Let love be your greatest aim and never miss the mark again. The heart is wiser than the intellect, it is the pulse, the creators force. Love must co operate, co ordinate, it is free from strain. In this year of 2012 beware of how you curse or remain mad and what is conceived in your spirit . Your judging another may develope into a cold....like a cold shoulder you will reap what you sow. In the endrocrine system is where karma sits. These unique days ahead bring many to their body, mind, soul complex, the universal energy. We as a planet are releasing karma and evolving our full attunement back to God. It is important to nurture your body....depression comes from weariness, get rest. Get involved with your feelings, if you have headaches or indigestion it can be from anger, why are you angry?

Emotional turbulance can trigger asthma among other things. Each of us are rare and valuable, we are potent and direct beams of light. Work with the om sound or buy a tuning fork with the om sound. This is comforting and helps to realign the chakra's. Yoga aids in confidence and helps to clear patterns that are not good for you. Place certain stones for their properties on the body or in your personal space. Amethyst is and was originally used for those with alcoholic tendencies. Charoite heals autism and bi polar while promoting sleep. Boji Stones which are rare but can be bought dissolves blockages and you can feel their vibrations in your palms, very powerful. Celestite renders total harmony and peace when placed on the site between your brows. Sugilite treats epilepsy and motor movements. It is the purple ray energy of love. Seraphinite helps the spine and back of neck and useful for weight loss. Smithsonite heals your inner child, strengthens veins, infertility, difficult relationships. Sunstone is for seasonal disorders, for luck and joie de vivre. Rhodochrosite is for any psychological level or phobias. The scent from citrus or lavender uplifts a room, get a heated container for these essential oils and leave plugged in for a few hours. Time is flying and what I must gage is what is important to spend it on, be selective. The greatest road to love is laughter. One of the funniest moments was going on the internet with friends to learn how to whistle. Their were variations such as using different fingers or curling the tongue or pressing your lips. When we all tried our best we ended up laughing hysterically and hyper venilating with a new appreciation of the whistle. Many of us couldn't do it. Love is boundless and inventive, it is your first contact, find pleasure in where ever you exist and let it be your greatest aim.

Prilon and God

[Good morning Prilon and God!] Good morning Suzy. May We take a moment to add to your last message? [Yes, that would be appreciated. That message was spread far and wide and generated many comments.]

Rest assured that while this birth into higher frequency is made, people will be on auto-pilot so to speak. There is no need to worry as to where you physically need to be, or who you are with or even supplies you need to have on hand. Each soul will experience this awakening as their soul is best suited for the experience. Might say only your experience is experienced by only you. [Meaning each individual person?] Yes.

[Ok, so what I am understanding and seeing in my third eye is that this experience is really so amazingly unique that that there isn’t truly the ability to grasp how it will all go down and each person will have their very own awakening experience..?] Yes, and that end result will be the individual awakening to one of the three choices mentioned in the previous message.

[There are only those three choices? I am seeing many shades of choices laying in between the three.] You are seeing many parallel choices to the three.

As we have mentioned, this is a unique experience, truly indescribable in your knowing and language. We want you to give out these understandings and possibilities to your readers so that they may imagine (create, manifest) this experience as easily and loving as possible.

My only other concern with the last message was putting out the date of December 21st, 2012... comments?] In this date is the frequency and energy to manifest this shift. Giving your focus to the convergence of timelines will support the date to bring forth a grand outcome. The date is predetermined by many world cultures and governments currently in existence as the date all will change. However, if the collective consciousness doesn’t support this, another scenario will unfold. Not better, not worse, just different. May we let this information be absorbed before we move on? The misinformation about the ascension keeps piling up and I’m hoping to clarify a few things. The biblical phrase “Sons of God and daughters of man” means something very important to us today at this time. Humanity and all of life is divided into two roughly equal groups.

The group termed the “Sons of God” represent those life forms with “male” souls. These are souls that split the light and the dark and can not mix them. They are the ones that are “good friends, but bad enemies”. They are the fiercely religious or spiritual ones that can do inexpressible evil in the name of “good”. They are so “Light” and “Love” that they have no recognition at all of the darkness that lies within themselves. They refuse to go there. Numerous atrocities have been done by the church over the centuries by these “spiritual” souls.

These “Male” souls are hard wired this way and they can not integrate or embrace their own shadow aspect. The closest that they can get to this achievement is through atavistic resurgence or “possession” by unconscious aspects of their own being. These “Sons of God” were the angels that came down and mixed with the “daughters of Man”. These were the original space brothers.

