The Cosmic Tsunami Begins

This is an exciting time indeed. How
blessed are we to be participating in a rare and pivotal time with a
massive re-structuring of our earth, ourselves, and the cosmos? All
in preparation for a very new way of living and being in a very new
reality and dimension.

We may have been
able to tap into many of these magical and higher vibrating states
of living and being in times past, as vibrating higher always gives
any given individual access to a higher dimensional experience, but what
is different now, is that the entire planet is beginning the
process of this very new existence…and this also means that the
energy we are completely surrounded by will permanently sustain
the higher energies with absolutely no effort….yes, it is an
exciting time indeed. We have finally arrived and are completing the
process.

This process, as most processes
with ascension, is occurring piece by piece and step by step. With
each earth change or movement of the earth at very deep levels, we

of which is learning how to live in the moment.As you are aware, your
past is over, your future has not arrived; all you truly have is this
moment. When you are seeking to manifest or create within your life,
you can only do so through the moment in which you are living. Do you
have a story, something that represents the experiences that have in
some ways defined your life so far? It could be based on pain and
suffering, perhaps a time when you did or experienced something
marvelous. The point though is that your life today is focused upon
what happened in the past. Until you let go of whatever it may be that
happened, you will be remain in a place of resistance.

What
is compassion? Can you look at your life and accept that it is that it
is? When you infuse compassion into your life you open to even greater

Water Power & Free Energy

This week we deal with the subject of energy. Something
that the Sumerian tablets describe very clearly, when they talk about the
Anunnaki settlers on Earth using water as fuel. For decades we have ignored the
information captured by scribes some 4000 years ago but the latest discoveries
in science are forcing us to reconsider the ancient message.

Ancient knowledge – new

research I do on alternative energy sources, the more horrified I become

Heal The Polarization

There is a lot of misinformation circulating about what will happen
in 2012. Most of it is fear-based and predicting things like cataclysmic
earth changes and the end of the world. In Truth, we have already
entered the initial impulse of the Shift of the Ages. We began our
ascent up the Spiral of Evolution into the 5th Dimension between the
Lunar and Solar Eclipses in November 2003, during an event that was
coined Harmonic Concordance. That does not mean, however, that 2012 is
not important. It is very significant.

Whenever the collective consciousness of Humanity is focused on a
particular moment in time, we have a tremendous opportunity to cocreate
something together. Depending on what we are focusing on, that
cocreation can be either wonderful or devastating. It is important for
us to realize that whatever happens in 2012 will be the result of what
you and I and every other person on this planet empower with our

Shar Joy Thought of the Day

Wake up and design your day. There isn’t time not to. Your thought truly forms your world. Stay here with me in the now, all of it. Experience is secondary, stay focused. Yes we have lived in a society that kept us ever unsure of what was going on or what we were doing here, and we allowed it. Media, newspapers are external portions of yourself and that is very limiting. You must command that you will be commited to emulating health, ease of life, joy for humanity. There is much to learn with underlying synchronicities and one must be in touch with their feelings for to be out of touch is to be out of living. What is impotence? It is struggle. In the doing you remain a success because you are manifesting, continually. I am told that I look much younger and the reason for this? Its right thinking, right feeling, integrity. When something fits it is seamless, it doesn’t need a double stitch to make it stronger. Your spirit will provide and compensate in ways you never knew existed when you think uniquely and believe in an effortless yet bountiful, friendly transition into the new world. This is self-empowered, this is possible. Know that whatever has happened was designed by you, for you and in every instant you may now redirect your life. Use discernment for those coming from the earth and skies have not always had the humans best interest at heart. Our planet evolves as one with us. This month the group had a message about the Earth and the magnetic
fields that we
all live within. They explained how it would affect humans in general
and how we could
prepare. They said the magnetic field has lost more than 10% in the last
100 years. The group talked about the cycle of the Earth shifting
magnetic poles about every 500,000 years and how we are now overdue.
They did say the Earth will not shift poles as we
have already changed that, yet there is still a lot of work to do and
the Earth will go through magnetic fluctuations which may cause strange
phenomenon and be felt emotionally by sensitive humans. Oh, how fun!

They said that this decrease in magnetism is a contributing factor to
the overall human enlightenment now taking place, and that there was
something special about the three years before and the three years after
the final dip which will be in the year 2012.… Read the rest

Getting rest is a good thing. You do not need to put it off. You
do not need to be embarrassed that you need to take a break, or even
withdraw, and go to bed early, or sleep a weekend away. Sleep exists for
a reason. You do not need to be perpetual motion any more than you need
to be perpetual rest. Both rest and action are part of life on Earth.
Love yourself enough to give yourself both. Both matter. One is not
better than the other. Both serve.

You are a being in a body.
Your mind is part of your body, beloveds, and mind and body require
rest. Your soul is always rested. Your soul is ongoing soul energy. Your
soul is that immortal part of you. It does not require fuel. Your soul,
rather, fuels you.

Your soul is ever awake. Souls do not sleep.
Bodies do. Minds do.

Mind and body have cycles. Soul, on the
