Many blessings dear beautiful children of God are sent forth to the many of you that stumble upon the message I am transmitting through our dear child today. She is a sister to you and daughter to many, just as you all are sons and daughters to God. I come today speaking plainly as there is no other way.

Etheric energy has always been moving among you but definitely there is an increase since the dawn of 11:11:11. Many of you may be experiencing vivid dreams. Hang on to those dreams that you are experiencing. Write down what you saw, heard, felt, smelled or even tasted. Just when you think you have figured out what a dream means to you, you learn something else that fits to the purpose of that dream.

I too had many dreams when I was Joseph. I was the guardian of the most holy family, Mary and Jesus. The dreams I had then held many answers to what was to come for us during those wondrous times. Even as a man of the flesh, I too had visits from the Angelic Realm. I may have had the occasional doubt, but I held fast to my own spiritual beliefs and what my purpose was and the importance of that purpose.

 

I come forth today to speak to you about your soul mission or divine purpose. Each of you has a role. You know this. Some of you already know what your mission is on your earthly plain, and even with knowing; changes do happen to make your journey a little more interesting and challenging. But then, what would life be without those challenges? The dear souls that are freshly awakened will come to learn what their roles are in time. Take your time dear children; do not rush into your lessons. Allow them to come with gratitude one at a time, and only take on what you can handle. It's okay to say no. What a powerful word, "NO" is. Sometimes you do have to say this powerful word and when you do, you are not being selfish. You are actually taking care of you.

While on your journey that will bring you continuous spiritual and personal growth it is important to take care of yourself as much as you take care of others. I know most of you are very selfless and always take care of others then find themselves very weary and worn down; possibly attracting illness. Even with your busy schedules and hectic lifestyles, finding YOU time is vital. When you have YOU time, you are able to relax, you give yourself a mental break and think about something else; even from a few precious minutes during the day will rejuvenate your body, your mind and your spirit. Looking after those you love begins with looking after yourself with as much love and compassion you willingly give each and every day.

God is inside of each of you warming you with his infinite love and amazing light. Make a point to reach for this light and work at becoming one with your heart and with the heart of God. This is not an unreachable goal, but a very attainable goal. Like all things dear children, effort is required and with effort from hard work brings many rewards. Not all rewards have monetary value. Some of the poorest of people are the richest in spirit, and as many of you have studied and read, this is abundant in history.

The journey you are currently on, the one that enriches you both spiritually and personally has many twists and turns. All the challenges you have faced so far have been filled with life learning lessons. Some dear children of God have questioned situations that have happened to them, only later realizing the lessons and wisdom that was to be learned. It does take time to process all the information you are receiving. Allow yourself processing time before you tackle the next phase of your journey.

I admire each and every one of you for your hard work and diligence. It is time to admire yourself and feel wonderful about who you are. One the cloudiest of days, you have the ability to still feel the warm sunshine as it's inside of you, shining from within. You are wonderful. BELIEVE IT! And with that I am now ready to leave our dear daughter. Even though our discussion today was brief, it is filled with undying love for all of Gods many children.

Dear ones, we know that you were expecting much to happen on the 11-11-11 day, and many of you are disappointed. However, we can assure you that much did happen. The energy of the new and higher is now more easily accessible to all and especially those choosing to be a part of the new world. Many of you are feeling the impact of this new energy as a tiredness, a buzzing, a new sense of the world around you. Spirit does not appear in the ways often expected by third dimensional consciousness, but appears in ways that are quiet and gentle and yet powerful and permanent.

Many who are open and receptive to it, are responding to the new energies through experiences; a sense of lifting, new inspiration, and a deeper awareness of universal love. Try not to interpret the activities of spirit from a material concept of what you think spirit should be or look like. Many of these concepts have been given you from your films and television shows and are simply untrue. For the most part, they are but a human interpretations of spirituality, based in unawareness.

Give permission for all that is finished to be released. Your job as awakening souls is to rest in truth, allow the process to unfold, and live out from your highest sense of love. See the divine spark within every living thing regardless of how the person may see himself or others. Develop ways of remembering to do this as you go through your day. This is how you grow in truth and evolve deeper-- by practicing and by choosing to let go of old and outgrown habits based in false teachings. Habits of judgement and criticism flow from a belief in duality and separation. These concepts are held in universal consciousness as long as people believe them perpetuated by those who deem themselves spiritual "teachers" or "leaders" and those who accept what they are taught by them.

