We are here once again offering our loving support as well as our guidance and encouragement. We can feel the collective sigh as you settle into the shifts that you have experienced. There is still intensity occurring with your weather and there are conflicts across your planet. We wish we could say that this will change soon, however change in the third dimension does take a bit of time.

We assure you that change could come about in the span of a breath if all those who are anchoring a physical form together envisioned and called forth a new reality. You know this to be true as well, for you have felt and experienced the shift in consciousness.

We acknowledge you for your own personal expansion, for you are truly anchoring this expanded awareness into the collective lightfield. Even as you are adjusting to being recalibrated, even as you are expanding beyond your comfort zone, even as you are straddling timelines and dimensions, you are holding and calling forth a matrix pattern of your future and the future of the planet on which you serve.

Now is the time to think BIG. When you think big, big events and changes come about. Never be afraid of doing this, the bigger you think the better. The more vivid your vision infused with your 'passion' the quicker will it manifest. It does not matter how impossible these thoughts may seem. Remember, you are working with your expanded knowing and understanding as a multidimensional alchemist in partnership with the divine forces of light.

This is your time! This is your time to step out fully and bring all your gifts to the table. Put aside the limited thinking of your programming. Put aside all the limited beliefs that you have claimed of being powerless and helpless in the face of the challenges. These are all false. We know when you observe your reality with the current chaos and conflicts, the personal challenges you might be facing with health, family dynamics or your livelihood, they certainly appear real. And we will grant you that from a very limited perspective these experiences can be called real.

However, we are encouraging you to hold all that appears challenging both in the world as well as your personal lives, as the true opportunity it is. We have observed that unless something becomes extremely difficult and uncomfortable most humans seem to settle into a pattern of acceptance. And it is only when pushed to the edge, that they take action for change.

Let us say that there are those across your planet who are being pushed to the edge of what they will accept. They are taking action, but not always from a place of clear understanding of who they truly are. So their action is still generated from a very limited perspective of what is possible. They push against the things they hope to change, which only empowers the challenge.

We are inviting you as the aware being that you are to use your awakened abilities and understanding to call forth a new and fresh reality that honors all. All change begins in the energy field of possibilities. There is no pushing against what you do not want instead there is a powerful calling forth of what you truly want. Again we invite you to think big, visualize the best results, and imagine an outcome that is outside your box of limited beliefs.

Open the energetic doors to all your gifts as an awesome being of light who carries the template and patterns of a future reality. This is who you are; never doubt this for a second of your earth time. You have at you fingertips the ability to create in the most awesome, magnificent manner a future that is life sustaining and life enhancing for all.

Relax into our words; pretend if need be that what we are sharing is the truth of who you are. Allow yourself to imagine the perfect solution to the situation, occurring in the most incredible way. Invite that aspect of your higher self, your multidimensional self, to offer an inspiration, an invention, and a solution to what you are focused upon.

Invite celestial partnership; open the cosmic lines of communication which allow you to receive brilliant ideas for current problems occurring on the planet. Open the lines to this celestial support in your daily interactions and personal challenges. It is time for this exchange between the physical and the non-physical to take place.

We invite you to recognize yourself as an alchemist, a being who happens to be experiencing this physical reality as well as the reality of pure energy and expression. Use your tools, step into your personal knowing and power, and think big.

Call forth the changes, see them manifest in the best possible manner for the well-being and expansion of all. Anchor this vision fully into this physical domain. This truly is what you are being called to do. As an awakened being, stretching fully into your personal understanding, continue to exercise the possibilities of your unlimited abilities.

Get acquainted with the expanded levels which are available, notice how these aspects manifest for you personally. Invite your paranormal gifts to come forth, those extrasensory abilities which allow you to interface with dimensions of energy that are not visible. Get acquainted with your shadow, that aspect of yourself that is usually repressed and projected into your experience. Get acquainted with your future self.

You know all this; we are just here to remind and confirm this knowing. We are here to encourage and support your efforts and service. You are a member of the galactic family of light, on assignment here in this timeframe and dimension. You are the anchor for the new future. Remember that you are not alone in your efforts; you always have divine and celestial support upon your request. So while you find yourself here in this physical reality acknowledge and invite the loving and expanded beings of light to assist and join you in this work and service. We are here, joining you in the midst of all things. You are to be acknowledged for consciously anchoring the energy from the core center of the galaxy. The crossing of this energy threshold signals the beginning of change in the collective field. Those of you who are aware of what has taken place can celebrate, for you were the physical chalice of all that was being offered.

