"Ask Dr. Know, there is nothing I don't"....    But mind you, Dr.Know is cunning. He'll trick you out of your answers, like a Ferengi out for profit. Let's first stay a bit closer to Now in the other direction, to set the mood. It originally displayed as duration 3:33 for you numerical freaks out there...

And I got tricked again! Not really remembering the lyrics, just that I liked it way back for no particular reason at all, and that it was about feelings in general, I decided to play you Morris Albert and Feelings...

... only to listen to the lyrics and find the sentiment displayed here is strikingly similar to the situation I find myself in Now! Even the dedication at the start fits, because M to me stands for one of the aliases Seda used on the sites where she appears. But then I guess this article is about me resolving this once and for all.

Have you found the answer yet? Input or Output? I'm not moving here until you decide on any of the many interesting possibilities available to you right Now! Mind you, it is a preliminary choice only, I'll not hold you in contempt for answering wrongly, or changing your mind afterwards. I just want you to realize where you are coming from....

In fact there are no wrong answers, because anything you decide is the rule in your particular nick of the woods,  that I know for sure. And that is not a decision made by my brain or even my mind: they have been taken offline by a head cold since last night, which thoroughly restricted the occurrance of vibration of any kind inside my skull cavity, except for the forced vibration of me trying to clear it with rolls of toilet paper . The backup cavity has no such problems, because my 6.3 liter V2 lungs leave my heart plenty of room, so here goes.... [nothing deleted on purpose].

Actually, backup system is a completely incorrect term. It's more of a doubly redundant  system, with both holding equal capabilities, running in tandem, and both capable of mastering the ship should the other be a bit less up to speed on things....

Feelings are 'All of the Above' LITERALLY! They are not just inputs in the sense that they are immutable constants that you have to deal with, or even outputs in the sense that you and only you decide on how you feel about a certain thing. It is more of and endless stream of the following:

• Condition: observed either outside or inside OneSelf.
• Decision: How do you feel about it?
• Free will: what do we want to do about it?
• Action: and even no action is action.

Mostly, we figure there is only one free will moment in each cycle of this endless loop, because ending the list gets you right back to square One! But look again, and find the hidden Free Will in there....  Right! "How Do You Feel About It?" hides the first moment of choice. And even though the options we eventually become aware of may be limited in number, the feelings we may conjure up about any observed phenomenon are NOT! It is an endless range of shades, nuances, outright polarities and what not that is on display here! Our mind presents us with one default choice mostly, which worked best in the past. But if we don't like the choices available to us as a result, why not change the rules of the game by setting the mood to something entirely different? That is what we usually call "Thinking outside the Box"

So back to the mood set by Morris Albert. He obviously has set his mood, and chose to lament the past and his inability to forget it. Well, I can't forget it either, but fortunately I have clever girls! (movie quiz: "Clever Girl!"  who said it to whom in what movie?)  Anyway, this time it was Melanie who 'reminded' me literally: her MSN tagline recently read: "Don't cry because  it's over, laugh because it happened!" And so, yes I do!

Now people tell us often enough we have free will, but not all of them realize we also have that same power of Will over our feelings and sentiments. And that really makes all the difference! It is like solving a Rubik's Cube the Engineers way: rather than sticking to the choices you appear to have, you just flip out a corner piece, take it apart, and then reassemble it any way you like!

So, what do you think? With all this awesome engineer's power, would I choose this as my next approach?

Yep, Carlos Santana made it into a hit, but these guys did the creational work, I guess.....  But no, not my choice either. I could go on endlessly, given the amount of songs written and performed about romantic love. There are as many moods in there as there are fleas on a stray dog's skin. So give me a while to decide on which sentiment feels most like the one I happen to be partial to today....

Now I don't know about you, but to me Hope is a concept you decide on, which doesn't block anything else. It is not waiting as much as it is leaving a door open while being busy with other things, not leaving the phone off the hook because you're busy doing other things....

Listen to Me carefully here. The circumstances of birth are not an accident. All circumstances are to grow from. Someone in opulence certainly seems wealthier than someone in hunger. If you were born spoiled, you have to rise from that. If you were born poor, from that you too have to rise. Each person born on Earth is born to rise from the circumstances he finds himself in.

When one is in a hot desert, it is too easy to say: “You must find water.” And yet each man must find water for himself. And if you are in the desert, and you have a flask of water, of course, you share it. You share your water, and yet you do not foster dependence in another upon your water.

Once upon a time, there were no airplanes. They were not believed in. It took two brothers, so I have heard, to believe in the idea of man’s being able to fly before the airplane could come into being.

Belief is important. If you believe that water has to come to you from someone else’s hand, what water will you find on your own?

It has been said that to him who believes, all things are possible. And to him who does not believe that all things are possible, all things are possible, yet, what has he cut himself off from? I am speaking of lifting consciousness so that all men on Earth are free and independent and no one is needy. Neediness has been believed in. What purpose could neediness serve but to point the way to fulfillment? Neediness is not needed. It is not necessary. It is not inevitable.

The world does not need the have not’s in order to have the have’s. All the bonds of life are false premises, and they are to get beyond.

Discouragement is understandable, yet it is not meant to be a way of life. Discouragement breeds discouragement. Have courage instead. Break the bonds that bind you. Open your heart to yourself. Blame no one and nothing. Rise.

St Clare We Are Blessed

Greetings, our most beloved partners in this ascension process. We come to you on this day as you approach the Full Moon. Be aware that the incoming influx of energies are coming specifically to suit those changes that you are experiencing presently.

As you reach a new stage and are ready for your next level, the influx of energies are coordinated to match your individual and collective stages. And with the shifts occurring during each of these stages, it allows for the energy to become raised. So you see, it is a give and take between you and the energies directed to you from various places throughout the universe, which originate from the Great Central Sun as they work their way through the various coordinates throughout the universe on their journey to planet Earth.

You might even celebrate on the full moon, once a month, in celebration of your different stages of initiations and graduations. You are well deserving of celebrating the great and many changes that you have gone through and continue to go through. Those who are not aware of what occurs have no idea still, yet it affects every aspect of their lives. If only they could become aware of why they feel the way they do, of why they are experiencing what they are. What a blessing that would be!

