This is my first attempt at channeling anyone but my higher self. Actually, Metatron is one of my higher selves, so I'm not sure how that shakes out. Here goes:

I am Metatron. I wish to speak to you today about the aspect of love called hope. Many of you have been waiting patiently and hoping for the ascension to materialize into something tangible, scientifically verifiable, indisputable, and real in the common vernacular of the term. We tell you that there are various levels of reality, none of which are anything more than a subjective experience. However, there are also various levels of subjectivity, meaning certain subjective truths are collectively shared, whereas others are not. Often groups of people share realities which are not shared by the greater whole of humanity. Of course, there are groups within groups, and realities within realities, all of which share equal validity and serve the collective experience of freedom of choice by their very existence. Changing Perception of Realities

It was April 26th, 2012. My husband was driving us along the coast next to the ocean. We ‘d had a wonderful, relaxing trip and there was beautiful music on the radio. I went into a deep trance and received the below information. It was dark, so all I could do was write it down in bullets on my cell phone. This is what I got:

The edges of the 3D Matrix are crumbling
The in-between is growing stronger

The 2 outer strands of DNA are being muted
The 10 in-between strands are being amplified

The inner 10 DNA strands
Are merging with the outer 2 DNA strands

3% of our DNA is routed to the 2 outside strands
97% of our DNA is routed to the 10 inner strands

The 2 outer strands perceive the 3D world
The 10 inner strands perceive the multidimensional world

The outer 3D illusions are becoming weaker
The inner multidimensional perceptions are becoming stronger

Our inner reality is growing to encompass our outer world
Our inner and outer realities are becoming ONE

Our outer illusions are being replaced by our inner Truth
Our inner perceptions are becoming our true reality

Reveals the thousands of realities of our True SELF

Dimensions are energetic frequencies, and their existence is totally dependent upon the continued focus of those who are creating it. Realities, like energy, are not destroyed but simply changed. As you seek to create a new reality, do not see it as simply something over there being incorporated into your life but rather something in you that expresses outwardly into you environment.
 

Therefore, a reality shift is not an imposition by an external environment but rather the expression of an internal awareness. So as you seek changes in your life, remember to see that which you desire externally expressed and internally affirmed. That internal environment creates the frequency of thought that shifts your reality. So, when you hold your focus and make plans for the future, you affirm what you desire. You are shifting your inner reality and that is expressed externally.

Dear Arcturians, 

I wish to ask you about the blending of the two realities, the reality on the Starship and the reality on Earth. Whenever I visit the Ship, I become very reflective, almost sad, afterwards. If the day or time after a visit is very busy, then I am distracted from those feelings. However, if I have a quiet time, even if it is the day after, I am very tired, or lonely, maybe it’s is sad. Can you help me to understand this?

We have had similar questions from other grounded ones who visit their Home on the Starship. Returning to us is such a natural experience for them, and you, that when you return to your physical life you feel like something, or someone, is missing. The some one who is missing is your SELF. You miss the YOU who is no longer bound by the challenges, rules and polarities of the third dimension.

Expressing gratitude for the reality you are leaving helps you to release even the hint of a nuance that you are seeking to "run away from" the reality you are presently experiencing. Understand since you contain it all — each and every reality you have ever experienced – the idea that it is possible to "leave behind" any reality is illusory. If you are seeking to "get away from" a reality, you will carry thoughtforms about what you "don't want" into your new reality and begin re-creating them there.
