Many lightworkers on this Planet are feeling a little“Spiritually Weary or Fatiguedâ€! This chapter is dedicated to discussing, understanding and trying to remedy this most interesting issue!Let me begin first by saying this is a “multi-faceted†issue that must be approached from a “multi-faceted perspective!â€There is a small part of this understanding that is normal for everyone. I say this not in terms of feeling anything negative, but rather everyone knowingand understanding on some level we are visiting here. We have all come from GOD and Heavenly Realms in our Creation, so it is normal for everyone to have a Spiritual Desire to return home so to speak! This is not to say, however, that we cannot fully 100% enjoy Earth Life, for we can, and we need to fully Realize GOD on all levels!
It must be understood that Earth is a tough school, so this mustbe considered as well.» › › Read the full article by clicking here » › ›

Earlier in my career as a research scientist and medical school professor, I actively supported the perspective that the human body was a "biochemical machine ‘programmed’ by its genes. We scientists believed that our strengths, such as artistic or intellectual abilities, and our weaknesses, such as cardiovascular disease, cancer or depression, represented traits that were preprogrammed into our genes. Hence I perceived life’s attributes and deficits, as well as our health and our frailties as merely a reflection of our heredity expression.
Until recently, it was thought that genes were self-actualizing…that genes could ‘turn themselves on and off.’ Such behavior is required in order for genes to control biology. Though the power of genes is still emphasized in current biology courses and textbooks, a radically new understanding has emerged at the leading edge of cell science.
It is now recognized that the environment, and more specifically, our perception (interpretation) of the environment, directly controls the activity of our genes.» › › Read the full article by clicking here » › ›
Your inner being – your soul or higher self – is not something that you have. It is what you are.
Your complete consciousness is your inner being. All of the so-called parts of your mind – the conscious, the subconscious and the superconscious parts – are all facets of your one, complete consciousness, your inner being.
Your conscious mind is the result of your inner being focusing attention upon the outer world through your physical brain and senses. When, instead, you turn your attention from the outer world towards the inner world, you access the resources of your inner being.
Your inner being possesses all of the wisdom, understanding and strength that you will ever need. It is your ultimate, personal resource. Your inner being is also your link with the universe and with the consciousness behind all life, Infinite Being.» › › Read the full article by clicking here » › ›

The holidays are doorways to higher understanding because they offer opportunities to access and heal painful emotions of the past. Our willingness to embrace and heal these emotions is our greatest ally in creating the emotional freedom that is a key to achieving fifth-dimensional consciousness. Energetic bookmarks – locations in consciousness where emotional energy is held – often coalesce around holidays and can be triggered each year at the same time. We don't have to live in fear or dread of painful memories, however. Instead, we can see these as portals into our own emotional landscape. As we gain awareness and insight into our emotions, we are able to open to the messages of troubled and turbulent times in our lives. These messages have the power to transport us to a new zip code on the map of our higher consciousness.» › › Read the full article by clicking here » › ›

Be thankful this day for the human experience.
The human experience is lived daily from our actions and thoughts
stemming from the lessons and observations of life. Most of what is
learned is programmed from observations and emotions. They both drive us
to the decisions made in every waking moment. About 90 percent of the
decisions and functions made as adults are from our subconscious mind.
These automatic functions were learned behaviors from our parents or
those in our surroundings, as well as words or phrases impacting our
life in any way. As humans we get so caught up in living in the "what if
world" or world pre-programmed by our thoughts, we forget who we truly
are. Now the question becomes, who are we truly?
