IT IS ALWAYS DARKEST BEFORE DAWN

As you go through the darkness, you must remove all fear and doubts. See the illusion for what it is. Then you will be ready to step into the Light, to embrace a freedom that was denied you. They control your thoughts by using sound waves. So when they want you to riot, it's easy to create a situation and then manipulate the masses, while they stand by and watch the destruction. The unenlightened fear the consequences and so will agree to almost anything that their Government then proposes to ensure their safety. It works every time. The propaganda machine is prepared in advance to create as much fear as possible in the population. Those who rioted need to understand that they were used. They served the Government's purpose. Now they can introduce even more control, to prevent you from waking up to reality. SILENT, PEACEFUL PROTEST is what those in power fear, because that shows real people power. That the Police stood by and watched the riots, should have told you it was being used for a purpose. Your taxes pay for police protection, yet they watched as homes and businesses were burned down. Protect each other, you are all prisoners of the Dark Cabal. Until this thought registers with you, it will not be possible for you to step into the Light. See the rioters as victims of the Cabal: they are made to feel worthless. They live in overcrowded conditions. The education system failed them. They have no jobs and no future. They are mind-controlled through music and TV. They feel hopeless and helpless in the materialistic world deliberately created by the Cabal to keep you wanting what they ensure you cannot afford.

Veronica, there were tears in your eyes today as you opened your emails and found on the EXTRATERRESTRIALS website [ www.extraterrestrials.ning.com ] information on the HILL OF TARA, the centre of your Universe, a sacred place of great importance. They have done a great service to humanity by placing this information there for all to see and research for themselves. Though you grew up in Ireland, the schools there were run by the Roman Catholic Church. So you were never told of your great heritage. All the history you were taught was completely untrue. There is a need to remove the control of the Vatican and for Ireland to open up to its past. The future starts there, when Ireland links with Spirit. Then the Universe will be restored. No country in the world was more controlled by outside forces than Ireland. The Irish have suffered through the ages in an effort to prevent them from knowing who they are. It is time to set Ireland free from the yoke of Vatican domination and return to your Religion of Love.

The Vatican knows its 1000 year rule is over. It is time for truth. It is time for them to return all that they have stolen and plundered around your world and for the God of Love to return. Now you see the importance of the speech made by Prime Minister, Enda Kenny. He opened the door to reconnection with who you are. He has done the planet a great service. For this he will be remembered. The Vatican controlled the schools, the hospitals, and the Governments. They ensured that there was no way you would ever learn the truth in Ireland. They hid it so well. The Vatican controlled your lives from birth until death, through fear of death and hell fire, which they invented to control you. Death is just the stepping from one state of existence to another - a beautiful experience. We in Spirit, say to the people of Ireland, reclaim your great heritage. Learn who you really are. All this had to happen before the world can move forward into real enlightenment.

You are now living through The End Time. There is a real fight going on between Dark and Light. The Cabal cannot accept that their carefully crafted and planned take over will not happen. Such is their sheer arrogance that they think the Earth belongs to them and that they can remove human beings at will, whenever they like, through wars and laboratory-created illness. But they are being removed. This news is being kept from you.

We, on this side of life, are on track. We are progressing in many areas. There is much that has either to be put in place or removed. It cannot happen overnight. We need your input on Earth. This is a joint operation. Together we will succeed. The time is now. It is your world, the usurpers must leave. Their control system is falling apart. By working together, we can make the Transition easier for everyone. To want to be free, is the most basic instinct in Man. It is worth striving for. You are almost there, there will be rejoicing on both sides of life when we once again come together in love and harmony.

BACKGROUND TO THE HEALINGSESSION

All energy in the Cosmos consists of the male and the female energy. These energies are the foundation of all development and create the polarities of expansion/regression, light/darkness, spirit/matter, heaven/earth, intellect/intuition and so on. The purpose of all development of consciousness is the balance between these energy polarities.

The knowledge of the male and the female energy is a timeless and all-embracing wisdom that applies for all living life in Cosmos, from small organisms to huge galaxies. This ancient and timeless wisdom has today been forgotten and suppressed, but fragments of it have been kept in different cultures all over the world. The most famous examples are the Taoists’ yin and yang, and the indigenous people’s worship of Mother Earth and Father Sky.

On the surface of the Earth, the female energy coming from the core of the planet meets the male energy coming from above. These two energies, in perfect balance, together create the Highest Divine Energy of Love, unconditional love.

Today there is an enormous imbalance, with way too much male energy on the face of the planet, which is the main reason for all the imbalances present on Earth today, such as imbalanced weather and natural disasters. This imbalance is due to mankind’s imbalanced lifestyle and aggressive technology, combined with all the mainly male energies from Cosmos flowing in over Earth preparing her for her entering into the New Spiritual Age.