But as you receive these energies and make your shifts individually and collectively, it does set the pathway for them to follow. They have no idea of what is being done for them. All they need to do is to speak a kind word, smile at a stranger and to partake of very small service daily, which would create an opening in their awareness that would raise their vibration and would continue to raise their vibration. It is very simple yet there are those who choose to not see and to not hear. But it is their path, be wise, let them be, as it is their choice to not smile or to say hello. It is in these simple small acts that they can make their choice. If only they knew…so simple, yet with their choices, it creates for them so much complexity. These complexities tend to be turned on others. There is blame involved, there is guilt created; yet it is theirs to do. Love them from a distance for in withholding love for these ones, you withhold love for yourself.

For those blessed with love in their lives, whether it be a partner, children, parents and friends, you are the most blessed of all. And in these times we tell you that the expression of your Love for those you care for is paramount, for it allows the energy of love to grow and grow. It is like passing a torch to a beloved one’s hand. They are able to pass it to another’s hand. In this, love is amplified. It grows, expands and spreads. See it being carried in the jet stream current, in the waves of the ocean that are carried from shore to shore. You know that what is most important is Love.

The influx of energy being brought now is one of such great Love, a love energy as never before. It is for you; embrace the Love that comes to you from the most high of places, for it is the expression of the most magnificent One. Share it, express it and pass it on. By acknowledging it, you send it back to All That Is.

And most importantly, love yourselves for the goodness that you are. Love yourself for the faults that you take so seriously. Lighten up in these times and know that by doing so, it carries you through difficult times. See humor in all that you can. And really, what is there in your life to take so seriously that it creates such emotional and physical stress? Remember the circle of life; it can never be broken. It revolves as the wheel that is the Great Central Sun. And you are what makes up this great wheel of life. Your part in important changes that occur regularly are incomparable.

You are doing it. You have reached ascension status and you are in your ascension process. Is that not something to celebrate? No matter how distressed you may feel, no matter how tragic the state of your planet and the state of the suffering of humanity may seem, know that your planet and you are blessed with the journey of ascension. Painful as it can be at times, it can be just as joyful, peaceful, abundant, hopeful and loving. Because you carry all of these attributes of divinity within yourself, you can reach inward and access them at anytime, so why not do so! Smile, laugh, crack a joke, even when you are by yourself. Laugh at it, laugh at yourself. Remember how the vibration of humor uplifts and raises your energy. And once again, we urge you to do all that raises your energy.

Be blessed, walk in the comforting Light and know that it is done. Indeed, all is well. Ignore news reports of all kinds which carry fear. A life on a planet of fear has passed. Say goodbye to it. Create your own daily news reports of humor, of upliftment, of good times.

A promise has been made to you, a promise that is being kept, a promise that is coming to fruition. Never forget this.

We see that you wander off the path occasionally, some on a more consistent basis than others, and it is yours to do. And that is all part of your choices. At times it seems impossible not to wander from the path. It is all right.

We are aware that you wander less and less from your path. So you see, you have done it. With the way that time has been set up in your dimension, things appear to lag on forever. This will change. You are aware of all that we mention here today, so this is just a small reminder to continue and to keep your heads up. Look to the light and enjoy the moments. Turn to us for comfort, we are here and our desire is to serve and assist you in all ways that we can. And turn to your loved ones, for they provide special love and support for you.

Know that there are an untold multitude of beings from faraway places who love you and who highly approve of your journeys and what you have done with them.

See these new energies as the time of old doors that have closed and new ones that have opened for you to create what you desire. Manifest a bold reality of what is to come. Do not allow yourselves to open those doors that have closed. Lean towards the open doors of opportunity, for they are vast and full of all of creation. It is for you to choose what you see when you open and walk through that door. In this time of endings, it is a time for beginnings. Take all that is good in your new beginnings and love it. Express and embrace your love for your own creations.

Do you question why God allows evil to exist in the world since it creates so much pain and suffering? If you are children of the light, why do you live in a world that can be so dark? If everything on the earth has a purpose to glorify the light, how can evil participate in this purpose? Is evil part of ascension? You who have suffered from your experiences of the dark, of evil, of separation and powerlessness wonder why this energy is part of the earth. It is here as part of the third dimensional journey from separation to connection, which is the path from fear to love.

As with everything on the earth plane, evil's purpose is to magnify light. In this plane of duality it is one of many paths whose vibration is grounded in fear. Those who embody the vibration of evil also remind you of the light. Because they have agreed to embody fear and its vibration in their lifetime, their actions and words allow duality to be exposed in ways that cannot be accomplished by those who walk the path of light. The most evil in humanity are those who bring you to the depths of darkness and allow many to choose light instead. Without darkness, light cannot be experienced and each one must choose light over darkness. This is the purpose of ascension.

The journey from separation to connection is one that takes you from darkness to light. This is one of many choices for your path, which you must choose from your heart. You must be willing to choose the light and to reject evil not because you are in fear but because you choose to honor the light within you and allow it to be the prevailing energy on your path. Light illuminates the darkness and the choice of light raises the vibration of fear but energies are still available as choices. This is the journey you created for ascension and those who choose light can walk this path; those who do not have more darkness to experience before they can choose the path of light, love and freedom from fear. This is the reason for ascension.

You transform evil when you move from fear to love. It is easy to choose light from a place of fear simply because the light will ease your pain. But once you are free from pain and out of fear, do you still choose the light? This choice is made in each moment, when you choose connection over separation, divinity or powerlessness, love over fear. Whether the choice is for dark or light, love or fear, evil or good, all is in divine order in the ascension journey and each path simply reflects the vibration and level of light that it can. As more choose light and the earth's vibration is moved beyond the duality of fear, evil will be transformed into light and peace and love will be the ways of the world.

                                                         I was given a gift and it was an inexpensive ring with a purple haze color bead on it.   I thought the color was mystical and liked it for the vibration of its hue.   So this morning I picked out a purple outfit to wear to match the piece of jewerly.   When I was outside I noticed the ring wasn't purple but a blue/green.   The feeling of elation overwhelmed me like a spell that a young child came up with.   The ring was magic and responded to outdoor sunlight and indoor light.  I tried to figure out its scientific components but I couldn't tell if the ring was polished plastic or glass or real stone.  This is what I wanted, a day of inspiration, mystery, silly intrigue.  It took a trinket to bring me to life in that special child like way that was so in love with all of the tomorrows of the future.  As night fell I looked at the ring again and it was back to the purple sheen.  I put it in my treasure box with a note:  Never sabotage ones connection to whimsical ideas or bling.

