When discussing the possibilities of your dream world, it is important to understand the saying “as above, so below” is very real. When you undertake nightly journeys into higher realms, your energetic vibration changes in ways that will soon bring the essence of your dream experiences into the experience of your conscious, waking world. The same is true in reverse. Conscious dreams into higher realms change the tone and essence of nightly dreams. All these journeys are best undertaken with full conscious knowing of their “realness” and implications. All explorations in consciousness -- dreams and otherwise -- are real and will change your life in ways that can't often be anticipated.

Another consideration is the way in which the nightly dream world mirrors your conscious, waking world. Dreams are one way you are able to decipher and decode the meaning of events in your waking world, and receive inner guidance about them. Your guides and higher self will always respond to the efforts you make in your waking life to work with your dreams. The effort you make in your waking world to remember and interpret your nightly dreams determines the degree to which decoding takes place within your dreams. At the same time, any conscious attempt to grow spiritually will expand the range of travel itineraries available to you in your nightly journeys.

Dreams Are Multi-layered Messages from Other Aspects of your Self

Any attempt to unravel your dreams is important and will bring results. The act of remembering and interpreting dreams is a first step. Dreams occur at many different levels, each one consisting of layered meanings. Just as there are parts of your waking world that remain unseen and unrealized until your awareness expands sufficiently to comprehend them, additional layers of your dreams are accessed with an awareness expanded by hundreds of simple dream interpretations. It is in this daily practice of working with dreams that you become fluent in the language of your soul.

This fluency opens the door to many forms of intuitive communion. Do not underestimate the importance of your dreams. They are a valuable window to the workings of your inner world. Whether awake or asleep, you are always experiencing multiple dream states simultaneously.

You may wonder how dreams are created in who is sending the messages you receive in your dreams. Both the form and message of dreams come from aspects of your self that exist beyond the boundaries of your conscious mind.

Conscious 'Waking' Dream States

One layer of dreaming involves shared dreams. Your conscious awareness has, for example, agreed to take part in many different dream states with others for the creation of shared experiences. You weave in and out of these many different dreams with variations of intensity. Sometimes you bring your focus into a few dominant dreams for concentrated learning experiences; at other times you expand into many dreams you are sampling in search of veins of needed experience. There is always an expansion and contraction of your conscious dream states depending on the purpose for growth and learning at the time. A soul that has just completed an intensive learning experience may choose to enter into an expanded sampling of many conscious dream states to fish the streams of
life’s possibilities for a time before moving into another intensive period of focused learning. All conscious, waking dreams seek this balance of learning states that, when observed, resemble the cycles of the in breath and the out breath. This is important to keep in mind as this state of fluidity and flux in one’s conscious dream states can fall into judgment when not understood within proper perspective.

Some shared dream experiences are created by spiritual contracts that sometimes span lifetimes. There are souls you agree to meet while on the Earth plane for specific purposes. These soul contracts are based upon a higher purpose such as learning unconditional love, forgiveness and compassion. Sometimes these shared dreams are created to alleviate karma created in other lifetimes. Alleviating karma is essentially an attempt to gain needed understandings.

Discernment and Shared Dream States

As your awareness of shared dream states increases, you will become more discerning of the dream states in which you participate. Beware of any shared dream states you participate in by default. In your world, there are those who seek to manage and regulate conscious dream states -- their own as well as those of others. This is sometimes done for material gain by a government or industry. Intentions associated with this management and regulation of consciousness determine its outcome and karmic lessons. Conscious waking dream states are also regulated by motivations set forth as “spiritual” or “religious.” These are generally carried out with a careful interweaving of one's earliest consciousness with belief systems that support regulation through religion. The there also may be friends, family or others in your life who seek to control and regulate your conscious dream states in ways that are not aligned with your highest good. Begin following the threads of your shared dream states to gain awareness of their true essence. This will help you determine if they are worthy of your energy.

The Awakened Consciousness and Dream States

The regulation and management of waking dream states can only occur when the consciousness is not truly awakened. Once one begins to awaken inside the conscious dream, the outside regulation and management of one's conscious dream state becomes less and less possible. The awakened consciousness takes over the regulation and management of its own waking dream, working in closer communion with one's guides and angels and higher self to develop conscious agendas for spiritual evolution and world service.

