layer of thought to the next is similar to watching the dawning of the day. For instance you can't easily identify 6:30am, or 6:32am by looking at the sky. The sun rises and the sky flows from darkness into light. A moment ago it was pre-dawn. Now the sun is up and shining.

First Layer of Thought

The first layer of thought is where we simply speak without thinking much about what we are saying. We see this occur every day. The man in the airport just blurts out meaningless comments. The woman chatters away as if she has no filter. Two minutes later, they don't remember what they were talking about. Functioning in this layer of thought, a person is generally unconscious of being unconscious, and goes about their day in a default-mode vs being conscious and intentional. Those who have not awakened spiritually live here. And those who are more awake and self-aware may still find themselves in this layer of thought. You might make a project of becoming more aware when you are in this layer. Notice when you make unnecessary comments, gossip, or contribute to a conversation that is noisy. When you begin to become conscious of this layer of thought, you will quickly begin to not participate in the unconscious babble. You will make better choices about how to present yourself and in what layer of thought you want to live.

Second Layer of Thought

This is the layer where you have conversations or arguments with other people in your head. You go back and forth in your mind about the situation and how you were right/bad/wrong/hurt. You scold the other person about how they were wrong/bad/hurtful/stupid. Guilt and blame lives here. So do resentment and revenge. All these thoughts can be very, very loud and consuming sometimes. Although not spoken, this level of thought also has a relationship to telepathy and clairaudience, because that conversation you are having in your head is very real in the moment and it is happening. Whether the person is next to you or a thousand miles away, the conversation is happening.  On an energy level, that other person can feel the energy you are throwing at them. This is also the layer where you really want to curse at the person standing before you: “You stupid person/idiot/jerk,” but instead you smile pleasantly and continue to argue with them in your head. Like the first layer of thought, this one has a huge amount of internal motion to it. In both layers you are still “going-to,” or engaging with the situation versus being still.

Third Layer of Thought

This third layer is where you figure things out, strategize, and problem solve. There is still a bit of motion here, and an internal, back and forth type of conversation. There is still a degree of engagement and emotional attachment. 

“I tried three different things and know this next way won’t work. How can I get this computer issue figured out before this deadline?”

“Okay, I said hello to her but she didn’t see me. What do I do now to get her attention?”

“What does that sign over there say? It looks so interesting.” Although not as screaming and intense as the first two layers of thought, there is still a little bit of undisciplined focus. Your mind is bouncing around trying to find an answer. There is a looking outward for the answer vs taking a breath, becoming quiet, and allowing the answer to make itself available to you.

Fourth Layer of Thought

This layer is a place that I will define as pondering. It is being curious and sitting back without being engaged in a situation. This is the first non-engaged, non-invested layer of thought. Curious: ”I wonder how that works?” Or “Where did that come from?” Or “What an interesting possibility.” There is no emotional attachment, judgment or pre-definition of answers or possibilities. Many times you get into this easy layer when you are not stressed or not being pushed on; when there are few external demands on you at that moment.  You might begin to think, ”Well, maybe it's time to consider moving. I wonder where I would like to live?” This is a question without a defined answer to it. The question is open-ended. The answer appears where that non-charged question is asked. All you have to do is allow it and not “move” from your thought to search for the answer. The answer, and the wandering thoughts surrounding the answer, then come into your awareness from the broader field of possibilities: “Well if I go to Portland, Oregon I will have this experience, but if I go to Tokyo I will have that experience, and then I could always move down to Perth in Australia and have this.” The process unfolds by itself and you are simply watching the process from a place of neutral curiosity. In this layer of thought someone may say to you, “Have you considered Boulder Colorado?” and you are open enough to consider it without rejecting or judging the possibility. No opinion. Curious.

Hello to you,

We greet you in kind in the kindest of ways we meet you. We meet you in the heart space and we ask you to relax there, here in this moment, we ask you to relax there, and to be in this natural flow of being that we speak to you of.

This natural state of being is your natural way to be upon this Earth and to be in all reality..
To be in this reality is the way to be natural here. To be natural is how it should be here..
It feels that it is not always so..

To slow down into the moment and to breathe in this instant, to relax into this instant is the way to be natural here upon this Earth..
How is it to be otherwise? How is it to be otherwise then the way it is here upon this Earth, can it be otherwise?

