First Contact & the Integration Protocol

Greetings Brothers and Sisters.

I received the following message from my source, Alpha Ship 102.

First contact is a multidimensional event operating beyond levels of human comprehension. The Ashtar Command acts as 'guardian body' of this operation to ensure and uphold the Principle of Free Will for all individual Souls involved in the Harvest.

Initially there will be direct contact with certain groups and individuals by their Star Families. These Terran Eagles will act as wayshowers, teachers and mentors to their earthly Brothers and Sisters enabling open Federation interaction with society without causing 'shock and awe', or in any way provoking a negative reaction.

This is the objective of the Integration Protocol.

The experience that each individual Soul now incarnate on Earth chose as their 'first contact scenario', if chosen, will manifest. This, as you may imagine contains an infinity of possibilitities. For one individual the experience may well have a 'ufo' theme, but for the other, for example, a 'miricle' may happen or a mystical journey may be taken in some form.

A large percentage of earths population choose to subscribe to the views of the main stream media and will only 'believe' that which is fed to them via the television screens as being 'real'; thus the media plays an important role during First Contact.

Firstly an awareness of the true history of our planet and Mother Gaia shall be triggered. This enables planetary entities to resonate at a frequency more 'in tune' with that of the planet.

As an earth incarnate you have spent much of your life within an ilussion of separation. This has had a karmic effect on the planet, earthquakes, huge natural 'disasters' are the physical reactions to this dissonance between the human soul collective and the Mother.

When the true relationship between earth history and extraterrestrial involvement is to be understood then 'first contact' will initially be a 'historical discovery' about the true past of our host world,

Other events, for example in Egypt, will also help prepare for open contact.

Through education it will be possible to avoid breaking the Law of Confusion and thus infringing upon an individuals right not to know.

We add at this point a reminder that for many individual and soul Groups that 'first contact' may not be from the skies but establshed between 4th density inner earth plane groups.

We hope to have answered this intruments questions.

Whenever you have a resistance towards anything (person, place or thing), you end up creating an electrical charge, a bio-electrical response.  This charge then becomes positive or negative depending on which pole you direct your sled towards (your sled being every thought). This place of Earth is filled with infinite possibilities.  Possibility lives in every situation you are continually being drawn into every energetic thought you react to. Imagine yourself as a mathematical equation, a series of numbers and outcomes.  Each time a number in that equation changes, the outcome also changes. 

When your life moves you into a cul-de-sac that seems to have no way out, it is then you must learn to fly above what blocks your progress.  Lift your thinking upward to a new plateau of creation. Anything that is happening in your life is there because of you.  Own it. You are not a victim but a student engulfed in deep animated teachings. Just like learning to become a soldier with real bullets this is not a practice run but the real thing. Even though earth is holographic of nature all actions on earth are recorded and held secret. Even in your holographic universe all thoughts count like live ammunition.

Progress is quickened in everyone’s life as time marches forward and faster than you think or know.  The lessons are thicker and deeper than one has expected after years of clearing up the debris of the personality.  You no longer live on the same street of light.  Your soul address has changed once again. You're Moving on up to that deluxe apartment in the sky... You are asked to experience a new level of self and soul that you are not familiar with nor comfortable with. Like meeting new people all you can do is observe until it is safe to act.

 The mind and the body are joined by a new soul being – one they have not interacted with before.  They are suspicious and confused by this new vibrational presence.  The old aspect of you has left never to return but in a fleeting memory.  The new aspect of your soul presence is not attached to any outcomes as the old you once was.  The new aspect sees the entirety of the dialog of creation and sits in the land of thought manifestation with a feeling of power.   There’s one glitch in this vast portrayal of light enhancement.  There is a thin ethereal membrane that keeps the new soul light/ intact.  This thin ethereal membrane is like a protective sac around a newborn baby.  It keeps it safe from the harsh outer world until it is ready to be birthed then the membrane weakens and tears.  The new soul light that has been activated in all of Humanity will not be fully felt until the time of Easter when the soul membrane is ready to be dissolved in the higher light of achieved Ascension. (Achieved ascension being the many layers of your being that already reside at a higher light)

Right now there is a feeling of being torn between two lights, two souls, and two worlds.  The sense of being you and not being you is amplified. All elements of life point at you asking 'will the real you stand up?'  As you try and try to redefine yourself the confusion just seems to get stickier and deeper.  Allow time for the membrane between layers of light to quicken and thin.  Fill up with what is good in your life and embrace what is beautiful around you.  There will always be something that is unresolved in your life on some level.  It's important to move your awareness above it, into the beauty of life.  There will always be a pulse of polarity that keeps the small black hole in everybody’s life spinning.  Do not be sucked into what is wrong – always holding you hostage. What is wrong is but a minute percentage of your life force.  Move your awareness into what is right, what is good and what is blessed and spend your creation in that place.  Every thought changes something.

