A message from Mother Mary

You are all moving into a time of rapid change and I just wanted to share a few words of encouragement so that this does not catch you off guard.

A download of light energy and light codes has been happening,accelerated around the time of your solstice. This has been affecting many of you in different ways, the most noticeable for many has been highs and lows of emotional energy. Many have been shifting rapidly between extremes with no real reason that you know of. You may cry at the slightest thing and be really upset and then quickly shift into feeling so happy you think you may burst.

This is a result of the light energy waves that pull many of you along in an emotional way, through ups and downs. For each of you this experience will be different depending on how ready your physical body is to handle this type of light energy wave.

I want to assure you that nothing is wrong with any of you. Everything is right, in fact it is perfect for this time in your evolution. Indeed from our perspective, most of you are actually ahead of schedule in your spiritual progressing that you designed for yourself.

Now for a sort of warning for so many of you. Be prepared for all that is not light to be coming to the surface and into your awareness for healing. This is a supreme wake up call happening across your planet to shake up your complacency and move you into action. It is important that you get all of the crap so to speak out of the way and get on with what you really came here to do. Your soul work is needed NOW, thus the somewhat urgent wake up call.

What will happen for many of you is that seemingly out of the blue an issue will surface. You will most likely feel this as a very strong uncomfortable feeling in reaction to something another says or does or a situation in the world. This is the wake up call, that strong uncomfortable feeling. This is a clue that there is something within you that is ready to be healed.

For those of you that work with me directly in any capacity, know that I am not fooling around at this time. You have been sent subtle clues of the healing that needs to happen and if you have been ignoring them, you will be getting a very strong and firm wake up call. This may come as a message from a being in spirit, or may be triggered by events in your life. And, if you don't hear the call the first time, be assured that it will be repeated in a louder and bigger way so that we indeed get your attention.

Some will perceive this to be a punishment of some sort or unfair in some way. That is not the intention nor has spirit any intention to cause harm to anyone. We just want you to be aware of what is happening inside of you that you are not always consciously aware of. Sometimes it is necessary for you to feel pain which is the greatest motivator for you humans to take action. You so much want to be free of pain and these wake up calls are an opportunity for you to move fully into the glory and brilliance of who you really are.

And know also that you planned these wake up calls for yourself before you came here on the planet. You knew in a general way what you were coming to do and what issues you would be dealing with . This is your life lesson and life purpose. This is part of your plan for your soul in this incarnation.

You made sure that we would assist with setting the alarm clock to go off at a certain time if you fell asleep, which many of you have done. We are just assisting with helping create the situations for the alarm clock to go off. And if you ignore it the first time it rings, there is another and another ring until you do wake up.

All of you reading this and all of you who attend the live sessions that we do in Kingston are high spiritual beings who have particular work that you came here to do and now is the time to do it. You will begin to see so much more resources to help you identify why you are here and what you are to do, again your life lesson and life purpose. We are rapidly training individuals to do this work so that you are prepared to start your mission helping the planet transition smoothly into the 5th dimension.

I am available to work with all of you at any time, all you need to do is ask and I will be there with you to guide you through this process for it may be a challenge for those of you who have experienced great pain in their lives. It is time to bring all that is not light to the surface so that it may be cleansed and released to reveal the brilliance of who you are.

We are here to support you and guide you. Some may feel the need to reach out to other people to help them in this transition and individuals are being trained and prepared to do this work with you. Just let us know that you are ready to let go of the past and live in your brilliance and we will guide you in the perfect direction.

And a reminder that this process of being woken up is done with the intention to do no harm, but with the intention to bring you to a place of peace and joy beyond your current understanding. It is just time to stop sleeping and wake up to a new world of possibility and purpose.

An important step to becoming an architect rather than a slave of physical reality is to undertake a journey to find where your present moment is leading you. An excellent way to gain clarity of your current path is to travel time to visit your last day on earth.

One of the most profound moments of your life takes place in future time, as a future “you” goes about the business of "closing up shop" at the end of your earthly life. It is a misunderstanding to view such journeys to the future as distractions, for the journey toward oneness is not a linear affair. Rather, it takes place inside many timeframes at once – past, present and future. Moments are never compartmentalized and separate; they exist as one continuous flow.