Yes and we know this is the question here upon this Earth..
How can I be here and be otherwise? How can I live in my passion here upon this Earth, when I have to do this, this, and this before I can Be otherwise here upon this Earth?
How is this so? How is this so important to not be able to breathe in this instant?
When it feels I must do this, this, and this…

Who is this speaking? Is this the you that feels you must do otherwise then breathe in this moment for you feel that you must be important? You must be this to this person, you must act like this when you are around these people, you must do this for a fulfillment of others and for a system requirement, to act in this way to please others, may they be family or state or religion?

Yes, you must ask yourself these questions, for you will find who is the one doing these things to please others and not the one here that is a part of everything. A part of everything that is in wholeness, that is asking, who is this wholeness, who is this oneness, how does one feel this?

We ask you these questions so as that you may feel this, this being here and who is doing the being. Is it from societal pressures, or is it from the still small voice within?

Who is this voice? It is you, it is your wholeness, it is you hearts resonance, your soul here upon the Earth!

We ask you now to listen to this voice, to be in this resonance, to see with these eyes, here upon the Earth, for this is who you are here, who you are everywhere, who is rising in remembrance here upon the Earth!

To return to what has been forgotten, your hearts wisdom, is why you are here!
Be in this resonance, listen to this voice, and be in this Beingness, here upon the Earth!
Walk in this knowledge, sing to this voice, let in this sunshine and speak from your heart!

We know you can do this, for you are here to Be it, to allow it thru you, to flow in the wind! Be not forsaken, know from your knowingness, speak from your heart song and fly to begin..

This is your new song, wake from the slumber-see with these new eyes, and fly like the wind…

How to Feel Safe and Joyful Being Your Authentic Self in the Outside World

Have you been cocooning or hiding out in your safe little home? Has it been challenging to go into public places, especially where there are a lot of people? Or maybe you have had to “adjust” yourself in order to fit in with the Muggles (non-magical or unspiritual people). By adjust I mean shrink your energy field, watch what you say and try to appear “normal”. Or maybe being around other people, certain people or a lot of people makes you feel exhausted.

In 2011 especially we have been doing a lot of inner work. We’ve needed time alone, away from the distractions and challenges of interacting with other people. I have talked to so many people who have told me they fear becoming agoraphobic! It’s like you have to gird your loins (which means preparing yourself for danger or war by putting on your armor) just to go to the grocery store or a shopping mall or a movie. We are expanding and increasing our psychic/intuitive abilities at an amazing rate. (Read more about this in: Psychic Explosion: Get Ready for 2012)

With these increasing abilities it is easy to become overwhelmed. We’ve got to change the way we are energetically and how we interact with the people and energies in the world.

I’ve been feeling the push to be more public, to go out into the world more. And I’m not alone. I know a lot of you are feeling like its time to step up or step out of your “Psychic Closet”. For some of you this just means being willing to say what you want and be as big and cool and spiritual as you really are, no matter where you are. For others the push can be to go public (or more public) with your spiritual work. This is the year to let go of fear and enjoy freedom. 2012 is a 5 year (2+0+1=+2=5). This means there’s going to be change! 2011 was a 4 year. That was a year of building foundations, working and setting the stage for the changes inherent in a 5 year. The negative aspects of the 4 year are frustration, exhaustion and fear about security. In a 5 year there are so many potentials available that the negative aspects are distraction and overwhelm. So it is important that we are centered and grounded in the now moment and our own Authentic Energy to use the 5 energy of freedom and change is a positive way and not lose focus.

So I’ve been practicing for a while to learn or create techniques that allow me to be my Authentic Self in situations that have been challenging lately. How do I maintain my sense of self when surrounded by a lot of other people and low frequency emotions like fear, shame, hopelessness, etc.? I attended a very fun event at the beginning of December. I went with my sister and a couple of her friends to Sing Along to The Sound of Music at the Castro Theatre in San Francisco. There were many opportunities to be distracted. First, it’s the city AND the Castro District. For those of you who don’t know about it, the Castro (as described by Wikipedia) “is one of the United States' first and best-known gay neighborhoods, and it is currently its largest. Having transformed from a working-class neighborhood through the 1960s and 1970s, the Castro remains a symbol and source of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) activism and events.” The Castro Theatre was originally built in 1922 and is beautifully restored and absolutely gorgeous! It was a warm and sunny day and the sidewalks and streets were crowded (two separate men walked by us as we waited in line, both buck naked, whoohoo!). There was a protest against banks across the street, curious tourists and fun costumes. Basically, there was a lot going on. I kept my center, didn’t pick up anybody’s energy and had a really wonderful time.

