Dimensional Bliss

Everything is ONE and comes from the same source and returns again to it. "The things which are seen are not made of the things which do appear." What we see comes from what we do not see. This is the explanation of the whole visible universe, and is the only possible explanation. If we are to draw from Life what we want, we must first THINK it forth into Life. It always produces what we think. In order to have wellbeing, we must first conceive it in our own thought. This is not because we are creators, but because the flow of Life into manifestation through us, must take the form we give to it, and if we want a thing we must have within ourselves the mental equivalent before we get it. The old human race suggestion of fear and poverty and limitation or being controlled, must be done away with and daily we must clear our thought from all that LIMITS the ONE from showing forth in our life. REMEMBER that you are dealing with ONE POWER, and not with two. This will make it easier, for you do not have to overcome any condition, because conditions flow from WITHIN out, and NOT from without in. A good practice is to sit and realize that you are a CENTER of DIVINE ATTRACTION, that all things ARE coming to you, that the power within is going out and drawing back ALL that you will ever need. Don't argue about it JUST DO IT, and when you have finished leave it all to the Law, knowing THAT IT WILL BE DONE. Declare that all life, all love and power ARE NOW in your life. Declare that you ARE NOW in the midst of plenty. Stick to it even though you may not as yet see the result. It will work and those who believe the most always get the most. Think of the Law as your friend. always looking out for your interest. Trust completely in it and it will bring your good to you. TAKE BACK YOUR POWER NOW!

You hear from many sources that your reality is an illusion, yet for you it is quite real as you experience the physicality of the 3rd. dimension. Yet it is an illusion inasmuch that it is not your true reality. For that reason it has been correctly referred to as an experiment, which you willingly offered to take part in. The consciousness of All That Is which you refer to as the Creator, desired to know how its godsparks would deal with separation as experienced in duality. You part in it is drawing to a close as the cycle ends, and unless you wish to continue experiencing in the lower dimensions you will be lifted up again. Subconsciously you have memories of your time in the higher dimensions, and that is why for most of you that idea of Ascension is welcomed.

Some souls have become so used to your present dimension, that they cannot imagine anything better and are fearful of change. Problems arise about what will happen to your family and friends, and naturally you have concern for their wellbeing. Be assured that each soul has its own path to follow, and whilst you may come together in families that is not a permanent arrangement. You attract each other because you have certain experiences you desire, and all of you benefit from the family set up. Of course there are some beautiful loving relationships, and it is most likely you will meet again in subsequent lives. Even in those that prove volatile, there are often souls that already know each other and because of the love they have, will sacrifice it for the purpose of helping each of them to evolve. Believe it or not, once you return to the “other side” your earthly experiences can be put aside, and love returns between those who were at loggerheads on Earth with each other.

What we are trying to do is get you to see how little your time on the Earth resembles your true abode. In duality it is of course a challenge most of the time because of the absence of Light, although that is quickly changing as you create a pathway of Light to Ascension. However, because of the contrast between the dark and Light, you do have some illuminating experiences that can be most ecstatic and uplifting. The Earth is certainly the place to test yourself, and indeed that is the very reason you took the challenge on. If you wish you can sit on a cloud and play your harp for all eternity, but there is so much you can do to bring knowledge and understanding to yourself. You are naturally always seeking and expanding your Light, as you make your way back to the higher dimensions. As ascended Beings we are also still searching, and we have the Galaxy within which to have new experiences. Join us and we shall travel far and wide, and home will be wherever we station ourselves as we take it with us. We refer of course to the gigantic Mother Ships that are like enormous cities, and provide for your every need.

We want you to be excited at the thought of becoming Galactic Beings, because that will be your future selves when you have become fully conscious Beings. The plan already exists for your growth into such a Being, and you will be overjoyed at the prospect once you know the details. We will participate in your advancement, and Ascension is the first real step towards it. In time your lives in duality will seem so distant, that the memories will soon be forgotten. After all you are ascending with the new Earth in all its beauty and fully restored to its pristine condition, so why indeed would you want to think of her in other way. There is of course beauty on Earth now, but it is a pale reflection of what she will soon be, so you have some idea of what splendors are in store for you.

There seems to be so much aggression on Earth, both of a physical nature and in words and gestures. Some of it arises from people being “disturbed” by the higher energies coming in, as they cannot handle them. They become disorientated and strike out in anger and confusion. In contrast those of the Light become more serene and joyful as they continue to be lifted up. The Light is sorting out the wheat from the chaff, but there is no shame or guilt attached to the slow developers. The sorting out is unavoidable, but it is necessary so that souls finds themselves where they are best served for their evolution. It happens all of the time, as evolution is a progression of steps that take you onto levels that are right for your experience and development.

Now you are seeing out the cycle of duality, and at times there will be mayhem, but it is the end of an era that has taken you to the depths of darkness and you have survived. At last the Light has broken through and there is only one way forward and that is upwards. Leave duality behind and try not to let it influence you, as your sights should be on whatever you need to tread firmly on the path to Ascension. The door to your future is opening wide, and it will accommodate every soul that has ambitions to be part of it.

We of the Galactic Federation are totally ready for action and we have the advantage of knowing exactly what your needs are, through our extensive coverage of you and your planet. We respect your privacy, but if needs required it we could see right into your buildings and focus on whomsoever we wished. We can hear your conversations, or even read your minds, which is useful when dealing with the dark Ones. It is why their plans will never succeed, as we know too much about them. We take preventative action and our allies are very active in these roles. We do not like confrontation or threats, and our approach is diplomatic but firm.

