Channeler: Ourselves

It's okay. You don't have to worry. You are safe. You are cared for. You are loved.

[This has echoed through my head so many times that I had to sit down and write it. The typos "right" and "wright' came through before I finally got "write," and they seemed to illuminate this process of setting things *right* and fashioning something new (*-wright*).]

Fear and are part of the illusion, and now we get to experience how that illusion is part of what we consider to be our very own selves, on the personality level. Can you observe your sense of self (the little you, the personality) shrinking in fear or shame, then expanding with joy or a sense of accomplishment? Can you see how your interaction with others causes constant fluctuations? Can you see how the thoughts you believe bring on these shrinking and vulnerable sensations? That has never been you. That has been the illusion.

Have you wondered what you're doing on the planet, why it seems a major challenge to merely exist within this societal structure while others seem to embrace and even thrive within it? You're wired for what's coming, what's already here, actually. It's okay to be who you are. There's never been anything wrong with it. The only problem is your believing fearful thoughts handed to you by fearful others.

The fearful, fragmented pieces are coming back together now. Rather, your illusion that there was separation in the first place is being corrected. The wholeness and of all-that-is is always there beneath fearful imaginings.

It's okay. You don't have to worry. You are safe. You are cared for. You are loved.
And the last one:
You are worthy.

Sit in that for a while. Can you feel the wholeness, expansiveness and stability that you are? You can maintain the flavor that is uniquely you (your personality) while being fully open to the flow of all-that-is. You are learning how to do this, and it's less of a doing than a be-ing, a knowing who you are.

Even though fear and still do take up residence (and sometimes with great intensity), you're far more aware than you were even a couple of months ago of the cohesiveness and love and stability that is behind everything. Your awareness is like a great beam of light. You might be able to turn fully away from it for a moment or two, but there's no dimming it, no forgetting it's there, no forgetting who you are.

More and more, you're going to realize that fear and negativity are not needed, that if you can simply watch how the fear operates, feel it, notice it, you'll lose the motivation to act on the fear, to correct things. That said, it's perfectly fine to follow an that leads you to do something you might label as "correcting." This is feelings beyond labels. You feel when it feels like "Go!" and you feel when it feels like struggle.

It's okay. You don't have to worry. You are safe. You are cared for. You are loved. You are worthy.
(Oh, and so is everyone else.)