I continued to develop the skills and decided to put it to the ultimate test. I went to the biggest shopping mall in the county on Christmas Eve! You can imagine what the energy was like in there. My daughter who is very empathic was blown away and begged me to get her out of there. I tried telling her how to stay sovereign but she couldn’t quite do it. Several times she pulled me to the side to let the “crazy people” walking behind us go past. I was aware of them, they were loud verbally and energetically but I was unaffected. A true victory!

Here’s a brief guide to the process I use:

• The first step is to be present, in the here and now and in your body. Focus on your breathing. Use the ImagiCreation Breath (simultaneously contracting and expanding into you center chakra (joined 3rd and 4th chakras). This keeps you centered and feeling safe. If you are in this exact moment, you can’t worry about the future or regret the past. Scan your body and notice how different parts feel. Stress can knock us out of our bodies, leaving you feeling ungrounded and susceptible to being influenced by outside energies.
• Connect with the Earth. Physical connection, skin to earth is best, but at least connect energetically. You are part of a greater organism. Let the earth share her strength with you. This also helps you to feel safe.
• Connect with your Greater Self. Breathe in your Authentic Energy and expand it out to fill your body and beyond. Expand this energy as far as it will go. You are much bigger than you think. Your body is surrounded by this unique field of your Authentic Energy. It’s like being in your own dimension. Note: Sometimes people in other dimensions can’t see you when you are in your Greater Self Dimension. Like most people can’t perceive fairies. An example was once when I was in a restaurant after teaching a class. I was really buzzing. The waiter literally walked by my table less that 12 inches away from me at least 5 times without noticing me or my friend. Finally, I shifted my energy and reached out to touch him as he walked by. The poor guy nearly jumped out of his skin and said, “Oh my god, I didn’t see you there!” This was not because the restaurant was bust. It was still early and there were only three other tables with diners at the time. So, it’s a good idea to create a “human costume” that can be seen by those who are unable to perceive your frequency, especially when driving your car.

What I discovered by frequently focusing on and being in the energy of my Greater Self is the true nature of unconditional love and self-love. It’s not the romantic longing of infatuation. It’s not something that comes from someone else being lovable, desirable or kind. Unconditional love is our natural state as Infinite Beings outside of the Earth Game. I would describe it as being peaceful, content, safe, non-judgmental and absolutely knowing that you are lovable, exactly as you are. (Journey to Your Greater Self Guided Meditation)

Once you are anchored in your Authentic Energy, in your body and in the present moment, you can’t be knocked about by other energies as long as you maintain that sovereignty.

How to keep your sovereignty when you are out there:

• Don’t start reading other people. It’s a fun game when you are first learning to do it and many of us have used this technique to try to feel safe. I would always read my mother’s energy before I went in the house so I could be braced for any angry attacks. You can perceive if there is someone with whom you do not want to engage without “going in” and getting stuck with their stuff. Let your empathic system know to let you know if there is anything dangerous out there and trust that it will do just that. This does take practice.
• Don’t send out love and/or light when you perceive others difficulties or hurts. This opens a path for their negative stuff to flow right into you. This has been a struggle for healers for a very long time. Instead, focus on this person’s Greater Self, knowing that they are having exactly the experience that they need for the path they have chosen.
• Most people unconsciously match frequencies with others when they want to connect and communicate. Stay conscious of this tendency and focus on your own frequency. This also takes practice.
• If you must engage with someone (a family member, cashier or co-worker for example), don’t focus on what you dislike about them. Find something that you can appreciate, like or even love about them and focus on that. It can be nice earrings or necktie, great hair color or eye color. This doesn’t mean that you forget that your co-worker loves to spread gossip and start telling your secrets! Trust what you know but don’t focus on the negative. Focusing on the negative lowers your frequency and gets you hooked in to their energy.
• Be willing to be silly, wrong, look stupid or whatever. You know that you are loved and loveable. You do not have to be perfect. You can’t be perfect anyway.
• If you find yourself feeling judgmental about someone, look at where you judge yourself. Once again, this doesn’t mean that you tell your secrets to the office gossip. It is discernment to know that this is how this person is. To choose to stay away from a poisonous snake doesn’t mean you are making the snake “bad” for its nature. It is following your knowing to steer clear (unless you are a professional snake handler) of a situation that would not be good for you.

These are the basic methods I have successfully used. You must stay conscious and practice to break old habits and trust yourself to be safe and secure.