We wish to add more to our recent message regarding the fear that some people hold regarding extraterrestrials. We know that an understanding of what we the Galactic Federation represent, will lay to rest many concerns and not least of all convey our true intentions. Wherever you come across us bear in mind that no civilizations are invited or allowed to join us, unless they have ascended. Having ascended, it is a clear indication that all members are of such a high vibration that they represent Love and Light. Their missions are for what is in the best interests of all souls, and they are guided by the higher authorities that administer to all federations, councils and similar groups. All abide by the Divine Plan of God and serve the Will of God, and answer to no one else. Although the dark Ones may pretend otherwise, we have never deliberately harmed another soul whether they be of the Light or darkness. There are ways and means of avoiding confrontation that could lead to unwelcome consequences. You may wonder how that can be done, and we would inform you that we can simply remove those ones who threaten and place them elsewhere. However, our response is to retire from any danger, and that can occur instantaneously if we so wish.

We ask you therefore what is it you fear, as had we meant to conquer your people we could have achieved that at absolutely any time we wished. Far from being a threat to you, we have followed your journey and helped you out when allowed to do so. You must know by now that we have gone to great pains to make it clear we can only do so providing it is not interfering you’re your karma. There are times when you have called out to us, when we have been unable to come to you as the circumstances have resulted from a karmic situation you have created. These are occasions when you have to learn the lesson that life offers you, otherwise how will you evolve. In fact, our Federation has had some extremely important missions, and one that still continues to today, is to keep unwelcome visitors away from Earth.

The Universe is teeming with life, much of which has advanced far beyond your capabilities which is why you need our protection. Naturally such civilizations are curious about other life forms and being technologically advanced, can travel inter-dimensionally to go wherever they wish. They are not however allowed to distract you from your Ascension process. As we have previously indicated, some exceptions are allowed as has happened in the case of the Grays who were invited by you to stay on Earth. This agreement goes back some 70 years, and has almost entirely benefited the military at the expense of the main population. Your future has already been defined, and Ascension is the next great event on Earth that is well advanced and will lift you out of duality. It has been the Divine Plan ever since you first left the higher dimensions to experience duality and all of the challenges it held. Whatever you perceive that may pose some delay to Ascension; it can be disregarded as nothing can stop the process from continuing and ensuring your successful passage through the end times.

A lot is going on at present, mainly as required to hasten the various announcements we wish to see made. However we must be sure that everything is in place so that they have the full impact necessary to allow us to go ahead with our plans. These are naturally also dependent on or allies who have excelled in representing us, and acquiring the conditions and opportunities we need to fulfill our part of preparing you and Mother Earth for Ascension. Matters are quite near to bringing out the support we are looking for to set the ball rolling. Once it does, you will be in for a busy time keeping up with developments, as we are totally ready to fast forward our activities. Let your imaginations run riot once we get underway, because so much will be happening at the same time and you will find it very interesting and uplifting. It will not take you long to see that we are what we claim to be, and working wholly for your release from this cycle of Duality.

Unlike humans we do not get stressed or emotional problems as you do, and we fully understand the immense pressures that you live under in your modern age. Our demeanor is one of being calm, peaceful and balanced at all times. Your conditions are somewhat false as the dark Ones perpetuate them in such a way as to keep you in a constant state of need. They have deliberately set-up one war after another knowing that they are so destructive and soul destroying. Peace has never been their strong point, and the more death and destruction they cause the better they like it. It plays you into their hands and their ultimate aim for world control. However, we are pleased to say that they have traveled thus far, and now met their equal by being confronted by the Light. It is what they have always feared, as they know that you the people are waking up to your power to overcome their plan. Indeed, with our help you are now a formidable force, that is bringing into being the transmuting energies that are disempowering the dark Ones.

You are looked upon as some of the most exceptional souls in the Universe to have taken on the challenge of duality. It was almost unthinkable that you would risk temporarily losing your connection with your Higher Self, your Godself. Yet you had total faith in those who agreed to oversee your experiences, and promised to look after you. Can you really believe that we are talking about you, because certain forces have tried to keep you in the dark as to the truth. The awakening grows so rapidly now, and that is also reflected in how much the collective consciousness also grows. You are doing so well that there is no concern about how things will turn out. Let it give you comfort and confidence, and as we have already suggested do not allow the dark Ones to take your eye off the finishing line.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius and pleased we have come this far with you, as you are not the only ones gaining from your experiences. We have attended Ascension taking place in other Universes, but never has one been as special as yours or as unique. We suggest you give yourselves a pat on the back for having overcome the opposition to Ascension, which is your great victory. As we see it from our level it has already been achieved – you are victorious.

The Little Soul and the Sun
Parable by Neale Donald Walsch

Once upon no time, there was a little Soul who said to God, "I know who I am."

And God said, "That's wonderful! Who are you?"

And the Little Soul shouted, "I'm the Light!"