We realize that many were expecting great and grand sweeping changes once this event took place in your reality. Let us assure you that on our level there were great and grand sweeping changes. These profound shifts will now begin to filter into the physical reality that you are focused upon. The celestial alignment anchoring the new reality of earth into the realms of the 5th dimension has occurred. The higher frequencies and the vibrations of light held in the 5th dimension are now more available to feel and experience.

Allow yourself to be acknowledged for all the active internal shifts and changes you have processed in the last series of years. We assure you that the density that has been transformed from this dimension has been monumental. You have done your personal work in clearing compressed vibrational traumas from your physical body, your mental patterns and your field. You have also assisted and supported the clearing of compressed vibrational traumas from the collective consciousness as well.

We say congratulations and keep up the good work, there is still more to be transformed. We assure you that you are making the difference by bringing your light, love and willingness to this galactic theater. We also assure you that literally the changes are coming forth with greater speed and manifestation then ever before.

In the coming days there will be an increased awareness that your spoken words and emotional offerings are manifesting more quickly. Many of you are now experiencing this very thing as you state your intentions and the results show up in your life without delay. We invite you to begin to consciously clean up just how you use the power of your spoken words. There are no throw away words.

Learn to listen to how you are stating your lack or your bounty, your challenges or your blessings, your gripes or your gratitudes. What you are telling the universal energies will manifest in some expression in your life and experience.

Each word carries the vibration of your personal power and intention. These word/sound vibrations, infused and partnered with the force of your emotional expression, interface with the quantum field of all possibilities and bring forth what has been offered. We invite you to own this awareness and power from your multidimensional perception. This truly is how the act of creation works and you know this in your deepest self.

In the past there was a buffer of time which allowed you to correct many of these false or misqualified statements that you offered without much thought or intention. In the coming times you will be amazed at how rapidly your thoughts, desires and intentions are showing up. So we invite you to claim this personal power as you practice creating life-enhancing realities for yourself, your community and the world.

You will also become aware of the incredible synchronicities that occur to bring about these realities. Recognize and remember that synchronicities are meant to be a part of your experience. They serve as guidelines or markers to let you know that you are "in the flow"; consider them signs along the way. This will become a fun and playful aspect of creating your new realities and experiences.

We invite you to look for and acknowledge these unusual events that are somehow related. Once you begin to train your awareness to see these, so to speak, "miracles" or recognize a seeming odd coincidence occurring, you will know that you are on the right track. Watch for the synchronicities as they show up and celebrate your clarity.

Also begin to notice how your physical body is feeling, for it is also undergoing tremendous changes. Each cell is shifting to hold more and more light frequencies. This does not happen overnight. So be kind to yourself and conscious of the foods you ingest, making sure that they are whole, healthy and fresh. Make a practice of infusing your conscious energy blessings, into any substance you put into your body. Remember you are a transformer of energy frequencies as a multidimensional being.

Drink water, for this holy substance supports the work of the cells and tissues in becoming more crystalline and light filled. We invite you to honor yourself with the gift of being in the nature that is available. Drink in this holy substance of energy and frequency offered by nature for it will revitalize your subtle energy bodies. Be sure that you find ways and methods to relax each day even for small moments or mini rest bits. You are also invited to play, joyfully and childlike. Be sure to incorporate laughter in your daily pattern, for laughter is a powerful healing vibration which resets your energy field.

You are also experiencing altered states of awareness, noticing a subtle shift in your perception. Welcome those experiences; you are beginning to own your true authentic self as a multidimensional being. The dimensions are much like rooms in a large dwelling; you will discover these dimensions or rooms as you explore the possibilities and allow yourself to move beyond your rigid boundaries. Again we invite you to play with this concept and potentiality.

Allow yourself to explore creating a space for this to occur naturally. Part of the shift in consciousness, the awakening and the ascension is the recognition and the ability to move freely along the timeline as well as from one dimension to another. You have had those moments where you truly do this, however we are inviting you to be aware of when you make this shift and to practice and welcome this ability to unfold.

You will find the perfect method which will support this shift in awareness. Sages and ancient ones have all given clues of how to bring about this shift; our favorite will always be the use of sound vibrations; chanting and drumming will certainly create a shift, as will dancing and meditation. There will come a time when you will able to shift your consciousness and alter you perception just with the desire and intention.

