The recent Solar Flares which have been bombarding the Earth have been challenging to many of us.  The more sensitive we tend to be, the more intensely we are affected.  The CMEs which hit Earth on January 25 were equivalent to about 10 full moons in how they affected the emotional body! Today we are blessed with an infusion of renewal.  What is being renewed for you?  Is it renewed faith?  Today we need to slow things down and open up spaces. Related posts:

Like you we wait expectantly, knowing that there will be a breakthrough resulting in the first positive news about the pending changes. The timing is not certain, but we see no reason why it should not go ahead as anticipated. We cannot say more as we know how despondent some of you get when events do not materialize as you expect. It would otherwise please us to satisfy you by being more precise, but by now you should understand our reluctance to do so. However, as we often tell you, the most important aspect is how it all ends and it will most definitely be with Ascension. Whatever it takes is well within our abilities, and particularly as we have taken steps to stop the interference with our mission. Most of you will experience this year according to the reality you expect to carry you forward, but all that matters is the final outcome.

In one way or another this year will astonish if not absolutely amaze most people. The truth will also sound shocking to those who have never contemplated that for hundreds of years they have been lied to and mislead. Indeed, for those who are somewhat informed it will still surprise them as to the audacity and cunning of the Illuminati, and their ambition to rule the world. Set free from their hold over you, it will be will be a beautiful transformation to see you throw off the shackles that have kept you in their control, and in ignorance. You have not really experienced true freedom and it will be like a wave of fresh air, that will blow away the cobwebs that have dimmed your sight. With it comes release from the fear that had also been deliberately created to confuse you, and a great feeling of ecstatic joy will resound around the world.

Put things into perspective and as far as possible see that the end result is all that really matters, and you can ride out the last months without spending too much time on how it is achieved. You can concentrate on your own upliftment, and focus on your evolution without being distracted by outer happenings. Certainly there will be plenty of positive ones, but they will not take your eye of your own needs and more than likely will be of assistance. As everything is well planned, it will all proceed in a way that will not unduly affect progress on your own path. On the contrary, we want to help you on your way, but cannot do as much as we would like until we are completely free to work with you.

The Galactic Federation is in touch with its own kind who are on Earth, and they are often to be found in quite important positions that carry a great deal of authority. It is not just the dark Ones who have established contacts in high places and our people also have similar powers, and with us behind them are capable of results that favor the Light. The dark Ones seem to revel in being known as notorious for their actions that disregard Humanity's needs. Whereas those of the Light quietly get on with their work preferring not to seek publicity, which also helps protect them from harm. Make no mistake, for some being a Lightworker can be fraught with danger, but they carry on without fear knowing that they have our protection.

Michael has of recent time noted that Time Travelers have followed your time line to the 21-December-2012, and without exception have all found a wall of white light preventing them from going further. That alone should tell you that the end of the cycle does take place according to the Mayan Calendar. However, even more interesting is the latest report from another Time Traveler Bill Wood an ex Navy Seal, who followed through many different time lines and found that each one ends up exactly the same, at the wall of light. It tells you that whatever course your life takes and whatever your particular experience, you will all reach that point of change. Where you go from there is going to be determined by your own vibrational level. Some will find themselves in a higher one whilst others will move into another level similar to the one they were in previously. Perhaps even more important is the finding that whatever is attempted to alter the time lines and thus the future, no changes can be made to it. That Dear Ones is the Divine power protecting your upliftment and Ascension.

Can you now accept that your future is assured, and allow yourself to enjoy the changes that are all for your eventual benefit. Mother Earth is quietly working away to also prepare for her Ascension, and is being helped by you continuing to bring the Light to her. Like you she also has to reach a certain level of readiness for the final surge, brought about by the Suns alignment with the Great Central Sun of the Galaxy. You who go through with Mother Earth, will experience a great upliftment in your vibration and level of consciousness. You will in any event have already reached a much higher level before that final event.

