Why is meditation practice important in order for one to be connected to the source?

Any given meditation practice is not necessarily important. It depends on who you are. Some of you will have certain meditation practices be a perfect fit for connecting you in source, others of you will not. The thing that is important about meditation, as you have all defined it as what we are going to call “silence”. Silence is important for connecting with source. Meditation practice is one of the most direct ways to enter silence.

Different practices lead you there in different ways and all of them are fine, though some of them will not be fine for some of you. Silence is important because source, or God, or the divine, whatever you want to call it, is not something that you reach for, it is something that you remember. The fact is you are the Divine. You are a part of Source.

The process of connecting with Source, connecting with God, requires some degree of inner silence. It is in that inner silence that you remember who you really are. It is in that inner silence that your mind can come to a realization of what it feels like to be your true self. Now keep in mind that meditation practice, often the first section or phase of meditation practice, involves a lot of discomfort. What you first come up with is not who you truly are but all of the blocks, fears and baggage that has been piled upon you. Do not imagine that is who you truly are. As long as you are grappling with that you are not really in the silence quite yet. It is worthwhile to keep waiting for it because eventually after enough practice or waiting, you come to true silence; the silence that is who you truly are is your best way of perceiving the divine or source.

Any given meditation practice is not necessary for this but silence is necessary; inner contemplative, peaceful, loving silence. Any spiritual practice that helps you find that over and over again is beneficial.

Why do I feel my connection to the source fade over a period of time once I have been awakened and reminded of my soul spirit?

This is one of the reasons that spiritual practice is not a singular event -- it is an ongoing process. Spiritual practice is always meant to be returned to time and time again. The way that this works is all of you are divine beings and all of you are human beings. Part of being human and living in the human world is experiencing fragmentation or separation, experiencing yourselves as separate from one another or separate from the divine. While it is not actually true that you are separate, it is true for your experience here as long as you are a human being, there is a truth in experience. You do experience yourselves as separate. The ebb and flow of being human involves moving in and out of your true self. This occurs in all kinds of ways. You fall in and out of alignment. You fall in and out of feeling good or bad, in and out of love with yourselves and each other.

Nothing here is static; in fact, nothing in the universe is static. There is no way as a human being to achieve a permanent unchanging static experience of source. It will never happen, even for those who claim Enlightenment and describe a feeling of being in that bliss all of the time, they know that bliss is continually fluctuating. It may stay up at a certain height or level of vibration but it is always going up and down. As long as you are a human there is ebb and flow in life. The reason that you are experiencing this connection, you feel the connection with source and then you feel it fade away is in a basic sense that you are human. As long as you are human you will feel periods of fragmentation. It is that precisely what is meant to lead you to the next stage or next level of connection. It is useful to employ spiritual practices to carry you through the times when it is easy to feel connected with source and times when it is not easy to feel the connection with source. Both times are relevant, both times are important parts of the process of being human.

Over time as you employ spiritual practices, the difference between the highs of connection and the lows of fragmentation become less, so the roller coaster ride of being human becomes more like a gentle rolling journey. That is the reason that you sometimes feel disconnected.

In my meditation practice, I have gone to a place in my mind that is lit with a very warm, safe and appealing light. In that place, I have been able to connect with others and heal and resolve things. I am wondering if the other person experiences that space too? Do they enter the Records too?

When you go to a place in your mind through meditation, you are actually going to a place, though you usually for the most part do not take your physical body with you, it is useful to leave your physical body firmly on Planet Earth; it helps you function better in your everyday life if you do that. You can literally take your spirit or raise your conscious mind into a place where your spirit already resides. That is what you are sensing as this warm, loving, appealing place; this light. This is a place that is not a single place. In very general terms we are going to say that it is the spirit world. You reside there all of the time. This place, or an experience of this place, is always accessible to you. One of the benefits of meditation practice is that you can go there; you can tap into that consciously and use that to reassure your conscious mind to bring a sense of calm and peace to interact with other spirit beings and to bring about healing, rest or whatever you might need. This place is real. You live there already.