Often with people close to me who seem to be bent on repeating the choices that got them things they didn't want, this means "Acting as If" I don't notice this recurrence!  Which by and large often means not saying anything and practically ignoring all kinds of stuff until I learn to have more grace!  Regardless, it's working. 

The thing is: I realized that if I believe (as I do) that life is PERFECT, lacking nothing.  As am I.  Then at any given moment this is, indeed true.  Right?  Which means if there is anytime in which I'm not feeling this--it's ME--it's not that it's not true.  So its up to me to harmonize into this vibration and find that feeling so I can know and relish life as it is.

This means if I am irritated that what I want that I don’t have isn’t here--I AM out of sync with LIFE.  I'm at war in a way with life, myself and the Universe.  (Yuck!)  Guess who needs to budge here?  Me.

Assuming and responding to life as though all is PERFECT...that life is showing up in the perfect way in the perfect time is easier said then done (obviously) for anyone who has attempted this energetic entry to “allowing”. 

Yup—that’s what it is, really ALLOWING.  And when we get good at it, we realize it's more than allowing, it's RECEIVING.  We’re receiving.  We're been given to, abundantly!  In each and every moment!  

Let's explore some of the simple awareness that is involved with being in harmony and peace with our lives...check in and see if you have these feelings at least daily, and preferably repeatedly throughout the day.

Here goes...

I AM alive.  I have this amazing body in which my spiritual vessel exists.  My body.  Wow.  How I love this body?  It goes right on doing everything and knowing how to, without my direction.  Even when in the past I didn't like the way it looked very much or the way it felt.  It goes right on, not being difficult, but being a wise, tapped in way for me to experience LIFE on EARTH.  I know you think this is basic and take it for granted.  But how can we take this for granted?  Isn't it everything?  It's HOME.  Without this we would not have a home.  So instead of feeling frustrated that I don't know "how" to buy a big Mediterranean style house yet in Pasadena that also has a studio for painting and a pool, I'm going to LOVE my body for being my home.  Loyal.  Devoted.  Hard working.  Self-repairing.  Excellent.

I AM breathing.  I am effortlessly being supported by mother Earth and the beautiful trees around me who produce oxygen in spades so I never feel out of breath unless I'm stretching myself physically and that's not about available oxygen.

I AM profoundly LOVED.  All-that-is is flowing love to me all the time if I just allow myself to know that I am innately worthy of everything and I choose to believe and experience this.  When I KNOW I AM profoundly loved (which I do) I feel SO good!  SO happy!  I am alive, breathing and in the world flooded with LOVE...excellent!!!

Now what?

I AM impulsed by my desires which give my life orientation and direction!  I can trust these impulses entirely.  I don't have to figure life out!  Everything that feels good to me is something I can trust.  I don't even have to understand it.  How cool is that?  I can just allow myself to be led by my inner voice and watch the mystery of how the Universe makes my life amazing happen without me figuring it out!

I AM in perfect harmony with everyone else! The universe choreographs all of our inner impulses and as long as I'm following mine and letting everyone else do their things I AM totally free!  And I live in absolute peace and harmony!  Things flow into my life with ease and I am able to enjoy living in a peaceful world and a peaceful Universe.

Guess what?  No one else needs to participate for any of this to be the way you experience life.  So you've heard all of this kind of stuff before and the Law of Attraction/Allowing bit isn't working?

I can confidently say that the only reason we get the results that feel like our life is "now working" is because we're NOT allowing and enjoying, we're noticing how much our life is not working.  Abraham-Hicks says all of this so often, diversely and well, and it's simple.

Simple?  If we're unhappy with life we're not allowing.  If we're trying to figure stuff out with our brain by analyzing the problem and deciding what to do we're not being divinely inspired and led.

It's subtle to notice this and make the shift--for it's really lots and lots of small shifts.  You have to pay attention to YOU.  Not anyone else, nor what they say or do, but to you and how you feel about YOU and YOUR LIFE.

I discovered my own personal trick to getting in this space because of one very deeply held desire I have: I want to do what I want each and every day without exception.

That might appeal to some of you?

So this is what I discovered.  To have a sustainable life--meaning one in harmony with the world, one which I can maintain easily and without negative impact on anything or anyone and for me, with ease, I have to first and foremost make peace with life as it is.  RIGHT NOW.

So (and now we're getting to the good stuff--money and all) if what I want is to be self-employed as a writer/channel and do what I am inspired to do on a daily basis, I have to live that way right now.

Which for me meant in the beginning entirely altering my standard of living until I could organically grow the lifestyle I wanted BE-ing ME.

Ironically it happened rather organically.  I had mercury poisoning and was sick for a couple of years.  That'll get you down to the bare bones!  I spent my retirement, my savings and eventually had to declare bankruptcy because I didn't get well that fast.  Then I got well and I started over.  But when I started over I chose to only do things that were, for me sustainable.

Which means--things that feel innately me to me.  Stuff I know I can keep up because I love it.  Stuff that if I decide I want to change it I can and it's only up to me.  And I refused to take my monthly "nut" (the amount of bills I have monthly) and let it get big and stress me out.  I want to first of all experience receiving money from my business.  I can and do receive things in other ways, but I enjoy the experience of making money from my work.  So my lifestyle had to adjust to the income that I know how to manifest right now--what came easily and reliably.  Which at the beginning was practically nothing.  Which was fine--because it lets me grown as I'm inspired without feeling pressure or a need to "make money" to pay bills.  I create things that I offer for money because I AM inspired to experience these things!

So I simplified, organically.

I think this is happening to a lot of people I know.  Only it doesn't feel like our choice when it begins.

It's some kind of combination of ascension + blueprint emerging.  Our inner life is coming forth.  We get activated.  We need to go inward.  We need to spend time alone.  THAT is what will make us feel aligned and good.  So we get that--however it shows up.  Which is often through getting fired, laid-off, business declining, or health issues. 

Then we get tired of all this instead of seeing that we're being led to a sustainable life of ease and joy, peace and love, creativity and YES, abundance!

As we go through the process of integrating more light, and letting go of so many things, we have the opportunity to choose to live this life of ease.  We create this anew by truly considering what we are capable of enjoying and appreciating!

Moving toward a simple life is not about deprivation.  It's not about denying ourselves what makes us happy.  It's about awareness.  For me it is about getting rid of things that no longer contribute to my happiness.  It's about making sure my outer life--the way I create my experience in the world--is truly aligned and balanced with my inner life.

The result?