Life is always moving in a direction that continues to lift you up, and Ascension will see you entering an entirely new phase in your spiritual evolution. Gone will be the distractions and obstructions that you are experiencing now, and in place of them harmony and balance in a way that is most satisfying and rewarding. The present labors of life will no longer exist, and your time will be spent enjoying your new found freedom. Tiredness will not be experienced, as you will re-energize automatically from the energies that are around you, and you can rest at anytime as day and night no longer exist. Without a heavy physical body to care for and sustain, many bodily functions that you now engage in will no longer be necessary. Your new body will be crystalline and not subject to aging or any form of disease, because its higher vibrations are not prone to them.

We try hard to get you to focus on the beneficial changes that will directly affect you. In that way you will not waste any energy, and in so doing will easily pass through the Ascension process, and your presence on Earth will also help others along. There was nothing “usual” about yesterday (Jan. 23rd, 2012)… The energy of this particular new moon was like nothing I have ever experienced before. It felt much more like a whole New Day, a whole New Energy flooding the earth than ever before. So much so I decided to start my day with a meditation instead of a blog. But of course, there was an external catalyst for this deep inner desire. I received the first meditation experience from my first student. I have always said my greatest teachers are my students… today I just want to underline that and place an exclamation point at the end!

His meditation experiences were almost identical to the nooks and crannies I have discovered along the way in my own meditations. It was like ax explosion of remembrance within me. In a single email, he truly helped me remember what on earth I am doing right now (smile.) …well with a lot of help from those who align within me in meditation.

It was really his last line of experience that prompted me into meditation. He meet his first guide and he didn’t have that loving vibe we expect (smile…first rule… no expectations.) But it also reminded me so much of one of my three teachers from the Pleiades, Alphronzu. He was a bugger. No humor, quite serious all the time. He was/is a Commadere (his title) of the Beamship from the Pleiades. And yet, I had no flipping clue what he was doing with me… until yesterday. I never recognized his teachings, his deep inner awakenings within myself until I took a bath in the light of the New Moon.

As soon as I got into the bath, my three Pleiadian teachers/friends were peeking in thru the fabric of time… all together. I haven’t had that in close to a decade. I was excited!! Let me introduce them to you, as they all live quite vividly within me.

Franklyn: He taught in real time about unconditional Love and non-judgement. His energy so gentle and soothing even as he was redirecting me every-time I was in judgement and conditional/expectant love thru my day (which was a lot for a long time.) He also partnered with Sananda when it came time for me to really learn energy as it relates to the physical construct we call body and mind.

Anhorah: She is a bio-chemical engineer on the Pleiades and really helped me to work with energy as it changes the chemical make up of the body. Each meditation exercise that I give is very specifically designed to work within the chemical makeup of the human (who knew? lol) Anytime a person has a complete energy change within, I see it. I may not understand the science, but I do the Light!

Alphronzu: He always boggled my mind. I never knew what his gig was with me, but he was always there. It is only yesterday to I get his fullness. He taught me how to navigate. To trust my own inner compass and move with it. He says now, he only seemed serious, because this is serious business. When you must make a sharp right or left on your path, you must move instantly without delay, or we take ourselves into fields we really didn’t have to experience. A collision of experience (so to speak… been there, did that… ouchies.)

So here they are, all peering at me from my shower head in my bath. Of course, I thought about my three ET friends… so I hadda ask, you coming for a real visit? Gotta love non-answers… I just get smiles. Sheez!!

But what I understood… so clearly…. was their teachings were integral upon my path of Self Empowerment. They came only long enough to steer the way and then I had to fully and completely become “that” as part of mySelf. It’s not an external journey but an internal fusion. I really became clear in what my classes are (I really had no idea until yesterday). I can teach you to read words/light… but what does it matter if you don’t understand the story taking place. We have gotten to here in separate compartments… spirit and human. The only thing that matters… AT ALL… is that there is a whole and complete fusion of spirit and human, giving full birth to the Human Soul.

