what abides within you???

oh....sweet souls of one light divine...

this cosmic heart of love that contains the waters
of free flowing grace
that lead to loves perfect reflection...

this is what abides within you now...

this is the only "truth about you"

yet...this cosmic heart "waits on you welcome"

yes..it is so...

it waits for you to activate it
by your ~choice ~to value its presence
and choose only for what it is...

it is but love...

it is free flowing...
it is total and complete allowance of
what is...
it is the "god" of you...
the place of truth
where love simply extends itself
by "being itself"

love allows all things..

love simply abides within itself
and "flows its treasure"
without impediment...without judgment
or condemnation....
for we ask of you...
why would love judge itself
thus diminishing that which it is???

it simply allows all of creation
to flow thru it ....to arise within it
so that it can extend that which it is...

it is the mystery that pours forth from within
~you~
and it is the source of all that you see...

all of it is YOU...

there is no separation between what it is
and all that you see...

you have been living in a chimera...
.
an illusion that was birthed from one thought...

~i am separate from this kingdom~

because i have believed this to be so
all of myself
appears to be separate from me...

i am appearing as the flower
i am appearing as the sun
i am appearing as the rapist
i am appearing as the oil spill...
I AM....

my thoughts and my thoughts alone
have created my reality...

thus....i am a powerful creator...
an innocent ray of light
that chooses NOW
to remember my divine heart...
my cosmic self
that lives within me...

in your belief that you were separate
from this heart of love
you believed you had a need to control
your outer world in order to
be ~ in love ~...

nothing could be further from the truth...

the love you are seeking is within you...

you welcome this divine Self into your
experience as you choose for it...

so...this day
go within an sit down within this beautiful
peace-filled heart of divine love..

i will meet you there...

come and sit in the waters with me...
drink of the waters of light and love...
fill your cellular body with their
healing presence....

ask of me what it is to love...

place all of your troubles within these waters
and simply "let them go"
let them flow into god...for dear one...
there is no where "else"
that is the only place there ~is~...
what you think you are letting go of
you are in truth
turning water into wine...

become one again with all that you are
as you enter
this sacred place...
for you see...all of creation
abides within this sacred heart...

i have often said
that the kingdom is within...
the kingdom my heart of love
simply waits for YOU to choose for it...

oh..............then
there...
you are home again...
with each thought that emerges from
this divine space
love is known again...

in these times of great change
and what seems like chaos
remember that it is this flow of
divine grace that is coming from
the sacred heart that is
burning off all unlike itself
so that only the good..the holy
and the beautiful will be
what is known again...

remember often that you abide
within this space always...

that all that you see also
abides there...

it all "springs forth"
from this very place...

bring that awareness to each and every moment
for as you do so
you raise the frequency of the
light quotient within you
and everywhere you step
becomes a "sacred" moment
for all...

ahhhh...they may not be aware of it
on a conscious level
but they "feel" your presence..
your peace...your divinity
and somewhere deep within them
a memory ....a seed is being
birthed .....
yes....this is how powerful you are
as you choose to remember
that you walk within the kingdom
and never...ever choose
to leave it....

with each step you take you
drop a pebble into the field
of awareness of all around you
that speaks of peace....

one thought unlike love places you
outside of this kingdom...
and yet....a change of mind is all that is needed
to be one with it again...

that is why we ask of you
to live in the now...
for god is not in the past
god is not in the future...

god is within you NOW...
within each now...

god is but love...
therefore...you bring what god is...
that essence that is you
into all that you see
as you walk within this sacred
and eternal and all powerful
heart of love...

all else
is distraction....

please hear us well...
all else
is distraction...

with that...we bid you peace
love and joy
as you come to remember again

~who you truly are~

love is eternally ~a neutral event ~

it has no needs...no judgments...
no desires
except to be that which it is...
so....it "chooses for ITSELF"....!!!!!!!

so...we would ask of you this day
would you rather be "right"
or happy...
would you prefer to experience the mystery
of loves presence for yourself
or continue to think that what you see is real???

could it possibly be that only love exists???

could it possibly be that you are
the light that lights this world
and that you expand that light
with each choice for it????

allow it to be so for "you"....

