Channeler: William LePar - The Council

In this short quote from William LePar's spiritual source, The Council, they give some insight into what happens within the brain of someone who is about to have a psychic experience. Questioner: In Trance #12 you state that "psychic abilities are mere mechanical actions of the body." Can you explain how this is a mere physical action? What's the triggering device, etc.?

The quote is, "The psychic ability of an individual is a mere mechanical action of the body as is being discovered presently." And we wanted to know can you explain how this is a mere physical action and what is the triggering device, etc.?

The Council: The bringing into play of the psychic ability is brought about through, shall we say, what is called a short-circuiting of the two lobes of the brain. This is a physical action. If those that have the ability to investigate such things were to attempt to search this out they would begin to see this is a happening that is consistent. Now the short-circuiting which is the mechanical function is brought about not by the physical itself but is brought about by the attitude that is instigated. So then the triggering is nothing but being a physical action that is in reference to the short-circuiting of the right and left lobe of the brain. This short-circuiting is initiated by the attitude of the entity in question or the entity that wishes to manifest the psychic abilities. If one could truly understand the process involved, if one could truly explain it in words that would be understandable, if one would truly try to think out a psychic experience, what one would discover would be a, quick flash of the desire to do something psychically. Then there would be the short-circuiting of the two lobes of the brain that would then attune and sensitize the physical for reception. And if one could be so sensitive as to follow this whole process, there would be an instantaneous thought which would trigger the short-circuiting which would become apparent through a, shall we say, snap in the head or an intense expansion feeling and then the information would begin to flow.

Questioner: But why can't everyone do this? I've wanted and tried and nothing ever happens.

The Council: Some have chosen not to really use these natural abilities of the soul. And just because you physically feel that you want to do this, does not necessarily mean that deep within your soul you want to.

As you are fond of saying "things are hotting up" and the signs are there for all to see. The old paradigm is breaking up before your very eyes, and those still trying to maintain it are in fear of the consequences. People power is showing up all over the world, and growing stronger all of the time. It is not just a passing phase but one built upon the intent to bring change in, and force out that which no longer serves your needs. It is working because it is carried forward by the immense Light being attracted to Earth. Your time has come Dear Ones, when your visions of the new are rapidly manifesting, and already exist in the higher dimensions. It remains only for the Light levels to rise a little further and nothing can delay or stop the changes. With the expected energy surge with the coming of 11.11.11 there will definitely be an upliftment, and it remains to be seen how far it goes.

 

What is happening in your world is causing confusion, because it threatens to seriously disrupt peoples lives. Yet those of you who know it is necessary to sweep away the old, are able to be a balancing energy to avoid utter chaos. You are needed more than ever and indeed many of you came to the Earth for that very purpose. Lightworkers all have their own roles to fulfill and should by now be aware as to what they are. Some are simply to be beacons of Light, whilst others are healers, or active for causes that spread the Light. If you have not yet found your vocation, spread love and joy wherever you go and help lift people up. Beyond that be assured that once the plan for your future is revealed, many opportunities to serve will come up.

 

Time continues to speed up and it is unbelievable to many that you are nearing the close of this year already. That is of course welcome as the next two months are going to be quite exceptional. Something that would not be noticed yet, is because of the higher vibrations the aging process is slowing down. Eventually it will stop, and once you have crystalline cells the whole process can be reversed through the power of thought. The new cells will have a greater degree of consciousness than previously, and re-act to thought more quickly. Already in your Astral levels that souls pass on to after death, they have sufficient power to present themselves to you as they wish to be seen. This is clearly useful when newly arriving souls meet with others who passed over many, many years before them. In this respect when you ascend you are not really going to experience something that is completely new to you.

