My dear friends, I would like to be completely honest with you, and I want to use an analogy to do that. Have you ever been in a conversation with someone who complains the entire time you are with them, they always talk about the negative side of life, and how much their life is bad, and they can plot out all of their ailments, and tell you about every bad thing that has happened to them? Do you know these people? Then after you leave your time with them, you feel drained, exhausted, your vibration is lower, and you may even start to get negative yourself.

The reality is that a Truly Loving being does not seek problems, they seek solutions. The person in the above statement is not seeking a solution, they are seeking a problem, and they are seeking to magnify that problem. When you offer them a solution, it is never quite good enough, and they will always find an excuse as to why its not good enough, because they have to perpetuate their problem.

The thing to realize in situations like this is there is no winner, and you will never be able to find a solution, because the person in question enjoys their problems. Yes, I said it, they enjoy their problems. Somewhere along the way they decided life would be far easier for them if they "expected" the bad rather than the good, the have grown comfortable in this mind set, they are literally happy being miserable.

It is not up to you to change their minds, or to make them better, you can't. The most loving thing you can do is simply leave them be. And I say this with love, but this goes very ever person who focuses on the negative in the news, the negative in our galaxy, the negative about planet earth, and the negative about just anything else. You have gotten so use to living in terror, that to live is hope seems impossible. But some of us choose to believe, even when all odds are against us, because it FEELS good to believe, and that is different than knowing, One is from the HEART, the other is from the mind.

I care nothing about death. It doesn't matter to me, and I am simply being honest with you. I have already died once, came back. Death is not something scary to me, it is simply a transition. Anyone who is holding onto the illusion of death is still holding onto their physical bodies, the physical body is temporary, the spirit is eternal. It does not matter to me if I go out in a body bag, or in a space ship, either way I am going out, it is simply change.

Death has no meaning, life has meaning. When you have lost everything, died, lost your mind, lost everything you held dear, and then you wake up from it, you do not mourn, you APPRECIATE. Life has new meaning. Everything becomes more vibrant, because even one day of JOY is better than a thousand years of suffering. Do you understand this?

Until you let go of this fear of death, you will always live in fear. Until you give up the attachment of your bodies, you will always live in your body. Until you accept responsibility for your actions, your actions will ALWAYS be the result of someone else, created or otherwise.

You are the SOLE person responsible for your actions in this life, and how you affect others IS your responsibility. I just read how some people were committing SUICIDE over thinking 2012 was the end of the world. If you do not realize how your words, thoughts, and deeds affect others at this point, there is nothing I can do to impress upon you its implications.

I am sorry my friends, but I do not care to have blood on my hands. When I care for others, I take that job very seriously, and I do not respect anyone, at any time, who plays with other peoples hearts frivolously.

My dear ones, this is not a negative lesson, this is a needed kick in the pants. Sometimes we get so complacent in our own selfishness, we forget that there are other people too. Please, let go of your own fear. If the world ends tomorrow, rejoice.

I love you, and I am asking you, my family, please, no more negativity period. Your own job is to love one another, to care about the earth, and to enjoy your life. It is NOT your responsibility, to solve all the worlds problems. There is only one problem, fear, and there is only one solution, Love. If you do not understand this by now, I do not know what else can be done to convince you.

What is compassion and how is it different from love?

A simple way to say this is that compassion is love in action, or love in tangible form. What makes it tangible is that a human being feels it. It is an energy that moves through you, where love is the energy that makes you. Love is the energy that makes everything. Love is the inherent vibration of everything.

Compassion is like love in motion. It is love as it exists when it is transmitted through a person. It become human and therefore both felt and also able to be applied to the world around you. Compassion and love are the same energy taking on a different form. Compassion, we say it is inherently human and that is an important thing to understand because it helps explain one of the reasons that human beings exist.

Love already exists in the universe. In fact, love is far more readily available and easier to access when you are not human. When you are not human, you remember who you really are and you remember that you are made of love. Therefore it becomes literally impossible to act out of anything other than love because you are constantly aware that love is what you are. When you are human, you forget that love. You forget your true nature.

Accessing love or choosing love becomes a radical and powerful act. Any act based on love is foremost compassion. Compassion comes when you choose to see the world through the eyes of love. Compassion exists based on your choice to see a situation with love in your heart. To see everything that is happening as a form of love. To look for what you can love in a situation and choose to put your focus there. All of that is what makes compassion.

Compassion is always a choice. You are born with the pure energy of love but you have to choose that love in order to have compassion. So compassion is incredibly sacred because it is deeply entwined with your free will. Compassion does not happen by accident. It is always a choice. Part of the purpose of being human is to figure out how to make that choice as often and as powerfully as possible.

How can we find compassion for something that we do not love?

The way to do this is to first understand that love exists in everything, even in the most hurtful situation. Even the most mean-spirited person or the most mean spirited act has love embedded somewhere, because love is the core energy of everything. When someone is mean spirited, when someone does something hurtful, it is always in a misguided, confused effort to feel better about themselves, or in other words, to feel loved or to feel lovable.

