At times I feel dizzy and bloated and need a nap for an hour.   I napped today before going on to my second job and was 15 minutes late.  It turned out fine and I was grateful.  I like exceleration, however I know that spiritual growth can come so fast that it knocks you over and its difficult to absorb.  Many of my friends are having sleepless nights.  This is due to our explosion of light hitting us at every angle and we asked for it.  Spirit teach me everything, now!  I am ready.   There is only one small problem with this....spirit does give you everything and then its too much in too short of time to process.  The message ought to be this:  Dearest Spirit, let my spiritual growth be gradual and appropriate for my biology and for what I can accept in my present state.  Slow it down, what's your hurry?  We are every second making progress, balance is the scale of justice.  Readjust so that your bodies aren't uncomfortable with the information sent and tell spirit what you do need and you will be in your prime.

Perhaps you feel as if every few days we have noted a new influx of energy…and so we have. We merely wish for you to acknowledge to yourself that much is shifting and changing in your physical being and therefore your life. This shift is larger than you can imagine. But we have said something similar in the past, as have many other channels. The piece that we wish to tie to this message is that you have a fully functioning tool kit and it is time to start utilizing it. Even though intellectually, perhaps even emotionally, you are aware of the shifts in your being, you have attempted to adjust to those shifts with Old Age techniques.  For example, when you are tired you make a note to yourself to go to bed earlier or when you are angry, you try to see the good things in whatever has made you angry. Those “one size fits all” techniques that have been sufficient until now.

We were hoping that you would access your new tool kit without our urgings. Such has not been the case for most of you. Do you remember how the first time you used a computer – especially you baby boomers who were familiar with typewriters – the lack of a return lever stymied your early attempts to write a letter? So it is now. Your new tool kit is much more flexible and easy to use than your previous and, we might add, comfortable tool kit.

How do you access your new tool kit? Do you have to read a book, take a course or find a teacher? Of course not. All you have to do is be willing to practice with your new tool kit.

Let us give you some of the basic elements of your tool kit so that you will understand how easy it is for you to use. Listen to your heart/soul/inner being and it will direct you to the path that is correct for you. Listen to your body and it will direct you to the path that is correct for you. Listen to your emotions and they will direct you to the path that is correct for you.

For example, perhaps you are feeling tired. Using your old tool kit such feelings would warrant a nap with little reflection about why you were tired.

Your physical body is not separate from your heart/soul/inner being. Nor is it separate from your emotions. If your physical being is out of balance, your emotions will probably also be off kilter and you will probably have more difficulties hearing your inner messages. It is no longer appropriate to divide your being into three separate entities, anymore than it is appropriate to separate yourself from other entities on earth. All are one. All is one is your tool kit.

It is no longer appropriate to explain away all that happens to you with the need for more sleep or more positive thoughts. It is time to explore your being in its entirety. Ask your being what it needs – that is your key for all emotional, physical and spiritual concerns or questions. Just ask.

Many of you are thinking that such action is too simplistic, that you need another source outside of yourself to fix whatever is ailing you. While such might have been true in the past, it is no longer so. You are now your own mechanic, your own repair person.

You no longer need complicated rituals, books or gurus to heal what ails you. You merely have to ask yourself – and the correct approach, or if you prefer, the correct tool will be provided. Perhaps your repair kit might require sleep, journaling or hundreds of other techniques you are not yet familiar with. Ask and you will receive. Continue to try to direct your recovery, as you did in the Old Age, based on what others told you and you will be stumbling in directions that no longer define your needs.

Perhaps some of you will wish to continue on an Old Age path for security. That is fine and good. It is your right to fight yourself through this transition process and beyond. But if you wish to return to peace within your body, your soul or your emotions, know that you merely have to ask yourself and the correct answer will be provided.

You no longer need a return lever to prepare professional looking documents. Your inner workings are now much more sophisticated. Allow that thought to roll around your  being for a bit of time and then start practicing any day or moment you do not feel comfortable.

We wish to add one small caveat to that last statement. We are not suggesting that you should be cheerful and loving every second of every day or that if you are not, somehow you are not listening correctly. We are instead telling you that you may find a great deal of joy in being angry..or maybe not. Or that your body might need to feel some despair as it moves from the Old Age to the New Age. Only you know for sure what your  being needs.

There are no longer any rules including how you should behave in certain circumstances. Perhaps you need to feel joy at a funeral. Or sadness at a birth. It does not matter what you should feel or how you should act or who others feel you are – it is you. That is, it is you in all your glory if you listen and act on your tool kit of resources.

