You will learn much and achieve many things through the night’s journey, and tomorrow you shall be so much more than you are today. Such are your journeys out of body through your dream state. These forays from the physical to the spiritual will allow you to visit with us, your families of light, for healing sessions, learning sessions, meetings and even large conferences that will update and align our plans together. We meet with many of you in this way, and when you return to your bodies and wake up from your sleep most of you have no memory of your visit with us onboard our spacecraft. Such is the way it must be for now, but soon all this need for secrecy will be behind us and you can meet with us face to face in your awakened state.
There are many areas of your bodies that require attention at this time, and this goes for your physical bodies as well as your emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Damage is being repaired, and blockages are being cleared to allow you to become all you can be and reach your full potential. We are very happy to see you when you visit us in this way, and we wish you can remember these get-togethers after you have returned to your physical bodies, but in the days ahead you will remember fully these experiences. These rendezvous with us are very important for your growth at this time, and this is one of the reasons we tell you how important it is for you to get plenty of proper rest, as it is while you are sound asleep that you can travel out of your physical vessels to meet with us here in the higher realms aboard our craft.

Many of you have been following the exploits of Greg's visitors to his home and surrounding areas of late, and we wish to share with you that we did return to again perform a thorough sweep of Greg's home and neighboring properties and again collect a few negative beings that were stationed in opportune vicinities to intercept our communications. We will routinely scout these areas and continue to remove any and all beings deployed to do the dirty work of the Cabal. Greg has nothing to fear as these beings are interested primarily in the collection of information, and we, the Galactic Federation, are here looking out for him and his family and will continue to protect their household. All is well at the moment and our channels of communication are clear.
Military reports continue to see the disassembling of the Cabal, their fighting forces, and their weaponry. As we have reported, the advanced weaponry once possessed by the dark has been thoroughly disassembled, and today they are left to do battle with just their mobile weaponry aboard their space fighters. Very soon the last of the space fighters and their crews will be rounded up and removed from this quadrant of space. Again, we always give our best efforts to see that no physical harm comes to the crew members of these space fighters, and after they learn who they were actually sacrificing themselves for, many of them will see the light and many will eventually join forces with our allegiance of light. This has been the procedure for countless eons throughout our history assisting other worlds.
There are some of our Lightworkers today who may be reading these words who at one time were aligned with the dark side. Such has been your journey through awakening, a journey that has seen you grow so much through so many incarnations into the physical. Today, we see those of you who once fought so fiercely for the dark, fighting for the light in this epic struggle that has persisted throughout the sands of time. The hourglass is now running out for the dark side, and soon you will be freed from their tyranny forever, if it is this you so choose. It is all up to you, as whatever it is you choose becomes your reality. It has always been this way, though this secret has been kept from you for so long. You now know the secret. Use this information wisely. You possess the power over your reality. You choose the events you wish to experience. Today, there are souls who are choosing two separate experiences. Those who wish to remain in the limited 3D world of the physical, and those who wish to begin their journey anew, born into the higher realms of unlimited possibility. This choice is yours, there are no rights or wrongs, and we will honor each of your individual, as well as collective, decisions. For those of you who choose to leave behind your current reality of separation and illusion, we await your arrival here in the realms of unimaginable opportunity.

We are very happy and honoured to be called upon to share in this way. To share our love, our support and our strength with you as you share yours with us to in different ways. We are always here and honoured beyond your human understandings and how we earn our 'wings' so to speak. So, thank you for asking. Thank you for inviting us in to be a part of your earth experience. Thank you for letting us in and letting us love you. This is a most important thing and please continue to do so. Thank you.

