My Beloveds although many of you still feel nothing has changed in your physical visual world, you can tell that something is very different in your sensing world. Perhaps you just can’t put your physical finger right on the reason of uncertainty you are experiencing.

Changing the visual picture your brain perceives will be a while in coming My Divine Beings of Grace, for your physical visual world is not the World of Spirit or Source. It is time to experience the world behind your physical eyes.

 In what ways can we be doing this? Are there any specific techniques that encourage it?”

SaLuSa: Seek and ye shall find. Humans from Earth are trained from a very young age to seek for answers outside of them. Children ask their parents for help and for advice. Later on, when they are adults, they forget about their inner life completely in large numbers. All true answers come from within. Thanks to the Law of Attraction you attract the experiences you need; you attract the spiritual teaching you need. One simple way to answer this question would be for you to try meditating or simply to be in a contemplative state a few times throughout your day. I can't take extra time away from my children to get certified because I'm a single mother. I feel so stuck. To the outside world, I look like a huge success. Did the Federation desert us??? So
many people said marvelous things would unfold today, yet there have
been no reports of "first contact". What happened?

A message has been given to me through my spirit guide, whom I call
Elspheth. I won’t bother labeling him as anything since I’ve only
recently become a lightworker. This message is truth.

Don’t hold expectations. All we have is here and now. Expectations
only leads to disappointment. Rather, listen to the messages of all
spirit guides and entities who elevate your vibrational state. Stay
grounded in Gaia, for she is the one who must ascend before humanity
can. The future is never static, because of the nature of the 4th
dimension. Time is not linear, it is constantly twisting and turning

A good way to immagine the 4th dimension and our place in it is to

Dear Ones,

This week may be uncomfortable for many of you. You may feel as if
you are at the starting gate and the gun has sounded; but you are only
able to move through the gate with a great deal of effort. Winning the
race is no longer your objective, just remaining awake and alert is.

We smile at your concerns. Please know that you have never
experienced what you are currently experiencing, so you have no
framework for appropriate behaviors or feelings. If you were about to
give birth, would you not be allowed to display temper tantrums,
emotional upheavals, exhaustion and many of the same feelings you are
now experiencing?

You are giving birth to yourself. Just as was true for the birth of
your baby, you are in the final stages of an extremely complex
transition that has required every ounce of strength – both emotional
and physical – that you have had in your past lives.
