“The sound is the source of all manifestation … The knower of the mystery of sound knows the mystery of the whole universe.” “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.” “For in the beginning of the times so did we all share in the Holy Stream of Sound that gave birth to all creation.” In the beginning was OM.”
Virtually every civilization in the world has had some type of creation myth that involved sound, usually sound that was equated with consciousness and that this celestial sound was the first creation, so that everything else created came from such ‘otherworldly’ sound in the ether. A number of spiritual, mystical and religious texts have spoken of this metaphysical equation of sound as an element of their most honored traditions.
Plato wrote that the cosmos was constructed according to musical intervals and proportions. Pythagoras called it ‘Music of the Spheres’ and believed that it fills our inner ears and we are constantly in contact with it from the moment of our birth.

Every day there are plenty of good reasons to be frustrated. Another long line. Telemarketers. A goal isn’t materializing “fast enough.” People don’t do what they’re supposed to. Rejection. Disappointment. How to deal with it all? You can drive yourself crazy, behave irritably, feel victimized, or try to force an outcome–all self-defeating reactions that alienate others and bring out the worst in them. Or, you can learn to transform frustration with patience.
As a psychiatrist, I help others see that patience doesn’t mean passivity or resignation, but power. It’s an emotionally freeing practice of waiting, watching, and knowing when to act. To many people, when you say, “Have patience,” it feels unreasonable and inhibiting, an unfair stalling of goals. In contrast, I’m presenting patience as a form of compassion, a way to regain your center in a world filled with frustration.

When days are energetically calm, a new manner of inter-dimensional contact can be made. Today is one of those days. From our perspective, a mask has been covering the entire 3rd dimension, making it appear to be something very different than what is the reality. No longer is this true. Closing the gap between false concept and the highest awareness has begun. This closure has made the heart-mind connection more available, where channeling the light comes through the heart and no mental content makes a dent in the heart's ability to deliver.
All of the open hearted are going to begin to have more and more contact with others like themselves. They will no longer be alone. and friends, members of the Family of Light.
I
call out to you from my heart! The time is NOW.
There
have been so many months and these rolled into years when we were
isolated, and profoundly challenged. We felt our energy and our mental
focus slipping away. We lost jobs, relationships, a sense of
energetic purpose and began to realize we were going through this
complete metamorphosis of our physical bodies. We embraced this and
learned about becoming crystalline; re-wired to carry, anchor and flow
higher vibration light. We began to understand our journey and find
ways to care for ourselves and our bodies. We experienced so much of
this nearly alone. With just our guides and a bit of connection, we
trusted our sense that this was all-important and faced these
challenges with courage and innate wisdom. Then this year dawned and
things really shifted and sped up. We begin to come together–in
recognition and love, in celebration of our shared and kindred
journey. We shared our symptoms, our practices, our understandings and
begin to say out loud what had been in our thoughts and understanding,
perceptions and sense of this mysterious and amazing journey all
along. We felt enormous relief in finding one another. What a gift.
