Pause for a moment. Brew yourself a nice cup of coffee or tea and reminisce about you - how much you have grown in the past Earthly year or so, how far you have gone, how much you have changed for the better, how much you have shed, released, let go...
While you may not yet be exactly where you would love to be, where you think you should be, take a look at the distance you have travelled.
Be proud of yourself for the obstacles you have overcome, for all the gifts and talents you have uncovered, for all your hard work and dedication... Even with the detours, flat tires and all, you have come a long way!
Your journey itself helps shape who you are. It's important to stop once in a while and take stock at what you have accomplished. To take a few pictures if you will and enjoy the view...
Things are not always easy for you, in fact you have been through many highs and lows, smooth sailing and bumps. Sill, you stay committed, you do the work, the introspection, the decluttering, the meditation, and you disregard respectfully the unsupportive comments of those who do not understand or are in fear.
It is OK to take breaks now and then you know. To celebrate milestones of your choosing. Sometimes you get so enthralled in the seriousness of the work, in the shift that you are overly in the spirit and not enough in the body.
Have a piece of celebratory cake and slowly enjoy every bite. Hold your coffee mug to your chest, feel its warmth and smell the wonderful aroma of the beverage before taking a sip.
Enjoy every experience being in your body allows you to live. Be thankful for them.
Being in oneness involves balance between body and spirit.
Laugh more. It seems your world has grown too serious. Laughter is light from the heart. It makes everything better, clearer. Great epiphanies, revelations, inventions and solutions materialize through the joy of laughter.
Taking the time to enjoy life, to relax, to do silly things makes you more productive in all aspects of your life. It helps keep you whole, and seals any cracks in your light body.
You can be responsible and spiritual and still have fun.
And taking the time to see what you have gone through - good and bad - provides you perspective. Quite often, you do more and better than you give yourself credit for. You tend to be your harshest critic instead of your best ally/supporter.
With all your responsibilities and obligations, including your needs such as sleep and nourishment, sometimes there is not much time left for your hobbies and your spiritual work/growth.
Still, you find time for it. You even incorporate it in all aspects of your life. Making it a way of being.
You strive for oneness no matter your living/working conditions.
You turn away from "mindless" or empty things like shopping for recreation, watching TV or other entertainment to concentrate on the things that truly matter to you or that make a difference in your life and that of others. Considering how your society tends to be, making a choice to disregard all the chatter is quite amazing in itself.
In fact, that deserves applause, celebration!
Remember to celebrate yourself, your accomplishment and those of the people you love and admire.
Give yourself a pat on the back for everything that you do - not only to talk on your path, but to enjoy your journey. You are the most important person in your world, an amazing agent for change, celebrate yourself for all that you are!
This is all.
Much Light and Love to Everyone

Whenever we decide that we are not fulfilling our spiritual potential, we set a wall between ourselves and the reality of our divinity. This wall does not negate the Truth of our Divinity, but merely clouds our perception of its permanence. For there is no moment, incarnate or otherwise, when we as sparks of all that IS, could ever be separated from our divine natures, or find ourselves living anything less than a ‘spiritual’ life.
Sometimes we tell ourselves that our behaviors are unacceptable. That our reactions, or our difficulty ascertaining intuitive guidance is a lack of fulfillment of our capacity. But how could we ever, truly, be lacking presence in any portion of our capacity. Our capacity for divine expression is as ever expanding as the Multiverse itself. There is no version of God, no theory, no explanation, that reaches far enough into the nooks and crannies of possibility to be as ‘enough’ as we expect ourselves to be.
If we cannot even begin to define divinity itself in a succinct and complete way, leaving always room for improvement, building upon, expansion and exploration of… then how could we ever think to expect ourselves to have reached capacity- enough to give ourselves the credit we keep ever waiting over the horizon.
The truth is that in every moment, in every experience, we ARE fulfilling our capacity for divine self expression, because that is where we are when it happens. If we were able or meant to be anywhere other than that exact space, at that exact time, that is where we would be rather than where we ARE.
Imagine if the Universe were to think upon itself in the same judgmental manner that we treat ourselves. Thinking that one day, outside of the present, in the future, or perhaps in the past… then the Universe would reach its potential. Then it would be fully itself. But we read something like this and we think, “Outrageous. The Universe is complete in every moment. It is the Source from which we spring, it is the moment itself, how could it ever be anything other than complete?”