On a serious note

I come to you today to speak my mind about some events that are troubling to not only me, but to others whom I consider to be my brothers and sisters. I am, we are, pleased that so many of you are beginning to renew your telepathic connections and are seeing firsthand the benefit to utilizing this Universally accepted form of communication. However, many of you are wandering into unknown territory and falsely believing that you can surf the Spiritual eddies with “the best of them” without first learning the basics. Although everyone has this ability, few among you have chosen to freely exercise this option in your current lifetime. Those that have, well let’s just say that more than not they are not using discernment and are being active participants in the promotion of the very things they despise. YOU CAN NOT COMMUNICATE WITH HIGHER SOURCES UNLESS YOU KNOW HOW TO CHECK YOUR SOURCES FIRST.

We are also distraught to see so many Earthizens reaching for the stars metaphorically speaking, not realizing that there are stars in closer proximity to you at all times. “What?” You say. Take it from me when I tell you that many, many good Souls at the level we ourselves are on are enthused by the fact that you are reaching out to the stars. We ourselves can be considered to be stars; for we shine on and are always in correct alignment, correct conjunction. I myself have hundreds upon hundreds of newbies reaching out to me all the time. Although it is a pleasure to speak with them, I assure you that not all who are reaching out to me or others such as myself are actually making the connection they think they are. Earthlings, well most of them, seem to want to attract someone who is on the top of their “A” list. By A-list I am speaking of familiar well-known entities whom they may or may not erroneously believe are special or above others. Everyone is SPECIAL!

It is time to stop segregating the camps and instead unite them. I can assure you that within your own realm the guides and teachers you have with you, are more than capable of reassuring you and confirming or denying questions that you are wrestling with in your minds, at any given moment. They trained for this moment, this lifetime of yours, just as you yourself prepared for this incarnation long, long before you ever reentered the Earth Star realm. If you understand this then it should be no shock to you to know that you paired yourself and grouped yourself with the best teachers, the best guides, the ones most suited to service your needs on the level you are on. They are the ones who understand you far better than you currently do yourself, and they are your first best hope for attaining the knowledge and wisdom you aspire to here in the present. If you do not believe this then you do not put much faith in yourself, because it was you and THEY who personally chose one another to be active participants in your human life experience.

So where am I going with all this? First you should know that we recognize that there are truly goodhearted people there on Earth who are trying to make subtle or blatant differences by sharing what is given to them in the form commonly known to you as “channeling.” What they fail to realize simply because they are in such a pell-mell thought process to do something great, to share something they erroneously believe to be above themselves, that they forget to question the information that is being received by them. Anyone from any Universe can whisper in your ears. Not all are of or from the Light. Check your sources, if you do not know how then for goodness sakes it is high time you learn. If I am offending any of you reading this then I say, good… for my message this day will remain in your mind. Whether you choose to follow through is as always, completely up to you. I hesitate to fathom a guess on who among you will become casualties of the misinformation war. If you are not among those who currently feel they are able to connect to inside sources for information, then I caution you that what applies to the ones who are, summarily also applies to you as well. If you can not use discernment and check the information you are reading on the internet and elsewhere, then you too are twice the fool. I am sorry if you believe I am being harsh here, however many of you may not know what I and others of my brethren know and this is that you have such little precious time left to “see the Light,” no pun intended, and recognize that the dark cleverly tries to hide in plain sight within the Light.

2012 is no longer knocking on your doorsteps, it has arrived and with great fanfare from this side of the veil. The choices you make each and every moment of the days to follow this one will define your very existence. If you are not mentally balanced and do not have a firm grasp on what IS truth, what IS reality, then you will be spun off course, I can assure you of this. Each of you has had many, many lifetimes, some of you hundreds to thousands of lifetimes to prepare yourself for “this one moment in time.” Are you ready? Are you sure? If doubt is creeping into your minds then it would be sensible to say that you need to find out where this fragmentation of fear is coming from. Odds are you have become complacent or perhaps even a little disillusioned because much of what YOU expected to have had happened by now, has yet to come into materialization there in the physical realm. More often than not this is due to reading information that is incorrect and listening to people who should not teach what they do not know, and you have inadvertently set up an obstacle for yourself. And it is up to you to recognize when this occurs and to do something about it. No obstacle is so monumental that it can not be overcome, remember this well. This lifetime is merely a blink in your eternal Soul. So stop being so serious during the times when you should be happy. You may miss out on opportunities that present themselves. Happy is as happy does.

