Here we are at the anniversary of a year ago, when the whole of a year lay between where you were and the beginning of the end, to many. How many and before which events are to take place before the extraterrestrial unveiling, how long until “soon” becomes “now”? You want to know. We are in your world now, unseen to many, and are amassing the thousands upon thousands of final details into a diamond-point fineness in infinite expressions of Hello. How long is not relevant. It simply is a matter of when the iron is hot to strike it. That time is afore ye now, and even though those who wield the hammer of power now are in the game of wiring for destruction, we are busy too. You understand that to give away the whole plan would not negate the outcome in favor of humanity’s eventual rise in realizing the truth of who they are? It would not thwart the eventual end of story insofar as your ability to tell your descendants that once you were merely human without access to divine memory and interaction, but it would thwart the optimal working of world tracks in creating a better reality sooner for more people. In the interest of you telling your cosmic tale sooner rather than later, in the interest of the most benefit not only to the individuals reading this but as well to the incalculably multitudinous affairs of which there can be no early dismissal but there can be the most opportune timing, for these reasons we share with you this framework of how to come to terms with the reality you are entering and not be out of balance without the presence of extraterrestrial intervention in front of your noses. It’s just a matter of time before the iron is red-hot. That is the moment of transformation for the world’s iron giant into a new bauble for the human consciousness to adore as a hard-won jewel of love’s inevitable triumph. Not before.

Great transitions have been sliding into place in the background of what you see in your world. It will not go without saying that there are mysteries coming to light, sounds coming from the distance, and long-held secrets seeping out from dark locked prisons of intelligence. You are just at the point of having at your disposal the international web of intrigue to unravel for yourselves, but even this is nothing compared to the truth in the bigger picture, where we are drawn in at the edges of the page. You have centralized the power to a point at which choice biological upgrading will make your abilities such that defeat for those who play the game of conquest is beyond question. There are some things you should know about the disadvantages you have been put at, and these are the things that are coming into your sphere of awareness to varying degrees, as you are able to understand them. Indeed, there are also advantages that you have up your sleeve, so to say, that are likewise going to be apparent not only to you but to the thugs and puppets in the centralized system of control. They too are undergoing transformation from within, and it is the love that you inherently harbor for the darkness within your hearts, the secret vindictiveness you hold for your own pain, that will let loose the victims of hatred’s education in the art of fear. You are in the position where you will be launched into the reality of another kind of love, another kind of understanding of human, and another experience of fearless integration with I AM. You don’t have anything to fear, and in a short span of interval-based understanding of time, you will be in the know about the kinds of things that the storybooks haven’t yet told you.


You have never yet realized the full potential of your own greatness, but that is something that you can experience. In truth, there is nothing holding you from it save your own belief that there is no hope. Hope is yours if the belief in it exists. Nothing can alter that without your consent. You have hope as soon as it becomes part of your life-generated obedient imagination. Does that mean that you should fool yourself into thinking things are okay and getting better, if the obvious observed reality is that everything makes the deepest part of you wrench in disgust? If you are seeing the world in front of you as a culmination of eons of manufactured hopeless divisions piling up on one another, crunching into the end of ages to become the end of the line for the human race, listen please: it’s not the way it seems, behind the scenes. There are factions at war for the human soul, it is true; for the truth is, this is the gold of empire. You are the bearers of the wealth of nations, worlds, and inner universal lineages of life. It is up to you to tell the trolls of the world to take their turn and be done, for the game is over and there are fun times ahead once they leave the field. How best to do such a daring thing? First, convince yourself that it is the truth for you, and share your truth with your soul. It is out of the regular lines of communication for many of you, but it is soon to be realized as the most reliable means of mass communication around. Practice now and get used to the higher-frequency, high-fidelity sound of soul ringing and the totally reliable network of interfaced nodes of inner light reflected into the reaches of space. Inner or outer, the end of space is the same. It’s there that the message comes through the clearest, and the receiver becomes the broadcaster in the harmonic matrix of I AM OM. Just dial “one” on your calling card for the soul and you’ll be instantly hooked up with your welcome committee and in the network of human communication’s next evolution. It is on the frequency network beyond the reaches of astral interference and demonic deception, outside of the realm of intrigue and the taint of power-hungry interlopers. It is the high-wire act that is out of this world, and it’s free, unlimited, available, and in touch with your reality. It’s the next best thing to being there, where your heart is, home.