Mankind has been inundated over eons of time with rigid teachings and protocols for how to be "holy". They have declared some people who practiced these concepts "saints" and now continue to worship and pray to them. There are no saints! ALL life is the manifestation of the one and only life, the Divine. Those declared to be saints may have been further along their path of realization,(or not), but they are no different from you--simple as that. Stop giving away your power, your identity, your truth. It is time to claim for yourselves--YOURSELF.

All that you are witnessing in the outer world, is a reflection of truth as it begins to take root in the masses instead of just the few. The new energy is like a soft and gentle rain of light flowing down upon all. Some run for umbrellas to shield themselves, but others lift their faces and extend their arms out to receive as much light as they can. Which do you choose to do?

The choice is yours, dear ones. Always the choice is yours and because of this, you must cease to blame anything or anyone else for your choices-- "I am too busy, I have too many responsibilities, I am too sick, it is too hard". No, excuses will not suffice if you plan to evolve into the new energy, dear ones. This is the culmination of why you chose to be here on earth at this powerful time. Would you return home telling those awaiting you that you were just too busy on earth to do that which you incarnated to do?

The time is now, you are being showered with help and blessings, but the choice is yours as to whether or not you accept it. There is no judgement for those who choose to delay their journey as all will eventually awaken, but the time for your choice is now, that is what we are saying. Do not look to your brothers in the skies to come and save you as some are doing. You are being guided and helped by them, but the work must be yours and is the reason you are here at this time.

Begin to think with your heart. To allow the energy of the heart center to guide you, while allowing the human mind to relax a bit. You have been taught to rely on your minds for everything, and in the process have lost contact with your heart center which is the true source of guidance and intuition. Trust the energies that you receive from the heart. Go out into nature and allow yourselves to experience the heart; to feel the energy within the aliveness of everything around you. Gently still the mind, allowing yourself to rest in the resonance of your heart center. Let this awareness guide you through each day, with the assistance of the mind, not mind being the sole decision maker as it has been.

We say to all reading this that you are doing a fine job of it. Try not to fret about your spiritual progress with tools for this and tools for that. Most of the books and classes at this time are about getting to where you already are and are of no use to those who have evolved beyond their message. Many not understanding this, keep going back to them, working with outdated rites and rituals no longer needed. Let your intuition guide you toward a book or a class, but don't let your decisions be based in what is popular, or what someone insists you "need". You are graduating and already have everything you need in order to make these choices for yourselves. The only ritual needed now is that of going within, listening to the heart, and then fully and completely accepting that you are the manifestation of Source discovering what that means.

Dearest earth humans,

We have a very important message for you at this special and outstanding time in your experience of your earth’s evolution and ascension process.
Today we can confirm that Gaia is indeed on her way to the fourth dimension, and this is happening to her very body!

Wondrous things are occurring on your world, but many of you are not aware of it. If so, you are holding firmly onto your 3dimensional perception.

But in reality Gaia is now shifting and moving - slowly though - into her new freedom. She is on her way to fulfill ancient prophecies now, and heaven has given Her all the Blessings to experience this most joyful event, which also many of you are experiencing now in their own bodies.
 

Dear Ones, we recommend that you from now on avoid as much as you can the cities where harmful and toxic radiation is preventing your direct experience of higher dimensional realities because of its very low frequencies, which can distort your ability to receive harmonious and Divine vibrations, and which are often mixed with messages with the intention to prevent your consciousness to awaken in light.

Seek as often as you can the undisturbed environment of Nature, to restore your energy system, and feel the actuality of your Mother Earth’s shifting.

We also recommend that you - if possible - stay on 11.11.11 in a natural environment, in a calm and secluded place, to take the greatest advantage of the magnificent and powerful waves of energy and light which are being activated on your planet on this day. We are sure that each one of you has chosen already such a place where you love to retreat, and find or restore your inner peace, disturbed by the hectic rush of your daily life.

To connect with a pure environment on your planet, allows you to connect easier with Gaia's Spirit, and while you connect with Her Spirit, you also will be able to connect with her shifting density.

Your Mother Earth knows each single one of you, but most have never noticed this, or have not connected themselves with Her or even built a relationship with Her. Dearest ones, in these times of great changes, it is important that you do this now! Your ascension occurs in union with Her, so how could you ascend if not closely connected with Her Spirit and Her body.
The evolutionary process is not only about the awakening of your consciousness, but also about a fundamental change of your physicality, which is one with your Earth Mother.