It is not enough that you understand unconditional love you must BE it. And I have got to share a word that my catalyst of yesterday heard from his (serious) teacher guide. IMPECCABILITY. All of this information flowing into me at the speed of light and I remembered, quite vividly my culmination of experiences in my medicine wheel on the mountainside of Vermont. Naked, exposed, open. A moment that changed my life forever. A journey of lifetimes culminating into a single moment of time. Where masculine and feminine, above and below met the center place of me. All must become One… otherwise it is a fragment of great potential.

And then my three Pleiadian friends merged into the most amazing energy. It reminded me so much of the cycle of life. They flowed into me, me into you, you into them, them back into me… there was no break, no seperation at all.

In that moment, I felt like for the first time in all this life, I woke up. Really woke up and felt the clarity to my core. Alive. REALly Alive!

And then I had for a moment thought about mother…. gaia. Instantly I was in the core of the earth looking at her holding her new baby. Her baby was the ugliest little thing I had ever seen. It’s face was like an old man… red skin, huge ears… wrinkled face… but man the love she felt for it, that I felt for it. Amazing. She held this new born at her heart, she truly gave birth to her son… the SUN. The masculine forever embedded within the feminine. The love child of sun and earth. And as she poured information into my soul, I became vividly aware of the three aspects of love. One without any of the others is a world incomplete. Male-Male (Gemini) ~ Female – Female (Pisces) ~ Male – Female (Libra)…. her association… not mine. I will write about the fullness of all this, when I am ready. I am still swimming in the breadth of understanding it all.

In the energy of the New Moon, the sun was equally playing joyfully with the new creation (all of us) as he spit flares, CME’s like a proud loving daddy. And the child within sang danced with glee all day! It felt (within me) like a Merry Chirst-Mass / Happy New Year all in one bath!

I raise my glass in toast to the Christ Year that we birthed together – forever!!

We, the Galactic Federation, have been communicating with you through our channels for quite some time now, and it is necessary to begin making formal announcements of our presence in your skies as a window of opportunity has been opened and we wish to take full advantage of this. These announcements will be sent through your electronic media such as television, radio, and Internet. Please be advised that we expect a number of disturbances to your society, some at the hands of the dark, and some due to fear that is likely to spread upon our introduction.
You have been informed to begin preparing for this inevitability and the time for you to be fully prepared is upon you. Stock your homes now with enough food and supplies to last a number of days or even weeks as it is foreseen that services you have become so accustomed may be temporarily down. Electricity, gas, phone, and food stores are just a sampling of the services our monitoring personnel conclude will be affected. We will immediately begin the stages of operations to restore all necessary services throughout your societies. We have highly trained personnel on standby prepared to fulfill the tasks they have been assigned.