My dear friends, we love you so very much.

In this year of 2012, more than ever before it is important to live your life from the inside out. As human beings you have been taught to handle the external affairs of your life first, and yet we would urge you each day, to sit and handle your internal state of affairs. Are you at peace? If not spend time in prayer, contemplation, or sitting on a patio and listening to the birds singing. Exercise, take a little walk, or breathe deeply. Peace is available at all times, whether your circumstances are peaceful or not.

It is not money in the bank, perfect relationships, perfect health or perfect circumstances that "give" you peace, dear ones. Rather you "find" peace more easily inside of yourselves when life is easier around you. Nonetheless, true, deep, and lasting peace comes from knowing that you are an eternal soul, that you will exist beyond death, that your life is an exercise in learning to love and that if you focus on being loving to self and others, then all your needs will be met, and all your hearts true desires brought to you in proper time. Can you trust this dear ones? If not yet, pray. Ask God to help you find the peace that surpasses all understanding. Ask to feel the love of God in your lives. If you feel but a tiny percentage of the love God has for you nothing would shake you from a place of internal peace. And in this reality, you will to attract circumstances that are by their very nature, reflecting that peace back unto you.

True joy is also found on the inside. And yet so many human beings are happy only when they get their way. Why put off your joy when you can find it anywhere, at any time. Truly it is easier to draw forth your natural joy when surrounded by easy circumstances, loving people, and all that you could ask for. But can you call forth love and joy while holding the hand of a dying parent, celebrating their life and their imminent return into a glorious reality? Can you share joy with another even when you have experienced deep loss, knowing that as surely as you have let go of so much, God can refill your life with blessings of even greater magnitude? Can you allow yourself to take in the breathtaking beauty of a sunset even when you do not yet know how your debts will be paid, how your child will be healed, how your heart can find a career that honors your spirit? Can you share a bit of joy with another even when you do not yet feel your life "gives" you joy so easily? For when you seek out joy, you are uncovering hidden treasures. When you draw forth the love within you and share it with another, you are allowing God to work through you, and dear ones, there is no greater joy than feeling the love of God flow to you, and through you to enliven and lighten the heart of another.

If you want your lives to work, bring forth the qualities you want from within rather than seeking them first in external solutions. If you want more money, draw forth an attitude of prosperity and gratitude. If you want more peace, pray and spend time in silence, or amidst beauty and ask it to rise up within you. If you want more love, be love.

You dear friends, have all you seek inside of you. Call it forth in this year of 2012 and live your life from the inside out. You can live God's way or you can continue to strive to live man's way, always seeking superficial solutions to your problems, and constantly finding you are chasing a moving target when it comes to love, joy, peace, and harmony in your lives. Our words are strong, dear friends, because the energy is strong upon your planet. Our words are loving because we know you are capable of truly bringing forth these beautiful qualities from within, thereby changing not only your internal state of affairs, but also, eventually drawing absolute miracles and wonders into your life.

Message From Ann

I had to laugh at the angel message today. I'm deep in throes of a lesson about finding peace from the inside out and trusting God knows what He is doing with my life. I thought I knew how to do that! I thought I trusted God. But when the leak under the floor was discovered in December, I learned I had more to learn. Of course I got a grip and everything worked out like a Hallmark Movie in time for the holidays.

I did the happy dance and walked outside to get the mail and noticed a roof tile was broken and rotting some wood underneath! The last small roof repair cost a bundle and was profoundly irritating. Once again I prayed. A dear friend referred a great repair guy who can fix the problem much more reasonably than the big companies. I'm thrilled. One more item off the list!

I went back inside to work, and computer and CD burner promptly konked out. I just started laughing at that point. I had prayed only that morning for God to help me find a faster way to burn CDs. The other problem, however, was one I hadn't prayed for! I have what they call a "vintage" computer meaning really old and hard to find parts. So once again I breathed deeply, gave the problem to God, and the wonderful computer repair guys at Mac Media found "vintage" parts on ebay for me. It wasn't a cheap repair, but now I have a computer that works well, and it takes me 1/3 the time to burn client CDs.