Thought as always is a creative power, and as you envision yourself so you manifest what you want to be.

When you begin to live in the Light you draw harmony and balance into your life, and it is part of your transition to a higher level of expression.

Pride has its place in life and there is certainly nothing wrong with being proud of your achievements. In fact where some individuals are concerned it comes from the desire to be cleansed on all levels, as part of becoming more of the Light. Cleanliness and tidiness is a sign of a mindset that desires to present that person as looking to bring perfection into their life. It is caring about self and having respect for the temple that you call your body, which is your physical vehicle throughout life. Thought as always is a creative power, and as you envision yourself so you manifest what you want to be. When you begin to live in the Light you draw harmony and balance into your life, and it is part of your transition to a higher level of expression. However, it does not mean that those who carry no such aspirations are without spiritual understanding. Seeking upliftment is a stage that you go through when you do not feel at ease in the lower vibrations, and it will come to all in good time. You cannot really avoid it as the energies being beamed to Earth, are raising your level of consciousness higher than before. With it comes a desire for beauty and harmony in both a spiritual and physical sense

In the course of the changes coming to Earth, the mass consciousness will dramatically change and people will see what is around them in a different light. For example you will move into a preference for new designs particularly in building, and the traditional square shapes will give way to those that are circular. Materials used will be more natural, and you will advance to organic materials such as we normally use. Of course you do use natural materials, but you also cover large areas of the Mothers Earth’s surface with concrete, and it stops her from breathing. You will know already that we build our Spacecraft with organic materials, and they are programmed with levels of consciousness that makes them self-proficient. Visitors to our craft have noted how the crews can interact with them to a very high degree. Naturally when we can move amongst you, we shall share such knowledge with you so that your advancement will speed ahead.

There is much for you to learn that needs revising in light of the truth we shall bring. It is to be expected that some of your beliefs and theories are inaccurate, and what we shall do is enable you to make a quantum leap into the future. There is as you might say a lot of catching up to do, and also the development of many good ideas you have already been working on. Nanotechnology is one example of what you have seen as a desirable advancement, and it will come into being. It is unfortunate that so many advancements that could have benefited Mankind, have been deliberately hidden away to keep the status quo where profit is put before your well-being. Yet massive amounts of your money have been invested in new technologies for military power. While these policies are followed, you are clearly not going to see peace come to your world. However, that is soon to all change and the war machine will grind to a halt and be dismantled. We shall bring you peace andensure that all weaponry is neutralized by our higher technologies. We are coming not to perpetuate the old life style, but introduce you to an easier and more satisfying way that will restore your sovereignty. You are to become free to have more time to follow your own pursuits, and the drudgery of life will be removed and replaced with more acceptable conditions that allow time for it.

The changes are lined up and in a well advanced state, that means once we can commence events will move forward quite quickly to say the least. You can sense that the dark Ones are losing their grip on you, and as they do so they will be unable to re-claim lost ground. We are blocking any moves they may make to establish any major threat, having already averted the potential of a serious incident. We are here to lead you on to a successful conclusion in your quest for Ascension. That result is beyond doubt and is already written in the annals of time. You may therefore set your sights fully upon ascending, and the plan is being supported by many Councils and individuals who are also helping you go forward. You would undoubtedly be surprised if you knew how many of them were with you at this time.

There are times when you feel that you need extra support, and in such instances it is as well to remember that you can contact your Higher Self. We often mention about allowing time for yourself and this is one of those occasions. If you have the names of your Guides then use them to make a contact, and if you have attached yourself to one of the great Angelic Beings such as Archangel Michael even better. Your prayers or petitions will be heard, and the answers may come in unexpected ways, such as through another source. You are indeed never alone, and in your times of need your Guides draw closer to you and welcome contact with you.

