Let no one put you off your path, and be resolute and determined to achieve what you know inwardly is your life plan. This lifetime is the most important one that you will have entered in recent times. You have built up towards it with the object of ascending, and what better success could you possibly have knowing that this cycle is coming to an end. If you cannot yet equate with such an achievement, consider the possibility that you are still in a karmic situation and not totally free from lessons to be learnt. However, whilst time is becoming short you can still aspire to being part of Ascension, and can incorporate it into your life. Be assured that once you express the intent to do so, you will receive immense help. Doing so will give you the opportunity to leave the old ways behind, and become a free soul unhindered by the constant presence of the lower energies. You will never regret moving on from the present dimension, as it is not your true reality and far from the higher ones where you came from.

What many have been telling you about the changes, is in front of you and they have only just begun. As you have already seen they are beginning to manifest in other countries where oppression has been the order of the day. Do not think that because you live in a modern society that changes are unnecessary, as we are talking about all that is necessary to give you back your rights as a Sovereign Being. Life should have, and could have been much, much better than what you have experienced. There has always been sufficient wealth and resources in the world for everyone to live an abundant and happy life. The fact you have not is because you were deliberately denied your entitlement and kept down in a constant state of need. To describe your position as slaves to the establishment is by no means far fetched, except that many people do not realize that they are not free.

Soon you will taste freedom as the changes come into being but naturally it requires your cooperation, as it is not meant to place anyone above another. Equality, opportunity and the status of all beings will be raised up so that you become one nation that works for the good of all. The divisive means that are presently used to keep you separated will be removed, and there will be a coming together of politics, science and religion. Each will remove whatever proves to be without a true foundation, and with it an allowance for free expression. In part our coming will assist to these ends, as we will enlighten you as the where the changes need to be introduced. Much information and teachings are quite inappropriate for the New Age that is rapidly approaching. However, we leave you as individuals to follow your own beliefs, as there is no pressure applied by us but simply a placing before you what is considered to be the truth.

All of what is happening is part of a greater plan to raise your Universe to a higher level, and is overseen the energy that you call God carrying out the desires of the Supreme Creator. Your little blue planet is in one way insignificant at the far reaches of the Universe, yet it holds such great importance from a spiritual point of view. It has been a very special one where you the Great Beings are fully protected from outside interference as you see out the final chapter of duality. We acknowledge your brave acceptance of losing contact with your true Self, that is your Higher Self, to experience the lower vibrations. You could in different circumstances have remained in a separated state for eons of time, and experienced a loss of memory as to whom you really were. You are receiving our accolades for keeping to your task to rise up into the Light. We and many other Beings have worked tirelessly to help you awaken, and our patience has been rewarded by your recent response. Your success has meant that your levels of consciousness have risen sufficiently, to overcome the final assaults against you by the Illuminati and their minions.

The situation cannot now be reversed as you hold the ascendant position, and progress is speeding ahead. The powerful energies you are giving out are your assurance that the dark Ones will have no option but to give up their plan. They are obstinately holding on and having their last gasps hoping for some revival of their fortunes, but it is not to be. Those Beings who work with us and for us, are waiting for a signal to carry out their assignment and are ready to spring into action. This is certainly no time to lose faith or allow fear to creep into your lives. Raise your sights onto the path you see opening up before you, and give no succor to the dark Ones now that they are rapidly losing their power. There will no retribution on our part as justice is an issue that will come into being of its own accord. Every single soul that set out to experience duality is of the Light, and those that have fallen are just as much in need of the Love and Light as any other soul. There is always a way back if the desire exists to return to the Light, and there are great Beings who work from levels of pure Light that hold out a helping hand. No one wants to see a soul dig itself into a bottomless pit, as we are All One and each soul is intended to eventually return to the Source.

Foremost think of yourselves as Spiritual Beings, and see your human experience as a great step up in your evolution. You will never stop learning albeit when in the Light of the higher realms, it is at a much slower pace because the challenges are not as fierce or difficult as when in duality. In time you will remember your success, and the attachment to your lower experiences will fade away so that only beauty and harmony will surround you. You are not meant to carry the burden of every single experience, and certainly not when you have been in the league with the dark Ones. Oh yes Dear Ones, you have been from one extreme to the other as part of your experience. How else would you have grown and moved beyond duality unless you understood it.

You have come a long way in your evolution to have reached this point in time. This cycle has been one where you have touched the depths of darkness, yet in spite of the experiences you have gone through, have found your way back to the Light. On the one hand it would not do to have a complete recall of what you have gone through, but if you had you would fully appreciate what a magnificent achievement it has been. You are not so to say out of the woods yet, but with a better understanding of what remains before Ascension, you should successfully cope with it. Those unawakened souls that see only doom and gloom can be forgiven for dropping into moods of despair, without seeing hope for the future.

However, as each challenge arises those who have a more positive outlook, see the problems as opportunities to move into a new era of peace and cooperation. It is a matter of having faith in those who are lifted up, who come forward and speak of the way in which a quantum leap can be achieved. They require your support and the more people that think positively, it will bring about a conscious desire to bring the changes into being. It is not even necessary that the answers be known, but that the energies of intent are sent out. When they reach a certain level such as critical mass, there will be a manifestation of such proportions that it will be unstoppable. Indeed, you are beginning to see such results beginning to surface now, and it sets up greater possibilities of events like Disclosure taking place.

There are in fact a number of possible announcements that are nearly ready to be brought into the open. The world situation is making many countries more receptive to approving what is planned, as clearly progress will not be made if there is serious opposition to them. The days of working solely for self-preservation are nearly over, and decisions are to be made for the good of everyone. Their needs may be vastly different, but that is where we come in with our backing capable of handling any problem regardless of its size. We know which people will excel when their expertise is required, and there will be many political problems to sort out. Most of our principle contacts are aware of their responsibilities and some have been contacted directly, but it is not unusual for it to take place when they are out of the body during their sleep. Should you wonder how common such experiences are, we must tell you that virtually every soul leaves the body at such times. Much good work can be done through such opportunities to meet you. Normally you will meet your friends and loved ones who have already passed on. Sometimes you bring waking memories back with you, but are likely to put them down to dreams.

You are beginning to realize that you are much more than your physical body. You are an immortal soul that has infinite life, and your real home is not in the lower vibrations. You are in reality godlike souls with immense powers of creation, and the ability to reach levels of Christ Consciousness. Duality is nothing more than a hologram, produced to enable you to equally experience the dark and Light in a freewill dimension. After many cycles and hundreds of lives, your time in duality is now reaching a conclusion, and you are attracting immense attention. Many other civilizations are avidly watching to see how you get on, and aware that the Galactic Federation is ensuring that you complete your time successfully. We have often informed you of the fact that you are to ascend with your uplifted physical body that will change to a crystalline structure, and that will be unique. You can imagine how masses of Beings often from very high dimensions are involved in the changes, and why there cannot be other than a complete success.

