God said:

Know that it is all right to feel sad. Sadness, too, is a part of life. It is the passage of time you mourn. You mourn the tick-tock of time. So long as time is the fiction of your life, sadness will be.

If you could fathom time as the continuum you are on, if you could fathom time as timeless, if you could fathom that there is no passage of time, no increments to it, no past, no future, only a beautiful valley of no time at all, sadness would not be rife in your life.

What would there be to be sad about? Nothing would be gone. All would be present.

You would know there is no death. You would know that there is only life. It is not even that life would be perpetual because perpetuity signifies a possible sequence. There is no sequence, beloveds. Life is all at once.

Just as I am Oneness, there is nothing but Oneness. Time is separateness. Time is elusive. Timelessness is Heaven.

Time opens up the idea of loss and lostness. Nothing is ever lost. Only in the morass of time can even the concept of loss exist. Time slips away. Time catches up to you. Time taps you on the shoulder. Time drums the concept of absence into you. Time keeps you in its thrall. Time bundles your life. Time ties a knot around your life, and time throws it away.

If you could know, really know, that no one and nothing is ever lost, not at a loss. Loss, like time, is a myth perpetuated upon you. It is a myth, yet a deeply accepted myth. A myth accepted is acted on as if true. It might as well be true.

You presently live on Earth in the dimensions of space and time. The Truth is that there are no dimensions. There is no size. There is no distance. Clocks are arbitrary. When All is Oneness, where can time and space exist? They exist not.

The physical depends upon time and space for its existence. The physical is naturally important to you, and so you count time and space as material to your existence. Nevertheless, you exist out of time and space. And yet you call life outside of time and space as existencelessness. You call it death, or you call it pre-birth, or you call it finality.

When time does not star in life, there can be no finality. There is no end to anything but the configurations of time and space that you have so well believed in and held onto for dear life.

Life is irrespective of time and space. Only in time and space can you conceive of yourself as loveless or anything of the kind. Love is truly dimensionless. You think you live in a dimensioned world with all of its science and fact whereas, in Truth, you are Eternal Infinite Love. You figure rightly that I am not shaped into a form. You do know that I, God, am boundless. You have an idea of Spirit. You are Spirit. For a time, in the myth of time, you live in a form, and you call that life, as you live in a form. Yet a form has no life unless there is Spirit in it, yet Spirit is infinite and eternal. No wonder you feel stifled in a human body. Physical breathing is not the breath of you. You are irrespective of breath, pulse, blood pressure and so on. Atoms are atoms. Spirit is Spirit. You are way beyond atoms and time and space. You are love seeded on Earth. You are My love seeded on Earth. Enjoy this temporary life on Earth and know that there is nothing temporary about you. You are not your body. You are not your body. You are not your body.

Creating the partnership between ego and Spirit, an aspect of your healing journey for each lifetime, is one of many life purposes. Another is to create wholeness in your heart, so that your heart energy includes the combined aspects of the high and low heart energies. The high heart is the spirit-filled, unconditional love energy of your divine heritage. The low heart reflects the karmic journey, soul wounds and other energies gathered over lifetimes of experience in the emotional energy of the third dimension. Heart wholeness occurs when these two energies are blended, allowing the low heart to be healed and reflect the unconditional love the high heart holds for it.

The whole heart is peaceful and joyful. It needs nothing yet all of its needs are always met. It may experience sorrow yet is in joy in every circumstance because it knows faith and trust. It is always in a state of love and does not require another to be an example of love. It is powerful and compassionate, energetically balanced and seeks the highest vibration in all things. It is part of each of you, your reminder of the unconditional love you have come from and are returning to. The whole heart is your pathway to the peace, joy and love that is the healing you seek throughout your lifetime in all things. To find it, you must learn to seek within and to connect to the divinity within.

The love you seek from others and in the world is the lonely, needy voice of the low heart which believes itself to be disconnected, alone, in pain and unworthy. It believes it must create love and often finds the most unloving circumstances to do so. The low heart's definition of love is transformed through healing, forgiveness and acceptance of the presence of the high heart, which also means acknowledging that all love comes from within. Unconditional love is your birthright but creating its presence on the earth and in the third dimension is part of your life purpose. This moment of connection is the low heart's ascension, as it is joined to its partner in love, the high heart.

Just as spirit requires the body to be present in the third dimension, the high heart needs the low heart to express divine love. And the low heart needs the high heart to know joy, fulfillment and love. The love each of you seeks from others or from the world is your low heart's search for the high heart connection. This connection is important because you did not come here to receive love from the world, you came here to create love in the world.  The world does not give love; it can only reflect love. The high heart connection is created through forgiveness, acceptance and self healing. Once you remember yourself as a source of divine love for you and for the world, the connection is made, you step into heaven on earth and a limitless supply of love.