Open your hearts to each other. Open your hearts to love. This begins by the journey of self discovering that most of you are on. As you expand your understand of your'elf', that one that lives within in and is the authentic you, you naturally open to more love. It is the evolution of humanity at this time. Welcome aboard the love train. For that is truly what this all about. Expanding your abilities to love beyond the physical. To see more than is actually there brings about a higher dimensional compassion that is unconditional love. Loving regardless of the conditions...absolutely regardless! That means Love them anyway. Don't always hear the words they are speaking, feel their hearts. See that they too have seen many experiences and have 'fought the good fight' so to speak, just as you have. And that each of you finds your path based on those experiencing and doing the best you can along the way. That may not be the same as your best, however that no longer matters. It is that you always do your best - which will also change- that is important. As each of you learns to live this, the closer you get to returning to the love beings that you truly are. Be loved, be blessed and feel that from us each day.
 

Offer peace to your fellow humans along the way. Help where you can. Be of service to your people. Be care takers of the beloved mother and remember to love all things that live upon her. Become to Earth Keepers that is your birthright and part of what is your 'life' purpose for many of you. Learn to take care of the earth first and the animals which share your space. Each of you is vital to the success of the whole. Each of you is vitally connected as you are with the wind, the seas, the water, the land, the minerals, the insects, and those that roam free upon her. Learn to take care of each other as you do the earth for you are all vital part in the circle of life. Remember, what you put upon the earth, so too do you put that within yourself for you are revitalized in so many ways from by the animals, the insects and earth, and she by you. Find the balance in the giving and receiving with your earth and all the others who live upon her. Find that peace and offer it to each other and all that is.

You also have as an important life purpose of communicating with others and through the arts. Each of you in a slightly different way, and also a crucial part of the earths evolution. Each of you has things to offer in a way that one else possesses in quite the same way. And even if it doesn't seem so as you are going through it, each event in your life is so carefully orchestrated through your life time by You, your higher self, your guides and angels. We are all working together to accomplish what you want to experience in this life time. Know that each event that seems insurmountable is the one that offers you the most opportunities for growth and change - evolution- and less resistance to it- is what you came here to experience and it is a grand plan indeed.

Each of you plays a part somehow in communication. Many of you are the teachers and the healers and there is so much variety in all of these categories. Some of you share your energies through the physical arts that transcends with its message, some of you share in physical healing, which then transcends the the physical. Some of you heal with you words, which then transcends the mental... do you get the picture. The end results of all that you share change and help evolve the many in so many different ways. We ask that you follow your hearts passion and develop the faith to believe that all things are possible and miracles happen every day on your beautiful planet. As more of you begin to know this as your truth, your physical surroundings will change to match that vibration and everything will evolve at a faster rate. Share who you are be living and being in your truth at all times. This is the best communication you can share with others. Boast not loudly who you have become, but go in peace,and be the ambassador of love and service and others will follow by your example. That is true evolution.

Be strong dear ones and know that you are never alone. You are stronger than you think and your strength is what assures the desired outcomes for you. Use positive affirmations each morning and throughout the day to keep you on focus and target as you take the steps that lead you where you want to go. This is the key to opening the many doors that are your opportunities of manifestation. Trust your inner wisdom to be your barometer along the way. Trust your own powers to choose and discern what is the best path for you and leave no room for doubt to slow you down. This is a powerful tool - using your words- so choose them wisely in your creations. You are making steady progress - the best kind- for it is in the slow and steady that you win the race. The race is only you against you, no one else so the pace is entirely of your choosing. Again, choose wisely in where and how you invest your time, money and energy. Honour those who have helped you along the way and release that which doesn't serve who you are. Set limits for yourself and know that many will demand your time, it is up to you how you use it. And all things can be said kindly and with love. And clearly, we see that make a difference to the world through your thoughts, feelings and actions of love.

Surrender. Give up the need to control every aspect of your journey. Ask your angels to help you resolve any resistance of your ego self. This is the mental energy that needs to be transformed. Let go of the desire for things to be the best and just do your best. Let others be free to do there best and move on. When you surrender to the guidance of your higher self, all the energy you have been using in resistance becomes available to you. Vitality, inner peace, harmony and most of all love, are your spiritual rewards. So, flow with the pace of life. Relax and tune in. Then follow the guidance of your intuition knowing that the angels will be supporting you every step of the way.