The shadow riders and even your own intellect can feed you false information. The intellect can especially if it has not been well trained. It is a muscle, use it but do not rely solely on it. When faced with challenges first verify that they are real and not illusionary. Receiving new information, either directly or through others, is to be considered a challenge as well. If you feel they, these challenges, are verifiable then by all means do what you need to, to move through them and then permanently place them where they need to be, a distant memory in the past that no longer is deemed to be worthy of attention. Have you ever heard the expression, “do not make a mountain out of a molehill?” All obstacles are little; plant this firmly in your mind so that you never, ever begin to doubt it again. When faced with new to you challenges decide for yourself if they are worth confronting, if they are then by all means, go through them, over them or around them. Do whatever it takes for you to feel you have successfully navigated these unchartered waters. The more proficient you become at this task the greater the challenges will become. Many will come in the form of tests that will be set in front of you. Rest assured of this. You are climbing onto new plateaus, you know. And your Soul wishes to know if you are ready for them.

Much of what I am saying may seem to be repetitious, but out of necessity it must be so. There are many false prophets to contend with and many of them are using my name and the names of others who are like me, to promote their hate and discontent and imposing illusions upon the unstable, the unwise, as well as the innocent at heart. This will of course come to a conclusion in the future times of NOW, but not without many casualties of this war we are all fighting. The Illuminati doctrine that has been imposed upon Earth and her inhabitants since the beginning of the beginning is finally beginning to crack.

Some people learn, yet fail to teach others what they know. Newcomers to this new way of Spiritual thinking are floundering. This is happening because there are not enough of you teaching them TRUTH. The new ones are not learning about discernment, passionate detachment and everything else that goes along with living life as a true human being. This facsimile of life that so many people live must end, it will end. Do not allow yourself to among the fallen, captivated by sugarcoated visions of splendor. Learn to expect the unexpected and understand that all will not be as you wish for some time to come. These mountains of obstacles to forestall human evolution were not built in a day, nor will they be torn down, dissolved or transformed in one day either. You are helping to build a brand new world, do it right, do it for all the right reasons. Leave no stone unturned in your quest to root out evil and the tentacles it has placed deep within the hearts and minds of generation after generation of mankind.

Now, since I have said my piece and hopefully just because a channeled message is posted for you to read, you will read it, understand it and know it is true. Be wiser while you still can, for there is so very little time left for you to do otherwise. Your children’s children will benefit from the actions you take this day. If you do not know how to check the authenticity of information presented to you then…. Learn how. If you do not know what “remaining in the eye of the storm” means, then find out. If you think the Winds of Change only apply to others then you may wish to reset your Spiritual compass. If you still believe that the God Child NESARA is only here to bring each of you financial independence, then you need to check and see why it is you believe the way you do. If you think an apocalypse is the end of all life then you have been listening to too much rhetoric being espoused by end-timers and religious fundamentalists. If you think God is going to save you from yourself then think again, He expects you to know better. After all, you are half God, half man or half woman. If you have yet to comprehend that you were chosen to be here now and that this choosing requires, demands your fullest attention and dedication to service then learn to understand this now. I would love to tell all of you that it will be all downhill from here on out and that your lives will be easy, uncomplicated and unchallenged however that would not be the truth. Great change requires that the chang-ees be prepared to walk through, glide over or circumvent when need be, all obstacles that come before them. Each epic moment of change in every civilizations’ history, human or not, required great fortitude on the part of those who carved out the future of their planet as well as of their civilization. The Human Race will be no different. Try to see past the choices you do not understand and trust in the wisdom, sincerity, intent and unblemished love that The Creator and The God of this Universe has for all of you. Trust that the changes that are wreaking havoc upon this world are for the best. The world around you may appear to be in the throes of disorganized chaos, but it is not! You may be in that type of chaos, but this world is not. We know that you are all tired, but now is not the time to let up. Keep the momentum going; even if that means you have to make sacrifices.

The continents will continue to shift, mountains that have appeared inactive will have their voices heard once again. Oceans will rise and fall; weather patterns will continue to test both your patience and endurance. Many crops will fail, many species will cease to be and many others will evolve into finer expressions of themselves. Take nothing for granted; be aware of your surroundings at all times. Water will become a much sought-after commodity, do not be foolish and believe that just because you have a good source now that it will remain that way. The pinpricks into the Earth’s crust (drilling wells, siphoning the Earth’s blood) by this current generation of humans has destabilized the terrain both above and below. Know this, you are a stone’s throw away from having all you desire for Earth, our dearly beloved Terra, and all forms of life there, human or not. You just need to get there from here and you are all up for the challenge whether you know it or not. Those that doubt will be leaving much sooner than they had originally anticipated. Not to fret, Nirvana has room for all who tire, those who give up and those who pass over from choices that are not of their own making. Each Luminescent has seen to that.