I feel SO rich!  I am abundantly resourced!  I have all my days to myself.  I'm 48 and I can do whatever I want all the time.  Okay--I don't have the ability to put my dog in a private jet and shoot off to Italy for a vacation.  But do I want that?  Not sure--hadn't thought of it until now.  Sounds like it might be fun.  If I get to some point where I'm really certain this kind of thing would give me profound happiness, I am confident it will show up.

I live in luxury.  I have the most wonderful office.  My work connects me to cool, interesting people.  I make more than enough money to pay all my bills on time and in full plus.   I have money to buy clothes, the high-end face cream I love, get my hair done and go out for dinner when I feel like it.  I took a 4 day vacation in July and went to the Ritz in Pasadena, stayed in a private suite and just wrote and ordered room service.  I buy any book I want and treat my cats and dogs to organic food.

The point is, somehow, I've simplified.  I'm even considering getting a different car when my lease is up.  Not because I can't pay for it, but because I've realized it's just too much car for me--considering I work from home and don't drive too much (as in 14K miles in 3+ years).  I think it would be fun to have something that was about transportation, good mileage + fun design.  So instead of my luxury SUV I'm looking at VW convertable bugs!  They're so cute and fun.  And I have to wonder when I got so serious about cars?  My resources are being re-allocated and flowing toward what gives me really deep pleasure!  Some of that extra money from the car will likely go elsewhere--vacations, or maybe it's time to start saving for a house with a pool or on a lake or wherever I decide I want to live next.

Somehow in this process of simplification I did the thing I always encourage other people to do: I leaned hard on the universe.  And guess what?  The Universe came through--in spades.

During my time with mercury poisoning I had gifts and friends who supported me in ways I could not have imagined.  One dear friend even took out a dental loan to pay for the proper removal of all of my fillings (10+) and has continued to pay off that debt to this day, just happy to be able to help me.

I am no longer buying Manolo Blahnick sandals for $545 like I used to.  Or shopping for Dana Buchman suits as I bought in Chicago during my consulting days.  I don't get a massage at Burke Williams every week either like I used to.  I don't live in a high rise on Lake Shore Drive, or go shopping just to see if I find something I like.  None of these things interest me anymore!  In fact?  Some of them even seem boring to me!   I've changed.

What I love now is how deeply involved in my life I am and discovering the things that do have bang for me--what gives me really deep happiness, makes me laugh out loud often and what is truly fun!  Those things were wonderful before, but they don't give me the buzz they used to. Truth is?  I'm too busy having fun WORKING because work for me is all about what I'm learning and sharing and I love it!  I wear jeans every day and a white tank top underneath a sweater or t-shirt.  Scarves and cashmere come out in the winter--but I have a couple of beautiful ones, not 20, and as a result my closet stays organized which I love!  I wear UGGS and Birkenstocks because I adore them and they suit me.  I love jeans from the Gap and have two pair I rotate. 

I play with and walk my dogs out side everyday.  I spend time in the mountains.  I eat lunch on my front porch in the sun amidst flowers and amazing beauty.  I rendezvous with friends or lie on the couch and have lengthy conversations over the phone in the middle of the day then take a nap.  Sometimes in the middle of the day I take a bath.  I cook for myself and enjoy growing herbs on my porch.  I sleep deeply at night when I feel tired and wake up when I want to.  My life is entirely my own.

It's perfect.

And more than perfect.  It's satisfying.  Deeply deeply satisfying.

I have ideas.  Things I'd like to experience that are new for me.  I'd like to learn Italian.  I loved learning Greek which was hard, but this one I suspect will be easier, and a trip to Italy at the end would be so much fun!  I keep seeing pictures of Maine and I've never been there and am sure I would love a road trip there with lots of hiking. 

I also want to finish my book and have the experience of connecting with my perfect agent, getting it published and seeing my life change with that and from that new platform imagining new stuff to create.

But amazingly...I now, could no longer care less when all this happens.  I know I'm a timeless, eternal being having a beautiful and perfect experience in this human body and focus of Meredith.

I AM blessed.  Grateful.  And allowing.  And the Universe is listening...and I'm receiving more all the time.

I invite you to explore in detail what ways you are not at peace with your life.  It's the doorway to allowing.  And it's so much easier to open then you might think.

So many of us have changed so much and are still changing!  It's time: make peace with who you are NOW and let all the old things go.  Which also means the "things" that feel like a burden or hard to sustain.

Choose instead to live a life totally your own, that’s perfect and in alignment with your vibe as it is RIGHT NOW.  However your life is right now is facilitating for you the perfect experience. 

Make peace with life...by making peace with yourself.

Most of us are at war with our inner, most beautiful selves, day-in-day-out!

Yield.  Cry "Uncle," and give the olive branch to YOU.  The relief and joy that are available to you will blow your mind.  Which will be helpful--then you can just listen to your heart.

Often with people close to me who seem to be bent on repeating the choices that got them things they didn't want, this means "Acting as If" I don't notice this recurrence!  Which by and large often means not saying anything and practically ignoring all kinds of stuff until I learn to have more grace!  Regardless, it's working. 

The thing is: I realized that if I believe (as I do) that life is PERFECT, lacking nothing.  As am I.  Then at any given moment this is, indeed true.  Right?  Which means if there is anytime in which I'm not feeling this--it's ME--it's not that it's not true.  So its up to me to harmonize into this vibration and find that feeling so I can know and relish life as it is.

This means if I am irritated that what I want that I don’t have isn’t here--I AM out of sync with LIFE.  I'm at war in a way with life, myself and the Universe.  (Yuck!)  Guess who needs to budge here?  Me.

Assuming and responding to life as though all is PERFECT...that life is showing up in the perfect way in the perfect time is easier said then done (obviously) for anyone who has attempted this energetic entry to “allowing”. 

Yup—that’s what it is, really ALLOWING.  And when we get good at it, we realize it's more than allowing, it's RECEIVING.  We’re receiving.  We're been given to, abundantly!  In each and every moment!  

Let's explore some of the simple awareness that is involved with being in harmony and peace with our lives...check in and see if you have these feelings at least daily, and preferably repeatedly throughout the day.

Here goes...