The energy imbalance has created a very critical situation for Mother Earth and she goes through a tremendous amount of suffering every day. Together we can help her rebalance her system and ease her pain. A very long time ago the mission was given to humanity to help Mother Earth to balance her energy system. We are her keepers. She depends on us like we depend on her. We are ONE with Mother Earth. Humanity is now starting to regain this timeless wisdom.

This background information and the instructions for the healing session are based on channeled information from Mother Earth, nature spirits, ascended masters, other civilizations and the Divine Consciousness. A huge network of ascended masters, other civilizations in Cosmos, and nature spirits on Earth participates during the healing session.

These sessions have an enormous impact on the healing of Mother Earth, far beyond our imagination! The effect also increases exponentially with every new individual joining us! When we take part in the healing sessions to Mother Earth, we also receive the energy ourselves, which is tremendously beneficial for our spiritual transformation.
 

INSTRUCTIONS TO SEND HEALING TO MOTHER EARTH

Sit down to meditate. Turn off your mobile phones, TVs, computers and other technical equipment. If possible, sit outside in nature. Make sure you're sitting comfortably and have full contact with the floor or ground (or if you're sitting on a chair - at least with your feet). Put your hands together as if you are praying, and let them rest on your knees. Take a couple of deep breaths, relax your whole body, and clear your mind of distracting thoughts.

Get ready mentally to be a channel for the Mother Earth energy, and focus your intention on channeling the energy from the ground. Read the prayer for Mother Earth. Visualize how a channel opens up from the Earth’s center and how the red glowing female energy starts streaming up and flowing through your feet, rear and hands.

Let the energy fill your whole body, then let it continue onward to the worldwide network of nature spirits, masters in the spirit world and cosmic civilizations that will spread the energy to the places on Earth where it is most needed at the time. Once you have opened up the flow of energy, just focus on being present in the now. It is individual how energy feels, but it works whether you feel anything or not.

Please note: Do not send white light to Mother Earth, and don’t channel light through the crown chakra to her, because she will then get more of the high frequency male energy that she already has a surplus of. What Mother Earth needs to heal herself today is the low frequency grounding female energy from Earth’s inner core.

Some people fear that the Illuminati will take advantage of the problems you are experiencing, to bring in World Government. That has always been their ambition, but they no longer command the power to do so, and it is the Light that will reveal the answers that will restore hope for the future. As most of you can see, all around you the unrest and anger is escalating, and will not subside until the root causes are addressed. Our plan is the only one that will restore people’s faith and show that a quantum leap forward is possible. We ask only that you hold your vision of a new order, and paradigm that will solve the present problems. All that is happening has been foreseen for many years, as the dark Ones planned your demise and the collapse of your society. For karmic reasons it has had to run its course, but now the time has arrived for a stop to be put to the continuing destruction and inevitable demise of your civilization. 

The battle between the dark and Light has reached its end, and although the Light has become the dominant force for good, it now needs to be seen to take over responsibility for the Earth. That is in the process of happening and it pushes Disclosure nearer to being announced. It is therefore more important that you hold fast to your focus on the future, and do not weaken in the face of the increasing turmoil and break up of law and order. The cleansing, which is already taking place, does bring to the surface the negative thought forms that have fuelled the unrest. This way they can be dissipated and transmuted and allow the Light to come in. For our part we beam the higher vibrations to Earth to strengthen the Light that is now growing faster than ever. So do not be misled by the outer signs of upheaval and change, as you will see that in the long run it is to ensure the right outcome.

We handle the more urgent issues of preventing the final attempts of the dark Ones to take advantage of the world situation. Together we will achieve our goal to bring in stability, and create the conditions that will enable us to go ahead with they next phase of our plan. Once we can do that you will see that events will be speeding ahead, and you will have no doubt that the corner has been turned. An exciting time will commence when all that has been promised to you will manifest. We are more than equal to the task even although the time factor concerns some of you, but you can rest easy as our technological abilities can deal with the demands upon us. No problem is too big, and bear in mind that we have immense resources to call upon.

Everything is in the melting pot at present, and even we are not sure how it will turn out. We do however know where it is leading and that any attempts to support the old monetary system will fail. The opportunity to introduce a new one has been created by the very ones who do not want to see change. It is therefore ironic that they will have to watch the outcome without being able to influence it any longer. Their time to dictate your policies has passed, and they are losing even more power than ever before. As you might say, the writing is on the wall, and the inevitable ending cannot be avoided. There are greater powers at work than the dark ones are aware, and their days are numbered.