You will begin to explore the other dimensions and timelines with greater ease, each time bringing a new awareness back into this dense dimension of physical reality and duality. You will learn how to be in the altered-state of non-duality and still be present in this here and now. The doors are open for you; allow yourself to cross the threshold into the wonder.

We are welcoming you into the galactic family of light. Your planet and humanity is moving more fully into this realization. It is important that you always honor your physical body and presence in this dense polarity and dimension; however we also want you to honor and welcome your divine multidimensional presence. Each day invite this divine partnership, anchor this energy to the electromagnetic and geomagnetic field of this planet, and embrace the clear knowing that you are receiving pure energy and support from the one true source of the All That Is.

Do not be discouraged by what is unfolding; do not allow anger and fear to dominate your thoughts, feelings and energy field. Recommit. You are aware of the valuable role of water, eating organic fresh foods if possible, giving yourself time for rest, and interface with nature to replenish a calm state of mind. These are all common sense suggestions for your personal well-being.

We would like to remind you also of the care and maintenance of your energy body. Just as you would wash your physical hands if need be, continue to clear your field often throughout the day. Remember to send all energy that does not belong to your personal energy signature back blessed and transformed and call your energy back blessed and transformed as well. This is basic energy hygiene 101.

Remember each morning upon opening your physical eyes to envision and claim that you are fully embodied, anchored to this planet as well as connected to your own clear divine guidance. This simple action invites a partnership between your physical body and your multidimensional star self. It is the conscious awareness of this true partnership that totally empowers you. This declaration also creates a coherent energy field around your physical body. Anchor this coherent energy in your heart. This is a most valuable practice since you are feeling the oneness and the energy fields of others.

Practice gently integrating the energy downloads that are being offered, using conscious tools that support your balance and integrity. Each day invite the energy of your sun into every cell of your physical body. Reach out and call forth renewing vibrations of nature, the stars and the offerings from the planets and celestial beings. Your physical body is the requirement needed to be here at this time and this place; remember, however it is only the chalice for your divine multidimensional consciousness.

It is your multidimensional consciousness that is woven into the oneness. Let this awareness become your foundation and continue to invite and infuse a deep real connection to others of like mind and heart. There are limited words in your language that allow us to truly express these subtle yet profound concepts and connections.

We are aware of your personal longing to have this rich connection with others who carry a vibration that is attuned to your soul note and frequency. It is time to begin to call forth and welcome your soul group. These beings of consciousness, this soul group, may embody any age or race. We are speaking here of your divine aspect and divine nature. These are others who are connecting by an energy thread to your energy fabric.

These are beings of light that connect through your DNA. Consider your DNA as your high-speed wireless vibrational interface with this soul group. Imagine that your pituitary/pineal glands are the router to this wireless connection, and your heart is the device that allows these messages and connection to come forth into your awareness.

We want you to realize that you may never meet these individuals in your physical daily life although there are those who do and who are aware of their galactic threads of connection. We invite you to be willing and open for this possibility. However also realize that you can and will connect with most of your soul group in the quantum field of the dimensions.

It starts with the awareness that there is an aspect of your multidimensional self that is also connected to a larger energy fabric or conscious group of beings who are also in physical form on this earth at this time. Once you are open to this possibility you can begin to call forth the connection and allow the synchronicity of all that is to arrange the conscious link up.

You can begin to sense and invite this meeting taking place in the quantum field of your imagination. Give yourself permission and play with this possibility. Create a sacred chamber you might go to in your imagination that would allow you to connect energetically with some other individuals who are a part of your soul colleagues.

This is the time of the coming together. Each individual human is here as a part of this evolution of consciousness. You, so to speak, are a part of a larger gathering of conscious star beings who are working together on the inner planes and dimensions to bring about this new template of reality. Reach out energetically and begin to allow yourself to connect to your group, who are also embodied and anchoring a physical form.

As a multidimensional being you also have an aspect that is connected to a larger consciousness that is non-physical. Here again we are just triggering you to remember; always inviting and encouraging you to own the many levels and many dimensions you are engaged and actively participating in. Most of this engagement and participation is done while the physical body is at rest or asleep. We are encouraging you to begin to connect actively while fully aware and awake. Begin to see or sense the non-physical beings that are a part of your star community.