The Solar Cycle draws to a close and we the Galactic Federation are with you to experience the final days. This time unlike Atlantis you have avoided destroying yourselves, and rightly deserve the opportunity of Ascension. In its time Atlantis was a great spiritual civilization, but then the darkness descended upon them and they spiraled out of control down the path to oblivion. So many of you now on Earth were there in its demise, and subconsciously you still carry memories of that time. It is why perhaps you have felt fear at the possibility of another collapse leading to extinction. However, the signs are positive and as we mentioned, you are picking it up and it is helping you overcome your doubts. There are however a number of different predictions for the end times, and if you find that confusing rely on your intuitive feelings.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and can tell you that the picture will be come clearer before much longer, and we as much as you are pressing onwards to hasten the final showdown with the dark Ones. Victory is already with the Light, but the final days need to be enacted out for the sake of every soul on Earth. Our love is accompanying you all of the way, and we want this time to be remembered as a successful turning point in your evolution. The fact that it is not just the end of a Solar Cycle, but one affecting the complete Universe makes it all the more important to you, and indeed also to us.

Rise in Soul Light now for your time is near

My Greetings to you once more as I enter your presence. Some will feel my essence strongly, others will simply feel a peacefulness come over them. I come to you to guide you, to assist you, to release any fear, and also to remind you again how much you are loved. This is why I come and also the Archangels. All assist you through this time. I remind you also at this time not to fear your linear year of 2012. Do not. It is a predestined date for man to be awakened through Light, toward experiencing Christ Consciousness, leading all to connect to Source, to God to Oneness. So please, do not fear, rather give over in peace. This is the only way many of you will obtain the peace you seek.

Loosing Control

You may feel you are losing control in your life. I ask you "losing control of what?" You see what you fear you are loosing control of is what you have created.

Perhaps also you have created the structure of your life from the beliefs of others. Beliefs taught to you as a child from your parents and teachers.

This one (Lynette) heard a little of this from another's words last evening. It has remained strongly with her as it fits so well with my subject now. So you may begin to understand why I ask you - "loosing control of what?"

Ask yourself in what area of your life do you feel this most powerfully. Examine it carefully. Then ask yourself how important is it to you, and choose a different path forward. If it is another's choice, perhaps words from a partner or friend, then you must ask guidance from your sacred heart centre.

There is also a need to understand that many are on different levels of awareness. Therefore not everyone will see situations as you do. Not everyone will understand your thinking, your actions. In this, surrender. Allow them time to understand. Do not feel anger because they do not see or understand as you do. In that mindset you invite darkness to pervade your Light essence. Your conscious mind will begin an internal battle of yes, no, like, dislike. You will begin a downward spiral. Simply surrender. Understand and let them be. Instead of hurt or anger, surround them in love to assist them forward on their journey. In this you gain freedom, and in that freedom you gain much Soul Light and gain victory over your emotional body.

The Epiphany of Self

The planets are instrumental in presenting much transformation in your world over the coming season. Some will experience a state of "flux" - uncertainty - to enable the higher self to step forward. Some will experience an epiphany of the self - a life changing moment where you see with great clarity the futility of what has been. It is a moment in which you catch a glimpse of your true magnificence, a glimpse of what is there for you. A glimpse of new enlightened understanding. This is so powerful, so encompassing in the beauty and wonder.

It is at this moment the veil you have held over you is lifted in glorious triumph of Soul - your Soul. This is happening for many of you as more and more souls awaken to a beautiful new day of being. Yes, a new day of being. So as a new journey begins, as you seek to clear, to heal, to find your own inner gifts, they are revealed to you.

Soul Gifts

These are called your Soul gifts, what you brought with you in your Soul knowledge, your Soul memory. It is at this time you need to heal your Soul memory of previous hurtful experiences contained in previous lifetimes. Understand the hurts were in a previous existence where some of you experienced a painful death because of your Soul wisdom. I wish you to understand it was a different era in Earths timeline of experience. Therefore heal. Heal the memory, heal the Soul and move again in greater freedom to answer your Soul's call.

Your Soul gift is never for you alone, no. It is to share with all. To join in the beautiful healing tapestry of Light, of Oneness.

Where all are joined in Light, through the Creator, yet are individual as well - as above so below. Above in Oneness you share all, yet below you choose each experience as an individual. This is now, in your year 2010, a year of opening, of healing, and of releasing all past pain.

