This month we are feeling the pressure to produce results - either from ourselves or outer circumstances (or both). Either way, you have to be extremely mindful of how you spend your energy at this time. Strategic thinking takes practice but you must make the effort to expand your mind to access additional options you may not have realized you had ... and then TRY THEM! (What do you have to lose?) Mother Earth provides EVERYTHING we could possibly need to live this life. It is all within each and every one of us.

Prayer/Affirmation:

I will work with what I've got to attract all that I need, desire and deserve.

It is time for the hard work and the work behind the scenes. Think in terms of gardening, you have to plant the seeds and tend them as well, in order to grow ANYTHING. If you do not do those two things FIRST, there will be no product (end result). The whole concept of abundance is based on the "pay it forward" theory - you must give to receive ~ you must put out the energy to attract the results. What kind of real work and effective energy are you putting behind your dreams and goals?

Prayer/Affirmation:

I confidently move in the direction of my goal, cheerfully doing the work and fully expect my efforts to return to me ten-fold.

It is a very intense time right now which is fertile for creative energy! First you must take the time to define your goal and then map out a strategy for attracting the results you seek and have faith in your own vision. If you have any self-worth issues to resolve, they may come up at this time. Anything you have put off is going to demand attention. And most of all, there are no quick-fixes - you must do the work, consistently and faithfully.

Prayer/Affirmation:

As a child of God, my birth right is every good thing and I am willing to contribute my energy faithfully because of this inner knowing.

Think like a builder (Taurus): you must have an initial plan; you must have the location and the initial materials to get started but before you can build, you have to prep the area you plan to build on. Clear any debris (past) and prepare the area for creating your vision (in 3-D). Sometimes once you start building something, it evolves in such a way that is either better than you imagined (now that you can see some tangible results) or perhaps needs tweaking here and there because unforeseen things came up along the way. It's all good - you learn as you LIVE! So accept that adjustments have to be made and it is all part of producing your ultimate goal. And eventually there will be something in the world that only you created and that wasn't here before you created it!

The following is the 4th message that we received in Egypt. It might be a good idea to read them in order as each message builds upon the previous one. We are sharing this message here with you just as we received it, in present time, with very little editing. We do this for a very important reason. We know the messages that we receive are not just for our groups, but are for others as well. The Immortals, Horus, the Hathors, and other Star Masters and the Star Elders assure me that the message and the corresponding energy will be transmitted to you. So as you read this, you might want to imagine that you are with us. Also, always view the photos that we share, as photos also hold some energy of the sites.

In order to visit Philae, the Isis Temple, you have to take a small boat as it is on an island in the Nile. We arranged private time at Philae at just before sunrise. Just as the Temple became visible, we stopped the boat and cut the engines. Here we asked permission from the guardians of the Temple to enter their sacred space. There in the barely lit sky, we could see Venus gliding over the top of the Temple as we silently drifted down the Nile. It was an amazing and magical moment.

Once off the boat, as a group, we all walked into the Temple of Philae. We went to the core . . . the heart of the temple. For me it is always good to work with the temple as they were built . . . from the inside out. Here everyone got comfortably situated to feel the energies and to receive the messages. The musicians in our group pulled out their flute, harp, Tibetan bowls and bells and started to play. The rest of us joined in toning.

The message begins . . .
(Feeling lots of emotion, Aluna is practically in tears.) The beings that anchor this place are called "The Immortals". They appear to be androgynous but yet feel very feminine. The Immortals say that we have entered eternity. As soon as we walked in, we entered eternity. Inside of us, they are anchoring our new orientation point inside this eternity. This orientation point is the place where we will build a new world from. In Abu Simbel, they gave us the seed and a new orientation point (space) . . . but it was not anchored in "time". "The Immortals" are anchoring our new orientation point into eternity. Here, where they are anchoring us, there is no direction or time as we know it . . . There is no history . . . There is no future. It is the eternal NOW. It is only HERE. So they are anchoring this orientation point, and they are linking it with the seed that they gave us in Abu Simbel. They are doing this because this is the foundation stone for our new emerging world.
 

Another beautiful thing that they told me is that this site has also been moved. The energy still holds true in the stone, but there was something a little off, because they moved it. You can still feel the original energy in the Lake where they moved the temple from. They say that by us coming here, we have re-centered this temple to the heart stone . . . the seed of this Temple right here. I think this has to do with the new orientation point within ourselves that we received at Abu Simbel. So we brought a gift from "The Keepers" to the "The Immortals".

When we come to these sacred places, they do us; we don't do them. We are conduits for energy from one day to the next. We come here humbly because we know that we have much to learn. They said that because of our strong and true hearts, and because we are Masters at listening to the heart over anything else, that we have anchored the center, the new orientation point, back to where it rightfully belongs. The archaeologists, they knew unconsciously that this site was spiritually important. So they didn't let it flood when they built the dam. It is the same with Abu Simbel. They moved the stone, but they didn't know how to bring the energy. Even though, maybe 80 to 85% of the energy was already here, there was a little bit missing. It is sort of an analogy of where we are as the human race right now. We have almost arrived, almost awakened, but something is still missing. Something new is being born inside of us.

I am blown away at the thought that we could actually have helped bring that center back. After all, we are human beings having a spiritual experience. The immortals are honoring us and loving us for this transition of energy. Now with your permission, the immortals would like to activate / attune us to the energy here. You must give them permission to do so. This attunement will anchor your new seed in time and space, and will give you a beginning place to build a new you and to build a new world.

I feel a weight coming down on us. It feels like we are sinking into the floor. They said that they are giving us new wisdom, and that physically may feel like a heaviness at first, because the immensity of it. But it is beautiful. They are filling us up with this new wisdom. They are also stretching us so we can hold more energy and wisdom. They are making us bigger, stronger, wiser, more impeccable, and able to be of greater service, because each person in this temple (and those reading this) does not live for themselves. They live for the whole. We live for the betterment of this planet, and humanity. It is why we came here. We all felt the enormous greeting coming up in the boat. But when we reached the front door, the energy and the love was something that there was no definition for. There is no describing its immensity. We are going to have to grow bigger.

The immortals are having me look inside us now. There are things that they are doing that we don't have words for. So I am just going to do my best to describe this. There is like a spiraling energy going through all of our hearts . . . like little threads of light. It is spiraling down into our centers, and it is also going down into this seed stone, this cornerstone / heart stone, of Philae. As this energy is going through our hearts, it is picking up all the pieces of when you were here as one of the Immortals. It was a time when we were completely and totally awake. Many of us remember this. We know that we have been here before. We are picking up this memory, and it is being put back here from our hearts and into the seed stone / heart stone. This is not taking our memory away from us, but it is gifting this memory back to the temple. So when others come, they will feel this memory also.

My chest just feels like it is going to explode. The immortals say that we are doing this; not them. Usually they help us, guide us and do things that help us wake up. But at this time, this download is coming to us because of our own power and heart space, because our hearts are connected; because we had the courage to answer the call. Oh . . . they say that this is an insanely special time in these sacred sites, and only people that passed major tests could be here. And so you can see what happened. A couple of hundred thousand tourists left Egypt overnight. An entire country has been cleared for a hand full of spiritual groups!

The Immortals came to me even before we departed for Egypt. I had to tell them to "Be quiet. Leave me alone . . . not yet." I wanted them to wait to share their message until we all got here. They were so excited that we were coming. What they were showing me is how important we are (and those reading this) . . . beyond anything that I have ever felt. So inside I asked them "How can you show us this, and how do we stay humble at the same time?" Because we need to stay humble. And at the same time, we have to honor and accept who we truly are. What is happening now at this time, we have all been waiting for our whole life. I have been taking journeys for over twenty years. It is been a long wait for me and for you. Most of us have been waiting since we were children, and the idea that the time has arrived, and that it is here upon us now, is overwhelming and mind-boggling. This is a time that helps us all realize who we really, really are. The balance that we will learn is to stay humble in this realization, because this is our job. Everybody in the world has a job. This is our job. It makes us no more special than anyone else on the planet. It is just our job. It is just that we have been waiting a darn long time for this. The wait is over.

Okay, I am looking again . . . I can see the spiraling energy going down, with this memory of awakened ones, The Immortals, that knew how to master time, space and eternity; ones that knew how to stay anchored in peace and harmony, but with a great element of neutrality. When we stay in our neutrality, we can stay connected to everything.

The Immortals are anchoring the memory of our hearts, because we passed the test of fear. We came here during a most frightening scenario, to a country in revolution. Yet we all felt at peace with it. The Immortals are going to begin to send this fearlessness and peace to every searching heart on the planet, because as the transformation of this dimension continues, they are going to feel the fear, and get past it . . . just like we did. The Immortals are helping us send a message to all life on Earth that says "It is going to be okay. Hang in there. It is going to be okay." It is not a message that any of us here needed to hear. We already knew this. We have always known that it is going to be okay. But we have taken this journey with everybody on this planet. We have felt every bump along with them. We have felt the losses and the victories. We have felt the fear and the love. We have felt the pain and the liberation. But deep down inside of all of us, in our hearts, we have never lost sight that it was and is going to be okay.