If you can overcome your doubt that you can communicate with Her, by firmly assuming the truth of it, by calling Her and expecting Her answer, - She WILL answer back to you! Connect with Her in your heart, connect with Her by allowing your body to be grounded deeply into Her. And She will respond and has many ways to do this. So let yourself be surprised as She knows what your heart loves! She is waiting so very much for each single one of you to make this connection!

Now you might be wondering why we, the Light Beings from your sister Galaxy, Andromeda, would remind you of these important things.

You must know that we maintain a very close relationship with Gaia, and therefore we see what She needs: the connection with Her humanity which She desires to be fully activated by your communion with Her. So that you can be aware about Her movements, and thereby move together with Her. Not knowing Her movements and not being in synchronicity with them, is to a certain degree an impediment in the freely progressing ascension process, in which She, in Her unconditional love for you all, desires you to participate to the fullest.

Furthermore, if you unite with Her, you will help to push for the shift in a more comprehensive way, whereby She is able to take from the beginning more members of the human family directly with Her, which allows to set free more and powerful energy, necessary for the ascension process.

If you cannot spend time in Nature, then wherever you are, you can still connect with Her, by grounding yourself and uniting with Her in your heart. But this requires that you have already developed your spiritual sensitivity. Whereas being in Her Nature you have enormous help from the Nature Spirits, to develop this sensitivity and your communion with Gaia.

When you are in Her beautiful Nature, always speak to Her and expect Her response, always assume that She Is Alive and Loves you, more than you can imagine!

This is the time now, where you all must work together, as one great Unity in consciousness, in love and in the greater reception of Divine Light into the Body of Humanity. We are certainly assisting you all in this process of awakening and the enfolding of your heart into the Greatness of Divinity.

Be Blessed, Beloveds! We shower from our Realms of Light eternal Love and Divine Light upon you and your Earth Mother!

Dear Blessed Hearts, I have chosen to come forth on this day of Sabbath to bring the word of love of Christ that is not only within your own lovely hearts but all around you.

You need to look no further when searching for the love of Christ. This great and fulfilling love is inside of all of you. The perfect and unconditional love has always been there. It has not been hiding, not really. It has been waiting for YOU to rediscover this perfect love of yourself that is the key to the love of Christ. The love you hold is very precious, so perfect and very beautiful dear precious hearts. This perfect love that is waiting for you to rediscover, once you do, will bring your life so much joy and harmony. And it is harmony that you are seeking; all that you are seeking results in harmony.
 

Many of you are already on the journey of self-reflection. This is where it all begins precious hearts. Its begins with you wanting to know more of yourself, wanting to find the God Spark, and the perfect love of Christ and Oneness not just Oneness of your own dear heart but the Oneness of the Great Spirit of God. Dig out all the clutter, all the old ways of early teachings and update yourself with truths that are revealed, learn more loving ways, which speak volumes of your heart and soul. Each and everything you do comes from you own loving heart, which you are willing to share with ALL in a most beautiful world. Even among all the chaos that is currently being played, there is beauty to be found. I know many precious hearts become overwhelmed with situations from across this globe, they want to help, and cannot. Prayers, candle vigils, sending light that is filled with breathtaking light is a good way to help. When it’s possible you may be able to help other people in other countries that have been affected by a catastrophe. Some communities send clothing donations not just for children but adults also, also there are some eye glass companies that take prescription glasses to send to organizations that have people that require eye glasses but cannot afford the costs. There are small ways you can contribute dear precious hearts that has little cost that will help in large ways. Do not think you cannot do anything. Being selfless is the Way of God and the Way of Christ. Knowing you did something, no matter the size of the good and gracious deed will leave you with a most rewarding feeling of joy dear precious hearts.

With the reflection and learning more of yourself, you will acquire new strengths, you will see your own personal power that has gotten you through so many difficult challenges, you will find opportunity to correct negative behaviours that have resulted from past experiences, you will learn so much valuable information and you WILL become much wiser as a result. The reflection that you do is not done in a single day precious hearts; it will take time, and great focus, determination and courage. Oh yes, courage does come into play when one reflects. As you can’t always determine what you will find, or how you will react when you come across something you forgot and need to face.