 

Many things that you are used to now will no longer apply once you ascend, and perhaps the most far reaching will be where food is concerned. No longer will great tracts of land be used for farming, and at one stage food replicators will be used until you can "think" into being whatever you require. There will be no necessity to rape or violate the Earth for the production of food or for fossil fuels. It will be restored to its original pristine condition and you will become the Guardians of the Earth. Neither will it be a dumping ground for all of your waste, as whatever is not used will be treated or changed to serve other purposes. Pollution will be unheard of as no processes will produce any.

 

Bit by bit, you are learning about the new Earth, and how it will change your lives. You will realize that your old ways were rather crude, and not helped by the drive for profit. In the future all will have everything they need and money will not come into it. You will all work with one another, for the good of all, and no soul will carry the lower vibrations as they cannot exist in the higher realms. So the mentality and desire to profit by taking from others, will not exist at those levels of consciousness. In your industrial and mechanized age noise is clearly a real problem, leading to illness through stress. That again will not be a problem in the higher dimension, as production where necessary will involve totally different methods that are noiseless. Much will be "thought" into being and sometimes involve groups of people, whose combined power will be so much greater.

 

Anything that you are called upon to do at this time will be so worthwhile, when you reflect on the wonders that await you in the future. We mainly address those of you who are dedicated to Ascension, but as we have mentioned previously not everyone of a higher vibration desires to ascend. Some of you will be identified by your Space family, and find that you arranged to return with them to your home planet after your Earth journey was completed. Many different civilizations are waiting to benefit from your experiences, such are the magnificent achievements that you have made. Perhaps now you will understand why you are so important them, as not very soul will have entered duality or has necessarily desired to do so. You are indeed extra special souls with so much to offer to others.

 

As the cycle closes, remember that you have all played out lives on both sides of duality, and they are seen as necessary experiences to enable you to balance both energies. You may have succeeded now, but do not allow your achievement to cloud your mind against the dark Ones. Have compassion, and bear in mind that they are still sparks of the Light and Love, and can fully make their way back to the Light. In fact because they have dropped lower than many other souls, they will in time make great Light Carriers. You cannot know their karma so make allowances for their roles in your present period of history.

 

Whilst you are not punished for your "sins" you do make reparations so that you fully understand the effect of them on other souls. This can be very deep and heart wrenching, but it is the only way to learn your lessons. You have all to some degree had such experiences, so now you can understand why it is essential you are non-judgmental where other souls are concerned. Do your best to be forgiving if you have been personally hurt, and please do not harbor the energies of hate as they will eat into your body and cause you illness. They will also hold you back from progressing, as you cannot take them with you into the higher dimensions.

Today´s missive will be a rather interesting discussion on how you will perceive these upcoming changes, as there will indeed be many ways to handle what´s in store for you all. Let us explain. The human mind is a very malleable one, and as such it has been easy to restrict your views as it were. In other words, you have all had a sort of shield in your heads that have kept you from seeing the entirety of creation that surrounds you. You have in many ways been blind to the world, but as we have told you now the scales will fall away and you will finally see for yourselves just what a miracle you are part of. But do not think that this will change everyones´s lookout on the world, far from it. Remember, there will be many, many around you who actually will choose to keep their eyes closed to reality, and as such they will not be able to perceive what you are about to see. In other words, the population on this planet will in many aspects be split in two: those that embrace their new surroundings, and those that obstinately refuse to change their whole outlook on life. Remember, with seeing comes remembering, and also a realization that you have up until now been living in an illusion, and not everyone will be able to handle that. In stead, they will go into denial, and they will refuse to have anything to do with this new reality. That will be their choice, and there is nothing you can do to change their minds. In other words, it is entirely up to each and every one of you to decide if you would like to join the real world as it were, or if you will prefer to linger in the old and crumbling one. Make no mistake, those that choose the latter will have a hard time indeed, as they will continue to experience the darkest side of life in each and every aspect of their existence, and as such theirs will be a life filled with a mounting burden of fear. Whereas those of you who have chosen to step into the light, will finally find peace in your hearts and joy all around you. It might sound like a simple little fairytale from one your children´s books, but this is in plain fact what will happen. Either you choose to open your eyes to the dawn of the new day, or you choose to stay in permanent darkness where the fear resides.

