Alright. Throat Chakra is going to be our topic now. We have a New Moon, we have Summer Olympics starting, we have the close of a Mayan cycle and all kinds of other important things happening this particular week.

But the Throat Chakra is capturing my attention more than all of those. So just a brief reminder, focus on Love, Love for all of Humanity, especially as we get into Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

We are doing a Tele-seminar called “Healing Power Increased” because the energies are going to be very, very strong. You can participate in that if you wish and also just to send Love as the strongest healing power and really work with that vibration.

Now the Throat Chakra is changing. For quite some time we were working on the Third Eye, Crown, Third Eye Heart Chakras, different things mending.

The current activities, cosmic and local, are really stimulating the Throat Chakra so you may find that your voice is sometimes going a little hoarse or is at a different pitch.… Read the rest

I don’t like the month of July. It’s a time when I am sad, get depressed, feel unmotivated and vaguely uncomfortable for reasons I don’t understand. And this has been going on for decades – I dread the month of July and know that it is not going to be a good month for me.

But why? One of the wonderful things about Mercury retrograde is that when we are ready to know, the truth is revealed and we remember so we can release old beliefs, habits, attitudes and perceptions about ourselves and our lives. For me, the current Mercury retro revealed some interesting memories.

I think I was twelve or thirteen years old and that year, in July, my brother and sister had been invited to spend the month with relatives. They left and I stayed home. Now I don’t remember all of the details but even the prospect of having my own room for a month wasn’t enough to make me feel better.

We are riding the waves of colossal change at the Cancer New Moon on July 18-19. Mars in Libra is in challenging aspect to both electrifying Uranus and powerful Pluto.

Accelerating times require that we are flexible, adjustable and adaptable to fast-changing circumstances and situations. We must be able to discern what is healthy and what is toxic.

♦ Are we using our words to heal or wound?

Saturn in Libra is challenging the Cancer New Moon. Saturn is calling us to make changes through peaceful means and practice nonviolence. Be mindful of our thoughts, words and deeds.

Greetings to the Humanity of Earth. I would like to transfer a message which would suggest you to make into practice the followings:

Initially go somewhere, where you know you can have some peace and quiet. You can stand against a wall by standing up or sitting down, in a lotus position or just sitting on a chair or on a couch or lying down on a bed.

Then close your eyes. Yes, you’ll have to use visualization here.

Hug yourself gently. Imagine that this hug comes from a Loved one of yours. A friend. A Lover. A Member(or members) of your Earth Family. Someone or a team of souls who you Love but who are no longer between you. You can also imagine that this Hug comes from Us.

By ‘Us’ I mean a collective consciousness. You can choose that to be an infinite or of a specific amount group of benevolent entities from other worlds or from the Highest Dimensions, such as the beings you call Angels or Ascended Masters. You can also imagine only one aspect of them, like Archangel Michael or Sananda or whoever you would like, to give you this gently and so needed as it seems Hug.… Read the rest

We are the Arcturians and we observe the distress many of you feel at the level of dissent and confusion in the do called ‘lightworker’ community. This is very clear to us in the case of the starseeds who are impatiently waiting for events such as disclosure and the disabling of the so called cabal. We see the harsh words and negative sentiments spoken in your blogs and newsletters and must draw your attention to the effect this is having on the whole Ascension mission.
What we see is the lack of clarity about the power of thought arising from minds steeped in separation consciousness. It is a basic spiritual lesson that as you think so shall you create and we see the manifestation of disordered thought and unmanaged ‘shadow’ selves is seriously affecting the light agenda on Earth. We wonder if you all realize that when you do not look within and heal your own discordant thoughts and emotions you become unwitting agents of the very darkness you want to overcome.

Alright. Today and for this week I want to talk about “Psychic Protection” because there is quite a lot going on and you might have noticed maybe some odd dreams or maybe even just a desire to put your shields up a little more than normal.

I would say pay attention to your instinct. Intuition is being tested to see if you can obey it or how you deal with it. So there’s a lot going on, in other words.