God smiled a big smile. "That's right!" God exclaimed. "You are the Light."

The Little Soul was so happy, for it had figured out what all the souls in the Kingdom were there to figure out.

"Wow," said the Little Soul, "this is really cool!"

But soon, knowing who it was was not enough. The Little Soul felt stirrings inside, and now wanted to be who it was. And so the Little Soul went back to God (which is not a bad idea for all souls who want to be Who They Really Are) and said,

"Hi, God! Now that I know Who I am, is it okay for me to be it?"

And God said, "You mean you want to be Who You Already Are?"

"Well," replied the Little Soul," it's one thing to know Who I Am, and another thing altogether to actually be it. I want to feel what it's like to be the Light!"

"But you already are the Light," God repeated, smiling again.

"Yes, but I want to see what that feels like!" cried the Little Soul.

"Well," said God with a chuckle, "I suppose I should have known. You always were the adventuresome one."

Then God's expression changed. "There's only one thing..."

"What?" asked the Little Soul.

"Well, there is nothing else but the Light. You see, I created nothing but what you are; and so, there is no easy way for you to experience yourself as Who You Are, since there is nothing that you are not."

"Huh?" said the Little Soul, who was now a little confused.

"Think of it this way," said God. "You are like a candle in the Sun. Oh, you're there all right. Along with a million, gazillion other candles who make up the Sun. And the sun would not be the Sun without you. Nay, it would be a sun without one of its candles...and that would not be the Sun at all; for it would not shine as brightly. Yet, how to know yourself as the Light when you are amidst the Light -that is the question."

"Well," the Little Soul perked up, "you're God. Think of something!"

Once more God smiled. "I already have," God said. "Since you cannot see yourself as the Light when you are in the Light, we'll surround you with darkness."

"What's darkness?" the Little Soul asked.

God replied, "It is that which you are not."

"Will I be afraid of the dark?" cried the Little Soul.

"Only if you choose to be," God answered. "There is nothing, really, to be afraid of, unless you decide that there is. You see, we are making it all up. We are pretending."

"Oh," said the Little Soul, and felt better already.

Then God explained that, in order to experience anything at all, the exact opposite of it will appear. "It is a great gift," God said, "because without it, you could not know what anything is like. You could not know Warm without Cold, Up without Down, Fast without Slow. You could not know Left without Right, Here without There, Now without Then."

"And so," God concluded, "when you are surrounded with darkness, do not shake your fist and raise your voice and curse the darkness. Rather be a Light unto the darkness, and don't be mad about it. Then you will know Who You Really Are, and all others will know, too. Let your Light shine so that everyone will know how special you are!"

"You mean it's okay to let others see how special I am?" asked the Little Soul.

"Of course!" God chuckled. "It's very okay! But remember, ‘special' does not mean 'better.' Everybody is special, each in their own way! Yet many others have forgotten that. They will see that it is okay for them to be special only when you see that it is okay for you to be special."

"Wow," said the Little Soul, dancing and skipping and laughing and jumping with joy. "I can be as special as I want to be!"

"Yes, and you can start right now," said God, who was dancing and skipping and laughing right along with the Little Soul.

"What part of special do you want to be?"

"What part of special?" the Little Soul repeated. "I don't understand."

"Well," God explained, "being the Light is being special, and being special has a lot of parts to it. It is special to be kind. It is special to be gentle. It is special to be creative. It is special to be "Simple," the Friendly Soul said. "I would do it because I love you."

The Little Soul seemed surprised at the answer.

"Don't be so amazed," said the Friendly Soul, "you have done the same thing for me. Don't you remember? Oh, we have danced together, you and I, many times. Through the eons and across all the ages have we danced. Across all time and in many places have we played together. You just don't remember."

"We have both been All of It. We have been the Up and the Down of it, the Left and the Right of it. We have been the Here and the There of it, the Now and the Then of it. We have been the male and the female, the good and the bad; we have both been the victim and the villain of it."

"Thus have we come together, you and I, many times before; each bringing to the other the exact and perfect opportunity to Express and to Experience Who We Really Are. And so," the Friendly Soul explained further, "I will come into your next lifetime and be the 'bad one' this time. I will do something really terrible, and then you can experience yourself as the One Who Forgives.

"But what will you do?" the Little Soul asked, just a little nervously, "That will be so terrible?"

"Oh," replied the Friendly Soul with a twinkle, "we'll think of something."

Then the Friendly Soul seemed to turn serious, and said in a quiet voice, "You are right about one thing, you know."

"What is that?" the Little Soul wanted to know.

“I will have to slow down my vibration and become very heavy to do this not-so-nice thing. I will have to pretend to be something very unlike myself. And so, I have but one favour to ask of you in return."

"Oh, anything, anything!" cried the Little Soul, and began to dance and sing, "I get to be forgiving,

I get to be forgiving!"