Celebrate. We know that not all of you celebrate christmas or a holiday at this time. However you can enjoy the energy that is available to everyone at a time of great love. Remember to feel the love. Those of you who do celebrate Christmas. Remember that it is about love and celebration of new life and potentials for humanity and not a commercial holiday which has become. Let go of the need to buy a gift and remember it is about the gift of you. So give the gift of who you are and be in love and service to all humanity and all that is. That is how you create heaven on earth - The New Earth -

The Gabriel Messages

#25 - Strengthen your conscious awareness of other states beyond the physical, communicate deeply within your self and learn to trust in your own answers.

Dear One,

You are here on this planet to develop yourself fully.  When the ancient philosophers stated “Know Thyself,” they were talking about the power of Self-awareness.  This means not just one’s consciousness of the physical, or even of the mental and emotional selves.  To truly know oneself means a real discernment of your self as a multi-dimensional being.

You have the power within you to know planes of reality beyond the three-dimensional world in which you live.  In fact, developing an awareness of these other states creates a link to the joy and love so many are seeking.  These qualities you truly desire in life are beyond the physical plane.  They exist in the expanded state of consciousness that is your bond with God, the Source of your very being.  To commune within your self is to find these qualities.  It requires a willingness to see beyond your outer self, and to take the time necessary to create a conscious awareness of the love and light within you.

Practice

As you sit quietly and breathe balanced breaths deeply and slowly, there are immediate results in mind, body and spirit.  Imagine that you are sitting in a pillar of golden light joining Heaven to Earth through you. This allows you to enlarge your consciousness.  When you add prayer asking for what you want in your life, you allow the grace of the Angels to work for you.

On this free-will plane of existence you need to ask for their assistance or they will not interfere.  This does not necessarily mean a formal prayer.  Asking can be as simple as saying the words for the qualities you want in your life, such as love, peace and harmony.  Meditating on these qualities can literally change your life and create a more abundant, joy-filled existence.  It allows you to tap into your Higher Self and your guardian Angels, so you are communicating with the deepest levels of your being.

From this place, the answers you receive will be from a level of Divine Order, and all that follows will be for the highest good of all concerned.  You will receive intuition and know the actions and words that will best assist you with the challenges you face.  Once you begin to act on your intuitive guidance, you will start to trust your self.  Life will feel easier.  You won’t need to continue looking to others for the answers.  With every fiber of your being you will know what is truth in your life.

Trusting in your self does not mean you are alone, for you are never alone.  At all times, you have with you Angels to assist you.  Some have been with you for eons of time.  Working in harmony with the Light of God, they know you at the deepest level of your soul.  It is comforting to know that you are always wrapped in their wings of pure love and cared for beyond your capacity to understand.

It is this link within the self that most people are seeking.  They hunger for knowledge of the love that is within them.  It is readily available through prayer and taking time to sit and breathe in light and love in a conscious manner.  So give your self the gift of sitting in light and love every day for five minutes.  It is a simple thing that will provide you with wondrous joy.

The Angels are ready now to lead you into the light of your true Self.  Create a conscious relationship with your Higher Power and find the joy you so desire to have. Ask for assistance from the Angels.  Begin to do this every day and miracles will surely occur, for miracles are your birthright and the natural state of your being.  Know that you deserve to have your life filled with Love, Joy and Miracles.  Learn to communicate within and trust in your own truth.  This is the way you will live to your fullest potential and fulfill your highest destiny on earth.

The relation between the physical and spiritual world
 

As I explained in previous messages there is a control system that is created within the spiritual world and manifested in the physical world. In the same manner what is created within the physical world has an effect on the spiritual world.

Many that are on earth right now have chosen a learning experience connected to the earth and your universe.