This conscious awakening extends into nightly dreams experienced during the sleep state. It is here that the consciousness can truly excel, for the subconscious mind exists outside the time and space continuum of the conscious dream. It is here that the conscious awareness is able to experience other dimensions, perform world service by astral journeying to sites of suffering and catastrophe, and assist lost souls in moving on in their spiritual evolution. Not all the “guides” and “angels” who assist on the earth plane are disincarnate.

The measure of a souls worth is by the degree to which that soul can share its love. Love is the motivation behind all acts of kindness asking nothing in return. Yet whatever one gives out is returned through the Law of Attraction. At a time when the needs of others are mounting, the presence of those of the Light is a blessing, and those who wish to serve will find plenty of opportunity. Our reading of the situation is that there are now many more such willing people, than at any previous occasion in recent times. The Oneness of all souls is being recognized, and once the differences in politics and religion are overcome, there will be a great coming together that will lead your civilization forward in unity, and in a common purpose to bring harmony and balance back to Earth.

Let no one doubt that Man is on the path to massive changes, and they will provide the answers to your present problems. For too long you have been seriously held back to keep the status quo, so that the Illuminati can benefit from your demise. They were not however going to achieve their plan for total control, as the Light has slowly gained ground and virtually brought their activities to a halt. We of the Galactic Federation have clearly shown them the extent of our technological abilities to deal with their attempts to pervert the course of Ascension. With much more at our disposal, there is nothing they can do that is beyond our capabilities to deal with. You are therefore safe from world-wide destruction, and along with Mother Earth you will reach your destination. It is our duty to see that as many souls as possible are awakened, and having done so are given every help to find their way to Ascension.

It will not be long now before things really get underway, and an exciting time awaits you that will bring cheer and joy with it. There are those of you who are experiencing hardship, but no matter what the problem the answers are already known. You will be quite surprised how quickly a fair and acceptable life will be established for all citizens of Earth. Your needs are many, but they will be covered by the plan that has already been drawn up. It will prepare you all for the end times, and you will be ready to ascend at the right time as Beings of a higher level of consciousness. Some of you have already noticed the commencement of such changes within yourself, and they will continue to rise until you finally reach full consciousness. That is a requirement for any soul that aspires to move into the higher dimensions. What is assuring for you all is that there are so many great souls that have joined us in this grand adventure. When the appropriate time comes after First Contact has been made, the way will be clear for them to come amongst you. All in all they will be familiar names that have appeared time and again in your history.

The experience you are going through is priceless when you consider how unique it is. You are privileged to have been accepted for incarnation into this period, and if you think otherwise, please remember that you knew exactly what was in store before you did so. You are those who are strong in purpose and intent, and in reality have sufficient experience to overcome all obstacles and challenges. The value to you is that you will have raised your consciousness quite dramatically in such a short time, and it will serve you well during the coming period. It is what you have worked for over many. many lives, and it does not matter whether you have succumbed at times to the pull of the lower vibrations. Once you have chosen the path of Light you are helped to clear old karma out, and eventually the slate will be clean through the Law of Grace. The Creator desires the eventual return of all souls, and their service to the Light will mean that much experience is gained. It is never lost and can help others who are also seeking to raise their consciousness.

Financial changes are being discussed, and they will come into being and so prevent another collapse because of greed and unacceptable trading practices. Small is going to be beautiful and ensure that the moneylenders never again have the power to destroy your lives. In fact as many of you already know, such changes will be accompanied by an entirely new set up. Monopoly Money as you so call it, will not be allowed and in future it will be backed by precious metals. Many know this scheme as NESARA and it is now a part of the new financial set up waiting to be introduced. The greatest benefit to all will be the forgiveness of debt thus removing the worries and concerns of so many people. Taxes unfairly taken will be refunded, and a new system will ensure it cannot happen again. Wealth will be spread so that economies can recover quickly, and overcome poverty where it has caused distress and all manner of ailments. There are a considerable number of loving souls ready to give their time to such projects, and it is yet another way of bringing people together. The Human Race is benign in nature, and it is only the dark Ones that have separated you from each other. They have set one against another using insidious tactics to promote hatred and division.