Be the Gods and Goddesses, the Kings and Queens you all are. Know that you are special, but no more so than any other. Use your power wisely and rule yourself with a feather, not a whip. Be wise, be compassionate, be understanding when another asks you a question that may seem mundane or trivial to you. Kindness that was shown to you, show to others. Judge not lest you are prepared to judge yourself for it later. Reach out to all of us when you feel the need to, but know that the best guidance you need or seek, is to be found within or close at hand through the Spirit Guides you chose for yourself. I can, we can, answer your questions but we ask you to remember, we speak in God Code as well. I am fine, you have made much progress since we talked last. It is good to see you reaching out past your bounds and connecting with ALL around you. In small but significant ways!

In some ways we are the same “size”, I just happen to be much more spread out from a “distance” point of view, but from a space / time perspective I am only a few light years across. From the right perspective I’m really quite small.

[Can you tell me anything about the people in your own galaxy, Aeterna? Have they been through ascension? How about the planets?]

Yes there are beings who span all levels of experience here. You will find that the third dimension there are actually limited number of planets to host this experience because [idea that beings transition out of this phase fairly quickly]. So from your point of view there aren’t that many “habitable” planets. Ratchet up a notch to other dimensions and you will find many more planets “inhabitable” by beings in those dimensions. Yours included. It all depends on what “level” you’re at.

[Can you tell me if there's any pain involved in this process?]

Pain is used for teaching in your dimension. Fire can burn, for example. So the transition phase does not require pain because it is not a lesson, it is a process. You are going through this process now… there is minor pain involved, but this is associated with the last of the “lesson” process, not of the “transition” process. You do not need to fear this, as fear too is associated with the “lesson” process.

[How do you expand your experience?]

A very good question! For me it is an almost entirely inward focus, down to the smallest microbe on my planets. I can shift my focus anywhere, and there is life, playing itself out in all its glory! My influence is limited to the passage of the planetary systems within my body, there is an equilibrium and chaos which is maintained, but I have a small degree of influence down to the smallest level because it is after all me. Yet those small beings are unaware that I even exist. Their experience is focused almost entirely externally to the small world in which they live.

[What is the next phase for you?]

For me it is still a long time off. At this moment in space/time, what is happening in your galaxy will be felt by others. Even a galaxy can celebrate, you know.

As you watch the dramatic evolutionary changes in people’s behavior occurring all over the world, you cannot be unaware of the effects that those changes are causing. For some decades now, many of you have been seeking peace, hoping for peace, praying for peace, and because of that, your own attitudes and behaviors have become far more peaceful. This has made space available for you to withdraw from spontaneous judgment in your dealings with others, and this encouraged them to do likewise. When judgment is set aside or avoided, actions and situations may be observed dispassionately, allowing an appropriate response to be determined which is suitable to the occasion or circumstances.

Many of the problems and issues that demand your attention and resolution have largely been caused by inappropriate and instinctive reactions due to misunderstanding of another’s intent, frequently involving different languages, dialects, and cultures. This has been aggravated by the accelerating pace of life over the last hundred years, which has resulted in an apparent shortage of time in which to fully assess the consequences of actions that seemingly need to be taken without delay. As increasing numbers of you learn to move into your place of inner peace, fewer of these aggressively spontaneous and unwise responses occur, leading to a big reduction in the number of confrontational situations that previously might well have caused conflict.

In spite of the fast and demanding pace of modern life, many are now learning to take time out, thus reducing their stress levels, and allowing them to discover that many of the “shoulds” that were driving them can be safely let go of without causing disaster. This of course places them more securely into their place of peace from which all their needs and issues can be dealt with far more easily, as the pressure under which they have been living eases considerably.

People operating from their place of inner peace – the center of themselves through which God’s Love flows abundantly – are peaceful, kind, and compassionate, and the influence that they have on others is enormously beneficial to all. They spread an energy that is calming, accepting, and welcoming to all around them that others find freeing and uplifting, and which contributes to a general sense of well-being.

All of you bearers of the Light – anyone who reads or hears of this here, or elsewhere, and resonates with it – are sharing and extending this energy to all with whom you interact, even if you are unaware of it. And this is why you are here at this point in humanity’s evolution. Humanity is evolving spiritually, as divinely planned, very rapidly indeed now in preparation for its awakening, and what you are doing to enable and assist this process would amaze you if you could see it. Every one of you has an essential role to play in bringing this stage of the divine plan to fruition, and each one of you is doing it magnificently. Without you it could not be done!