Today I will speak about the great "AH-HA." What do I mean by this? The great "AH-HA" are those moments in your life where you suddenly understand some great meaning that you may have heard before, yet these previous encounters with truth only bounced off the surface of your mind, or had a shallow landing because it was knowledge that was not needed at that particular time in your life. The AH-HA moment is an experience and not just a piece of information presented to the mind. Once experienced, the AH-HA moment becomes a "pre-wisdom" of sorts, because you have had an experience of understanding, and from that time forward it is at your disposal to use in any life situation that calls for it.

Learning certain truths and acquiring information that unlocks the Inner Spirit and allows life and creativity to flow would be counter-parted by the Indwelling Spirit for eternal keeping. The AH-HA moments and other valuable life lessons are retained and become a part of the growing soul which can never be forgotten and will be used to cultivate other survival value experiences in this life and hereafter. Each survival value moment and experience builds upon another and soul growth becomes exponential--the accumulation of what some would call, "the things in life that matter most."

Often times when the human makes a choice to embrace his or her spiritual nature, a process of self-mastery and self-discovery ensues. You begin to recognize the imperfection in yourself and develop a desire to improve and have control over some unattractive personality trait. In the course of this motivation to improve one's self, opportunities and information are put in your path to help and teach you how to overcome the imperfection. This is when the AH-HA moment comes--an illumination of truth and a realization of self that removes a barrier to peace, harmony, and flow. Once the threshold of this discovery has been crossed, it is there to feed you as you battle the behaviors born out of fear, selfishness, judgment, and ego pride.

It is the supreme guidance of the Indwelling Spirit that illuminates the mind when you are prepared to receive knowledge that will foster soul growth and perpetuate progress. You may think of it as a transaction between the mind and the soul and the Indwelling Spirit as the clerk that shows you the merchandise that will benefit you most. Sometimes the cost is high, but the return on investment is exponential and will continue to earn interest far into the future. Be mindful of these precious AH-HA moments and acknowledge the actions of Spirit that led you to understand the information that grows into perfection and those tools that become a part of your arsenal that you may use to teach and lead others.

Selamat Balik! We return! The cords that tie your reality together are rapidly dissolving and transforming into the grids of a new one. Initially, this new one is manifesting various debacles that are churning things up in every corner of your world, and this is to be expected as the miasmas of the past are purged. Many of your realms in ages past have been wiped out by the thunderous might of the Anunnaki as they froze, flooded and burned your societies in an effort to expunge the memories of your fully conscious origins. On each occasion, the Anunnaki chose a group of survivors to 'stock' the next reality (by means of memory trauma held within the DNA) with the 'fodder' necessary to endlessly repeat these patterns of destruction and genocide down through history. This attempt to bury your memories of your former, higher state of consciousness was only partially successful and was unable to induce the complete adulation and acquiescence desired by your dark overloads. Your ineradicable inner path was kept alight by Spirit for the day when all of you would be returned to your former state of glory.

This 'fling' in the trials and tribulations of limited consciousness is nearly over, and you are being brought through the last stages of the fear and illusion that the Anunnaki's minions concocted for you. Be brave and wise, and know that you are fully capable of seeing through these last shenanigans. New institutions are starting up quietly in the very smoke thrown up by the dark's contrived incidences. Secret groups with positive agendas are working with the Ascended Masters to bring your new world into the Light while the dark that oppresses you is lifting. Rejoice, and understand what this truly implies. You are practically free of those whose arrogance and chicanery has had you imprisoned in a world which, from the outset, was only an exercise for Spirit. You have won through and are ready to show the universe what you are capable of. Your space and spiritual families enfold you in Love and blessings and the time for our collective revelry is close at hand!

Gaia knows what is happening to you. She realizes that several very significant events are close and that these will transform your global societies. We understand that it is natural for many of you to seek comfort in your religious traditions, and we wish to acquaint you with many things that will enable you to see that these traditions are only a start toward a fuller understanding of what is occurring. You are on the brink of a vast abundance, and your psyche is to be freed from its old limited-conscious ways, bringing you to an expanded view of how your world works. This clash of perspectives is something we are fully prepared to reconcile. Your Ascended Masters learned, during their long journey toward immortality, ways to effectively introduce you to a new and broader outlook, and this is to be their prime contribution to our first contact mission. It is time for you to move from a limited to a fully conscious view of Creation and physicality, and it is logical to learn from those who acquired wisdom from the Earth school, as you are doing.