Have no fear Dear Ones, everything will soon change giving all of you the opportunity to start anew, and bring joy and happiness into your lives as it always could have been. When you ascend there will be no souls going with you, unless they have raised their vibrations to the necessary level. That is the law, thus ensuring the harmony and balance that is a feature of the higher dimensions. It is a matter of freewill choice, but no one is automatically assured of ascending unless they have reached the required level. If you have already decided that you wish to ascend, then you will almost certainly achieve it – but keep your focus at all times on your goal. Unless you make a conscious decision to drop out, you will find that you have an increasing awareness of what it takes to succeed. Certainly your Guides will be working with you, so follow what you feel inspired to do in that connection.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and will tell you that we are becoming busier with every step nearer we get to Disclosure. It is a most important step forward, which will open up many other opportunities for us. It will take the lid off so much that has been hidden away from you, particularly regarding ET contact, which has been occurring for many hundreds of years. Uranus in Aries

So here we are again on the cusp of the astrological new year (when the sun enters the first degrees of Aries), the spring equinox in the north (the autumn equinox in the southern hemisphere), the ascension of christ (consciousness) celebration...aka Easter.. but more poignantly, we are on the astrological cusp of Uranus' re-entry into Aries. For those of you wondering why that matters, the unseens are sharing that this transition is THE fiery (shift of the ages) energy we have been waiting for to provide us with the new celestial backdrop (playground) to transform our lives and this planet into our inspired visions of new earth.  This energy has the potential to set any remains of our old lives ablaze, and to release our new lives from our internal combustion chambers that have been churning the flames of creativity and building the pressure within us since the first Uranian visit in Aries back in June/July of 2010.

And we definitely got a taste of the powerful Uranus in Aries themes last year, both personally and collectively (think Gulf of Mexico oil spew).  In my own life, this manifested as an intense time (and summer) of deep grieving due to the sudden loss of my beloved soul mate and feline friend, Chloe, who was taken by coyotes on the July 25-6th full moon/Saturn opposition Uranus/cardinal t-square that proved to change my life in a nanosecond...the way only Uranus' influence can. Such a painful time of heartbreak for me that I was unable to even speak of it publicly until now, which is a clear indication of the many months of ancient heart-wound healing that many of us had to integrate since that very challenging time.

This time around, the unseens assure us that IF(yep, that's a big if) we got the lessons and integrated their core essence...wrapped up all the loose ends and tidied up a decade or two of soul-searching while unlearning everything we've been taught, licking our wounds, reclaiming soul fragments to heal our perceived separation from Source…then we have the opportunity coming to (fully) align all levels of our being (spiritual, mental, emotional & physical) with our divine blueprint and break out into the social/physical world.  This will still take a bit of time/energy/perseverance, but the process is well underway and hopefully (on a personal level) we can make it thru this month without any more of those famous Uranus "brick in the face" wake-up calls.  The world stage, however…well, that's just a whole different article.

Underneath the remnants of our remaining physical upgrades (read: pain) we can already feel this transformative energy bubbling up.  It can feel in many ways, passionate & creative, yet the intensity of it can also make us feel like a live wire...chaotic, wild and unstable... if not grounded properly.  This energy can easily be interpreted as ANXIETY, especially with all the geomagnetic fluctuations playing us like a bad video game.  Not easy to keep our center here…but so important to stay neutral and firmly grounded thru all the fluctuations caused by such magnanimous forces of transition.

The Final Push

For some, it is high time to get moving and though this racy feeling of chomping-at-the-bit can conflict with our physical well-being (or lack thereof), change is here... plain and simple.  We are in a new dimensional space with a new set of potentials, and with the coming j-o-b of applying our hard earned skills in a physical way...a way that will (dare I say)pay the bills. This can be a confusing time because on one hand nothing feels different, and things around us can even look the same…but on the other, we have a deep unshakable knowing that something monumental is shifting and that our lives will never be the same again.  (the ol' foot in both worlds scenario, except the gap is much smaller now)

Meanwhile, our heads are in the new, our hearts are coming in and out of the new, and our physical bodies are still slowly integrating/adjusting to the new. We can feel the fiery energy rushing in, but can't do a damn thing about it.  Great ideas abound, but nothing is grounding until we come into complete alignment, which amounts to a bunch of unfinished projects.  It can definitely feel like we are being tested aaaagain…but my take is that this is just the final push from polarity to neutrality, and thru it, we can readily notice…in each moment... which end of the polar spectrum we are visiting... which ultimately determines whether or not we are standing in our power or standing in doubt.