I AM alive.  I have this amazing body in which my spiritual vessel exists.  My body.  Wow.  How I love this body?  It goes right on doing everything and knowing how to, without my direction.  Even when in the past I didn't like the way it looked very much or the way it felt.  It goes right on, not being difficult, but being a wise, tapped in way for me to experience LIFE on EARTH.  I know you think this is basic and take it for granted.  But how can we take this for granted?  Isn't it everything?  It's HOME.  Without this we would not have a home.  So instead of feeling frustrated that I don't know "how" to buy a big Mediterranean style house yet in Pasadena that also has a studio for painting and a pool, I'm going to LOVE my body for being my home.  Loyal.  Devoted.  Hard working.  Self-repairing.  Excellent.

I AM breathing.  I am effortlessly being supported by mother Earth and the beautiful trees around me who produce oxygen in spades so I never feel out of breath unless I'm stretching myself physically and that's not about available oxygen.

I AM profoundly LOVED.  All-that-is is flowing love to me all the time if I just allow myself to know that I am innately worthy of everything and I choose to believe and experience this.  When I KNOW I AM profoundly loved (which I do) I feel SO good!  SO happy!  I am alive, breathing and in the world flooded with LOVE...excellent!!!

Now what?

I AM impulsed by my desires which give my life orientation and direction!  I can trust these impulses entirely.  I don't have to figure life out!  Everything that feels good to me is something I can trust.  I don't even have to understand it.  How cool is that?  I can just allow myself to be led by my inner voice and watch the mystery of how the Universe makes my life amazing happen without me figuring it out!

I AM in perfect harmony with everyone else! The universe choreographs all of our inner impulses and as long as I'm following mine and letting everyone else do their things I AM totally free!  And I live in absolute peace and harmony!  Things flow into my life with ease and I am able to enjoy living in a peaceful world and a peaceful Universe.

Guess what?  No one else needs to participate for any of this to be the way you experience life.  So you've heard all of this kind of stuff before and the Law of Attraction/Allowing bit isn't working?

I can confidently say that the only reason we get the results that feel like our life is "now working" is because we're NOT allowing and enjoying, we're noticing how much our life is not working.  Abraham-Hicks says all of this so often, diversely and well, and it's simple.

Simple?  If we're unhappy with life we're not allowing.  If we're trying to figure stuff out with our brain by analyzing the problem and deciding what to do we're not being divinely inspired and led.

It's subtle to notice this and make the shift--for it's really lots and lots of small shifts.  You have to pay attention to YOU.  Not anyone else, nor what they say or do, but to you and how you feel about YOU and YOUR LIFE.

I discovered my own personal trick to getting in this space because of one very deeply held desire I have: I want to do what I want each and every day without exception.

That might appeal to some of you?

So this is what I discovered.  To have a sustainable life--meaning one in harmony with the world, one which I can maintain easily and without negative impact on anything or anyone and for me, with ease, I have to first and foremost make peace with life as it is.  RIGHT NOW.

So (and now we're getting to the good stuff--money and all) if what I want is to be self-employed as a writer/channel and do what I am inspired to do on a daily basis, I have to live that way right now.

Which for me meant in the beginning entirely altering my standard of living until I could organically grow the lifestyle I wanted BE-ing ME.

Ironically it happened rather organically.  I had mercury poisoning and was sick for a couple of years.  That'll get you down to the bare bones!  I spent my retirement, my savings and eventually had to declare bankruptcy because I didn't get well that fast.  Then I got well and I started over.  But when I started over I chose to only do things that were, for me sustainable.

Which means--things that feel innately me to me.  Stuff I know I can keep up because I love it.  Stuff that if I decide I want to change it I can and it's only up to me.  And I refused to take my monthly "nut" (the amount of bills I have monthly) and let it get big and stress me out.  I want to first of all experience receiving money from my business.  I can and do receive things in other ways, but I enjoy the experience of making money from my work.  So my lifestyle had to adjust to the income that I know how to manifest right now--what came easily and reliably.  Which at the beginning was practically nothing.  Which was fine--because it lets me grown as I'm inspired without feeling pressure or a need to "make money" to pay bills.  I create things that I offer for money because I AM inspired to experience these things!

So I simplified, organically.

I think this is happening to a lot of people I know.  Only it doesn't feel like our choice when it begins.

It's some kind of combination of ascension + blueprint emerging.  Our inner life is coming forth.  We get activated.  We need to go inward.  We need to spend time alone.  THAT is what will make us feel aligned and good.  So we get that--however it shows up.  Which is often through getting fired, laid-off, business declining, or health issues. 

Then we get tired of all this instead of seeing that we're being led to a sustainable life of ease and joy, peace and love, creativity and YES, abundance!

As we go through the process of integrating more light, and letting go of so many things, we have the opportunity to choose to live this life of ease.  We create this anew by truly considering what we are capable of enjoying and appreciating!

Moving toward a simple life is not about deprivation.  It's not about denying ourselves what makes us happy.  It's about awareness.  For me it is about getting rid of things that no longer contribute to my happiness.  It's about making sure my outer life--the way I create my experience in the world--is truly aligned and balanced with my inner life.

The result?

I feel SO rich!  I am abundantly resourced!  I have all my days to myself.  I'm 48 and I can do whatever I want all the time.  Okay--I don't have the ability to put my dog in a private jet and shoot off to Italy for a vacation.  But do I want that?  Not sure--hadn't thought of it until now.  Sounds like it might be fun.  If I get to some point where I'm really certain this kind of thing would give me profound happiness, I am confident it will show up.

I live in luxury.  I have the most wonderful office.  My work connects me to cool, interesting people.  I make more than enough money to pay all my bills on time and in full plus.   I have money to buy clothes, the high-end face cream I love, get my hair done and go out for dinner when I feel like it.  I took a 4 day vacation in July and went to the Ritz in Pasadena, stayed in a private suite and just wrote and ordered room service.  I buy any book I want and treat my cats and dogs to organic food.

The point is, somehow, I've simplified.  I'm even considering getting a different car when my lease is up.  Not because I can't pay for it, but because I've realized it's just too much car for me--considering I work from home and don't drive too much (as in 14K miles in 3+ years).  I think it would be fun to have something that was about transportation, good mileage + fun design.  So instead of my luxury SUV I'm looking at VW convertable bugs!  They're so cute and fun.  And I have to wonder when I got so serious about cars?  My resources are being re-allocated and flowing toward what gives me really deep pleasure!  Some of that extra money from the car will likely go elsewhere--vacations, or maybe it's time to start saving for a house with a pool or on a lake or wherever I decide I want to live next.