The immortals are telling me now that you have been here in this energy before. You have done this work before. You have helped bridge ages from one world to another. All the work that we have done has evolved to this point in time. They say that we are all great Masters at doing this work. It is not something that we think about doing with our heads. It is just something that we simply activate by just being. Because of this fact, some of us haven't felt quite at home here; nor would we feel quite at home where The Immortals are. We are the ones who work in between dimensions. We are the ones that anchor the core, the heart, at the center. We are the new ones that know how to live in a body and embrace eternity at the same time. We were the brave ones that were willing to take on physical density and all the challenges that go with it, and hold the memory of eternity at the same time. That is not an easy job.

The immortals can see that some of us don't feel like we are strong enough or wise enough for this immense job, but with your permission, they say that they want to strip that lack of confidence away from you. They want to erase all those insecurities. They want to hush that nagging little voice in your head that says "Who do you think you are?" So, with your permission . . . and if you are ready to step into the totality of who you really are, they will strip your insecurities away. All those little feelings where you don't think you are good enough, or you think that you have not studied all the right books, or have not meditated enough, or ate the right diet . . . all that . . . just throw it out. This gift does come with a great responsibility, but I think everyone here (and those reading this) would not be at this place (or reading this) if they were not ready for it.

Earlier, when we were toning and singing, inside the words came into my head "I could die right here, and it would be beautiful." And the Immortals said that we are going to die and be re-born. I realize now that it is the death of the density that we had to take on to be able to be here. We had to take on 3-D density. We had to come in a little bit asleep just to be able to tolerate the density. And now that we are finding soul family, and community, people are starting to wake up all over the world. We are able to embrace more and more of our true selves. This global awakening makes the density more bearable. Yet the lighter we get, the more we realize how much work there is to be done. The Immortals are saying. . . (P.S. Worry is not in their language), the best word I can come up with is "Don't worry about the immensity of this work." They say that we are entering into a wave of energy that we have been building across the planet for a long time. This work cannot be stopped, yet it doesn't take any effort. The immortals say that all it takes is for us to JUST BE ourselves. It is no effort to get the job done. It is a work that simply comes from the awakened heart. Nothing needs to be done except just BE who we are, and let it out to play.

The Star Elders have shown me how brilliant we all are over the years, and I have accepted it to a point. But The Immortals, these goddess-like beings that are timeless and ageless, show us a grander vision, and with it comes the challenge to really absorb and accept this light of who we truly are. Raphael and I went to the Grand Canyon one year. It is so big, so vast and so amazing that when you are sitting on one side, you swear that the other side is just a movie set. It is so fast and beautiful, that you cannot absorb it in its entirety. Do you know what I am saying? The energy that they want us to feel inside of ourselves is like the Grand Canyon. They are going to stretch us so we can contain how immense we actually are.

So why did we have to go through all this dense energy to do this job? We had to be in physical form. We had to be born physically. The Immortals, The Keepers, etc never have to go through this physical/human cycle. They were Star Beings / semi human. We needed to be birthed physically so we could contain in human form who we are truly are. We needed to be Star beings in human form to be able to build a physical bridge to a new world. Being in human form also kept us humble. When you are in eternity, you don't have to think about being humble, because you just are and there is no ego.

But this time the test/challenge is to awaken and shift in the human body. It is the first time that the Earth is going to shift where the awakened ones will not leave in spaceships, or go into the mountains, or into underground golden cities like in Peru, or go back to the stars. We are going to evolve in a physical body. We need to keep our humbleness, so we could also have the compassion to feel what everyone is going through during this time. That is what makes us healers. So we have to stretch to hold the immensity of the brilliance of who we are while being human. When we do this, it will affect the collective, and everyone can do the same. Each person on this planet, if they realize it or not, is here for a divine purpose. That is why the planet is so crowded right now. It is a huge experience for the soul to be able to make this transition in a physical body.

OK . . . The Immortals had me look back at us again. It looks like our heart energies have gone everywhere . . . through the oceans, mountains, trees, any living thing that has a spirit. It has washed across the planet now. I see it merging with other people doing work in other sites and other uncountable places.

OK . . . Have you noticed that it is getting a little easier to contain the energy now? It is not so heavy now. That it is not quite so overwhelming? I feel like I can breathe. So we are stretching quickly. We are containing the immensity of all this now. It is lightening up, but also the sky is starting to lighten up for sunrise. It is like we are not only entering a new day, but a new world. (A gecko chirped). Even the geckos are waking up.

We entered the Temple under the Stars and exited under a fresh, new sun. We all felt exceptionally light, and our hearts were full.

The 9th Wave is upon us.  And within the opening created by the song of creation being sung by those who've remembered the ancestors, the reunion of the ages is underway.

Preparing this newness brings forth the Divine Re-Membering--as collectives of old surface here; a perfect amalgamation of that which was with what which is--creating the emergent now.

Non-physical beings have traveled forth via thoughtform energy across the corridors of time to reunite ancient mandalas which evoke peace, harmony, balance and the Law of One.
 

Newness brought forth through alignment with the heart-line is having a quantum effect on specific lineages and this movement within bloodlines, galactic lines and quantum lines is bringing waves of the new energy of the 5th Dimensional New Earth, to confluence with the existing energy patterns on Earth and within the House of David (the 13:13:13).

The hand of prophecy has ushered in a new oracle; one who has rebirthed the ancient Sophia energies as an enchantress.  One who can dance with the masculine energy of force and direct this strength and intensity toward love.  It is a great harmonizing energy, the love energy created by the Magdalas--the mouths of God. The gifts of creation reminding each heart of the interplay of wholeness upon the plane of creation.

Now, within vast annals of time, the dormant energies primed for this ultimate expansion of creation are coming forth.  The manna of life, flowing from the orientation to the love lines, across galaxies, are configuring the sacred geometric codes of the new dawn.  The new creation is at hand.

Over the last 3 years I have completely (well, not completely, but a pretty major overhaul) changed my life. I have been digging deep & uprooting old ways of being. I have been gradually changing the way I work & changing the overall feel of my life & what it looks like day to day.

I was reading a book about simplifying ones life (& work) last month by Ev Bogue. The book was Minimalist Business & it had a good proposal in it. The proposal was; 9 Ways to Focus on the Important. Earlier in the book Ev Bogue quoted Leo Babauta & talked about designing your life completely around what you love.

“Focus on what you love, and nothing else.” – Leo Bauta

I made a list of what I love & a list of my top priorities after reading that book. I feel very happy about getting clarity on what makes me happy, what lights me up & what I am really devoted to. Of course there is so much more to that story. But the few Loves & Priorities that I focused on are just pointers. They are there to keep my life (& my time) pointed in the right direction.

My four priorities are: blogging, exercising, meditating, & studying
My four loves are: creating, dancing, being, & reading
& a few more Loves: juicy fruits, learning french, helping others, being outdoors

If you notice, the Priorities are very similar to the Loves. This is ideal! And if I get even more clear, my priorities/loves are more like this: Sharing (blogging/creating), Moving (exercising/dancing), Being (meditating/presence), & Seeing (studying/reading) [Seeing, as in; seeing the unseen or seeing the bigger picture]

Having this target list makes it so easy to have an ideal day or an ideal year. All I have to do is base all if my decisions around my top loves or top priorities. It makes choosing how to spend my time quite simple & effortless. If what I have as an option doesn’t align with what I love, then it’s a “No” for me. I pass on it & choose something that speaks to what I am about & what I truly enjoy the most.

The whole idea of this takes practice. I still have old responsibilities in my life that need some weeding, pruning & removing. These are past choices that I am still responsible for, so they are still an active part of my life. But having the target (as well as the list I will share below) is wonderful way to slowly transition yourself & your life. You will gradually become a more authentic you. Every aspect of your life will become what you truly wanted to create for yourself. This is a life created with awareness & the power of choice. It’s really easy to fall into what you should do, or to keep building on top of decisions you made in the past (when you where someone else, a you from 10 or 15 years ago!) But now we can build & create from an empowered place. We can be an Aware & Responsible us; a This Moment us; an I Know Who I Am & What I Want -& I Am Living It us!

9 Ways You Can Focus On The Important:

1. IDENTIFY THE FOUR AREAS OF YOUR LIFE THAT ARE MOST IMPORTANT TO YOU. It can be powerful to know what is most important to you, because then you can begin to focus on only the essential.

2. LEARN TO SAY NO TO REQUESTS. Once you’ve identified the essential, you have to start saying no to things that come your way which don’t coincide with your interests.

3. START TO ELIMINATE THINGS YOU DON’T CARE ABOUT. Stop doing things you’re doing just out of obligation. Abandon the busy work.

4. GIVE YOURSELF HUGE BLOCKS OF TIME TO WORK ON ONE PROJECT. Give yourself five hours to work on one project, and do nothing else.

5. TURN OFF DISTRACTIONS. Turn off your phone, power down social networks, destroy your TV, and eat your lunch before you sit down to focus on the important.

6. DON’T COMMENT ON THINGS THAT YOU DON’T WANT TO BE INVOLVED IN. The next time you’re tempted to tell someone that what they’re doing is wrong, maybe consider first: are you willing to help them do it right?

7. MAKE TIME FOR IMPORTANT THINGS. If you want to be a good at something, you have to do it every single day for at least a few hours (if not more).

