How would you like to experience being fully ignited in your heart, having your Soul fully in place within your physical body and not scattered in different dimensional realities?

This is called grounding.  It's what I want to talk about this time.

It is Adama, Ascended Master and High Priest in Telos, and I am in the etheric planes speaking from a high place to many sweet people.  All of your hearts are alight with the Presence of God & Goddess, and I can feel the light beaming to me at this moment.

In Telos, we feel your energy and your love.  We are watching over you every moment, in the same energy as a mother who watches out for her children.  Only we're not mothers, we are light-showers and glad to be doing it.

If only you knew how our hearts love you.

Greetings, it is Adama from Telos.

There are so many vibrations that are waiting to be raised up into the higher realms.

There is no quick way to do this, because humans must do what they must to, and take their time.  But you are being carefully watched over by all the beings of love who are with you.

You might feel afraid, or lonesome, or be hurting physically, or feeling on behalf of the planetary experience.   There is a word for every one of your suffering-feelings.

I want to ask you to allow me to show you now where those hidden emotions are.  Some people have stored some very painful things inside of themselves that you have forgotten.  I, Adama of Telos, have the ability to show you where they are and remove them.  This is not painful and is quick.  You may feel it as you read these words.

I mention these things because it is time for release.

FIRST EXPERIENCES OF LIGHTBODY

I first started with sporadic experiences of Lightbody (for lack of a better definition), I don't know, maybe about 6 or 7 years ago. These particular experiences are very physical. I have had sporadic experiences of bliss so extreme that all I could do is sob, as the feeling is almost too intense to contain. I have called these experiences “Previews of coming attractions" for once I have that experience it usually takes years to be able to "get there on my own." It is like I get a "free sample ride," then I have to figure out how to replicate that experience myself. In the past, these experiences were the Preview, as I couldn’t get to it with my own intention. It was that way with my first two Lightbody experiences, which are very much like an orgasm, but not sexual.

The first two times it happened I was with a body worker who—the first time—held my feet, then second time—held my shoulders. It was clear that the holding was necessary so that I didn't fly out of my body.… Read the rest