Somehow in this process of simplification I did the thing I always encourage other people to do: I leaned hard on the universe.  And guess what?  The Universe came through--in spades.

During my time with mercury poisoning I had gifts and friends who supported me in ways I could not have imagined.  One dear friend even took out a dental loan to pay for the proper removal of all of my fillings (10+) and has continued to pay off that debt to this day, just happy to be able to help me.

I am no longer buying Manolo Blahnick sandals for $545 like I used to.  Or shopping for Dana Buchman suits as I bought in Chicago during my consulting days.  I don't get a massage at Burke Williams every week either like I used to.  I don't live in a high rise on Lake Shore Drive, or go shopping just to see if I find something I like.  None of these things interest me anymore!  In fact?  Some of them even seem boring to me!   I've changed.

What I love now is how deeply involved in my life I am and discovering the things that do have bang for me--what gives me really deep happiness, makes me laugh out loud often and what is truly fun!  Those things were wonderful before, but they don't give me the buzz they used to. Truth is?  I'm too busy having fun WORKING because work for me is all about what I'm learning and sharing and I love it!  I wear jeans every day and a white tank top underneath a sweater or t-shirt.  Scarves and cashmere come out in the winter--but I have a couple of beautiful ones, not 20, and as a result my closet stays organized which I love!  I wear UGGS and Birkenstocks because I adore them and they suit me.  I love jeans from the Gap and have two pair I rotate. 

I play with and walk my dogs out side everyday.  I spend time in the mountains.  I eat lunch on my front porch in the sun amidst flowers and amazing beauty.  I rendezvous with friends or lie on the couch and have lengthy conversations over the phone in the middle of the day then take a nap.  Sometimes in the middle of the day I take a bath.  I cook for myself and enjoy growing herbs on my porch.  I sleep deeply at night when I feel tired and wake up when I want to.  My life is entirely my own.

It's perfect.

And more than perfect.  It's satisfying.  Deeply deeply satisfying.

ELATION FROM THE COMPANY OF HEAVEN

For just a moment, take a deep breath and enter the Divinity of your heart. Feel the elation pouring forth from the Company of Heaven in response to the unprecedented Victory in the Light the God Selves of Humanity have cocreated during the miraculous summer of 2010. Never in the history of time has the collective energy, vibration, and consciousness of Humanity taken such a quantum leap into the frequencies of Light.
Through the unified efforts of millions of Lightworkers who participated in hundreds of activities of Light, and the rare celestial alignments that opened Heavenly Portals allowing monumental influxes of Divine Light, we have succeeded beyond the greatest expectations of Heaven. Through the cooperative endeavors of Heaven and Earth, we reached a critical mass that allowed the God Self, the I AM Presence, of every man, woman, and child to burst the oppressive bonds of our human egos.

Every single person on the planet who turned his or her attention to a Higher Power and invoked the Light of God in any way this summer was instrumental in bringing this facet of the Divine Plan to God Victorious fruition. What I will share with you in this article is just one part of this unified effort. This is what occurred at the 24th Annual World Congress on Illumination which was held within the forcefield of Washington, D.C., August 14-19, 2010.
The 24th World Congress on Illumination began with our Opening Ceremonies on August 14th. There were over 500 people in attendance from 22 countries. Twenty-two is the master number that reflects power on all planes and the ability to change the course of history. There were also hundreds of thousands of Lightworkers consciously joining with us from around the world. This event took place in the embrace of a rare Grand Cardinal Cross which involved the planets aligned in Aries, Libra, Cancer, and Capricorn. These astrological signs represent the elements of fire, air, water, and earth which comprise Humanity’s Earthly bodies. This alignment was a very important factor in raising the frequency of our physical/earth, etheric/air, mental/fire, and emotional/water bodies into a vibrational tone that would burst the bonds and transcend the grasp of our human egos.

Spiritual astrologers around the world reported that they had never seen a Grand Cardinal Cross alignment with such a large number of planets involved in such a tight mathematical degree. Those investigating this alignment could not find a similar Grand Cardinal Cross for 500 years before or 500 years after this event.

It is difficult to comprehend the magnitude of what has occurred for Humanity, but to demonstrate the assistance we received from On High I will share with you that this activity of Light drew the attention of the entire Company of Heaven. During our Opening Ceremonies the Mighty Elohim, the Builders of Form, created an colossal amphitheater of Light that encircled the planet and extended into the Heavens as far as the eye could see. Then our Father-Mother God and the Beings of Light serving the Earth invoked the Legions of Light throughout Infinity to join us by projecting their luminous Presence into the amphitheater. The radiant Presences of the Legions of Light throughout the whole of Creation filled the amphitheater. These selfless messengers of God empowered our efforts a thousand times a thousand fold and assisted us every step of the way throughout the entire week.

August 15th, was Mother Mary’s Ascension Day. This is always a powerful day when the Feminine Aspects of Deity assist Humanity with the process of integrating the Love Nature of our Mother God, the Holy Spirit, into every person’s Heart Flame.

After aeons of separation, our Mother God began her return to Earth during the initial impulse of the Shift of the Ages which took place during an activity of Light called Harmonic Concordance. This event took place between very powerful Lunar and Solar Eclipses in November 2003. Since that time, our Mother God has been gently integrating her Love into the Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame in every person’s heart. This Flame consists of the Blue Flame of Divine Will and Power from our Father God, the Pink Flame of Divine Love and Reverence for Life from our Mother God, and the Yellow-Gold Flame of Wisdom and Enlightenment from the Sons and Daughters of God. It is the true reflection of the Holy Trinity.

In the beginning, our Threefold Flames were balanced, but after our fall from Grace we lost awareness of the Love Nature of our Mother God. Since that fateful time, we have been using our masculine power without the balance of our feminine love. This has wreaked havoc on Earth, and it is the main reason we developed the fragmented, fear-based aspect of our consciousness we refer to as our human ego.

On August 15, 2010, our Mother God was at long last able to integrate effectively enough to permanently balance the Pink Flame of Divine Love within every person’s Heart Flame. This miraculous event catapulted the frequency of every person into a higher vibrational tone than we have ever experienced. This allowed the I AM Presence of each person to take more control of their Earthly Bodies.

When the Flame of Divine Love expanded through every Heart Flame, the I AM Presence of every person on Earth breathed this Divine Love into the Heart Flame of every other person’s I AM Presence. This created an enhanced and extremely powerful grid of Transfiguring Divine Love around the planet. This grid of Love extends from the lowest frequencies of Humanity’s miscreations into the highest frequencies of the 5th-Dimensional Realms of Light. This grid of Divine Love is the Bridge to Freedom over which this planet and all her Life will Ascend out of the darkness into the Light. This wondrous event paved the way for the next step of the unfolding Divine Plan.