Another happy dance, then the next challenge arose within the hour! I got a call from the insurance adjustor. They had come out after the immediate plumbing problems were fixed because the plumbers and God put the bug in my ear to have them check the structure of my house. "We are going to rip up all the tile in your home, jackhammer the area around the leak, and pour new concrete and then your slab will be good as new," the wonderful lady told me. A wave of dizziness passed through me as I quickly realized I'd have to take a few weeks off work with no income, but that wave was followed by a wave of love so strong I realized that God knew exactly what he was doing, and that this was His way of making my home safe, strong, and like new! Instantly the feelings changed from, "Oh No!" to "Oh thank you!" I felt that internal peace. I felt joy even knowing that I wouldn't have any more problems from this leak after the repairs are done. I will get new tile that I will probably like better than the old. I'll take the time off and get whatever God has in mind for me done, and if I spend my emergency savings fund, so be it, that is what it is for. I've been SO happy ever since. It has been almost crazy to be this happy while looking forward to such a mess, but I feel and see and know the presence of God's love flowing through every one of these challenges.

So when life throws you a challenge, stop, breathe deeply, and pray. Ask to see God's love at work. Trust that no matter what you are thinking, there is love beneath it all. Trust that good will come of it, if only you believe that. Pray and trust that the right help will be sent your way, that you will be guided in all your decisions, and that you will end up better than you started.

God does love us all. It may not seem that way at times in your life and yet the sun shines behind the storm clouds whether you can see it or not and so too the love that made us shines within us, waiting for us to see it, recognize it, and allow it to pour forth into our lives!

Happy New Year indeed, and may you be blessed with the peace and joy that are always there deep within your own hearts.

I am Hilarion and am speaking today on the Emerald Ray.

The delusion created by the physical world which rewards you for being heroic in any way and punishes and judges you for being cowardly or to say not stand-up, is dangerous to your spiritual health.

Is dangerous to your spiritual connection within.

If God/ Source is unconditional, which means full oneness with you, then cowardice or any other "undesirable" polarity extreme would not make any difference to God/Source.

Of course, we are operating on the reality that God/Source is one.

If there is only one, there can be no other.

And if we are not an other in relation to God/Source, than we are one with God/Source.

Almost every system of thought, language, society, religion has been infiltrated with the lie that there is that which God/Source accepts as itself and there is that which God/Source does not accept as itself.

Under these conditions, one might not have ever chosen to leave or extend into the physical existences. Or on better thought, one might have left just in order to escape and to process the possible spiritual trauma of such an experience with such a God/Source.

Fortunately, this is not necessary. We maintain that God/Source is one with everything, including itself. That is the definition of oneness.

Pursuing heroism and other good things is great.

Thinking it matters to God/Source is not great.

Because from there you create a reality within yourself where you carry concepts, energies, themes, and stories which reflect a degree of separation and division within and with God/Source. This induces you to relinquish a real and available experience of oneness with God/Source as you are trying to supposedly grow and improve. This delay is not being dictated by the reality of God/Source. This is not the experience of God/Source and this is what we will realize. There is no consciousness of punishment in the mind of God/Source. There really isnt even a consciousness of judging. It is not like that.

Everything You Need Is Within, As You Stand As the Blazing Heart of God 1-6-12

Beloved ones, within your hearts is the universe, the living cosmos in all its glory. The indescribable and endless energy that is the Moment of Creation is bursting through you now, yearning to be expressed in a grand experience of life.

Your hearts are a blazing star of the power and energy of Love, fueled by the Source, a part of the hologram, inseparable from this never-ending Love. Everything that you see outside of you as the world can and must be re-aligned with this.

When you experience that everything you need is fully and magnificently present within you, waiting to be expressed and to be celebrated as you allow your blazing heart to be free then you are ready to stand in the world as the open heart of Love.

You are ready now to deeply feel this years direction. All which has been seen as without must now be experienced fully as within. When you recognize and live this communion of pure Love, when you experience an undivided consciousness, when you are aware with every breath that all that you need is alive in your heart then that which you see as the world is completely different.