When in doubt, we can look to our outward life to show us where we really stand, as sort of an external gauge of our internal growth.  In most ways, we are still backed-up against the wall with an inability to move freely in any direction… yet, deeply we know that we absolutely have to and that endings and new beginnings happen simultaneously.  There is no where else to go but up as we have already been to the bottom, back and round again…this will be obvious in your life if you have run out of "parallel" moves, exhausted all karmic potentials and lived thru all your core wounds and self-created nightmares.

I know for myself, I have had the "gift" of foreclosure and bankruptcy to sustain my survival thru nearly 3 years of living mortgage-free...and like many of you, I still struggled.  But as of yesterday, my final court hearing, "mortgage-free" is longer my realit-y.   Like everyone on this timeline, I am absolutely suspended in limbo to the point where things have not shifted enuf in my external world to completely sustain me, yet, enuf has shifted in my internal world to know that all is well and that the support needed for our fresh start is finally entering our physical domain.

So many of us are waiting for endings…the perfect alignment of closure to completely crack open the vault of our new beginnings.  We are waiting to move to a new home/geographic location, waiting to finalize a sale, waiting for legal matters, waiting for a major financial breakthru, waiting for a divorce or for our true soul companions,waiting for the physical transition of a loved one, the birth of a new baby/project/job/partnership/business, etc.  As we shift ourselves to align with the new energies here to take us to our proverbial kingdom, we are all waiting for something to complete our puzzle, take us full circle, and bump us up to the next spiral of our personal and global evolution. In best cases, everything is lined up and ready, just waiting for go-time.

Behind the Scenes

One of the things we wish to speak of is the way in which  the forerunners of new-human consciousness are adapting to the increasing energies that are permeating the planet.  There is so much information being transmitted to you that it is nearly remarkable that each of you can even stand on your own two feet, nevermind exist and function in a relatively normal way. -Pleiadians

The Pleiadians want to continually bring our attention the our increasing capability to stay in the null zone, or what they often refer to as zero-point.  Our ability to stay neutralized thru all the cosmic, celestial, and solar activity that is now officially pummeling our planet, is due to our (e)merging into the fields of oneness.  The merging process has mutated our biological genetics to align with our soulular genetics to the point that we are beginning to notice in positive ways….and by which there is also so much ridiculous discomfort in and around the spinal cord.

"Be at peace with this process for there is a magnificent opportunity opening to each of you on the planet, an opening that will allow the christed energies to flood the material plane, and make for a wellspring of change…both physical and ethereal."

Over the next six weeks, I am hearing that there will be quite an astonishing impact on our consciousness.  The most identifiable aspect of this will apparently be with regard to a new level of clarity and understanding that is beginning to wipe the sleep from our eyes so that we can see and more fully understand what the hell has "happened to us" over the last 10 years.  This new-level clarity is what will help us shift beyond the pain-body and into the light-body.

 "As the mind, body & soul come into complete alignment, thinking becomes clear and sharp and the rest of your long and short term problems, absolvable. "

This new level of clarity will be akin to waking from a dream by which all those things that we imagined were real were really only figments of our imagination.  The dream served us well, but now it's time to step out of the dream of complications, strife, illusion, loss and lack, and into the "reality" of our true nature as empowered cocreators. 

A Clarion Call

The unseens say that Uranus’ re-entry into Aries will not only be the defining energy of 2011 (especially with regard to scientific & technological advancements), but THE transformational period of the 21st century.  In my own words, this year is when all you powerhouse Indigos and Blue Rays out there step into your more public roles as the architects and builders of the new earth here...those of you here to inspire and create an extreme makeover: planet edition.