Dear Ones please go with the flow and look for all that is going to ensure a positive outcome. Ignore the negative aspects often resulting from the intent of some souls to destroy what you have achieved so far, and confuse you with disinformation. If something does not ring true set it aside, and you can always come back to it if necessary. The revelations about Humanity will give you the truth about your history, and open your eyes to recent events that are far from what you are led to believe. You will learn to be more discerning and quite easily able to identify false information meant to take you from your path. Believe us when we tell you that the dark Ones are fully aware of Ascension, and try their best or worst, to stop you making it. For very soul that turns to the Light they are losing their control, and know that they cannot achieve their aims for total domination of the world and its population.

The Internet is your source of largely truthful information and we look forward to the day which is coming, when the media is also able to freely and truthfully report events. Communications is one of the areas that we shall address, and we shall make easier for everyone to contact each other regardless of where they are in the world. Eventually you shall develop to our levels of telepathic contact, and some of you are beginning to experience it quite normally. The new Human will become unrecognizable to what you are now, not so much in appearance but in your abilities that come with being a Galactic Being. It is more the real you and you will join our Federation, if that measures with your future plans for the next step in your evolution.

If you feel excited at the prospects of ascending, you have every right to be so as everything will be quite different to what you experience now. To say you were leaving Hell for Heaven would not be an exaggeration, although neither exists quite as your religious teachings suggest. Yes, the higher dimensions are heavenly and a state of bliss and absolute happiness. Life is one continual joyous experience and there is harmony between all life forms. It is the beauty of everything without the beast, and the consciousness levels of all life means that it is constantly in touch with you. Some people already talk to their plants and animals but very few hear them talk back, but you will once in the higher dimensions.

The potent equinoctial energies are beginning to softly bathe the planet (and our light bodies) with the frequencies of change and we are starting to feel the first signs of re-birth as Spring (in the northern hemisphere) approaches.

The sun feels noticeably different and is starting to slowly rekindle our desires to make manifest those aspects of ourselves which we have long nurtured.  We are beginning to sense, and even see, the first signs of our new lives that we have long-known would arrive.

In the northeast, we are still surrounded by unreasonable piles of snow reminding us that winter is still solidly our reality, yet, the passionate life force within is beginning to bubble up as the last of our mental clutter and emotional baggage drop off to make way for our shiny new selves that are begging to bust out of those restrictive cocoons.

Yes, the new world is here, and tho some of us are revving up and raring to go explore our new "home", we will need to enter and journey thru it in stages. The first of which will require greasing our rusty gears (read: joints) to enable forward movement after many years of a sedentary life of stillness.

Becoming Unhinged

Since my last energy update...which was only a week ago!…and compliments of the recent new moon in Aquarius, we have ventured thru some profound transformations which are only now beginning to surface in our conscious minds. Time is clearly quickening and as a result, we are now able to make more sense of what this new world will be like and how to operate from within it. We are more noticeably able to break free from the shackles that bound us to an outworn existence and this is gifting many with the new perspectives needed to release ourselves from our limitations once and for all.

We have been fastidiously reclaiming our power as conscious co-creators of our human destiny to prepare for this next phase of planetary ascension, and this is calling up some deep wounds and blockages that we have recently been called on to face. Luckily, we can move thru the goo at warp speed now, enabling us to clear in hours what used to take us weeks or even months to overcome. Fears of our capability, power and skillful mastery abound as we ground even deeper into the unknown, yet beneath those fading illusions of insecurity is a sense of certainty in our next steps…even if we have no idea what those steps are.

You may be noticing these changes in small ways, like for example, your reactions to things that once bothered you may be changing or even evaporating as we begin to see life thru more wholistic eyes. As we are able to see more of our world with the expanded views now possible, we are simultaneously propelled out of the trenches of 3d and into new and unexpected opportunities that are aligned with our new way of thinking and being…and this is just the beginning.

Another aspect of unhinging ourselves from the remaining fetters of karma is the arrival of many completions. This month, and into the equinox, many endings will finalize and/or completely dissolve…relationships, partnerships, careers, businesses, relocations, long-standing health concerns, legal/financial matters, etc. We will also see the physical parting of some loved ones... in our own lives, and of course in the masses as well. The March equinox period is a powerful time of transition and as always, there will be those choosing to use these exit points to continue their journeys elsewhere.

For the most part, the endings in our lives should be relatively obvious and for many, these are the physical completions that we have been working to tidy up since the beginning of 2010, and in some cases, for many years. Anything that has been blocking our potential or serving as an energy drain will be removed and/or replaced with a higher-vibrational match this year, and especially in the next 6-8 weeks.

In my own life, I am seeing parts of this manifest as the finalization of an 18 month bankruptcy process that, according to my lawyer, was only going to take 3-6 months to complete…and the result of which brought many unexpected "miracles" that I barely thought were possible. To journey from foreclosure and seeing my house go up on public auction... all the way to a new "fair" market-value mortgage with a great rate and affordable payments...without my active participation...was just a mind-blowing process to behold...and the fact that divine timing was at the helm is now so completely obvious.

These seemingly miraculous conclusions to our life's quandaries can now be expected and are the physical representations of our soul's expedition from powerlessness to empowerment….of taking full responsibility for our past (unconscious) creations and having the courage to live those out in a fully conscious way, and without wavering in our ability to recreate our destiny.

Those of the warrior brigade have learned thru various hard core lessons/experiences how to effectively stand in our soul integrity...regardless of our individually dismantling worlds...and command the outcome of our heart's desire.  Against all odds.

Sometimes this meant the extremes…like learning thru life-threatening illness, going without food, heat, or in some cases, a place to live.  For others the learning came in the form of traveling the path alone, without a soul companion or temporarily parting from our one true love for the purpose of breaking our hearts wide open so that we could heal the perceived separation within ourselves in order to become whole again.

Sometimes the lessons were less extreme, like enduring criticism and judgement from our loved ones...having to go without, when deeply we know we are genetically wired to have it all...having to hide our knowingness for fear of condemnation...having to travel with Ho-Ho's for those sudden uncontrollable hunger bouts...having to shield ourselves from most of the outside world and constantly use discernment in order to survive the raw, vulnerable states of metamorphosis, etc.

In all cases, the impossible was demanded of us, our weaknesses were called out and we were forced to face our most daunting fears… regardless, we went forth willingly (albeit kicking and screaming) to sow our soul's seeds knowing that our call to mastery was always our first priority.

In this next phase, those bulldozing, path-paving, trailblazing, pioneer souls who have come full circle will be given the opportunity to come unglued from the past in major ways so that we are free to co-create our new world, set the example for the next wave, and live according to our new (purified) desires.  Our time has come.

The First Steps

As with all endings, new beginnings are always right around the bend, and we are finally beginning to feel the new energies of expanded potential slowly seep into our awareness, promising to reinvigorate us with new life, new passion, and a renewed sense of purpose. It is becoming increasingly more clear that all things are possible, even if in small doses.

In between the moments of physical agony and debilitating fatigue, we are being gifted with the first tiny trickles of divine inspiration that we have been begging for since October. This means that we are on our way to breathing new life into many of those projects that have been dead in the water, waiting to be infused with a dose of our new-level awareness…especially any projects initiated at the June/July eclipse period of 2010.