Meantime, please take each day as it comes and allow the future to come into your lives, and do not worry as your success is assured. Of course it will be chaotic with rumors flying all over the place, and the fear mongers will have a ball. Just remember what you have been working towards for millennia of time, and you are not going to be disappointed. The plan is far too big to be delayed any longer, and you will benefit from the changes a lot quicker than you may imagine. We are ready to jump into action, and once we do it is going to be something of a helter-skelter ride. For all that it will be fun and enjoyable because you know it is entirely for your benefit, and that of Mother Earth.

Many of you read a number of sources that channel messages from Extraterrestrials, and there has probably never been a time quite like now when there is a general agreement as to what is going to happen. Allow for different interpretations of some events that are coming, because as you are fond of saying, nothing is written in stone. Take what resonates with you and leave the rest to sort itself out with time. However, what will take place regardless of anything else is Ascension, as that has been decreed by the Creator. Many paths lead to it but in the end, you will be there if it is your desire and you are prepared for it.

You are in the thick of it, and we look on from our vantage point high above you. Our view is clear and we can see what is happening from various angles, so please be comforted and calm when we tell you all will be well. Matters are moving quickly and we hope to see a conclusion to those that will directly affect the issues that are most important. Disclosure is still a means to an end, and will open many more doors once it is announced. The truth will astound many people as to the extent to which you have been controlled, and will hardly be believed. However, the time has arrived when you shall begin to find out how it was achieved and who were responsible.

Of course many of you are already knowledgeable and politically aware. Even so the truth of what has been happening behind the scenes will bring many surprises. What will help those with stories to tell will be the changes to the Law, and your release from the oaths that enforce your silence. It is possible because once world peace is declared and an end put to wars, there will no necessity to keep information secret for military purposes. In an uplifted society sharing is quite normal, as the desire exists to help all people to benefit from any discoveries. That way you will always have the most up to date innovations and as a civilization will quickly advance together. You might also note that hoarding also becomes unnecessary, as when you have all you need, there is no incentive to take more than you need.

This week, passion ignites the fires of purification, engulfing the past in a sea of flames. Unencumbered, the soul soars.

A grand cross is forming in the heavens, again, with Mars filling in the fourth leg with a combustible opposition to Pluto and squaring the ongoing opposition of Uranus and Saturn. Under this configuration, passions erupt. The creative-destructive rush is unstoppable, fueled by evolutionary forces.

The retrograde motion of Mercury, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto (traveling “backward” through the sky from our vantage point on Earth) adds a not-so-subtle dimension of uncertainty to the mix. Two steps forward, one step back, seems to be the most popular dance at the moment.

The full moon sky on Saturday will be spiked with a few faint meteor showers (they show better near the new moon). It’s a magical time of manifesting possibilities. It’s also wise to be cautious, compassionate, patient and ingenious. Creative pursuits take the edge off the relentless intensity.

Meanwhile, Venus continues her underworld journey away from our view. As she approaches the Sun before dawn these mornings, the pair will form a triple conjunction with Mercury next week. Illumination of the shadow is softened with grace and beauty.

If there’s something you’ve been dreaming of doing, now’s the time to set things in motion, at least initially. And if there are projects, chores or deep subconscious healing you need to complete, the retrograde energy supports that.

To stay on top of the wave, attune to the universal rhythms.

The main theme for August is Wake Up and Pay Attention.
Subthemes are Responsibility and Presence.

This does not mean becoming more hyper-vigilant or controlling but rather becoming more present and taking notice from a place of expanded awareness. Most of us have narrowed our experience of life and ability to respond down to a very narrow band, being asleep or unconscious about the greater part of it. If we didn't, we would be overwhelmed at what we have put up with and continue putting up with.

In the development of the mind and the mental ability to problem solve, we have traded in the awareness of our instinctual and emotional responses for the illusion of security in trusting that the mind can solve everything. We are quickly seeing that in these accelerated times not only can the mind not keep up, but that it limits our ability to respond in other ways so crucial to our survival at this time. The mind is almost never present. It is almost always either in the past; reviewing, judging, trying to understand, categorizing, filing and organizing; or in the future; planning, worrying, tracking, organizing and trying to get a handle on linear time. Notice that when you are doing a task that requires complete presence, the mind becomes quiet and inactive, taking a back seat.

Animals in the wild and other aspects of nature react to their environment with efficiency in their knowing, timing and action. This does not come from a place of mental planning but rather from being aware and responding to the present circumstances. Nature is very flexible. Because of our attachments, expectations and constant mental micromanaging, we have lost both the ability to be flexible and the ability to be instantly responsive. We have diminished our experience of life, we have fallen asleep, and we forgotten how to trust and be present.