Then the Little Soul saw that the Friendly Soul was remaining very quiet.

"What is it?" the Little Soul asked. "What can I do for you? You are such an angel to be willing to do this for me!"

"Of course this Friendly Soul is an angel!" God interrupted. "Everyone is! Always remember: I have sent you nothing but angels."

And so the Little Soul wanted more than ever to grant the Friendly Soul's request. "What can I do for you?" the Little Soul asked again.

"In the moment that I strike you and smite you," the Friendly Soul replied, "in the moment that I do the worst to you that you could possible imagine ~ in that very moment..."

"Yes?" the Little Soul interrupted, "yes...?""Remember Who I Really Am."

"Oh, I will!" cried the Little Soul, "I promise! I will always remember you as I see you right here, right now!"

"Good," said the Friendly Soul, "because, you see, I will have been pretending so hard, I will have forgotten myself. And if you do not remember me as I really am, I may not be able to remember for a very long time. And if I forget Who I Am, you may even forget Who You Are, and we will both be lost. Then we will need another soul to come along and remind us both of Who We Are."

"No, we won't!" the Little Soul promised again. "I will remember you! And I will thank you for bringing me this gift ~ the chance to experience myself as Who I Am.

“And so, the agreement was made. And the Little Soul went forth into a new lifetime, excited to be the Light, which was very special, and excited to be that part of special called Forgiveness. And the Little Soul waited anxiously to be able to experience itself as Forgiveness, and to thank whatever other soul made it possible. And at all the moments in that new lifetime, whenever a new soul appeared on the scene, whether that new soul brought joy or sadness--and especially if it brought sadness--the Little Soul thought of what God had said.

"Always remember," God had smiled, "I have sent you nothing but angels."

Quan Yin Speaks: As I weave my energies around you, within you, and to you there will come many faces of the feminine.  Allow each face that comes to your mind to enter your heart, to enter into you, to enter in through you; and thus you will create a portal, an entrance, and an exit that you will facilitate at a much higher energy than you realize..  Weave into the context of your heart to the very beginning island of your soul in the first thought of God, in the first thought of creation.  Place yourself upon that island of Light within you.  See it as a Galaxy, a Universe, and begin to spin forward from it what your heart desires, what your heart cries for, and what your soul demands.  Let not your humanness enter into this aspect of weaving, of creating, of birthing. 

Humanity for so long has sensed the birth of new projects, of new ideas, of new energies, of new eras as something that was painful, something that was hard to do, something that took great strain and effort and more than yourself to do it. Humans themselves need a midwife, or so they think to birth their dreams, to birth their hearts, to birth their creations and their manifestations.

It is time that you become the midwife of your own essences and trust that you have the knowledge, the innate cellular and stellar knowledge to birth into your everydayness whatever it is that you feel that you need.  As you view the outside world, as you view the humanness from your island of Light;  there is a feel, a need, a want, to retract yourself to pull back into your shell and not venture out again until the rising waters are safe, the electricity has stopped popping and the sand has stopped shifting.   Now is time that you will learn to walk on these shifting sands, now is the time that you learn to understand the electricity in the air, the tides that ebb and flow throughout your life.  You can no longer stick your head in the ground as an ostrich, and hide from what is your destiny.  Your destiny screams at you from within. 

Part of the angers that many are feeling is the very voice of that destiny:  “Let me out of this tower that you have kept me in, let me out! Destiny is about to bend the very bars of its prison breaking free and breaking loose.  You can no longer sit on the haunches of your humanness and wait until the sands settle, until the tides abide, or the angry winds stop knocking on your door.  It is time to dance with the energies of wind, ride them tame them and then  use them to propel you forward.  It is time to merge with the granules of the shifting sands, in the hourglass of time coming undone.  It is time to hold your breath and dive deeply into the murky waters that flood the shorelines of this time and place.

Moving forward, and moving without fear will be the names written in the chapters of the upcoming books and sequences of events in you life.  Learning to walk in between the worlds, learning to walk in the cracks of self, to straddle what is fractured and broken, riding it into smoothness.  Hone it by your desire of movement.  You all sit as a baby who has taken its first step and fallen, crying, screaming, railing for the Father/Mother/Creator to come pick you up; but the child must pick itself up.  You can yell, you can scream, you can be angry at what injustice was done to you, who and what hurt you, who and what owes you, but still the movement forward thru all the emotional debris is yours and yours alone.

You have heard that necessity is the mother of invention? Now through necessity you will become the mother of creation going into the cupboards that seem so bare, scraping the emptiness, forming it into something that is wonderful and delicious. Seeing what still lives in the invisible in-between the molecules of time.  

Lift the veils of your humanness scrape the cataracts out of your heart and your soul.  Scrape the resin off the outside of you and let your pores breathe; let your dreams breathe, and let your heart beat in joy again. Walk as a babe that is cautious but yet strong and determined to take another step.  See the arms, the hand, the heart of your Creator stretched out to you as a parent beckoning you forward and forward and forward.  You look back with each step forward as the door of the past shuts and seals.