When you connect with another being there, some human being whose spirit you see in that place, yes, and their spirit is experiencing that with you. It depends on the person, whether that person’s conscious mind is aware of that or not. The way things work in the spirit world is that all of you are there at all times. Whether your conscious mind is paying attention or not, part of yourself, your soul self, is in the spirit world, interacting with other people and other spirit beings all of the time. As such you can, literally and truthfully, it would be accurate to say that you meet up with other spirits and whatever you consciously see happen there does happen in the spirit world and it does have an energetic affect in the physical world. This is the reason that some of you have gone through these meditations to resolve issues with other people. Then you find that the issue in everyday life seems to lose its charge. It seems to come to a resolution seemingly on its own, though you know that you began to do the work in the spirit world.

Most of the time the other person’s conscious mind is not aware of this because the fact is, most of you are not aware of what you are doing in the spirit world most of the time. It might be confusing to talk about it in waking life with people. They will not have the same memory that you have of that meditation. Occasionally you find these magical crossroads where someone tells you that they had a dream, then you tell them about your meditation and then you find that both of you were able to bring your consciousness to the same event in the spirit world. It is magical and powerful when you find those crossroads because it helps you develop further understanding in your conscious mind for what is happening in spirit.

The enigma of the crystal skulls has been around for some time, with each skull itself thought to possess limitless supernatural powers. But the common thread that ties all the skulls together is perhaps even more mystifying. According to the legend, collecting all thirteen crystal skulls in one spot will bring about the saving of the human race amidst a quickly unfolding Doomsday. Only twelve skulls had been discovered... until now.

A thirteenth crystal skull has been discovered in Germany according to German news source TZ Online. The source claims that the object was discovered on the roof of an old estate. Initial measurements of weight cannot be confirmed at this point, but the German news source said the weight was substantial - heavy enough to make it one of the most valuable jewels ever discovered by serendipity. But those in the New Age movement are starting to suggest the discovery could mean we are finally nearing the end of days, but all is not lost. The legend that all thirteen skulls -if brought together- could save mankind from impending doom is clearly a point of interest in this story given the high amount of uncertainty that is being spread from recent solar flares.

In the past week several M class solar events have been recorded at the time of this article. And the crystal skulls are said to relate directly to the sun itself. So is there a gradual heating up of the sun that will require some sort of external influence? Many believers consider it a distinct possibility. But even with the discovery of this incredible crystal skull there are some saying it may already be too late.

The crystal skulls are a source of mystical energy and a target of great interest for those in the paranormal field. And the final crystal skull is considered to be one of the greatest lost treasures of the ancient world. Those studying the ancient skulls have stated that the technology available and tools used to measure and cut the objects could not have demonstrated anywhere near the level of accuracy seen in these ancient artifacts. And if the latest crystal skull is anywhere near as accurate and clear as the other labeled "genuine" skulls, then we may be looking at one of the greatest artifact discoveries of at least a hundred years.

And there are suggestions that the ancient skull may somehow be related to a cache of lost Nazi treasure that was hidden at some point during World War II or its aftermath. several treasures went missing after the events of WWII, including a prominent theory that the mountains of Austria holds a vast fortune the likes of which would rival the contents of Fort Knox. And if a jewel as large as this was discovered sitting on a roof in a Bavarian village, what other treasure is yet to be discovered?

A Prelude leading up to this Channeling I would like to share with you as it may help others this happens to .........
Yesterday my Sunday I awoke got up & cooked breakfast and suddenly all energy was drained from my being I was sleepytired in every part of mealmost hard to describe as I have had many days of late with feelings of exhaustion no energy etc.
However this day got worseI went to sleep for 3 hours after breakfast woke up and had no energy again so just laid in bed drinking lots of water not hungry not even felt like coming online(very unusual for meLol )my husband cooked some chicken sausages on the Barbie and I got up not to offend him and ate one & back to bed and all day I was asking what is going on? Give me a clue pleeeeeese !!!!!!! I felt like I was bursting out of my skin, every inch of my body was tight as if I was too big for my skin, an awful feeling that lasted till 1 am in the morning when I finally fell asleep.
When I awoke this morning I felt ok looking forward to my Class of Gematria & had a great time in Class and no tiredness, actually a feeling of being a bit on the high side so I knew I had to write a message for my monthly Newsletter, nothing unusual about that in fact yesterday I wasn't happy as well as Rosalie wanted to do it then but there was no inspiration to do so.
I suddenly had a feeling to get a huge 2 litre bottle of water and start my message not really knowing the subject, who was coming through or whatever.......
Then my hand started to write as I write my messages by hand instead of typing and print it up after so this is the message and I now understand why I was made to rest totally.............. What is next has just finished from 12 noon till now at 4.47 pm...... Enjoy .........