We are still in an emotionally centered year. The emotional center is there to teach us a different way of reacting. The emotional center is not about emoting or being emotional. It is about relying on a different level of intuition that takes in way more information than the intellectual realm of the mind can ever process. We need to remember how to use this center more effectively so that we can trust our non-mental process and begin to give it more credit. The mind is a very useful tool and it is important to use it to set intentions, goals and direction, but we cannot expect the mind to get us there. The mind on its own is not capable of driving enough energy to accomplish anything. It is too limited and yet we have given it this impossible task. No wonder we feel helpless, powerless, fatigued and confused.

It will take time to turn this pattern around and you can start by waking up your senses and paying attention to your surroundings by being more present and aware. If you spend a little bit of time every day in non-mental awareness practicing being present, you will exercise this part of yourself and eventually it will become automatic. This is what is required in order to move into a higher state of consciousness at this time. Anything you can do this month that raises your consciousness is an excellent use of the influences. Any practices that help connect you to spirit and get you out of your mind will also be very helpful.

There will be many lessons and opportunities to see just how effective you can be without your mind trying to control everything. The discipline will be to keep yourself present and out of the past and the future. This is the time to step up to the plate, show up fully and take responsibility for yourself, your actions and your truth. It is time to get out of denial, to open your eyes and all your senses, to truly look at what you have been putting up with and to do something about it. This requires courage and action and you may not always get positive responses from others, as misery loves company. When you decide to take the high road you may need to set some boundaries against certain energies that are no longer compatible. Remember that negative reactions from others are usually projections and it is important not to take things personally especially when you know you are on the right track.

By the same token, if you are having a strong negative reaction to someone or their actions, you may need to look at how you may be projecting on them or how their actions may have threatened your own complacency and denial. See each of them, as a teacher and a mirror, stay neutral, present and awake.

This is an incredibly accelerated time where incredible things are possible. You need to watch for the aggression mode of the year showing up in negative ways both in yourself and in others. Since the mind is being quickly surpassed by the speed of things these days, you also may experience anything from feeling like you are losing your mind, panic attacks, anxiety and amnesia. This is much about the dissolving of linear time and thus the tracking method of the mind. Watch also for bleed-through from the astral plane at inconvenient times, throwing you momentarily off the course of linear thought. You are being called upon to trust all the other senses, to trust your intuition and to learn to process information in a different way. The acceleration of the times makes it possible to accomplish way more than your mind would "think" possible. At the same time, if something is destructing, it will take much less time than "usual" for it to completely destruct. Any process is aggressively accelerated in these times so if something seems stagnant or not moving, all it needs is a spark of intention to set it on course.

How the month shows up:

YOU PERSONALLY

This is a good time to wake up and see what has slowly crept into your environment while you were asleep that you have stopped noticing and tend now to ignore. Extra weight? Bad habits? Clutter? Wasting time on unimportant activities? Meaningless relationships? A dirty house? Dirty windows? Deferred maintenance? Unpaid bills? Late correspondence? A garden full of weeds? Unfinished projects? Clothing you haven't worn in a year? A dirty car? Anything broken or not working still sitting around?

Start by taking one aspect or one section at a time and paying attention to it, being present with it, telling the truth about it and then taking action or making a commitment to taking action. It is important to stay neutral and not judging as you may be horrified at what you see when you wake up and open your eyes. Have I really been living with that all this time? Yes, but no worries, today is a new day!

Removing clutter and unnecessary excess will be the biggest challenge as we are so programmed as a consumer society to keep excess as part of our illusion of security and survival. No amount of hoarding will insure survival. In a nomadic tribe, a hoarder would be most vulnerable to an enemy, as it would take them much longer to pack up and evacuate. Your excess is a burden but fortunately one you can do something about. Start small and don't get discouraged.

At the same time, this is a great opportunity to expand your awareness of all the positive, supportive and powerful energies and allies you have around you all the time. Anything you can do this month to connect to those allies, to open your intuition and to engage in practices bringing you closer to spirit would have far reaching practical application. Remember the aggression mode can be used positively to push through your personal logjams and into a greater sense of wellbeing and personal expression. Be all that you can be, face anything you have been afraid to face and be aggressive with your intention. Trust spirit, your unseen helpers and allies, and your intuition.

RELATIONSHIPS

This is an interesting area this month as you become more sensitive to an expanded awareness. There will be greater reactions, projections, attractions, repulsions, and you might question much of what you feel about others. On paper the viability of a relationship may look one way but when you actually connect in the physical you may have a completely different take. Connecting and exchanging in person will be valuable as you explore a new language of greater intuition and using all your senses. There may be confusion about what is rational and what is not rational. Beware of the mind trying to rationalize you in or out of a situation. Any battle between your intuition and your mind should be lost by the mind.