You cannot go back for the very essence of time immortal has changed.  Many of you cry out to your earth parents feeling vulnerable like a  frightened child that is left alone. Why is this happening Mother?  Why is this happening Father?  Your child like cries fall upon dead ears. That is why we come to you.  To hold you, to nurture you, to support you when you cannot or will not support yourself.  Yes, we are invisible to most people; like all that is grand such as love and God, but we are in the eyes of the one who sits across from you tonight.  We are in the eyes of the children.  We are in the eyes of your dreams, and of your animals that say, please hold on one more day, one more minute, one more choice;  we cannot make it without you, you are needed by so many for so much.  You have shed the coat and skin of who you were earlier this year; and you are naked.  The light is bright and sometimes stark and you feel exposed, and vulnerable; you may find yourself lashing out to those who offer help or love or an encouraging word. It is you who is angry at you. You feel as if you have no control or what is happening in your life.

Each day speak to your mind, body, and soul as three separate beings.  Treat them as such.  They have bickered and fought far too long.  Your mind argues with your body and the body gets back at the mind, and the soul just views and shrugs wondering what is the matter with these two Why do they fight as siblings with different father.  Stop fighting with yourself.  The body is right, the mind is right, and the soul is right.  They are all right from the angle they sit.  View them as a Trinity, each one sees from a different direction, from a different perspective.

Speak to the body, love it as an old friend who has served you well.  Speak to the mind for it has always sat in council for your highest good.  Tell your brain, your human brain to let you expand, to let you see more, to let you be more, to let you dream more, to let you become more.  Coax it, as a child coaxes a parent for more allowance, for more privileges, by assuring the parent that it knows what it is doing. You are about to stretch forward.  It is as putting on an undersea diving suit to begin with.  The fit is tight.  You must hold your breath.  It catches on your very flesh as you zip it.  But little by little your humanness warms it and expands it and stretches it.  And so shall you do with the next phase of self that you walk into.

There is no failure in being human.  It does not matter if you waste your life, or you use your life appropriately, Whatever you are choosing to do is just fine.  There are no mistakes, there are no failures.  There is nothing you can do wrong.  The essences of wrong was given to you as a limitation; as was the frequency of death to limit you and bind you in fear.  In the Orient they bind the feet.  In some cultures they bind the head, in others they bind the heart.  Cut away all things that bind you and  no longer serve you. 

Show by example over and over and over again, like the mother eagle who comes to the ledge and shows her fledglings how to fly. Each fledgling has a different strength, and wingspan and the wind blows in accordance.  Do not Judge what another does for they are most probability doing the very best that they can in that moment.  They are at their peak for them.  Not their peak for you.  Allow them to stay in the nest longer to stretch, to fly.  Love them where they choose to camp, love them where they choose to settle.

There are multitudes of choices because there are multitudes of people.  You hold within you a Universe, and within that Universe are layer upon layer of other Universes and possibilities.  It is your choice whether you go deep into the very first cell of your being or expand out the largest galaxies of your perception..  All possibilities live within you. 

You as a holographic piece of the whole, contain the entire Universe.  You have the whole picture within you.  It has been promised since the beginning.  It is the promise you stand on.  It is the promise you dream in.  It is the promise you breathe.  It is the promise that your heart beats for.  It is time that you believe it. All structure comes down.  The old property has tumbled.  You stand amongst the rubble.  It is time to clear it.  what will you build now on this prime creator property?  What will you build on this priceless corner lot of self?  Build what you never imagined.  Build what you never thought possible.  Build what your humanness can not even comprehend.  And force your essence into expansion.

Do not allow the traffic jams of your soul and the frenzy of others to misdirect your intention.  Stand strong, stand tall in you.  You are the true miracle.  You easily love everything and everyone outside of you, yet you look at yourself in disdain.  How could I have created such an imperfection? Even though your physical beauty is great you do not see it. Thus you see not the beauty in the people around you, and the world around you, and the lessons that grace you everyday. 

You can move mountains.  You have access through all times, all dimension, all truths that have ever been spoken, or thought.  You have access to the library of failures and the library of successes.  You have access through the time holes, through the time doors that sit in each one of your yards.  You have access into the spirit of the wind.  Into the spirit of the birds, and the raindrops.  There is nothing that you cannot become one with.  There is nothing that you cannot experience.  It is a merging, it is an emergence.  You walk in one door and out another door.  Become one with your day, with the sun, with the clouds, with the people that you see so blinded by the cataracts of society.  Let these energies of seeing open up to you.  See through all denseness, see through all the ones that you love.  See into the truths that are hidden yet so exposed.  I am Quan Yin, Merge with me.  I hold the womb of no time that I keep you within, where all creation is birthed with a thought.  I protect you and love you.  Place me in your heart.  It is there that I do my best work.