Do not judge yourself for what you find, but love yourself as you are given the opportunity to correct what you find; turn the negative into a positive. Learn to look beyond any imperfections that are of the flesh, as that is all it is flesh. To us of the Divine, we do not look at your flesh covered body for your beauty, we look beyond that and see your spirit which is Divinely Perfect. When you are about to criticize yourself in front of the mirror, or when you are dressing for work, school or what have you, see your beauty through the colours you have chosen to wear that will accentuate your spiritual energy which holds the beauty of your own auric field. YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL! I do not say this to encourage the ego to step in, I tell you this because I am speaking from heart and what is the TRUTH. Our precious God does not judge you, please dear precious hearts stop hurting yourself and start loving yourself as completely as we do.

You will recognize this TRUTH more often as you learn to move past negative thoughts of yourself. During any moment where you feel your own affirmations are not enough, please call for me, Lady Magda, wife of the blessed Jesus Christ. I will embrace you with my unwavering love and support. Each day you wake, you are given another day to a new horizon, a new beginning. I bless you precious hearts, and I can speak for God, Father of Christ, that you are loved and blessed by HIM each and every day.

Dear Friends,

New Moon is Wednesday, October 26 at 1:57PM Mountain Daylight Time. Do something to anchor something new. Honor the greater Turning Point of the collective. Celebrate the ending of something old and the beginning of something new! Remember about coming from compassion and be proactive with your own intentions and desires to unravel the knots that have held all of your old patterns and belief systems in place. If you are feeling stuck, do something symbolic to dissolve the energy such as being in water or take a sweat or a sauna. If you are feeling rootless, chaotic and scattered, you may want to find a quiet place and sit on the earth or a rock and feel the grounding energy of mother earth. And if things just do not make sense at this time, don't worry about it. Ask yourself if they make energetic or emotional sense, as not much may make intellectual sense. And always trust in spirit and the greater plan. This can be a truly magnificent time!

Sun and Moon 3º Scorpio,

When you are summoned into the dark, wet cave of the deepest parts of yourself, who do you call out for? You call on the forces of Scorpio and Pluto, Scorpio's ruling planet, to guide you and protect you. You imagine the allies of death and rebirth - the scorpion, the eagle and the phoenix as your guides, guardians and wisdom keepers. All three engage the forces of transformation that Scorpio/Pluto embody in the mysteries of sex, death, and rebirth. The solitary, nocturnal scorpion takes us to our passion. When we engage in the sexual dance with another, both are transformed. Whether the encounters with our desires are chaotic or powerfully transformative depends on our ability to channel and direct our power appropriately.

The high-flying eagle is our link to Spirit when we have become confused by the illusory nature of the material world and lost our connection to true power. Eagle gives us courage to soar above our small self and the objectivity to sort out the negative voices of ego and to listen to the positive, loving and supportive voice of Spirit. The vision of the eagle supports us. The mythical phoenix, a spirit bird of great beauty and longevity known to most ancient cultures - Egypt, Assyria, Arabia, Greece, China, Japan, Native Americans - and always associated with the Sun, rises from the flames of its own death and is reborn anew. With destruction of the old, the power and creativity of the new is released. This part of us cannot die.

As you can see, Scorpio is a sign of power. Feminine power. The dark power of the mysteries abide here. Along with its opposite sign, Taurus, they are the feminine, water/earth fixed, power signs. (Leo/Aquarius being the masculine, fire/air fixed, power signs). Each season contains a fixed, power sign and Scorpio is that for fall. It's the time of the West, of 'reaping what we have sown', of letting go, of death of what no longer serves, of transformation. Scorpio is our ally in lightening our load. Through our portal to the underworld that Scorpio provides, we can break long held belief patterns and deadening habits. Spirit isn't going to do all the work, but if you show up and use the scorpion to set your intentions, and the eagle to communicate with Spirit, the phoenix may surprise you with what can be transformed. More than ever before, in this timeframe, old patterns carried for lifetimes can be brought into consciousness and just ~ pouf! Deenergized. No mental angst, no figuring it out, just eliminated.

