Dear One, we are the Arcturians!

We have been waiting for you to be ready to take our communication. Please publish it for others to read. It is important! Important as all our communications are!

We thank you for the dedicated work you are doing by spreading the wonderful messages given to everyone by our galactic friends of the higher dimensions!

It is very important at this time that the connection between beings of the higher dimensions and yourself whose main habitat is the 3th dimension, is alive!
It prepares everyone for their own ascended state once the main shift into the higher dimensions occurs.

Cultivating contact with us who are caring for earths’ and humanity’s evolution is essential also because it strengthens your own multidimensional self by exercising your opening into our higher dimensional vibration.

After the shift you will therefore easily recognize your new home and us, your brothers and sisters from the higher realms, which will help you significantly to adapt to and function in your new higher dimensional body. This takes some initial irritation and insecurity in your new future environment out of the play.

More and more of you are becoming able now to communicate themselves with us, but until you do it is very important to regularly connect with us via the messages from those who channel us and which are made available in public, mainly on the internet.
Thereby you can become more and more familiar with us, with our vibration, our civilization, and how we are living it, and with our way of love and care for humanity and Gaia.

Yes, each of you also is of course intimately connected to your Higher Self, but you are not alone and the sole being in the universe. Also you, humanity, are in truth a collective being, and so far you haven't manage to live as such as highly evolved spiritual beings. And that is why we are emphasizing here the fact and value of the higher civilization to which you will soon develop, and in which you are to function collectively.

We help you to grow quicker beyond your 3dimensional, limited and separate identity and we recommend that you consider us as beings who share basically your true identity which is not, as you know, your 3dimensional body, but your higher self and the vibration of your soul, and your collective Great Human Soul.

Through your communication with us you also make sure that your spirit stays high which draws you above your current still not solved problems on your planet, with your economy, energy resources, pollution, health and other issues.

Your communication with us - and any other higher and Divinely oriented galactic civilization - inspires you to trust more and more your own intuition about your higher identity, just by being together with us, by reading our messages.

You can be assured that we are present with our awareness with all those of you who are listening to our communications, simply because this is our intention. Your listening also helps us, to make contact with each of you, even if you are not aware of it, and to draw you to our vibration and light which opens you up and prepares you for the process of the shift.
 

In the same way we are also intentionally working on your spiritual awakening, as your mentors and tutors. We, the Arcturians, have been involved in this tutorship of humanity since ancient times, making sure that your evolutionary process is guided and will reach fully its goal: a human civilization of highest spiritual accomplishment. Our highly evolved spiritual civilization is actually what humanity will realize in the future.

My dear ones, do not underestimate the importance of your contact with us, as we fuel constantly and directing higher energies and light to your planet and individuals, like yourself. We are constantly around you, it is our service, entrusted to us by the Christed High Council of the Heavens whose Divine Intention is your awakening as a fully Christed Race.

We are always easily to reach and to talk to, if this is your desire. We are here to heal and to inspire and to help your individual and collective spiritual growth.

We are your friends and your guides.

Uriel's Message -- You Do Your Best in All Things

The present moment is more than the moment in which you are aware of yourself in your reality, it is also the total of all moments before it and the beginning of the next moment. In each moment you bring in the energies of all lifetimes, the knowing of all experiences and the highest energetic vibration that you can be at in that moment. In each moment you are the best that you can be, you do the most that you are capable of and you are at the only energetic vibration you can be at. When you feel you can do more, it is because you have connected with a different vibration whose potential is inviting you to step into transformation.

This does not make any part of your reality wrong, it simply means that you have completed your learning at that vibration, all understanding has been achieved and the experiences it holds for you have been fulfilled. The doorway to new realities often opens before the one to your existing reality has closed. So a new vibrational awareness becomes available before you have left the one you are in. Being in two different energetic levels is confusing as each pulls you in a different direction. The old energy pulls you into the past, which is known and predictable, the new one compels you to explore an unknown future. Which will you choose?

At any level of energetic vibration, what you do is what you are capable of because each level has its own lessons and learning, experience, potential, possibilities and realities. You bring all of your learning into each vibrational experience and this allows you to become the fulfillment of that experience, according to your soul's desire for healing. The divine perfection of each experience is related to your individual perfection, which is aligned with your learning, healing and transformation. There is no other path available to you. This is your experience, you do your best as you accomplish your own learning and healing. Seeking to copy others or achieve their results is not possible because your best is all you can do.

The best you can do is between you and Source; there is no expectation or desired result, all learning is done in accordance with your soul's contract, the healing path you have chosen in each lifetime and the total of all lifetime experiences. Transformation is simply a step into a new vibrational energy, a step into either the direction of karma or creation, in which you embrace past or future, according to your abilities. The potential of each moment awaits you as you choose according to your abilities and knowing. See each moment as a doorway that invites you to experience your divinity and as you embrace new potentials, an opportunity to move farther into your own heaven on earth.