Ask yourself and ye shall receive – the life you wish to truly live. So be it. Amen.

Well, Little Hawk was intended for another. Welcome, to this new energy and I am honored to be able to pass on the information. It is a humbling experience to be in the presence of Creator and speak words on their behalf. Blessings to Little Hawk...

Today, the birds are back. They were conspicuously absent from the yard yesterday when I awoke and stepped outside for my morning tea. There was much to clear and shed light on yesterday, a darkness surrounding the outskirts of our presence. Much was illuminated and many discoveries made. Such is the nature of soul retrieval. When something is off, we go after it... Look for the source, so as to get the energy back and seal the crack. As the day progressed, my partner, Deva and I continued to stay present and alert, sensing the swirling fractals of experience and calling our power back from situations where it had been lost. We discovered what was needed and did the work, staying present for one another as the cords and attachments were released and all the black magic spells and curses were broken. I was working on healing a sense of betrayal and manipulation, forgiving and releasing more insight into the situation appeared as it was being released. I came to see the outcome of another’s will being expressed or projected onto me and my surroundings. It was palpable and very controlling, however subtly so. 

We contemplated obligation vs. highest good and what that meant, discovering the importance of remaining true to one’s Higher Consciousness. That is how we live. We listen, discern and move with Creator, staying aligned with and acting only upon those experiences that are for our highest good. When obligation comes in, resonating with such a different frequency, what does one do? It causes friction, and one tends to suborn their Higher Consciousness. It is true, what is in one’s highest good may not be the same for another and true brothers and sisters on the path will understand that. Clear, compassionate communication is necessary in these situations and much Love and Kindness; all must allow each to be and express themselves to a collaborative resolution. 

This is what Love does... 

Love is acceptance and gratitude, deep resonant Truth in the face of all. Love restores everything to the natural order and perfect balance with all Creation. Love allows all to be, with forgiveness and release. 

The birds returned again, a big flock of them are in the yard right now! Singing and talking, they are picking away at the detritus in the yard, recycling energy for the natural order. Yay!!! Thank you, Creator! 

How does one carry the light that they are into the world? Shining so bright and standing in Truth can be intimidating and overpowering for others who may be facing their own challenges in expressing their own Light and Authenticity. What does one do? Is it appropriate to “tone it down” for the audience? I think not... I compromised my energy many times in my life and all it did was strip me of my power and suborned my Higher Consciousness. I did what was other than for my highest good, I suppressed my expression and that took me down other inauthentic timelines of experience. 

I have spent the last three years healing from this experience and come to know that I must continually strive to be the very best human being I can possibly be... I must follow my Higher Self, allowing the guides and the rhythm of the Universe to lead the way. In restoring balance to myself and acting with integrity, I authentically move through each of life’s experiences with Love and Kindness. This has created a peaceful energy and sanctuary around me. It works!

It is apparent that it is working because my life is filled with abundance... Love, Health, Wealth and Happiness. The natural order of All that Is and I am in flow with it in my life. And it shows... Our light shines bright, we are in right relations, we are happy and joyous. We dance, we sing and we celebrate. We are free.

And so I have come to see that suppressing energy for any reason is other than the light. It is manipulative and controlling. We are all come to this Earth to express Love and Kindness; to be one with Creator in physical form. As this happens, as our beingness comes into alignment with all Creation we have access to vast resources. We are in flow with all of the Universe and the order, once restored, brings us to the right place at the right time and there is nothing to do, but just be. 

This was an uncomfortable feeling for me when I was first starting out... Believing in myself enough to flow, rather than control, manipulate and strategize. I remember that and understand why it is uncomfortable. But I sit here now and say, please work with those feelings so as to allow the Light that you are to shine. You are a Light Being in human form and the planet is in transition. We are evolving into higher frequencies of Light as foretold by many far and wide. 

So, it’s uncomfortable... Many things in this life have been uncomfortable and yet, I survived and got better at it... When learning to walk as a child, I tried, toppled over, laughed and got back up again. This is the experience... We are learning to walk again before we can fly. We are learning to release all the holds of the old ways to create something so new as to have never been seen before. All the great thinkers and sages of their day were looked at with suspicion. The masses viewed the outliers with separation and ignorance. They were not having the same experience. The visionaries were out in front, leading the way... the scouts for the new route, we are testing paths of consciousness to determine their efficacy towards cultivating the Loving Timeline. 