We ask all of you to remain calm and composed and to look after one another during this, one of your most trying periods in your planet's history. Our readings indicate a strong likelihood that many of your world will experience some levels of fear and others may even succumb to shock at the discovery that they are not only not alone in the universe, but that some of these other civilizations are here knocking on your front door. We come in peace, and are only here to assist you bring about the necessary changes to allow your planet and people to experience your Creator given right to ascend into the higher realms of experience. We wish for nothing more than to assist you in these tasks and to also reunite with you, our family from long ago.
We at one time lived amongst you here on your planet. We departed some time ago, leaving behind great archaeological structures to act as signposts to our existence, to help keep us in your memories for many long years until we returned. We have now returned. We eagerly await the day of our landing on your soil, to meet you again face-to-face without all this need for secrecy and cloaking in your atmospheres. Please inform your family, friends, and neighbors of our presence and our honorable intentions to lessen the impact of the official announcements to come soon. Prepare yourselves by stocking your homes with food and other essentials. We will continue to keep you informed of the latest developments through our channels in between now and the time when we can openly address you all. We foresee this inevitable day drawing very near and we are fully prepared to commence our long awaited programs. This is the day many of you have been eagerly awaiting. We will be with you soon.
There are many different races and species throughout the vastness of space, and some of these many different varieties of sentient life forms have from time to time visited your planet. They have come here for many different reasons, and most of them have traveled here for purposes of research and exploration. Some of these groups have come here to take back home with them some of your natural resources, and we have monitored this situation and have put a stop to it. There are other groups that have come here as well, and some of these groups had intentions to take a lead role in your affairs, considering themselves superior due to their intelligence and advanced technological capabilities. We have also monitored this situation and have, of course, put a stop to their plans as well. As we have said, we would never let any harm come to you.
There are those among you who falsely believe that we, the Galactic Federation, are here for similar greedy purposes to conquer your world. All will discover for themselves in due time that this fear-based belief is far from the reality. We have always been with you. We have always been assisting you and protecting you from harm throughout your history. We are here now in larger numbers, but we are by no means just arriving or newly arrived at your doorstep. If we wished to conquer your world, we could have done so a few years in your past when you possessed little or no defensive capabilities. We could have done so when humanity was yet completely un-awakened. Why would we undertake such a widespread campaign to help awaken the souls of Earth before we initiated any military campaign? This scenario would defy the reasons of logic, and it is fear and lack of information that would cause one to harbor a belief that would defy such logical reasoning.
This is where our Lightworkers are needed. Your mission at this time is to help spread light, which is information, and help to calm the fears that may spread throughout your societies upon the announcements of our presence here. You have the tools at your disposal. Many of these have been purposely seeded into your culture for just this purpose. Use them well. This is the most important period in your planet's long history. It is time to release the unimportant matters of your society and focus on what matters most. Ignore the fear-based rhetoric of your news programs and governments, and only focus on what is real; Love. All else is mere illusion, distractions perpetrated to keep you from finding your true path in the light. Many of you have discovered this for yourselves and have moved beyond these trappings. Assist now others to find their way, always honoring the law of free will. Lead by example. Be there for your brothers and sisters who will come to you for answers and reassurance in the unsettling days ahead. We are prepared to make our move. The day is approaching. See to matters at home that will facilitate a smooth transition from the old paradigm to the new. Look after each other. Your family is here, and eagerly awaits our reunion.

Life here in the physical world of the 3rd dimension has seen many that have pursued objects of the material, forsaking many ideals and even morals in this blinkered pursuit. As you are preparing yourselves for your homes in the higher realms, many intangible ideas and concepts will move to the forefront of your consciousness. Freedom is one such intangible concept that we now speak of, and it is this concept that has slowly, and at times secretly, and other times quite publicly been stripped away from you, sometimes with your willful consent, other times without.

We wish to restore your true freedom to you and all your inalienable rights you possess as gifts from your Creator. Many of you have never known absolute freedom in any of your previous incarnations though others of you have journeyed here from lands of true freedom to instill this concept into this world’s collective consciousness. Today, you are told what to think, how to behave, how to speak, where to live, yet so many of you falsely believe you are free citizens living in a land of endless opportunity.

This is part of the illusion so many of you have fallen for, and many of you will not even be able to see this until your first day of breathing in the fresh air of your new lives released from the shackles that have bound you into lives of indebted servitude. We are working tirelessly to this end, and it is this end that is now clearly in sight. The dark has a seemingly endless supply of dirty tricks up their sleeve, but time and again prove no match for the Light. We are advancing steadily and winning every battle on every front. Based on mathematical probability, we can foresee a date when the last cabal soldier is rounded up and removed from your reality.

As dates and events remain fluid at this time, no fixed date of our expectations will be announced to you, but we will continue to keep you abreast of any changes in the continuing battle to remove the cabal and their minions from positions of power. Much is transpiring behind the scenes, and humanity remains steadily on track to reach the point of ascension with no delays caused by interference at the hands of the dark ones. Exiting 3D and entering the higher realms will be an experience for you that you shall not soon forget. Many have journeyed here from throughout space and even from throughout time to witness this spectacular event firsthand.