Learning experiences within your universe and upon other planets besides the earth.

This is true for most light workers as they have found the memories connected to other planets and life upon those planets.

The earth is the lowest frequency planet in your universe at this moment as it exists within a 3rd dimensional frequency. Life upon other planets exists within higher frequencies, some still physical, others beyond physical.

Many of you have been able to move beyond the physical frequencies upon other planets. At this time you chose to start that process from the lowest frequency possible.

One thing that you have to realize is that the spiritual world and the physical world exist within one place, all frequencies and dimensions exist within one place.

Once you leave the physical body you move into a spiritual energetic existence.

This can be in different dimensions, different frequencies.

Physicality was a creation of experience. It is a reality you created to experience the physical limitations, but more so you created it to see if you could move out of it again.

By moving out I mean bring in the reality that nothing is really physical, everything is energy.

Once you move into the incarnation cycle upon earth you chose the rules of incarnation and moving through the experience levels of earth.

This means that when the physical body dies, you move into the level that you have reached by what you have learned upon earth, this can be the 5th dimension or higher.

Each incarnation cycle you learn something and you move further upwards through the dimensions when you leave the physical body.

What this means is that you are still connected to the consciousness that is on earth only on different levels or different dimensional understanding.

The entire universe was created to experience and learn about all the different dimensions and frequencies.

This is why so many beings are involved in the process that is happening on earth. They all are part of this learning experience and most of them are looking forward to the ascension of the earth and many of you as this will bring in another level of understanding but also another level of dimensions that will become available as the ascension of the earth has an effect on the entire universe including all planets and beings within it.

It is the entire universe that will be ascending to a higher level once the earth ascends.

Your being in spirit is connected to source through many levels, dimensions or frequencies.

Some of you will be ascending completely out of this universe and the learning experiences within this universe.

These are the ones that are now working on Cosmic Ascension.

Others that have set their goal on the 5th dimension and some have set it higher will move into the 5th dimensional experience once the earth ascends.

This is not ascension out of physical incarnation at this time, as this only happens when you move at least beyond the 12th dimension.

Now many will say, what about the masters and other being that do come into the 5th dimension, they are not physical. This is true, but this is because they have ascended out of the physical incarnation cycle and are able to move back into the lower dimensional frequencies without having to take on a physical appearance.

Depending on their ascension they have either moved beyond this universe or they are still within this universe.

To move out of the cycle within this universe an ascension is needed that reaches all the way to their source being.

This is another explanation for ascension.

Ascension happens within you own being, you ascend upwards within your own being so to speak. Or as above so below, you bring in the higher dimensional parts of your being into the physical part.

Both are the same.

The ones that are connecting or ascending within will see a greater understanding of this universe, not just earth, and the ones that are connecting all the way up to source will see a greater understanding beyond this universe as well.

Human understanding is something that is different than what your spiritual being knows and understands. The greatest progress can be made when the human starts to understand they knowledge in a way your spiritual part understand.

This is why it is important to not just connect with those other parts of you in spirit but also bring in the parts as this is where the human will began to understand the reality from a spiritual point of view.

Your human part also has several spiritual parts as your human is in fact energy just like everything else. The human part is divided in many different so called spiritual bodies, like the mental body, the pain body etc.

The ego is part of the human, the ego is the part that was created to give the human some feedback in a way that the human would start thinking about what is happening, over time for many the ego has sort of taken over as many humans lost their way and are not always thinking for themselves but have taken on the thoughts of others.

The ego has been a survival mechanism at times as the human was feeling less and less secure of their surroundings in the physical world and needed something to tell them they are not bad, they are not less than others.

The ego has the ability to understand what is happening and will change over time as the human starts to change and begins to understand the spiritual knowledge from a spiritual point of view and starts thinking for him or herself again.