But many cycles have passed since then and things are not that simple any more. Male souls can have male physical bodies or even female physical bodies. The characteristic that marks them is the inability to integrate their own shadow. They also see great highs and lows in life in a way that might seem manic/depressive.

I have four children and two of them have “Male” souls and two of them have “Female” souls, and I love them all equally. There is no right or wrong in this process. Indeed, we will see that with each great cycle such as we are now experiencing our souls exchange gender. Male souls will become female souls and female souls will become males souls.

The “Daughters of Man” are of the physical earth and able to integrate their own shadow into their light self in true unity. These souls see the bitter-sweet quality of life and love both. It is the intensity and the depth of living this bitter-sweetness that makes life worth while. Originally these were the females but now that so many cycles have passed female souls may have female bodies and they may have male bodies as well.

The things that remain are their ability to integrate the personal shadow with acceptance and love and the ability to unify all of their aspects into one being.

Our prisons are filled with “male” souls because they are a bit unstable compared to the “female” souls which are more emotional but stronger and more together on the inner levels.

What does this have to do with ascension? Well, the unity grid is now activating our shadow aspects and depending upon whether you are a “Male” soul or a “Female” soul, you will be experiencing entirely different things.

The “Male” soul will be the typical lightworker that has absolutely nothing to do with healing the darker mental and emotional wounds that we all carry. They simply will not go there. They are going into the “Light” and they will apply themselves to this in a fantastic degree. They will send out Love and Light everywhere. But they will not touch the darkness within their own souls even though that is being activated now as well. These souls will physically experience their greatest hopes and greatest fears and hopefully learn from them and become more wise. They have the rollercoaster ride of ups and downs. These are the ones that will benefit the most from the “heart” meditations.

The “Female” soul will be the typical lightworker that everyday touches some of the darkness within themselves and others, loves, heals, cherishes and embraces it as part of the bitter-sweetness of human life. They are the “human” ones and the ones that my own messages are mostly meant for.

It occurred to me that “Male” souls will not gain much benefit from the OAK energy ball mediation because they can not integrate the shadow. It won’t work correctly for them. I apologize for this misunderstanding. It will only work for the “Female” souls like I personally am. The ones that can cast off this toxic and negative repressed energy and by becoming aware of it, accept it and release it so that it does not need to manifest in physical life.

We do not need to “act out” these negative energies but by becoming aware of them become aware of our own capacity for evil and violence. These are the people that serve “Life”.

In short, “Male” souls serve “Light” or flip over to the dark side completely and serve “Dark”. They can not be both and can not tolerate both. The “Female” soul serves “Life” and is comfortable with both the Light and Dark aspects within themselves.

This is Gaia’s ascension, Mother Earth’s ascension, and it will benefit those that serve “Life” the most. It will be more difficult for those that serve “Light”.

To say this even one more way, those that serve “Light”, those that have been so empowered for such a long time as our spiritual hierarchy are being “Cast out of the Garden of Eden” where they have lived for such a long time and made to toil in the “new physical” world by the sweat of their brows.

Those lowly ones that serve “Live” are now for the first time being led into the “Garden of Eden” and fully empowered as co-creators in this new world. “The last shall become first and the first shall become last”.

At the end of this new great cycle there will be a new earth once more and once more those that serve the old will be cast out of the garden and those serving the new will be co-creators. This is a balancing of energies, a balancing of the universe, a balancing of souls. This is the normal method of progression and way things are.

In this ascension of Gaia you may be a “Male” soul or a “Female” soul. You may experience the “Garden of Eden” for the first time or you may by “leaving it”. Two of my own children are entering this new garden and two are leaving it and all are “Ascended souls”. One needs to get away from the concept that one needs to be 5th density or higher to ascend. 3rd degree life forms on Gaia will find their way into this garden if they are female souls and will find their way out of it if they are male souls.

Using the metaphor of the “Chronicles of Amber” by Roger Zelazney, those that serve “Life” will find themselves on the Amber side, the new earth side of the demarcation line while those that serve “Light” will find themselves on the “Courts of Chaos” side, they will find themselves on the lunar side of the demarcation line.

Those invested in the planet A and planet B scenarios will find that Planet A, the new Amber is for those “Female” souls and is the new garden of Eden. Planet B/the moon is for those “Male” souls what will for the first time be expelled from the garden and made to toil for the development of their souls. This is an exchange that takes place every great cycle. One soul gets to rest while the other gets to labor. If your soul has been laboring in the great experiment you will get to rest. Those that have been resting will have their chance/turn to labor.