First contact is an enormous consciousness changer, one which will provide a huge boost to your transition into a galactic human. What is needed is a way to accomplish this incredible feat in a quick and painless fashion. We consulted with our Agarthan cousins to discover how the dark Atlanteans had originally reduced you to limited consciousness (in order to provide reliable fodder for the dark). Their process of unplugging most of your DNA stripped you of all but survival capabilities and cut you off from your joyous connection with the Divine. Now we need to reverse this damage by knitting your DNA back up and bringing your sacred abilities back on line. Together with the Agarthans we have perfected a Light chamber for each of you, which deftly turns back on, or off, those elements that will reopen your channel to full consciousness. Once this is done, you will be pristine, whole, fully conscious Beings again, and can rejoin your galactic fellows in assisting Heaven to unfold the Creator's plan for physicality. Such joy awaits each of you!

Gaia's present reality grids continue to collapse, and as they fall, new grids for the fully conscious reality get closer to their inevitable manifestation. This means that a definite timetable for moving all of you blessed souls into full consciousness is being established. The dark cabal remains as unyielding as ever, and thus the time for 'desperate measures' quickly approaches! Our many associates are busy brainstorming and drawing up plans for achieving this end. The cabal, meanwhile, broadcasts its supposed 'solutions' to its many financial crises, while in truth dreading the approach of the moment when it will be forced to surrender power to the Light. To this end our Agarthan liaisons daily remind these wrongdoers of the need to let go and face their just desserts. In anticipation of this, the legal system of your world prepares the instruments of this huge accountability scenario.

We are living in a sacred moment indeed! The end times are in their final throes! In this regard, our galactic and spiritual families are preparing the path for your move into the 5th dimension, as reuniting a partitioned Earth is the dream of both Heaven and Gaia. For nearly 13 millennia, Gaia has had to embody the dichotomy of a 3-D surface and a 5-D inner world and longs to return to her monopolar, unified Self. This of course necessitates that you, too, swiftly transform into fully conscious Beings. These Beings possess the innate ability to participate in the magical 5-D world of your near future, which is the one we occupy. Our divine goal is to welcome you all to your immortality and the beautiful realm of full consciousness. Every day we send forth our blessings of hope and joy as the time comes to manifest these sacred desires.

Much movement is afoot to bring all that we are talking about to fruition. Despite its outer calm demeanor, the dark is in total panic over what it sees inexorably marching toward it. The Heavens have opened and a grand force, much greater than anything previously known to these dark ones, has set its lucid sights upon them. It will not be long before their grandiose visions of a never-ending empire are thrust with much glee into the proverbial dustbin of history. Our galactic and spiritual families come not only to introduce us to a new, wondrous consciousness, but also to invest us with membership in the grand union of the Light. This operation is in its last stages. We await the utter joy that will overcome us as we welcome our family and celebrate your new status as fully conscious Beings.

Today, we continued our study of Gaia and her people. We are very ready to bring to completion what all of you in your own way have so magnificently begun. First contact is an inevitable event and is being carried out in answer to the call of Heaven. This call is now being answered and a new reality begun! My dear, you never expected to have to do so much research, to delve into the past to unravel the truth. Had I understood all this when I was on Earth, I would most certainly have done so myself. I had no idea, then, the enormity of the corruption and how it affected everyone on your planet. You are aware of the many hours I spent looking into what we were led to believe was the one and only Bible and that it was a true and honest version of events. Though I found many flaws and serious questions that needed answers when I studied all the so-called "holy books", I did not find the answers until I passed to Spirit. I can now say that even the cleverest forgers and falsifiers are not safe from exposure.

Though replacing IESA for the wholly fictitious Jesus has brought great riches for the Roman Church, it required tremendous effort to make it appear to the world that he had actually existed. Many millions died in the carrying out of this terrible plan. It required changing place names for these fictitious characters to have lived. They falsified the world's history. They substituted it for a tissue of lies and inventions. This deception - the suppression of truth - is a crime against humanity. Truth is progressing in spite of the oppressors. It will open the eyes of mankind to this great fraud.

"The Irish race has suffered humiliation even to this day, through the willful traduction and carefully directed perversion of their history." It is time to unlearn what you have been taught. Open your minds to the truth. It is almost beyond belief that A FRAUD SO STUPENDOUS COULD ESCAPE SO LONG WITHOUT DISCOVERY. The thoroughness and extent to which this plot was carried out, the magnitude of the forces employed in the work, the propaganda, systematically spread abroad to create a false impression of everything pertaining to the history of Ireland and her people. This secret is jealously guarded. The IRISH HOLOCAUST was carried out to reduce the numbers, to destroy her people. The Irish are the ARYAN RACE, people of the Light. Despite all that they have suffered they have never lost their humanity. Ireland is the cradle of humanity. There is a lot to learn from studying this beautiful island.

When you understand the truth, the real history of your world, then you can go forward into the light. Your oppressors will no longer have control over everything in your lives. It's time to know real freedom. We constantly tell you that the truth will set you free. It's time to step out of the nightmare you call life. It is only when you pass to Spirit that you can see clearly just how oppressed you were from cradle to grave.