This also means new relationships of all kinds will be surfacing as well as the conception of new, unexpected projects, pregnancies, partnerships, and exciting soul-inspired adventures. As we come to fully understand ourselves as essential parts of the whole of creation, we will also learn to recognize those others who are on the same vibrational wavelength so that we may come together in sacred union to create new worlds, new visions and with a greater understanding of our new-human capacity to love.

Mental Repositioning

For most of the autumn and early winter (in the north), we were undergoing an intensive rewiring and recalibration of our mental bodies to align with the new (unity) timeline which, for the most part, meant floundering around helplessly thru months of mental confusion. For me specifically, this was pure hell considering my j-o-b is to make "mental sense" of what I am hearing/sensing/intuiting in order to report it to you. Now however, and since the massive magnetic pole shift in December, we are (finally) coming on-line again…mentally at least..and for many, this means a brand new relationship with thought.

We've always been taught that what we focus on becomes our world and this will be WELL-evidenced beginning this year. Once we merge the divine masculine/feminine energies within ourselves and can operate from the balanced point of sacred union, we are finally in a position to properly Think With Our Hearts.  Proof of this integration is represented in our ability to utilize our body's full intelligence systems…our brain and our hearts…in balanced harmony.

The balance of our cognitive understanding and ability to process, decipher and direct higher intelligence with our sensorial/feeling-based directives is what determines our ability to transcend the emotional body and create from the limitlessness of zero-point neutrality. This is the switch from causal to resonance creation that many will be learning to master beginning this year.

The Pleiadians share with me that true resonance creation is becoming possible because the new (unity) timeline is now fully live, so to speak…the grid has been activated and will increase in capacity with the growing number of awakening and newly born souls who are/have been genetically modified (thru the ascension process) to work within this crystalline grid structure…the template for the new earth.

And as a result, those who have transcended their karmic blueprint (aka, done the necessary soul work/biological purification), "will have the focus of learning and understanding the new navigation system in the yet-unknown territory that you now fully stand in. This means a lot of things, but the most important of all is that you will be hooked into a different stream of creation…one by which your mental capabilities will be key." -PHC

In other words, once we transcend the karmic laws of polarity, we become subject to the laws of higher consciousness, the law of one-being-in-action, which requires that our mental capabilities be clear and sharp so that we can create from the mind in a balanced and (emotionally) unobstructed way. We are just beginning to learn what this really means and how to navigate this new territory while relying on our upgraded GPS to guide us without external assistance. From what I can sense, come the equinox, the training wheels come off. By the solstice, we will be pushed out of the proverbial nest to see how well we fly.

This means that all those things that we learned thru our own metamorphosis process, and thru the many years of inner-stillness, must soon be applied thru action…"and we say this not to overwhelm or dissuade you, but to inform you that the learning curve was steep and you have done immeasurably well…but now is the time to forge onward, to create and recreate, to play and perform mastery, to make mistakes and learn from them, and to lead your fellow hu-man to victory."-The Spiritual Hierarchy

Saying Goodbye to a Life Gone By

As we prepare to take the next step and ground even deeper into our new lives & bodies, it is common to experience the rumblings of emotional eruptions from within. These eruptions may cleverly disguise themselves as intense bouts of anger, frustration or anxiety, but can ultimately provide the impetus needed to crack open a geyser of tears that could flood an ocean.

This build up of emotion can powerfully serve to propel us out of a rut if we are feeling stuck and it is also common to experience these waves of release during the temporary mourning process that often precedes/follows a major bump up to a new level of consciousness. This is the feeling of loss often associated with a deeper level of ego/personality death and what always brings us into closer alignment with our true selves.

If you are still in the anger/frustration/depression phase, be patient with your process...this will eventually give way to the release of all that pent up energy and free you to move beyond the entrapment of woulda, coulda, shoulda, and all the regrets of a life gone by.

Remember, as soon as we love ourselves fully, we are no longer afraid to be true. This is when life begins, when we deeply realize that the life we lived to get here was only practice.

Will there still be bumps in the road?

Of course!

But luckily, where we're going... we won't need roads ; ))

Your awakening continues to grow exponentially, and that is your guarantee that there will never be a return to the old ways. Already your mass consciousness is helping others to awaken, and with it comes a better understanding of what is talking place. It is being realized that events are leading to massive changes, that are necessary to bring you to the next stage of your evolution. In so doing it is making the changes much easier to put into place. The commencement of open activity that is identified as part of our plan will soon be apparent. For the time being we continue to guide our allies, as their part in the preparations is most important. The going is tough at present but that was to be expected, as the dark Ones cling to their power only to see it slipping away. It may seem to be a massive muddle, but out of it will come opportunities to introduce the benefits that have been promised to you.

Naturally there are many versions of what is to happen very soon, and there are disinformation sources that not only attempt to confuse you, but also bring fear of what the future holds. We ask you to stay calm and follow your intuitive feelings, and know that messages carrying the Light do not present their information in a way to bring it about. Be focused and let your heart centre beam out your Light wherever you are, and so lift others up who will certainly benefit from your presence. Negative emotions only feed the very things that upset you, whereas the Light takes away their power. We remind you that it is on a higher level where the battle of the dark and Light is being fought out.  The resulting energies affect every one upon Earth, and with the Light in the ascendance you are attracting more of it to yourselves. The more that it is anchored upon Earth; the more you are lessening the degree to which the changes can affect you.

Those of you who tap into various sources that are recognized as being of Light, are finding that there is a large degree of agreement as to what taking place. It is not that any one source has the sole right to the truth, but there are different levels of interpretation. Stay with one that resonates with your own inner feelings, but by all means check out others as they may be able to add to your understanding. If any energy does not feel right to you, it is best to disregard it and do not allow fear to creep in. Some people are so set in their ways that they find it hard to move on, but in time they must find the greater truth through their own experiences. Indeed, every soul will eventually find the true path, and realize that it starts from within. In the remaining period before Ascension each soul will have the opportunity to become enlightened, as infallible sources of the truth will come out into the open. The Masters will be recognized and accepted for what they are, having led Mankind out of the Dark Ages for many centuries.

Your history over many thousands of years is also in need of clarification, and much that is written bears little relationship to the truth. You do need to understand how you have been misled, enslaved and controlled through millennia of time. In this way your experiences will bear results that will enable you to help other civilizations going through duality. Your cycle of duality in your present dimension will end, but it still exists in other Universes. From your Earth experiences some of you will seek opportunities to help others, as many highly advanced Beings have helped Mankind. These are the unwritten accounts of how you have always been accompanied by Guides, who have come to you in times of need. There is hardly a soul that at some time has not had what they describe as a “lucky escape” when threatened with danger.  Believe us Dear Ones; luck does not come into it and behind the scenes a few strings are pulled on your behalf. It comes down to what you planned for your life’s experiences, and although your problems may have arisen from exercising your freewill, you have an agreement to allow your Guides to intercede on your behalf. There are times when you might wish to change your destiny, and even if you could you would still have to return to your life plan. There are often many souls involved with each other, and it is important that they are all allowed to fulfill their commitments to each other.