If you find yourself panting and pacing like a caged lion in the remaining stillness of transformation, most likely you are one of these blue folks preparing to be shot out of cannon…the energy within is building up and shifting us from the receptive state of vulnerability required for our inward metamorphosis, to the power, confidence, self-reliance and assertiveness needed to break free and motivate change in the outer world by standing openly in our truth and sharing our ideas.

What that will actually look like… NO idea.  Will this changeover hurt?  Probably.  But for all you pioneering souls out there…this is the thrilling adventure we have been waiting for.

For all who are stepping forth into the field of oneness, there is a clarion call sounding.  This call is of the heart, a wave of inspiration set forth to reverberate thru the new planetary grid structure and one that will give us the green light to create new openings, opportunities and connections with others of like-mind and heart.  I am told that this group of wayshowers are those who will "bring forth the blueprints of the celestial kingdom for the creation of a new planet, a new way of being and a new system of stewardship."
Many of this group have been initiating new projects, new ideas and new concepts that began to birth in the physical world last summer (in the north), yet were held up or blocked from their full manifestation while the planet integrated and readjusted to align with more of its divine template.  Now, these new endeavors will be brought to fruition and the plans and projects that we have been nurturing for so long will have the ability to take hold, to find their footing in the new world.  Its not as if these plans were unable to be implemented in the past, its that these plans will be better-implemented in the now.

The Building Phase

This is the year that we have the opportunity to co-create anew…to physically build something better, more sustainable and with the intention of the highest good for all. This is the moment where we apply our VISIONary leadership skills and share our inspired ideas with others.

The Pleiadians would also like to introduce us to a concept that many will be working with (especially Indigos/BlueRays) as we begin the building phase of ascension. They are calling this concept "peaceful cooperation" which will reintroduce the understanding that working with the highest intentions for a group collective ensures that each and every person has the ability to express and create their portion of the soul-galactic plan.  The wayshowers, now acting as planetary overseers, will be teaching these concepts in various applicable ways.

This idea was birthed in ancient times and is honored in some folklore, native traditions and by the our indigenous cultures, but will now take root in the westernized parts of the world as well.  I am hearing that this will be a grassroots-type global organization that will teach, inspire and remind humanity of the inner-wisdoms that are accessible to each of us.

The global effort to redesign the structures of the earth and maintain/promote the forward-thinking ideas of true sustainability begins with peaceful cooperation…the fundamental idea that each of us is an aspect of the God-head, and as such, each of us is to be respected and honored for our contributions to the planet and her people.

As these new foundations are laid and the fundamental requirement for true sustainability takes hold, those who have come to structure the plans will step in to implement the physical designs needed to align with earths sacred blueprint.

There are those already well-versed in these new creations... which will be guided heavily by sacred geometry and the electro-magnetic vortices which align all major power-centers to create the ascendant grid structure for the physical planet... and those with this sacred knowledge will be stepping forth to offer their knowledge to those who require it.

I speak to all My children when I say you. You means every single one of you, the educated and the uneducated, the deaf, the mute, the renegade and the saint.

I speak of that special place within your heart that is eternal. It is the special essence that is called spirit, soul, Being, the Truth of You. This is not your hurt feelings at all. It is beyond feeling, although it is felt. You must know that you have an essence within you that is far more than solid Earth, solid mind, solid heart. I have to say part, yet you must know, that the soul I speak of is far more than a part. It is the whole of you. It is the whole of existence. It is way more than the parade of you on Earth. It is existential. It is transcendent. The poets have spoken of it. Without your knowing the meaning in words, you know the meaning. You are awakened to the essence. The meaning does not have words. It surpasses words. It surpasses identification. It is essence. This is the level on which We communicate.

You hear My love. It vibrates. It vibrates the Earth. It vibrates you. The way plums fall from trees, you catch My love in words. My love pings in your heart, and you translate the pings into words that you know. You are a God-Sensor. You are an interpreter of My love, and you interpret My love in words. From deeper than language, you translate Me into words. You know Me beyond words. You hear Me in that secret silent place in your heart, and your mind translates My love into words. I speak a different language, you understand. I speak in the origin of language. The closest description of it would be a certain vibration, a hum. All of nature is aware of My hum. You are part of nature as much as the birds who interpret Me into song. You and every creature on Earth are interpreting Me all the day long and in dreams at night as well and all your life long on Earth.