And now the time has come to make that choice, not only for you, but for the rest of humanity as well. Time is running out on that old order, and if you do not decide to open your eyes to this truth now, you will not get a second chance. Time waits for no one, and as we said we will not take up stragglers or wait for those dragging their feet not able to make up their minds. And not choosing is also choosing, as then you will stay put just were you are. In other words, this is a process were you all play the main role, and as such, it is entirely up to each and every one of you how you will react in this upcoming period. Ascension is nothing you do by staying passive, it is a process were you and only you decide the outcome. Either you stay in fear, or you release the hold it has had on you for eons and eons, and remember that releasing something that has held you in it´s firm grip for such a long time actually creates the feeling of fear. Again, you must keep your minds clear, because as you have all been well trained to fear change more than anything, this process will engender much fear in so many of you. Never have anyone gone through such a life altering change as you are in the midst of now, and as such this process have already scared so many of your fellow traellers back into the dark corner from whence they came. Never forget, you are the bravest of the brave, and this final stretch of the metamorphosis into a totally new human being will entail such a vast amount of change it will stop many in their tracks and send them running in the opposite direction. We do not say this to create more fear, but in order to reassure you all that this reaction is indeed nothing but natural, and if you see it for what it is, namely the last vestige of your old ego and programming trying to hold you back, it might be esaier for you to break through that seemingly impenetrable wall of fear for the final time in this existence. Once you manage to do so, no fear can ever touch you again, and you will be able to hold on to the knowledge that you are in fact safely removed from the darkness that held you down in your former existence on this planet. We salute you all and wish you a safe journey, as you are to embark on this, the most important part of your journey towards the perpetual light.

The main theme for October 2011 is Turning Point.

The image is that of facing a well-known view, in fact a view you have become so accustomed to you hardly notice it anymore. And now you have just realized that you are turning away from this view 90 degrees to the right and leaving it completely behind in order to face a new view. Suddenly it dawns on you that the old view will be gone forever, never to be seen again in the same way. There is nostalgia around the permanence of the loss of this old view. It is familiar to you and it has served to inspire, entertain, give you feedback and be a placeholder in your life. You realize that once you turn towards the new view the old one is gone forever. And despite the inadequacies of the old view in matching a new time, there is a resistance to giving it up and turning towards the unknown. What if the new view isn't as good as the old one? What if you won't be able to see the new view? What if it is not a clear view, or an inspiring one? What if there is no new view?

The Turning Point can also be called the Point of No Return. When one season ends and another begins, as in moving from Summer to Fall, there is no going back. You have passed the point of no return. And as you move clockwise around the medicine wheel from one direction to the next, you are at a point of no return as you arrive at the new position or direction. The natural progression in moving forward is always clockwise or to your right. That is the way the clock works, the seasons roll, and wheels move forward. So we are at the point of turning clockwise into a new landscape providing us with a new view.

We have been creating this new view for a while now. We just have not turned our sights on it as yet. The new view has been waiting for our much-needed focus on it to come into being and we are just now at that point but some of us still unwilling to make the final turn. What we do not realize in our resistance is that the new view is fabulous, inspiring, supportive and perfect for where we need to go. However in order to see the new view we must turn away from the old one and turn towards the new one. This is happening whether you are choosing to or not. We are truly at the Turning Point right now.

Another image to work with is the idea of the Turning Point as the point at which there is enough energy moving in a certain direction to insure a result. If you have been ill and are recovering, there is turning point in your illness where you are insured a recovery. The same thing applies to an ending or a death. There is a certain turning point at which there is a certainty about the outcome. When a lot of energy is being put into building a business or starting a project, or cultivating a relationship, there is always a turning point at which it either takes off or you see that it won't work. This month you have the opportunity to experience turning points in many aspects of your life. Perhaps you have set certain intentions, and worked with them over time. This month you may get to experience a turning point in manifesting those intentions.