This should give you some idea of the grandeur you can expect in the days ahead. Try to keep this in mind every day and you may experience less of the negative emotions related to your day today lives and feeling of joyful expectation may begin to replace some of these negative emotions. You have so much to look forward to, and all we can say to you at this time is that all of your hardships and struggle will be well worth the price of admission into the higher realms of existence.

Turning now to thoughts on your changing environment, we have made extensive plans to assist you in replenishing your seas with much of your marine life that has seen their numbers fall below the necessary levels of a balanced ecosystem. You will also take lead roles in repairing your land-based ecosystems and restoring to the proper balance your animal kingdoms all across your planet. These are just some of the many projects you may personally have a hands-on role in very soon in your days ahead.

Many volunteers will be needed, and many of you will be able to work right alongside of us in many cases when you’re necessity to toil your lives away in jobs that will be no longer be required of your new 5D civilization. Many of your professions have been unproductive and even counterproductive to your world, and these areas of your society will be immediately displaced following the retooling of your financial system, which will allow many of you to pursue new areas of endeavor that will have a far greater positive impact on your society and planet.

Many new skills will be required of you, and this is where our experienced technicians and teachers will be most beneficial to you. Many of us have trained extensively in the areas deemed essential to restore your world to its rightful perfection and we are eager to pass these skills on to you. Training programs for you to acquire these skills will begin as soon as we feel it is safe to begin our landings all across your planet. We have many Earth allies and ground forces of the Galactic Federation and the Ashtar Command that will also act as intermediaries in many instances for the time being, and the necessity of this may also change in the days ahead depending on how many of your world accept us in friendship and mutual cooperation.

We look so forward to the opportunity to get to know you as a unified people and even personally in the days ahead. Until then, continue to demonstrate how well many of you are all working together to bring about the positive changes throughout your society. We say to you how impressed we are with so many of you for who you are and what you are doing, and we look so forward to the days ahead when we can meet you all and thank you personally for all your generous efforts. As we all ride on into the days of your newly forming world, you ride not alone, for we are with you every step of the way as we have always been.

Your new adventure is very soon to begin and although you may not see us in the early stages, we are here and are playing our parts to help facilitate these changes. In the days ahead you will see us clearly, that is a certainty, and you will also hear our words directly from us as the necessity for our channels will no longer be required, and we will all gather together and share our stories of the work we are now doing from our own sides of the veil that is soon to come down.

We see you all working so hard for your new world, and wish you to know that although you cannot yet see us, we are also working diligently towards our one shared goal. We will meet in the middle where the curtain lifts very soon. We have each our own unique problems and obstacles to overcome as we work towards the pinnacle of our efforts, but we are all finding our own ways to handle any difficulty and solve any problem. Such is the common bond those ascended and those ascending share together.

We will not let anything stop us from reaching our goals; no fear, no self-doubt or outside influence will deter us from our mission. This is one of many other traits we share in common, and although some of us may appear quite different to you on the outside, it is what’s inside that truly makes us one.

January 2012

Happy New Year!

Many of us may have noticed that the last month of 2011 had a similar resonance to the time when we experienced our first *awakening. For some, the awakening process started decades ago, and for others rather recently. Either way, the energies of December gave us the opportunity to have a full circle moment to pause and assess exactly where we are at on our journey right now. This experience allowed us to put in perspective what we are ready to leave behind, and what we are ready to anchor more of us as we move forward.