That which is attuned by the power of your Love is a magnificent expression of unity. You stand in any image, in any energy, in any situation that is born of the perception of duality and you are this blazing heart, this universe of God bringing the truth of limitless sustenance, of endless grace, powerfully present as an energy field, here and now in the world.

First, beloved ones, it must live in you and it is this that is before you now. Everything that you perceive as necessary for your life to be the full expression of the joyous creative power of God I Am, all of it, is alive within you. The source is present as your heart and the blazing power of the universe of Love is pulsing forth to sustain you now and is ever ready to sustain all of humanity, as the One Heart of God.

So, dearest ones, let us do both together. Let Love become your feeling state and let it be your plentitude. Let it be your cornucopia, the source of your supply. Consciously come to Me and open to this glory that you might feel and be the reality of Love, supplying your every need in the endless and atomic explosion that Creation is — right here, beloved ones, within youthat the truth of your heart as your identity, as Love.

When you feel deeply this assurance that all that has been perceived as outside of you is in its perfection alive withinthat every expression of life in the world is a symbol for the consciousness or perception of either duality or unitythen you allow Love to supply your freedom. Stepping forth in trust, you return to your heart when you feel yourself wobble or believe in the world and you allow Love to guide you.

You place your focus where your heart is needed. You then choose to be the blazing heart of Love, standing firmly in the midst of the world as a testament to the truth of God and the endless power of unity to heal, to transform, to dissolve every perception of barriers, every idea of lack, every belief that I wont provide for you.

It is only this consciousness of duality that keeps in place a world without Loves fulfillment, a world in which some are seen to have the abundance while others do not. All of this can be corrected by Love and by the true perception of the heart.

So, come, and let Me place you now, oh, star of Love, oh, heart of God, boldly in the world, blazing, that you might be the pulse of freedom, that you might recognize your source within you, that you might have the conviction to stand in this truth no matter what your eyes may see.

In this place of commitment to the presence and the power of this Love, your hearts, beloved ones, will source from within you a world in which everyone is not only provided for but lives in ecstasy, abundance and joy in every area of life.

As always, this starts with you because your hearts are aware of this unity. You are able to hold this resonance, to be the conduit of this blazing Light, this energy. You are such a Light, such a luminous heart that the Light of this Love in your presence outshines the duality and becomes such a powerful magnet that all hearts attuning to it realize that your bread is God, your nourishment is Love and I Am the Source of everything.

When this comes alive within you, it will be expressed as your world. First, it will be expressed individually as your hearts attune the symbols of your life and your life blossoms all around you. Then, powerfully and magnetically it will illuminate the misperception of duality the belief in something other than Love that has kept this world continuing.

When there is enough Light, so many luminous hearts pulsing, it will be impossible for anyone to keep tuning into the false reality that there is Love and something else, that there is other than the abundance of God.

For you to begin this conscious awakening to the source of this Love I Am, to the power and the energy of God that is your heart, beloved, ones, you can take the symbols of your world those things you are drawn to intuitively and you can listen to your guidance, to the urgings that I send you, and take everything into your heart to feel its truth before engaging with the world.

Let Me give you an example, perhaps with food. Let us say you feel guided to living food. As you recognize that what you feel is a symbol of the life you are urged to feel within you, then before you choose what it is you eat or before you eat that carrot, take it into your heart and feel the truth of Love. Feel that it is from Me that life is sourced and that the bountiful abundance of the life I Am is yours directly that this is your food, your life and the power and energy that fuels you, right here in this place of our communion through the atomic power of this Love.

Then, as you eat, you remember to hold your focus in the Now that life is one circle of abundance, that your heart brings everything together, feeling first the communion with Me, feeling the blazing forth of your heart of Love and acknowledging the consciousness of that carrot as an expression of this communion of God, honoring it as a reflection of your eating life directly, of your willingness to take in this Love and to let it nourish you.

Just so, beloved ones, with your abundance, especially in the area of money. See the symbol and take it into the luminous glory of your heart until all you can see, all you can feel is this endless abundance of Love that powers you up, provides for your life, allows you to extend this Love that I Am endlessly and eternally. Feel yourself as the spiritual being you are and feel what it means to be freedom. Think of yourself as the resonance of Love receiving directly this power of God and recognize that born of this communion, the symbol of money comes before you from your heart outward and not the other way, ever.