I am Ra at your Divine service my Beloved Beings of Light, I come with messages on behalf of the realms of Divinity, it is as always a privledge and an honour, so close you can feel the changes simply by nature that doesn't have the same energy either,not only humans, you all who are at one will reach your destination just as you planned so long ago before you incarnated to reach & return to full consciousness.

Dear Light Beings I wish to point out to you just how wonderful you have succeeded on your journey so you will not be your usual hard on oneself attitude, so unnecessary when you hear briefly the bigger picture.

Let us now focus on Creation itself and follow the story of the Soul as it was created and wound its way through the vibrational levels and dimensions to experience the Consciousness of the Self.
To begin we will start with the beginning of the Soul as it came into Being.

At the beginning it would be called a Being of Light or a White light Being of Light.

We are now talking at the level of God/Godess or Source of the Universe.
This was the time when this white light Being was determined to expand the Consciousness(awareness) by learning and experiencing in a particular part of Creation when it eventually desended into physicality.

The Soul is breathed into the Heart of the God/Godess or Source of the Universe.

The Source of this Universe breathes the Essence of the white fire into the Soul's heart thus imprinting this Lightbeing with the full knowledge of the Cosmic Divine Plan at Universal level as well as imprinting this Lightbeing with the encodements or knowledge of its own individual Blueprint.

This Being or Light Being as it is really at this time undergoes a series of imprinting as it is being prepared for the next level of being the Galactic level.

Once again this Being is breathed into the heart of the Galactic core and is encoded once again of the Galactic Divine Blueprint and imprinted with the Individual Galactic encodements full knowledge which then becomes fully conscious and in the knowing.

When I mention that you are fully in the knowing I am saying it can be in the subconscious or the conscious depending upon your awakening or evolvement at the time,like it is sitting in a Divine bank ready for you to withdraw at the appropriate time.

At this time and stage this Being becomes subject to polarity and splits off into two, the masculine and the feminine part which is how people become twin flames. The twin Flame is the counterpart or other half of a Soul.

Many of you may search a lifetime to find your other half and sometimes actually in many cases it is not even in the same incarnation on another planet in this Solar System and beyond.
Another couple of examples the other may be on the other side of the Planet .
In some very rare cases it an be a brother, Mother,Father or Sister, husband or best Friend.

And you can be of the same gender in this physicality.

It is possible to communicate and it does happen through dreams or meditation and so it may always be this way and if you can accept this rather than the romantic search which could leave you letting your life just pass you by and you run the risk of failing to resolve karmic experiences with others and that is one of the reasons you came into this lifetime to do.

Now at this level of Solar Consciousness the Being is connected with four lower bodies, the physical, the etheric, the emotional and the mental body.

You have a fully activated Chakra system and twelve strand DNA so that now as a Being you have become consciously aware which enables the Soul to be in contact with its Creator at all times.
The twelve strand DNA and the twelve Chakra system, the Soul is able to evolve and ascend its consciousness ,eventually spiralling back home to the Godhead from whence it came.

This is a simplified explanation of the life of a Soul as it comes into physicality.

The Soul is imprinted with its threefold flamethe blue for the masculinethe pink for the femininegold for the wisdom and love from the heart of God.
As you can see you are a Being of complexity and you are forver connected to your Creator.

The importance and total reason I have come to share this at this prcise moment is to commend you for the sacrifices you as a great deal of negativity has happened in Creation and this is what is now being reversed as you all are creating a genetic pathway for Humanity to followare you seeing why I commend you dear Light Beingsthis is the reason that youBeings of Lightevolved souls came to the Planet to create the information and point the way necessary for Humaity to ascend.
You responded to the call for assistance whilst in the higher realms you entered into a dense physical body which was only part conscious.

You then became subject to the law of Karma which you did while you were in a state of amnesia and have found it difficult to step off the Karmic wheel until recently when tools have been given to many to enable you to leave that Karmic wheel behind and the doors and corridors of Light have sprung open and ALL I repeatALL are ascending together.

The Planet is now in the vibration of the Creator which simply means all can intervene events world global events Healing associated with karmic debts CAN be healed if so desired .