As always relationships provide the fertile ground for experimentation and trying out new found abilities, intentions and expressions. Trust the way you react instinctively rather than how you think you should react. Watch also for relationships that are not useful becoming energy leaks and actually keeping you from the tasks at hand. You can learn a great deal from your relationships and the reactions they induce. You can also learn a lot by setting boundaries against energy leaks related to relationships so that you can pay more attention to yourself and your immediate environment. Don't let the "shoulds" of false responsibilities and expectations of others derail you from being fully present, awake and engaged in what you know you need to do for yourself.

THE ENVIRONMENT

The best way to navigate this month is to eliminate the mental need to understand. Simply accept what is happening in the environment and climate, weather patterns, extremes in all expressions. Think of it as the planet waking up and paying attention just as you are. Notice that when there is an extreme that causes a crisis of any kind, how present people get in their ability to respond. There is no room for complacency, denial or being asleep when there is a crisis. To the extent that we are still asleep, we will continue creating events that will wake us up and keep us present and on our toes.

Many larger scale disasters can be averted by taking personal responsibility for waking up, paying attention and cleaning up your environment. So for this month consider the environment to be your personal environment and know that whatever you do to pay attention and be present with it will have a ripple effect on the greater environment of the planet. This is about doing your personal work and your piece for the good of the whole.

HEALTH AND THE PHYSICAL BODY

This is a good month to come to terms with your responsibility for your own health. No one is going to do it for you. Tell the truth about your physical condition without judgment, self-deprecation or blame. Self- loathing is never justified. If you have not valued yourself enough or if you have been asleep and unconscious and have allowed yourself to become addicted to poor habits, excess and bad behaviors, this is a good time to change those patterns. It may be excruciating to face the truth and take responsibility but you must if you wish to wake up. Many areas of maintenance will need attention, from hygiene to diet to exercise. Do a little each day and don't forget to acknowledge your physical body as being a part of a larger system of emotional and energetic patterns and mental intentions.

Discipline is needed this month as you wake up to your relationship with your body and begin to take responsibility. You know what you need to do, so do it.

Specific areas of attention are the liver, adrenals, lymph system, skin, digestion and circulation.

FINANCE, PROJECTS, PARTNERSHIPS, BUSINESS

Anything procrastinated or ignored or just simply not dealt with should be put on the front burner. Wake up to the reality of where you are operating and what needs to be done. This is not a good month to procrastinate. You can schedule something out into the future but don't put off the call that schedules it. As everything is accelerated, be present around changes and circumstances that may require flexibility, reorganization and shifting gears. Details are also important this month. Not to be micromanaging, hyper-vigilant or obsessive about them but simply paying close attention so that you can be ready to make whatever adjustments are needed.

Remember that we have just had the theme of "birth" in July. Many of you have birthed new projects, ideas, ways of being, relationships and even businesses. An infant always needs constant care and attention. So do all the newly birthed aspects of your life. Don't drop the ball now. Be responsible for what you are creating and take care of the anything in your life that is in its infancy with the care and nurturing of a doting and protective parent.

POLITICS AND GLOBAL ISSUES

The theme of wake up and pay attention is likely to manifest in an even greater expression of new scandalous and horrifying truths hitting social media. Heightened reactions and an increased desire to do something about the world you live in will bring renewed inspiration to small community groups and grassroots projects. As the unwieldy and unsustainable structure of commerce, decision-making and regulation continues to come apart at the seams, there will be more and more opportunity to bring about change and progress using community and grass roots efforts. Look for inspiring accounts of individuals, youth and small, seemingly insignificant groups doing large significant things to make great change. Pay attention and get involved in your own community. Make it a point to know where your food comes from and where you money is being used and who is eating off the profits.

And don't forget gratitude. A little gratitude goes a long way. There is such a habit nowadays of looking at what is wrong and what needs to be fixed and what is lacking and what is not to our liking. Certainly have an awareness of what needs change. But more importantly, be grateful for what is right. If you wake up and pay attention you will notice and have gratitude for all the many things that are right in your life.

DATES AND TIME FRAMES

August 1-7: A good time to notice what you have been putting up with. Take bits of your environment and your daily habits, look at yourself and your health, take stock of how you have been living and tell the truth. Be ruthless but compassionate, non-judging and neutral. Make a plan and then do something to begin the process of upgrading. Think of yourself as wanting to be surrounded by a higher vibration. If you are to wake up and pay attention you will want to raise the vibration around you through beauty and a higher quality of experience.