This New Moon chart has Sun and Moon, Mercury and Venus with Juno, asteroid of committed relationship, all in Scorpio. Juno seems to be repeatedly showing up in the Moon charts these days reinforcing the importance of balancing the male and female energy in all relationship. Our ruling planet is Pluto, so we must take its pulse to determine the influences for the New Moon window. Pluto in Capricorn is in an exact trine with Jupiter. That's a blessing; we're grounded and given a green light of inspiration for all that transformation work that Pluto/Scorpio wants to facilitate. We can examine our structural beliefs that block the underlying kundalini energy of transformation that keeps us vital and alive. That goes for our social institutions as well. This is the second of three exact trines of Pluto and Jupiter. (July 7, Oct. 28, March 12) Jupiter in Taurus is helping us bring the institutional dysfunction exposed by Pluto in Capricorn (Nov. 2008) into practical manifestation and redefining our values. Things are starting to move and these benevolent aspects are creating a positive flow. People are taking to the streets to open dialog and protest the 'emperor's new clothes'. It's a worldwide awakening and the perfect manifestation of Uranus, planet of proletariat revolution, squaring Pluto in Capricorn (transformation of structure, government, finance, authority). These two planets are just getting warmed up in their shaking up of the old movie. Next June is the first of many exact squares that will span several years.

The Sun has just gone into Scorpio on Sunday past, October 23. The personal planets are in Scorpio; now is the time for breaking through to a new level and transforming what needs turning over. Be ruthless, Scorpio likes that. What have you got to lose! All the juice is in change now at every level. There is a deep cry resonating 'I want to be all that I am!'. There is no going back to 'the way it was'. Who wants that anyway? We are experiencing a lot of resistance and polarity out there. Evidence of shadowy material in need of attention. Watch your own resistances come up (anger flashes, emotional reaction, rebellious action, vengeful judgmental thinking...) in this New Moon period, step back and engage with them.

Pluto is in sextile aspect (60º) to the Sun/Moon signaling again the opportunity to work with our passion, mystery and engagement with death and the dark feminine to instinctively seek our renewal. Pluto is in a very creative quintile (72º) aspect with Ceres, asteroid of the Harvest Goddess who nurtures and heals. Learning to balance with give and take, forgiveness and release is highlighted between the masculine yang and the feminine yin forces. Also reflecting this archetypal balance of the female/male continuum is the exact square of Venus in Scorpio square to Mars in Leo-always a touchy combination. There may be conflict to be resolved in the clash of the yin Venus in her feminine power and yang Mars in his expressive, Leo masculine power. This is an intense, passionate combination. Creative solutions to conflict and power struggles need exploring and practice. Mars is in exact sextile aspect to Saturn, so under Saturn's paternal eye, Mars may be able to temper his dominance and let his warmer more cooperative, protective and generous side come forth. Exact aspects give more power and intensify the relationships between planets.

This New Moon is also a Super New Moon made more powerful by the Sun/Moon/Earth being in close linear alignment and Moon being closest to Earth increasing the physical pull on our planet and on our souls. It occurs days before the Calleman end date for the Mayan Calendar, Oct 28, a point gathering collective attention and expectation. We are dancing with the dark side of the Moon with New Moon in Scorpio. Halloween, All Hallow's Eve, our scorpionic holiday, falling with the midseason pagan holy day, Samhain, at the mid point of fall and winter is where the veil is thinned, our dead ancestors are honored and we are beckoned to take the shadowy journey to the underworld for our own renewal. The cackles of Kali and Hecate are most resonant now.

The forces are with us to take back the energy and power infused in suppressing and projecting our shadow selves. The dark feminine forces are available for destroying all that we have created to protect ourselves from the shadow, that which keeps those fears in the dark, creepy cave place that we want to avoid at all costs where our instinctual desires, shame, guilt and denial percolate and wall off our treasures. When we are brought to our knees and all false dignity is in shreds at our feet with surrender being the only path open to us, the dark feminine goddess turns in our direction and releases our personal power and innate creativity with a seductive smile and we feel the soaring energy of renewal and connection to what we really are - Spirit and love. Our Pluto-Uranus square is our collective call to make this plutonian underworld journey, to own and offer up our violent, angry, dominant, greedy and needy natures. And no, we don't like seeing ourselves this way, but there's nothing out there that we are witnessing that isn't right inside each one of us and the only way to make change is to make this scorpionic journey ourselves.

Chiron, that healing bridge of light between the visible and invisible worlds deeply connected to our core woundings and to our healing gifts-half man, half animal, is continuing to travel closely with Neptune. Together they trine the Sun/Moon/Juno energy. Neptune will move direct on Nov. 9 returning to early Pisces in February. Chiron moves direct Nov. 10, both have been retrograde since last June and encouraging us to do our inner work, clean house and mine the vein of compassion, forgiveness and loving the self. We are learning faith and trust in Spirit and to listen to our inner knowing for guidance under the tutelage of Neptune/Chiron.