Okay, you've asked us to talk about that group of beings that sit somewhere between yourselves and ourselves i.e. the Animal Kingdom.  Although we are far from experts in this matter, possible we have a greater insight than what you do yourselves if for no other reason than the fact of observation over a very long period of time.

We'll recap on a few things which will become clear as to why we're doing so.

We mention that for ourselves our links out to what you would term the actual Elementals are more like roots, okay, so a leaf is touched, a tree is touched, a sudden flare up of a fire is touched, a puff of wind and they are all extensions of us.  How many of us, quite a lot as you can imagine, spread over and throughout this Earth.  Each working in  harmony with their own team, normally if not just always, just about always working in harmony with the other Elemental teams as well., serving the Being that we are here to serve, the Earth itself.  But what I am trying to give you here is a picture that we are spread across the Earth, can crop up any place as we said in the last one, major bush fires, the wind, the major or even minor hurricanes if you like and very strong fronts, they have to be ridden.

For yourselves, it is a similar pattern and this is an area that we haven't touched upon or developed really, if at all and that is your links back to other beings.  Now the difference between you and your other beings and us and our other beings is that when you see what you think is an Elemental it is an extension of us, right, or when you feel an Elemental, under normal circumstances it is an extension of us, it is not an individual in it's own right.

You're different, you are individuals, but as some of you know you're also part of a group.  Now you can explain that group as being Karma if you like and a lot of people do although that is not technically or necessarily true, but you have links back and if you look at true Soul Mates, true ones, not those that are bandied around in the women's magazines every time they are printed.

But when there is a true Soul Mate, the linking there is as close as a twin.  A twin soul mate if you like and if you can extend this a little bit further and allow your minds to accept it, then you can see that you begin to come from a source, if you like, and you extend out also, just the same as we extended ourselves out to the ends of our roots.  But the big difference we must stress is that you are still individuals, but you still have a very similar chain back to a source.

Now that is not the All That Is source, the Godhead, whatever you wish to call it, it is an interim and some of you may be aware at different times of possibly existing in the same time frame but in another part of the earth's surface and then you begin to see these links and that you are firmly and one may for all purposes say, permanently linked to these other beings, some of whom will be physical at the time, some of whom will not.  Like a great big family if you like.  Brothers and sisters, nephews and nieces, all linked back to the grandparents or the great grandparents, something like that, okay.

But again we stress, as individuals.  Now if you can take both sides of this and come somewhere down the middle between the two, you have the Animal Kingdom.
They are linked in very many ways but the one thing that they are not to the degree that you are, is an individual.  Not yet and yet those of you who are perceptive enough to see, will have been aware and acknowledged the rate at which animals are progressing.

We think if would be fair to say that if you assessed an animal now and then took that asessment back 25, 30 years by professional groups, you would find that they would accept that there is a great degree of difference in the animal's abilities.  Now they are going to put it down to the fact that their systems have improved, not that the creature itself has.  They are wrong.  It is both.

Sure their way of approaching this has been refined, has got better but the animals themselves are marching forward, becoming smarter and even now as you know, more individual.  Where does this leave humans in the race if there is such a thing as a race?  We don't know.  WE DO NOT KNOW.

But you have this group that is suddenly beginning to bite at your heels.  Maybe they are the ones that will push you forward, because if not then surely the way things are goiong they will overtake you.  Maybe they are the ones who will stimulate you to go forward, not scientifically, but inwardly to become more aware of yourselves to have a much better grasp.

So do animals have an individual soul as you do?
In general, at the moment no and so therefore one of the first things that crops into mind is when they will reappear as occasionally happens to people.  That their favourite dog, cat, horse, whatever it may be has reappeared to them in the ethers looking exactly as it was.  Yes, but that is a halfway point, so to a degree they still live on an individual basis but they go back to their source.  In many ways just the same as you do and they are formed once more.

Can they change from being a cat to a dog, or a mouse to an elephant?
Generally no.  Those very rare ones who are as rare as a human who is able to ascend and when did you last meet one of those, those very rare ones are able to make the step across if they so desire.  If not, they continue on being the Masters this is not a sexist term, of their own group of creatures, whatever they may be, their own race if you like.

But be aware, they are snapping at your heels, they are getting smarter, they are becoming more individual although they are not there yet and we do not know whether they will be able to or not, we have no idea on that, all we can do is view from afar and the answer as with all things, there seem at times to be the indiviidual who steps outside the normal, where the rules do not apply and they are the ones who tend to make the greatest changes.  This has happened with humans, is happening with animals.

And that is when you get the ones like your Lord Jesus Christ, Buddha and many others we will not cover their names, they're well written and some are more and some are less who have stepped outside and built the next level for us to follow up, sorry, yes indeed we are, for us, all of us because if you step up there, we can follow too.  Not in your footsteps but we have been pushed further and further down and it is now time for us to step forward as well.