Maybe you start by washing your windows and having roses on your table. Maybe you reduce your alcohol consumption by 20%. Maybe you resist spending 2 hours on mindless Internet activity and cut it down to one hour. Maybe you spend time outdoors just sitting and listening to the wind and saying hello to the clouds. Maybe you stop worrying about what you did in the past. Maybe you acknowledge you have not exercised enough and begin to discipline yourself in that area. Maybe you are fully present with every bite of food you put in your mouth with gratitude for the nurturing it provides. Maybe you spend just a bit more time being fully present with the person who is speaking to you or your drive around town doing errands instead of thinking about some future responsibility or plan.

Regardless of what you do during this time, be aware and be present and responsive to your environment and what is in it. You will be surprised at how the environment responds.

August 8-15: You will either be feeling like you have just gotten on the right track or you will be feeling out of control, despairing and confused. This is where you need to turn things over to spirit and to your unseen helpers and allies. This is where the energy accelerates and your mind will have to give up trying to control and figure it out. This is where you have to trust that your intentions will carry you where you need to go. If you are feeling right on track, experiencing synchronicity and things falling into place almost magically, then make sure to pay attention to the details to insure nothing falls through the cracks in your expanded state of awareness. Take time for gratitude for spirit and your allies. Take nothing for granted and continue to upgrade your environment and raise the vibration of your experience.

August 13: Full Moon at 12:58 PM Mountain Daylight Time. Gratitude, gratitude and more gratitude. This may be challenging if you are in a place of being challenged. Trust that gratitude is the best antidote for feeling small, limited, insignificant and irritated. Spend some time in awareness exercises and being present. Make yourself energetically available to something wonderful landing in your lap without planning, effort or obsession. And stay away from those that do not support you.

August 16-22: This time frame is marked by change, restructuring and choices, some of them significant, based on your new found awareness, acceptance of truth, and desire to live better and be more awake. Some of the practices, habits and relationships that have been part of the "asleep you" may have to go by the wayside as you make decisions and commitments to yourself to stay awake. What is not congruent will be painfully obvious and you will need courage and will and the use of the aggression mode of the year to move yourself to a better situation. Beware of the mind trying to convince you that you have it as good as it gets, or that it is too hard at this point to make changes, or that you cannot afford it, or that you do not have the power or energy or wisdom to accomplish it on your own. Thank your mind for sharing, don't give in, and follow your intuition.

August 23-31: Pay attention to the details, opportunities, open doors, closed doors, messages from spirit, and how things are landing, integrating and settling into your everyday life. Certain things will have nicely become a habit by this time, others you may still be struggling with. Don't be afraid to ask for help where you feel stuck. There is always an adjustment period when launching anything new. The details are important but it should not be a struggle. If there is, you are not being present, awake and paying attention. You are probably trying to control the how, where and with whom. Look at where you might still have expectations around how your intentions are manifest. Recommit to your trust in spirit, your allies and right timing. If you are experiencing impatience you are not being present. This a time frame where some amazing and wonderful things can happen for you if you just get the mind and the false personality out of the way. Make it so.

August 28: New Moon at 9:04 PM Mountain Daylight Time. Honor the still point of the new moon by being very still yourself. From a still point inside, feel yourself expanding your awareness from the inside out, taking in your environment, becoming a part of it, being a neutral energy, very present and aware but without any agenda, expectation or focus. This is a time to push the reset button, which is always a good idea no matter how well things are going. Use some sage or cedar or tobacco to cleanse your spaces and yourself, resetting and bringing everything into the present.

August looks set to be a month of deeper and deeper introspection as retrograde Neptune moves back into Aquarius, Mercury goes retrograde in Virgo (and then back into Leo), retrograde Ceres enters Pisces and Jupiter goes retrograde in Taurus at the end of the month. Top this off with Pluto, Pallas Athene, Vesta, Chiron, Pluto and Uranus all retrograde all month, it is clear to see why there is such a strong focus within.

However, inner work does not have to mean stifling, heavy, tiresome drudgery, it can be liberating, empowering and illuminating; and this is the focus now. It is time for each of us to move beyond the light and beyond the darkness to a place of inner knowing. This is a place where we are not afraid to honour every aspect of our Beings, and a place where we can surrender more and more to the abundance of the Universe.
 

How we think is really important now, for our thoughts shape our lives. Retrograde Mercury will ensure that we do consider our thoughts and he will inspire us to start thinking is more life affirming and life enhancing ways. It is a choice though, and we can choose to stay as we are, but it seems like a wasted opportunity if we do not at least explore this brave new world that we are being shown now...

So, with all of this inner focus, it seems clear that we might be feeling a little overwhelmed with life at the moment! Yet, at the same time, through the heaviness, if we can connect to this place of inner knowing, we will realise that there is nothing to fear, nothing to feel overwhelmed by. Whilst many of us may be facing some of our biggest challenges at the current time, these challenges are bringing to the surface strength, resolve, focus, faith and belief. Of course, these have always been there, but it is often in those times of need that we dig deeply within to seek out solutions and answers.