There is only one ego, there is no altered ego, other ego, and some might refer to the ego as altered as it has taken over more of the human thinking. This does not mean the ego is bad or negative, it is there to help the human and this is what it will do in what it thinks is the best way possible.

When humans start to think for themselves and explain to the ego what their goal is and what they would like to see happening, the ego will adjust to this, just like many other parts of the human will adjust.

This is all a play of bringing every part of you in alignment with your own divine plan. And maybe the overall divine plan that was set out to be accomplished by many of you.

The overall divine plan is not something that unfolds by itself, it can only unfold as you work on aligning yourself with this divine plan, meaning as you follow your own divine plan and start to live within that flow, the overall divine plan will start to unfold as well.

It still requires a will and determination and work for the human part to align itself with his or hers own divine plan and this can only be accomplished by finding out your own divine plan first and from there find out the overall divine plan.

Think for yourself, find the truth and become fully connected within where you can find the truth within each level of your being, the more you become connected within, the more you bring in those parts of you, the more truth and knowledge that will become available.

This is why we always speak of discernment with everything that is being told to you. There is no reason to take everything that is being told to you as the truth, as this would make you not think for yourself but again you would take over the thought and belief of others.

Each person has their own divine plan and part in the overall divine plan. But each person has a certain part in the overall divine plan and not all parts are the same.

The understanding and knowledge that is available on different levels within you will take you step by step to the unfolding of your own divine plan. And this can be different at times as it is a step by step guide to get you to a point of fully understanding, and this is based upon what the human mind is able to understand at different times of the process.

It is sort of like, at the first step you are convinced the earth is flat, the next step completely changes that view and you are convinced the earth is square, at the last step you find out that both views were wrong and the earth is in fact round.

This is why it is so important to keep an open mind and allow yourself to change the views you have as they will change each time you receive greater understanding.

Pride has its place in life and there is certainly nothing wrong with being proud of your achievements. In fact where some individuals are concerned it comes from the desire to be cleansed on all levels, as part of becoming more of the Light. Cleanliness and tidiness is a sign of a mindset that desires to present that person as looking to bring perfection into their life. It is caring about self and having respect for the temple that you call your body, which is your physical vehicle throughout life. Thought as always is a creative power, and as you envision yourself so you manifest what you want to be. When you begin to live in the Light you draw harmony and balance into your life, and it is part of your transition to a higher level of expression. However, it does not mean that those who carry no such aspirations are without spiritual understanding. Seeking upliftment is a stage that you go through when you do not feel at ease in the lower vibrations, and it will come to all in good time. You cannot really avoid it as the energies being beamed to Earth, are raising your level of consciousness higher than before. With it comes a desire for beauty and harmony in both a spiritual and physical sense

In the course of the changes coming to Earth, the mass consciousness will dramatically change and people will see what is around them in a different light. For example you will move into a preference for new designs particularly in building, and the traditional square shapes will give way to those that are circular. Materials used will be more natural, and you will advance to organic materials such as we normally use. Of course you do use natural materials, but you also cover large areas of the Mothers Earth’s surface with concrete, and it stops her from breathing. You will know already that we build our Spacecraft with organic materials, and they are programmed with levels of consciousness that makes them self-proficient. Visitors to our craft have noted how the crews can interact with them to a very high degree. Naturally when we can move amongst you, we shall share such knowledge with you so that your advancement will speed ahead.

 

There is much for you to learn that needs revising in light of the truth we shall bring. It is to be expected that some of your beliefs and theories are inaccurate, and what we shall do is enable you to make a quantum leap into the future. There is as you might say a lot of catching up to do, and also the development of many good ideas you have already been working on. Nanotechnology is one example of what you have seen as a desirable advancement, and it will come into being. It is unfortunate that so many advancements that could have benefited Mankind, have been deliberately hidden away to keep the status quo where profit is put before your well-being. Yet massive amounts of your money have been invested in new technologies for military power. While these policies are followed, you are clearly not going to see peace come to your world. However, that is soon to all change and the war machine will grind to a halt and be dismantled. We shall bring you peace andensure that all weaponry is neutralized by our higher technologies. We are coming not to perpetuate the old life style, but introduce you to an easier and more satisfying way that will restore your sovereignty. You are to become free to have more time to follow your own pursuits, and the drudgery of life will be removed and replaced with more acceptable conditions that allow time for it.