But the idea is not to stand around the level that they have built below it and worship it, the idea is to step upon it and to take in all that it can give you so that once again you can go a step ahead.

Do you understand what we are saying there, that what you should be doing is when these beings appear, is not to worship them but to emulate them, to become like them, not to say individually they are so far ahead of me I can never be like that.  That is rubbish of course you can, you were and you can be again.  You can become exactly like them, and then allow the next one to make the next level up, to build the next platform, hop up there to put their hands down and to draw you all up as well.

In which case dear friends, you will then see the churches for what they are.  Now here we can step onto some very dangerous ground because there are a lot of genuine, beautiful people working within the various forms of church and religion, but generally they are not at a level within those organisations to really know what is going on. They unfortunately instead of being the ones at the helm, they take very much a back seat and are driven forward. Now this is for many a very difficult area to go, to understand that really what the churches have done in many ways, or individuals within the churches, they're beautiful people there who genuinely believe and we have to protect those.  But the churches if you like have built a wall around the possibility of making the next step forward.

So let's say it is like an old monument, Britain is very good at this as are Europe, they will find something, they'll build a wall around it and they they'll charge you to go in, right.  Now the thing with this is they will charge you to go in, you can look at it from a distance, but you'll never get there because they'll then turn around and say you're not ready, out you go, back round again, you come back with some more money and come and have another look.

If that sounds mean, we are sorry and it is probably the best example we can give of where these places stand and they too have their links back far too often to those that we have discussed before.

A Saint-Germain Channeling

This channeling is part of a Soul purpose reading with Saint-Germain. It has been edited and reprinted here with our client's permission.

“Dear Saint-Germain, Spirit teaches us to be true to ourselves, to our joy. I am married, with two children, and I am working in a job that I don't like, just in order to support my wife and children. I feel like just breaking free from it all and disappearing to a remote monastery somewhere in the mountains, or to just travel and be free to be myself. How can I do something like this, when I have a wife and two children to support?”

My friend, indeed, this is a situation that strikes right at the core of the matter. How are you able to take care of your spiritual and human needs, especially when you are also taking care of the needs of other people, too? And in this case, these people are your wife and children.

I understand that you are feeling frustrated, and that you would like to bring change into your life. But before you make any impulsive decision about where to go, and what to do, I invite you first to stop for a moment and breathe.

It is natural for all humans to want to break free from limitations, and to want to move into better life conditions, especially when they are feeling the way you feel right now.

However, dropping everything that you've invested yourself in, and in the life that you've created for yourself and your loved ones, will not make you happier. I am not trying to discourage you here. But the idea of living in a monastery will not make you happy for very long, even though it seems like it would right now. But you know this already, otherwise you would have chosen this path, instead of questioning it, as you are doing right now.

It is important, however, to recognize your deeper needs in this situation. These need to receive your attention now, very urgently. These needs have created a kind of uprising within you; they are wanting you to focus your attention on something fundamentally important. You have been neglecting these long enough now, that you are feeling suffocated by your current situation; so you need to turn your attention to them now.

The thing that is fundamentally important right now is to take time for yourself. You need to take care of yourself first. Do this, in appropriate ways, before taking care of others. Nurture, strengthen, and renew yourself now. This will not exempt you from your responsibilities toward others in your life, nor do you really desire this. But it will help you to put your responsibilities into proper perspective.

You see, when you have created a balanced perspective about satisfying your needs and the needs of your loved ones, then you will gain clarity and maintain a compassionate view of things at the same time. You will better understand your motivations, and you will be able to shed some light on what has brought feelings of unhappiness and restriction into your life. Then you will see what your evolving needs are at this time, and how you can best take care of them within the loving network of relationships that you have created.

When you do, the sense of fulfillment that comes from attending to these needs will open the channels of communicating with your Soul, and will invite greater ease and joy into your life.

So, my dear... the important question for you right now is, how can you better take care of yourself? What can you do to improve the way your personal needs are met?

The most important step I would encourage you to take now is to reconsider the beliefs and assumptions behind the question that you have asked. You said, “I am working in a job that I don't like, just in order to support my wife and children. I feel like just breaking free from it all...” You are clearly feeling restricted and unhappy with this situation, and you are looking for relief. You are looking to have basic needs met. But what are the needs? Ask yourself this.

For example, is one of your basic needs to provide for your physical safety and security, and for that of your loved ones? Or is your basic need to feel accomplished as an individual; whole and complete in the work and service that you provide to others? Perhaps your basic need is to attend to the relatedness, love, and sense of belonging that you experience with your family? Or maybe the main need you have now is beyond family, self, and biological security? Perhaps it is more trans-personal? Maybe you are longing for connections with All Life, that your current situation is not satisfying.