You may think of your interpreting My love as looking for Me, seeking Me, searching for Me, wanting to get to know Me when you know Me so well all along. You are looking for another level of Me. A world level of Me, not a deeper level, for you know Me very well to the depths of your toes. Everyone knows Me. Every newborn, every child, every man and woman, everyone you know and everyone you don’t know, know Me. The masses know Me. No one could exist without knowing Me. It is just that on the more surface level that you are not quite able to grasp Me, for, of course, I am ungraspable.

However, I know you. I know you deeply. Love knows love. I AM love, and yet I am love beyond what your mind can encircle as love. I am the Lovable. I am the Knowable, and yet you think I am the Unknown. Your mind thinks I am the Unknown. I cannot be found, really found, in the dictionary, for no one can describe Me on the level of the Earth Mind.

And, so, you are imbued with Me in that remarkable place within your heart, that place – I say place for want of a better word – where I always am, and where you are, too, indelibly Mine.

The presence of your physical body in each moment is in perfect alignment with your healing path, the destiny you have created for your life, the soul intention for this lifetime, your karmic history and life purpose. Within each moment there is a specific energetic vibration you resonate with and it is in harmony with your place in the world. This is where you live; it is your experience of life, where the path you are on meets the journey that is your lifetime and when you are not fully in your life in this moment and place, you are not living.

As your awareness of alternate paths, dimensions, realities and even universes is awakened, you have opportunities to experience many different life paths. This is a shift that can happen within a moment but you cannot live with the expectation that this can and will happen, denying yourself the joy and peace you believe is available to you at higher dimensions or vibrations. There is joy and peace at every level of awareness and if your awareness is in a different time or place, you are no longer grounded in your self, your life, your experiences and your path.

Within each moment is a perfect experience that holds the answer to every question, the completion of every lesson, the fulfillment of each dream. If you long for the future while cursing the life you have in the present moment you are not in touch with your power. While you may feel powerless in a situation, the power you need is there for you but you are not connected to it because you feel it is somewhere else. A situation does not rob your of your power; you give your power away to the people, circumstances, situations and events that make you feel powerless. To reclaim your life and begin living again you must reclaim your power and live where you are in each moment.

The purpose of your life is to remember who you are and that is part of each moment. Your divinity, soul essence and light are always part of you, no matter what circumstances you are facing. Each moment is a powerful one, if you live where you are. Remember that life is occurring within and all around you in each moment. Your life is not in the future, some other dimension or at a different vibration. It is happening as you created it, in the right place and at the right time. Anything can be transformed when you remember to step forward from the place where live, which is where you are right now and set your intention for each thing you wish for in this moment, which helps create it in the next.

The presence of your physical body is also the presence of your spirit  the place where you are in the material world is where all of your aspects exist. You are your most powerful when your aspects exist in integrity and harmony with the highest vibrations of your soul's desire for you. But you judge your reality as being more or less powerful, joyful or peaceful and then believe that when you are not at that level of being your life will be better elsewhere. The present place is the place where you live your life and to experience the fullness of your learning and ascension you must learn to be where you are.

Thinking that your life will be better at another time, in another place or when you have ascended or reached higher vibrations removes you from the most powerful place you can be, in the present moment. There are reasons you have chosen this experience, the place you are in, your soul group and the reality you have created. Your purpose is not to focus on the future and hope that it will be better, it is to use the energy of the present and shift it into its highest possible expressions. Everything exists in multiple vibrations and your intention to connect to the highest ones will allow you to be in alignment with them.

The victim paradigm is one that humanity has lived with for eons, it is the foundation of the third dimension and is also why there is free will. But when free will is used to perpetuate the victimhood you have all suffered through, then you believe that life beyond what you know is better and that when you reach that place you will be blessed. The blessings you seek are where you are, when you can learn to "be" where you are and find your power, strength and courage in each moment.

