Oh , what a beautiful day it is! Even on the stormiest of days it is wonderful to be able to speak through a vessel such as this one and speak to all of you.

There has been so much chaos and upheavel in your life and it has effected so many of you, your work, school, relationships with friends and loved ones. And it does take its toll on you. Not only do I help your doctors figure out the best solutions to help make you feel better, I can also help heal in these areas too. comes in many forms dear children.

Not all healing has to do with medicine. Sometimes healing is finding someone who is easy to talk to and is non-biased. You are able to release your frustrations and they might be able to offer some sound advice. This is healing.

When you are feeling stressed from your job, class, dealing with your children or having a situation with a friend or loved one that is making you want to pull your hair out, that is when I come in. I can feel your . Like your heartbeat, it becomes erratic and is of calming and healing. Stress if very tiring on the human physical . Have you ever noticed dear ones how tired you are after dealing with a situation that caused you some ?

There are different forms of stress also. There is good stress and bad stress. The good stress is something like going to a pet store and trying to choose a new pet, or playing a board game where the aim is cross the finish line first. That is stress, but a good stress. Bad stress is the other stuff that causes negative feelings, possibility of harsh words, worry, etc. Bad stress could be financial struggle, children rebelling, breaking up with a loved one, dealing with the loss of relative that passed, and many other examples. I am not too worried about the good stress. Its the bad stress that I would like to help you with.

How you deal with stressful events or situations is key dear ones. Its very easy to panic and get yourself so upset, but the more upset you become, the harder it is on your physical body. When you are in need of me, simply ask for me, ", please come to me and help me feel better about "Jimmy and I breaking up" [example]. Please surround me in your healing energy and guide me and my reactions/actions and to help me think in way that is positive so that I can be healed." I will guide you and support you.

The relationships you have dear ones, regardless if they are within your family or friends constantly require effort from both sides, requires give and take. Sometimes it will seem that you do all the giving and the other person does all the taking. You are not meant to be taken advantage of, but there are some people dear ones that are more needy than others. And its okay to tell them how their actions make you feel as long as you do in a way where you are not hurtful.

Always talk from your dear ones even when addressing a sticky subject with your children. There are some subjects that cause their parents and caregivers so much despair and stress. That is because they worry and put a lot of emotion into it. Letting your children know ahead of time that you empathize and are trying to understand will help. Speaking with a tone in your voice that tells them you really care will help also. Let them know the subject does make you uncomfortable but you love them and want to support them and guide them. Hiding from their uncomfortable questions is not the way. They are asking you because they trust your opinion, you are their world of information.

During all of this, it is recommended by me that you take time out for just YOU. Even if its long enough to have a cup of tea or coffee by yourself or go for a walk, do it. You do so much throughout a 24 hour day, juggle so much, you need a break. Make sure your body is well hydrated, you are not sleep deprived, and you are not skipping meals. If you are not hungry at dinner, have some fruit or a handful or vegetables with crackers. Maintaining a healthy body will help you handle these situations better. If you are having trouble sleeping, try meditating before bedtime. There are many healthy ways dear ones that will help you cope during these trying time. All you have to do is find the right one for you.

And it is time for me to depart this child. It was wonderful to speak through her to all of you. If you ever see emerald green sparkles at the corner of your eye, that will be me. Do not ever feel weak if you need to call for me. I am more than willing to guide you where you seek the most healing from. I cherish all of you and your beautiful spirits. Be kind to yourself and love with the purity of your heart.