Your Mastery Self and the Journey toward Ascension

In this way, the version of you who exists on your last day on earth is directly related to your present moment. You might say this future you is your creation; it is the seed you are planting now. It is just as accurate to say you are the creation of this future self. The vibration and essence of your mastery self for this lifetime determines the landscape for your field of possibilities throughout your life. As you awaken and begin to travel time to visit your future self, you gain greater access to its wisdom and knowing. The “you” that exists on your last day on earth is your mastery self for this lifetime. It is the culmination of all your earthly experiences this time around. Ascension occurs when your mastery selves from all your lifetimes unite as one.

The feedback your last day on earth can provide is invaluable in that it offers a unique window into how your present choices and creations will unfold over time. If there is something you would like to change or expand, you can choose to alter the course of your present moment.

Your Last Day on Earth is Accessible Now

You have likely at some point visited your last day on earth in your thoughts and feelings. When your thoughts turned to this day, it may have seemed the inevitable province of a distant and inaccessible time. Yet this future version of yourself is accessible to your present consciousness.

In your mind’s eye, see this future self as it comes into the knowing that your earthly life is nearly complete. Imagine the thoughts and emotions you experience inside the knowledge that there is nothing more to be done. In this future time, most of what you consider to be the great moments of your life have come and gone. That is, except for this last, glorious transition into the light.

The Last Moments of Your Present Lifetime

If you have lived your life in alignment with your spiritual purpose, you will most likely choose to spend these last moments in a joyful communion with those you love, celebrating the completion of your earthly mission and anticipating the next step in your spiritual evolution. Rebirth is the certain outcome of death just as death is the certain outcome of rebirth. There are many in your world that do not pass over in a state of celebration and joy. This is often the case where the life was not lived in alignment with spirit. Sadly, we must describe for you what takes place in this circumstance in the hope you will understand the likely outcome of a life lived with a primary focus in physical reality.

The Last Moments of a Purely Physical Existence

At the end of a purely physical life, the conscious mind begins to generate messages of fear around the idea of passing over into a state of pure consciousness. This fear of the unknown causes the mind to grasp backward to what has been. There is a state of confusion as the mind, unable to embrace the approaching adventure into the vast expanse of spirit, reaches back into the safe refuge of the past. This is where an even greater confusion arises, for as the vast expanse of your spirit approaches, the entire mind is filled with a great light that illuminates all the days of the life. Suddenly, the conscious mind perceives what has been the earthly life in the light of the higher self. If the life has not been lived in alignment with spiritual purpose, all the areas of misalignment become obvious.

These last moments may only represent a second on the earth plane, but they are agonizing years to the being that abruptly awakens to missed synchronicities and missed opportunities for love, healing and joy. Also obvious are the many dead-end pursuits undertaken in avoidance and denial of one’s spiritual purpose. It becomes easy to see the ways one has not believed in one's self. The attention will be drawn to those moments when there were opportunities to proceed along the spiritual path, but the ego refused to invest time and resources in the "unseen" possibilities of spiritual evolution.

Stepping Outside a Physical-Based Consciousness

It is in this way that many earthly lives are ended inside a space of loss and regret. It does not have to be this way. You can choose to step outside the confines of a physical-based consciousness and visit your last day on earth to learn the ending you are now creating. This is similar to the novelist who completes a first draft, then looks back with great insight and vision into the mind space that has been traversed. With this insight, the final installment informs the story’s beginning. The writer then revises the story and makes changes aligned with a more wholistic vision for the work. This is how most great works of art are created: they are collaborations of many different aspects of one’s self at different levels on many different days. It is in this way that you can travel through time to view the life story you are currently creating. With the ending firmly in mind, you can look back over your life with eyes that have witnessed the thoughts and feelings of your last day on earth and see all those areas you would "revise." When you return to the present moment, you can move forward, planting seeds in your garden of now that reflect the revised ending for your story of this earthly life.

Visiting Your Last Day on Earth

To visit your last day on earth, set the intention to travel in consciousness. Enter a meditative space through breathing and relaxation. Once inside this space, allow yourself to connect with the mind of this future self in the seconds before you pass over. It is inside this moment that the light of spirit floods in. You may have heard it said that just before you leave your earthly life, your entire life passes before your eyes. This is describing the moment that your earthly and higher consciousnesses unite and you are able to see your life from this all-knowing perspective. In a single flash, all that has been appears before you. You are able to see your life through the eyes of spirit. In this moment, you are able to see all those areas you would like to transform while there is still time to make changes and “revisions.” Uniting with your higher self now will help ensure your last day on earth is a joyful one spent in celebration and anticipation.