Know that there are other humans just like you living upon this planet who are here doing powerful transformative work simply by holding the form and feeling the emotions. Remember it is through the consciousness of the human heart that transformation takes place. We can support you and encourage you; the work, however, is yours to do

We observe the intense focus that the physical aspect seems to demand, and we certainly want you always to take care of this form in the ways that are necessary for your well-being and balance. However it is time for you to allow your awareness to expand, to begin to call forth and connect with the other aspects of your team, both physical and non-physical. You are the portal for the energy and the light of transformation to be fully anchored and embodied here in this timeframe and this reality. You have incredible support available and we are here to remind you to connect to that support and your team of light beings.

Remember you are the focus; you are riding these waves of energy, observing the chaos and the dysfunctions of this planet all the while inviting support and connecting with more and more aspects of your multidimensional family both physical and non-physical.

You are here to stabilize all the new vibrations that are being offered by the galactic conscious community of light beings. This earth reality requires a conscious being in physical form to be the inviter, the doorway, the portal and the anchor. Celebrate, honor and acknowledge your connection to the woven web of oneness. Celebrate, honor and acknowledge that you are an important aspect of all that is unfolding.

Allow yourself to expand into the spaciousness of the oneness with the energy and fabric of light. Call forth and invite the many divine connections that are yours by divine right.

We are here and ready to invite and empower you to step forward in partnership with the divine stream of consciousness. We have often acknowledged you as a multidimensional being; the physical aspect that you are experiencing is only a small part of who you truly are. In this reality it is an important aspect, we know that you would agree with us on that matter.

Your human form allows the interface with this dense dimension, yet your true essence is expanded consciousness. As multidimensional starbeings it is time that you recognize and claim that you are galactic and inter-galactic citizens with incredible abilities that mold and sculpt your very existence as well as give you privileges and rights to interface with other realities and kingdoms.

We realize that humans love the aspect of the thinking mind; it is this aspect that many humans “think” defines who they are. However, it is the feeling nature, the emotional component that is truly the most powerful. It is the emotional frequency felt from within the heart that truly elevates consciousness and transforms your reality. We continue to invite each of you to bring the thinking mind and the feeling heart together in your awareness. Human are rarely taught or made aware of their incredible authority, their omnipotence, their personal power to bring into reality and manifest their highest vision as well as join the counsel of other conscious life forms.

We continue to invite you to transform the dense incoherent emotions of fear, hatred, judgment and prejudice, any and all emotional vibrations that are life diminishing. Many of our transmissions have focused on this invitation and this service. We have offered many tools to support this work, always acknowledging that it is the chalice of the heart that is the true transformer. The use of intention, sound and other conscious energy work will continue to uplift the dense vibrations of dysfunction in the collective matrix.

When your awareness is within your heart, it becomes the portal or the gateway to the non-visible realities. You heart is the doorway and the connection to other streams of consciousness and other dimensions. This is a most important aspect for you to realize and understand. Part of what is occurring within the evolution of humanity is that many humans are beginning to realize that part of their role is to be the inviter, the physical connection to these higher realms of vibrations and frequencies.

You are awake and aware, an intuitive in a physical and human form, and you are also an anchor or receptor in your reality, capable of connecting with other beings and forms of consciousness that vibrate at a different frequency. It is time that you acknowledge your ability to interact and reconnect with the energy streams of consciousness offered by other expressions of life.
Your world is teeming with non-physical beings ready to make contact and offer information and guidance. You are not meant to be in the dense physical reality without support. There are beings of light and love awaiting your invitation. However, all beings in the non-physical will never impose themselves, they will always honor your free will
We know that many are beginning to connect to the essence of these invisible beings.

Each individual person is unique in the ways that they connect and with whom they connect. We just want to remind you of this ability and this privilege. Remember that your experience with this suggestion and this expanded exercise will depend on your beliefs and your openness to all possibilities.
There have been those in your history and your myths who have connected and been guided by their ability to sense, hear, or see these beings and receive and translate their guidance. You have given those with this extrasensory ability titles and names, such as sage, seer, oracle, channel, medium or prophet.

These words that you are reading at this time are offered by our beloved ‘transducer’.
She receives our energy and is able to translate or transduce that energy into a form of words and transmissions we offer to you. This is an ability that more and more human/multidimensionals are experiencing.

You are free to travel or to visit other realities and dimensions. It is just a matter of where you place your attention. Remember that energy follows thought. Shift your thoughts and shift your feeling nature, throw off your limited beliefs and the limited net that keeps you anchored in only one reality. Everything you experience as solid and “real” is vibrations of energy, held or locked in place by belief systems. If you could set aside all the mental programs about your reality, you would experience a different reality. There are dimensions and multi-realities available to those who can allow and invite.