When someone is finally led to an act that is mean or hurtful or ugly, it is only because that is their best effort given where they have come from and what they have experienced before. That is their best effort at feeling better and at feeling love again.

Of course, as most of you have learned, those mean-spirited acts might seem to provide immediate relief to feeling hurt, but in the long run, they actually bring less love rather than more love to your consciousness. Each of you is learning to let go of mean spirited activities. You are learning to let go of small-minded thoughts and continue to embrace love -- to continue to choose compassion.

When you see something that you do not love, you see something ugly, or hurtful or otherwise distasteful to you, it is important to look under the surface of what you see for how anyone involved is being motivated by love. How deep down every person desperately wants to feel loved. If you can find that underneath all of the ugliness on the surface, you will find the ability to have compassion for that.

Even if you cannot understand or relate to or accept a hurtful action taken by someone, you can always embrace with compassion the sense that they are acting out of hurt. Assume that somewhere along the way that person been hurt. A trick you can use here when you are really struggling to feel compassion for someone, imagine that person as a young child. Imagine what might have brought them to this situation.

If they are behaving badly, you can assume that they have only been treated this badly or even worse, probably when they were too young to defend themselves.

If you can start to think about that and feel compassion for that imagined child version of them, it will soften you. Feeling compassion for what you imagine them to have been as a child is the same thing as feeling compassion for them in the current moment. The compassion exists either way. That is a shortcut or a way that many of you can use to get underneath what you are reacting to on the surface.

Another thing that is incredibly important here is that you, each of you, must continue to heal the ways that you have been hurt. Often when you are struggling to feel compassion it is because whatever is happening on the surface is reminding you too much of something that has hurt you in the past. It is bringing you back to a place in your mind where you feel powerless and you feel small.

When you react out of something out of compassion, it is typically because you too are feeling hurt and you end up feeling badly yourself. It is so important that you continually dedicate yourselves to noticing where you falter.

To continue to name those parts of your life where you behaved badly. Where your compassion feels out of reach. Instead of imagining your compassion is out of reach because that other person is behaving badly, consider that your compassion is out of reach because you have been so deeply hurt there that you need to back away from this situation and go back to your memories. Go back to the question, "How did I get hurt?" "How can I heal that?" "What am I carrying around with me that is just waiting to get triggered?" As you resolve those things, compassion becomes quite an easy thing to reach on a daily basis.

How do we reach complete self-forgiveness for choices we have made that have harmed others? Particularly harmed our children?

The process of self-forgiveness is very similar to the process of achieving compassion. Forgiveness occurs when you find that part of yourself that you have compassion for. Working on self-forgiveness will often lead you to looking at what went wrong and recognizing that at the time you really were doing the best that you could do. Because it really is true that at any given time, even when someone is making huge mistakes, all of you are doing the best you can given what is happening to you in the past. Given how you have been hurt before, given the resources or lack of resources you have experienced in your life so far. What you will need to do is you will need to go back and consider that when you made those mistakes you were working with the tools that you had. Some of those tools were lacking. You will need to go back even further to your childhood and recognize what you got or what you did not get, that led you to an inadequate toolbox.

When you get there you will find that you need to do some forgiving of your parents, your guardians, your teachers, any of the people who hurt you or did not hurt you enough in your childhood. When you go there, what you will have to do is recognize that those adults in your childhood were doing the best that they could do given how they got hurt. What you will do is you will keep going backwards like a domino effect. You will keep going backwards and you will find that each person is handed a limited set of tools for their life and then they do the best they can do and they make mistakes. Ultimately, forgiveness of your self means forgiveness of the entire situation.

To forgive your self, you must forgive those who hurt you, and those who hurt them. You will reach the need for forgiveness of the society that oppressed your ancestors, and forgiveness of your ancestors who oppressed your parents, and forgiveness of your parents who oppressed you and so on. This is the way forgiveness works. This is the reason it can be so tricky to attain -- forgiveness does not happen at one time. It is a state of being. You cannot forgive one act you made without forgiving the whole situation that led you there. That includes all of the other mistakes you have made as well.

Forgiveness becomes more a state of mind than a list for you to check things off of. Forgiveness becomes the choice to see yourself and your life and your mistakes through the eyes of love, through the eyes of compassion -- to see yourself with compassion. This is achievable for all of you and in fact, it is becoming more and more possible for all of you to live in this state of forgiveness and compassion. But it will not happen by accident and it will not happen because anyone else changed it for you. It will happen because you make the choice. Then in the next moment, you make the choice again and so on until you are living most of your moments in a state of forgiveness. (June 2011)

When you lose a loved one, consider that there is a blessing in it. You may not see a blessing. A blessing does not have to be visible to you. Nevertheless, it is there. It may be a blessing for another, yet a blessing for another is also a blessing for you. You do not have to understand. You have to go forward. That is a commandment I give. Go forward. See far, and hop to it.