Yet I say to you as you move forward to a new year, 2011, it will begin a time of experiencing Oneness below - in your daily lives - as well as above. You will begin to open more to others, to share in a higher spirit of Blessedness. Yes, it will be so. For as you progress forward in Light and open your Soul gifts you will feel the energy of God flow through you. Thus you will experience Blessedness. Such a glorious moment. You have not as yet experienced this. Because I tell you the more you open to your Soul, through your heart centre, the more flow of Light you will produce. I speak correctly dear one. I hear you say "how can I produce a flow of Light? A flow of God's energy? Surely only God can only do this."

The Golden Link of Creation

Allow me to tell you, to explain. It is simple. More simple than you realize. I have spoken many times of your Diamond Light. contained in your higher heart. This exists in every one of you, no matter how dark the personality is presented in your world. The Diamond Light is the spark of God essence each of you holds within. You hold a part of God within you. Yes, each of you. I tell you truth. Therefore as you overcome your own personality self, your ego through your conscious mind, as you overcome these, you open to the Light of Creation.

This pure Light which is omni present, ignites your Diamond Light within.

This creates the capacity within your being to produce and hold great quantities of Light.

A Turning Point

As your quantity of Light within builds, you carry what we refer to as your Light Quotient. With this the Soul radiates out, encompassing you - all of you in pure Light. The Light essence of God. The Light passes all understanding. For all your experiences are known, yet overcome, healed and loved through your Light Quotient. So you become a true child of God, growing and sharing in Light, in true Oneness. You see all. Those still on their journey of experience, those still holding on to the ego personality, you see all. Yet with the magnificence and greatness of the Light you understand. You simply be. In your joyous power of God created Oneness. At this point my friend we celebrate your magnificence. We celebrate your great journey of experience through the Ages and welcome a new Age, a new Earth of Light, of peace, of greatness. The meditation I have given allows you to experience your magnificent Light of Creation through the essence of Gods energy fields.

There is a “feeling” of peace that passes
All understanding.. It comes from the
“knowingness” that all is well..
That all is in divine order…

Please notice we have used the word
Knowingness…
For trusting dear one is still a thought
Away from love…
Knowing you are peace…that you
Abide in peace…
That is the goal that will bring you
That which you truly seek…

It “arrives” when you ~choose for it~

When you make a conscious choice for peace
Your soul sends out a call to all of creation…

Creation stands there always in it neutrality…
Your desire is its command…
When you choose peace your “field of peace”
Is activated…

The Call has been heard…

Creation is alive with joy….it brings to you all that
You have “created” that is unlike peace…
Unlike that which you seek
Only….only so that you can come to see
How by your perception of what you
Think you see
You have created that which is unlike peace..
Unlike that which love is….

For…in truth…you cannot create peace in your life
If you do not “see” how you have been manifesting
Experience that is unlike peace itself..

So…there is a ~process~…

Time is a process…
Allow time to become a sacrament devoted
To love itself
By owning and embracing that very process
Of discovering all the hidden cobwebs of belief
That you are “other than love” that
You have held deep within your sub conscious mind..

Yes…for a brief period you may come to feel
A little “undone” so to say…
Yet….in that glorious moment that you choose peace
Your peace is assured…

It can not help but be so for you are the
Creator and you have chosen…

Peace is its own frequency…
It births forth in your experience
As you live within your “knowingness”

When you begin your journey back to your true state…
That which is peace..
Everything unlike it will begin to arise
Only so that you can choose again

You will want to hold onto the lov ing arms
Of “knowingness” that you are a grand creator
And you have called to yourself an experience
That definitely seems to appear unlike that
Which you have chosen for yourself…
In that very moment…there…right t there
That appearance
Simply is asking for your love…

How does one love something unlike peace…???
Simply by your “blessing of it”
It truly is that simple…

By choosing for love itself by simply making a choice
Right as it arises to see it differently…
To not “react” but to allow..
To see it with they eyes of love and ask
Of that love within
“how did I call to myself this experience”??