We can choose to feel dis-empowered or we can become empowered, inspired and enlightened. It seems right to quote Friedrich Nietzsche: ‘what doesn’t kill us makes us stronger’.

This may sound a tad over-dramatic, but we are going through a shedding process now, like a snake and its skin, we are letting go of our old selves in order to be re-born...

Hi my amazing friend,

There is a great sense of anticipation and electricity in the air. We are right on the cusp of major global revelations that will make it even clearer we are moving towards a more open and united society. This means the old out-dated structures that have operated from a place of dishonesty and domination are quickly losing their grip over humanity. What we have and will continue to witness is the final efforts of systems trying to hold on to the ways of the past through fear. It’s imperative at this time that we look beyond the fear tactics constantly bombarding us. A great deal of these tactics comes from media outlets, and often seeps into our local communities (friends, family, colleagues) where the fear could seem very convincing to us. The key is to remember that all is unfolding in Divine perfect order. Soon, if it hasn’t already, it will become absolutely clear to the masses that all the current changes are playing their role as precursors to the new emerging heart-centered reality.

On a personal level, the anticipation we are experiencing right now is showing up in a few different ways. One of these ways may include feeling overwhelmed as a direct result of having so many things to do from little daily tasks to big projects we have chosen to accomplish. It could definitely feel a bit chaotic if we are not centering ourselves. In others, it could also show up as feeling restless to the point we think we’re not doing enough. Whichever we may be feeling, the best thing to do right now is to connect with the energy of ease and grace through our daily walks, meditation, playing, journaling, or anything else that helps to relax our mind, body, and spirit. The current energy of anticipation can make us feel a little ungrounded, so by choosing an activity that connects us with ease and grace we are sure to feel more settled.

Compassion

What will continue to assist us in moving through the current and upcoming changes is to operate with compassion. True compassion is all inclusive. When we are able to show true compassion even to the structures, systems, and people that may have appeared to not have humanity’s highest interest at heart, we instantly remove our own personal resistance to allowing the new heart-centered reality to emerge more quickly.

True compassion instantly moves us out of victim consciousness and into Creator consciousness. Showing true compassion is being able to look past the stories we or others have created. When we are showing others compassion, we are recognizing them for who they really are. We are looking past the illusions and connecting with their Divine Self.

In order to show true compassion, it’s important to know and understand who we are. I share often that each one of us is a beautiful expression of the Omni Universe (also known as Source, Creator, Spirit, Love Energy) here to experience more of Itself in physical form. So, we are the micro of the macro. When we can remember this especially during those times we may want to quickly react from the old patterns of victim consciousness, we are showing true compassion. By showing compassion, we are holding a sacred space of true self remembrance for others to step into.

Revitalizing the Fire Within

Are you someone who may have been feeling exhausted and uninspired for awhile? Well, then you will welcome the fact that the current astrological energies are fully revitalizing the fire within us. How this manifests itself in our lives is through inspiration, drive, and renewed zest for life. In the coming days and weeks, we may notice that we’re receiving downloads of new ideas and insights contributing to the fulfillment of our deepest desires. It could show up in areas of creativity, career, relationships, personal development, or health. A simple process we can do at this time is to journal. Journaling allows us to create a simple outline of our thoughts, so that we can refer to them later on when we are ready to put these ideas into action.

Inspired Action

Due to the high amount of electric energy in the air at this time, we may feel an inner pull to take action towards bringing our visions into fruition. Before taking action, it’s important to understand which action to take.

There are two kinds of action: Inspired action and forced action. Forced action usually has the energy of control attached to it, which stems from a fear we may not be doing enough or lack of trust. So, what ends up happening is we put a great deal of pressure on ourselves to achieve which ends up pushing away the very thing we are trying to attract more of into our lives. Inspired action happens when we are in the flow, and it feels good and effortless. By taking inspired action, we are open and receptive to the opportunities around us affirming to Universe a resounding “Yes! We are willing to do our part in making our greatest life vision a reality.”

The Gift of Your Presence

Although there may appear to be a great deal of chaos all around the planet on many levels, our Spirit knew it could easily handle and transmute all of it into the highest vibrations of love. We’ve been gifted with an opportunity to be front and center to assist in Mother Earth’s transition into the higher realms. Every act of kindness that we show her and all her children elevates the process more quickly. The thing is, there were many Spirits waiting in the wings to have the rare opportunity we have right now of helping our beautiful Earth ascend, but we were the ones chosen. How blessed are we to be of service in such a monumental way? I’d say we are very blessed.