I am seeing a rewriting of the human story. The mythology of the past has become far outdated and frankly has ceased to function for humanity today. We are in search of a new Hero’s Journey, as Joseph Campbell would say and I have come to see the Truth in this. There are many who are forging the way, releasing the traditions of the past, so as to have a greater clarity and ability to listen. We are dowsing the way, but must be crystal clear in our being to know the Truth. Every step along the way, a discovery of that to be release so the Journey can continue. 

We are here to bear witness to each other’s challenge and support and grow as we transmute the very foundation that reality has been created in. Those that are willing to postulate that there is something different and test the hypothesis are visionary beings in troubled times. They are out there and I commend their efforts. All of our efforts, during this time of transformation are necessary if we are to proceed onto the Loving Timeline. Much personal effort and growth mark the inspired one; they know it is difficult and never give up even though they may falter. 

And whatever place you are on your journey know that there is support all around you. You are one with all Creation and Creator is there for you.

We are here for each other to support one another when and how we can, to stay aligned to individual sovereignty and grow... always grow, the time for dallying on the trail is over. Constant forward movement as the frequency quickens we must learn to move faster than fast to stay in the flow. Light and Love are faster vibrations, follow them and leave the density behind. Release anything that is impeding the flow and sovereignty returns. Be in the Truth and all is revealed... 

I now take total personal responsibility for all my thoughts, words and actions I have created in any lifetime, any dimension or reality and in all forms of consciousness. I am the light of this body, the universal one, beyond the mind I am that complete radiant One.

I shine the brilliance of my Light and share my Love with all Creation, forgiving and releasing all the past I step into this moment, completely as I am...

Listening for the beat, I step into my frame and Dance...

These two very powerful words, speak volumes of oneself when used. Much of the times, I have experienced an unconscious relationship to them and have worked quite a lot with understanding their power. Realize, right now that when you speak these two words with something following great discoveries can be made. Think about it for a minute.

Write I am at the top of a blank page, a tabula rasa, before you begin today.

Today, we are nearing the end of the 2 week Journey to Remembering. It is a day of introspection and reflection. We take total personal responsibility for all of our thoughts, words and actions in all lifetimes, dimensions and realities. We cancel contracts, vows and agreements made against our highest good in all lifetimes, dimensions and realities. We forgive and release the past, so as to have better access to the moment right before us. We stand as Sovereign Beings, in Light and Love. In our clarity, we feel the rhythm of the Universe and our life experience is a Dance. We carry our presence with us always. Our helper spirits guides and teachers are ever present and we nourish our inner child. We are aligned to our highest good and cultivate tools of discernment to assist us in this endeavor. We are free…

In your meditation today, go deeper than ever before. Take your journal with you; observe and reflect.

Ask the question, Who am I? Why am I here? Then begin…

Receive the flow of information from your higher consciousness, tune in to the frequency of your higher self. Purify your mind and body, as an unkempt temple is a difficult place to worship. You are the One. It is all you and only you… Who are you and Why are you here? Can you tell me? Can you tell yourself? Listen and receive. The answers borne on the wings of angels come to those ready to receive. Cleanse the temple and awaken the spirit within. See your body, mind and spirit as one, manifest on this Earth Plane to do… What?

Now is the moment to see the Truth. Now is when you can see it. Open your closed eyes and see the ethers of reality swirling all around you, feel the energy within and surrounding your body. There is so much more to ‘life’ than meets our two eyes, so we must open the third eye to truly see. Allow yourself to see.

See the Light within you… Breathe your consciousness throughout the Universe, expand and build that light bright and full illuminating the temple with a golden-white light. Meet the Original Creator… Go past all representations of God until you meet that being that manifested All that Is. The essence of the Universe resides in your temple, Brothers and Sisters! You share Oneness with Creator…

Write on your tabula rasa all the words, thoughts and actions that you associate with I am… Allow the free flow to occur, the stream coming rapidly at first, writing quickly to keep up and as the page fills the waters become calm, still and reflective. Allow a few more moments to see if there is any more, then relax and center again.

Look at your list… Circle the things that are part of your everyday practice and acknowledge your way. If there are entries that are other than aligned with your present reality, ask why. Then proceed to honor yourself by allowing your intentions to change what needs to change. When you look at your I am list, allow yourself to be you.

Recognize that limiting statements proceeding an I am statement are a message to the Universe of your intention. Look in these areas to determine additional healing that may need to occur and start by changing your perspective to more expansive views. These are powerful intention setting words and plant seeds that take root and manifest into reality over linear time. We can work with these energies to truly transform our beings and become something completely different if we like. We can change… We can remember.