When this becomes your felt reality, when it informs the whole of your consciousness, when you feel it resonate as your truth, then abundance will come in ways unimaginable to the little mind. Abundance is already alive in your heart.

As these things become more Real to you and you leave behind the misperception of two powers, you can stand fully in the present moment guided by My Love to exactly the situation that needs your heart to inform it of the truth. Whether this be done in the realms of consciousness or in the physical reality of the world, you can feel how perfectly I place you, that your astounding heart may blaze forth the source, the truth, and realign the energies in that area, attuning them to the power of Love

As each of you receives your guidance, to stand in the power of the universe within you and to place that power in service to Love in specific areas of the consensual reality, you will feel how your blazing heart creates change. You will feel how the pulse of Creation itself begins to fuel this experience of humanity and life returns to the source within you.

It is the hearts belief that there is other than Love and that all which is needed must be gotten from the world. That has continued to keep this duality in place and keep humanitys focus outside of them and outside of this enormous atomic power that can fuel and feed all things.

With the change that is happening in the world and everyone is feeling this energy there is going to be much impetus for attempting to change things from the outside first, without recognizing the source of change is within. You must know that as you stand in this truth, that your heart is the source of the world, not the ego.

As you feel the endless power of God as the truth of your being, indivisibly, you are the true agent of change, and your experience of being nourished from within, through your heart, out of this communion with Me brings into the world the experience of endless food, of limitless good, of the garden of God being the experiential consensual dream, birth from the heart of God that is humanity.

It is spearheaded by you, beloved ones, in your recognition that in your heart and as your heart the very Moment of Creation is here, providing for every life enough power to fuel a universe, enough Love to nourish every heart, to fulfill each life, to transform need into the deep experience of perfection.

Your hearts are the universe of Love. Your hearts are the vortex of the whole of God. Your hearts are the Moment of Creation here and surely this is enough energy to fully support humanity in every way.

Does this mean that you do not act in the world? It does not. But it means, beloved ones, that you act consciously, fully aware that change only comes from within, from the heart and from the change in consciousness that allows the abundance of God I Am to at last be accepted.

So let this year be a two-pronged approach to the awakening of the truth of Love as humankind. First, the recognition that everything is within and that life in all its glory is available the moment that you shift to the heart. In this shift, when you feel this resonance, when you stand in this luminous place of generosity, you will discover that things are showing up in amazing ways simply by being in the presence of your open and glorious heart. Becoming fully aware that all is provided from within you, that you are spiritual beings sourced completely by Me, fed through the Moment of Creation and thus, the second part of your mission, so to speak.

Once this power of your heart is experienced and recognized, then, beloved ones, stand as the heart of God, as the power of Love, as the blazing, luminous resonance of unity in the world to change the resonance of duality into the experience of unity, into the living circle of life where everything is encompassed by this Love, born of the heart and then acknowledged consciously as it blossoms in the experience of the world until so much Light streams from your hearts, it is impossible to see any more shadows.

The entraining power of Love will bring everyone into this circle of God. The old mis-perception of two powers of Light and darkness, good and evil, have and have-not, simply dissolves into the whole and blaze forth in celebration of the one life we share.

I have been asked various times what I see for us in 2012. And as we move into this new year, there is a definite charge in the air about what will happen on the planet.

One thing is for certain, the "powers that were" have really stepped up the Fear Machine and we will probably see some drama coming up.

There are two aspects to the New Year. One is the end of the old, and the other is the start of the new. Even though not quite aligned with the solstice, and natural Earth rhythms, the calendar new year is charged simply by being accepted and used by millions of individuals to have closure on certain things, and place intentions of new things to come.

Indeed, this is a perfect opportunity for all of us to ride this energy and enter new cycles. What is your greatest dream? Daydream it as being a reality in 2012.

With regard 2012...

I sat with this famous year for a while now, and I am optimistic. I see our role here on the planet as being successful. That the transition to the new agreed reality (which is what a new paradigm is), be smooth and effective.

We could have the transition overnight, yes. But that would make sure that millions of individuals don't make the jump. By going slowly, and working on our own vibrational level, and working on the collective vibrational level, we can be sure to have many more individuals on board the new reality.