8. TELL PEOPLE ABOUT YOUR PRIORITIES. By telling people, you can hold yourself responsible. Live and breathe your priorities, and they will become what you are.

9. LEARN AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. You have to study the subject of your priorities regularly. I promise you, it is the most important element.

And here are a few more notes from that chapter…

Focus Your Use of Time on the Important MANIFESTO:
• I will value my time to the highest potential.
• I will not engage in activities that do not contribute value to my life.
• I will focus my attention on creating great work that changes the world.

Focus on what you love, and nothing else. This often means restructuring things so that you can eliminate most of your emails, calls, meetings, paperwork, financial work, and so on. That takes some careful thought, some planning, and groundwork.

One of the easiest ways to avoid finishing is to complicate the process so much that you can never finish. If you’re writing an e-book, give it a title and start writing it. If you’re recording a podcast, turn on the recorder and start talking. Set a date to publish, and don’t miss that date.

Star Dancing: Expanding in Love

The star dance of your life is to expand in love. But the love we speak of is not merely the emotion that you humans tend to think of as love, but rather the extraordinary magnificent energy and science of what may be termed expansive unconditional love. In this context love is indeed a science, a vast field that is composed of a very complex vibrational resonance .

So let us further define a key component of love resonance as it relates to your growth...and that is the impeccability of actuated divine will. Will as translated into action is the driver of your search for spiritual growth. Impeccability then is the distillation of your present experiences and knowledge, into the wisdom of action.

Accepting the Challenge

While it is true that your thoughts create the reality you experience in duality, you in higher aspect thoughtfully and carefully compose and create the challenges that you face. These have great purpose. Whether you truly believe it or not, you write your own tests. So while 'positive thinking' is a key frequency, positive thinking is meant to help you approach your life lessons and does not circumvent the learning process itself. You cannot just ignore or wish away the growth lessons you script for yourself in order to expand. That is because your chosen set ups are in most cases outside, beyond the ability of the duality aspect of ego-brain to remove or will away. You will face them, because you have in divine self, willed it from higher perspective.

We assure you that there is nothing more stimulating, more worthy of actualization, than your manifested desire to evolve, to change for the better. That is indeed each of your lifetime missions. It is not enough to meditate, or to visualize the desired goal being accomplished if you do not to act upon the inner voice , the drive from which your meditations and visualizations arise.

Intent, focus and meditation must absolutely be teamed with action.Becoming impeccable, and eventually achieving your enlightenment does not mean, as some religions indirectly imply, that you are suddenly in a blissful state of oblivion, or in some distant state of nirvana. Masters, we tell you that you are as much a part of a nirvana now as you ever will be, you simply need discover it within you.

There will indeed be cycles within your emotional state, that is part of being human. There will be times in which you feel apathetic and depressed. Not only the problems you face, but even certain astronomical gravities can be the source of such despair, on their own. All of these must be faced, and can be surmounted.

So be aware that 'Nirvana', in your vernacular, is achieved attitudinally, and not through avoidance, ignorance or escape, but through impeccable confrontation of the reality projection that surrounds you.

Earth experience, duality mastery is difficult. This is a great truth, one of the greatest truths of duality, and one commonly misunderstood. The study and mastery of life requires work. You can't simply put the text book under your pillow and sleep on it, it must be read and understood a page at a time. Moment by moment.

So then your full understanding and accepting that your life is a construction of 'set ups' that you planned in order to enable your spiritual growth is an even greater truth. You see when you accept this noble truth, you have the opportunity to transcend it. That you term 'destiny' is in truth the situations you preplanned for your life lesson. And Dears Ones, that very self scripted 'destiny', in your such terms, will assist you to both face your challenges and then manifest your desires, but not because you protest what you do not like. In order to experience the light of your desire, you must ignite the passion that will free it from the stronghold where it has been closely guarded. The greatest path is to accept the challenge of self purification by being a living example of your own light rather than protesting the darkness that still exists within the world in 3d, a choosing to insulate yourself from it.

Acceptance

Masters, by accepting that you are here to face challenges, then you can more robustly create the energy needed to face them. Because once it is accepted, the fact that life can be difficult no longer scares you, rather it motivates the spiritual warrior into resolve.

The greatest issue you have in accepting ultimate ownership and responsibility for your actions lies in the core desire to avoid the pain of the consequences of that behavior. But we tell you that it is the confrontational courage of impeccably solving problems that provides and indeed nurtures meaningful growth in your life.

Facing your problems is the serendipitous cutting edge that distinguishes between success and failure, or better said between growth and stagnation. Problems call forth your best effort to rsolve and refine courage and wisdom within the impeccable seeker.

It is categorically because of stressful predicaments and obstructions that you grow mentally and spiritually. It is through the pain of confronting and resolving life-puzzles and 'set-ups' that you learn the greater meaning of the science of love. Dear Hearts, the candid fact is that some of your most poignant accomplishments and indeed greatest growths are spawned when you are placed in the troubling crossroads of conundrum. Your greatest trials and revelations take place in times when you are outside of your 'comfort zone', feeing bewildered, unfulfilled, or even in a state of agonizing despair. For it is in such moments, propelled by your discomfort that you are compelled to burst out of the confining cages and seek a better more spiritually satisfying way of life.

Impeccability - The State of Grace

What then is impeccability? We are not understating the base premise, when we define impeccability simply as ' always trying your best'. But to remain impeccable requires more effort as the scope of your gained wisdom and consciousness expands. The greater your consciousness, the more you 'know' . The more you know, the greater the responsibility to live accordingly.

You are in the process of expanding your vibratory awareness, of becoming a conscious participant with the soul. You are becoming what your soul is, discovering your greater identity.

Dear Ones, when you grow spiritually, it is because you have opened to seek growth and are taking action, working to achieve it.

Impeccability involves the deliberate extension of your Beingness into evolution.

Impeccability puts you in the state of grace. Impeccability does not infer that you have achieved enlightenment or have learned all you need to learn. Rather it means you are on the only track, the right pathway to get there.

So we will define Impeccability in two layers, two phase formats:

1) Conditional Impeccability: This is when the entity is not highly advanced, yet working toward mastery . Doing ones best. Utilizing knowledge to the best of ones ability to do the right thing, even when there may be ignorance and innocent misconceptions. By that we mean you truly believe what you are doing is the right course, even if it is not the full or expansive truth . All of you go through such phases. In this phase if you make a mistake, it is an honest mistake, in which you genuinely believed you were doing what you felt is right.

2) Mastery Impeccability: This is the phases of the soul in human existence that is on the cusp of Mastery. One highly advanced, and walking the talk. Having no inner conflict between what one believes to be the right path, and what one actuates.

Both phases activate what you may term as an accelerated state of grace. Grace is assistance from the Divine Self to help the outcome of situations when one is trying their best. It may be thought of as the 'Guardian Angel', because in many cases that is exactly what a Guardian Angel is, your Divine Self serendipitously intervening in situations to assist you on your path.

If we were to redefine what you religious texts consider as sin, it would not be in terms of the commandments, rather it would be: "knowledge not utilized". Taking actions you know to be incorrect, actions in conflict to your highest beliefs.

Wisdom Is Within

All of you desire wisdom greater than your own. Seek and you will find, and Masters you can find it 'hidden' inside you. And sadly that is oft the last place you look. It takes work.

You see the divine interface between God and man is within what your academics term the as the subconscious.

Even your religious texts tell you that God is within you, that you are a spark of the Divine. The subconscious mind, or 'back brain' in your terms, is the part of you that is God. The portion of your greater self that contains the knowledge of 'All That Is', the part of you that contains the Akashic Records, the soul memory of everything.

Since the subconscious is the Divine Mind within you, the goal of spiritual growth is achieved by entering into that sacred 'Garden of Wisdom'. It is entered by quieting the ego mind. Meditation has ever been the gateway. It is the key to quieting the personality-ego narration and allowing the 'Voice of the Divine Soul' to be heard. We say again, effort is required. There are no short cuts.

The re-attainment of God-ness is the purpose of your individual existence on the polarity plane. You are born that you might become, as a conscious individual, a physical expression of God. A divine expression in Being-ness.

The challenge is your soul quest, your true purpose, and in physical sojourns, the clock is ever ticking. Obtaining Godhood in physicality is achieved on time-release, through immaculate desire that is actuated in the physical realm by merging with the wisdom of the non physical. Time matters.

In polarity the current shifting of paradigms and energies can throw you off center rather easily in these quickening times. Your true purpose is often difficult to subjectively define and your understanding and ballast lies juxtaposed between illusion and perceived reality. You may feel you are living in a distortion and that nothing is exactly as it seems. In the process you can become confused and complacent. You can lose track of time.

Dear Ones, your lives, each moment of your physical life is precious, far more so than some of you realize. Far more than most of you utilize. Time is a precious commodity, and it is finite within your duality. Each of you reading these words will at some point in the future transition out of the physical. In your vernacular, you will experience death, you will die. This is a condition of physicality as you know it. Yet so many of you act as though you will live forever. Indeed the soul is eternal, but you will not ever be the same person, the same personality or expression that you are now, in any lifetime or in any other aspect of your beingness.

You are here to learn Dear Ones, you are here to learn the expressions of your own Godliness within duality and indeed duality is a gift. Life is a gift. You are here to learn how to co create for indeed you are co creators of the Universe, of the Cosmos. You are here to achieve Mastery, and so many of you are very close, very near that achievement.