At the end of a cycle as you are now going through, there is a finalizing of outstanding karma. Consequently you may find yourselves going from one challenge to another in quick succession. However, accept that it is all in your own interests and once cleared you will not have to pass that way again. Life is for learning, but not without its pleasures that can also be the result of past experiences. Take what comes in your stride, because when you planned your life you knew that you had the capabilities to see it through, and sometimes it entails quite serious challenges. Life is not a bed of roses until you rise up out of duality, and in the higher dimensions you are heading for a blissful and happy existence. You will find peace beyond your present understanding and nothing to disturb your joy and happiness. Meet with others who have also ascended, and enjoy each other’s presence in a communion of souls in Love and Light.

When you consider what awaits you now any experience you have becomes insignificant, as it is simply a clearing away of anything that no longer serves you. You have to be part of it as you had a hand in bringing all creations into existence, and it is your responsibility to transmute them into the Light. Do not worry that it will all be too much for you, as even so you are charged with doing so you will still be helped. As you are certainly aware, the Galactic Federation are here as part of that help but also to assist Mother Earth. The task of cleansing the Earth is huge, and is not one that you could possibly handle in the time that is left. So there is no reason to despair at what is happening around you, as it is the result of centuries of negativity that has brought such low vibrations to Earth. It can be cleared quite quickly but until we can reach you openly, the work cannot really commence as we would wish.

I Kuthumi come once more into your presence with my words of guidance. My words which I hope will help to guide you through your transitional stages of life. I spoke recently of the need for deep release on your emotional body where I used the metaphor of a suitcase. I was reminded of this as I accompanied this one as she walked through the paths of her garden after much rain. I noticed her reaction to the small weeds that had broken form their seed capsules and had begun to grow. Previously the path had been clear of any weeds.

I thought of your path. So many of you have worked very hard to move forward on a soul level, many will say they have spent much time clearing away their personal emotional debris. Indeed for a time they will experience and act from a higher level of consciousness. Their life will flow with peace and they will feel happier.

Old Ways

Suddenly however, an event will occur which will set you in emotional turmoil. A “weed” has sprouted on your life path. Fear creeps in and more “weeds” sprout. At this point you may choose to give away your own power through excess food, alcohol abuse,or too much sleep to try to escape. You seek comfort through these things. Your awareness drops to a lower dimension of understanding. Yet this need not be, no.

The key is to be aware .

The instant your inner balance is challenged – by a comment, an event, a loss of something, then be aware. For at this moment more than ever, you need to draw on your inner power of higher awareness. By being aware of your inner balance you can notice any emotional changes through your feelings. Feelings are emotions.

Soul Power

Throughout the Ages you have forgotten about your Soul Power. There was a time you lived by this power, in peace and love, in a state of Divine Grace. But over time great fear, worry and anxiety became the rulers of your emotional bodies. These emotions took root and gained control, ruling your choices and actions through the ego. Occasionally, a great soul incarnated on Earth to shine Light and higher guidance for all. But your fear was great. Many simply feared what they couldn't’t see. They feared losing their life-style, even though in many cases, it did not provide total happiness. There were only a few who listened to the wisdom of the Light. Only a few listened to their own soul pushing them forward to listen, to pay attention to the messages of wisdom.

Now mankind is at a pivotal point again. This time there are millions who have chosen to listen to their soul, to listen to the wisdom contained within, fueled by messages from ones as myself. Yet still your paths are not always clear. You are still residing in transitional times. So I come to assist you. To provide guidance for the times when your inner balance is disrupted.

The Link of Light

It is time to remember your Soul Power, your own Soul Light – always. In the good times and most importantly, in challenging times. You see to remember, to acknowledge your true power, will carry you forward. The remembrance provides a wonderful intent. An intent to remember you have a choice. Yes indeed. The remembrance and the intent are linked you see. When ignited they provide the opportunity to stamp out old limiting behavior, old re-actions. This provides space for the Light to shine through from your soul. Inner power suddenly fills you. No longer falling back to fear mode and old behavior, you retain your power and take appropriate action to maintain your inner balance and Soul Power.

Sometimes you will need to take charge of a situation, sometimes have the courage to say no, sometimes have the wisdom to acknowledge another is not yet understanding higher knowledge, and so your compassion is required. In all of these scenarios there is a higher awareness operating. Yet I tell you, you may not always succeed. Do not berate yourself. Simply begin again. This is part of your higher learning, part of your journey of soul. With each step, each experience, you grow. You become more aware. You infuse more Light into your being. All enjoy the calm, the peace and tranquility the Light provides through higher wisdom. Know it is yours, as much as you can hold. It is familiar to your soul, so familiar. The Light is your soul. It contains higher awareness.

More than ever in your history you are in a time of great remembrance. As you awaken to more Light you desire more. You cannot go back, only forward. Yet once you experience the joys of love and tranquility- the flow of life- you understand what has been missing from your existence. This is what I come to tell you today. To remind you. And yes, there is a meditation here to assist you in remembering. It is time to take charge of your own evolution. You have the choice. I say to you now – walk in the Light, remember. Own the power of your soul.

You are already on the other side of the mountain that you climb. You already are where you think is far away. You are already enjoined with Me. There is no far away except in your perception. From your perception, come your beliefs. Your beliefs are not always true. If you believe you are far away from the heart of God, or that God is far away from you, then such beliefs are most certainly not true. Oneness is true. The sun shines on all the same.

Looks are deceiving.

At the same time, there is something sweet in your search for Union with Me. There is something sweet in your searching for that which is already yours. There is sweetness in your attempt to find Me, even though I am already yours.

On every level, it is a sure thing that you will locate Me. It is a sure thing that I will be found in your heart. Perhaps, without My Presence in your heart, you would not search for Me. The fact is that your heart is dependent upon Me. Without My Presence, your heart would not exist. Isn’t that obvious?

Now I am going to say two opposites. What fool would think he could create himself? And yet I created Myself in you, yet no fool am I. I duplicated Myself, so I suppose you could say you created yourself. Of course, you recreate versions of yourself daily. Your evolution is to see more clearly Who you are and always were. Truth cannot depart from Truth. Truth can only be Truth. Whether Truth feels like Truth to you at any given moment is beside the point. Truth is what is and not what you say is.

You are an explorer in the world on My behalf. You are an explorer and discoverer. You discover your own True Self. You are not the stick figure you drew. You are not the ragged figment of your imagination. You are not a mythological departure from Me, sewed by your hand without full sight. You are not really blind. You are blinded, however. How dazzling is the Truth of You, the Truth of you and Me. We are partners to the degree that We are One. We cannot be anything else but One. When it comes to Me, fragments are not possible. Fragments can be deduced but impossible. Of course, there is the human side of you that makes such deductions. There is also the soul side of you – a preponderance of soul – that knows better.

Your mind cannot encompass that which your heart knows. That brilliant mind can go only so far. The heart that beats in your breast knows all. Your heart has no limits, no borders, no restrictions except, of course, for those the mind overlays on your heart. Love the mind just the same, even though it tries to shackle your heart. The mind doesn’t know all. The mind misreads. It cannot see what it doesn’t see.

The day will come when your mind moves over for your heart, and then your mind will be in awe. Your mind will bow down to your heart. Heart waves will take precedence over brain waves. Heart and mind will become One, and the eye will see, and your heart will venture beyond the horizons that the mind once set up.