Endurance

Most of us know first hand that even though personal awakenings can be a magical time in our lives, they can also be a time of internal stretching that may leave us feeling uncomfortable. Things usually come to the forefront during these times that have not come up for us in a very long time. If we are feeling triggered and we are experiencing emotional roller coaster-like surges, know that it's absolutely normal. If we're being hard on ourselves for feeling like we're repeating something we thought we had overcome long ago, let's be willing to release this pattern once and for all. We may have felt that being hard on ourselves served us in some ways, however it only hinders us from expanding into our greatest selves. From an expanded perspective, an awakening is not a one time occurrence, rather a continual process. We are awakening to our Truest Selves every moment of the day, whether we realize it or not. With this knowing, we can understand if something uncomfortable comes up that seems similar to an experience we've had in the past, it just means there's still a gift in that experience trying to reveal itself to us.

When something does come back up or feels like a repeat of something that didn't feel too good to us in the past, we can also just ease into the knowing that it could very well be a deeply rooted energy coming to the surface now ready for us to release completely. The key to moving through the discomforts of an awakening is to be easy on ourselves, and to believe in the power of our strength. We have more endurance than we could ever imagine, and it's this endurance that has brought us to this point of our personal evolution where we are now remembering who we really are and uniting as One people.

While some of us went through some uncomfortable stretching this past month, many of us also started to feel reconnected to ourselves and the Universe again. Some of us were presented with situations that could have in the past triggered us in an unhealthy way, but instead we chose to love and appreciate these same situations. This was extraordinary confirmation that let us know we have made great progress in healing and releasing the energies that no longer serve us anymore. An example of this could have shown up during the holidays when we got together with extended family and friends.

The exciting news is that as we enter January, we will be completing the tail end of the seeming overwhelming energies we experienced in December. This means that a great deal of the things we've been processing through will start to resolve themselves more quickly, and a new lightness will start to emerge. It's a lightness that is most definitely welcomed.

Back To Basics

As we start a fresh new year, going back to the basics when it comes to our personal and spiritual practice will greatly provide us a solid foundation. This foundation will come in handy especially since the frenzy-like atmosphere will continue to go on around us for a while longer. By creating a solid foundation for ourselves, we are able to quickly detach from the boisterous noise going on around us and remain grounded in our peaceful center.

Everyone has their own unique practice that works well for them. Some of these practices may include having a daily gratitude journal, affirmative prayer, meditation, sacred dancing/body movement, being of service, practicing forgiveness, energy healing, connecting with nature, reading, coloring, etc... Whatever our practice is, consistency is the key. The more consistent we are with our practice, the more palpable our results will be.

Creating Community

There's great comfort in knowing that we are not alone and that others may also be going through similar experiences as us. Just this knowing alone creates a sort of healing that opens up the heart to finally let others get close to us again. For the many of us who have lead lives mostly living in isolation as a result of feeling disconnected from how the current earth matrix was operating, opening ourselves up to co-creating a community with others may still feel like a tall order. However, due to the fact that we have been moving out of a dualistic society and into a more united society, it will become easier to reconnect with our soul family once again.

Creating our community, no matter how small or large it may seem will provide us with the extra support needed to allow for a smoother transition into our very new heart-centered realities. We don't have to go at life alone anymore. It's okay to give and receive support and love; we just have to be willing to open up our arms and say 'YES' to it. 2012 will be the year of community.

The Final Countdown

So, the final countdown to making our highest visions a reality has begun. In this coming year, a tipping point will occur that forever changes our paradigm as we know it. For the first time in a very long time (we're talking thousands of years) the collective consciousness will reach a critical point where more people become awakened than non-awakened. We are very close to that point already, even though at times it may look and feel otherwise. If we think our physical realities have been changing at a fast pace these past few years, things will most definitely be turned up many notches as the global consciousness continues to rise. This will lead to even more personal and global readjustments that continue to assist us in moving out of the era of fear, and into the new unfolding era of love.

As the tipping point is reached where many more become awakened to what's really going on, it will become more clear that our beliefs are what create our reality. Will we choose to focus on the miracles and abundant blessings all around us so that we can attract more of those experiences? I have complete faith that we already are and will continue to do so.