On August 16th, oceans of our Mother God’s Divine Love flowed through Humanity’s newly balanced Threefold Flames into our newly established grid of Transfiguring Divine Love. This unprecedented influx of Divine Love flowed in, through, and around every particle of Life on Earth and penetrated into the core of purity in every electron of Humanity’s misqualified thoughts, words, feelings, and actions. As the Love of our Mother God bathed every atomic and subatomic particle and wave of Life, a fluid field of unmanifest Divine Potential was created upon which the patterns of perfection for a Higher Order of Being would be imprinted. With the guidance of the Company of Heaven, this event would take place the following day.

August 17th, 2010, was the 23rd anniversary of Harmonic Convergence. On that very powerful day the Beings of Light who abide in the Complex of Etheric Temples above Washington, D.C. took their strategic positions around the planet. The Goddess of Liberty projected her luminous Presence to the Cardinal Point at the North. The Goddess of Divine Justice took her position at the Cardinal Point to the East. The Goddess of Freedom took her position at the Cardinal Point to the South, and the Goddess of Victory took her position at the Cardinal Point to the West. When that was complete, Saint Germain directed his Regal Court of Violet Fire Angels to take their positions within the energy fields of every person, place, condition, and thing in Washington, D.C.

Saint Germain said that Washington, D.C. is modeling the microcosm of the macrocosm for this planet. He said that from its inception until this very moment Washington, D.C. has reflected everything that is right with the world and everything that is wrong with the world. It reflects the Divinity within every person, the Oneness of Life, and the innate ability for Humanity to reach our highest potential as Sons and Daughters of God through Love and Reverence for ALL Life. It also reflects the epitome of the abuse of power, greed, corruption, and selfishness that our fear-based human egos have manipulated us with for aeons of time. We were told by Saint Germain and the Company of Heaven that on that sacred and holy day the Lightworkers at the World Congress on Illumination would be escorted throughout Washington, D.C. by the Violet Fire Angels associated with the Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection. With the assistance of these precious Angels, our I AM Presences would imprint onto the newly created fluid field of unmanifest Divine Potential the archetypes for a Higher Order of Being for Humanity and all Life on this planet.

In deep humility and gratitude the Lightworkers in attendance at the WCI accepted this awesome responsibility and traversed Washington, D.C. North, South, East, and West. We surrendered to our I AM Presences and offered our Heart Flames as the Open Door through which the Light of God would flow to imprint a Higher Order of Being into the physical plane of Earth. Through this activity, the Light God was Liberated into every physical and chemical interaction within the people, places, conditions, and things in Washington, D.C., thus healing and restoring all of the distorted and mutated energy bonds between atoms and within atoms that were miscreated by Humanity’s human egos.

Then, through the willingness of the I AM Presences of the Lightworkers joining in consciousness from all over the world, and the assistance of the Legions of Light throughout Infinity who had projected their luminous Presence into the amphitheater of Light encircling the planet, this activity of Light expanded from the microcosm of Washington, D.C. to the macrocosm of Planet Earth. 

Contained within the archetypes of a Higher Order of Being, was the necessary Divine Light to raise the vibrational tone of Humanity’s physical, etheric, mental, and emotional bodies high enough to burst the bonds and transcend the paralyzing grip of our human egos. This Light was able to set straight the orbit, spin, and electronic charge of every cell, atom, and electron of Life on Earth in preparation for the activity of Light that would take place the following day. 

On August 18th, we were blessed with the luminous Presence of the Directors of the Elements. These selfless servants of Light took their positions at the four Cardinal Points of the planet. The Directors of the Air Element, Thor and Aires, joined the Goddess of Liberty at the Cardinal Point to the North. The Directors of the Water Element, Neptune and Lunara, joined the Goddess of Divine Justice at the Cardinal Point to the East. The Directors of the Earth Element, Pelleur and Virgo, joined the Goddess of Freedom at the Cardinal Point to the South, and the Directors of the Fire Element, Helios and Vesta, joined the Goddess of Victory at the Cardinal Point to the West.

When all was in readiness, Mother Earth sent her clarion call to the Mighty Elohim and the Elemental Beings who sustain the elements within the physical, etheric, mental, and emotional bodies of Humanity, and the physical, etheric, mental, and emotional strata of the Earth. In an unparalleled activity of Divine Healing, the Elohim and the Directors of the Elements guided the Elemental Beings who cocreate the earth, air, fire, and water elements to purge the dross that had been created by Humanity’s human egos. In an act of amazing Divine Grace, this cleansing occurred through the bodies of Humanity and Mother Earth with the maximum intensity that Cosmic Law would allow. This was the final step of preparation before the activity of Light that would liberate Humanity from the manipulative grasp of our human egos.

On August 19th, the Cosmic Moment had arrived. The I AM Presence of every man, woman, and child on Earth, and the Legions of Light throughout the whole of Creation were standing in readiness. Saint Germain and the Beings of Light from the Etheric Temples over Washington, D.C. were ready to receive from the very Heart of our Father-Mother God the most intensified 5th-Dimensional frequencies of the Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection, and the Divine Qualities of Liberty, Divine Justice, Freedom, and Victory that the Earth could withstand. These were the Divine Qualities that would complete the process of raising Humanity’s four Earthly Bodies into a vibrational tone that would transcend the reach of our human egos.

When our Father-Mother God sounded their Cosmic Keynote, the Mighty Elohim began their descent into the Center of the Earth. On the Holy Breath, the Builders of Form magnetized into their Heart Flames the full Divine Momentum of the Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection. When the Mighty Elohim entered the Sun of Even Pressure in the Heart of Mother Earth, they knelt before the shaft of Light that forms the axis of this planet. Then as one unified force of Light, the Elohim breathed the Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection into the axis of the Earth. The Violet Flame merged with Mother Earth’s Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame and expanded through the Crystal Grid System of Earth like a tremendous starburst. The Violet Flame blazed into every acupuncture point in the body of Mother Earth and was securely anchored there. The Lightworkers joining in consciousness from around the world absorbed this Sacred Fire into their Heart Flames and breathed it into the Heart Flame of the I AM Presence of every person on Earth.