Seeing through the Eyes of Your Future Self

Allow your present self to see your life through the eyes of this future self about to pass over as it merges with the great illuminating light of spirit. Let yourself see all the places where you are in avoidance and denial, as well as the places where you lack compassion, empathy and loving kindness. Allow yourself to see the ways your life could be more aligned with spirit. Allow yourself to see the moments where you could be more courageous, more willing to step into the unknown and fulfill your spiritual purpose.

As you return to your present-moment consciousness, you will begin to put this knowledge to use, making changes in your life to create the revised ending.

Over time, you can choose to visit your last day on earth many times to view the ending you are currently creating. In this way, you learn to live your life backwards, allowing the ending of your story to inform the present moment. It is always your present moment that holds the power to transform your life in the shape of your highest vision - past, present and future.

I am aware of Anti-Creation energy, what it feels like, sounds like, tastes like... How my body senses it. It is a clenching, a holding that stifles Creation. When I walk outside or sit here as I write, I have an overwhelming wonder of it all. I am present with the energy of Creation and my body, mind and spirit align to joy and miraculous happenings. There is only the One. All comes from the One and All returns to the One. In Beauty I walk with Creation, harmonious, balanced and free. 

I release all affiliations to beings, entities, gods and goddesses, traditions and religions... all things created by the mind of man that go against Creation. I release all connections to thoughts, words and actions that are other than Love and Kindness. I let it all go, and turn myself over to the Original Creator of All That Is. I am being shown all the times, throughout all lifetimes where I turned myself over to something other than Creator and it is time to release those attachments. They no longer serve my highest and best good, perhaps never serving my highest and best good, but no matter I release them all. I am here and now and I can see the Truth.

I am the Light of this Body,
The Universal One,
Beyond the Mind, 
I am a complete Radiant Being.

What did Creator intend and what are we here to do that we couldn’t do in etheric form? Why are we having the experiences that we are? Why is there so much Fear and Loathing in the World today and why is it mongered to the masses in steady streams? Why are the masses presented with such Anti-Creation energy through all the media outlets throughout the World? Why do most blindly accept this to be the true reality?

Love and Kindness is the energy of Creation. When I stand with the energy of the morning and tune my senses beyond the mind, I come to see the Love all around in Nature. It has been asked before... Do the Winged People, the Four-Legged People, the Tree People, the Stone People... Does Nature abhor Creation as Human has come to? Why have we as a species, for the most part, come to press our illusion upon Creation itself? Taking from our Mother Earth more than we need, yet there is so much suffering in the World today. There are so many that perceivably are living in lack... To be sure there is much that Humanity on the whole supports that goes against Creation. 

Yet, as I sit here with the window open I hear the birds singing joyously to the rays of the Sun. They are singing Creation songs in earnest, just for the sake of celebration. There is joy in their hearts... I watched the other day as a little bird was playing on my car. That beautiful little bird was hopping back and forth between the lower rim of my side mirror and the top... As I watched, in wonder this little creation seemed to be looking in the mirror... and singing. Back and forth, back and forth. Catching a glimpse of itself each time it perched on the lower rim, then falling away from it’s precarious perch to take the short flight to the top, then back again. 

It did this on the drivers side, then flew over to the passenger side and continued this action. As though this little bird, content and joyous, was celebrating its perfect reflection of Creator through it’s actions. At that moment, back and forth on the mirror, seeing its perfect reflection of Creators Loving intent it sang. A beautiful and unique song of Love, this little bird sang and it filled my heart with joy and brought a smile to my face.

When I look in the mirror, this is what I want to see. The reflection is Creation itself. When I look around me I see Creation and I sing. Creation is life, empowering and nurturing this energy is the vibration of Love, the vibration of the Universe. I allow this frequency to permeate all aspects of my being, my life, my experiences. I allow this vibration to flow through me and to work through me as Creator intended. I share Love and Kindness... Love is all there is... Look behind anything and what do you find? Love. 

Love is the energy and vibration of the Universe... Love is the Source of all Creation.

Love is the spark within that ignites the cleansing fire of purification. Love allows all to be equal, free and responsible. Love endures... Love breaks down the barriers placed by fear, embracing wholeness it seeks peace and unity. 

I feel as though I am being drawn back to something... coming home I rejoice!

Each cycle has its own theme; its own guidelines, its own rules by which the collective human experience is mapped. Simply put there are some base guidelines for operating in this system. The questions is, are we confined to the motion of this wheel; are we tied to the movement and the conditions of this wheel; this blueprint. No! However it is an essential guideline for the navigation of the dreaming human; it is an integral part of the game. It is a fundamental technology set in place for the navigation of the entire human experience.