 

The changes are lined up and in a well advanced state, that means once we can commence events will move forward quite quickly to say the least. You can sense that the dark Ones are losing their grip on you, and as they do so they will be unable to re-claim lost ground. We are blocking any moves they may make to establish any major threat, having already averted the potential of a serious incident. We are here to lead you on to a successful conclusion in your quest for Ascension. That result is beyond doubt and is already written in the annals of time. You may therefore set your sights fully upon ascending, and the plan is being supported by many Councils and individuals who are also helping you go forward. You would undoubtedly be surprised if you knew how many of them were with you at this time.

 

There are times when you feel that you need extra support, and in such instances it is as well to remember that you can contact your Higher Self. We often mention about allowing time for yourself and this is one of those occasions. If you have the names of your Guides then use them to make a contact, and if you have attached yourself to one of the great Angelic Beings such as Archangel Michael even better. Your prayers or petitions will be heard, and the answers may come in unexpected ways, such as through another source. You are indeed never alone, and in your times of need your Guides draw closer to you and welcome contact with you.

 

The Solar Cycle draws to a close and we the Galactic Federation are with you to experience the final days. This time unlike Atlantis you have avoided destroying yourselves, and rightly deserve the opportunity of Ascension. In its time Atlantis was a great spiritual civilization, but then the darkness descended upon them and they spiraled out of control down the path to oblivion. So many of you now on Earth were there in its demise, and subconsciously you still carry memories of that time. It is why perhaps you have felt fear at the possibility of another collapse leading to extinction. However, the signs are positive and as we mentioned, you are picking it up and it is helping you overcome your doubts. There are however a number of different predictions for the end times, and if you find that confusing rely on your intuitive feelings.

 

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and can tell you that the picture will be come clearer before much longer, and we as much as you are pressing onwards to hasten the final showdown with the dark Ones. Victory is already with the Light, but the final days need to be enacted out for the sake of every soul on Earth. Our love is accompanying you all of the way, and we want this time to be remembered as a successful turning point in your evolution. The fact that it is not just the end of a Solar Cycle, but one affecting the complete Universe makes it all the more important to you, and indeed also to us.

The warmest and deepest of loving blessings extends from my soul to all of creation on the Earth. My fondness and devotion for the Earth and its humanity is abundant and pours forth with tremendous intensity.

I am Lady Mary, also known as Mother Mary, Archangel Mary and the Virgin Mary. I am currently acting as overseer of the energy of joy and soul exploration of a blue green colour named the ninth ray of the Creator’s soul. It is the energy of joy that I adore placing or activating from within the hearts of humanity; my sacred friends on the Earth. It is through the energy, experience and embodiment of joy that we can connect on a deeper level with the light and sacred guidance of the Creator, manifesting ourselves as a truth that is immensely pure. It doesn’t matter how joy develops whether it manifests through physical or spiritual experiences, it is the presence of joy that is essential, with a true energy of joy bubbling from within you. Change is so prominent on the Earth now as many are achieving and devoting their time to their ascension, discovery of their soul and unity with the Creator. Alterations are occurring in the energy, atmosphere and structure of the Earth, within the bodies, emotions and minds of humanity and even within the collective consciousness of humanity on numerous levels. Such changes can create a feeling of insecurity, suffering and confusion; it is important to dissolve these before they become too powerful and anchor into the lives of many permanently.

Place or imagine that your hands are cupped before you and ask your soul to create a special seed of light, letting it fall into the protection of your cupped hands.