The mind apologizes. Forgive the mind because it knew only what it knew and didn’t know what it didn’t know and couldn’t see.

It is your heart that sees far and leaps over the horizons of the mind.

The following is the part FOUR and last of messages that we received, during our most recent journey to Palenque, in December of 2010.  We are sharing this message here with you just as we received it, in present time, with little editing. We do this for a very important reason. We know that the messages that we receive are not just for our groups, but are for humanity also. So as you read this, just imagine that you were there with us . . . the Masters and Star Elders assure me that the message and the corresponding energy will be transmitted to you. You might want to imagine that you are sitting with us in the Maya Temples.

The Mayans have a word called Zuvuya. It means that in order to understand something completely, you have to look at it in reverse. The Star Elders take this idea even further, and say that we have to look at things spherically or from many dimensions at once in order to understand them fully. What the Star Elders are showing me this morning is that humanity and Earth has actually pulled a cosmic Zuvuya. We have been living/creating backwards, and that is why life sometimes didn't feel right to us. We didn't feel like this reality was home to us, and it didn't make much sense either. Because we have been creating the world backwards, manifesting reality got knocked out of balance, creating everything from war, pollution, negative ego, illness, aging, separateness and duality.. and maybe even death! The universe has been going through a process of flipping our reality. The divine plan of the collective consciousness is beginning to manifest this flipping, and we are being placed back on track, which includes a way of creating that is in balance and harmony with the natural laws of the universe.

As above, so below . . . Our SUN completes magnetic polar shifts every 11 years. The last flip was in 2001. The next magnetic flip will be in 2012. NASA states that "The Sun is like a snake that sheds its skin." On Dec 13th, 2010, there was a huge global eruption on the sun. The sun sent this energy to the Earth. I think this CME (Coronal Mass explosion) blast anchored the energy of flipping evolution on earth.

Remember when we were in Yaxchillan, and we saw the cosmic hourglass? Well today The Star Elders say that there is enough weight in the collective consciousness on the future side of the hour glass to tip the balance to the side of harmony (Read about the hour glass in a past message in the archives). We have been living backwards for a long time . . . for a huge cycle of time. Now we are moving forward. It will be an adjustment, because humanity will have to do a 180 about face to align with this forward evolution. We have been creating backwards, and it went against a natural universal code that is inside of us. Now that we are moving forward, things that are out of alignment will dissolve away. So today, we are in the first steps of creating forward. We have been living in between dimensions for quite some time. Now we are starting to create forward instead of living backwards. Does that make sense?

Okay, something else is coming in . . . I can see, what looks like, a big stone face of one of the ancestors, and I am looking to see if there is anything that he wants to say. It reminds me of a huge stone face in a site called Itzmal. David Catherwood drew this face in the 18 hundreds, but the site no longer exists. It was destroyed. This stone face is the representation of the day sign Ik, the wind, which is about change. He has an open mouth like he is blowing air, and he is sending a lot of information.

When energy shifts, it is wobbly. Sometimes we can see it with our eyes, and/or we might feel queasy. I noticed today that I feel a little fuzzy, like I am not quite here. Is everybody feeling that kind of fuzziness? We need to pay attention to the shifts in energy to know what is going on in the world. We are really starting to understand the difference between energies, because we have been here in Palenque (and earth) a long enough time that we have created a frequency baseline. We understand what it felt like on one day, and then the next day, and the next day. You can see that the sites and the world changes/evolves from day to day. We have been in Palenque during this time where evolution flipped and rebooted. So this can make us feel like we are in a dream. We might feel confused about what is real and what is not. We might have some pressure in the front of our foreheads. Our eyes may feel like we are not seeing right, and we keep blinking trying to re-focus.

So, we are at the end of a very large cycle . . . 104,000 years, which is four 26,000 year cycles, or four cycles of the completion of the procession of the equinoxes, our traveling around the Pleiades. What we do in these next steps will be our foundation stone in the new world. Before we came to this temple today, The Star Elders synchronized our hearts. This process didn't take very long, because we were nearly in sync anyway. They just anchored it and sealed it, so we will stay in sync. So now, when we go out into the world to live our lives, we are going to bring more and more people into this new synchronized heart. We are going to bring people into a heart space that is the natural legacy of Palenque. Lord Pacal just jumped in and says "It is the Order of the Unified Heart." So… We are the first members of the Order of the Unified Heart. Pacal is filling our space with a tremendous amount of his energy which I call profound neutrality. It is not just peace and harmony. When we say the word "peace" in this world, it means a lack of war. What he carries is the neutrality that Jeshua carried. It is one of the reasons why Jeshua came to Palenque to meet Pacal, because he and Pacal carried similar energies of the heart. Like frequency attracts like frequency. It is why Palenque holds this beautiful unique vibration.

If this is your first sacred site you don't know the difference in energy, because you haven't been to other places that feel differently. This is why sacred site travel is so helpful in our path to awakening. We might think in our minds that all sacred sites feel this way. They don't. Palenque one holds a particular quality of heart that I find "Home" in. It is good that we learn about the differences in frequency.

Lord Pacal is sending us an ocean of his wonderful energy. This is helping us comprehend the magnitude of the Order of the Unified Heart. We (and those reading this) have been initiated into this sacred order. Now when we go out, and when we touch other people, we will magnetize them into this order. It is a secret order. It is something that we know inside of ourselves that we never speak of. It is something that we do without thinking. When we do simple acts of kindness, people will be compelled to enter this secret order called the Unified Heart. This order won't be known by a name but by a quality of heart.

Over the years, we have been talking about the butterfly man. It is unexpected, because this is the first trip in several years where we have not talked about the butterfly man. The reason is that the butterfly wings are no longer flapping. They have come together in stillness. The flapping wings were our hearts working to live in two worlds at once. But now that time is over now. We have arrived. As these two wings come together, we have more and more awakening moments . . . more and more of those "Aha" moments. The wings, like our the two sides of our hearts, are now unified. The old world is being absorbed by the new world. Just like one small light can eat up the darkness. All that is no longer needed from the old world will be dissolved way. We are entering a place of total neutrality where even duality starts to dissolve away.

There will be symptoms that have to do with the dissolving away of duality. Right now, in our DNA, we understand everything by comparing it to something else. When we lose duality, we lose the ability of comparing and, along with it, the ability to understand things. Right now we know the day, because we have a night to compare it to. We are going to start understanding things as simply frequency just as the Star Elders do. We will not limit anything by a definition or a comparison anymore. Definitions limit and separate everything. If we define it, we also limit it from evolving. Nothing stays the same, all creation is a continual evolution. Now we are ending the limitation of the physical reality.

There is a harmonization beginning and profound peaceful neutrality in this Order of the Unified Heart. Archangel Michael popped in, and now he has a joke. He says "No, you are the order of the jungle cough." We all have the jungle cough, and that is breaking up the blockages and things around our hearts. So maybe it is why Tarzan did this (Aluna beats her chest) . . . to break apart the energy around our hearts. We are coughing out things that we don't need anymore. We are coughing out the blocks and the duality, so the only thing left will be the unified heart. We are becoming one (when we got home, we heard about what doctors are calling the 100 day cough).

