Gaia’s New Birth Chart for 2013

Dear Gaia,

I have created your astrological chart for this first year of transition into your higher expression of SELF. I see that you have a Libra ascendant, which means that relationships are very important to your expression of SELF. You have been isolated from your greater family since the Fall of Atlantis, and you long for Unity Consciousness (Libra Ascendant) with your Galactic and your human family. Fortunately, your plants and animals have always remained in Oneness with you.

However, you will have some very big decisions to be made about world politics before you will be able to move out of the old third dimensional thinking that has limited your consciousness. (Mercury, Pluto and Sun conjunct in Capricorn square the Sun in Aries) You are ready to become the Sun that you ARE within your Beingness, but the Mercury, (decisions), Pluto (transmutation of world government and spirituality) and Sun (your Divine Essence) is squaring Uranus (sudden and unexpected changes).

Hello friends. Well here we have it, the last Full Moon of 2012 and it promises to be a powerful one! Looking into the aspects and energies of this moon, it feels quite appropriate for what has been the life-changing journey of 2012. The last moon phase of the year is the Big Winter Moon in December, also called Long Night’s Moon, or the Cold Moon.

The Full Moon falls at 7 degrees of Cancer on 12.28 at 2:21 am PST/5:21 am EST. As in all Full Moons however, the energies will be in orb or effect up to three days prior, so we are already feeling it. Cancer Full Moons always carry with them a certain vulnerability and this one is no different, in combination with the Capricorn Sun (also a Cardinal sign,) it is a potent mix which invites us to realize our highest truth and drop all that is no longer serving. Areas where we have perhaps been repressing or “keeping a “stuff upper lip” as the old saying goes, may be much closer in than usual.… Read the rest

CHOP WOOD, carry water. Life on Earth appears, at least externally, to continue much the same as usual, even in these days after the end of the Mayan calendar. And yet, there are those whose lives have been affected in profound ways recently, who will agree with the theory that this month represents both a major ending and an initiation into a necessarily new phase of life.

This coming week, we again engage the Pluto-Uranus energies of transformative change. There’s a bit of a sandwich effect to the week — on one side, Uranus squares the Sun (on Tuesday) and on the other side, Pluto conjoins the Sun (next Sunday). In the middle, at the heart of our sandwich, is the Full Moon (on Friday), in which the Moon closely opposes Pluto and squares Uranus.

In other words, this week the Sun and the Full Moon activate the longer-term influence of the ongoing Pluto-Uranus square.… Read the rest