                                         In this day we are co mingleing with avatars.  Separation came from fear not love.  You are the essence of God and given one message out of many.  Coming together as a divine family, a united state and linked to life everywhere you are an anchor of change on earth.  The more time spent on earth the more time spent in sharing peace and living in the light.  Double numbers on a clock let you know that you have been surrounded by spiritual groups.  Often I see 11:11 and when I do I say thank you, I love you for your continued support.  When you turn a new page, rehearse how you would like it to turn into.  You are pieces of God co creating so that even God does not know the future.  We are a test of energy and the planet we volunteered to live on enlightens other parts of the universe.  Life is about the journey and no matter what you have done here it is celebrated on the other side.  No judgement only pure freedom.  Love freely because all of us wondered "is there more?"  More to learn, more to give, more to grow, there is no predestination only adventures.  When you carry anger with you due to a past person or event it becomes the moment of now.  Are you surpassing  worry and fears?  Or as joy comes around are you chasing it away with serious non sense.  Play, dance, and when nothing is happening in your life accept the rest period.  You earned it!

Many of us have been going thru a sincere rough patch the last couple
of weeks…well, really this has been in varying degrees since the
equinox…but the last 2 weeks have been especially unkind. In light of
the many emails I have been receiving about this exceptionally gooey
and physically taxing integration period, I decided to call on the
support of the unseens to answer a particularly heartfelt question that I
feel many would benefit from.

I feel like I’m so lost and I suppose faith will see me through but I
can’t help but feel like faith got me into this mess, I gave up
everything, including my heart, soul and every breath I have ever drawn
to partake in the transition and now as I witness the crumpled pieces of
what’s left of my mortal life, I wonder … is this all my fault, did I
do something wrong, why do I find myself in this limited place where I
feel like I have no choice but to continue on this path, that any plan
I try to execute will be thwarted and I will have no choice but to
come back to this place, where any kind of joy is fleeting but pain and
suffering seem eternal.

I understand that we create our own circumstances, but I have never
ever believed that me or my family deserved to live under such
over-powering pressure, I feel like I can’t breathe, and I know that
there are other light workers in similar situations, where it feels like
we have given everything for this cause and we are left out in the
cold, while others needs are meet, I just don’t understand?

I have always felt so clear about my destiny and who am I and where
my path leads and now I cannot see the future anymore like it is blocked
from me, I feel so alone and yet I feel many near me, but they are of
little comfort when they are safe in divinity and I am here afraid.

Do you know why there are lightworkers like me who are in awful
situations and lost places, my whole life feels like it never fit me, I
am so uncomfortable, everything feels like a complete opposite to what I
believe in and hold dear , it feels so traumatizing to wake up here
every morning, it’s like ash in your mouth, there is no light here and
nothing grows.

Blessed warrior, be at peace. This journey is not for the faint of
heart, no, and we assure you that though there is nothing left in this
dimension for you to explore, that it is in fact, designed to be that
way.

We share that though you are contemplating the direness of your
situation at hand, in truth, what you are experiencing is the total
opposite of this…that is to say that every part of you has arrived,
has passed through the portal to your new vibrational experience, but
with mere threads of your physical self left to complete the
reconnection. This discordance…the extreme differences between what
is real and what you are presently experiencing, leads to the absolute
conflict, confusion and frustration of your current physical
circumstances.

You are not alone in this, by far…many who walk beside you on this
timeline are experiencing similar isolation and disconnection from
truth. May we suggest that when you are undergoing a period of
disconnect…wading through the void as we say… that you instead look
to your external environment for clues to what is already on its way to
you.

Often in these situations, when you are seemingly cut-off from your
higher vision and the source of your expanded self, it is near to
impossible to see the bigger picture or the many layers of your reality
that are in fact supporting your higher intentions. In these
circumstances, when you feel disconnected from what feels good…which
has been your main gauge for truth throughout this journey… we provide
you with the guidance to instead look around you, to look for and SEE
the physical events taking shape in your outer landscape of life that
lend credence to your divine truth. Yes, you are that close now.

For what is truly happening is this:

The last energetic ties to the old paradigm, the old earth and its
ways of creation, are being severed, unplugged and removed from your
energy field and you are simultaneously being fully replugged into the
new matrix. This severing period places you in an energetic quarantine
for two reasons… so that you are blocked (protected) from creating any
further realities from the expired (karmic) grid matrix, and so that
you take the necessary time to nourish and support your body through
this radical cellular healing initiated by the biological restructuring
and mutation into the crystal vibration.