Well, this is interesting . . . it looks like the Star Elders have decided to work on us. They are here with Lord Pacal, and they are working to give us new skin. We are changing skin and shedding the old skin like a serpent. Shedding of the old skin is a completion of a cycle and the start of something new. This is a time when the serpent catches his tail and consumes itself. When we get swallowed up by the serpent, it means that we are awakened and reborn because the serpent digests all the garbage in us, and the only thing left is the awakened kundalini, that we use for creating a new world. There are many stone carvings in the Maya lands that show an awakening human being coming out of the mouth of the serpent.

Enrique: "If you see on the facades of places along the south part of Campeche, and like in Labna, they are the so-called monster facades. The entrance is like a mouth of a big serpent. The jaws are above and below the doorway with the teeth showing, and are prepared to receive the shaman or the priest to enter the spiritual world. You are eaten by the serpent. So you literally, physically walk into the mouth of the snake . . . and remember, Palenque is the house of the heaven serpent." Na Chan Kan. Na is the house, and Chan is the snake in the local Mayan tongue from here."

So they are showing me that stone face that was supposed to give us a message. It feels like he is drawing us to him. He is asking us to come along. He is a teacher, but he is also a way shower, and he is going to help us create a new path. He is going to assist each one of us in knowing the proper decision to make in each moment. As we create a new world, he will help us make the right choices, because we are used to going backwards. The way things worked before, won't work the same way now, because we are going in a different direction. We have done a Zuvuya. We are now creating forward in the Order of the Unified Heart. This is a path that we will not find with our head. It is a path that we will feel with our hearts. This Stone Elder doesn't speak with his mouth. That is why we can't see his mouth. He sends messages from his soul, and the eyes are the windows to the soul.

This Stone Elder is from the first people. I see Greek Gods, Atlantean, Egyptian and Lemurian. It goes back to ages past that we don't have names for. This is an old being . . . a very old one. It is like the gods that helped to create this Earth, and it is helping us create a new one. His message goes right to our hearts, and our hearts will know the right steps to take. Doors will open, and opportunities will arise. We will know which paths to pick, because he will be assisting for a short while, not very long, but just while we are learning our first few steps. We need to get used to the idea of creating forward. It is like training wheels on our first new bike. Once we can navigate this new energy, this elder will fade away, because this is our world to create. It is our new world. We are the ancestors of the future. We are the ones that are setting the foundation stones for a brand-new world.

Now the Stone Elders face is morphing all over the place. He is shifting into different beings that we have known through history. It is almost like an energy field that keeps things evolving. This is the energy of evolution. We need to be able to step forward and consciously create. We need this energy of a new evolution inside of us. He is asking if he can place this new forward energy of evolution into our DNA. It is a cosmic and natural level of evolution. So if you will, you can allow this process. Again . . . only do what feels right to you. This Stone Elder is the archetype for the energy field, or model that maintains the energy of evolution. We have been creating backwards for so long that we need to be reminded how to create forward. He is beaming forward evolution out of his eyes toward us, so we can absorb this wisdom. This is important, because in this shift of the ages, we are taking our physical bodies with us. This energy of evolution of our soul will help us tolerate the new energy physically while we are going forward.

Over the eons, we have been working on different ways to work and evolve the soul. In Peru, they anchored their souls in the physical body. These are the living mummies of Peru. In Egypt, they anchored souls in pyramids and magnetically sealed the chambers so the knowledge would stay inside. There were also living mummies there, but they had to be magnetically sealed, so their knowledge would not leave the planet, and so we could go back in later and obtain that knowledge. Here, in the Maya lands, they anchored their souls in stone. So we have learned a lot of different ways of working with the soul. The soul is who we are. We are not our physical form that we see in the mirror. Yet, we want to keep the soul in the body and evolve it forward during this shift of ages. This is why we are getting new skin. The new skin is going to be a way to help us handle the vibrational shift of creating forward instead of the more familiar backwards. We will be harmonized and unified so we can do this. The ones that don't want to evolve will cross over the old-fashioned way, and come back by reincarnating in the next age. Some people don't want to do this work. It is their choice, and that is okay. There is no right or wrong way to do this. All are participating in this new evolution if they know it or not.

We are the ancestors of the future. We are leaving a legacy for those that will follow us. 26,000 years from now, that which we anchor here in this new world is what future humanity will be working with. It will be their foundation stone. So Archangel Michael popped in, and he says "You know that sounds like a really big job, and that is a hell of a weight to put on everybody's shoulders." But the Star Elders say…" it is NOT going to be a hard or heavy job, because we are working from our hearts." We just need to stay in the heart, and it will unfold. We are living in the flow of the universe that is already in us. We will be creating forward, and forward is so much easier. It is like going downstream in a canoe with paddles, instead of going upstream without a paddle. Life is now more in tune with the natural self. It is more in tune with our soul. There is no resistance when you are in this flow.

There will be some adjustments because we are losing the ability to compare things to understand them. Duality is fading. We are learning to understand things by frequency instead of those things "written in stone". When we understand things by frequency, all is allowed to evolve and grow. If we understand things by definition, we separate everything and limit their evolution. We use to compare things to other things so we could understand. That is the only way we could survive when we were creating backwards. Now that we are creating forward, we are going to lose that ability to compare. So, we are slowly being schooled in learning how to understand things by frequency only. Remember the outer world will still be creating backward for a time. So don't be fooled by outer illusions. This is why the Stone Elders are going to keep sending us that energy of the new evolution. This is why Pacal continues to fill us with his unified heart energy because the first few steps in this forward motion could be wobbly ones. We will just be in the world, and interact in the way we have been interacting with each other here at this time. This new evolution is very contagious. Good energy is always contagious. What we are taking back to the outer world is a virus; a very, very good virus that will spread across the planet in a good way.

It WAS and IS our job as ancient star beings to help wake up this planet . . . bit by bit . . . we populated it, we brought it back to life, and we raised its vibration. We came to help all life to be in sync . . . like our hearts which are in sync. It is time to have our planet in sync with all the other planets. This is why we have not been able to perceive life on other planets, because we are just a little out of sync with the universe. It is my guesstimate that we are about 60 seconds a day out of sync with the universe. If the Earth slowed down its rotation, we would sync up with the main cycle/calendar that goes through the entire universe. I don't know where the brake pedal is for the Earth, but we are only off by about 60 seconds a day. We won't have leap year when this happens, and we will be totally in sync with the sacred calendar. Scientists know that the Earth is slowing down it rotation.

Group member Howard shares: My feeling is that whatever it did, it tilted the planet and that took us from 360 days to 365 days a year.

Aluna: Yes there has been a couple of those wobbles. One of them was when the dinosaurs were on the earth and a meteorite hit. It hit at an angle that sped the planet's rotation. At that time, the Earth was like a skipping record, and everything evolved physically, but it didn't evolve intellectually. At that time, the Earth had giant dinosaurs with a brain the size of a walnut, but it didn't evolve. The Earth needed to speed up so there could be evolution. It is difficult to explain, but this is based in Maya cosmology and too long to go into here. BUT . . . what we are going to do NOW is to evolve the Earth WITHOUT these kinds of mass catastrophes. We are going to harmonize the Earth and solar system with our unified consciousness, because now we are awake enough to do so. We will not need catastrophe to evolve further. Remember, the Earth is always going to change. There are always going to be earthquakes, storms, volcanoes and those kinds of things. But we are NOT going to have mass catastrophe. That is just catastrophobia that is based in our unconscious ego and just an echo of history that does not have to repeat.