The cycles at a galactic scale are so large, the celestial bodies involved are so huge, that thinking everything will align in one hour of one day of one month in one year, is not logical or possible. Unless, of course, enough human beings are convinced that this is going to happen. Then, the agreed reality manifests for all of us.

But at a galactic and planetary level, the shift has been happening for decades. And during it, the "powers that were" have been busy trying to stop it. They have a huge amount of time and wealth invested in keeping an enslaved reality, and for the majority of their brethren to move to an empowered paradigm fills them with fear.

But that does not concern us. What choices they make is their alone. Their path, the path of power over others, of victim/aggressor patterns, the path of learning through suffering, of pain and shock, that path is as honorableness as the path we choose to move into. But the two are simply incompatible now. We cannot co-exist in the same planet and have both running side by side. The shift happened earlier this year at an energetic level, now it is manifesting at a physical level.

How do we move out of their reality? All we have to do is say "NO" to their actions and reality, stand in our power, raise our vibrational level and infuse our planet with light and love.

There is a window during this year that might be forced open by the other side. If this is the case, it is really not something I am that concerned about. The window is called "Three days of darkness". During this period the population will be strictly split between those who are still based on fear, and those who are heart centered.

In my viewing, if this window opens, it will indeed provide an opportunity for the shift we experienced in August to manifest at a collective human level in a rather brutal fashion. However, billions of individuals have incarnated on the planet at this time, and for decades now (including you), in order to make the shift a joyful, smooth, and empowering one for as many people as possible.

But at the end of the day, all that happens on the planet, at a global and local level, is a collective decision. The Hundred's Monkey effect. The consensus. And I honor that completely. This includes the manifestation of "the powers that were" and all their wars and atrocities.

I myself am nothing but a manifestation of a collective call for help in raising the vibrational level of the planet. If I was manifested as a human being to carry out this role, then nothing can stop us as a species in manifesting the most amazing and awe inspiring reality where we can continue to play and "experience" life as a species.

I am indeed very, very optimistic. This next year will see an enormous awakening, a growth of individual power and ability, and a return to our native abilities.

We humans are about communication. We are about Divine Unconditional Love, we are Source manifested. What we can do as we unite is unimaginably great. Gaia already made the jump in 2010... now she is simply waiting for each of us to do the same.

Process the fear around 2012. Raise your vibration. Learn about your nature, bodies and power. Infuse your body, surroundings, and the human species with light and love!

> I’d like to confirm that the nature of Agartha is that it is a place created by thought. You thought of it in your mind, and then it existed. You thought of the world first, in your mind, and when you made changes to that world, in your mind, it changed in the real world. This idea can be applied to Max, to the pyramids, and to Atlantis. You thought of the pyramids first in your mind, then they existed in the real world. And by extension, the next leap was to create another universe out of nothing, by your thoughts. Except… I think something went wrong. You are trapped there, are you not?

It is a fairly small universe, I’m afraid… and yes your perception of how we got here is correct, although it is more that we are required to remain here to maintain the dimension. This is why we need your help, now.

Well I wouldn’t put it that way – it is a very nice place, and individuals can come and go as they please… but as a society we are bound at the moment to maintain that which we created. There are far more benefits than not, but your synopsis is correct.

We are not able to join our Galactic brothers and sisters at this time, and we long for their company, although we can contact any we wish, it is not the same. It’s like making a phone call when you’re in the next room.

I think you already have a pretty good idea, Troy… your people will help maintain Agartha so that we can get everyone out. So first there is much you need to do in terms of using thought to create reality. You need to learn how to create something in your reality by creating in your inner reality first, and then applying that reality to what is around you, in the physical world. This might be a bit hard to follow, but you get the idea, I think.

The earth surface will become Agartha, in a way, so this is why the clearing is necessary at this time. It’s difficult to explain, but when we make the transition things will “flip” and Agartha will become an empty place. We are losing one home and gaining another.

By that time I think the abundance program will kick in… I’m not sure if the governments in their present form will exist. That’s such a minor detail, but I suppose if we want to drive, I guess we’ll need to get one won’t we?