Your physical cells are undergoing radical and deep transformations
at this time. This cannot be overstated…for the physical realms that
you are soon to participate in require the complete and total clearing
of all 3d dimensional reality constructs.

This part of the journey is very taxing on the physical body, yes,
and when your vitality is low, your perceptions, your out-look, is at
risk. To keep your head above the rising waters of biological
purification, we suggest that you remain as present as possible with
what surrounds you and to engage in those things that are still able to
bring you joy…for those few things remaining are the intrisnic parts
of you that are true, the essence of you that will always remain in
tact. Immerse yourself so fully in any pleasure that you can call upon
knowing confidently that the rest is taken care of for you.

We realize that there are few words that we could share that would
lift the suffering of disconnect, for you are creators and so your
natural tendency is to create. To be blocked from participating in the

We don’t pretend to to know the physical experience of your personal
ascension process, but we do know that the only way around the process
is directly through it. The intensity of your biological re-balancing
and physical resurrection is contingent upon your ability to surrender
to the changes fully.

This grounding period is indeed a very physical-based experience, and
so the cellular rejuvenation has been nearly multiplied to allow for
the full de-cension of your spirit body into form.

Be at peace with the end of life as you know it. Be at peace with
the physical resurrection required to attain mastery. Be at peace with

you exactly what you most long for.

Greetings and Salutations Beloveds, I am Ashtar, I come with peace in my mind which allows my heart to be with unconditional love for harmonious and open communications. I have a few matters, which I wish to discuss with the collective of Angels (for all here are angels) on this planet for the planetary healing, which is occurring now.

Dear Ones, it is not without much heaviness in our hearts, we must allow for the belief points which structure the reality of the one co creating in the reality creation process. When one states truth is absolute this brings one unnecessary grief for if one cannot allow for a higher, wiser truth to flow into the awareness for the awakening process. How can one grow existing in such a manner? Please understand beloveds, I am not here to admonish anyone, or any ones truth by any means, more so to allow for the opening of the lines of communication with many on this planet once again. This often has meant in other similar process such as this, that the presence of our ships has assisted with the awakening process. When our ships are spotted over your skies, it often has caused much fear and pain, however this is not much longer the case. There is far too much public knowledge of our intergalactic presence for one not to be open to a higher truth, however there are far to many unconscious be-ings on the surface of this planet. Lord Sananda and I have spoken many times concerning this matter, what is in the highest good of the collective on Gaia as well as when to announce our presence.

We have increased our presence in the realities of the unconscious masses. This will continue through the next equinox as well as through out the remainder of the year as you perceive it now. WE shall soon be seen to all, without questionability. When WE present ourselves to the masses, the masses will be ready, no fear remaining in the hearts of the awakened ones. Dear ones, it is our wishes for you to collectively find the harmony needed which will allow us to de-cloak our ships in full for full reunion. This cannot occur until the masses have the levels of harmony needed.

Harmony levels needing to be achieved are much higher than less aware individuals would think. If one cannot offer up peace for harmony, one will not be in a functional collective consciousness. It is our ways of Be-ing, through the art of surrender we are self - conscious creator gods, Angels are creator gods. Those with a physical vessel for embodiment have asked for the highest of challenges by volunteering for this. Once the angel (those who read this) come to understand the nature of forgetfulness, then the angel can have remembrance, in turn bringing deliverance to the heart of the embodied angel incarnate. Love is all there is, no truth exist in illusion. Shadows contain the illusion, illusion is where the “demons” are allowed to play the interFEARing role of reflection. You see dear ones, when it comes to the reality creation process, in the collective sense of multidimensionality, one must come to the understanding for this free will construct, there are angels and there are demons. Angels are in the light of love, demons are in the shadows of illusion, both authentic realities of GOD, one simply named illusory for the fact which one should understand if one has been doing the processing WE of the angelic realms as well as the Ashtar Command have been guiding your way. Be with peace Beloveds, we have much planned for The Grand Illumination, of which this planet has a vital role in InterGalactically.

I leave you with these heart-felt words for contemplation as well as meditation. WE are here for you, simply call upon us with the highest of discernment, for we all have others who wish to project as us, however are truly not. Discernment beloveds, discernment is the process by which ones come to an assessment, which brings a realization. This time is crucial with the lower resonances doing all possible in last moment efforts to attach to you, keeping you in a lower resonance field. The last moments before we can move into the Golden Age of Peace is here, anchor life through the collectivity of the Sacred(high) Heart of Love.
