Another Shar Joy Thought of the Day

While taking a group of men out for a walk last night at their group home that I work at, I was astonsihed. (This is my second job that I have.) We walked above their house and near wooden areas and homes, away from the city. The wind was comforting due to the high humidity that had been in the area a few days ago. One of the men can’t speak but he will make noises and he stopped to tap me on the shoulder while we briskly excercised. He sniffed the air and I shook my head, yes I smelled it too. It was distinctly the scent of ocean breezes, salty, unadulterated. I immediately closed my eyes as if that would change the experience and maybe the odor. Yet it was a sharp scent and so pleasant that I conjured images of the ocean and shells and birds. Then I remembered that while striding I was praying for the ocean and its inhabitants. Was this a gift from the sea to me and to be given thousands of miles away from its shores?… Read the rest

Equinox. The energies were powerful and intense. Many people had been
experiencing dramatic changes in their lives. Many people had feeling
out of balance and energy for a while. Much of that is transitioning.
The four transformations of the seasons; spring and fall equinox and
summer and winter solstices are always opportunities to create better
balance in your lives. During this journey as you stood on the cusp of

I forgive…

There was a lie, a life-altering lie that began so long ago. I am doing the work to let it go and forgive those that were involved. They only wanted what was best for me, I understand but the energy perpetuated by the lie shaped my life. I didn’t know about it until about 10 years ago, then when I did come to know it was because I asked, then almost forgotten until recently again… Hmmmm… Sounds familiar… Sounds like a soul retrieval coordinate… So, I went in…

I remember many years ago, commenting to myself, my ex-wife and my parents that I was living a lie. It was at a time where my marriage was really in a bad way and I was very unhappy in that victim role. But what was coming to the surface were the sensations that something wasn’t right.