Seize the Day

Masters, until you truly value yourself, you will not be in the grace of impeccability and thus not be motivated to truly value and optimize your time. Unless you place great value on your allotted time, you will not do your 'best' with it. "Carpe Diem", is translated as "Seize the Day", and this is so appropriate. You must seize each moment! So many of you, despite your good intentions, allow yourselves to be tranquilized into complacency at certain phases or within certain conditions of your chosen sojourns. Many of you waste time; misuse time and lifetime after lifetime can be squandered.What you do not face, what you do not resolve in any one moment orlifetime, will resurface. You will repeat the set up until you successful solve it, and that is indeed a great truth.

Masters utilizing your time in duality is quintessential, and that is a complex undertaking for it necessitates that you seek impeccability. It requisites love of self, for until you genuinely value yourself, you truly do not value your life and time. And until you value your time, you will not be compelled to maximize how you spend it.

It is natural Discipline is the basic set of tools to solve life problems. Without discipline it is difficult for you to have the driver required to focus on the work of solving your problems. Simply stated, you can become immobilized...apathetic, complacent or lazy. On the 'Ladder of Ascension', you are moving up, setting still or moving down.

In third dimensional physics there is a law that states that energy that is highly organized will naturally degrade when not in dynamic state. It is easier by natural law to be in a state of complacency in the physical plane, than to be in an upwardly mobile condition. That is clearly logical. It is the Law of Love that motivates all souls into greater consciousness, and that requires dynamics...work! Laziness is in a real sense one of your biggest obstacles, because work means swimming against the tide. Seize the Day!

Perfect Order

Some of you say and feel that "Everything works out as it should, all is in perfect order". But Masters, that concept is something of a is a paradox, and like a face card it is upside down either way you look at it. Do you understand?

From the higher perspective all is in perfect order, but from the perspective of humankind within duality, it is not! If it were there would be no need for lesson, no need for what you term reincarnation.

One need but take a look around and know that the plight of humankind on the planet Earth is far from being perfect. Indeed it will NOT work out as it should, until you make it so!

This applies in micro and macro. There is much to manage, much to review. All in time, and Masters it will occur. We offer some of the linger issues for review and discernment.Hidden Ego - Spiritual One-Upmanship

Many of you are leaders and teachers and have worked long and hard to acquire an advanced level of knowledge and spiritual truths. This is admirable. But it leads to a crossroad of decision.

A human on the path of Mastery must avoid the trappings of ego or it will fall in atrocity. A leader must ever honor its soul-voice and follow their internally directed path in order to ascend rather than fall. This is an essential compass for all on the advanced course of Mastery. Without inner 'soul review' and calibration one cannot see the true direction home.

Understand then that with continued advancement comes the need for humility. How many of you have attended metaphysical gatherings only to be somewhat put-off by someone who make it a point to lets you know how far they travel in their dreams, how many great visions and celestial teachers they see in the higher realms; the implication being that they are advanced in mastery, and want to be sure everyone knows it.

This is an understandable pitfall, but is not the true walk of integrity. Spiritual 'One-Upmanship' is rampant in New Age circles, yet most offenders would not even be aware they are coming across in such a pompous manner. There are many covert trappings of ego within spiritual circles. No one is exempt. Leaders and teachers who advance to a certain level are particularly susceptible to this trapping of ego, when they begin to achieve a following. Most that have it don't recognize it. Are you one of these? It happens to most at some point, Dear Ones. Humility is the way of the true spiritual leader, yet it is so easy to blindly fall into self aggrandizement.

We tell you in love, Dear Ones, that it happens to all of you. It happens in all of your lifetimes, the move and shift day to day, in and out of integrity. Within duality, whether you are a teacher or a student (and all of you are both!), none of you are above it, and that is why it is necessary to recalibrate through the infinite mirror of truth, of self review within the detached observer within self. There is such a fine line between self love and ego. The paradox is that the former is a necessity of impeccability and the latter is a hindrance to it.

On the path of Mastery you will be forced many times to choose between love and power, and power is very seductive and often well disguised. Pride comes before the fall. Many have risen to great heights in spiritual achievement only to lose it all by becoming blinded by ego.

There are two forms of power, one is used for control, political power, the other is true power, the benevolent power of Love. But as you progress in your awareness, you will find the distinction of power less a case of good and evil and more of a case between love and deceptive concepts of power. It is about more subtle energies. There are energies that desire one movement or direction and there are energies that would necessitate a different and more refined understanding. The challenge remains in putting all the pieces together and this is not an easy task.

Sexual Integrity

True love is a frequency. It is not emotional passion, it is not romance, and it is not sexual, in your terms. Above duality, in your true essence, you are androgynous, integral, whole and non gendered. Only in the polarity plane of the physical realm does gender orientation occur. In your present time and plane of existence the physical drive for sexual fertilization is within the current DNA model to preserve the survival of the species. This is neither needed or present in your higher self, above duality.

Sexuality is another area that is very complex, very confusing for many of you. It is an area that requires impeccability.

Throughout the eons of time there have been many systems of belief, many varied expressions, experiments and modalities within the various cultures across the planet on sexual expression within biology. Some were very inhibited others extremely liberal. The deeper bonds of biological and spiritual love lie at the basis of all personal and cultural relationships, but there is a higher love that transcends well above your cultural and religious programming of sexuality.

Religion and culturally pressed morality standards in your present paradigm, influence a great deal of oppression in terms of sexual expression. The resulting overly specific sexual orientation, then, reflects a firm division in consciousness. It not only separates the male from the more nurturing emotional impulses, but also can separate the female from her own freedoms to project strength and intellect It effectively formulates a restrictive culture in which mind and heart, strength and nurturing are divorced into polarity via gender.

Intimacy and sexual expression are vehicles for expressing non-physical energy in physical ways. Sexuality can be sacred, or it can be mere lust. When it is a spiritual expression of physicalized soul-union it is experienced as far more than a physical act and is done from higher chakra intent and manifestation. In this instance the vital life-energy expended is amplified, sanctified and returned to the energy field of the participants and increases their vitality and balance. Each records the soul imprint of the other.

This is however, not the case when it is expressed on physical urge alone for the sole purpose of sexual gratification. When sexuality is enacted purely for physical hungers, the vital energy is simply expended, spent, and is not returned to the human energy field. Indeed it some cases, the act when based on selfishness and gratification alone, leaves the electro-magnetic field somewhat ruptured, and energy bleed can occur.

Most humans in your present society have conflicted issues around their sexuality and sexual expression. Sexuality is a format that can merge two souls into blissful unity as one, but it can also express one as One. It is the qualitative aspect of the participants intent that determines the level of specific chakric flow, whether or not it is done in highest elucidation, you see.

. It is not ironic, that many of you will achieve the highest balance in your lives, only after your body ceases to produce sexual hormones.

Yet the release of kundalini, of chi through the sexual act is among the most powerful energies available to mankind. It has been used for good and has fallen into wasteful misappropriation. The key is intent.

When there is consensual attraction teamed with caring and mutual respect it can be exquisitely sensual, beautiful, and sacred. It is capable of transporting the spirit to higher realms, companioning the trinity of body, mind and soul. When this occurs, particularly among members of the same soul guild, there is an energy imprint imparted and a synergistic effect that is extremely beneficial on many levels.

Sexuality is the natural expression of love that flowers between souls. It can be the highest natural expression of love between people, regardless of gender. Yet it can become a source of guilt, a source of control, and a source of bias and judgment. It can become a source of self aggrandizement, and addiction particularly among those of the male gender, because the male drive to reproduction is hardwired, so to speak, in the corporeal. As such it is often misunderstood, and even more often misused.

Relationships should be based on agreement, and the freedom of this expression should be honored, yet optimally aligned with the higher chakras. Dominance of one over the other is not congruent with true love in relationships of any nature.

High intent within sexuality is extremely beneficial on all levels, physical, mental and spiritual. It can be a source of rejuvenation and regeneration. Yet some choose sexual expressions that border on debauchery, manipulation, greed, self-aggrandizement, conquest and a sadly misaligned addiction to physical orgasm.

Without judgment, we tell you that sexual energy is a gift of sublime exquisite energy, and when used in higher intent, offers a glimpse into the sacred orgasmic bliss of the celestial realms. It is life force and should be used wisely, encompassing the body, mind and spirit.

When sexual expression is duly chosen, its responsible unfoldment with highest intent, through heart-sharing and love is an aspect of crystalline impeccability.

Unresolved Energy Blockage

Masters on the final walk of Mastery, most of your major issues have been dealt with, and we honor you for that. What remains may however be elusive to confront. And it is important to confront any and all unresolved issues and energies.

We say this without judgement. We point this out in order to assist you. For in time all must be dealt with. The more advanced you become, the more difficult it can be to sweep up the last remaining bits of unresolved issues, because they are often well hidden. The unresolved energy, the final issues can become polarized and repelled outside your mental field, forgotten in the residues of many lifetimes. Dear Hearts, take time to self review in multidimensional, Mer-Ka-Na aspect. Please determine what is left to be worked on.
 