Our guide Enrique shares: So it will be a conscious change; not a change by default.

Aluna: Exactly. No more creating by default. We have been going against our own soul's flow, and now that the Earth has flipped over, and I think that is what the whole thing in Yaxchillan was about . . . the hourglass and the stars going through, and the ocean of creation. It is a different kind of shift then we have ever experienced before. There have been a lot of dry runs and practices and dress rehearsals. This one is the one that we go all the way. It is no dress rehearsal. The Star Elders have already told me that we are going to be successful. So I don't worry about the future no matter how scary the outer world looks. We are now initiated into that which can evolve consciously and have the energy to do it.

This story links to something that I experienced in 1990 when I was here in Palenque and I spent the night. They showed me the energy of evolution, and the history and the creative force of the universe, but they would not let me touch it. They put the knowledge inside of me, but they wouldn't let me use the energy. I think now we are getting a taste of being able to use this energy now. We are actually being held responsible and accountable for using this energy. Because how we use it is how we are going to create our life. So you see that each day, the story unfolds bit by bit.

It is interesting that we are all starting to see the same things and at the same time now. I have been hoping that we could do this, and we have been doing it a little bit by little bit. I know we can all do it together, unified. Okay . . . they say "That's it." The Star Elders don't know how to say "good-bye". They don't know how to end things gracefully. They just say "Okay, enough." We are done. We are cooked. It is time to go home and spread the good virus of forward evolution.

So, we are at the end of a very large cycle . . . 104,000 years, which is four 26,000 year cycles, or four cycles of the completion of the procession of the equinoxes, our traveling around the Pleiades. What we do in these next steps will be our foundation stone in the new world. Before we came to this temple today, The Star Elders synchronized our hearts. This process didn't take very long, because we were nearly in sync anyway. They just anchored it and sealed it, so we will stay in sync. So now, when we go out into the world to live our lives, we are going to bring more and more people into this new synchronized heart. We are going to bring people into a heart space that is the natural legacy of Palenque. Lord Pacal just jumped in and says "It is the Order of the Unified Heart." So… We are the first members of the Order of the Unified Heart. Pacal is filling our space with a tremendous amount of his energy which I call profound neutrality. It is not just peace and harmony. When we say the word "peace" in this world, it means a lack of war. What he carries is the neutrality that Jeshua carried. It is one of the reasons why Jeshua came to Palenque to meet Pacal, because he and Pacal carried similar energies of the heart. Like frequency attracts like frequency. It is why Palenque holds this beautiful unique vibration.

If this is your first sacred site you don't know the difference in energy, because you haven't been to other places that feel differently. This is why sacred site travel is so helpful in our path to awakening. We might think in our minds that all sacred sites feel this way. They don't. Palenque one holds a particular quality of heart that I find "Home" in. It is good that we learn about the differences in frequency.

Lord Pacal is sending us an ocean of his wonderful energy. This is helping us comprehend the magnitude of the Order of the Unified Heart. We (and those reading this) have been initiated into this sacred order. Now when we go out, and when we touch other people, we will magnetize them into this order. It is a secret order. It is something that we know inside of ourselves that we never speak of. It is something that we do without thinking. When we do simple acts of kindness, people will be compelled to enter this secret order called the Unified Heart. This order won't be known by a name but by a quality of heart.

Over the years, we have been talking about the butterfly man. It is unexpected, because this is the first trip in several years where we have not talked about the butterfly man. The reason is that the butterfly wings are no longer flapping. They have come together in stillness. The flapping wings were our hearts working to live in two worlds at once. But now that time is over now. We have arrived. As these two wings come together, we have more and more awakening moments . . . more and more of those "Aha" moments. The wings, like our the two sides of our hearts, are now unified. The old world is being absorbed by the new world. Just like one small light can eat up the darkness. All that is no longer needed from the old world will be dissolved way. We are entering a place of total neutrality where even duality starts to dissolve away.

There will be symptoms that have to do with the dissolving away of duality. Right now, in our DNA, we understand everything by comparing it to something else. When we lose duality, we lose the ability of comparing and, along with it, the ability to understand things. Right now we know the day, because we have a night to compare it to. We are going to start understanding things as simply frequency just as the Star Elders do. We will not limit anything by a definition or a comparison anymore. Definitions limit and separate everything. If we define it, we also limit it from evolving. Nothing stays the same, all creation is a continual evolution. Now we are ending the limitation of the physical reality.

There is a harmonization beginning and profound peaceful neutrality in this Order of the Unified Heart. Archangel Michael popped in, and now he has a joke. He says "No, you are the order of the jungle cough." We all have the jungle cough, and that is breaking up the blockages and things around our hearts. So maybe it is why Tarzan did this (Aluna beats her chest) . . . to break apart the energy around our hearts. We are coughing out things that we don't need anymore. We are coughing out the blocks and the duality, so the only thing left will be the unified heart. We are becoming one (when we got home, we heard about what doctors are calling the 100 day cough).

Well, this is interesting . . . it looks like the Star Elders have decided to work on us. They are here with Lord Pacal, and they are working to give us new skin. We are changing skin and shedding the old skin like a serpent. Shedding of the old skin is a completion of a cycle and the start of something new. This is a time when the serpent catches his tail and consumes itself. When we get swallowed up by the serpent, it means that we are awakened and reborn because the serpent digests all the garbage in us, and the only thing left is the awakened kundalini, that we use for creating a new world. There are many stone carvings in the Maya lands that show an awakening human being coming out of the mouth of the serpent.

Enrique: "If you see on the facades of places along the south part of Campeche, and like in Labna, they are the so-called monster facades. The entrance is like a mouth of a big serpent. The jaws are above and below the doorway with the teeth showing, and are prepared to receive the shaman or the priest to enter the spiritual world. You are eaten by the serpent. So you literally, physically walk into the mouth of the snake . . . and remember, Palenque is the house of the heaven serpent." Na Chan Kan. Na is the house, and Chan is the snake in the local Mayan tongue from here."

So they are showing me that stone face that was supposed to give us a message. It feels like he is drawing us to him. He is asking us to come along. He is a teacher, but he is also a way shower, and he is going to help us create a new path. He is going to assist each one of us in knowing the proper decision to make in each moment. As we create a new world, he will help us make the right choices, because we are used to going backwards. The way things worked before, won't work the same way now, because we are going in a different direction. We have done a Zuvuya. We are now creating forward in the Order of the Unified Heart. This is a path that we will not find with our head. It is a path that we will feel with our hearts. This Stone Elder doesn't speak with his mouth. That is why we can't see his mouth. He sends messages from his soul, and the eyes are the windows to the soul.