It is also quite possible that all of these needs may be legitimate and interacting at the same time. But you must look at them. And as you do, you will begin to feel the authenticity of each one, and have a better understanding of what you may need to do, or allow, in order to satisfy them.

Give these questions some thought, but do not dramatize your situation. Give yourself the time to see how your real needs are revealed to you, and observe yourself in the process. You will find ways that you can do things differently, and this will enable you to move beyond this feeling that your needs don't matter.

Here on Earth we may allow ourselves to buy into the illusion that we are alone, separate and cut off from our spiritual origins. But this is purely illusory. We are always free to enter a place of oneness with all-that-is, therefore allowing ourselves to reunite with our cosmic home. When we are one with all the universe, we naturally radiate the love, blessings and joy of the higher dimensions.

Everything we create from a place of inner unity is imbued with the essence of eternal oneness and love. Writing, art work, inventions – everything created with a unified consciousness holds the power to help shift others to higher dimensions because it carries the codes and keys of inner unification.

The first step toward cosmic oneness is cultivating a relationship between our mind and our soul.

Embracing and Allowing Eternal Love and Beauty

The intention to return to the calm and bliss of your soul will bring you energetically in resonance with fifth-dimensional timelines. Returning home to oneness and inner unity is a matter of bringing your conscious mind to the place of embracing and allowing the eternal love and beauty of your soul. Once your ego recognizes itself in the peaceful and loving nature of your soul and seeks to unite with this part of you, you are able to enter the state of inner oneness compatible with high-vibrational timelines.

It is no small thing for the conscious mind to relinquish a portion of its control to such a vast and powerful entity as the soul. Yet, in order to transcend the confines of a purely physical-based life, the ego must be willing to allow this to happen.

The Eternal Paradox: Losing One’s Self to Find One’s Self

Many people correctly sense that spiritual oneness means merging back into all-that-is. There is implied in this process losing, at least to a degree, one's "importance" as an individual. It is a universal paradox that in order to find ourselves, we must be willing to lose ourselves. This can be likened to the drop of water that is holistically the essence of the ocean. The drop loses its singular identity but gains the powerful force of the entire ocean as it merges with its home. If we choose to remain a small drop of water, our mental energy resonates with a small blip of all-that-is. When we expand our vision to include all the universe, our mental energy comes into resonance with universal energy.

This process of losing and finding ourselves as is natural as the in-breath and out-breath. At times we become lost in physical reality and forget we made this agreement -- this contract -- with the universe to allow ourselves to become lost so we can learn the true nature of separation. It is only through experiencing the full spectrum of unity (which includes separation) that we are able to learn the importance of uniting our mind and soul.

Bridging our conscious mind into relationship with our soul is the essence of our journey in each lifetime. On a daily basis, the journey of inner unity is one of seeing through anything that stands in the way of oneness. One of the greatest barriers to achieving inner unity is failing to recognize our own inherent worth as divine beings.

Mechanisms of Mass Thought and Enslaving Belief Systems

Sometimes people draw back from allowing this union of cosmic oneness because they don't feel they deserve it. Supporting this feeling are belief systems on Earth that view humans as removed from their own divinity. These belief systems are examples of mechanisms of mass thought designed to disempower all who fall under their spell. These mechanisms feed on one’s energy and enslave beings to a life of separation and alienation. Mechanisms of mass thought operate like computer viruses and, like computer infections, they can be brought to awareness and neutralized. With awareness, all attempts to enslave our consciousness and feed off our life-force energy can be transformed to higher understandings. With awareness, we are able to see through the mechanisms and remain neutral and transparent to them as we pass by them.

There will always be momentary lapses when we fall into old patterns of feeling ourselves undeserving of universal blessings. Any time you find yourself feeling undeserving and unworthy, use this as your wakeup trigger to affirm that you are a divine being worthy of the best the universe has to offer.

Thoughts and Feelings of Separation are ‘Leaks’ in One’s Energy Field

Whenever we feel lost, whenever we feel unable to access fifth-dimensional timelines, we can examine where within our energy field these “leaks” or conditions of separation exist. If we look at others and see ourselves as separate from them, this can be an indication that there is separation between our mind and our soul. Usually these leaks are created by old thoughts and feelings operating like wallpaper in the background of our consciousness. They may have been planted in our belief systems so long ago we no longer notice them. Once we gain awareness of any way in which our mind is spinning out “separation viruses”, we are able to quarantine and remove the virus and fix the relationship between our soul and our mind to allow inner unity.

Getting our mind and soul to work together is essential to experiencing storylines aligned with the new time on planet Earth. It is recognizing and choosing oneness with all-that-is that allows us to access higher vibrational dimensions. Our mind thinks and operates according to will. Our soul “knows” and receives its information directly from the universal information field. Together they create an energetic resonance that allows us to perceive and experience reality threads that contain the essence of our highest visions. Aligning these two and getting them to work together activates fifth-dimensional timelines imbued with the joy and bliss of eternal love.