Polarity Physics

Masters, the closer you get to light, and the stronger you attract the dark. Light attracts bugs ! The more you advance, the more criticism you will draw, and that requires wisdom to deal with.

The polarity aspect of the 'Law of Opposite Attraction' herewith comes into play. From a state of detachment what takes place is electromagnetics. Pure positive energy has the greatest 'magnetic' attraction to negative energy. So as your light shines brighter, the magnetic to polar opposite increases. It can be managed, but you must have the light, humility, the strength and discipline to deflect it.

So dealing with affronts, the hard energy of jealousy, hatred and anger are an important piece of the puzzle in achieving the Master level of Impeccability.

How do you deal with this? Don't take anything personally is perhaps easier said than done, but it is quite true. Your bible talks of turning the other cheek. But this doesn't mean you apologize when someone steps on your foot. Part of the paradox is indeed standing up for your truth. But it does mean you don't step on the feet of others, intentionally or otherwise. Do you understand?

Standing in your truth is peaceful action. It is a benevolent expression of aggression that allows grace and dignity to be retained on both sides of any conflict or attack. It sends the attacking energy back to its source, but without malice and with love.

Each of you has an opportunity to stand in impeccability within any conflict. You can deal with conflict, without engaging it. Do you understand? Deal with, face it from a stance of emotional detachment, as the observer, and that is not easy, yet it is the way of the Master. It is how you 'Don't take anything personally' you detach the emotional reaction.

Each of you has an opportunity to be impeccable every day. The scenario in which you recognize your own failings, your own conflict with integrity, is the day you encompass Mastery level Impeccability, and indeed it is a journey. Likewise the day you stand in your truth with willingness to recognize another person's truth, you encompass integrity.

The divine mind is only achieved, only accessed through crystalline Mer-Ka-Na resonance, within crystalline thought waves. Crystalline thought is above emotion, above petty feelings. It is achieved in detachment. It is the crystalline lake of Shamballa, of true Nirvana, as smooth as glass, no waves distorting its mirrored visage.

Two nights ago, before I went to sleep, I asked the Creation to guide me to another important subject. The next morning, my father called me to say that the scientist made strange discoveries regarding the human DNA. Even though I usually 'administrate' this kind of information to my father 'by force', now he was the one updating me. Even so, I haven't payed attention to this subject until later that evening.

To be honest, I was amazed to read that the modern medicine finally released to the press that the 'first human with 3 DNA strands' had been born. Of course, the case of little Alfie is the first one to be officially acknowledge by the medical community, but not the only one existent.

In fact, I've read years ago that independent doctors were already working with children who developed the third DNA strand. But are they different than the average human? I am absolutely delighted to inform you that they are very special and in fact all humans are mutating to a superior specie, as we speak.

I. Alfie Clamp: The First Acknowledge Case by the Modern Medicine of A Human With 3 DNA Strands
A two-year-old boy has become the only person in the world to be diagnosed with an extra strand in his DNA. Brave Alfie Clamp was born blind and with severe disabilities, which led doctors to carry out various tests.

They revealed his seventh chromosome has an extra strand of material which has never been documented anywhere in the world before. Doctors are baffled at his condition, which is so rare it does not have a name.
Medics also have no idea whether his condition will improve or reduce his life expectancy.
Alfie, from Nuneaton, Warks., can now see and he will have an operation this month to fix an intestinal problem caused by his condition. His parents Gemma and Richard Clamp only discovered something was wrong with their son after they first took him home.

Within days, he was rushed back to hospital after he stopped breathing and his lips turned blue.
Then when he was six weeks old, doctors discovered he had a rare abnormality in his DNA. Mrs Clamp said: 'When the doctors told us I was absolutely devastated. As a pregnant mum you spend nine months thinking about what it will be like when your baby takes their first step or claps their hands.

'Having a boy like Alfie makes you appreciate the little things. He didn't roll over until he was 18 months old, but we were so excited when he did.'

His condition left Alfie unable to see until he was three months old and his muscles were so weak he could not roll over on his own. He still suffers serious digestive problems and needs a cocktail of drugs every day to help his body absorb vital nutrients. He also suffers fits which sparked by high temperatures and metabolic problems stop him from eating or drinking.

Since he was born, Alfie has been rushed to hospital six times - including twice just last month - when he stopped breathing. His parents even believed he was dying twice and were stunned when Alfie made a full recovery after spending time in hospital. Mr and Mrs Clamp, who also have 10-year-old daughter Georgia who is perfectly healthy, had their DNA tested but were not carriers of the faulty gene. Mr Clamp said: 'The doctors told us there is nothing we could have done to prevent it. I don't think we'll ever know why it happened. 'I was holding him in my arms and I could see his eyes start to focus on me. It was a massive milestone for us because we didn't know if that would ever happen.

'We even took a photograph of the two of us sat there, looking at each other. Having Alfie has changed our lives - everything revolves around him. But he is such a happy boy and he has brought a lot of joy to our lives.

'Whenever we go to hospital, all the doctors and nurses say what a pleasure it is to see Alfie.'

PR: Berrenda, tell us a little about your background.

BF: I have doctorates in physiology and naturopathy. During my training in Europe I also was involved with the media, and this still continues in film and management. As you know, I'm working with FOX Television Network to bring about understanding of extraterrestrials and their role in what is happening with mankind at this time. The most well known are 'Sightings' and 'The X Files'.

PR: What are the changes that are happening at this time on the planet, and how are our bodies being affected?

BF: There are major changes, mutations that haven't occurred, according to geneticists, since the time we supposedly came out of the water. Several years ago in Mexico City there was a convention of geneticists from around the world, and the main topic was the DNA change. We are making an evolutionary change, yet we don't know what we are changing into.

PR: How is our DNA changing?

BF: Everyone has one double helix of DNA. What we are finding is that there are other helixes that are being formed. In the double helix there are two strands of DNA coiled into a spiral. It is my understanding that we will be developing twelve helixes. During this time, which seems to have started maybe 5 to 20 years ago, we have been mutating. This is the scientific explanation. It is a mutation of our species into something for which the end result is not yet known.
The changes are not known publicly, because the scientific community feels it would frighten the population. However, people are changing at the cellular level. I am working with three children right now who have three DNA helixes. Most people know and feel this. Many religions have talked about the change and know it will come about in different ways. We know it is a positive mutation even though physically, mentally, and emotionally it can be misunderstood and frightening.

PR: Are these children displaying any characteristics different from other children?

BF: These are children who can move objects across the room just by concentrating on them, or they can fill glasses of water just by looking at them. They're telepathic. You would almost think by knowing these children that they are half angelic or superhuman, but they're not. I think they are what we are growing into during the next few decades.
PR: Do you think this will happen to all of us?

BF: It seems like most people who were born before 1940 have not been able to make the shift, but have initiated something into the next generation that gives them the capacity to form another helix within our lifetime. Our immune and endocrine systems are the most evident of these changes. That is one of the reasons I work with research in immunological testing and therapy.

Some adults that I have tested actually do have another DNA helix forming. Some are even getting their third. These people are going through a lot of major shifts in their consciousness and physical bodies, because it is all one. In my opinion, the Earth and everyone here is raising its vibration. Many of the children born recently have bodies that are magnetically lighter.

Those of us that are older and choose to change have to go through many physical changes.

PR: What causes change in bodies born with normal two-strand DNA?

BF: The easiest way to mutate our DNA is through a virus. Consequently viruses are not necessarily bad. Viruses live only on living tissue. DNA viruses like Epstein Barr and the Herpes #6 change cellular structure. The retrovirus HIV is not a DNA virus. Instead of mutating the body, it actually eats it up. Most people who go through this process and come out the other side have a new profession, a new way of thinking, or at least a starting of a new way of life.

Even though they may feel really sick, tired, or hopeless at times, it is a gift. They are being given a chance to change their DNA structure and their body into a lighter, healthier body that can see them into the next generation. The angels that are being seen are signs that we are shifting. As I understand it, we have until about 2012 to complete this process.

PR: What other changes should we expect to see?

BF: There will be no disease, we will not need to die. We will be able to learn our lessons, not through suffering, but through joy and love. The old system has to crumble away, and is not doing that without putting up a big fight. So you have all the wars; a lot of the medical-type of healing is not working; the government is not working.

A lot of the old paradigms can no longer exist yet are fighting to be maintained, but there is no doubt that it is changing. Those of us who have chosen to live at this time are the forerunners of almost a new species. It is human, yet we are at the same time actually manifesting heaven on Earth. We are receiving extra help from masters and extraterrestrials, angelic beings, and learning to go inward. The more we are able to go in and listen to that quiet voice, the more we are in tune with the changes that are happening.
PR: What are some of the side effects of these changes?

BF: With a cellular change you are sometimes going to feel as though you are not here. You may feel exhaustion, because we are literally changing cells and becoming new beings. Like a new baby, you may need lots of rest. Mental confusion and not being able to concentrate on routine tasks may happen as we are being programmed for something larger. Aches and pains throughout the body for which there is no specific cause are common. Many people feel as though they are going crazy.

If they go into an orthodox medical office, most likely they will be put on Prozac, because they can't define what it is. It is difficult for the medical profession because they are not used to dealing with the energetic body. Because the chakras are related to our endocrine system, women will go through hormonal changes. There may be crying without knowing why because crying releases hormones. Many women are going through menopause earlier because we are accelerating.