Nevertheless, because it is God’s Will, it cannot in any way fail to be brought to an utterly successful conclusion, which is why the essential tasks that you have undertaken cannot defeat you. You will complete them perfectly, regardless of any doubts or anxieties you may have about your abilities to do so, because you are divinely supported in every moment.

Move forwards along your paths with total confidence in the knowledge that you will be shown in each moment exactly what is required of you, and that all the assistance you need to enable you to take the next step will be provided precisely when you need it. You are all divinely loved, honored, and cherished for who you are – God’s beloved children – and for the tasks that you have undertaken with such dedication and enthusiasm. You are on your way Home to receive your honors, and to revel in the ensuing celebrations.

After much reluctance, I have decided to go ahead and ask Mariara about this whole cannabis/hemp/mind altering substances issue. This is the resulting message. Much Love :)

I come before you all because Wesley has brought up an interesting perspective on the subject of cannabis and the hemp plant. He is having trouble establishing a full connection in this very moment, because he is holding within himself fears that his own ego will distort this message of mine to fit in with what he believes about this herb and plant. What he does not quite realize is that I may not be giving the answers he expects me to give. The first aspect of this discussion that should be addressed is of course, the hemp plant as a whole. Forget for a moment about the herbs which grow on this plant, and focus on the plant itself from an industrial point of view.

This one plant possesses many more benefits than many souls on your world wish to accept. The United States is the country which is most against the growing of hemp, because there are many souls who are profiting from the less-healthy but more profitable means to make so very many things that can be made for much cheaper by the hemp plant. This is the main reason that hemp and marijuana itself has been made illegal and in many cases demonized. The dark on your world knew that if they could start a moral revolution against the marijuana itself, than they could lump hemp in with it and call it another drug, while having the entire hemp plant outlawed because of the intoxicating marijuana that grows on it.

Many on your world assume that the demonization of marijuana was for the purposes of keeping people from smoking it, which has never been true. If the dark on your world wished to totally eradicate marijuana, than they would not be selling it illegally and making billions of dollars as marijuana is a big industry. It has always for them been about the hemp, and eradicating the entire plant as a whole and eventually, they hoped that in a few generations time the benefits of the hemp plant or even the fact that it could be used for other things besides harvesting marijuana; they hoped that this would be completely forgotten.

Notice dear souls, how you do not hear much discussion of hemp in your media. You see plenty of discussion of marijuana, at times presented in a favorable light and at times presented in a less than favorable light. They wish for you to forget completely about the hemp plant as a whole, and focus all of your attention and energy on marijuana, while they control the disbursement of marijuana that they themselves have branded illegal. They are able to grow it in very dense conditions that serve to dim the purity, the level of Source energy coming through the plant to be experienced by the user, and it is grown only to stimulate simple party-related amusements rather than help one find a higher state of consciousness through its use.

This has been the primary reason for the targeting of medicinal cannabis dispensaries and other cannabis-related yet completely legal operations. They will act as if the raiding of these places is for moral reasons, when they are really just using their manpower to wipe out the competition, competition that is growing cannabis that will support a higher state of consciousness as well as offer enormous healing benefits, which of course they cannot stand for. Now, the biggest question which has been raised by Wesley and many others, is the Galactic Federation’s ‘stance’ on marijuana and the use of other mind altering substances.

Use of cannabis and other mind altering substances will not be necessary when working with us and inhabiting higher states of consciousness. The ‘ground rules’ which have been laid out through other sources are indeed our ground rules, but each and every rule and what can be seen as a ‘requirement’ is taken as a given when already inhabiting higher states of consciousness. One may see the rule, ‘no member of the Galactic Federation shall use mind altering substances’ and instead of seeing negativity or forbidden natures in those words, perhaps try to see it from the perspective of one who is already inhabiting much higher states of consciousness than what any mind altering substance on Earth can bring, cannabis included.

One already inhabiting such states of consciousness may see such rules and say with a smile, ‘just as well, I don’t need those things! I feel a hundred times better than what any earthly ‘mind altering substance’ can bring me anyway!’ We do understand that some may not yet be able to fathom such a perspective, but when feeling the higher energies of Joy, of Love and everlasting Peace that never go away, and in fact grow stronger and more pure when focused on, one could see that every moment of Living, of being and existing is so very much more pleasurable, so very much more wonderful than any feeling to ever be obtained by using any type of earthly outside source, even if the source is an herb from one of the most beneficial plants in your planets history.