Well…I seem to have called to myself a moment
Of experience that is very much unlike the peace
I seek………
So….deep within my holy mind I must have
“chosen in error”
So…I will simply allow this arising to be as it is…
Bless it and know….”know”
That love …peace
Will reveal itself to me…

Let go of all that is “shown” to you that is unlike peace…
Be willing to walk through your rings of fear
And doubt…
For they are simply a chimera and love itself
Is waiting for you just on the other side
Of that ring of illusion…

In truth…it is love itself
Calling you closer to the truth
Of your Self…
Now…that is a process worth enjoining in…
Would you not agree with us…???

You will know that the river of love is flowing within you
Always and in all-ways..
Be willing to place your whole being into
The middle of the river…

Let go of all that abides on the edges of the river
That feels unlike peace…for those very things are
The rings your own soul has brought to you
So that you can experience for yourself
That in truth there has only been god…
There has only been love…
All else was simply a temporary wisp of a dream
Passing you by ….liken to the clouds that
Move thru the sky…
You are the sky observing the clouds…
You are the observer and the experience
Of all that you see…
But mostly…you are the “chooser of that
Which you wish to perceive”
For from that very choice heaven
Is known again…

This is your journey…it was designed by YOU
The moment you chose to come home to love…
The perfect bridge for you was
Created to bring you back to your total
Knowingness that you are that which
You have been seeking…

you decided long ago…
Thus….you find yourself here NOW…
Not an accident beloved heart…

All souls will pass through this eye of the needle
In order to come home to their truth…
ONENESS

TOTALITY

COMPLETENESS

FULL SELF

LOVE

ALL THAT IS

Every soul is free to choose when… all will choose
This journey at some time so that they too
Can be and know their oneness with Source
Once again…

You are free t o choose another time..another place
Yet the same “road” will be walked at some point
In your journey of separation…

And so…my sweet souls of one light divine…
Why Not Now???

What better time than Now…???

Your journey into shadow has brought you
Much pain and suffering…
These tools I would give you in this Now moment
Are the keys to your True Life…
They are your “way home to love”
If you would but practice them…
Choose for them..

Of your mouth ~knowing~ it is extending
Peace into all of creation…
Into the experience of your very own personal universe
And that of the “whole”…the entirety…

Do this whenever the inclination comes to you…

What you will experience is the peace of home…
The peace that you abide in always that in
Truth you never left…
You just “thought” you did…..

These words dear one are truly only a symbol…
A reflection of the real world
That springs forth from the one true heart

What is “real” is the love that these words
Bring to the totality of your very soul
And begin to “light within”
The candle of your remembrance
That simply has been there all along
DESIRING to be lit…

Only love exists…

Thirty days…choose peace…practice being peace
Within each arising that you find your awareness
To be “delighting in”…

For delight births more delight!!!!

Delight in all things and you will
Wake up one day and only experience
Delight-filled moments…

TODAY IN NEW ORLEANS – Oil was spewing largely unchecked into the Gulf of Mexico as BP crews claimed progress Sunday in the first stages of
replacing a leaky cap with a new containment system they hope will finally catch all the crude from the busted well. Robotic submarines
removed the cap Saturday that had been placed on top of the leak in early June to catch the oil and send it to surface ships for collection
or burning. BP aims to have the new, tighter cap in place as early as Monday and said that, as of Sunday morning, the work was going
according to plan. BP hopes the capping operation will be done within three to six days.TODAY'S FINAL GRID TRANSMISSION COMING UP!!

There is an ocean that dwells
Beneath you..
Its “essence” is unseen by you
Yet all that it is can be witnessed
And experienced by you
Each moment…

It is an ocean of consciousness…
Of peace…of pure neutrality…
It is that which you are..
You are the consciousness of abba…
Of all that is…

It lives you….breathes you
And births forth all that you see

All that this ocean is…
Is what you are…

Yet experiencing itself as a body…

In the process of remembering

And not the body..

Re-claiming
The essence you are and are
One with..

This ocean of love that is one with you
Waits on your love…
By love in this context we will use the word
Recognition…
It is YOU waiting for you
To remember that it is you!!!

All that love is ….waits upon your choice
To embrace that it is with you always
And to experience for yourself
The truth of its presence
