Dear Ones,

Let us address what has happened and what is about to happen.

Even though you might not yet consciously be aware of the shifts, you
have shifted your cellular structure dramatically in the past six
months. The end result of that shifting can only be a shift of your life
perceptions.

Perhaps you were raised in a community in which values and morals
were strongly adhered to. Those values allowed you to move in a number
of directions, but not in all directions. In a sense, those values were
borders on your life much as a frame is a border of a piece of art.

You knew what was expected of you and what the results would be if
you did not adhere to the values and morales of your community. Life was
easy – much as life in a prison or a nunnery is easy. The stringent
rules provided you with both a safety net and protection. And if you
chose to disobey those rules, you were also pretty certain of the

Damn they are fast! and smart too!

Following my own advice on the spider post this morning, I brought out a glass and cardboard to relocate a few nasty flies buzzing around my desk chair, driving me nuts. Well, not really, but enough to disturb my preferred state of mind…

But boy, had I forgotten how fast these suckers are… Dozens of attempts landed me nothing but empty glasses, but still it was no losing battle: the two flies in sight actually learned from their encounters with the nasty glass, and pretty soon figured out just what area of the living room was supposed to be off limits to them. They vacated the danger zone, so I could type this entry in peace…

Bashar on the Gulf Oil Spill

We’ve heard a lot about it already, but I figured Bashar’s take on things might be refreshing.

Only last week, thinking about it during meditation I figured we might be able to transmute the oil into C60 buckyballs, since it’s all carbon anyway.And C60 are stable, non-reacting spherical molecules. I’m not aware of any chemical process that can do this, but I’m pretty convinced mind over matter might do it. Anybody game for a globally distributed group transformation exercise?

Last week I shared an exercise you can use when you get your
buttons pushed (or to re-center yourself when you feel off track). You
can find it here. This week I want to focus on the last part of
the exercise – the final sentence stem to be completed:

The best
actions for me to take to get back in alignment with my Highest Self
are…

The ideas generated by this sentence stem are the most
important of all. Think about it. When you know exactly (and
specifically) what you need to do to return to a productive and healthy
state of mind, you increase your chances of behaving in self-affirming
ways. When this happens, life gets better – quickly. You eat better; you
make nourishing rest a priority; you become truthful in your
relationships; you feel confident enough to ask directly for what you
want or need; and you create a state of balance in your life that

The Final Stages of Grounding: life thru new eyes

The Gift of Grounding

Since the last update, we are definitely still grounding, grounding,
grounding. Ouch.

We are basically being drilled into the earth…hence all the
unbelievable leg, back & neck pains… while experiencing earth
activations and the opening of major chakras and higher octaves of
universal intelligence…all of which is providing us with the option to
openly reveal our true nature as fully integrated beings of love.

… Read the restRoughly speaking, in the space of time provided for the finalization of
these major activations, many of us will be presented with swift and
grand opportunities to align with our next level creations and share our
gifts and expertise with the world.

In the mere moments ahead… mainly the time cycle that is presenting
itself through the remainder of this sacred season of completion (from
the equinox until the summer solstice)…those with contracts to serve
the higher good in physical ways are quickening and beginning to put
their newly acquired universal intelligence into tangible form.

From this perspective, those who have had limited access to the earthly
dimensions, the grounded energies and applications needed to live a
fulfilling life, will be once again in the throes of great earthly
support and forward movement.

Barefoot in the Garden – Cindy McAsey

Hi Cindy,

I’m not sure here, so just to check: did you send me
this story so I could redistribute it? Because even though it is addressed at a
mail address which no one knows is related to me, and my mail program flags it
as junk mail, it is absolutely the kind of story I could use on my weblog. But
I’ve just learned that all these mechanisms like spam, viruses, scams, etc. are
just that: mechanisms to get the word out.

So yes, I’ll gladly post it, and it bears no copyrigh or
anything, so I safely could right? Also it is in a private E-mail to myself, so
I can safely quote since you didn’t tell me it requires restriction…..

But just know I saw through the ‘scam’: I never
subscribed to veremail from admin@nothere.nl simply because at that
moment, I did not own the domain nothere.nl! But thanks for the very
appropriate confirmation that I’m on the right track.

Day 4 – Reclaim your Body Temple

Today we begin… Right here and now, we take total personal responsibility and cancel contracts, etc. We breathe and find our center. We meditate. With these simple steps we have opened a doorway to reclaim our minds. The past two days experiences have given a glimpse of what can be achieved with daily practice. As we progress, weave the previous days experiences into more intricate patterns during your day. Catch yourself as you commute to work. Someone challenges you on the road, send Love. Breathe consciously for a few minutes for every hour worked. Bring these new awarenesses into your life. We have started to reclaim our mind and now we begin to support our bodies.

What do you eat? Do you know where it comes from? Do you know what it is made of? Can you pronounce all the ingredients? Do you look at the ingredients? Are you completely aware of the food and beverages you ingest on a daily basis? Are you conscious in this area of your life? Is your food prepared in a Loving manner?

Questions Re: the “Higher” Self

Following is an
edited transcription of a Melora session in which both my and
a friend’s questions about our relationship with our respective
Higher Selves are answered. It is clear that even if we don’t/can’t
sense Higher Beings, it doesn’t mean that they are NOT there!
So it is with our Higher Self. By including more personal aspects
of this session, I am letting readers and clients know that I
undergo my own spiritual struggles from time to time. What Melora
refers to at the end of the article is that since I had not worked
with Melora directly for almost two years, I wasn’t at all sure
she would "be there" for me for this session. Right
before we began, I felt the old, familiar Melora energy very
strongly, and then I knew we would have a powerful session.