So, you get the lay of the land. New Moon is the time of setting new intentions for the next cycle of increase. In the Celtic tradition, Samhain was the beginning of the new year. Make your intentions explicit and concrete. Altars to the ancestors are appropriate, sage your house and enjoy the rituals of the time of the dark feminine.

Blessings sons and daughters, it is I the Creator, God, the Great Spirit, the Source, and other numerous names which describe ME. It has been a long time since I spoke through this child to all of you. There is so much to discuss precious hearts.

It pleases me greatly to see so many dear children working so diligently at making the world better by expressing their unconditional love for the whole world. Your very own God like action that is filled with the purest of INTENT causes a lot of light to shine around you and this light touches the many people that you are in association with. As we become closer to the Gateway of 11:11:11; it’s even more important to live at the purest capacity of your God Loving hearts dear ones. There is no time like the present to end childlike jealousies, which are derived from others that are on the same enlightened path as your own. This is the time to work together and sharing one common goal. And that goal is to LOVE!

Jealousies, anxieties, harsh criticisms, fact-LESS based opinions are needed to end dear children. These have negative draining energies that are very unhealthy for your precious body, mind and spirit. Accept all people that are awakened and those who are on the Light Worker path as equal even if they are at a different phase than you. It is not possible dear ones for all of you to be exactly at the same place; there would be no knowledge and wisdom to be shared as it would all be the same. You have been CREATED to be different from each other in order to learn from each other. These differences are part of your eagerness to want to do more, to learn more and to be more. You are curious by nature and you want to experience what you friend is experiencing. But do know what my children? What you friend experiences at one interval of their spiritual growth and what you experience will have two different understandings and outcomes as you both are different.

The competitiveness that has risen over the past few years between the numerous people that are committed as light workers needs to diminish and be reminded that even though each of you has a unique purpose; you are all here to bring Loving Light unto the world that is based from the purest of love that lives within your own hearts. Competitiveness can be healthy as long as it’s respectful and not done to hurt another. Treat each other fairly throughout the journey you have committed to. I love each of you equally, not one more than the other.

The unity that so many are seeking must start with LOVE for yourself, then LOVE for all others. One of the Commandments, Love thy neighbour is a very good example dear ones. Each of you is considered as neighbours even though you may not live next door to each other. Your proximity is one of the Heart and Spirit which is to be considered closer than physical measurements of distance.

Dear children, when you learn to love yourself fully and completely without the ego based notions of love; the freedom you will feel will not only be incredible but you will also feel necessary to share that love with all that you work with, go to school with, do light work with, and with your family and close friends; with everyone. Once this Oneness is achieved with your own heart, you will be able to appreciate those in your life a lot more and be able to love more freely and openly as you will no longer fear such pure love.

Many do fear the purity of this love I speak of because it means one must be able to show their vulnerable side. There is no weakness or shame in your vulnerabilities dear ones; quite the opposite. Within what you consider a vulnerability, is a valuable characteristic that is filled with strength, courage and passion for life. You have persevered through many challenges dear ones and sometimes you forget to congratulate yourself for a job well done. Your friends may have offered you a lot of love and support and your guides did what they do best, they guided; but it is you that completed and pulled through each challenge. It is YOU that succeeded each lesson, no one else. I encourage you to open your lovely hearts as wide as can be to let in the love you so wish to share. Being children of Light and of Love, this is meant to be an easy action. It is understood that such an easy action can be difficult for some of you. Take your time with this dear ones and move at a speed that is just right for you. See your successes each time and build up your confidence that will come from self-love.

You are CREATING a beautiful temple, a temple that is filled with the purest of everything. Each part of yourself that you are re-creating; work with 100% effort and focus. YOU are worth the effort. Some dear ones I have noticed have created something of a schedule that gives focus to a specific area; example, Monday – Chakra balancing; Tuesday, study new Light areas or topics; Wednesday, Merkaba, etc., you get the idea. By creating a schedule, you give yourself sometime to strive for each day rather trying to do many things in one day. Doing all in one day is a lot of work, not only can it add stress when one tries to rush and put in so much, but can cause the person to become drained of precious energy. Busy people I have noticed like to work with schedules. And this was merely a suggestion from a FATHER that loves and adores all HIS sons and daughters. As each of has equally been given FREE WILL.