We would like you to sense and welcome joy. Let yourself examine the feeling of joy. When are you filled with joy? What are the conditions? What is the situation? We invite you to practice the awareness of joy-being in the vibration, the feeling, the emotion of joy. Your body chemistry will change when you bring an awareness of joy into your moments.

 

Over time, you will understand that joy is a natural state of being. It is a Vibrational way out of the mass consciousness grid. It is the ladder, the rope, the lifejacket. When you learn to feel, sense, experience joy as the dominant vibration in your life, you are free. When you hold a joy vibration more often than any other emotion, you are in a position of powerful creating. You are in the Divine flow.

 

We urge you to journey back in time and recall when you were taught to not express your joy... When did you shut down the avenues to your joy? When the events were emotionally painful, you closed down the vibrations of joy/appreciation/ gratitude/love and carried the denser vibrations of fear, rejection, and anger. Go back... and bring into memory one of the higher-frequency emotions. Go back and collect your joy, like a game of finding the golden egg.

QUESTION: I am aware that we are all connected...as we individually learn something or raise to higher vibrations, it naturally pulls up the rest of the world.... does it stand to reason that even if some people did NOTHING - their vibrations would raise just because we are connected to the collective consciousness and or source field ?
 

ANSWER: Yes....when we heal ourselves we heal the world. Everyone who truly wants to heal the world ~ really needs to focus on the healing of the SELF. Oftentimes, people will externalize everything outside of themselves ~ thinking they need to change external circumstances ~ when what we really need to change is our own internal consciousness, which in affect will directly shift the consciousness of the entire planet. For example, everything going on in the world today is a reflection of humanity's lack of love for the self. If we truly loved and honored ourselves....we would not give our power away to external sources to make decisions for us nor would we choose to engage in any kind of activity that would compromise the integrity of our LIGHT. Everything happening NOW is a direct response to lifetimes of unbalanced thoughts, emotions, feelings and actions. However, that is changing because we are each starting to take responsibility for ourselves and we are also willing to do the inner work necessary to heal and bring ourselves back into wholeness. We do have a direct affect on every single person on this planet, and through vibrational resonance, we help others also awaken to the fact that they too will need to do the inner work necessary to heal and expand their consciousness. For those who choose to not rise in vibration.....they will choose to leave this planet and will reincarnate somewhere else where they will get to continue their learning in a low vibrational, fear filled, egoic, dualistic environment. There is no judgment for this choice ~ all souls are deeply loved and are given as many opportunities as they would like to either begin to evolve their soul or continue the cyclic pattern of de-volution. We can spiral up or down in consciousness ~ the Creator loves us so much we have been given the free will to create however we want ......but our life, level of joy and happiness, will be a reflection of our level of vibration and expansion of consciousness. For the most part....a large part of humanity is choosing to evolve and rise up.....we have grown tired of separation, chaos and the illusions of fear ~ and we are willing to do what it is going to take to return our selves and the planet back to LOVE. When we heal our SELF ~ that is the biggest contribution we can make to the healing of the Earth.

Out of the Box

The dimensions are a matter of frequency and vibration. Humans travel from one dimension to another many times a day. If it is not within their belief system, they are not aware of this and will not recognize this happening. For them it does not exist.

You only see what you believe. Your reality matches your beliefs. That's the tricky part. You look out at your reality and see a certain experience. You see it... it looks real, feels real, and others agree that it's real. Therefore, it must be real.
You continue to gather proof of its realness. You even write books about its realness. You have organizations around its realness. You fight for its realness. It is only real because you are operating in a frequency or belief that makes it real. This is what is termed a locked down reality. Everything strengthens the illusion and strengthens the beliefs of the illusionary realness.

The key is to begin to stretch your beliefs, stretch your knowing. You have a term that is excellent which invites this stretch - Think out of the box.

Notice when your experiences feel limiting. Notice when you are thinking thoughts that do not empower you. Notice when you feel shut down. Notice when you long for more yet feel trapped. Notice when you sense there is something more that could unfold. When that is happening you are touching the sides of your limitation box.

At those moments you can shift the frequency, you can shift your mental vibration and begin to allow another reality to emerge, practice stretching, expanding your way of viewing events. Practice a visualization of being above the events or just outside the event. Change your perspective, your viewpoint, just a little.

Allow the sides of your belief box to expand to include something slightly different, slightly new, something that you “normally” would not even consider a possibility because it would be too far out, too unreal. Remember you see what you believe.

Making connections with other dimensions is just a matter of stepping out of the box, the limited mental or emotional box. It is vibrating at a higher frequency, stepping out of old limited beliefs and welcoming the awareness of your multidimensional starself.

Allow a softening, a merging of the dimensions, a flow, gentle and smooth shifting frequency and vibration. The golden key is conscious practice of vibrating joy, gratitude and appreciation, moment to moment to moment. These are high frequency vibrations; they allow your box of limited thinking to disappear.