Men may be very frustrated with the exhaustion when they are used to being very active. They may feel their feminine side coming out because this is the intuitive side. The emotional therapy that has been coming out in the last 20 to 30 years has been speeded up with new techniques for these changes. We are actually doing a tremendous amount of emotional work in a very short time, which would have taken thousands of years.

PR: How do you you treat someone who is going through these changes?

BF: I approach it from the viewpoint of working with individual beings instead of treating a disease. 'Doctor' in Latin means educator. The only effective service you can perform as a true healer is to empower individuals with the necessary tools and reassure them that what is happening is real, and that they can heal and be free of the 'negative' symptoms while healing.

First, I require immunological testing that is not traditionally done. This is a blood laboratory test performed by an advanced specialty research lab. Then I give the patient the information themselves. This is much like a map of the changes so they can have the power to heal. I am not the healer but only an instrument in their individual healing process. There is power in a person looking at their own blood tests and seeing the map of what is going on in their bodies that causes something to click in the subconscious.

The real key is that the person take responsibility and do their own work. What I use as tools are not commonly used. I use a lot of Organotherapy, which is a glandular treatment from Europe, to build up the hormonal system to accept the changes in the DNA. Also, I use homeopathy to work on the energetic body, vitamins, herbs, and cold laser therapy. The therapy depends entirely on individual needs.

Much of what I do has been accessed from those whom I would call older sisters and brothers who have gone on before us. They are from other solar systems that we have all come from to help this planet with its transition.

PR: How do you see your work evolving?

BF: I look at my work as a bridge or transition. It is both scientific and artistic. Healing is an art and a science. Using only science or just the art of healing is not enough for complete health. I don't think I will be a healer all my life because I believe disease will be eliminated. We, as conscious people, will eliminate disease and suffering.

III. Remedies for the Side Effects
Extracted from an article 'The Bigger Picture' by Susanna Thorpe-Clark. We are being changed physically from carbon-based beings with 2 strands of DNA into crystalline beings with 1,024 strands of DNA (eventually, in time), because only crystalline substances can exist on higher dimensional levels. But the immediate changes are from 2 to 3 DNA strands, and later into 12.

It is speculated that the human beings already had 12 DNA strands hundreds of thousands of years ago, but someone or something interfered in our evolution, downgrading us to only 2.
It is not just we humans who are changing, but all life forms on Earth are becoming crystalline. All the fish in the sea, the flowers and trees in your garden, the birds in the sky, even your pet dog or cat. Everything is changing. Nothing will die or be destroyed, for we are all moving together into A NEW STATE OF BEING. This new state of being requires therefore that we physically, mentally and emotionally let go of 3rd dimensional concepts.

Just as in death, the letting go is a major part of the change process, for one cannot take the old values and way of being into a new completely different afterlife. So the progression through changes compels us to let go of current relationships, jobs, careers, homes, possessions, and so on, if they are unable to support our new way of being.

Is it any wonder therefore, that there is a great deal of anxiety and fear being felt because these changes are already in progress, even though most people are not conscious of it. Also, the changes to our physiological makeup are currently speeding up and there are MANY TEMPORARY PHYSICAL SYMPTOMS that are occurring in our bodies as a consequence of this.

Some of these are:
Flu-like symptoms - high temperatures, sweating, aching bones and joints etc, but which do not respond to antibiotics.
Migraine headaches - severe pain that is not relieved with pain killers.
Occasional diarrhoea.
Occasional runny nose - with sneezing which lasts 24 hours and is not a cold or hayfever.
Dizziness
Ringing in the ears
Heart palpitations
Feeling the whole body vibrate - especially at ni ght when one is in a relaxed state.
Intense muscle spasms - plus pain in the body, often the back.
Tingling - in arms, hands, legs or feet.
Loss of muscular power - in hands, caused by changes in circulation system.
Occasional breathing difficulties - and/or noticing stronger or louder breathing when in a relaxed state.
Immune system changes
Lymphatic system changes
Feeling tired - or exhausted from minor exertion.
Wanting to sleep - longer and more often than normal.
Toe nails and hair growing quicker than normal.
Bouts of depression for no real reason.
Delving into the past - and looking at relationships, gaining clarity on personal issues.
Feeling of a huge purge
Tension, anxiety and high stress levels - because one feels that something is going on but doesn't know what it is.

Some of these symptoms are being felt by a great many people. Many are rushing off in panic to their doctor, chiropractor, herbalist, etc. and are usually told that there is nothing wrong with them. And this is the truth. For all these symptoms are just temporary and simply indicate that these physiological changes are occurring.

Some of the RECOMMENDED RELIEF REMEDIES for the above are: Go with the flow, don't fight it. If you feel tired and exhausted, rest and get plenty of sleep. Drink lots of water for you are detoxifying and dehydrating quicker than usual. To relieve emotional tension and stress levels take Valerian. Fenugreek relieves stress on the lymphatic system and helps the detoxification.
To relieve muscle spasm take Valerian and try mud baths or a long, hot soak in a bath to which you add a cup of Epsom salts.

Do this daily. Rocognise that even if you are having heart palpitations or breathing difficulties that it is the heart chakra or the throat chakra.that is unblocking and that the symptoms are temporary. You aren't dying, just changing! However, don't just take my word for it. Seek medical guidance if you are unsure. If you don't know where to get Valerian or Fenugreek, try a health food store or better still, simply say the name in your head when you need relief.
All healing energies are transmitted via the sound of the name and are just as effective said in the mind or aloud, as in physically taking them. Try it and see. Ask your angel guides to help relieve any pain. They are just waiting to be asked ! Most symptoms seem to last a couple of weeks, then clear up. Some symptoms may recur from time to time. These changes are not necessarily being experienced by everyone concurrently. A very small percentage of adults have already completed the entire change into crystalline form and now embody 1,024 strands of DNA.

One report is of a woman who has grown 3 inches taller and a footsize larger. All children under the age of 7 have also now completed the change, or will shortly do so. Babies born in the past 2 years have all been born with the full set of DNA. Some people are only just starting to move through these changes, and many others have yet to start. This process of change is known as the Awakening, or as the Ascension process, or known as achieving the Merkabah, or light body.

We need to transcend our fears and learn about love, real love, which has to start with the self. Because, until we can love and trust ourself, We cannot truly love or trust anything or anybody else.

IV. The Spiritual Connection
As scientific research has now proven, our DNA, shown on this page in the familiar double helix configuration, holds the genetic codes for your physical and emotional evolution. Still to be discovered by science is the fact that your DNA has a much greater purpose than simply being a blueprint for your body.

The Genome Project decoded only approximately 3% of the total physical DNA. The remaining 97% was then termed "junk", inferring it has no purpose. The truth is that the human body is extremely efficient and anything that is of no use becomes atrophied and is evolved out of existence within a few generations.

If 97% of our DNA is junk, why do we still have it?

That so-called "junk DNA" in your body contains all your history since you first incarnated onto this planet, many lifetimes ago. It's where your akashic record, the record of your Soul, resides. Our DNA has been called a living library because of the wealth of information stored on it.

There are ten additional strands of DNA, or five double helix strands, which were disconnected or de-activated eons ago. Science has yet to discover these strands, although they have seen the shadows of them on their electronic microscopes. They call them "shadow DNA".

12 Strands of DNA - Our Spiritual Heritage

For years science has recognized that we have two active physical strands of DNA. We also have a further ten energetic DNA strands which have been dormant within the Human Being for many centuries. These dormant strands of DNA have been discovered by scientists, who not knowing the function of these strands, have identified them as ‘junk’ DNA.

Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is a nucleic acid that contains all the genetic instructions used in the development and functioning of all known living things. The main role of DNA is the long-term storage of information. DNA is often compared to a set of blueprints since it contains the instructions needed to construct other components of cells.The DNA segments that carry genetic information are called genes, but other DNA sequences have structural purposes or are involved in regulating the use of genetic information.

Our DNA is therefore our personal blueprint and as such contains all our mental, physical, emotional and Spiritual information.

The original Human Being had 12 Strands of DNA actively working and maintaining the full function of the Human as a Spiritual Being. With our over preoccupation with left brained thinking and the closing down of our heart centers, these ‘extra’ DNA strands have been lost. The consequences of this loss are that we live in a spiritually deficient society and our intuitive and healing abilities have been hugely reduced. It has also resulted in us only accessing and using a very small part of our brains.

The human body is very valuable. It stores and holds a wealth of information, wisdom and knowledge on every aspect of ourselves, our world and all of life. Combinations of intelligence are stored within the Human and a great amount of data is stored inside the body. Inside our bodies are the formulas required to replicate other forms of intelligence throughout the Universe.

At conception, we receive, from our two different bloodlines (our parents) certain matched and paired recessive genes. These genes hold light codes that give us the highest opportunity for accessing and developing our Spiritual abilities and for healing the damaged and wounded aspects of our Soul.

At the same time these genes hold memories which have created blocks to our path to oneness and initiated our deep-rooted feelings of separation, separation from our true essence and our Creator. This memory of separation has forced us to created experiences and situations where we are given the opportunity to heal ourselves, our world and our separations.