The door for change is opening wider and as you are beginning to realize, there cannot be a return to the old ways. It is becoming even more apparent than ever, that a civilization on the verge of Ascension must move into a new level of vibration. The Light beckons you to lift up and leave behind anything that no longer serves your purpose. It is so obvious that the old ways have failed, but not because of you as individuals as you have not held the power. It failed because the system could not sustain a money set up, which placed so much wealth in the hands of so few people. There are moves taking place that may soon enable the necessary steps to be taken that will put the situation right, and it will feature an entirely new financial system. One that is fair and just, and protects your money from unfair laws and taxes. Everything is ready to go ahead and its introduction cannot wait much longer.

In fact you are assured of having a very interesting time in the months immediately ahead. Chaos continues and because of it people look for the answers, and they are demanding action from their governments who seem incapable of responding. The reason is because they cling to old methods to mend a system that is broken and beyond repair. They have little or no idea how to cope, and the time has arrived for new governments to appear. That too is well in hand, and although you have not seen any action so far it is not far away. For some years we have little by little laid down our plans, which will grow so rapidly that you will be astonished at how quickly things will fall into place. You are very special souls who have all but done their time in duality, and you are entitled to a quantum leap forward that will lift you up into the higher vibrations. With 11.11.11 drawing so near you will realize that it is one such occasion when you shall experience a sudden upliftment.

Checking your consciousness levels we know that this year has seen a dramatic rise in them, inasmuch that it has reflected your ability to more easily handle the lower vibrations. You are much better at maintaining your focus on the Light, and in consequence are unaffected by them. In fact, you are now consciously spreading the Light, and that is helping to lift other souls up. Simply being in the presence of someone else is sufficient to make an impression upon them. Also many of the Indigo children are now old enough to bring their talents into play, and they have a very high level of wisdom to share. However, such advanced souls rarely speak of their abilities, but go about their work with hardly being noticed. Many are amongst them who have a big part to play in the immediate future, and their leadership qualities will be most welcome.

We of the Galactic Federation clearly have a big part to play in the immediate future, and now there seems to be a general acceptance of our existence. It is essential to your success, and we have the responsibility to ensure that those who desire to be part of Ascension are ready in time. There is little risk of it being otherwise, and in fact even we are in turn part of a bigger confederation that is available if necessary. Your dark Ones may harbor thoughts of stalling our progress, but quite frankly they have no idea what they are really up against. They can be stopped in their tracks in the face of our far superior technology, so there is no fear whatsoever of anything other than a victory for the Light.

We regularly meet in conclaves for meetings to discuss your position, and our plan is adjusted if required. It may have taken a long time to get to this particular point, but there is overall satisfaction with the plans to move you on. There is a lot happening just now, and the dark Ones are beginning to tire of their lack of success. Where once they felt invincible, in many ways they have been the architects of their own downfall. The so obvious plots against you such as 9/11 have showed up their arrogance, and disregard for human life. It beggars belief that they thought their lies and attempts to cover up their acts, would be swallowed by the professional people who could see through them. It only remains for a legal stance to be taken against the Illuminati to remove them from their positions of power. That will come and our allies are well ahead with their intent to take such action.

We have commenced our plan to get even more people acquainted with seeing us in your skies. That means more flyovers, and a concentration on areas where we are not seen quite so frequently. There are times now when you hardly take any notice of us at all, and that shows how familiar you are with our craft. We have become much more acceptable as friendly visitors to your Earth, and outright fear is now most unusual. Since there are campaigns to paint us evil aliens, that is quite an achievement and all credit to those of you who work to put that into balance. It is quite important for people to bear in mind that when they hear of the Greys, that they are not members of the Galactic Federation. They are on Earth at the invitation of the US who has been working with them for many years in a technology exchange.

When we arrive on Earth, it will also be by invitation because we have spoken with your President, and the need to press ahead with the Ascension plan has been understood and accepted. We will be open about our intentions, and you will know exactly what we are doing where you are concerned. In fact we shall talk to the nation so that they know why we are here, and it is plainly understood. We will get media coverage and there will be freedom of journalism to report truthfully without any censorship. In this respect you are at present, very much in the hands of the Illuminati who still control almost all news outlets. You have been fooled, lied to and as you say, led up the garden path for many, many years. You will have open government, and open reporting to restore your trust in free speech.

I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and delight in these opportunities to awaken you to the truth. We have as yet hardly scratched the surface, and your true history will most certainly surprise you. Bear in mind that the dark Ones have been in control of your Earth for thousands of years, gradually building towards complete control of the population and its wealth. In older cycles they did cause major destruction when whole civilizations were destroyed. That will not happen again, and that is the word of the Creator.