We continue to obstruct the paths of your oppressors though they would never admit to this. They control everything you read, hear, and see. Their claims become more ridiculous each day. They insult your intelligence when they produce "reasons and evidence" why they must go to war. I ask you, is there anyone out there who is foolish enough to believe them? How many times do they use the same old formula before you wake-up and say, "NO. The killing must stop".

It is heartening for us to see more of you opening up to the truth each day. When you awaken, your heart fills with love. You see everything in a different light. It is life-changing. You cease to be the robot your oppressors want you to be. You open up to your fellow man and you see life in a very different way. Your family and friends plus your greater family world-wide become more real to you as you realise that you are all one. When you learn who you are, all will become clear to you. You will reconnect with the universe. You have so much to discover about yourselves. The secrets of the universe will no longer be secret, only to be known to those at the top of the pyramid. All that was kept from you will be yours. Free energy will be one of the first things to become available to everyone. The Vatican has kept this and so much more from you, all for gain and control, while pretending to preach love and tolerance.

Their plans are falling apart. Desperation is what you are seeing, where once, there was arrogance and confidence.

We are seeing a thirst for enlightenment. People are searching for truth. There are many for you to look to, who have done the research, found the answers, and want to share them with you. It has never been easier to find the truth. Help each other. Share what you know. Remember it is hard to accept that what you have believed and lived by, is in fact, not true and that it was used to control you. So please be gentle and understanding at all times. Appreciate the brave souls who have stepped forward to share their truth with you. They quickly become the victims of ridicule and attack.

Look at those who attack. What are they hiding? Why do they need to destroy another who speaks truth? It is the ones who attack the fiercest that have the most to hide, otherwise they would ignore it. They are certainly on the attack, using all means at their disposal to destroy those who dare to question.

Everything should be open to scrutiny. Truth can no longer be hidden. The destruction of man can no longer be tolerated. Man's inhumanity to man must stop.

I know, my dear, that at times it's very painful for you to be separated from me. We had so much. I show you all the time that I am still beside you, that I will never leave you. We continue to work together. This is our mission. Love is the most precious experience. Treasure it always.

Beloveds, you have been advised to adopt and maintain an attitude of gratitude in order to be happy, and create more of what you want in your life. You may have wondered - why is the practice of gratitude so important?

The key is the acceptance and embracing of what you see. Your gratitude for your present circumstances, relationships and situations ensures that you have identified the key vibration that signals your particular form of joy. Each of you has a particular form of joy, a particular tone or note or feeling than means ‘happy’ to you. This can be recognized as the feeling of carefree relaxation of tension, the inner peace that lets you know all is well no matter the outward circumstances.

Whatever your signal for joy may be – and it is well if you practice creating this signal, recognizing it and giving thanks for it – you can experience it any time. Yes, any time at all – your outward circumstances cannot prevent your joy signal from touching your awareness.

Gratitude can be your shortcut to joy. Giving thanks for your life, your consciousness, your experiences, your relationships – whatever holds that signal of your joy for you – can flip negativity over and expose the positivity that surrounds you. This positivity is the love of God that has seeped into your Earth mind at least for the moment. Seize it – hold it, feel it and give thanks for it. This is how the cycle continues – continually give thanks and find more and more to be thankful for, until at every moment, your joy signal continues unabated, and more importantly – you are aware of it.

Gratitude serves as the chemical/emotional/spiritual catalyst to your joy. The feeling nature is the same, and since like attracts like, the feelings increase in accordance with your intentions and practice. So, practice the mechanics of gratitude – “In all things give thanks, for this is the will of God for you,” as the scripture says. This means that, no matter what is happening in your life, the correct attitude – the attitude that leads to happiness – is to give thanks, to be grateful. You may view your circumstances as negative, but if you are grateful for the experience, its true meaning is given space to reveal itself to you. You may receive insight and perspective above and beyond your normal way of viewing your life. Simply by giving thanks for everything, without exception, you connect with your inner Godly mind and your personal signal for joy. That feeling, that signal, is your passport to the joy you were created to feel, always.

It may sound insane to say, for instance, “Thank you for this job layoff; thank you for the ending of this relationship; thank you for the loss of this beloved person/place/thing,” but in doing so you release judgment, and let the lesson of the circumstance begin to come into your awareness. As you express gratitude, you acknowledge that you do not know the meaning of these events, that you are open to know their meaning, and that you accept the events in your life. What a difference from your normal way of viewing seemingly negative events! You tend to dismiss them, rationalize them, make excuses for them, curse God or your fellow man for them.

Giving thanks for everything changes your whole attitude and perspective, thereby opening the way for your Godly mind to become more and more your usual way of thinking in the world, and leading inevitably to your total joy and fulfillment.