The most powerless situations express your victimhood and that is where you resonate until you can find a higher expression for your energies. How can you be powerful within this moment and place, transform the energy and stay mindful of the present instead of trying to escape into the future? All of your power and your ascension exist in this moment, so be within it, learn from its energies, choose those you wish to experience and let the transformation begin. You have chosen this place, this moment and this lesson for your soul's healing and growth. If you are not fully within it, you are not within your life purpose and path. And as soon as you can "be" in this moment, you create new possibilities for the release of the victim paradigm and new realities where you express your highest energies to create your highest potential.

God said:

There is no mastery. No one is a self-proclaimed master. You don’t have to master yourself. You don’t have to corral yourself. You simply have to let go of all the trappings you have added to yourself, all the fillips, all the styles, all the imitations you have copied. There is no imitation you want to be. It is Truth you want to be.

You don’t have to master anyone else either. You don’t have to be master of another. You don’t even have to be master of your child. Better to be a wayshower, guide, and let those who choose, follow. Lead without saying one word. Point to the stars, and everyone will look up.

Lead yourself. A true leader does not require that others follow him. A true leader says to follow God, for God is in the heart of every man. Even when you might advise something rightly, that others are to follow your will is not exactly right. Better to follow the heart of God than any man, for My heart resides within everyone. And so I advise everyone to follow his or her own heart. Even if everyone else in the world follows someone else, will you follow Me?

I will speak to you deeply within your heart. May I have the final say?

It is better for you to follow one step from your heart than a thousand steps from someone else’s heart. What speaks to you speaks to you. Do not let go of your responsibility by adapting someone else’s path. Follow Me.

It is not your responsibility to follow even one other.

Of course, you learn along the way from everywhere, yet pledge your allegiance to Me. Yes, it’s true, that I reside in everyone, and yet give your attention to the God I AM Who resides in you. There is One Teacher.

Do not always be formally learning something for your own gain. Do not always be going for one health treatment or another. Assume health rather than assuming danger of ill-health. What you need is rose on your cheek and a smile on your face. Treat someone else to a spa. That will do more for your health than yearly treatments for yourself.

What is all this attention on your learning this, or your learning that so that you master one more thing? Learn what you want to learn, and be your own proprietor of learning. In all cases, you can only learn yourself. Even with ten teachers, you are your own teacher.

There is no need to give your own power away to anyone. Do not think that you have to learn what someone has to teach so that you can reach Heaven or Heaven on Earth sooner or better. Tell Me now, really, is someone a better teacher than I?

Look not for splatter-dash. Look not for bright colors. Look not for amazing experiences. Look not for something to tell your friends or impress a group. Look not for a degree, a title, an entourage. Beloveds, look for Me.

Look not so much for a proud group. Look for Me.

Look not so much for an association. Associate with Me.

Look not so much for an organization. Organize with Me.

Your soul is fine. Your soul needs your recognition. Your soul needs your observance of it. Your soul does not need its abeyance to another soul.

Be sacred unto yourself.

No one can give Me to you. I gave Myself to you long ago. You are the giver of your own True Self. Depend on yourself more than you depend on others. Rely on Me, and rely on you.

Message from the Lady of the Sun

My dear ones,

It has been a while since I have passed a message along to all of you. We were working with the energy system of my channel, raising her frequency in preparation for the merge that she will be experiencing.

I wish to address this process for it is also happening to many of you. You are merging with your higher self and with the guides who are in reality an aspect of your soul group. Some of the details of this are beyond your understanding, so I will attempt to simplify the process for you to understand.

All of you come into this existence as an aspect of your soul, just one part of the wholeness of who you are which is then anchored into a physical body. You come in with a human self and a god self which are separated from the whole self which includes the 12 aspects of your soul and your soul group of which you are a part.

You may choose to see it this way. Your human self is what you often call your ego, that part of you that is human whose main goal for being is survival. You develop patterns and habits over your life that ensure that you will remain alive and as free of pain as possible for that is the goal of the ego – to avoid pain and seek pleasure and to continue to survive as a being and a species.

You also come in with a higher self attached to your ego self, the part of you that is directly connected to the divine and knows itself to be part of God, completely in connection with the guides and angels who work with you.

