Fear is paper thin and waiting to be dissolved. The karmic set up is done with love. Love is ready and although it may take an odd acting moment or a strange twist such as anger or hate, it is "King of the almighty plan." It contains all logic and substance and is empowerment. This meditiation is to remind you (again and again) that you are family to the bedazzled earth and the universe. First read the meditation and then become enlightened by experiencing it.

Everything nurtures and sustains life. Close your eyes and put your hands over your heart. Envision two yellow monarc butterflies freely flying around each other and greeting by the touch of their wings and moving on. Experience being surrounded by love like a wave ( in the form of a female figure, done by your hands to show what the shape of a woman looks like) A wave of magnetic golden honey of pulsation starting from the top of your crown to the waist and then down to the ends of the feet. This feels soothing and adjust to your needs. If you are hot it is cooling, if you are cold it is warming and the sensation continues as an electrical wave to the top of the head to the bottom of the feet , imagine this three times. Feel these waves of love, electrical and peaceful, fully aware of yourself. Reach out with your heart and touch your guides and angels, they are glowing with joy for you. There is a ceremony from the great central sun and you are recognized with such honor that the waves of love intensify, there are so many who know you and reunite with your spirit. This is home. What energy and experiences can we expect in July 2010?

This
month has a lot of forward momentum. This month also has a time warp
element, which is that it is like double or triple the amount of time
is packed into the month. A lot of you are going to feel like more
is happening than you can keep track of. This time warp operates in
an interesting way. The best way we can describe it is if you imagine
yourself on a very fast moving train. As you first begin to pick up
speed and you watch outside the window, you see things going by faster
and faster and it feels like you are moving really fast. Once you
reach a certain speed, everything seems to go by in a blur and there
is kind of a strange sensation that can occur at that point when you
feel like things slow down. You will feel like things get quieter
when you actually reach such a high speed, almost as if you are not
moving. That is the way July is likely to feel.

Many of you
will feel at times, that there is so much happening in just a moment
or just an hour, it will feel like a whole day goes by. At other times
of the month, you are going to feel like you are moving through
molasses. Like everything is so slow and peaceful that you will wonder
if you are missing something. How you experience this time warp will
depend on you and your path and what you are working on in your
personal life right now. Overall, every single one of you will
experience the time warp in one way or another. For most of you it
will be both ways at different times in the month. This month, be
aware of that dynamic and do your best to go with the flow and work
with it.

Let the really rich, intense kind of packed times be
what they are and just take them one step at a time. During those
times when you are moving so fast you cannot even tell that you are
moving, let yourself rest your mind. You are not missing anything or
if you are missing something that is important, it will come to your
attention later on. Let yourself have these moments of rest when you
feel a sense of calm amidst all of that momentum.… Read the rest

Last week I shared an exercise you can use when you get your
buttons pushed (or to re-center yourself when you feel off track). You
can find it here. This week I want to focus on the last part of
the exercise – the final sentence stem to be completed:

The best
actions for me to take to get back in alignment with my Highest Self
are…

The ideas generated by this sentence stem are the most
important of all. Think about it. When you know exactly (and
specifically) what you need to do to return to a productive and healthy
state of mind, you increase your chances of behaving in self-affirming
ways. When this happens, life gets better – quickly. You eat better; you
make nourishing rest a priority; you become truthful in your
relationships; you feel confident enough to ask directly for what you
want or need; and you create a state of balance in your life that

Buttons Pushed

Last week I had a conversation with a good friend who shared a
smart (and effective) exercise she uses to re-center herself when she
gets her buttons pushed. As I listened to her describe the process, I
knew I had to share it with you.

The next time you get your
buttons pushed and you find yourself fixated on a negative experience,
in the middle of a shame attack, or ruminating about something that’s
upset you, try this. Take out four pieces of paper and put one of the
following four sentence stems on the top of each sheet:

1. I know
I’m acting in alignment with my Highest Self when I…

2. The
things that knock me out of alignment are…

3. When I’m out of
alignment, the behaviors I engage in are…

4. The best actions
for me to take to get back in line with my Highest Self are…

Once
you have each sentence stem listed on a separate piece of paper, set
aside twenty minutes to do a "mind dump" for each category.… Read the rest