This Stone Elder is from the first people. I see Greek Gods, Atlantean, Egyptian and Lemurian. It goes back to ages past that we don't have names for. This is an old being . . . a very old one. It is like the gods that helped to create this Earth, and it is helping us create a new one. His message goes right to our hearts, and our hearts will know the right steps to take. Doors will open, and opportunities will arise. We will know which paths to pick, because he will be assisting for a short while, not very long, but just while we are learning our first few steps. We need to get used to the idea of creating forward. It is like training wheels on our first new bike. Once we can navigate this new energy, this elder will fade away, because this is our world to create. It is our new world. We are the ancestors of the future. We are the ones that are setting the foundation stones for a brand-new world.

Now the Stone Elders face is morphing all over the place. He is shifting into different beings that we have known through history. It is almost like an energy field that keeps things evolving. This is the energy of evolution. We need to be able to step forward and consciously create. We need this energy of a new evolution inside of us. He is asking if he can place this new forward energy of evolution into our DNA. It is a cosmic and natural level of evolution. So if you will, you can allow this process. Again . . . only do what feels right to you. This Stone Elder is the archetype for the energy field, or model that maintains the energy of evolution. We have been creating backwards for so long that we need to be reminded how to create forward. He is beaming forward evolution out of his eyes toward us, so we can absorb this wisdom. This is important, because in this shift of the ages, we are taking our physical bodies with us. This energy of evolution of our soul will help us tolerate the new energy physically while we are going forward.

Over the eons, we have been working on different ways to work and evolve the soul. In Peru, they anchored their souls in the physical body. These are the living mummies of Peru. In Egypt, they anchored souls in pyramids and magnetically sealed the chambers so the knowledge would stay inside. There were also living mummies there, but they had to be magnetically sealed, so their knowledge would not leave the planet, and so we could go back in later and obtain that knowledge. Here, in the Maya lands, they anchored their souls in stone. So we have learned a lot of different ways of working with the soul. The soul is who we are. We are not our physical form that we see in the mirror. Yet, we want to keep the soul in the body and evolve it forward during this shift of ages. This is why we are getting new skin. The new skin is going to be a way to help us handle the vibrational shift of creating forward instead of the more familiar backwards. We will be harmonized and unified so we can do this. The ones that don't want to evolve will cross over the old-fashioned way, and come back by reincarnating in the next age. Some people don't want to do this work. It is their choice, and that is okay. There is no right or wrong way to do this. All are participating in this new evolution if they know it or not.

We are the ancestors of the future. We are leaving a legacy for those that will follow us. 26,000 years from now, that which we anchor here in this new world is what future humanity will be working with. It will be their foundation stone. So Archangel Michael popped in, and he says "You know that sounds like a really big job, and that is a hell of a weight to put on everybody's shoulders." But the Star Elders say…" it is NOT going to be a hard or heavy job, because we are working from our hearts." We just need to stay in the heart, and it will unfold. We are living in the flow of the universe that is already in us. We will be creating forward, and forward is so much easier. It is like going downstream in a canoe with paddles, instead of going upstream without a paddle. Life is now more in tune with the natural self. It is more in tune with our soul. There is no resistance when you are in this flow.

There will be some adjustments because we are losing the ability to compare things to understand them. Duality is fading. We are learning to understand things by frequency instead of those things "written in stone". When we understand things by frequency, all is allowed to evolve and grow. If we understand things by definition, we separate everything and limit their evolution. We use to compare things to other things so we could understand. That is the only way we could survive when we were creating backwards. Now that we are creating forward, we are going to lose that ability to compare. So, we are slowly being schooled in learning how to understand things by frequency only. Remember the outer world will still be creating backward for a time. So don't be fooled by outer illusions. This is why the Stone Elders are going to keep sending us that energy of the new evolution. This is why Pacal continues to fill us with his unified heart energy because the first few steps in this forward motion could be wobbly ones. We will just be in the world, and interact in the way we have been interacting with each other here at this time. This new evolution is very contagious. Good energy is always contagious. What we are taking back to the outer world is a virus; a very, very good virus that will spread across the planet in a good way.

It WAS and IS our job as ancient star beings to help wake up this planet . . . bit by bit . . . we populated it, we brought it back to life, and we raised its vibration. We came to help all life to be in sync . . . like our hearts which are in sync. It is time to have our planet in sync with all the other planets. This is why we have not been able to perceive life on other planets, because we are just a little out of sync with the universe. It is my guesstimate that we are about 60 seconds a day out of sync with the universe. If the Earth slowed down its rotation, we would sync up with the main cycle/calendar that goes through the entire universe. I don't know where the brake pedal is for the Earth, but we are only off by about 60 seconds a day. We won't have leap year when this happens, and we will be totally in sync with the sacred calendar. Scientists know that the Earth is slowing down it rotation.

Group member Howard shares: My feeling is that whatever it did, it tilted the planet and that took us from 360 days to 365 days a year.

Aluna: Yes there has been a couple of those wobbles. One of them was when the dinosaurs were on the earth and a meteorite hit. It hit at an angle that sped the planet's rotation. At that time, the Earth was like a skipping record, and everything evolved physically, but it didn't evolve intellectually. At that time, the Earth had giant dinosaurs with a brain the size of a walnut, but it didn't evolve. The Earth needed to speed up so there could be evolution. It is difficult to explain, but this is based in Maya cosmology and too long to go into here. BUT . . . what we are going to do NOW is to evolve the Earth WITHOUT these kinds of mass catastrophes. We are going to harmonize the Earth and solar system with our unified consciousness, because now we are awake enough to do so. We will not need catastrophe to evolve further. Remember, the Earth is always going to change. There are always going to be earthquakes, storms, volcanoes and those kinds of things. But we are NOT going to have mass catastrophe. That is just catastrophobia that is based in our unconscious ego and just an echo of history that does not have to repeat.

Our guide Enrique shares: So it will be a conscious change; not a change by default.

Aluna: Exactly. No more creating by default. We have been going against our own soul's flow, and now that the Earth has flipped over, and I think that is what the whole thing in Yaxchillan was about . . . the hourglass and the stars going through, and the ocean of creation. It is a different kind of shift then we have ever experienced before. There have been a lot of dry runs and practices and dress rehearsals. This one is the one that we go all the way. It is no dress rehearsal. The Star Elders have already told me that we are going to be successful. So I don't worry about the future no matter how scary the outer world looks. We are now initiated into that which can evolve consciously and have the energy to do it.

This story links to something that I experienced in 1990 when I was here in Palenque and I spent the night. They showed me the energy of evolution, and the history and the creative force of the universe, but they would not let me touch it. They put the knowledge inside of me, but they wouldn't let me use the energy. I think now we are getting a taste of being able to use this energy now. We are actually being held responsible and accountable for using this energy. Because how we use it is how we are going to create our life. So you see that each day, the story unfolds bit by bit.

It is interesting that we are all starting to see the same things and at the same time now. I have been hoping that we could do this, and we have been doing it a little bit by little bit. I know we can all do it together, unified. Okay . . . they say "That's it." The Star Elders don't know how to say "good-bye". They don't know how to end things gracefully. They just say "Okay, enough." We are done. We are cooked. It is time to go home and spread the good virus of forward evolution.