As a Soul we carefully picked and chose our parents and their bloodlines in order to facilitate experiences and situations that will enable us to heal ourselves. We have therefore handpicked our own DNA structures and the possible opportunities to activate and awaken further strands of DNA.

The energy of our Earth is moving through major vibrational shifts and into higher levels of consciousness. As the Earth raises Her vibration, we as Human Beings are being given many opportunities to raise our vibration. This shift is being referred to as the Ascension and there are many people around the world who are experiencing confusion and chaos in their worlds. Yet in this seeming chaos and confusion lie great opportunities for us to grow, expand and evolve.

One of the most exciting aspects of our evolutionary process is the retooling of our DNA. Cosmic light encoded rays from our Creator have been coming into our Earth stimulating change and reordering our Human bodies. As the light encoded filaments are absorbed into our being our scattered DNA is being activated and reformed into new helixes or strands of DNA and being reordered into bundles.

As this rebundling and reordering progresses we create a more evolved nervous system that facilitates new information and data to move into our consciousness. Many of our dormant brain cells are being awoken and we are being able to access our full body potential. As our bodies fill with more light so our memories are opened and we evolve as our DNA evolves into conscious Multidimensional Beings.

Our 12 strands of DNA activate and connect to our 12 Chakra points, energy doorways through which we access our Spiritual heritage. The 12 strands of DNA serve as links through the 12 chakras to the energy web outside of our bodies. The 12 chakras act as energetic doorways into our body connecting us to the vital forces of existence. It is through opening and activating these portals of energy that we can begin to truly know ourselves.

As all 12 strands of DNA are now forming, whatever issues we have not dealt with and peacefully cleared in our personal history, will create chaos. Feelings and memories are emerging offering us an opportunity to experience the fabric of our being and revealing who we are through the events and beliefs that are intricately woven into us.

Our task is to awaken, activate and unite all 12 creating the spinning of the 12. This spinning of the 12 strands of DNA and 12 chakra points will draw to us energies that will intermingle and move throughout our beings activating and awakening the many different aspects of ourselves. This will trigger new versions, understandings and meanings to all the events in our lives and our world.

Our 12 chakras are collections of energy where events can emerge. They hold memory and identity and each corresponds to a strand of DNA. These 12 energy centers must be accessed from within where we can feel the data corresponding with and translating our experiences within the context of our minds.

By opening our hearts and minds all the answers to the great mysteries will be found within. We are required to step out of our current belief systems and to create new belief systems as the mind is structured to evolve and form our experiences based on what we command. Our mind is not our master; we are the masters of our own minds. The mind is but a tool to be used to create reality and nothing more.

By consciously working with the waves of energy and light moving into our Earth, we are able to realize and understand that the transformation of this planet is based upon the healing and power of our minds.

Activating the full 12 DNA strands will create a connection between our human genetic coding and give us access to all knowledge and wisdom. This is the awareness and understanding of who we truly are.

In activating all 12 strands of DNA we create an alignment within ourselves allowing us to gently shift into much higher vibrational levels and frequency of light, helping our ascension process by further awakening our human consciousness.

Our DNA is mutating, no doubt about it. The old human specie is evolving at a very high rate. We are regaining the lost DNA strands and we will consciously reconnect to the source. Nothing can and nothing will stop this process, because the Creation will make it manifest.

Good evening all....

The Platinum Ray is not from this Galaxy. It is Andromedan in nature. The Platinum Ray is very special for Andromedans, too. It has been used in other galaxies by divine dispensation. It is not a "popular" ray, because it is so powerful. It is a fairly new ray, brought by God to planet earth due to the divine intervention that so many beings, such as yourselves, have been praying, meditating, lobbying and doing sacred ceremonies for.-- and all kinds of different ways, activities and actions that are taking place on the earth to change the status quo, as it is called. And the status quo, of course, is the abolishment of slavery and ignorance of any kind on this planet.

This particular ray has been brought by divine dispensation and is fairly new to the Andromedans and other galaxies around the universe who at one time or another have been ripe to receive this ray, so that the actions that take place within the holding of this ray are exremely powerful.

This ray has to do with rejuvenation of the earth--in all matter, and all levels of the material plane--so it is not just focused on human rejuvenation, but also it is focused on the environment. It can be utilized for the cleansing and purifying of the environment, and has a particular frequency that is especially efficacious to manage, dissipate and dissolve harsh chemicals.

There is an entire list of the kinds of chemicals, properties and formulas, both atomic, and sub atomic that this particular ray is a very good antidote for. It is harmless to human beings, animals, pets, and certainly harmless to flora and fauna. Indeed, it has a certain element within its property that actually enhances human beings. It has to do with the substance of the platinum ray, which is a certain efficaciousness that radiates a certain light, which cleanses the pollution and at the same time radiates the Light for those areas that are not necessarily as polluted. It has a restorative quality while it is beaming it's platinum light. As it beams into the pollution, helping to dissipate it, it also helps to restore the element to its natural efficaciousness. You might say that it is doing a "double job".

It also can be brought in with small or very large dosages. It has to do with size--not neccesarily what one would ingest. When one is doing a command to bring in the platinum ray, a delicate awareness of the power of this ray is required. It is important to know how to bring it through from the Cosmos. It takes a Master Wizard to be able to bring this ray about, because it has such a high frequency and does such a great job. You might say that the platinum ray that God used to create nature, and the Seraphim and Elohim understand this ray very well. They cannot mention the training to anybody, until and unless the actual need arises. Such as right now, during the Los Alamos fires.

We must recognize also that in order to carry this responsibility of bringing about the platinum ray for particular uses one must also recognize that it is usually given to human beings and others, who have very little or no judgment about what is going on. One must be sufficiently evolved in the understanding of unconditional love, in order to be the Steward of this particular ray. It must be used with the utmost delicacy in order to get the job done correctly.

It is not possible to use this ray foolishly because the platinum ray is only sent to those who are sentient beings.

The platinum ray can be called forth in minute quantities and details. In other words, you can use it to repair your watch, or repair the substance of nuclear fallout, so that it is restored to a "neutral" consistency. Once one uses the ray one must understand what happens after the ray is used, because it is not like one would use a tool, for instance. If you were going to saw part of the front of this table, you know that your tool is a saw. You know the result you want to achieve. You want to split this part so that this part falls off, and this part has been cut. That is something to be very aware of when one is responsible for stewarding the platinum ray. One must know one's objective and the outcome one wishes to achieve. One must plan and visualize ahead of time what they want to call forth the platinum ray for. One could say that "right now I want to use it to cleanse the environment", and even more detailed, "I want to cleanse the environment of chemicals, radiation, or whatever it is, so that you are very sure to ask the questions beforehand. It is to be used by someone who has complete awareness of what the platinum ray can do, as well as its outcome. What outcome do we want after the platinum ray has been called forth.

The other thing to remember is that once the platinum ray has done its job, you must send it back to the Cosmos. Do not leave it in the environment after it has done the designated job. Not that it would damage anything. On the contrary, it would whirl around and do all of the cleansing and restoring of the earth at random. But, the reason we cannot allow the platinum ray to do its good job at random is because "goodness", just as "badness" needs to be focused.

You would think that goodness could go everywhere, but no. And the reason why goodness in the form of the platinum ray must be focused is because a lot of times it would disturb the current balance that has been created by human beings, animals, plants, etc. Let us say that a boat is going downstream in the river, and someone has forgotten to command the platinum ray to return to the cosmos, and the platinum ray wanders and goes in front of the boat and multiplies the fish, grows the greenery high, fresh, and all of these butterflies and birds are profilgating at great speed, and the people in the boat are going " Oh my God, where have I landed! This is not the area I charted in my map." That can create confusion. We want to have you be the stewards of the platinum ray in a responsible way. That is why it is not given freely to everyone, nor is it supposed to, because it has one focus.

After you have seen what good you have commanded it to do, then you must send it back to the Cosmos, and allow nature to restore itself in the process and rhythm that the planet has created to perpetuate itself.

For some of you describing this ray you may have a "deja vu" and that this is something you have managed before, and may be familiar with it. Walk-ins who have done lightwork in other galaxies may be familiar with this ray.

The other thing to remember is when one issues the command to have the platinum ray come, if one is clairvoyant one will actually see it in action. That is preferable, because then one can manage the ray more carefully and call it forth and can actually see and hear the sound of the ray, if you pay attention. You can then command it to widen or decrease in size, or send it to a devastated area that needs repairing, restoring and rejuvenation, or you can move it to an area that needs cleansing or restored to divine order. We are at present focusing on nature, other than human beings. We are focusing the platinum ray on devasted areas,at this time. The training to manage it is very powerful. It is not a ray that likes to stay on earth very long, because it contains a different alchemical and chemical consistency. Knowing that, perhaps it would be easier to remember to send it back to theCosmos.

More and more, you are becoming stewards of the earth. You are in your early stages, but that does not mean that you are coming from naivete. Basically, you have practiced to the extent that you have gotten to a plateau where now you can really begin the Work. What I am talking about the early stages of the Work, which is very important for those of you who are ready and have been developing your Work and evolving your personal selves to bring forth your Divine Work. You are going to be the stewards of the earth very soon. We, the Ascended Masters, and the hierarchies of Light are working diligently every breathing moment--and by the way, we do have rest periods. I go to my retreat in theGobi Desert and "have a cigar or two" (laughs--) and by the way, my lungs are not polluted at all. They are a special kind of cigar!