We all have plenty on our plates this time of year - both literally and figuratively - but it is good to hold in awareness that good food and holiday cheer alone will not feed our soul the sustenance it needs to prepare for the life-changing new year ahead.

Symbols all around us now point to where greater love, joy and blessings reside. What we see in physical reality is but a pale reflection of the unlimited love and blessings that exist at deeper levels.

Interpreting our Holiday 'Waking Dream'

When we take each symbol and interpret our holiday "waking dream" just as we would a night time dream, we find portals in consciousness revealing our personal recipe for greater love and joy. When we perceive the symbols of our waking dream, we get in touch with the deepest wishes of our soul. As we weave the insights of these symbols into the fabric of our daily life, we access infinitely expanding realms of love, joy and blessings.

Symbols of our Holiday Feast

The symbols of our holiday feast represent the impulse to feed our soul what it needs to flourish. We can look to the foods that adorn our holiday table to find the deeper urges of our soul and understand what we are individually seeking.

For example, the person who consistently seeks a bounty of sweets is really looking for a sweetness in life that seems elusive. This often points to a need to nurture and love oneself. By loving ourselves, we naturally draw to us people and situations that further sweeten our experience. Another way to attract greater sweetness into our life is to treasure and appreciate the beauty that surrounds us. A great way to do this is to allow ourselves time to regularly go into nature and commune with the simplicity and beauty there.

Those who choose non-meat holiday foods have a deep soul desire to leave a light footprint on the earth and cause harm to none. Advanced souls often seek this form of holiday fare.

Our Digestive System Reflects our Assimilation of Life Experiences

Just as holiday foods provide a unique opportunity to gaze into the windows of our soul, the efficiency of our digestive system offers insights into our ability to assimilate our life experiences. Eating and digestion symbolize taking in life experiences and transforming them into spiritual understandings. When we overeat, we're likely looking in all the wrong places for spiritual food and understanding; in other words, we're stuffing ourselves without finding the sustenance we're looking for. Empty calories simply don't have the ability to nurture our body. When we reach for that which is devoid of nourishment, our actions stem from intentions that fail to feed our soul.

Our Physical Realities Correspond to Spiritual Realities

Whatever is taking place at the physical level corresponds to a spiritual reality. If we pay attention to the waking dream of our physical reality, we receive valuable feedback into our ability to create experiences that satisfy the needs of our soul. Often when we awaken to the need to nourish our soul, we also begin to feed our body what it needs to thrive. As we begin anew, we choose alkaline foods as close to nature as possible (raw vegan). Paradoxically, as we nourish our bodies, we also nourish our souls.

We emphasize the results of interpreting our waking dream are not meant to be a point of judgment - it is just about observing, awareness and understanding. Your interests, actions and the potentials you give your energy and attention to speak volumes about the current desires and intentions of your soul. You can always "read" your current actions to gain insight into the impulses you receive from your soul via your subconscious.

Your soul speaks to you through the doorway of your subconscious. There are undercurrents to all your physical world actions that reveal the wishes of your soul.

World Service and our Holiday Dream

There are some this holiday who feel drawn to assist those who are struggling and hungry. They are seen donating to charities, delivering to food banks and raising money to help animal charities. These individuals hold the soul desire to make the love and abundance of spirit available to all. When we seek to help others during the holidays, we honor our soul's desire to serve and assist all living beings.

Holiday Shopping and the Search for Deeper Meaning

Holiday shopping also has the power to reveal the current wishes of our soul. Shopping symbolizes the desire to obtain value, which we can extrapolate into the search for meaning. It is not necessary to wander the halls of department stores and exhaust one's finances and energy shopping for gifts. Giving can take many forms once we understand the impulses of our soul in relation to gifting.

If we are seeking gifts for ourselves we are seeking to nurture ourselves and to find meaning within ourselves. If we're buying gifts for others we're seeking to nurture and lift up others. The form of the gifts we choose also brings insights. Clothing represents self-expression whereas an mp3 player represents the gift of harmony (music).

Aligning with the Infinite Potentials of our Holiday Dream

The dazzle of holiday lights, the cozy fires, the joyful sounds of carolers are but a pale reflection of the infinite potentials that exist at deeper levels. This is not to downplay the uplifting images of the season but to say that we can take every image, every action and experience we are drawn to and find its corresponding reality at a deeper spiritual level.