I share this because two days ago an enormous yin/yang symbol appeared in the astral skies and signified the true end of this age is bearing down upon us. By now only those of the highest densities remain to be correctly placed within the new unity grid. There is so much confusion and misplaced expectations.

"At this time, there are energetic imprints that are becoming incredibly uncomfortable for many. The imprints are related to ancient belief patterns that you have carried for yourself, your families, and your soul groups for centuries. Part of your mission was to initially gather these energetic imprints from those you love to experience the energy with them. You agreed to hold these belief patterns to unite your purposes and form bonds.

Now the energy-sharing has changed to a new format where you are ready to take those energetic imprints and lift them up to a higher place. Imagine holding them in your hand, and then raising them to a place above your head. This is what you are being asked to do at this time. This is why you feel great discomfort, confusion and inner conflicts around the relationships because the completion of these familial and communal belief patterns feels like another separation from those you love. For many, separation from loved ones has been a big theme in your Soul’s growth over the past few years.

Every soul is composed of belief patterns that you have come to understand as belief systems. Energetically, there are differences between patterns and systems that are vital to understand as you move beyond the energy you have been carrying.

Belief systems function because they are being fed the same energy repetitively that keeps them in motion. Look at any system around you and notice that it is sustained on reliable sources of energy. From mechanics to politics to nature, you are surrounded by systems that work both independently and interdependently together. A system can change, but typically it results in the dismantling of the entire structure first to release all the old energy that it is composed of and has relied upon for operation.

Comparatively, belief patterns are types of energy that exist with the potential and desire to change over time. Your belief patterns have been formulated, at their root, with the expectation of expansion. They were created by you and for you to grow in all ways that you choose, when you choose to do so. A pattern can change harmoniously without breaking down what you have already put into motion. A pattern is pliable and able to change form energetically without dismantlement.

It is time to release the belief patterns you have held onto in order to continue your journey forward. Your family and community have given you a gift of this energy. Your family and community agreed to support you by providing a place to begin. You agreed to support them by providing a new direction for the belief patterns to go so they can expand to their highest potential. There is mutual support in affect with these agreements, and they are looking to you to lead the way.

The driving intention right now is to honor your path more fully and joyfully in the year 2012. It is vital to call upon your inner compass as a barometer to where you need to go because you are ready, willing and able. There is no holding back, and after all that has been accomplished, why would you? Why would you hold yourself back in anyway? You are the ones who are needed to hold the torch of Light and lead the parade. You have done such an amazing job for eons with this work, and now the parade is going to be received and loved by a fuller audience. Do not miss this glorious time! It was made by you, for you, and for the benefit of all. The parade is turning an important corner.

You may be feeling a stirring in your soul that it is appropriate to go off and do your own work at this time, away from what you have known as familial support and love. This can show up in any variety of ways, from reducing contact, limiting gatherings, or simply detaching energetically with Love. You will know what is best for you with each person. On a soul level, they will know and accept this as well because the work you are doing is not separate from them at all – it is, in actuality, for ALL.

It is not to say that this is easy for humans to do. Deep feelings, soul wounds, ancient contracts, and the Ego Mind will all come up to be addressed. Every time you feel something heavy, dense or deep arrive in front of you, view yourself sitting down to talk to it. Have a heart-based conversation with this part of you. Allow it to say everything it needs to express. Give it room to communicate fear, anger, hurt, sadness, loss. Allow it to be heard. And as you listen, send Love to every part of it that needs to receive higher energy. Give it showers of Love to feel safe. Remind this part of yourself that you agreed to raise the energetic belief patterns for the good of all and there is nothing to fear with this change. There is only more Love to allow in.

A perspective to consider is that separation is never real. In fact, it is impossible. You are not able to separate from those you love because you are One, bound and connected by the eternal light of your Being and your deep Love for each other.

Consider viewing this phase of your journey as part of the human game. You are playing a game that requires you to be in different places right now and to do different work. Think of it as a form of Hide-and-Seek. Although you will be in different places and may not see each other clearly, it is only temporary and only a game. You will always find each other again and reunite because you are “hiding” in a different room in the same house.