How then, could we?
A hologram exists as a collection of its entirety. There is no part that is not fulfilling its potential, because within that part lies the fullness of the whole. Divine expression is not limited to some imaginary point within a spectrum of possibility. It IS the spectrum of possibility. And it is our judgement that gives it rank along the way.
The rainbow does not look upon itself and think, “I like this color more than that color.” Or, “I could have shined brighter today.” A rainbow simply shows up, as it is, rain or shine, existing in a multitude of places… sometimes where you least expect it, and not always where you think it “should” be.
A rainbow in the parking lot is still a rainbow. It is still reaching into the depths of its potential to show up as fully itself as it can be in that moment. Just as much as the double rainbow on the mountain top finds itself reflecting the light cast upon it. There is no difference. The circumstance is entirely circumstantial. The heart of the rainbow knows that it is divine. There is nothing that can keep it from expressing its current portion of self-ness… even if the world around it calls it less-than.
We are NEVER less-than. We are always rainbows shining fully and gloriously in the moments that we find ourselves, and in every moment before and every moment after- we will shine as divinely as any other. The spark of divinity within each of us is incomparable. There is NOTHING that can cloud or diminish it.
Just as the Universe will continue its expansion through the cosmic tide of eternity, so shall our souls continue their journey through the dance that is Creation. We will forever be exactly where we are. The Universe will eternally be mirroring our very presence. And it is up to us to decide if when we gaze up at the stars, or look into a rainbow… do we see the reflection of our divine self, as perfect as the imperfection of the multidimensional tide we flow within. Or do we judge ourselves as other-than, and find a wall erected where our fullness resides.

God said:
You were not invented. You were created. You were created with My full awareness. You blossomed before My very eyes. How beautiful is My creation. I created a beautiful Earth, and I created a beautiful you to play on it. It may not seem like it, yet Earth is all about play. How seriously the play is taken. How real-seeming the stakes. How you hold on to them. How desperate you are about your goals. Nevertheless, your outcome is secured, for you return to Me in a trice.
Life is not about all that you think it is about. All does not depend upon what you think it depends on. The little skirmishes are an aside. You have had a fantasy from which you will wake up. Wake up now.
Life has been life or death for you. It has held such significance for you. Of such importance was the game you played, the spelling test you took, the scraping your knee, what your mother thought, what your father did for a living, and how you configured the world. All these are naught. They fade.
There are no storms, and yet you hold on to storms. There is no success, and there is no failure. The world ascribes validity to success or less success, yet every play in the game is what it is, and, therefore successful. Life is not about all that you have thought it is about. How sad you are to find out that you followed incorrect rules. It is the game that counts, not the individual plays.
It is like your life is a collage, a collage of people and memories, and how exquisite your collage is. What a work of art. How intricately everything fits. How remarkably. How individual each play, and, at the same time, how universal. Magnificent are the stitches you make on this mural of life you contribute to. You believe in outcomes.
There is one outcome. You come to Me. That is the denouement. The scorecards are a disguise yet a disguise well-believed in. You are a player in a fantasy. You are a player upon whom Truth dawns. How seriously you have taken life. What a drama you have laid out before you. And it all, all of it, is a mirage that you have sworn is true. You drank the water, you bathed in it. How real-seeming the physical world is and all your deportment on it. How close the day-to-day details. How far away the Truth. You take the world as real, and the Truth you put aside for another day. There is no tragedy, beloveds. There is a dance of life, and sometimes this dance becomes hurly-burly. You get caught up in it. You don't know how to step out of it.
You have a great foundation, and often overlook it. The three little pigs in the story used brick, wood, and straw. The big bad wolf blew them all down except for the brick, yet, even the brick does not last forever, nor is it meant to. Heart and soul live forever. Place your bets.
That which is lasting lasts. That which is temporary is temporary and does not last. You are not temporary. You are forever. Your life now is one scene in the play. The play itself is long-lasting. It is eternal. You are the fruit of My vine. You are the crop that is grown in the fields of Earth, and you grow and you return to Heaven as you grow to awareness of Who you are and Where you are even when you believe you are somewhere else. Even when you believe you are somewhere else, even while you are on another stage center front, you are in Heaven.