One must also remember that you have risen to a certain station in life where you are now being given these particular elements for service to humanity. I would caution you to use the platinum ray only silently and invisibly. In other words, you cannot get yourself hired on as a "platinum ray manager," at the moment. Later on, as the world progresses, there will be different times when a platinum ray steward can be recognized as such, just as stewards who have shamanic abilities can be hired to do certain things. And you already know the categories of healers. A platinum ray manager position is not too far away. However, because it is a fairly new ray that is being utilized on earth, we are requesting that all of the stewards remain silent as to the use of it.

There are two things about that: 1) You must have the permission of the conditions or people of where that particular disaster or polluted area exists. How are you going to get permission, lets say from the Los Alamos lab workers? And my answer to that is from the inner planes. This will assist you to open up your clairvoyant and clairaudient abilities so that you can connect with the Presences of these particular lab workers. You don't have to know what their name is. Just ask your I Am Presence to focus you to the principals of the Lab, and ask them permission to cleanse the area with the platinum ray. They have right now said "Yes" to me. One may think that it could be an annoying thing for them, because they tend to be private people. But if you ask them from a very high perspective, they will respond from a very high and moral perspective. And therefore, they would most likely want the pollution to be totally purified and neutralized. Their particular reasons would be that they would not want to be in the news anymore, bothered and hounded by what they may call "disgruntled people and nosy reporters." So their answer would be "Sure, sure, Saint Germain, go ahead and send the platinum ray because we don't want to be bothered anymore." This reason you can get on your own when you focus correctly to their I Am Presence in a respectful way, always asking them if it be "the will of their soul" for you to ask them. They will love you for it, and then after you get their permission silently, if you have not been able to get their permission verbally, then you proceed to call forth the platinum ray from the Cosmos. Remember, that the platinum ray has the formula to transform many different DNA's of the earth and other planets in galaxies of the universe.

It has certain etheric guardians. These platinum ray guardians assist in making the platinum ray "fail-safe". If, for instance, for some unknown reason your brain cells have forgotten something, then the guardians will remind you about certain properties that can be utilized with the platinum ray, as well as manage that particular part you've forgotten, if you are still not listening to their instructions. They are very gentle beings.

When one is utilizing the platinum ray, and after you have asked permission of any element, present or not present--and sometimes you will get a "no", and you must respect it, even though your heart's desire is to do it. The other delicate aspect that is happening here is the sonar experiments in the ocean. 80% of the oceans were targetted to be experimented. All with a good excuse by the government. But nothing is a good excuse when it damages the eco-balance. Then it cannot be good. The platinum ray has the use to be sent to restore and rejuvenate and bring divine order to the eco balance, so that the sonars are rendered neutral. This coujld create a diplomatic incident that needs one needs to be aware of. As you expand in your travels and move in different circles,you will learn to call upon the platinum ray, so thatit does not cause irritation from both sides--those whom you are purying, and those who are witnessing the purification.

What is the grand reason for bringing the platinum ray to the earth at this time?

1) The radioactivity that is being feleased, and nuclear incidents. 2) Damage to the ecology 3) The dwindling rain forests.

Some of you may have done work with the trees, or the ecology with sound, decrees, mantras, thoughts and visualizations. And the platinum ray helps to enhance all of this work that concerned human beings have already been actively doing. Nature is alive and of the spirit and is another element that needs support.

Let's project in the future a bit. Let us say that one is responding to all of the guidelines shared so far, and you are working with the platinum ray in restoring, neutralizing and rejuvenating certain areas that are in dire need of balancing and harmonizing. Let us say that you are succeeding in neutralizing these areas. What do you think would be the response from those who are creating the damage?

One response: "Well, one answer may be that if it regenerates itself, then more damage can be done, more natural resources can be taken, etc. etc, because it can be repaired quickly with the platinum ray. The companies, conglomerates, and neuclear plants could see that the damage is only temporary, which would encourage them to proceed with doing the same kind of experiments that are damaging to the balance of the ecology and human beings. On the other hand, I see an awakening of those who want to protect the planet. Here, they have a wonderful tool to co-create with."

Yes, there will be a reaction from the "dark forces", and they may want to be more urgent to find different ways to store their toxic chemicals, etc. However, what the platinum ray's purpose is not to change the whole world or interfere with the free will of the people, but to bring forth a supportive mechanism to that which has been here the longest--earth herself. And to bring the earth back to balance and harmony, so that it can then influence to transform and surrender those who are in greed and power. so that they could have other ways inside of them which would be more constructive to humanity. .

At the same time, it will encourage the Light Beings who have had reoccurring dissapointments and discouragements, not only in this lifetime, but in previous cycles where they have had the awareness of the Light, and the opposing factions have been in the majority. Now, what is happening is that those who have come back to have "another go at it", are multiplying. There is more of you. this is a "plus factor" in the population growth, and also, the Indigo children are daring and fearless, coming in already having had lifetimes of preparation, along with you Light Workers already on the planet, to come forth and demonstrate their fearlessness to society. When all of the Light Workers hear about this and witness dramatic improvements, literally the dissolution and neutralization of toxic wastes and chemicals they can be reassured to come together in unified consciousness and begin to apply their essence paths to this planet in a very successful way.

Question: "There are places in America and in other countries where there is nuclear waste being put into storage bins--for the most part they are metal containers. For instance, in Oregon, on the Washington side, neuclear waste is leaking into the Columbia river ever since the forties. If there is the possibility to utilize the platinum ray to cleanse the Columbia River so that the land and the earth itself is not permanently damaged. In those areas, there are people, mothers and fish that are disfigured. It is permeating the salmon, which means that people will get radioactive salmon.

The beauty of this ray is that it also a unifying ray. You can already receive all of the elements that are possible with this ray. So there for, the unification takes place after the neutralizing of the environment. This ray does not necessarily restore the normal, natural appearance of those fish, or beings who have been disfigured. Why is that?

Answer from Questioner: The damage has been done.

Yes, and there is something else, too. The person has free will. Therefore, in some ways they have chosen to have this particular condition. However, once the ray it usitlized in that area, then everything becomes neutralized and restored to its original natural state before it was devastated and damaged. We are talking environmentally. I have not mentioned about rejuvenating people in this writing. However, what this ray can do is so much more that people will no longer be disfigured and do not have to worry about fishing in contaminated waters or eating in the food chain that is damaged by nuclear waste. That will all be cleaned up.

The Release of Fear is a Small Price to Pay for the Ecstasy of Full Merging with the Divine

Dear One,

Having come to a time of decision, you feel it is important to make the best one.  You know that what you decide will carry on and you are concerned and even fearful of the “what ifs.”  The only way you can truly make decisions that will best serve you now and in your future is to come to a place of peace and calm within.  And this means being in harmony with your Higher Self.

It is from this place that you will make decisions that are for the highest good of all concerned.  When you bring fear into your decision-making process it limits you by preventing the full expansiveness of the Divine Mind from working within your conscious mind.  It is this merging with God which enables you to feel free, whole and open enough to receive that which is right and true for your life at this time.

No matter how difficult it seems, it is very important that you learn to release the fear that constricts your thinking and actions.  Where you attention goes, energy flows.  When you focus on the fears, problems and the “what ifs” of your future life, this focused energy magnifies your fearful state.  It becomes ever more powerful and can even take over your world-if you allow it to do so.  Instead, put your energy into the creation of that wondrous state of being that will best serve you.

The first step in doing this is to breathe deeply and know in your heart that you are being divinely guided at this moment and at every moment in your life.  Prayer is also helpful in adjusting your attitude and opening yourself to truth.  You can say, “I surrender this fear to God, and I allow the One Mind to work in all my decisions.”  Even if you still have the feeling of fear in the pit of your stomach, the simple act of praying for release will start you on the path to right decision-making, and will open you to your highest good.  Yet often it takes a short while for the physical body to catch up with the mental processes, so it is important to give yourself sufficient time to come to a point of relaxation and expansion before actually making your decisions.

Practice

Take several relaxing, balanced breaths.  As you sit in this peaceful moment, allow your exhaled breath to drop heavily like a stone from the base of your spine down into the depths of the earth.  This will take the frantic energy from your mind and give you greater clarity.

As you inhale see yourself expanding with the pure light of God.  See it clearing your mind and calming your heart as you connect with your divine nature.  Now replace the fearful thoughts that so pervade your worldly consciousness with images of what you really want in your personal and professional life – images of radiant health, harmony in relationships, abundant cash flow, peace within your own heart.  Allow these images of your greater good to permeate your being.  Then give thanks for receiving them into your life.

Because you have been trained to be fearful and to worry, even though it is not productive, it takes practice to release the fear and to merge with your true divine nature.  The Angels are here to help you do this, enfolding you in wings of pure light and guiding your way to peaceful living.

So ask and you will receive.  Allow yourself to be open to the Divine Good, and to be receptive to all the beauty and truth within and around you, so that this good can begin to manifest and work though out your world.  If the bounty of the universe is what you want in your life, all you have to do is to let go of the fear that limits you, and allow the grace of God to work for you.  After all,

The release of fear is a small price to pay for the ecstasy of full merging with the Divine.