Other themes of the month are Transition/Transformation and Death/Rebirth.

Transition/Transformation and Death/Rebirth are similar in that they both use the turning point to move from one point to another. The main characteristic of this change as a turning point is that there is finality to the ending of one experience that automatically turns you towards another one. What is the experience of the Turning Point trying to teach us this month?

What we need to learn is to be more present so we can fully embrace what is in front of us and then let it go with gratitude for the experience it provided. We need to learn to be less attached so that we can turn away from the old view and toward the new one with less resistance. We also need to learn to be more trusting and confident that the view we are creating that we are turning toward is exactly what we want and need. We need to face this view with confidence, enthusiasm and excitement instead of with fear.

Many of you know that there is a marker at the end of this month that marks the official end of the Mayan Calendar, namely the date of October 28, 2011. There are many predictions about what may happen at this time. Some predict 3 days of darkness, some predict major earth changes, some predict that nothing significant will happen, and other predict that the changes will be mostly personal, emotional and psychological

October 28, 2011 is simply a marker as it is impossible to predict what the Turning Point will manifest. What we can predict is change and transition that brings us all beyond the point of no return.

How the month shows up:

YOU PERSONALLY

Use the month to get present. Use the month to fully take in your experiences with gratitude and use the month to fully release what you are turning away from. You may go through feelings of nostalgia, sadness and even some grief, much of it general and not really connected to anything. Nostalgia is in the air as we are turning towards a new view. See and experience everything with presence. Practice saying goodbye to what you know, and hello to the unknown view ahead. This is an incredible time where you can experience the turning point towards the positive in many areas you have put energy into. It is a good month for manifesting especially something you have been putting your focus into for a long time. You may also feel compelled to finally let go of what is holding you back from that new view. Make friends with death and the finality of its lessons.

A good exercise to do daily would be to face a literal view that you are familiar with and then to turn 90 degrees to your right, trying on the experience that you will never see the old view again. Take in the beauty and wonder of the new view and see its possibilities as positive and supportive. Do this as many times during the day wherever you are to practice the experience of the turning point.

RELATIONSHIPS

There are aspects of relationship this month that point to moving towards more balance of the masculine and the feminine. There is an underlying practicality to the times that will govern relationships as well as other things. Since we are in a time of increased relationship awareness, be aware of all your relationships, not only to other humans and animals, but also to nature, your thoughts, work, body, health, habits, dreams and intentions. Since this is a practical time, do what is practical. If it is to heal a relationship, heal it. If it is to eliminate one, eliminate it. If it is to transform one, do that. There is a soft ruthlessness that comes with compassion but also a sense of not being willing to put up with what does not serve. Watch when things want to become dramatic. This is not necessarily a dramatic month but one of persevering towards what you know is right. The opportunity is for stronger more balanced relationships to emerge as they move through their turning points. Be careful not to blame.

THE ENVIRONMENT

The environment is in a time of pulling into itself its energy and resources. You could say it is an internal time for the environment with not a whole lot showing up on the outside. However just as a large wave pulls energy into itself before crashing onto shore, the environment is in the process of pulling energy into itself biding time until the next show. There is no predicting how it may show up.

Mother nature is certainly not finished with its support of our process of transformation, evolution and change. Our lesson is to trust the process and see it as supportive instead of inconvenient. The best preparation is flexibility and the willingness to face the wave head on. Use the exercise of turning towards a new view with the environment in mind. It will help you to feel as a co creator instead of a victim.

HEALTH AND THE PHYSICAL BODY

Your health will use the turning point theme to either get better or to get worse. Which way it goes is entirely up to you and depends a lot on where you have been putting your energy in this area. It is not too late to make choices to improve our health and your relationship with the physical body however those choices cannot be ambivalent. The universe needs to see that you are serious. You must show a strong intention by being willing to turn away from the habits and thoughts that keep you from your optimal health.

