Headline #1: Update on ‘Hurricane’ Harvey

Synopsis: The historic flooding that Tropical Storm Harvey unleashed on Houston will likely worsen as federal engineers release water from overflowing reservoirs to keep it from jumping dams and surging uncontrollably into the homes they protect, officials said on Monday. Some 30,000 residents of the nation’s fourth-largest city were expected to be left temporarily homeless by Harvey, which became the most powerful hurricane to strike Texas in more than 50 years when it came ashore on Friday near Corpus Christi, about 220 miles south of Houston.

Headline #2: Moon, Antares and Saturn on August 29th

Synopsis: Tonight – August 29, 2017 – use the moon to find the star Antares and the planet Saturn, the 6th planet outward from the sun. Antares is reddish, while Saturn is golden. You might be able to tell that Antares twinkles more fiercely than Saturn, which shines with a steadier light. If you have a dark sky, you can see that Saturn now shines in front of the constellation Ophiuchus, sometimes called the forgotten zodiac constellation.

Headline #3: Mystery of High Energy Cosmic Rays

Synopsis: Hold out your hand for 10 seconds. A dozen electrons and muons just zipped through your palm. These cosmic rays, scientists believe, come from violent explosions in deep space. Here’s a cool new video from NASA about high-energy cosmic rays. This daily shower of particles, which never stops, is a sign of violent events in deep space. Scientists believe that the majority of cosmic rays come from supernova explosions.

Headline #4: Voyager at 40 Years: Ending The Intrigue of Extraterrestrial Encounters

Synopsis: Enthusiasts of #Space Exploration will really love the documentary about the discoveries of the space Voyager. The space Voyagers were able to fulfill man’s desire to visit Neptune, Uranus, Saturn and Jupiter. And after decades, these space voyagers remain robust, with one Voyager leaving the solar system in 2012. The documentary will give viewers a literally out-of-this-world experience, a behind-the-scenes look at the space ships, and a look at how NASA scientists and engineers built the well-known ‘Golden Record’ which carries a snapshot for mankind for any potential extraterrestrial life forms.

Headline #5: UFO Festival To Mark ‘Incident At Exeter’

Synopsis: This Labor Day weekend marks the 52nd anniversary of “The Incident at Exeter” when 18-year-old Norman Muscarello reported to the Exeter police his sighting of an unidentified flying object behind a barn in Kensington. As they investigated the site, they too saw the object hovering where Muscarello had seen it. Headlines nationwide told the story. The rest became history as the police and investigators nationwide tried to determine what young Muscarello saw that night. Books, movies, documentaries have been produced as it remains one of the best publicized and best documented UFO sightings. The Exeter UFO Festival continues to grow, according to Exeter Area Kiwanis Club spokesman Bob Cox. “The Kiwanis Club is happy to announce that new and exciting venues have been added to the always informative and family friendly festival.” This year the festival will take place Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 2-3.

Headline #6: UFO Sighting in Peru, Indiana

Synopsis: It was very early in the morning–my cousin, husband, and I just left our uncle’s house on Paw Paw Pike near Peru–we were headed towards U.S. 24 when we saw it, ahead of us and to our right, an object that looked like a massive glowing red-orange fireball/orb.

Headline #7: UFO Sighting in Los Angeles, California

Synopsis: My girlfriend and I went outside last night around 10:40 to smoke a cigarette; looking straight out of our porch, (looking east-southeast) in the distance, we saw a sliver of light much like the moon coming through the clouds–it was a bright yellowish-orange color; I could not say how far away it was, but it was definitely farther than a mile, if not more than that; I pointed it out and she thought it was the moon; we continued to watch as the object got wider.

Headline #8: UFO Sighting in Albuquerque, New Mexico

Synopsis: On roof, meditating…again…Saw a flash out of the corner of my eye–this time I had night vision–the pulses you will see in the video were only visible with night vision.

Headline #9: UFO Sighting in Oklahoma, United States

Synopsis: Often I like to check in on the International Space Station and view its various happenings; I have captured a few questionable things on its cams and as normal, the feed is interrupted and cameras changed; I saw an orb sitting stationary so I changed cams to get another angle–no luck– switched back to the first cam and this thing was still there!

Headline #10: UFO Sighting in California, United States

Synopsis: Multiple white orbs, discs to the very ceiling of the sky moving in random patterns, almost as if dog fighting with each other, there were 2 white solid discs which seemed to get ganged up on by the rest–the rest numbered from 4-6; these were flashing white repeatedly but also at times cloaked and de-cloaked and at times were solid white as well.