The patterns you agreed to change will be evident due to the discomfort created within your solar plexus. You will feel a growing redness in your belly when something old and outdated has come before you. Energetically, sit with this discomfort and visualize bringing the redness up to your heart chakra. See it change from red to orange to yellow to white. This will take as long as you need it to. Then, release the white light through your heart, beyond your arms and see it dissipate like stars into the air around you. Breathe deeply. Send gratitude and Love to every star you see.

Additionally, it may be challenging at times for your Mind to go through this process because the new, higher belief pattern may not be clear at first. You may be looking for something to grab onto and hold. The landscape may appear foggy, fuzzy or vacant. Allow this to be and do not force anything. The Knowingness will arrive when it is time.

Rest assured that many of you will be experiencing this transition simultaneously all over the planet. You are uniquely positioned to hold Light exactly where you are. Together you create a grand energetic grid system that is uplifting the energy for millions. Envision your work together as a net in the water rising to the surface. You are each a unique corner of this net and an essential component to the process of elevating energy.

Expanding beyond ancient belief patterns is a service you agreed to perform for the benefit of mankind. Now is the accepted time to focus on this release process while holding the highest intentions of Love, happiness and joy for All. In fact, it’s the only intention you have ever held at a Soul level.”

SaLuSa: Good afternoon, Laura. What is on your mind today, dear friend?

Laura: hum.. well, I wonder about energy low, I feel rather tired today. Do I waste energy somehow?

SaLuSa: The human condition is an interesting subject to discuss. Shall I say that energy is transformed throughout your bodies during the day. Yes indeed, there is such a thing as energy waste. One can waste much energy in inner consideration. For example, “what would have happened if I had chosen to go on holidays in such a place, rather than this place…” or “why was this person short tempered with me?”

Emotions can be a terrible distraction for humans, and negative emotions can be quite harmful. On one hand suppressing negative emotions towards a situation or somebody will act on one’s subconscious and it is quite dangerous not to deal with these emotions and deny their existence, as these can resurface at any moment and in any situation. Needless to say that most of the time one can direct frustration or anger towards the wrong person at the wrong time.

On the other hand, expressing one’s anger with someone or with what appears to be faith leads to a serious leak of energy and focusing your attention towards negative issues, will only attract more negativity. It can literally never end, and entire life times can be wasted in anger, and negativity.

Laura: I can understand what you mean, so what is the solution I wonder?

SaLuSa: The solution, is rather simple on a theoretical level, however it is rather difficult to practise, as you are well aware of. How does one remain centred throughout one’s day? How does one replenish one’s energy supplies? How can one try to remain calm and fair in all situations? It is so easy for your human experience to become attached to your human identity, to your negative emotions, to sink into the pre programmed software sub routines within your ego’s mind.

These attitudes are showing to you all that there is a lack of inner connection, a lack of grounding and of love for your fellow humans. Compassion for others begins with compassion for oneself, dear friend. See yourself in your daily life, and by seeing yourself, I mean see yourself from above. Allow your over soul to be present and guide you in your daily life. You have chosen yourselves the level of difficulty for this life, you have chosen what aspect of your essence to work on, what aspects of your soul needs strengthening.

Face the challenges you have set for yourself, knowing that only what you can deal with was taken on. Also know that the law of karma has many secrets and it comes back into your life when one expects it the least. Once one feels comfortable and settled into one’s life, inner sleep will settle in. Inner sleep is not something desired when one’s aim in life is to awaken. So karma is in fact your greatest ally with the awakening objective in mind, for it will prevent you from sleeping, dear one.

Much energy is trapped in the human body, and it can be released into outbursts of anger or wasted on constant day dreaming for instance. When the body is excessively tired, it is very easy to feel lack of energy supply to your higher brain functions and to your higher emotional centres, or superior chakras, if you like in other terms. Energy blockages translate as thick body armour, ready for a fight. No need to spend time in anticipating great fear and great disappointments. Just be. Be present, in every moment, inside your body, inside your mind.

Allow others to follow their own path, as your path is very different from that of many others. You have been provided with much help for this life, at many levels from your birth on this planet. Know for now that such help is very rarely granted, in fact one soul can have thousands of lives, without half of the help you have been granted as a child alone.

You are having the experiences you chose to have, during your life plan indeed, like all other souls present at this time. The difference in part is that you experience your life from a different place than many others, and with this comes the possibility for great achievements, but also much danger from outside. It is now vital for you to be wise with those who you allow into your life. Once again, your path is very different from the path of those who surround you, you have access to much more knowledge, guidance than your fellow humans, never forget that and never forget to show those on a different path the greatest love and respect.