Dear Beloved Being of Light it is now the time to take heed and take Heart of how magical this Journey is and the experiences you are encountering at present is the miraculous reward .

You are actually the Creator experiencing Itself never before on this Planet have you actually been in the position of being specialists in the field of Light synthesis.

You are bringing about on this Planet an amazing feat and we are in awe of you, You are awesome and you are incredibly couragous.

You have gone through incredible suffering in many incarnations on this planet all for the love of God and even though you are still going through many illusions of the third dimension and some of you are grappling with low self esteem and feeling unloved and unworthy i am here to tell you to throw that energy/thought far away my beloveds you are so Loved so special such incredible angelic Beings of Light in physicality.

We are here now to bring you to full consciousness if this is your wish.
Call upon us, trust in your Creator and allow yourself to be in the highest vibration.

What does this physical being want? Mind driven drivel mis-aligned to Higher Purpose, often charging into the situation prepared to defend an untenable balance of uncertainty in these changing times. Why does the mind try to control the indomitable spirit in this ballroom experience of shimmering waves of exalted joy only to cringe in the corner ever-frightful of… What?

There is only Love permeation of All Creator abundant to all and yet accessed by so few in the past and now seen at this very moment by the entire world as I open the doors to LOVE. Throw them wide so gently in their motion they fly off on wings of the angels present to our evolution glowing with appreciation for our expansion. The garden opens before me, lush in its vibrant hues of technicolor sounds and replete with the highest notes of softness seen by mine eyes. Gushing forth the spring, the Godhead Fount of Life… giving heavenly humidity, oft unseen, to the peaceful crescendo that meets the untrained eye.

As I soar into the heavens, with the eyes of Hawk, I see. There, in the beating of a heart pulses the entire Universe ecstatic to participate with the participant, ever coming closer to a reuniting embrace of wholeness. Plunge into the depths, Hawk takes me on my Journey… the Spiritual Warrior intent on reclaiming energy lost in past battles when I knew not the Truth and war was waged on my behalf. Deeper into the darkness Hawk will take me with Love in the whisper of a wing caressing the air across the breath of contact and it returns. Upward, outward and expanding beyond the known and into the vastness of the smallest bauble of holographic essence attuned to the vibration of Love.

Hovering now, healing and listening, Hawk attuned, a restful and vigilant dichotomy that defies all logic… and it is so, Logic serves me no more in this new experience. Logic has gone as far as it can go. Logic…

Yes, as often happens… Just as I am about to release Logic as my guidance system, I see that word count at 9… the energy of completion and letting go… my Destiny Card

Logic got me to that place. Logic represents someone else’s experience. Logic often focuses me in a direction that goes against my Highest Good. Logic… too much reliance on a mind molded by the external world’s teachings of others, when I already have all that I need. Logic created disparity in my experience and every time I went with Logic over my Higher Consciousness it hurt… There was fracture and I lost a small piece of my essence and power. Logic is the teachings of others, received through a guidance system that rejected creativity and encourages the norm.

Well, I let it go…. I embrace my Higher Consciousness… that is my connection to Source, the garden expands and melodious whisperings from the higher realms echo in my fingertips bridge. There is much Love available right now. Tuning my senses, Hawk imbues a whispered click of beak clatter through pursed lips I exhale the last of that old and receive heavenly waters humidifying my Soul cascading through ethereal bodies into my skin I feel the breath release. The Light is building…

Love rules this house, I make no exception. That is my choice. Love is Creation and I am a Creator. Love is Source and I am Source. Love is Divine and I am Divine. Love is Freedom and I am Free. Love is my guide and the keys to my temple. Love opens the Universe and exposes the infintesimal, where I can access the entire holographic nature of my Experience. Love takes us on the Journey and guides the way. Love brings us to the garden… Love brings us home…

Higher Guidance I embrace as I continue this Journey. Always holding steady and true to my Highest Truth in Love and Kindness I walk with Creator, through the garden we go in stillness I find it and in these words I share.