Each day that passes brings you nearer to completion, and nearer to our open contact with you. But first the preliminaries, and although the announcement we seek has not yet been made, there are now many individuals making their voices heard. It is putting pressure on the authorities that cannot hold back for very much longer. We would like to get started before next spring, so we will do all we can to assist our allies to this end. We do still of course have a deadline date by which we should have started, and clearly it is not that far into the future.

The ideas generated by this sentence stem are the most important of all. Think about it. When you know exactly (and specifically) what you need to do to return to a productive and healthy state of mind, you increase your chances of behaving in self-affirming ways. When this happens, life gets better - quickly. You eat better; you make nourishing rest a priority; you become truthful in your relationships; you feel confident enough to ask directly for what you want or need; and you create a state of balance in your life that supports your emotional and physical wellbeing. Sounds good to me!

Here are some examples we received from our Facebook Fan Page last week.

When you feel out of alignment with your Highest Self, you could:

Stop, close your eyes, and take ten deep breaths

Move your body immediately

Write one page about how you feel in a journal

List ten things you feel grateful for

Help someone in need

Pet or play with your cat or dog

Take a nap

Write down ten positive affirmations

Make a cup of tea and take a time out

Get out into nature

Have a good cry

Once you have several ideas of what you might do, it's time to take this exercise one step further. Think about this: If you had to choose ONE powerful action that will always realign you with your Highest Self, what one action would it be?

It's a coach's job to challenge clients to think outside the box. The idea that you can identify or create one specific action to turn your life around in a matter of minutes is the kind of challenge I love to take on. I'm working on my action today.

Once you've read through the examples above, write down anything else that occurs to you. Then, take some time to design one specific action that will get you back on track. Be very specific. For example, instead of saying: "Take some quiet time for myself," try, "Go to my bedroom, sit on the bed, close my eyes, and take ten deep breaths." Or, instead of "Count my blessings," how about, "I'll take out a piece of paper and list ten things I feel grateful for and then write five affirmations that relate to what I most want to create in my life."

Once you've identified your one specific, action step, practice using it every day this week. Pretty soon you'll be able to rely on this one behavior to turn any difficult situation around. It will become a trusted support system that gets you into alignment with your Highest Self in no time!

You will be making clear intentions for the requirements you need to be happy so you can harvest a more bountiful future. The northern latitudes are experiencing the season of spring, of New Birth and Renewal. It is the optimum time to plant a personal garden within your being. This timely action will bring great rewards as you till the soil of your life, elevate your thoughts and enhance the beauty around you on many levels.

What does it mean to plant the Spring Garden of your Soul? It is really very simple. What are the qualities you most want to see manifest in your life? What are your goals and dreams for a joyous future? What needs have to be met so you can be happy? These are the seeds to plant within the garden of your being.

When you plant the seeds of growth and renewal, it can be a fun, creative and positive way to promote a joyous, abundant life. Consider those things you most want to have thriving in your interior garden. Maybe you would like to plant the tiny seeds that lea to Abundant Prosperity? Perhaps you want Harmony in all your relationships? What about planting the seeds for Health and Well Being deeply within your heart so they can grow with zest and vibrancy? The soil of joyous potential exists within you and awaits your attention.

These vast exalted ideas actually require very little time during your busy life, full of commitments and deadlines. In fact, the small amounts of time you give to planting and nurturing your interior garden will enhance every area of your life with a bountiful return. As you remember that you are a part of all Creation, a new sense of gratitude wells up in your heart. How to plant the Garden of your Soul

Since every new project requires some thought and planning, when you begin your inner garden, make it creative and fun. It could be a beautiful work of art with lots of color, magazine pictures or a painting. The shape your interior garden takes could be a pattern that inspires you. You may even decide just to make a list of those qualities of consciousness you want to experience in your life. The action of writing will assist the energy of your garden. The Angels of Creativity are available to work with you in this project, and can inspire you so it will be fun. When your inner spirit is stimulated in this way, new life flows into your mind and heart, and you feel uplifted. This increased energy flow attracts more joy and you feel happier, which in turn, brings more creative ideas and a sense of wellbeing. It is the beginning of an upward spiral that blesses this garden within you with new empowered energy. Your life will begin to change in surprising ways.

When you see old patterns of thought and action manifesting, and you begin to feel stuck in problematic energies, consider them to be compost for your new garden. Ask the Angels working in your life to help you pull these weeds and transmute old ways of behavior with Divine Light. This will help feed the garden of your soul with loving energy. It is like adding a little water every day to help work the compost of old ways into the fertile soil of your garden. Soon you will see the new sprouts of a different way of being. Rejoice in this vibrant growth knowing that as you respond differently to old situations, you will receive fresh, positive results in every area of your life. By focusing a little bit every day on what you want to see manifest in your life, you provide a new structure so your interior garden will thrive.

Bask in the Sunlight of Divine Illumination

The Spring Garden of your Soul has amazing potential to bring you the life you want to experience. Opening yourself to new thoughts and behaviors attracts assistance in ways you never knew existed. This beautiful garden thriving within you becomes a Beacon of Light. Many people will want to experience your inner garden and help it grow so it will feed more people. This new growth and thriving space within you reaches out to bless the world, and in turn you will be blessed. As your garden comes into fruition, you will find your life nourished in bountiful ways.