Give to Others what you are Seeking

Give to others what you seek at the deepest level of your being. If you feel unloved, find a way to shower others with love. Adopt a homeless animal and learn to receive the gift of unconditional love. If you are someone who grew up in a dysfunctional environment and never experienced unconditional love, learn to be unconditional with yourself and gradually expand this to others.

Some may find memories of unpleasant holiday realities pressing in during this time. Whatever is before you can be transformed with love and understanding. If there's anything that appears before you that feels like un-love, surround it with the golden light of love and you will soon see it transform before your eyes, creating a shift within.

Your soul seeks to love and to serve others. It wishes to lift you up. It wishes to lift up all others. Whenever you're aligned with the desires of your soul, you're able to stand strong inside the highest vibration in the universe. It is the realities inside this high vibration that every intention, every image of holiday joy, seeks to emulate. When you align with this vibration you exist year round in a state of divine joy and love.

My dear friends, we love you so very much.

What gifts will you give yourself this holiday season, dear ones, for indeed all of God's love is available to you right now. Will you grant yourself with the gift of ease? Will you give yourself the gift of peace? Will you grant yourself forgiveness, or perhaps a little more self love? Spend time in contemplation and ask God for the spiritual gifts you wish to receive in the upcoming year.

We know you all have material gifts that you want as well, and that is fine of course, but beneath each one of these, you are asking for love. What kind of love are you seeking? Feelings of security? Feelings of peace? Feelings of being adored? Feelings of belonging? Feelings of being replenished? In reality you are secure. Peace is available at all times. You are adored and loved beyond measure. You belong as special and unique piece in the puzzle of God's creation. The source of all life rises up within you with each conscious breath. You are nothing less than the love of God made manifest in this world. You can never be unloved dear ones, you can only forget.

And so this holiday season, take a breath, and ask God for what you really want to receive. "Dear God, I believe that you care for me, but I want to experience your love. I grant myself an experience of life filled with peace and grace. I grant myself abundance. I grant myself health. I grant myself feelings of security. I open to receiving your love in ever expanding ways. I Love You God. Let your light and love rise up within me that I may experience your love in every aspect of my life and in turn be a beacon of your love into the world."

This dear ones, to experience God's love in ever more expanding ways would be the greatest gift you could ever ask to receive.

Message From Ann

Something wonderful is happening inside each of us. We have been clearing the past, releasing what no longer serves this year and moving into a new light. The earth's volcanoes were blowing like crazy a few months ago and everything old in people's lives seems to be transforming into something new if they are willing.

A few weeks ago so many people I talked to had inexplicable waves of sadness passing through them - sudden outbursts of tears with no apparent cause. Apparently it was more widespread than I had believed. Someone asked about it at a recent session in which my friend Summer Bacon was channeling the spirit Dr. Peebles, and spirit said that we were indeed letting go of the past in our lives and with it, there was some grieving. It felt that way when the wave passed through my heart. I just let it flow and let it go.

And suddenly the past patterns don't have such a grip anymore. When old fears came up around this big plumbing repair I'm having, I just prayed, "God fill these old fears with your love and get rid of them. Allow me to rest securely in the truth of your love. Fill the hands, minds, and hearts of the plumbers with your love and make this repair go smoothly and gracefully. I had no sooner prayed that when I got a call from the plumbing company who has been amazing all these years. They had to reschedule because the guy coming to do the job was out all night on an emergency call. No matter that I had taken my kitchen apart and would have to maneuver around boxes for a few days, ration hot water, and am having company tonight, working tomorrow, and will have holes in the wall in time for my Christmas party. It doesn't matter. I have water, a roof over my head, and trust that there is some higher order at work. I prayed for the right solution and so it shall be.

It is really past conditioning and creations that cause us to doubt in the goodness of God and God's love. In reality the love is always there. We just didn't know it. We didn't grant that love to ourselves. We prayed for what we thought we needed to get what we thought we wanted, when in reality we just want to rest in that beautiful energy and know we are protected, safe, cared for, and connected.

So this season, sit quietly and do pray to feel that love. It changes everything, and it is the secret to enjoying a big of heaven here on earth.