Depending on the type and purity of the cannabis used, this herb is used to take those operating from a solid third dimensional perspective, and give them the experience of operating on other, sometimes more pure and sometimes less pure, astral realms of your planet Earth. This herb offers you the chance to experience a reality unlike the one you have kept your minds and hearts so set in, though if one is indulging in the cannabis grown in very dense conditions, they are likely to be taken to lower astral places, with which entities will attach themselves to these souls and feed off of their energy every time they wish for a ‘high’.

Other sources have said as well, that when one is kept smoking cannabis that is grown in dense circumstances to support the stimulating of amusements, a ‘high’ for the soul indulging also becomes a bit of a high, an usurping of the users energies by and for lower astral beings. Of course this is not guaranteed to happen just because one uses cannabis, and in fact in your fifties and sixties there was no such thing as cannabis that could deliver one to lower astral realms; as the majority of cannabis in that time was home grown and grown in very pure conditions.

So no dear souls, cannabis use will not be necessary or necessarily allowed when working with the Galactic Federation. This is not for any reasons of discrimination, or for any reasons of wishing to keep the known value of cannabis and the hemp plant under wraps, as we have just explained to you that the hemp plant as a whole does indeed possess much value for your planet. It is simply that such acts will be out of resonance with our energies and the energies of the various starships and motherships with which we will all be operating on. When you are feeling our energies and the energies of these aforementioned ships, believe us dear souls you will never want a ‘puff’ of cannabis again, as you will be feeling so very much better than anything that that admittedly useful [to third dimensional society] plant can offer.

We hope that we have been able to clear some things up and mend some confusions about this subject, with this communication. Again, the ‘musts’ that are required for working with the Galactic Federation in much more direct ways than many of you are now, are taken as more of a given than a restriction. It is simply that our energies do not resonate with such acts! It does not reduce our Love for you dear souls who use cannabis to find enlightenment, and we know that each and every one of you who are looking forward to working with us much more directly in the future, will gladly give up the energies of cannabis and other mind altering substances to work with us and feel in their full purity the energies of the Divine; the energies of everlasting Love, Peace and Joy which are shared through all harmoniously.

Whenever something…anything happens to you in life, open your heart to it. Even if you are afraid of it and you have judged it as “wrong”, still go into it fully with a welcome open accepting heart. Otherwise the mind will get in the way and contaminate the lesson your soul is learning. Your mind is fabulous at judging things, and all judgment ends up creating heavy, defensive, fear-based energy in your body. Your heart is a master at acceptance. It is designed to accept everything and everyone as they are. It can melt through any fearful moment and help you understand that everything that happens to you is for your soul’s evolution towards enlightenment. You become a truly powerful being when you can maintain an open accepting heart, and devote every moment exploring life from this welcoming perspective.

What we are really afraid of in life is the unknown. The mind would rather remain occupied, ridiculously busy with a thousand and one things instead of coming face to face with the vast unknown. Yes, the Universe is infinite and this means where you think there is an end, a boundary, there is not one there. There is another world, another sky, another dimension of life to be explored. By simply keeping your attention on the vast limitless exploration of life, you will see that your heart has no boundaries. It can find deep peace with everything and every one. When you can practice this daily for 90 days in a row, you’ll truly step into becoming the master of your life.

Always remember, that which you think is yours is not. Everything is borrowed. All your words, your knowledge, your ideas, your body, your possessions, your desires, all your friends, family, and even your kids…they are all on temporary loan. You don’t get to keep any of these things. The only thing that remains with you when you die is your consciousness, your awareness, that which gives life to your soul. So do whatever you can in this very short time you have on Earth to raise your consciousness. Be creative! Choose to think that deeper thought which makes your heart sing. The highest conscious being on this planet is the one who has the most compassion. The one who can open their heart to everyone, love everyone for whomever they are, and whatever they did.

Take this week to explore what higher consciousness is like by simply opening your heart to each and every moment. Whatever experience is here now, whether its doing laundry, sitting in rush hour traffic, or making love, open your heart fully to the experience. Don’t be half hearted. Breathe the experience fully into your body, feel it moving through the center of your chest, and keep saying “yes”, opening up to what is happening for you. Eventually you’ll reach a moment when you discover God. We always reach God when we don’t shut down, and dive deeper, for it is the limitless love that is at your very core. Try it this week, you’ll be so thankful you did.