Do not underestimate yourself, and do not underestimate Me. Refrain from second-guessing yourself, and refrain from second-guessing Me. I do not see amiss. If you do not yet see the Vastness that I do see, correct yourself. Take Me at My word. My word is Love. My existence is Love. And you are My love. You are the love of My choice. I accept you gladly and wholeheartedly. Will you accept Me?

It has been said that in the Earth world, there is no perfection. Do not believe that. There is perfection. Have you never looked at the stars? Have you never looked into eyes? Have you never seen a baby? Have you never looked into the palm of your hand?
And I am telling you that you also are perfection. Nothing prevents you from being in the perfect image from which you were made. You were not made from a cookie-cutter. I molded each of you by hand. I made you thus and so. I made someone else thus and so. I never got bored. I never lost My place. I loved you into existence. Every single person on Earth I made with love, the love from My heart.

Beloveds, you see obstacles. I don’t see obstacles. Obstacles are ideas in your head. All the obstacles you see are not there. When you cannot go one way, then go another.

There are no problems. How well you see problems. Problems in the world are a hobby. They are no more than a hobby. You attribute whatever you attribute to being a problem and so you engage in solving it. If you accepted that there were not problems, what would you solve? What would you do with yourself? What would occupy you? What hobby would you take up then?

Seek forth blessings from now on. Be a fine collector of blessings. Solve yourself with blessings. Store them in your heart. This is the way to go. I bless you. Now know you are blessed. Know that I embrace you with blessings.

You are blessed. As you think of your blessings, they multiply. This is how you become more blessed. This is how you become bless-ed.

I am so grateful as I sit here this morning to post this new entry to the Buffalo Diaries! It comes in the moments of stillness, the knowing of what to do, so 2 days after my last post, I set about to clear some energy that was holding me back. I saw where it was blocking my connection to Source and I went in with all my Shamanic tools. The room hadn’t been used in a while and much energy of the past was pooled in the stagnant space. Things began whirling when I set about to clear it and much was forgiven. The blocks began to recede and the vibration began to lift.

Energy is always moving, even when in stillness there is the flow from Source… movement and as I began to bring movement to a place where it had been absent for so long many things shifted and the vibration continued to rise up into the Higher Consciousness. When I brought my computer in, albeit a little too soon, the energy zapped my hard drive. Phhhhhht… There were initial reports of the logic board plus all that entailed, so I left my computer at the Mac Clinic in Sedona and allowed for the highest good. These past days have been spent working the vibrational reality and honing in on the higher frequencies of consciousness. New understandings and continued healing has brought me to another place of discovery.

I know the importance of maintaining the highest vibration at all times and understand the nature of flow much better now. It came from the Journey, this peaceful knowing that if I let it, all aligns to the Loving Timeline, providing the perfect experience in every moment. There is much appreciation in this way of being and the presence brought about by the practice it requires is quite exhilarating. Everything is possible and those possibilities are infinite and attainable by those who choose to take total personal responsibility for every thought, word or action they have ever created or are creating right now in this current moment.

This is the place where Creation begins. It feels like life is overflowing, radiant, abundant, PURE. There is depth in the stillness of these calm waters of thought and in the letting go of those that do not serve the higher good, comes that stillness. In the flow there is only the highest good for all of Creation. It really does feel good and that is the place to create a life experience… These past few days have shown me what can be accomplished by going to the highest vibration of consciousness before anything else. I have come to say that is my first responsibility before anything else and have seen the difference it makes in the interactions and experiences of a day. Coming into higher consciousness brings source connection and that is what brings about the Authentic Experience.

My thoughts are inspirations when I am in this place I am describing. Everything is attainable and I remember how it all works. I know when I am here, as it does feel really good, but there are other signs as well. Synchronicity is one of them, meetings and experiences that are divinely aligned. It is an adventure in a reality that is molded by my own interaction with it. I have experienced this as an energetic fact and it is very much my reality now. This is a place of highly charged prana and possibilities. Here is the place of sonnets and breezeways, lichen and redwoods, crystal clear water and air as crisp as fall’s breath. This is the Divineand it is the Authentic Experience. Everything is perfect…

Moment to moment diligence and knowing when I am other than in the flow and what to do to get back in is what it has taken to secure this cohesive and consistent experience. I have found that the only effort that is necessary is to get into this stream of consciousness, this place of knowing and connection to Source… the rest comes from it. It was the hardest lesson, my mind always wanting to take me on some ride away from the work, but in seeking the Truth I have seen it now in my own way. My efforts are effortless when I am on the Loving Timeline and my actions, borne of pure thought and intention move me towards the highest good for all Creation. I am aligned with my Soul’s purpose and knowing this I am always in the right place at the right time with the presence to know what to do. I am divinely guided to action through inspiring feelings that I choose to nourish with my Love for All Creation. My consciousness raises consciousness around me and my vibration is a magnetic frequency that attracts like vibration to me.

The experiences show the way and once one learns what to look for, that miraculous adventure begins and spectacular things happen exposing an energetic reality that is undeniable. This, where it all happens in its quantum way, is our life experience that promises to be radically different if we choose to experience it another way. I have… and what a difference it has made.