We speak of ancient engineers and architects but never do we speak of programmers. As humans we fear the thought of a drop in the “value” principles which we have placed on ourselves as humans. The thought of accepting the realization that we operate in these uniquely engineered vehicles scares most as there is that sense of losing value. To become aware of such truths will actually open one up to the “observer” that you are, as you are only driven around in your body/vehicle.

There is a great technology at work and it is from this technology that we build our computers and our machineries. We speak of the Mayan Calendar and the calculations done by indigenous groups on the planet including the Sumerians and the Dogons, they speak of cycles. They speak of Gods, they speak of those from the Sky, but what and who are these forces that seem to enter this virtual world? Yes our virtual reality. How is the “space” called reality truly being run, what is the cosmic technology behind it. Do you want to know or are you simply satisfied with the fact that you were engineered by another set of beings? What is it that was engineered, was it simply the vehicle/body?

Most certainly…as consciousness cannot be engineered however the mind connected with the vesicle can be overshadowed or blocked due to the design of the vehicle/body. One might say well if it is only the body that has been engineered then why can’t I simply jump into a greater awareness? Well there is difficulty as humans have convinced themselves that they are completely their body. So all that is accessed is the programming of the body which is genius in terms of the extensive data that it holds and from which it runs itself.  

The body is then wired into the cycles which produce the concept we view as “linear time”. How is time “generated” in this turning wheel? An essential question that should be asked by those who are ready to step outside of their human programming for just a moment so that you can see more of the intricacies of this dream world you are in. Amazing, amazing, amazing! Scientists and others will tell you that you can’t see it but

I am here to tell you that you can see it once you can step outside of your program, not just your individual program but the collective human program. I will say this to you the current program being offered by this unfolding cycle is one of the “group mind” concept disguised as the “enlightenment” idea of merging into “oneness”. There is oneness always but not necessarily a complete integration which would set aside the individualized aspect of core consciousness. This individualized aspect as imagined by core consciousness is essential in the movement of its imagination through all of its potentials.

Now will there be some who will participate in this Borg consciousness? Most definitely! Remember that the potentials and possibilities are endless. You are part of a vast imagination machine. Is your fate sealed to move in this direction? No! Each of us is the face of “core consciousness”, we are each paradoxically core consciousness. Many would have you sign on for the “no choice” rule. Choice however is an intricate science as all choices being made by the dreaming human is tied to a vast stream of inherited codes and programs from which we each operate. This exceeds time and space as we know it to be.

The idea of being an awakened being requires so much more than the illusion by which many so termed “conscious people” are willing to explore. Well you might say, Sonia do you consider yourself to be an awakened being…well I will say this, I have discovered great many truths and continue to discover and awaken to knowledge that reminds me of just how deeply we have fallen asleep and that there is no room for complacency in my growth. Your journey and your desires may not be the same as mine and that’s ok. You are not running out of time no matter what anyone tells you. Neither do you need to spend your time trying to save the planet and chant for peace. Those are all external approaches and as always the greatest gift that you can give to this game is to focus on your own realization and your own awakening to yourself…you represent the whole! But should you desire to experience the game from that perspective you are of course welcome to that experience. You are here to enjoy yourself in whatever way unfolds in your mind…all levels of emotions. You don’t have to be anything for anyone!  

This upcoming cycle will bring new health issues as this programming is part of the cyclic theme unfolding. This has been in the making…an insert into the minds or the wiring of humans for the past few years. The health care bill is simply a code that will impact the entire planet as all nations will review their health care policies. This involves all people; those practicing alternative health and those practicing conventional medicine. There will be battle between the two minds and those in the alternative health consciousness will not realize that they too are part of the game. There is fear of germs, viruses, nihi and so many more new health scares that will be in store for the human mind. Many people will be distracted and become obsessed with staying healthy; we will argue over raw food or vegetarian, fruitarian or pescaterian…oh this is going to be funny! We are already doing this so this will be turned up a notch. We are a gullible group but don’t beat yourself up, this is all part of the dance. I have played it too and am recovering from it.  

Learn to do whatever it is you do simply because you want to not based on an over abundance of fear otherwise you will create more of what you don’t want.

Don’t set yourself up with New Year’s resolutions and then feel like a failure when you are not able to comply. Remember that 2010 can be different. You can utilize the programming associated with this cycle and begin a transition beyond the “linear time” programs designed for the human experience. 0 Point is not the final point contrary to what is “believed”. Let’s discover more in this fascinating expedition we call “reality”. Have a profound 2010! Much love to you all, my fellow explorer!