Let no one deny you your rights to your own beliefs, but honor another soul who has chosen a different path. It should be possible to exist side by side, without causing issues that bring about confrontation. It may be hard at times to observe others who follow their faith that involves persecution of their own kind. However, it must be borne in mind, that all souls are following a path that they have chosen for themselves. It is therefore important that you do not interfere with them, even although your motives may be of the highest order. You experience what is necessary for your spiritual evolution, and there are no exceptions to it. So Dear Ones, you may ask how are you to deal with such a situation, and the answer is simply by example. If you believe that by doing so you can influence another person for the better, that is as much as you can do.

Man has perpetually interfered with other races and groups, and it has led to wars and hatred that has continued for millennia of time. You can apply the same observations where individuals are involved, and resentment and outright hostility can result. Now clearly young people need guidance, but when they come of age they will seek their own expression of what life means to them. As any parent knows, it can be a very difficult period for everyone involved. Parents have a great responsibility to guide their children, in such a way that they become worthy citizens. If you apply that thinking to a more spiritual level, you will understand that there is little if any difference in your responsibilities.

Taking it all even to a higher level, you will see that God is like a parent, indeed do you not refer to having a Father/Mother God. God takes loving care of you, but at the same time grants you freewill to experience exactly as you wish. If you stray from the Light there are no recriminations or punishment, as some believe. God will time and time again bless you, and surround you with love knowing that in time you will return to the Light. If you consider the present situation on Earth, you will realize that freewill has led you to this period in your growth. It could have been left to continue with the prospect of Man’s demise, but with divine decree you are being given the opportunity of Ascension. That we would say is an indication of the outpouring of love that the Creator has for all of you. We are referring to Unconditional Love, and that is the goal of very single soul as they evolve back to the Source. To reach such a level whilst on Earth is indeed most difficult because of the conditions created by duality. However, if it is your intent to live that way as far as possible, then you are well on your way to ascending. The lower vibrations cannot keep you back, and at a certain point you would in any event ascend.

The journey to freedom may be long as you experience it, but all of the way you are being accompanied by souls who are guiding you onto the path of Light and Love. There are times when people feel that they have been deserted, but be assured that your guides are always with you. It is just that when you are at a low point, you are much harder to reach. As we have explained previously, it is your karma and need for certain experiences that often prevents direct intervention. Yet, many of you can recall times when you have been “miraculously” saved from some harm because you have been given help by your Angelic Guides. Even after you ascend higher Beings accompany you, but it becomes a more open relationship of which you have full awareness.

We continue to acquaint you with the facts relating to your lives upon Earth, and how much of it at this time is preparation for changes, and subsequent lives in the higher dimensions. You need to bridge the gap caused by your descent into the lower realms, and your loss of consciousness of your real selves. The more you remember whom you really are, the quicker you will evolve to full consciousness. It is like entering the gateway to the Sun, and you suddenly find yourself engulfed in the Light. All of these type of experiences should come quite naturally to you, as you are returning to levels that are familiar to you.

The Galactic Federation is as ready as ever to open a friendly relationship with you. We know you and your ways of thinking very well, and that enables us to negotiate with you successfully. We come not to dictate to you, but bring us together in our joint ventures. We will however ensure that you are well prepared, for the final days upon Earth in this particular dimension. In effect, we are saying that if you want to join us, then you have to become one of us. Since some of you are already from civilizations that are members of our Federation, it will not present any difficulties for you. Quite naturally you will want to meet your family once your sojourn upon Earth is completed. These ideas are possibly new to you now, but as you get used to us and learn more about us it will all seem so familiar to you.

Never before have you been faced with such important decisions in your lifetime, as the opportunity to ascend en masse only comes around with the completion of a cycle. It has not been dropped upon you out of the blue, and you have been considerably helped for quite a few hundred years. The more you move towards the Light, the less likely you are to slip back. It becomes a way of life that is not nearly as hard as you might imagine. In fact, with time it does become much easier and it gives you a very uplifted feeling. It is the ability to stay centered when many around you are losing their head. To stay calm in the midst of turmoil, thus bringing some stability where it is needed. For example your energy will have a pacifying effect on others around you.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and feel sure that you are feeling the nearness of the changes that are so important to disclosure. So we will confirm that the situation is coming to a conclusion, and nothing will stop it happening. You have provided the necessary support that we need, and as ever our allies are in readiness for the instruction to go ahead. It will come suddenly upon you, and you will know for sure what it portends where your future is concerned. Oh what joy and ecstasy will follow at the first signs of your release from the hold of the dark Ones, what memorable days lay ahead.