This higher self tends to get shut down in most of you as children as it is not valued and you are not taught that this is an important part of who you really are. You are taught to live life from your ego self only and then a separation exists between your ego and your higher self.

For most of you reading these words, the process of merging once again with your higher self is happening. You are reconnecting with the gifts and abilities that you have when you approach life from the perspective of your higher self. You know that you are a divine being and reawaken your connection to the divine source of energy and information.

And now, many of you are ready to move beyond this merger and reconnect with the other 11 aspects of your self that are in existence as part of your soul. With this reconnection, you are gaining a greater awareness of how the world operates and your role as a human on earth at this time. You are reconnecting with the wisdom that your soul in all 12 aspects has.

This may feel very strange to many of you as you begin to take on behaviors and characteristics that have not been so present in your life during this lifetime. You are reconnecting to the wisdom, memories and abilities of all 12 aspects of your soul. The energy shifts that are happening are allowing this process to happen.

There will still remain 12 aspects of your soul. The difference being that you now will have access to the collective memories, skills, experiences and wisdom. You will see the world differently and adopt behaviors that are more in alignment with the whole of who you are.

And for some of you, including this being I speak through, the process is also occurring that reconnects you to your soul group which is a collection of 12 x 12 soul aspects. These aspects exist on many levels of reality in many dimensions of existence and of time. This may be beyond your level of understanding, but some of you will know of which I speak.

In order for this merging process to occur, there is a need to remove from you personal energy system, anything that does not support the anchoring in of these energies of your soul. All that is no longer necessary is being removed. The majority of this being the patterns and behaviors of your ego, that part of you that is programmed to seek pleasure, avoid pain and ensure you will survive. This aspect of your human being is no longer required as you merge with the higher aspects of yourself.

Know that this not happening without your consent, for each who goes through this process came here prepared to have this experience which is the shift to the new way of being – the new human – the way of being human in the 5th dimension, being totally in touch with your soul group, your soul aspects and living from the perspective of your higher self, knowing at all times that you are indeed an aspect of the divine. Just imaging how wondrous this experience will be.

We know that many of you are going through a time of confusion and change. This is a big change that is occurring as you release all that no longer serves you as a human being and merge with all that makes you a truly divine being while remaining in physical form on the planet.

There are some things that you can be doing to facilitate this process of merging with your higher self, soul aspects and soul group. Here are some suggestions.

1. Take some time to look back at the things that occurred in your life that caused distress. Each trauma that you experienced created an energy form and many of these are still trapped in your body. You can help to move this energy out by remembering these incidents and then letting the energy that comes up from remembering move out of your body. The purpose in remembering is to open up the energy block and let the energy of the blocked emotion flow out of your body. This will be done by feeling the emotions related to he occurrence and letting the emotional energy flow.

2. You may connect to the memories by writing, creating images in your mind, talking to someone or just allowing the emotion to arise to the surface. How you do this does not matter. That you do this will make a difference in the energy fields of your body.

3. Doing some kind of ritual or physical activity can also assist to move the energy. If the emotion that comes up is anger, you may choose to do something physical to let it go like walking, throwing things, pounding a pillow or whatever feels right to you that does not harm another.

4. If the feelings that arise are sadness, letting go using tears is very useful to move the energy out of your body. Tears are a release of energy and quite literally wash away the sadness that you feel.

5. You may wish to create a ritual to let these memories go. For example you may write a story about what happened to vent your feelings and then tear, burn, bury or find another way of letting go of the written pages to release the past stuck emotions.

6. You may use visualization, by bringing the memory to mind and then changing the image of the memory to express what you were unable to say, to do what you wanted to do or to just remove yourself safely from the situation and create a new image of how you would have preferred things to be. This too shifts the energy.

7. You may use art work to draw the story or the emotions, again to move the energy out of your physical body and onto paper or whatever medium you chose to use.

Doing any of these things or whatever you can create that works well for you will assist with this cleansing process and will speed up your transition and merger with the higher aspects of your soul.

I will leave you with this information for now. Just know that something very amazing is happening on planet earth and all of you have chosen to be part of this exciting time.