We are inviting you to expand and connect with these higher vibrations of consciousness. This is your next step in your own personal evolution. Begin to consider an active partnership with the divine, allow yourself to connect with your own personal ‘team’ or guides. Begin to consider that you can willingly open the possibilities to receive communication and guidance from ascended masters, avatars, celestial or star beings, angels as well as the consciousness of the elementals, the elements and the faerie realms.
If you reviewed your life experiences you would recall times in which you did receive guidance that supported your well-being and your safety. This guidance is always available when you willingly begin to open that portal or doorway. Begin to ask, begin to invite. Divine Spirit in all its many forms of love and light wants to be in conscious partnership with you. It is time.
It is valuable to meditate, walk and allow quietness and creativity to flow. It is in these places that you gently slip into another frequency and allow yourself to begin to sense other forms of vibrational expression. Nature is an excellent place to practice connecting with other subtle realities. Increase your personal vibration to a higher resonance. Balance, laughter, joy and gratitude are vibrational tickets that allow you to move into these new realities of wonder and awe. Be open and receptive to the possibilities.
Allow yourself to be playful with this; being lighthearted is the key here which will open the doors to the realms and the other realities. Imagine for a moment that you might be able to hear/feel/sense the vibrations of the essence and the overlighting elemental of a beautiful tree or an amazing stone formation. Allow yourself to imagine and visualize a meadow of grasses and flowers and call forth the energy of a divine being to join you there. See yourself traveling to a star and be open to intuitively connect with what is offered. These are simple and basic processes, we know that you will be creative in your exploring of these possibilities.

Remember to put aside any and all expectation of how the connection might occur. You are unique and you are beginning to open to all your paranormal abilities as a starbeing.
So allow your connections to the other realms to unfold with ease. It might be visual, or a sensation that is felt within your body, you might hear within your inner awareness. We assure you that in time, with practice and willingness all your extrasensory abilities will emerge and you will connect and form partnerships with loving non-physical beings of love and light.
It is with communication and divine partnership that together you will transform your world. Imagine that you could receive information and methods that would assist your planet in cleaning the water and the air, or processes which would replace the detrimental use of oils and gases as a source of energy. Imagine receiving a download of data which would shift the entire paradigm of health and healing within the human body. We believe that you get the idea of what we are suggesting.

We hold you with great respect and honor. We delight in sharing this invitation with you, for we know that you are ready to expand. You are feeling and sensing these shifts realizing that the veils between the worlds are becoming more and more transparent. So step into your true magnificence as a galactic citizen in partnership with other divine and magnificent beings of love, light and truth. This Divine partnership is the next step for humanity. Living as One Cell

Consider the awareness of your multidimensionality. You are here in a hologame on planet earth, responsible for the physical vehicle in which you dwell, confined by beliefs of the limitations of this reality. You are also connected to the galaxy and respond to the energy matrix offered. You are able to read the energy of another being, taking in data and interfacing with other beings at all times; exchanging information, ideas, and weavings of energy. You travel through time in a moment , returning to the past, zooming to the future, however, you only touch the time line briefly and usually you touch it with regret or worry.

You have the ability to step into any hologame and experience that reality, with all its taste, smells, feelings and sights, and "live" it so to speak. However, in this current third dimension reality you have mimicked this multidimensional ability with the movies and television.

Use the example of the physical body as a metaphor. Image that within the body, this physical life you are now focused on, your dimension of awareness is only "one cell". Your life, your "NOW" is only one cell. Yet you and the others you interact with are truly multidimensional. The multidimensional self creates, nurtures, and sustains the whole in a very complex delicate balance.

You as the "one cell" are not aware of all the others tasks or other realities the total body participates in. There is the reality of the bones, the reality of skin, the reality of the heart, the liver, the circulation system these are all just aspects of the multidimensional reality of the body. There is the brain, the thoughts, the feelings, the memories and on and on. Yet the one cell awareness is not fully conscious of all that continues to take place.

This human life is your focus, yet it is only one cell of your total magnificent multidimensional self. There is much going on at all times that you do not recognize because of your veiled awareness and belief systems. There are frequencies, matrixes, and realities that exist in which you are very active. Yet the "one cell" you focus on resists this expansion or does not even know of the others' existence.

Expand your awareness. It is much easier than one might imagine. You do it often, now just recognize when you have shifted.
