and is and forever will be outside of time an Isness, a consciousness,
if you will, an Intelligence that will be forever beyond time. It
exists now, as you understand time, and it will exist forever, as you
understand time, because time is limited. You feel that in your daily
lives. You feel the limitations of time.

"I have to be somewhere
at a certain time," and you rush about. And sometimes you chafe,
because certain schedules keep you waiting. I know that your time is
precious. I thank you for sharing your time in this way with me.

But
once upon a time, before there was time, you were and are and always
will be the Intelligence of the One. And as the Intelligence,
free-flowing, of the Creator, the creative One, there was a Thought to
create. From that one moment outside of time, you as an aspect of the

Buffalo Diaries – Growth

Well, Little Hawk was intended for another. Welcome, to this new energy and I am honored to be able to pass on the information. It is a humbling experience to be in the presence of Creator and speak words on their behalf. Blessings to Little Hawk…

Today, the birds are back. They were conspicuously absent from the yard yesterday when I awoke and stepped outside for my morning tea. There was much to clear and shed light on yesterday, a darkness surrounding the outskirts of our presence. Much was illuminated and many discoveries made. Such is the nature of soul retrieval. When something is off, we go after it… Look for the source, so as to get the energy back and seal the crack. As the day progressed, my partner, Deva and I continued to stay present and alert, sensing the swirling fractals of experience and calling our power back from situations where it had been lost. These three elements of life are the focus of many in your world. Perhaps we can use this blessing as an example of how you can, with consistent intention and application, co-create with All That Is, your greatest potential for health, prosperity, and wisdom. Now, you are all individual humans on your great Earth, each with your separate, idiosyncratic propensities for growth – evolution – on all levels of manifestation in the physical and other dimensional realms. Therefore, it should seem obvious that one human’s health, wealth and wisdom might certainly not be another’s. Seth – The oppression of mankind is crumbling away piece by piece.

You must all learn to love each other while in the physical bodies of the third dimension while being exposed to the constant bombardment of the forces of dark. This is something you are supposed to master while in incarnation. It is the soul’s purpose to reflect itself through its vehicle the body. When you have accomplished this, you move out of the physical body and into the etheric. You all DO love each other. When you are not in your dense physical bodies that are weighted down by the gravitational forces of the Earth and your spirit is freely moving about in your etheric body throughout the Universe in your dreams, you love each other. It’s just when you come back into the physical reality that you put up the roadblocks. Earth is a school of hard knocks but it does not have to be so. It is your creation and it stems from your beliefs about who you are, a creation that you have willing subscribed to because you have handed over your power to others.

We begin right here, right now…

Today we begin a journey into expanded consciousness. We start right where we are, right now… Take a couple of minutes to allow yourself to be in your body and breath. Deep breaths into your belly allowing it to expand, filling your lungs deeply and fully. Cycle a few of those and be…

Over the next two weeks, I will be posting here daily. A theme for the day will emerge from the practice and I will share my experience with it and guide you, the participant through an experience of letting go and remembering. This is a transformational practice and much healing can and will occur if one is willing to do the work and go deep. We must let so much go in order to remember, so that is what we shall do.

Today we be begin. Right here, Right Now… Commit to this practice for the next 2 weeks. Stand up for your inner being and say I accept. We come to the practice as we are right now, carrying all the experiences that we care to remember, or not remember into this moment with us.