When this facet of the Divine Plan was complete, the Goddesses of Liberty, Divine Justice, Freedom, and Victory inbreathed these Divine Qualities from the Heart of God into their Heart Flames and projected them through the 5th-Dimensional Portal of Light above Washington, D.C. This glorious influx of Divine Light opened the portal to full breadth establishing a permanent flow of these precious Gifts from our Father-Mother God in, through, and around every particle of Life on Earth. The 5th-Dimensional frequencies of Liberty, Divine Justice, Freedom, and Victory, which were beyond anything Humanity or the Earth had ever experienced, expanded through the Heart Flame of every person’s I AM Presence and radiated through the greatly enhanced grid of Transfiguring Divine Love that is now enveloping this planet.
Once this facet of the Divine Plan was complete, the I AM Presence of every man, woman, and child on Earth breathed this Healing Light into the physical, etheric, mental, and emotional bodies that have been controlled and manipulated by the fragmented, fear-based human ego since our fall from Grace. The Divine Qualities of Liberty, Divine Justice, Freedom, and Victory were then projected  into every atomic and subatomic particle and wave of Humanity’s Earthly Bodies. This influx of Light created a critical mass, an unstoppable shift, that allowed our I AM Presence to emit the vibrational tone that was needed in order to raise the energy, vibration, and consciousness of our Earthly Bodies into a frequency that transcended the grasp of our human ego. As this vibrational tone reverberated through the physical, etheric, mental, and emotional bodies of ALL Humanity, the oppressive bonds that our egos have used for millennia to keep us hostage and trapped in fear were burst asunder and our egos dropped away.

Our I AM Presence then gathered this wayward aspect of our personality into its loving arms, and escorted our ego into the schools of learning in the Inner Planes. This is where our ego will be transformed into a higher expression of Life, and eventually returned to the heart of our I AM Presence.

This miraculous event God Victoriously liberated the Earthly Bodies of Humanity from the grip of our human egos. What that means for each and every person evolving on this planet is that… We are FREE! We are FREE! We are Eternally FREE!

Now comes the critical next step for each of us. Our Etheric Bodies are known as “the seat of all memory.” Everything we have experienced through all of our Earthly sojourns is recorded in this vehicle. That means that the memories of our human ego’s devious schemes and deceptions are recorded in this vehicle. Since we are all creatures of habit, if we do not stay focused on our I  AM Presence, it will be easy for us to have a reflex response to our life experiences that imitate our ego’s behavior. That will occur, simply because that is the way we were used to acting in the past. It is our responsibility to be PRESENT in every moment of our lives. Daily and hourly, we must think and feel aligned with our I AM Presence BEFORE we respond to a situation. Move away from any trace of fear, and say to yourself, “I AM my I AM Presence. From this level of Divine Consciousness, how will I respond to this situation? How will I add to the Light of the world with my thoughts, words, feelings, actions, beliefs, and attitudes in this instance?” Then with listening Grace, respond to the Divine Guidance of your I AM Presence.

Without the interference of our human egos, we will hear the guidance of our I AM Presence in new and profound ways. This has been extremely difficult in the past, but that is over. Everything has changed! Listen and Trust yourself.
An easy test to be sure you are responding to the guidance of your I AM Presence and not merely connecting with the etheric records of your human ego, is to ask yourself “Is this response free from fear? Is it the most positive way of handling this situation? Does this response involve the highest good for all concerned? Am I adding to the Light of the world by responding in this way?” If your answer is “NO” to any of these questions, the guidance is not coming from your I AM Presence. You are responding from a residual habit of your ego from the past.

Instead of acting out of that old habit, center yourself and ask your I AM Presence for guidance again. Do this as many times as you need to until you are able to answer “YES” to all of the questions.

Many people are not aware on a conscious level that their I AM Presence has succeeded in bursting the bonds of their human ego and that they are now free from their ego’s fear-based manipulation. They may not even realize that they have an I AM Presence. Consequently, they will not know about asking their I AM Presence these important questions before responding to the situations in their life. These people are going to be more prone to act out of the old habits and the obsolete behavior patterns of their human ego. But, fortunately, their is an answer to this problem, and the Company of Heaven is asking for our assistance in resolving this situation.

Since we are One with ALL of our sisters and brothers in the Family of Humanity, we can invoke their I AM Presence on their behalf. Everyone still has the free will to ignore the inner guidance of their I AM Presence, but without the interference from their human ego they will hear this guidance much more easily. The important thing to remember is that our I AM Presence is very practical, therefore, the guidance always involves viable options and solutions that will enhance our lives and the lives of others. It is hard to keep resisting this kind of guidance. As we perpetually invoke the I AM Presences of our sisters and brothers around the world and ask THEM to intervene in their lives, eventually even the most resistant person is going to respond to the heart call of their I AM Presence. Then that person will see the life-enhancing results of their actions, which will motivate them to listen to that inner guidance on a regular basis.

It is impossible for us to truly comprehend the magnitude of what it means for all of us to be free from the manipulation of our egos, but our lives have been transformed. Instead of feeling like we are struggling to accomplish our goals by walking through tar with gale force winds blowing in our face, we are now empowered in new ways by our I AM Presence and the Divine Intervention of the Heavenly Realms. The patterns of perfection we focus on for our individual life and our collective lives as the Family of Humanity will manifest much more quickly. Through the newly created template of Unity Consciousness and Humanity’s newfound freedom from our human egos, we will cocreate the New Earth in a very tangible way sooner than we ever dreamed possible.

Day by day, things are going to get better on this planet. Pay attention, and empower only that which reflects the Higher Order of Being associated with your I AM Presence. Then you will automatically empower the patterns of perfection for the New Earth through your thoughts, words, actions, and feelings.

KNOW that through your I AM Presence, you are the Divine Qualities of Liberty, Divine Justice, Freedom, and Victory freeing Humanity, and all of the energy bonds within Humanity which include the relationships and the interactions of all people, all races, all religions, all organizations, and all nations. You are your I AM Presence liberating these interactions into the harmony of a Higher Order of Being, thus expanding the influence of Humanity’s I AM Presence on Earth. You know this Higher Reality within your heart and mind, and through your I AM Presence you are a calm ocean of these Divine Qualities flooding the Earth.

We have God Victoriously made a quantum leap up the 5th-Dimensional Spiral of Evolution. There is no turning back! Be at Peace, and enjoy the ride. Your time has come.   And so it is.