This is a month when you could actually experience miracles and situations turning around almost overnight. Your beliefs will have much to do with this.

This is also a month where you may feel fatigued and need more rest. The pace of the last few months has left many of you feeling like you need a break. It is a good time to take care and nurture yourself.

Support the immune system and the adrenals.

FINANCE, PROJECTS, PARTNERSHIPS, BUSINESS

An excellent month to fine-tune what you want, where you are going, who with and how. The turning point here has much to do with letting go of any old judgments about what you have or have not accomplished and what you have or do not have to show in your life at the moment in terms of traditional success. Turn away from the old view of how you believe things ought to be done and be willing to open up to a new way of doing things. This may require a restructure of some sort but the outcome may be phenomenally successful. Some projects you have been steadily feeding with your intentions and hard work will reach a turning point and suddenly you will see your hard earned results.

POLITICS AND GLOBAL ISSUES

Some global issues will reach a turning point that you will be able to define as positive and some will pass a point of no return that signals their demise. This is true for individuals as well as policies and global issues that affect countries, states and regions. As we delve deeper into the awareness of how everything is related, it will become more and more obvious through the domino effects of decisions impacting all the countries of the world economically and in other ways. We are building towards more awareness even thought it will still take some time. Be ready for more startling events and scandals to be uncovered. Don't get caught up in the judgment and polarity these truths could bring. Accept wit compassion and forgiveness and keep turning towards a new view.

DATES AND TIME FRAMES

October 1-7: There is a quality of stillness to this time frame almost as a wave gathering its energy. It is a good time to reflect, to be aware, to practice staying present and to be fully in whatever experience you are having. This is more about being than it is about doing. Practice gratitude for everything and be aware of the impermanence of what you experience. Spend time in contemplation and be aware of your own process rather that be distracted by what others want or are doing. You can easily be derailed by chaos at this time. Setting up just right for the turning point requires being focused without distraction. Eliminate chaos whenever possible at this time.

October 8-15: Feel full, feel nostalgic, feel emotional, feel expanded, feel blessed, feel supported, feel inspired, feel excited. This can be a stable but higher centered time that is marked by the full moon on the 11th. Breathe deeply and turn any sadness, grief, disappointment, anxiety, worry or despair into the peace of letting go. Make friends with death as an ally to help you let go of the old view. Get excited about the possibilities the new view will bring. What if the new view is so wonderful you could never have imagined it?

October 11: Full Moon is at 8:06PM Mountain Daylight Time. A beautiful and practical time full of feeling, of love, of possibilities, of wonder, of friendship, support and delight. Use the turning point exercise to imprint yourself with the positive aspects of embracing the new view.

October 16-23: You will definitely experience the turning point during this time frame. It can either be a painful experience of letting go or a euphoric one of movement to a new paradigm. The veil of the physical realm is thin and you could have a lot of astral bleed through where you feel that you are dreaming in snippets while awake. This is a great time for meditation and spending time in conscious daydreams. Make sure to be proactive with your intentions during this time. This is also where you can begin to see your hard work paying off. Never cease to prune, get rid of, or eliminate those elements that need it. Just like toenails that are too long, they will trip you and limit your mobility after awhile.

October 24-31: This is a busy time energetically as the wave that was invisibly collecting power is now ready to explode onto the shore once more. If you are the wave, it is time to show up in your glory and creativity, proactively choosing a new view as you cross the point of no return. Many will need compassion during this time as they will feel lost, and possibly feel loss as well. Hold them in compassion without taking on their confusion. Trust in spirit and in the greater plan. The small mind has no idea what the new view looks like. The larger mind of spirit does. Your rudder in this turbulent ocean is your own anchor into your own intention, power and integrity. Be certain of your own turning point, face the new view and laugh out loud

October 26: New Moon is at 1:57PM Mountain Daylight Time. Do something to anchor something new. Honor the greater Turning Point of the collective. Celebrate the ending of something old and the beginning of something new!
